Kellerman’s Event Center is a beautiful wedding venue in historic White Bear Lake, MN. You and your partner will welcome your guests to join you in celebrating your marriage in the stunning historic building. Originally built in 1907, the beautiful ballroom has been recently renovated, restoring its enchanting architectural features. Upon entry, your guests will be directed towards the main ballroom, which can accommodate up to 250, by the grand staircase. Charming cafe lights hang from the 17-foot exposed wood ceilings, over rich hardwood floors. Your guests will be mesmerized by the character in this room, with its archways and handcrafted European storefronts. Guests can relax and enjoy the evenings’ celebrations from the lounge and bar area or sit in the delicate courtyard. The deck overlooking the city creates a quiet spot to take in the beauty of the surrounding area, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You and your partner can prepare for the day ahead in the two get-ready-suites, one complete with a beauty station, the other with a 1912 pool table. Both rooms make for beautiful candid photos while you get ready, and the latter is used as a locked room for gifts and personal items throughout the event. Bartending services are provided in-house. Catering services will provide all flatware, glassware, china, and linens. You are sure to find a menu to fit your budget and excite your palate. The pet-friendly venue* is wheelchair accessible with parking and shuttle services for your guests’ comfort and convenience. With audio and lighting equipment set up, Kellerman’s Event Center is ready and waiting for you and your guests to relax, enjoy, and celebrate your special day.

Where can we begin to describe how grateful we are to find Kellerman's Event Center and their fabulous event coordinator Kristin? Finding the right location was one thing but also having a fantastic coordinator included? BINGO! First, let's talk about the venue. It's breathtaking! When we found this place, we knew we wouldn't need to worry about decorations. We would describe the aesthetic as industrial, vintage, a bit steampunk with a lot of character. Terry, the owner, was present during our venue tour with Kristin and gave us a nice history of the building and the inspiration for the aesthetics. If you don't want to get married in a plain, boring, white sheetrock box, get hitch at Kellerman's!A bit of context before going on to the second point. While touring venues before we found Kellerman's, we learned a huge component was the event coordinator that came with the venue. They are there to help run the show for you, so you have to have a lot of faith and trust in them. They will also need to be reliable for any questions at any time and for anything. Not many venues are blessed with great people. So, while you might like a venue, you may have to settle with the coordinator that comes with it. Not only did we score huge with the stunning venue, we were also BLESSED to have Kristin!!! To say she is amazing and great to work with is an understatement. She was there for us every step of the way, for any questions or concerns, no matter how small. We can't thank her enough for everything she has done for us. You'll love working with Kristin for your big day! She's honest, dedicated, dependable, organized, and always has a warm and pleasant presence. Now that our wedding day has passed, we know we'll miss her!Also, with Kellerman's, we got the most bang for our buck. We toured so many venues around the Twin Cities and we were ready to settle for a place we weren't excited about until we toured Kellerman's. This place checked off all of our desires in a wedding venue. Beautiful, stunning location full of character? Check! Plenty of easy parking for guests? Check! Handicap accessible? Check! Many other venues we toured with similar aesthetics costs so much more with so much less. And what's worse, they would require you to go with their only choice of catering which will burn a hole in your wallet. With Kellerman's, we got to choose from several vendors with a wide range of prices so we could choose one that fits in our budget. (We chose Donatelli's!)We cannot praise this place enough. Thank you, Kellerman's and Kristin for making our big day extremely special!

Our daughter's wedding and reception were held at Kellerman's in White Bear Lake and we can't speak highly enough of this venue and their wedding coordinator, Kristin. From the moment we first walked in for our initial tour and throughout our entire experience, Kristin met our every need...Even things we hadn't thought of! I always felt secure that we made the right choice in the venue. I could completely trust that my daughter's and her new husband's big day was going to be beautiful and IT WAS!!! Beyond the excellent service, this venue has an incredibly unique feel and look. The ceiling, brick walls, epic stairs were all a perfect backdrop. This mother of the bride highly recommends Kellermans for your wedding and reception!

Kellerman’s was the first venue we visited. We immediately fell in love with it as it was exactly what we envisioned. From the retro and vintage decor to the beautifully lit cafe lights. On top of that, Kristin made our visit so personalized to each of us that it was literally emotional. We visited other venues just so that we did and ultimately, there was no comparison. Kristin made it clear from the beginning that at Kellerman’s, they are a family and it’s important for them to include us in that family. And that’s exactly what she and everyone at Kellerman’s did. Aside from Kristin’s professionalism and expertise, she is the sweetest. No question was a dumb question to her. She helped guide us through all the many obstacles and possible scenarios that could happen. And when we got to the big day, she was exactly where she said she would be: right there with us for anything we needed. Kellerman’s is clearly a beautiful venue but like we told Kristin on our wedding day, we chose Kellerman’s because of her. From day 1, she immediately welcomed us into the family. She showed us how much she cared for us and especially her job. She has a beautiful soul and a huge heart. We could never thank her enough. Highly recommend! Great location- great drinks- beautiful venue. Can’t go wrong. And Kristin’s puppy is just the cherry on top!

