My daughter and son in law were married at Oak Groves earlier this month and the day could not have been more perfect. We used Jorgensen for the venue, food and floral, making the planning process so much easier. Our experience with Jorgensen was nothing but positive from the first meeting and leading up to the wedding. This was the first and only venue we visited. After taking the initial tour, my daughter knew this was the place for her wedding.Our wedding planner, Evin, was very friendly and beyond helpful. She was in touch for every step, listened to everything my daughter wanted but also offered helpful suggestions for when my daughter was unsure of what she may have wanted.We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue, the food, and the staff. The entire staff was so helpful and pleasant throughout the day and helped make everything perfect for my daughter and son in law. We could not be happier with, and highly recommend Jorgensen.

I got married here in Nov 2023 after a long engagement period (2 years, ugh). We waited so long because we got engaged in the middle of 2021 and all wedding venues were still trying to figure out how to deal with everything after COVID cancellations and all that. We booked for 2023 because after touring the venue we knew immediately that we wanted to get married here. This was literally the first venue tour that we went on and we didn't do any others because we knew this was it.On the day of the wedding, everything went great and we were able to have our coordinator talk with one of our closest friends to make sure that everything was proceeding as expected. The facilities were beautiful, the service was perfect, and the greenhouse was everything that we wanted it to be.

What can we say, The Gardens provided us with the most phenomenal wedding reception. We did our ceremony offsite, but they did a beautiful job of helping us coordinate everything and made us feel very calm about our timeline and day. The whole venue was peak during our wedding, and the florals tied in perfectly to our decor. Our food was wonderful; we loved the space; and our guests had a magical time. We would hold our reception here every time if we had to re-plan our wedding. Also, Corie was AMAZING and helped make our day magical.

From my mom - As my daughter and soon to be husband shared their wedding planning, Jorgensen quickly became the topic of many conversations with much detail and praise as to their offerings, services and complete packages. My expectations built with each description of venue, flowers, catering, everything! On August 13 all of that and more came to delightful fruition. Evin (event coordinator) was the absolute best. Such a gem of perfection! The venue is beautiful and exquisitely maintained, the staff unobtrusive, well coordinated and extremely capable. Almost without exception, things were performed as agreed upon and were excellently executed. The flowers were beyond gorgeous and matched my daughter's vision board perfectly and the Jorgensen-catered food was delicious. The corn cake appetizer was everything my son-in-law raved about and the mini creme brulees were beautiful. Wait staff and bar staff and all the behind the scenes folks were exceptional as well. From me - I echo all of the above, and so did many of our guests! Jorgensen’s awesome team was with us every step of the way, and it really saved us so much time and energy to be able to have Jorgensen handle not just the venue, but the food, dessert, and flowers. It all lived up to our expectations and then some, and we can’t imagine any other venue that would have suited us as well.

The modern ambiance, air of sophistication, and personalized service exceeded all of our expectations and created the venue of our dreams. The rockstar staff, inclusive of Sydney, Randi, Paige, and the whole floral team, made planning a wedding remotely such a breeze. They are all such wonderful women to work with and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of service, love, and support throughout the farm. Our guests could not stop gushing over every little detail and aspect of our big day (the floral, the landscaping, the food, the greenhouse, etc etc etc - we could go on and on), and we’ve found ourselves doing the exact same as we reminisce on our beautiful day - all thanks to Jorgensen Farms. 10000/10 would recommend!

Evin Moss was our coordinator and we wouldn't have been able to plan our wedding or even know what to do without her. They helped recommend some great vendors, set-up all the florals before by we arrived at the venue, helped set-up our signs and any other decorations we brought, and the food was amazing! We had a couple people cancel last minute and they gave us those extra meals to take home after the wedding, along with any extra appetizers we had. Every meeting we had with Evin, catering, or the floral team was really great and you could tell that they really listened to what you were looking for. I got married at the Oak Grove location at Jorgensen on 5/7/23, and I cannot recommend this venue enough!!! From the food, the coordinators, the landscaping... everything was perfect. Merissa, Randi and Paige were all so wonderful to work with, and they truly made the day so special. Every guest was blown away by the venue. I wish I could live the day over and over again. Thanks again Jorgensen!!!!

I got married at the Oak Grove location at Jorgensen on 5/7/23, and I cannot recommend this venue enough!!! From the food, the coordinators, the landscaping... everything was perfect. Merissa, Randi and Paige were all so wonderful to work with, and they truly made the day so special. Every guest was blown away by the venue. I wish I could live the day over and over again. Thanks again Jorgensen!!!!

