Keller Clubhouse is an elegant country club wedding venue located in Maplewood, MN. This setting is also available for stylish elopements and vow renewals, encouraging you to commemorate your love story in whatever way feels most natural for you. This romantic event space is managed by Lancer Hospitality, who is on hand to help you bring your ideas to life. Lyndsey Lyon is the catering manager at Keller Clubhouse. She started out as a banquet server, before discovering how passionate she is about this industry. This professional is happy to answer any questions you may have, to help you make your dream wedding a reality. She understands that no two weddings are alike and loves finding ways to make each day as unique as the people celebrating. Keller Clubhouse can comfortably accommodate gatherings with up to 350 attendees. Inside the building, you'll find various spaces where you can host your special day. This includes private rooms with stunning views of the golf course and Keller Lake. Wooden ceiling beams add a touch of rustic charm to the setup. There are also several romantic outdoor patios and a private balcony where you can spend time with your loved ones. You can choose to have a sophisticated cocktail reception or a classic seated banquet meal, depending on your vision for the day. Buffets are also an option. Catering will be managed by the in-house team, giving you one less aspect to organize. The team at the clubhouse is also ready to help you with desserts, bartending, and planning. A selection of event rental items is available, too.

Keller Golf Course and Lancer Catering were absolutely wonderful to work with! They made the planning process as stress free as possible. The venue is gorgeous and they offer an amazing wedding package. I cannot recommend Keller and Lancer catering enough! They exceeded our expectations and our wedding day was amazing! If I had to do it again, I would 100% pick Keller Golf Course as my venue again! Also the food was amazing! Our guests have been raving about it! I'm so pleased with our decision to go with Keller for our wedding!

Keller Golf Course and Lancer Catering were absolutely wonderful to work with! They made the planning process as stress free as possible. The venue is gorgeous and they offer an amazing wedding package. I cannot recommend Keller and Lancer catering enough! They exceeded our expectations and our wedding day was amazing! If I had to do it again, I would 100% pick Keller Golf Course as my venue again! Also the food was amazing! Our guests have been raving about it! I'm so pleased with our decision to go with Keller for our wedding!

We had an October wedding during COVID. They were great!! communication was tough while staff was furloughed but once they were able to open up in July communication was great. They were very flexible. We were able to have our amazing wedding. Food was wonderful, guests are still commenting on how great the food was. the flow of the evening was great. pictures turned out AMAZING! Lyndsey with Lancer Catering was a joy and pleasure to work with.

My son's wedding at Keller this past weekend was nothing short of amazing. There is a dressing room that worked well for make-up and hair and getting dressed, for the ladies (we sent the men to our wedding hotel, the Fairfield St. Paul NE). The Fireplace Room and Ballroom are so beautiful, as well as the views, and everyone LOVED the food. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Lyndsey the manager. Do not hesitate to book Keller for your wedding, you will be very happy that you did!

LOVE Lyndsey she made the process so easy for us! One less thing we had to worry about. Easy to reach out to and easily accessible via email. I literally emailed at the goofiest hours and usually had a response when I least expected it. I am a nurse and work crazy shifts. She is professional. The catering team was so thoughtful the night of and kept things moving. Everyone raved about our food (street tacos, fry bar) and dessert (fondue dessert bar). Beautiful venue. Just as planned. No problems. Only regret was that we didn't have enough time to talk to our guests. Highly recommend... thinking of returning for a Quincenera!

I came across Keller Golf Course & Lancer Catering. I grabbed their card and filled out a contact information form. Monday morning, I received a follow up email from Lyndsey, the senior catering sales manager. She was very professional, helpful, and honest the whole step of the way! My husband and I fell in love with Keller Golf Course, and booked our reception, ceremony, and grooms dinner there. The whole planning process leading up to the wedding was nothing but fabulous! The staff is very helpful! Lyndsey is amazing to say the least! She makes everything so easy for you! She always delivered quick responses to my questions! The staff were friendly and caring. The food was amazing! We received so many compliments of how good the food was and how amazing the venue was!

Lyndsey was helpful from start to finish; communicating with us and ensuring that we had scheduled everything that was needed months prior to our big day. She listened to our concerns and did everything she could to satisfy our questions, concerns or demands no matter how bizarre they seemed. The best person I met through all of wedding planning was Lyndsey. I personally did not enjoy wedding planning but Lyndsey made it so simple for me. She was accommodating, had the best communication, always honest, and overall a great person to work with. The food from Keller was also fantastic. You can not go wrong with the beef short rib. Yes, it is a little spendy but it was SO tasty. The guests LOVED it. At the end of it all, we had such a perfect, fun, and beautiful wedding at Keller. It truly was the best day ever.

