Based out of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Joy by the Sea is a beach wedding venue. This property is perfect for couples who always wished to exchange their vows on a golden sandy beach with the sounds of crashing waves as their romantic backdrop. With gorgeous vistas, superb customer service, and luxury on-site accommodations, the venue has everything you might need for your once-in-a-lifetime celebration. When you and your wedding party arrive at Joy by the Sea, you can go straight into the get-ready suite for your pre-ceremony preparations. The room boasts French doors that go out onto a large oceanfront patio. Once you are ready to walk down the aisle, your ceremony will take place on a white footbridge underneath an arbor while the loved ones overlook. After your heartfelt 'I dos', up to 75 loved ones can join you for an unforgettable evening reception on the venue's patio. The space features a summer kitchen, a BBQ grill, a bar with a pizza oven, a pool, a spa, and a fire pit. In addition, several well-decorated rooms around the property are available and they can accommodate up to 30 guests. These suites are sure to put a smile on everyone's face as they wake up to the stunning blue water and sky. Meet the Joy By The Sea Team
Joy (Owner) Joy was born in in St. Johns, Antigua and Barbuda—the youngest of six children. Joy‘s mother jokes that she hit the jackpot when she delivered Joy. After laboring five children naturally, the epidural was introduced! This delivery put a smile on her face and because of that experience her name became Joy!Joy emigrated to Florida when she was 16 years old in the hope of finding prosperity in the land of opportunity.The journey has been long but Joy—with her husband Frank—have achieved the American dream. Joy now wishes to provide a Caribbean flavor in the New Smyrna Beach area!
