We are a family-owned business operating for almost 20 years and are completely dedicated to creating lifetime memories for our clients and guests. We have always prided ourselves on being a "one-stop shop" by offering a number of services such as decor, planning, catering, floral, and day of coordination to make sure all of our couples have a stress free and wonderful experience planning their wedding.

When we were looking for our wedding venue, we wanted a place that showcased downtown Indianapolis and had a day-of coordinator – we didn’t know when we booked how lucky we were to work with JPS Events for our big day.JPS Events was not only our ceremony site and reception venue, they were also our decorator, caterer, florist, and all-around problem solvers for the months (year+ for us) leading up to the wedding, as well as for the big day. Jess, Patti, and Cassidy were absolute pleasures to work with and made our dreams (and then some) come true. Our family and friends can’t stop raving about how incredible of a night it ended up being. TERRACE – The indoor space is lovely with all of the windows and great views of the city, but the terrace is where it’s at! Thank goodness we ended up getting a lovely evening for the ceremony outside and it cooled off nicely for us to use the terrace as our dance floor, as well. For those that didn’t want to dance, there were cabanas with couches so people could still be a part of the action. We were also able to do a sparkler dance, which JPS Events helped us coordinate.DECORATIONS – We had a 3.5 hour meeting with Patti and Cassidy about 6 months before the wedding where we went through a Pinterest board that we had created (to give them an idea of our style), picked out all of our linens (all colors that they had in-stock were INCLUDED), set up our centerpieces, talked through our floral, discussed the setup, etc. If you can dream it, they can probably make it happen!GETTING READY SUITES – There was a bridal suite (complete with a bathroom) and a groom’s suite on-site so we could be at the venue as set-up was taking place. Mama Leaner was there all day to set up the tables and help us with whatever we needed and if something didn’t look quite right, we could tell her right then.FOOD – we had three tastings in the months leading up to the wedding where we tried appetizers, salads, entrees, sides, and wine. We were pleased with the options and, of all things, everyone RAVED about our salad option (bibb lettuce and arugula, candied pecans, peaches, strawberries, goat cheese, and champagne-tarragon dressing). While most of the wedding was on the terrace, we were able to eat inside to keep cool.Patti, Cassidy, and the whole crew - THANK YOU for making our wedding day so incredibly perfect!

I could not say better things about this place! From the flowers, to the decor, the staff, everything is top notch. Patti has such an amazing eye for decorating and my wedding turned out better than I could have ever imagined! She took every crazy idea I had and made it happen. We unfortunately couldn’t use the outside rooftop due to weather - which I was super bummed about at first but she truly made the inside magical that it didn’t even matter. I got so many compliments about how beautiful it was. She also tried down to the last second to get us outside and I appreciated that so much!! Looking back at pictures and seeing every little detail and she nailed it. Her bartenders were incredibly nice to all our guest, her daughter Cassidy is wonderful at what she does, and the waiters were fast and efficient. She even gave my mom her shoes when she saw her dancing barefoot! I am so glad I choose JPS Events for my wedding and would recommend them to everyone!! Truly the best day ever thanks to Patti & her team!

An absolutely BEAUTIFUL wedding venue. My husband and I got married here the other week and everything was perfect from top to bottom. The floral and decor were absolutely perfect and Patti and Cassidy did a great job making our vision a reality and even taking it to the next level. The food was super fresh and hot and you could taste the quality. All in all, the staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful, you could tell they genuinely cared and there was a real family-like atmosphere with them. Could not have asked for a better experience and I would recommend this venue a million times over.