Where to begin? Amazing. Absolutely amazing. When we initially toured the venue, most of what we saw was under renovation or construction. And even then, we were blown away with what they were able to provide to us. Evin Moss was our coordinator, and she was always able to answer our questions through email. We could tour the venue as many times as we needed. And each time we were there, they had added on something new, including a paved sidewalk and new lighting and chandeliers. They are constantly looking for ways to make improvements to their space.They were extremely accommodating for everything we needed. They were able to set up everything they provided in addition to any custom items that we brought. Anything the Jorgensen staff provided directly, they handled tear-down at the end of the night. They made room at our ceremony and reception for wheelchair-bound guests. They had a golf cart for other mobility-limited guests to get around the property as well. Anything we needed, they were able to provide in spades. The touchpoint meetings for confirming vendors, floor plan, and timeline were thorough, easy, and low stress.Their food is amazing. They offer tastings to couples who sign contracts with them to get an idea of their in-house catering options. There are plenty of food and appetizer options. They also had some dessert options. We even requested something (chocolate chip cookies) not at the tasting, and they provided something even better (sea salt chocolate chip cookies). All the food was fresh, delicious, and a true melt-in-your-mouth kind of experience. Easily the best food we have had at any wedding. They were super accommodating towards any dietary restrictions we had, including dairy, nut, and citrus allergies. They can’t purchase alcohol based on their alcohol license, but they can provide staff to serve any alcohol you purchase on your own, whether that’s beer, wine, spirits (no shots, which I was grateful for since some of my crowd can go too hard on those), kegs, or specialty cocktails. The wait staff were professional and courteous the whole evening.Separately, they have their own internal floral design team. They do allow you to use outside floral companies if you desire. However, we were absolutely on board with their team. They know the space and how to make it truly come alive. We had some specific requests and flowers we wanted, and they were able to deliver that vision based on what was in-season. They can provide candles with the arrangements and will tear-down anything they put together. We even got to keep some of the flowers afterwards, much to our mothers (and our) joy.If you want an all-around great venue, event staff, caterer, and floral design team all rolled into one, then you definitely want to pick Jorgensen Farms.

Jorgensen is a beautiful venue with gorgeous photo opportunities! We absolutely loved the fairy tale vibes this venue created for our dream wedding. I cannot say enough good things about the scenery of the venue. The reason I rated Jorgensen lower is because it is very pricey! We managed to get a discount in an off-season weekend but even then the venue was over half of our budget. The real kicker is the catering prices. I would HIGHLY recommend looking into their catering services (which are mandatory to use by the way) before booking this venue. The cost of the catering in addition to the cost of the venue almost pushed us away from a beautiful setting!

JORGENSEN knows how to do weddings right. From start to finish, everyone and everything was a well oiled machine. I was married at The Gardens which was just what my family was looking for. The new ceremony space is absolutely breathtaking and just a short walk to the reception space. My wedding was on 3/18/2023, we are a month out and all of my guests are still raving about not only the space, but how lovely the staff was and how delicious the food was (it really is farm to table - 10/10). I used JORGENSEN Floral for our flowers and they knocked it out of the ball park with every single piece they made. Merissa was our event coordinator and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Her communication, organization and knowledge on all things wedding was unmatched! I literally could not have done it without her! If you’re on the fence, let this be your sign to choose JORGENSEN, I promise you will not regret it.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Oak Grove location at the end of January this year. It was a complete FAIRYTALE. Every single aspect was perfect. The communication, organization, and execution from the Jorgensen staff proved that they are the world-class wedding venue in Ohio. We had several guests compliment the food - not only was it good for “wedding food”, but it was good food we could find in any fine dining restaurant! I truly believe that if you book here, your day will be 100% perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will be forever grateful for Jorgensen for hosting the most magical day of my life!

My husband and I had our wedding at the Oak Grove location at the end of January this year. It was a complete FAIRYTALE. Every single aspect was perfect. The communication, organization, and execution from the Jorgensen staff proved that they are the world-class wedding venue in Ohio. We had several guests compliment the food - not only was it good for “wedding food”, but it was good food we could find in any fine dining restaurant! I truly believe that if you book here, your day will be 100% perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will be forever grateful for Jorgensen for hosting the most magical day of my life!

We had our wedding at Jorgensen Farms Oak Grove - we were absolutely in love with the venue; the grounds are immaculate and could stand alone without any decor at all. We worked with their onsite coordinator Mackenzie - she was fantastic! Everything went so smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better day. My only frustration with Jorgensen was the $3.2k labor fee that was added to our catering bill a month before our event (140 guests).. this is not included in their sample menu pricing so budget for it before you book. As a bride I would have appreciated these costs being more transparent before we booked.All in all, we had the wedding of our dreams at Jorgensen!

