Brittany Pritcher(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-05-2019 Kim at the Kaminski House Museum was so great to work with!! She was very responsive with any questions we had, and was willing to send pictures of things we had questions about since we were out of town. She was always flexible with meeting us to go over the grounds at the venue and made the process so easy! The Kaminski House Museum is so well taken care of and absolutely gorgeous! Our guests were so amazed of it's views and how well kept the grounds were. Thank you for everything Kim, and thank you for helping make our day PERFECT!!! Reviewed on 30-05-2019
Nicala Maltese(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-05-2019 We were the winners of the Kaminski House Museum’s Wedding Day Prize Package. Our wedding day at the Kaminski House was truly a fairy tale. We had a very large tent and lanterns hanging from the gorgeous trees overlooking the water. It was all exactly what I had envisioned for my dream southern charm wedding. If you are a couple looking for a beautiful outdoor wedding The Kaminski House Museum lives up to every bit of that. Kim at the Kaminski House was also extremely helpful and answered any questions or concerns that we had. Also, if you are looking for a place to get ready try the East Bay House. It’s just down the street and is absolutely perfect in every way. We wish that we could relive it all over again. Would 100% recommend having your ceremony/reception at this picture perfect venue. Becca Harper(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-06-2018 I loved my wedding venue! Very affordable and such a pretty setting. It’s all outside since the building is a museum, so you have to rent everything. They do have bathrooms though that are not connected to the Kaminski House Museum that can be used! There’s not really a place to get dressed there though so that was a little stressful to figure out but besides that, I loved it and would recommend it to couples that want an outside wedding! Ashley Dixon(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-11-2016 We hosted our wedding three weeks ago at The Kaminski House and The Stewart Parker House. The best way to describe these properties are hidden gems. We could not have asked for a more gorgeous venue for our wedding. Everything could not get over the beautiful old homes, the large trees, and being right on the water! It truly had the best of everything, and for such a great price. Kim Leatherwood is wonderful to work with and is there to help at every point. I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. Reviewed on 12-12-2016
I wear a lot of hats at the Kaminski House Museum. I develop and write grant initiatives, coordinate special events such as the Jazz Under the Oaks concert and our Family Fun Day!, and oversee our membership program. My favorite part of my job is working with the brides who select one of the venues at the Kaminski House Museum to celebrate their wedding day and related activities. Wedding days are always the happiest moments in the lives of our couples. It is an honor to share in these joyous occasions. Your Happily Ever After Begins at the Kaminski House Museum! Kim Leatherwood