An absolutely BEAUTIFUL wedding venue. My husband and I got married here the other week and everything was perfect from top to bottom. The floral and decor were absolutely perfect and Patti and Cassidy did a great job making our vision a reality and even taking it to the next level. Our daughter and her husband selected this venue and it was the best decision they could have made for their wedding! Patty and all the staff were amazing - always two steps ahead of anything we might need. They were flexible, friendly, and genuinely happy for the bride and groom throughout our event, making them feel very special. From the space to the flowers, the decorations, and the food - I can not say enough about this fantastic place and the people who manage it. Their attention to detail sets them apart and made our day just perfect. The weather was iffy and they helped the bride and groom make the last-minute decision to move the ceremony inside. They moved chairs and flowers creating a breathtakingly beautiful space in minutes. Part way through the reception, the DJ announced a sparkler dance and the bride had a momentary panic as they had agreed to purchase the sparklers but had forgotten to do this...not to worry...venue staff magically appeared with huge sparklers for everyone and the party went on without missing a beat. I would not change a thing! Thank you thank you thank you JPS Events at Regions Tower - you are the best!

Our daughter and her husband selected this venue and it was the best decision they could have made for their wedding! Patty and all the staff were amazing - always two steps ahead of anything we might need. They were flexible, friendly, and genuinely happy for the bride and groom throughout our event, making them feel very special. WOW! What a team! Anything you need to happy, Patti and her team will make it happen. Everyone was so easy to work with, helped with anything they could, and new how to throw an amazing wedding with little input. I let them do my flowers. I am still getting compliments weeks later about how beautiful they were. They work with vendors to keep the timeline going and everyone up to date. I had no stress. And talk about the VIEW. I did out ceremony and reception outside and was told by multiple people it was an experience they had never seen, despite living in Indy their entire lives. Stunning. Thank you all!

What an awesome venue! Patti and her staff give you everything they promise and much more. Everything flowed like clockwork for our daughters wedding. From the ceremony right into cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. Food and service beyond expectations. Patti and her staff did the flowers and they were absolutely gorgeous. They don’t skimp on size or quality of flowers. Patti takes care of everything, so the family of the bride and groom can enjoy the evening. Lots of great photo ops at this venue too. Had several guest say it was the one of the best weddings they’d ever been too! Highly recommend this venue for your wedding or event.

There are not enough stars to give the team at JPS Events. Choosing them for your wedding is booking more than just a venue. From the decorations, to the flowers, to the service, and you cannot forget the amazing food, JPS does it all. They are experts and were always happy to help with questions. They planned everything at meetings leading up to our big day and they ensured everything ran smoothly the day of.Patti, Jessie, John, Cassidy and Leaner, we are so happy that we had you to help create our perfect day. People constantly warned me that things would go wrong on our wedding day, but I can say 100% that with this group you do not have to worry about anything. They truly care about you and what you want and the end results speak to that. I had so many guests tell me it was the best wedding they have ever attended and as a bride my wedding day was stress free. I cannot recommend JPS enough, if you want the wedding of your dreams look no further!

As the Mother of the Bride (MOB), I cannot find the right adjectives to describe the outstanding services provided by the JPS Events staff and the beauty of the venue located at the Regions Tower in downtown Indianapolis. While we met with several venues, no one came close to the price, services and elegance offered by JPS Events. As a locally owned business, the owners Patti and John Stowers work tirelessly to transform your dream wedding into a reality. No need to hire a separate wedding planner as their thorough planning process, experience and recommendations encompass everything you could possibly need. They offer a huge selection of food options with several tasting events, a myriad of decorating options including an array of chandeliers and tabletop options. Unlike other venues, we had unlimited access to the bridal suite during the week of her wedding and on the wedding day, a personal assistant was assigned to meet our every need. No detail was left undone as their entire staff seamlessly choreographed the perfect Friday night wedding. Our guests enjoyed an outstanding dinner and the rooftop provided a beautiful backdrop for an evening reception. Their pricing is very competitive; however, I would use the word “priceless” to describe their support throughout the entire process!