We ended up choosing Jorgensen Farms Oak Grove even though the entire farm is beautiful. We chose Oak Grove because it had the uniqueness and modern look that we desired. Jorgensen Farms staff is also a plus. Everyone is friendly and always treated us with the upmost respect, patience and kindness. They have so many weddings yet they managed to make us feel like one of a kind. Customer service is always huge for me and they deserve a 10/10 in this area. Our wedding day was amazing. Food was awesome! We served vegan, vegetarian, beef, salmon and chicken. All of it received rave reviews from our guests and wedding party. I’m talking clean plates everywhere. It’s been a few weeks since the wedding day and folks are still talking about the venue. It’s an all season venue - winter, spring, summer and fall you can’t go wrong. Ours was in the winter/spring. It rained on our wedding day and Jorgensen was ready with umbrellas for us and our guests. It was a small gesture but meant a lot to all of us. Special thank you to Mackenzie - our coordinator. She was new to Jorgensen yet she jumped right in like a pro. The entire team (again) were also really kind and accommodating. I will never forget the experience I had because of them. I also booked with Kelly of Jorgensen Floral to do our flower arrangements and that was awesome. Kelly listened to my wants and executed flawlessly. She even gave a suggestion that I believe saved our decor for the better. The pictures are so much better thanks to her! I highly recommend Jorgensen Farms!

We fell in love with the venue from the moment we saw it and Corie and Sydney helped to make our vision for our wedding day come to life and did so with grace and kindness. Oak Grove exudes romance and joy and it was a stunning place to say 'I do'. We had our rehearsal dinner catered to the venue as well which was such a nice touch and a great way to spend more time there. I can't say enough about the catering and the staff and how many times we were congratulated and celebrated throughout the weekend (the chef even gave us extra meals to take home the next day and came to our table to personally congratulate us). Our guests continue to comment that the vibe of the wedding at Oak Grove was one of the best they've ever experienced in large part due to how special the venue is. I truly wish I could give it more than 5 stars and would highly recommend it to any couple.

Jorgensen is a beautiful venue! If you book with them you are assigned one of their wedding coordinators. I thought this was a perk but my husband and I had an awful experience with our coordinator. Every meeting seemed like the first- zero note taking- and if there was, the information we went over was only repeated over and over again at the consecutive meetings. I almost fell over the night of the rehearsal when our coordinator asked if we were doing a fist look. She was extremely unprepared and it showed the day of our wedding. it was outdoors and rain was coming yet there was no urgency on her end to get things moving. My husband and his groomsmen lead the way so we could beat the rain! She was no where to be found. Our schedule of events was rearranged because of the rain but once again it was our bridal party that figured everything out. Not our job. again, where was she and why didn't she have a plan B? we felt like we were the ones coordinating the day. I highly recommend getting your own coordinator at a facility that will allow you to do so.

Our coordinator was Ashley and I think she did an outstanding job. There were some miscommunications when it came to covid within the contract, which I think we weren't completely clear with (could have totally been our fault for not reading carefully enough so be sure to do that), but they were willing to chat and hash out any confusion and did their best to work with us given the limitations and I think they did a great job handling that. All in all, if I had to do it again, wouldn't change a thing.

They let us hold our 10 person ceremony in 2020 and our reception in 2021. The ceremony and reception both turned out beautiful and the planning process was seamless. We even had a few changes the morning of the reception and they were able to accommodate our requests. Not only is the venue beautiful the planning process was stress free due to them being so accommodating. I would highly recommend this venue!

COVID has made this time uncertain and chaotic but our team at Jorgensen was constantly on top of everything. Our catering team did an incredible job and I still crave our food. We used Jorgensen floral and catering also and our guests were raving about how beautiful the flowers were and how delicious the food was. Our coordinator, Lauren, was always so kind and helpful and gave us great advice and suggestions on things we had no background knowledge on. Our day was so beautiful at Oak Grove and I am so glad we were able to get married at such a gorgeous venue!

The day of venue event coordinator, Macie, went above and beyond. She did it all with the most positive attitude and always a smile. Jumping from flipping tables and moving chairs to running a golf cart out for us — the hard work seemed effortless to her. During our evening bride and groom portraits, the bride looked over to Macie in the golf cart and said, \"Do you ever not have a smile on your face, Macie?\" This is a testament to how people notice that her personality and work ethic are a perfect fit for the job. Way to go, Macie! Jorgensen provided a wonderful experience for the families and vendors.