WOW WOW WOW! We could not have wished for a better venue, more attentive staff, or better food. We are still getting compliments about our July 21 wedding. It was the most perfect day and we wish we could redo it over and over. Lyndsey was so helpful in the entire process. Everything was up front and no fees were ever hidden or made unclear. She would email back to me late at night just to tell me she would get back to me in the morning! Which I hadn't expected a response until morning anyway. The venue was so beautiful, our food was delicious, and the service the day of the wedding was excellent. Every staff member was extremely helpful, very polite, and excellent at what they were doing. If I could give this venue a 6 star, I would!

It was the most perfect day and we wish we could redo it over and over. Lyndsey was so helpful in the entire process. Everything was up front and no fees were ever hidden or made unclear. The venue was great, and I loved all of the windows and the design. We didn't use a lot of decorations--really, besides the flower arch and the table centerpieces, we didn't use any--and we didn't have to because of the simplistic beauty of the place. Working with Lyndsey was wonderful; she made me feel very on top of things while keeping me on track. The only thing I wish would have happened was communication between the catering manager on site and myself when the room flip was done or when the speeches could start (after the entrees were done being passed out). Nothing major, though, and certainly not enough to mar a perfect day!

We absolutely loved Keller Clubhouse! The venue is very beautiful, we loved the exposed beams in the ceiling and large windows. Working with Lyndsey was wonderful! She was very helpful, kind and easy to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly and was determined to help make our day the best it could possibly be. She succeeded! The food was awesome, we have only heard great reviews from all of our guests. The staff during our reception was great as well, from the day of manager to the bartenders and servers, everyone was so great! They were kind, friendly and great workers! The food was awesome, we have only heard great reviews from all of our guests. While the location is beautiful, we truly chose the Keller over any other venue because we wanted to work with Lyndsey for our wedding. She was there EVERY step of the process -- from the menus to the timeline to figuring out rental decor -- and she kept us from becoming overwhelmed and lost in the details. It was very easy to set up our rehearsal and coordinate time to set things up the night before/morning of the wedding. As for the big day, the staff pulled everything off spectacularly and we were able to just enjoy our wedding day. I had my reception at Keller a couple of weeks ago and could not have imagined a better place to have my wedding. The building is gorgeous and the grounds are perfect in the spring. Lyndsey was amazing to work with and she made the whole process so easy. Lyndsey made sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly. She really made the whole planning process fun. If you are looking for a place to have your wedding, Keller is definitely worth a visit.

I had my reception at Keller a couple of weeks ago and could not have imagined a better place to have my wedding. The building is gorgeous and the grounds are perfect in the spring. We never even looked at another venue and booked Keller right away.Throughout the whole process Lyndsey and staff were so helpful and friendly, making sure that all our needs were met and helping us make the best decisions for our day. We always felt like we were in good hands. Any questions or requests we had, Lyndsey and staff always got back to us quickly. They made everything so easy and took care of things quickly and reliably. Nothing fell through the cracks.Our wedding reception was just beautiful. The food was spectacular - even better than what we had at our tasting meeting! The staff were cheerful and accommodating all evening. We had so many people comment on how much fun they had, and how great the venue was. Our french fry bar was a huge hit with everyone too!One of the things we liked best about Keller was that we could set up the fireplace room for games and quiet conversation, and dancing in the ballroom. Our guests really enjoyed having those different spaces.Thank you so much to Lyndsey and the staff at Keller for making our wedding reception so special and being with us every step of the way! You made our dream wedding a reality!

Wooooooow!! Absolutely wow. Having our wedding at Keller Golf Course was the second best decision we have ever made (the first is getting married). My husband and I wanted a fairy tale wedding and got it. The day was absolutely MAGICAL. Lyndsey Lyon, our wedding coordinator with Lancer Cetering went above and beyond our expectations. She was amazing to work with. Amazing. She made us feel like she was on our team— right away she let us know that this was our wedding and that she would do everything she could to make it special for us. Often times, when loved ones help newlyweds plan their wedding, their expectations of what a wedding should be like take priority and over power what the couple really wants. Lyndsey did a wonderful job of making our voice be heard and not over powered by our parents. It brought us comfort knowing we had her in our corner.The open house is 100% worth going to. It’s a fun night of free food and seeing the potential of the wedding space. There were twenty other couples + parents there, and Lyndsey made us feel like we were the only bride and groom at the event. We live an hour and a half away from the golf course, so it made our trip to that much more meaningful.I highly suggest you pay for the draping and cafe lights. It’s ridiculously expensive but extravagantly beautiful. It adds to the “experience” for your wedding. I am still swooning over our reception photos. We had our DJ bring in uplighting— another “worth it” cost. Even if you don’t want to spend a lot of money, having these elements makes it appear like you did. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. For all my foodies in the house, you’re welcome. We had the Harvest Salad, Chicken Skewers and Bacon Wrapped Dates as appetizers, Tuscan Chicken and Pork Tenderloin with potatoes and vegetables as main entrees. So happy with our meal choices! I’m still drooling. Do the taste test. We hope you get something out of this review. Keller is worth every penny.

