Joiner Farms Wedding & Event Barn is a country wedding venue welcoming weddings in western and central Pennsylvania. This historic farmstead retains its family-run roots, and the owners are proud to welcome you and your loved ones to its grounds. It offers several indoor and outdoor event spaces, allowing you to host a multi-location event and create a sense of occasion throughout the day. Located within driving distance of Pittsburgh, the farm is a wonderful country escape from the bustle and hustle of city life. Joiner Farms Wedding & Event Barn has passed through generations and was an active dairy farm until recent times. The Joiner family is excited to welcome you to the property and show you everything that makes it so special. You can choose to host your ceremony outdoors on the crest of a verdant hill, with the farm’s golden fields as your backdrop. The farm’s crowning glory is its pre-Civil War era barn. A distinct setting for your reception, your guests can gather and dance the night away under its word wooden rafters. Sturdy sleeper-style rafters cross the room and are wrapped in warm, romantic string lights. There are also charming chandeliers made from old cartwheels that hang from the ceiling. In hours surrounding the event, relax and unwind in the private Bridal Suite whilst getting pampered for the aisle. Joiner Farms Wedding & Event Barn’s management understands the importance of community, and can’t wait to welcome your party to the farm. They will assist you throughout the planning process and go provide everything needed such as furniture rentals. They can also recommend vendors from the local area, and have special drinks partnership with brewers Noble Stein. The cleanup and the setup of the venue will be taken care of, allowing you to sit back and enjoy the big day. Up to 250 friends and family can celebrate together on the farm.

This venue is so beautiful and unique! Holli and Eric were absolutely amazing at making our wedding day as perfect as we could have imagined it. They had all of the decorations we wanted to use ready to go for us the day before our wedding. When I realized we didn’t have enough tables and linens for the dessert and appetizers, Holli set up another table and ran to the store for an extra tablecloth. The morning of the wedding, my bridesmaids and I got ready at the barn. It was chilly early on and they brought us a heater to the back room to keep us comfortable. We got married down at the pond, and Holli drove my bridesmaids and I down there from the barn. Holli and Eric went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

Eric and Holli are amazing! The venue is beautiful, and the owners are incredible to work with. They helped with getting stuff set up and taken down, as well as with getting the hordeuvs, cake, and cupcakes put out while we were getting our photos done. They helped make our day so special and easy. We were actually able to relax and enjoy it!

I just had my wedding here on August 14th. It was Beautiful!!! Everything about that day at the barn as absolutely amazing. Holli and Eric and their kids were great help with literally everything and I can't thank them enough! Great people, great place! Keep in mind it is still a barn so some boards are up higher than others the lighting isn't the best but the off boards and the warm lighting that is there is what made it perfect for me!

I held my mom's surprise birthday party here, and honestly, I couldn't think of anywhere better to have it! The whole Joiner family was so nice and personable, which made them really easy to work with! We had the party in mid-October and the barn looked magnificent against all of the fall colored leaves in the background. There was plenty of room in the barn, with a nice stained/burned wooden dance floor. The handcrafted bar and light fixture above it looks SO good in person! After we had all of the tables and chairs set up, there was still plenty of room to move around, dance, and mingle.Outside of the barn there is a nice little pergola to sit/talk under. The stone wall behind it made the perfect place to take pictures! The handmade waterfall and windmill right outside of the barn entrance is very nice and peaceful. Around their pond, they have cute little light posts and benches you can sit at and enjoy the water spout in the middle of the pond. On the side of the barn there was also a nice gas fire pit with some benches and chairs around it.If you have never seen this event barn in person, you really are missing out! It's such a wonderful and magical looking place. I would highly recommend the Joiner Farms Wedding & Event Barn for a wedding or any type of party!

Holli & Eric (Owner) Hi!We’re Holli & Eric Joiner. Welcome to our farm and event barn!We live on location with our four children who have called the farm home our entire lives. After decades of family farming, the dairy industry dealt us a blow and it was time for a new adventure. We’ve done all the work to renovate the barn as a family — ourselves, our nephews and nieces, an uncle — the place was built with love and hard work.We hope you’ll join us on this exciting journey and can’t wait to host our first weddings and events in 2021 — a new venue in a new & different time but we’re up for the challenge!