We got married at Jorgensen's Oak Grove location this past labor day and it was more than we could have ever hoped for! the venue is so beautiful and the staff is so kind. We also used Jorgensen's onsite florist, Kelly and she was amazing. Our flowers were my favorite part of our wedding. She was very flexible and worked with me to stay under our budget. Using them was also so convenient. Being able to rent candles, votives and table numbers through them was huge and eliminated so much stress. I could go on and on. we loved our experience and would recommend Jorgensen to anyone!

Nothing compared to it (we looked all over the Cleveland & Columbus areas). We got married at Oak Grove in August and it was a dream!!! Everything was so stunningly beautiful & you really don't need to add many decorations because it is already so beautiful. We received (and are still receiving) compliments from our wedding guests on how our wedding was the most beautiful they have ever been to. The stafff is also absolutely fantastic and made everything so easy & seamless. We even had some issues with our outside caterer and the Jorgensen Farms staff was extremely helpful and stepped in to help with some of the issues. I have many positive things to say about Jorgensen! I just got married here two weeks ago. It was looking like rain on my wedding day and Jorgensen staff flipped my ceremony from outside to inside quickly and beautifully! Prior to the wedding, my coordinator was quick to answer any emails/calls I had. They did my floral and they did AMAZING. The staff was great to work with, listened to me, adjusted my quote to fit my budget, and set everything up for me on the day of. I would give their floral team a 5/5. Here’s the issue I ran into that made me not give Jorgensen a 5/5 overall. I was working with a coordinator from booking the venue, all the way until the week before my wedding. Then, at the rehearsal, a different coordinator came. I was not told that I would have a different coordinator that day. One of my family friend’s helped us with coordinating on the day of and she said that although there were 4 staff members assigned to my wedding, they were hard to find during the reception. The new coordinator asked my family friend for a copy of the timeline of the day on my wedding day, which I had forwarded and walked through with my previous coordinator.

They built a whole new building between the time that we signed our contract and the day of our wedding. The size was better, and the decor they did added so much. We barely needed to do anything. The lighting, paint color, full wall of windows-- we were BLOWN AWAY and so were our guests. We heard so many comments on how spectacular the venue was. Also, and possibly more important-- the PEOPLE. Corie was an amazing coordinator for us. She took care of everything and I felt so happy to have her share in our day. Ann Marie did our flowers and they were stunning. And, Val Jorgensen came straight from the landing at the airport to our reception to wish us well. As most everyone here agrees, Jorgensen and the staff there are truly spectacular. I was worried I'd have to spend my wedding day instructing people where to put decor, etc, or even setting up myself. They took care of EVERYTHING for us, and when it's your wedding day you really need that. They coordinated with all the vendors (band, musicians, photographer, catering -- look into Bosc + Brie, they're fantastic, Jeni's, etc) so I didn't have to worry about vendors showing up and not knowing where to go. If you're looking at this venue, I'd highly recommend going with the Floral team on site - my flowers were out of this world and Kelly was fantastic to work with. The whole staff truly go out of there way to make your wedding day perfect and I can't thank them enough. The venue itself is picture perfect. Yes they ARE very expensive, but weddings are something you only have once (hopefully!!!) and for us, it was completely worth the spend. Thank you to Val, Heather, and Kelly!

Words cannot describe how much I adore this farm and the staff. We were so lucky to have a great visit at the Fall 2016 open house which led to us selecting this wonderful venue. We contracted our floral design, catering, and bar service through the farm and they did a wonderful job in each area. All our guests raved about the food and the kindness of the staff. I should add that the staff found a tree sapling for me only 3 days before the wedding for our unity ceremony. Jorgensen treats you like family from day 1!

We got married last weekend at the Oak Grove! Jorgensen Farms was the dream location with very helpful staff. Loved that they rent their venue for longer hrs and they include loads of things that most other venues do not provide. We ABSOLUTELY recommend this place !!!