I have always loved Keller, so when choosing my wedding venue, it was a no brainer. Little did I know, that beautiful place on the hill, I loved since I was a young girl, would have so much more to offer than I ever could have imagined. First of all, to any bride's that want to enjoy planning their special day, with someone who truly makes you feel like you are making these big decisions with a close friend, not just an event coordinator, Lyndsey is your go to gal. I honestly was blown away at all her knowledge and insight on every detail that I was at times too overwhelmed to even think of. She truly made my entire experience more than I could ask for, and I feel like I have gained a friend in a way. The entire event, ceremony, dinner and reception were literally flawless. The stunning decor, views, and menu are one of a kind. Our guests begged for the gravy recipe, and many said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The staff throughout the night, including the bartender, were all such kind and helpful people. I cannot say it enough, my day was absolutely incredible, and unforgettable, and if you want to experience the greatest day of your life, in a way you didn't think possible, Keller and Lancer Catering are the place to beat.

My wife and I just had our reception at Keller Clubhouse in St Paul and we worked with Lyndsey Lyon. She was fantastic to work with and made sure that every day leading up to the wedding we felt supported. We constantly emailed her and she was always so happy to help. The food was so good (all of our guests raved about the beef). We fell in love with the location and staff during our first tour there! Our day ran smoothly, but we were unable to set up the night before (due to another party being hosted there). We were able to get there at 10AM and staff had set up tables and linens and we were able to jump right into the centerpiece making (the groomsmen did, actually). The only setback we did have was halfway though the engagement, we were told that the menu prices were going up and our quote was going up (quite significantly). We contacted Lyndsey and she discussed a plan with her manager and we were given some credit for lighting. Having her was such a blessing! We highly suggest Keller Golf Course as a venue -for both the beauty and the amazing staff!

All spaces have charm, the fireplace room, main hall,the balconies and patios were all enjoyed! And the food was amazing!! Staff are all kind and very accommodating! Our main contact was Lyndsey, and I can't begin to tell you how helpful she was, from planning, timelines, table placements (this was major with the wedding party of 26),food and wine choices, etc. She was easy to get a hold of, easy to talk to and able to talked me off the ledge several times. I would highly recommend Keller and Lyndsey ! Wish we had another function to plan. I'll miss Lynds! Thank you for all you did to make the kids special day amazing!!

I had my wedding at Keller Golf Course in Maplewood, MN with Lancer Catering this past September. Everything was outstanding. Lyndsey, the wedding coordinator responsible for the site, went above and beyond, making sure that not only was Keller/Lancer prepared for the day, but that I was as well! She thought of everything and was really essential in having my day go off without a hitch. Food and decorations were very well priced as well (and I looked at over 20 venues!) and all of my guests, my father and husband included, said the food was delicious (I agree, of course!). Keller was absolutely the correct choice for my event- excellent location, beautiful surrounding grounds for photos opportunities, and the perfect amount of space for guests to explore and have fun! Keller Clubhouse was perfect for the day. My fiance and I toured several popular golf courses and reception venues throughout the cities that were in our price limit before we visited Keller. \r\rOnce we stepped foot inside the ballroom, our decision was made. The building is new, but has an old school charm to it (with some original pieces that were salvaged from the original clubhouse present in the new one). The ceilings are high and vaulted, the rooms are filled with natural light, and the restrooms are clean, and the staff is pleasant. \r\rThe patio is open to use for guests (as well as to golfers, although this was not a huge problem for us). This made for a nice escape for our guests who wanted to catch a break from dancing and enjoy a drink outside. \r\rWe received many compliments on our food throughout the night. We opted to do a buffet for dinner and have a late night french fry bar too. The guests loved this and Lancer Catering helped us meet all our requests and stay in the budget. \r\rWhile the price for the venue and the food was originally more than we would like to pay, food and venue were very important to us and we were able to feed our 170 guests delicious food three separate times throughout the night. \r\r

Lyndsey Lyon (Coordinator) I was born and raised in Minnesota by my amazing parents. I love Minnesota culture with its diversity of people, traditions and culinary experiences. I recently celebrated my eight year wedding anniversary with my wonderful and amazing husband Mark and look forward to many, many more! When I'm not working, my best time is spent with Mark and our two wonderful sons.My tenure with Lancer started when I was fresh out of high school and was offered a position as a banquet server.