I wish there were more stars I could give to Patti and her team at JPS! They were so wonderful and there are not enough words to describe how fantastic my experience was! Patti was amazing to work with during the whole process, especially being out of state. JPS offers a one-stop shop for everything (besides cake) which is an out of state planner’s dream. She helped keep everything organized and brought my vision to life through her amazing centerpieces, decor, layout, details, etc. I also only gave her a small Pinterest board of ideas and she incorporated everything I could have possibly wanted and more. Not to mention, the food was to die for! Absolutely delicious and a great serving size to fill up guests. She even accommodated is with a French fry bar we had requested as the late night snack. During the day of the wedding my bridesmaids and I got ready at the venue and they were super accommodating! The team had drinks set up for us and always checked in on us to see if we needed anything. The floral was so beautiful and our bouquets were exactly what I envisioned! The night of the wedding the service was wonderful and she was there every step of the way taking care of anything that came up and managing our timeline perfectly. I cannot say enough nice things about Patti and her team. This venue space is absolutely breathtaking with an incredible staff!

I cannot speak enough about all of the staff at Regions Tower! From Patti, Jessie, Cassie and the rest of the staff everyone was incredible to work with. It is truly one of the most unique venues in the Indy area. Patti and Jessie are so accommodating and flexible to make the venue your own. We had rain during our reception and Patti and her staff still managed to have the music and dancing outside. They worked their magic to make our wedding reception amazing. I cannot recommend this venue enough for future brides!

They go above and beyond for you. Every single idea or wish I had was granted by Patti and her staff. I am not exaggerating when I say they got every single detail PERFECT. Every picture I showed Patti for wedding decor ideas-she made it 10x better. It was truly more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Throughout the whole process we were provided guidance, reassurance and willingness to make our day as special as possible. My husband, family and I had a blast planning the wedding with Patti and her team. My wedding guests continue to tell me how wonderful the whole evening was. Wow, I am still blown away by how perfect our wedding day was! Multiple guests were so impressed by the venue and even asked if Patti was my wedding planner because she is just so awesome!! Honestly, I wish I could give Patti and all of the JPS staff far more than five stars! They're absolutely incredible and I am confident that they alone are the reason my wedding was so incredibly perfect. Patti will meet every one of your needs and exceed it. Every. Single. Thing. you could EVER want, she will make happen and make sure it is beautiful. I am still in awe of how many people continue to compliment me and my husband on how wonderful the venue and staff were. The food was second to none. The decor was everything I didn't know I wanted but was so beautiful. From the start of the day all the way to the end, Patti and her team guessed every single need we might have (that wasn't planned) and delivered. Lunch, snacks, drinks, etc., were all taken care of while getting ready. When we arrived after the ceremony, Patti and her crew were waiting with headsets to execute everything flawlessly. I can't say enough great things about my experience. Patti is a true rock star and if you're looking in the Indianapolis area for your wedding, you'd be crazy to look anywhere but JPS Events!

There are not enough stars to describe our experience with JPS events at Regions Towers. The team of Patti, Jessie, Cassidy, John and countless others made our daughter's wedding an unforgettable, magical night!The planning process begins with a visit to the venue. We were amazed when we walked into the fifth floor and saw such a beautiful area inside with an even more magnificent rooftop oasis! We knew immediately that we wanted this for the wedding.We were planning from out of town and the JPS team made this simple. The tastings were amazing and there was such an abundance and variety of food. It was difficult to make a decision. Apparently we made the correct ones (or there are no incorrect ones) because our guests raved about the \"best food ever\".Our guests were mostly impressed with the service, and, or course, the gorgeous venue. Friends have said they felt like they were at a red carpet event for celebrities. The band and bar on the rooftop were quite popular and the dancing was nonstop all night.On the day of, I was amazed at how much support we had. Our needs were anticipated before we even knew we had them. (I somehow forgot the orange juice for mimosas - in no time orange juice appeared!) It was a perfect place to get ready for the big event. From start to finish, the JPS team treats you like royalty. They assist with every detail from all the food (appetizers, meal, even Kilroy breadsticks for a late night snack if desired), the gorgeous decorations, the floral (absolutely incredible and Cassidy even drove to our chapel in another town and personally decorated the pews!!!). During the event, Patti or Jessie will be there directing in the background, putting out fires before anyone knows they happened, always with a smile and then bringing drinks from the bar for the guests of honor. The team of JPS - Patti, John, Jessie, Cassidy and more, put their hearts and souls into every event they create. They put on wedding after wedding after wedding, yet they treat it as the once-in-a-lifetime event that it is for each bride and groom. I cannot praise them enough for the absolutely amazing, magical reception that we will remember and relive forever.If you are planning a wedding in the Indianapolis area, this is the place for you!