It is the BEST wedding venue in Columbus!! As a photographer who has worked with Jorgensen Farms + having my own wedding at Oak Grove, I am beyond thrilled with how incredible our wedding day was. Where do I even start?! Their staff is absolutely incredible, quick to communicate, helpful, and are there to make your wedding day go as seamlessly as possible. Heather, Emily, Jennifer, and everyone else were simply WONDERFUL to work with. They give you the freedom to do what you want with your day but also guide you where you need it. In my eyes, our day went without any hiccups, whether that was because there wasn't any or, more likely, there were things happening behind the scenes I still don't know about! Oh, and let's talk about the venue. It's simply GORGEOUS. Both the Historic Barn and Oak Grove are my favorite venues to photograph, so it made it an easy choice for our day. There's just something magical about everywhere you go, everything is so dreamy and beautiful. They are always working to make things even better than they are, if that's even possible! As a photographer, I've seen some of the changes they have made over the past few seasons (and are continuing to make) to make it better for future brides & grooms. I don't even know how that's possible, but they are always pushing to become more and more excellent. If you're considering having your wedding here, all I can say is DO IT. You won't regret it. It was seriously one of the BEST decisions for my wedding!! They truly care about you and giving you an amazing wedding day!

We had our wedding June 2, 2017 and Jorgensen's was amazing. They offered everything we needed to make our day wonderful. We had our ceremony under the big tree and our reception in the arena barn. Heather and Jennifer worked closely with our vendors to ensure our day went as planned. The venue required very little decorating as it is so beautiful already. It's a wonderful thing to have the ceremony and reception at the same place and still get a different vibe for each event. Fresh air, grass and flowers is exactly what I envisioned for our ceremony and the set up in the barn was perfect for our reception. There was so much space! I liked that the bar was also in a different room than where we ate and danced. We opted for a live band and Jorgensen's was very accommodating, even allowing the band a separate room to get ready/take breaks. Wonderful experience that we and our families will never forget. Yes it was a little expensive, but if this is what you are looking for it is well worth it!

What can I say about this venue that can put into words how perfectly our wedding went thanks to Heather and the staff. The attention to details and the friendly attitudes of all that work there completely put myself and my wife at ease that it was all going to be handled. From the old barn beauty to the branched arch used for the ceremony. This couldn't be a better setting for a country chic wedding. I suggest them above all else in the columbus area and would reccommend them and their staff to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

The venue is absolutely beautiful and we had so many compliments on the setting and flowers (also done by Jorgensen!) We did an engagement shoot on the property, as well, and it was the perfect backdrop for our photos!

The venue is absolutely beautiful and we had so many compliments on the setting and flowers (also done by Jorgensen!) Val & her Team know exactly what they are doing... and they are doing everything insanely perfect. There is no wonder why they have this long list of raving reviews. Brendon and I got married this past September on 9-2-17. Our wedding date just happened to be that one rainy day out of the month...and honestly, I think it made the pictures look even better! Oak Grove IS the most beautiful venue around... even when it is raining. In fact, It is pretty close to being the only venue in all of Ohio that has an inside space to hold 120+ people and an outdoor covered area to hold 120+....Making the event function selections versatile and accommodating for that \"what if it rains\" scenario.Val's attention to detail is evident in every aspect. She continues to improve upon her venue even when she doesn't \"have to\". Her standard's are high--- and that only makes the experience that more magical. When you can walk into a venue and recognize a Restoration Hardware light fixture... you know you are not only in the right place.... but in a place where the investment in representing only the best and most current style/ trends is a focus. The list continues when it comes to the luxury detail and treatment....The venue is stunning- it \"wowed\" all of our guests. However the treatment from the Jorgenson Farms Team just really topped it all off. Its clear that everyone enjoys what they do and takes pride in where they work. We toured / booked with Val, got additional information from Emily and then planned with Heather. Everyone was quick to respond to our questions/ accommodating with all of our specific needs. I don't think we were told \"no\" once when it came to any of our special requests. Our day was spectacular... I just cant say enough and I just cant THANK everyone enough. Jorgenson Farms is truly a gem in Columbus and they deserve all of the continued success in the world. It is fair to say that we were more than pleased.

We got married at Jorgensen's newest venue, Oak Grove. The wedding was just spectacular. Everybody LOVED the gorgeous greenhouse and cottage, and we could not have asked for a better experience with the staff. They were flexible and willing to help us out wherever needed. Although it was a little pricier than some of the other venues that we had looked at, having chairs/tables/bathrooms/catering space/skilled staff on site and included in the price was worth it. So glad that we went with Jorgensen!

We got married at Jorgensen Farm's new venue (Oak Grove) last month. To say it's a gorgeous event space is an understatement. We toured the farm in December shortly after getting engaged and only half of the venue was completed at that time. Emily did our tour and she was so warm, welcoming, and very professional. We did a second tour with Val, the owner, and our parents prior to booking the space. The property is also a working farm and you can tell Val pours her heart into it. We attended the grand opening/open house in May and the completed venue exceeded our expectations.Oak Grove is completely separate from the original Barn event space so you will not overlap with another wedding. It feels both modern and rustic and the use of indoor/outdoor space is why we ultimately chose to book. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful Oak Grove was!Our day-of-wedding coordinator, Jennifer, was extremely friendly and great to work with. We first met her at our rehearsal the night before the wedding. She brings such a positive and upbeat energy. We were able to bring all of our decorations and alcohol/desserts to store at the venue which made the wedding day SO much easier – and Jennifer even helped us carry the boxes! She went above and beyond for us and I have a feeling she was doing a lot behind the scenes to make the day run smoothly. All of the Jorgensen staff the day of the wedding was very friendly and the day turned out perfect.I have only two complaints: (1) We negotiated two lawn games into our contract, however the games were never set up. This was very disappointing since we had told guests these would be available (in our program and in our wedding invites) and we were really looking forward to playing them and keeping the wedding a little less traditional. (2) The communication with the pre-wedding coordinator Heather could be improved. I had to reach out to set up the initial meeting and also the week of the wedding to see what else was needed from us (like guest counts and layout, which we hadn’t provided yet). For the cost of the venue, I would have preferred a coordinator to take the first steps and reach out to us to schedule these things. When we met in person with Heather, I really liked her….she was personable and on top of things, it’s just that little extra of customer service that was missing for me.Overall, I would highly recommend Jorgensen Farms Oak Grove venue. Yes, the cost is slightly higher than some of the other venues in town, but the space is gorgeous and the staff and owner are wonderful.

Loved having our wedding at Jorgensen's!!We planned our wedding from out-of-state, and our contact Heather was flexible in scheduling meetings at the venue based around our availability. She was also helpful in taking questions via phone and email. Our day-of coordinator Jennifer provided wonderful support in aligning our photographer, band, caterer, and bridal party members. She even arranged to have a golf cart to transport our elderly relatives from the parking lot and one to transport my husband and I during our photos.The venue itself is beautiful (pictures don't do it justice!). The flower field & barn were great for a wedding/reception combo, with plenty of room for guests to mingle before/after the ceremony, as well as during the reception.The staff spends a lot of time and effort in maintaining the beautiful flowers & greens that are around the venue. They also are constantly improving all the venue's assets (both natural and buildings). In fact, when we first visited, they had not yet broke ground on the new bathrooms and since that time, they have expanded the bathrooms, kitchen, and re-done the roof.Can't say enough about the quality of service that JF provides. We knew from our first visit that we were in good hands and signed that day. Val's venue and team are of the highest quality and were largely responsible for making our day so memorable.

My wedding at Jorgensen Farms was absolutely amazing. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and it's great to be able to have the ceremony and reception in the same place. Our guests loved that there were so many places to spend the evening - from the fire pit, to the dance floor and even just walking around the property. The staff was incredible on our actual wedding day and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the event. The staff before the event, especially Heather, were so helpful with planning and made our day absolutely perfect! Jorgensen is perfect if you are looking for a rustic themed wedding and you can truly make it your own and personalize your event.

Jorgensen Farms was by far the most perfect venue we could ever ask for to have our wedding at. Val, Heather, Emily and Kelly were amazing to work with. They were easy to communicate with, open to suggestions on what we saw in terms of our wedding vision, and made sure that our big day went smoothly. We got engaged shortly after the beginning of this year and needed to plan a wedding within 3 months, which at the time, seemed daunting. Oak Grove is so beautiful that it does not need much extra in terms of decorations. Everyone at our wedding told us how the food was the best that they have ever had at a reception, and I can't forget to mention how the chef even made me a personalized jar of homemade Siracha since he recognized a fellow spicy food lover at the tasting they hosted for us. Small things like that is what makes Jorgensen Farms stand out from the rest. I am so grateful to have been able to take advantage of everything outdoor that Oak Grove has to offer. It felt like we were getting married at an elegant greenhouse out in California right here in the middle of Ohio. It was important to us to pick a venue that values the local community and the land. Val lives this way through and through, with the farm selling organic herbs, vegetables, flowers, fruits, and wool products to local chefs and grocers. When we came up with the idea to honor the land by planting a tree, Val didn't laugh at the idea, but took it by the reigns. She invited us back to Oak Grove a couple of weeks after the wedding to plant a Red Bud tree, which is native to Ohio, in the gorgeous tree line up against the venue. We can't wait to see how the tree grows just as we grow in our marriage. If you are looking for the wedding of your dreams, choose Jorgensen!