Even being an out of town couple, the team at JPS and wedding coordinator, Jessie made the days leading up to the wedding, the rehearsal, and wedding itself so enjoyable, easy, personable, and FUN! If you want an indoor/outdoor wedding, you must go with JPS Event! They make it too easy and relaxing for you to not. The venue itself is breathtaking. We received feedback from our guests and they mentioned that they felt like celebrities or that it was the coolest venue they have ever been to.JPS is the one stop shop, which is another reason why I loved working with them. From the decor to the out of this world chef, parking, every detail, JPS takes care of it all. I would give 10 stars if I could. Patti and her team are amazing, professional, and knowledgeable! The venue was absolutely beautiful. We had a lot of out of town guests from all over the US and a couple different countries and they all gave multiple compliments on the beauty/location of the space. We also had cultural requests that Patti was very open and accommodating to. We also did our rehearsal dinner through JPS and Patti and her chef stepped in to help in the middle of a mishap. I would work with Patti and Laura again and again! They really go above and beyond to make your day special. Weddings in Indy are generally expensive but with what you get at JPS, it’s completely worth it and honestly a little cheaper than most nice venues. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Jessie was great about getting a sense of our style and what we wanted our wedding to look like - even has us create a Pinterest board and followed that. They allowed me to come a couple days before the big day to put together my bouquet and centerpieces. It was great to see my vision come to life. Jessie answered all my questions and emails thoroughly. They took care of everything the day of the wedding, setting up the DJ, our cupcakes, decorations, etc. We didn't have to lift a finger. The bridal suite was AMAZING to get ready in. They had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for everyone and it had GREAT lighting and views all day. There was someone on site the morning of to help haul our things to the suite and even to tear down that night and help us load up our car. Every staff member was a pleasure to work with and had a smile on their face. They made our day the most relaxed and special day of our lives. Thanks Regions Tower!!!!!

The decorations were amazing, the food was outstanding, and our entire day was well planned and organized. We absolutely loved this place and the team will always have a special place in our hearts!

I highly recommend anyone searching for a wedding venue to check this place out. It was to a tee my dream wedding and all the credit goes to Patti and her team. The view is amazing, the food in phenomenal and the service is outstanding. Go take a tour the view will sell itself. They have in-house catering with monthly tasting so you can serve exactly what you would like. I am not a huge decorator but Patti made it easy. She has a closet of endless decorating options which made was very convenient.

The Terrace is a fantastic wedding venue! Patti is absolutely amazing! They are very busy and makes it really hard to get hold of them. If you are a plan ahead type of person (like months in advance), may not be the place for you. If you are okay with details not being finalized until close to the date, this place is perfect. The night of everything was executed flawlessly and it was amazing! Food was to die for....!

We held our daughter's wedding and reception on the 5th floor of the REgions tower at Oasis Events. This proved to be a very wise and enjoyable choice. We were able to hold the wedding outdoors in early May (5-11-2013). The reception was inside and was absolutely lovely. They worked with us on making it a memorable day and helped us with details much more than we expected. They were attentive and accommodating. The meal was delicious even though we chose a more economical approach (chicken). Being in the middle of the city was so nice. The views were beautiful. No regrets about this venue and caterer. John and Patti are great! Thanks for all you did!

Patti Stowers (Owner) JPS Events was started as a “husband & wife team” in 2002. As owners, but also as parents, we are now blessed to have our 3 kids Bill, Cassidy, and Adam working full time; as well as on a part time basis our extended family, our friends, and even our kids’ friends! We are supported by the most dedicated, hard-working team of considerate professionals, many of whom have been with us for years.