Jorgensen Farms was by far the most perfect venue we could ever ask for to have our wedding at. Val, Heather, Emily and Kelly were amazing to work with. They were easy to communicate with, open to suggestions on what we saw in terms of our wedding vision, and made sure that our big day went smoothly. We got engaged shortly after the beginning of this year and needed to plan a wedding within 3 months, which at the time, seemed daunting. This was my dream location and after visiting 20+ other locations, we came back to Jorgensen. It was our best choice and well worth the investment. All of our guests were awed by the beauty and elegance of the location, the setting and the attention to details. I had my heart set on getting under a tree, and the outdoor ceremony location was perfect. For our vintage theme, we had four vintage cars around the location to help set the stage (thanks Val!) rented vintage china, and loaded up on flowers. The florist, caterer, DJ and photographer found Val's team to be easy to work with and flexible. To make it easy for us (bride and groom) there was a house for the bridal party to get ready in, and a house for the groomsmen to get ready. It was a magical day made even better by the venue. It was a dream.

We definitely had some speed bumps along the way due to the venue being brand new and under construction, but they heard our concerns loud and clear and did everything they could to make it right. They made our outdoor wedding dreams come true with string lights and a beautiful ceremony setting against the farms oak trees. My husband and I are so thankful to have had such a beautiful back drop. The only downside is it is expensive and their communication isn't always the greatest. Still, love this venue and hope to attend a wedding there again sometime!

We were looking for an outdoor venue with natural beauty and one that would be memorable to ourselves and all our guests. I used the florist at the farm as well. Everything worked out wonderfully. Suzi made gorgeous bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids and created beautiful centerpieces. This was after months of back and forth together creating the exact look we wanted based on some DIY elements we would add in. Suzi was open to all my ideas and created the exact look we were going for. The venue was in tip top shape for our guests upon arrival. Heather helped a ton from the planning process through the rehearsal the day before and then day-of. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Jorgensen Farms. It was very pricey and any add-ons (candles, etc) were overpriced in our opinion. But that being said, we felt it was all worth it because of the experience, ease of planning everything that was included. The farm was beautiful and we have not stopped getting compliments on our wedding. We are so happy with our choice! Thank you Val and all of you at Jorgensen!

Jorgensen was an amazing venue! The venue is beautiful and fit our personalities/lifestyles perfectly. The layout of the entire facility along with the adjacent homes for which we were able to use the day of are wonderful and help make things much easier.The employees were very helpful and helped organize, push certain items along, and make sure we were not getting behind. The constructive criticism I would have would be for the decorations, some of the contract details, along with the minute details such as fire pit, etc., and personnel changes immediately before the wedding. Following the wedding reception we apparently had a miscommunication with some of our personal decor with the staff members as far as how much of the decorations needed to be completely removed and/or moved out of the main area to a designated area, and by what times. Some of our personal linens were also misplaced and unable to be found until we made a phone call to a friend/vendor and found them ourselves. Decorations and timing were discussed multiple times and everyone seemed to be on the same page. I believe these issues could be resolved in assuring the specific details of decorations, timing, placement, extras (fire pits) etc. be clarified more clearly in the contract. I would also recommend marking personal decorations so that Jorgensen staff is aware it is not a vendor's. My comment toward personnel changes is that we worked directly with one member the entire time leading up to our wedding and had a different member there the night of the rehearsal, which appeared to add some confusion as she was not fully aware of some of the details.Jorgensen is an overall amazing venue with a laid back casual feel and I wouldn't change our experience there. I think some minor tweaks in the contract and assuring future customers AND the staff are both crystal clear on specific details will help avoid confusion and potential conflict. For the net cost of the venue and other invested items I would think this should be a smooth process to accomplish and appease all parties involved.

My dream wedding came true at Jorgensen Farms! Nothing about the day went wrong. We had our wedding on a Friday in October and luckily the weather was perfect. However, even if it wasn't they have a gorgeous indoor ceremony space that also serves as the reception area. Our wedding was spectacular, the farms spots for photos were marvelous, and the wedding coordinator and owner of the farm were wonderful people to work with. Just beautiful! Jorgensen is an awesome place to have a beautiful, more casual wedding! Heather, Val and the rest of the staff were awesome to work with! If I had to make one suggestion for the future it would be to build either a cover over the restrooms or permanent bathrooms. They have umbrellas for guests to use to get out to them, but we all now how awkward trying to close one while opening/shutting the door and standing on the top of the steps can be! That being said, that alone did not deter from the beauty of the venue...if we could afford it, we would do it all over again! :)

It was clear that they take what they do seriously, while appreciating the beauty and significance of the event. The Barn provided the perfect venue for our rustic affair, including a tasteful dining/dancing area, beautiful new bar and buffet area, and we opted for the firepit and some outdoor children's games as well. I had my wedding at Jorgensen Farms in the Fall of 2014. I have hesitated writing this review because I truly would not have had our wedding anywhere else, but there were some serious issues that I believe anyone who is interested in this venue has a right to know. I signed my contract with Jorgensen over a year before our wedding date. In that time, the contract was changed SEVERAL times. No one bothered to make me aware of these changes. A few months before the wedding we had a meeting with the coordinator. We made plans for an indoor ceremony that would be flipped during cocktail hour for the reception. Everything was fine during that meeting. Our next meeting was one month before the wedding. It was at this meeting that I was told that my whole plan for the wedding had to be changed. The coordinator decided that having the ceremony AND reception indoors would no longer be possible unless I spent more money on staff or chose to leave the tables in the arena during the ceremony. This was absolutely mind boggling to me. Just a couple of months before, I was told that this would not be a problem at all. I was then also informed that contrary to my rental agreement, I was no longer allowed to store decorations on their property the week before the wedding and my setup time was completely taken away. I was told by the owner when I initially signed the contract that I had Friday evening to set up and Sunday morning to tear down. All of these things were a large determining factor in my choosing Jorgensen considering the small amount of decor in the barn (it had to be a DIY wedding). I let the coordinator know about my concerns and she did fix the storage situation, but she did not acknowledge any of my other problems. \r\rAlthough I was extremely upset, I chose to put all of this aside so I could enjoy our wedding day. Unfortunately, they put a damper on that day too. The morning of the wedding the coordinator dropped the bomb on me that all of my decorations had to be out of the barn by 11pm THAT NIGHT. My husband's and my family worked so hard after the wedding to clean up. My husband and I actually stayed for a while helping to clean as well (which we NEVER should have had to do!!) After all of this trouble, they called my father to let him know that we must have accidentally taken ONE of their mason jars home with us. He took it all the way back to them and a few weeks later we realized that our homemade cupcake stand had been left there. NO ONE bothered to call us about that. \r\rAll this being said, Jorgensen is a beautiful place to be married, but be sure to keep documention of EVERYTHING you are promised. I believe that one of the main responsibilities of ANYONE in the wedding business is to be supportive of the brides vision and to add less stress to an already overwhelming situation. Jorgensen was the only stressful part of my wedding planning and I believe that says a lot about the way they do business.

I had my wedding at Jorgensen Farms in the Fall of 2014. I have hesitated writing this review because I truly would not have had our wedding anywhere else, but there were some serious issues that I believe anyone who is interested in this venue has a right to know. I signed my contract with Jorgensen over a year before our wedding date. In that time, the contract was changed SEVERAL times. No one bothered to make me aware of these changes. A few months before the wedding we had a meeting with the coordinator. We made plans for an indoor ceremony that would be flipped during cocktail hour for the reception. Everything was fine during that meeting. Our next meeting was one month before the wedding. It was at this meeting that I was told that my whole plan for the wedding had to be changed. The coordinator decided that having the ceremony AND reception indoors would no longer be possible unless I spent more money on staff or chose to leave the tables in the arena during the ceremony. I recently had my wedding at Jorgensen Farms in Westerville, OH and my experience was great. The venue is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. All of my guests commented on what a unique and wonderful place it was for a wedding. It ended up raining day-of so my outdoor ceremony needed to be moved indoors; the process was seamless and I can't thank them enough!

Jorgensen was great to work with from the beginning. It's hard not to fall in love with the natural beauty of the farm. We started working with Katherine, the onsite wedding coordinator, about 9 months before the wedding. Whenever I had any questions or changes to our ceremony or reception, I would just email Katherine and she would change it in her records. We met again a couple weeks before the wedding to confirm all the details. We were trying to figure out if we could use a family friends' street rod for my ceremony entrance and Katherine worked with us and the driver of the car to determine where he could drive on the field. He couldn't drive right up to the aisle but we still got good pictures with the car after the ceremony. Katherine was really helpful on the day of, I went out to the barn to look at the cake and noticed one of my centerpieces had blown over and the water had saturated the tablecloth. I found her and let her know and she took care of it within minutes. Also, after the reception started, some of my family asked if they fans could be turned on so I found Katherine and asked her and she had them turned on before I even got back to tell my family that she was taking care of it. Overall, we had a good experience with Jorgensen and would recommend them to other brides but I've also heard they raised their prices quite a bit for next year so it may not be as good of a value as it was for us.