We loved the space from the moment we walked in, and by the time we left our initial tour, we knew we'd found \"the one.\" Kristin, the coordinator, was amazing to work with. She answered all of our questions (no matter how silly!) and helped us plan every detail for our day. We felt like everyone there truly cared about us and what we wanted. Kristin helped us work through all of our wedding-day jitters and made sure everything went smoothly. Our guests had a great time and, like us, were amazed by how beautiful the space is. Our day couldn’t have gone more perfectly. It’s hard to write a review that truly captures how we feel about Kellerman’s. We fell in love with the space immediately. They went above and beyond to help us navigate not one, but two COVID postponements. But at least that meant we got to have an extra long relationship with them! Kristin, the coordinator, is amazing (and so is Amy!). Aside from the gorgeous venue with unique touches that just FEELS good to be in, everything went so smoothly – they know what they are doing! Our guests had a great time, and we received so many great comments about the venue, how it was run, and about the day overall. We felt like family – right down to the owners actually being there. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had a great experience working with Kellerman's for our wedding reception! Having the event coordinator Kristin on hand to help with all of the planning is incredibly helpful. She has a lot of experience managing weddings at the venue and was always available to answer any questions we had fast and provide advice. Kellerman's itself is a beautiful venue--we received so many compliments from guests on how impressed they were with the space. We also enjoyed being able to work with onsite bar The Alchemist for our custom cocktail, which was a hit! Would highly recommend Kellerman's to any couple.

Kristin, the event coordinator and day of coordinator was pure magic. She helped this anxious bride to actually enjoy the planning process…during a pandemic!! It was honestly the best day ever!

Our wedding was the most beautiful, memorable experience and a large part of that is due to Kellerman's and their wonderful staff. The location was perfect for both our ceremony and reception. The style of the center is something our guests are still talking about. Kristin is an absolute life saver! If you ever get the chance to work with her you will be so impressed by her ability to make planning a wedding and hosting the event a breeze. My husband and I will be returning to this spot for years to relive the magic I'm sure of it. (also helps that we are locals.) If you have any interest in this venue we encourage you to take book a tour. At the very least it will be a fun and interesting experience. Kellerman's was worth booking and we couldn't be happier. If you have narrowed down your wedding venue choices to Kellerman’s, and someone else, you would be CRAZY not to choose Kellerman’s! My daughter was married there yesterday, and the entire event(from the rehearsal dinner through the ceremony and reception) was amazing and flawless. First of all, the venue itself is unique and beautiful. Secondly, our Kellerman’s wedding coordinator, Kristin, was beyond belief in her knowledge, organizational skills, and professionalism. She took care of things that I wouldn’t have even expected of her. Her quote was “once you all walk down the aisle, I don’t want you to worry about another thing. Just have fun.” She was true to her word in every sense. I can’t tell you how many guests were raving that it was the best wedding they’d ever attended. I’m exhausted today, but I had to take the time to give a five star review to a marvelous place. It was truly an event to cherish and remember.

Kristin, the event coordinator at Kellerman is one of the best parts about the venue! Throughout the whole wedding planning process, Kristin was always there to answer questions whenever I needed. Kristin at Kellerman’s made this tough situation very easy and smooth. I would recommend Kellermans to anyone and everyone and HIGHLY recommend getting married there pandemic or no. We checked out Kellermans as a potential back up for a venue in MN. The bride and groom along with us fell in love with the venue and Kristen Cranmer, the wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond in so many ways to make the 10/24/20 wedding date happen for them. It was beautiful and even more so than we imagined. Everything went perfectly and even though it snowed that week (it is 2020 after all!) our small group of guests all made it and we celebrated heartily. Some of the best things about Kellermans: 1. Kellermans is the perfect place to get married! It’s beautiful! We didn’t need many decorations as it’s beauty stands on its own! Kristen, our wedding coordinator was detailed and knowledgeable. She worked with us every strep of the way and went above and beyond to ease our minds and help us with anything we needed. She was prompt with questions I had and communicated well. She was very knowledgeable of the vendors in the area and helped communicate with them. During the wedding she ensured to communicate with vendors about timing (we had Donitellis for dinner- delicious, and studio 220 photography- super awesome!) Schedules moved around quite a bit due to couples rescheduling their wedding but she was flexible and kept communicating with us! She allowed us to have drinks in the parlor after the rehearsal when the bar wasn’t open yet. The business really goes above and beyond for its patrons! The day of the wedding was extremely smooth and easy. She kept us on time without rushing. At one point she realized I didn’t have my drink during toasts and got me one. She really looks at the details. She assisted with set up and take down and had wonderful ideas! This was a small Covid wedding and had a great balance of ensuring everyone was safe and having a great time! The bar service was great! Check out the Alchemist bar... beautiful and great for wedding photos! Also, the most delicious mixed cocktails! A wonderful balcony! Gorgeous brides room and unique grooms room. Brides room has lots of space with plenty of places to do hair/makeup and great lighting! A beautiful full length mirror for pictures. Take a look at the beautiful pictures I. Their website and you will fall in love! The grooms room had awesome decor...a motorcycle, pool table, bearskin chairs. So cool! The owner made many of the decorations, doors, etc himself and gave us the grand tour when we first saw the space! Check our the brewery attached—great beer! We cannot say enough great things about Kellermans! We really got royal service and so glad that we were able to get married there

Not only is the inside simply amazing ( you don't need much decor to decorate it) they have a quaint garden and a patio too. The staff here is wonderful! The owners are very down to earth and friendly. Our event coordinator was Amy and she is amazing! She was by our side as we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19. We rescheduled for 9/20/20 and she was with us every step. She answered all my questions and was prompt on the million emails I sent her. She also gave us peace of mind and reminded us so often what our wedding was about- our union and love. She kept us calm when we needed it and provided us with encouragement through this crazy 2020 year. On our big day she was on top of everything, we had so many people complement kellermans and Amy at what a wonderful job they all did. I wish we could replay our wedding day over and over. The venue itself is breathtaking, the staff were readily available to ask questions throughout the planning process, and we were kept in the loop regarding the many changes that arose throughout COVID-19. The only reason I am not giving the venue five stars is that, at times, I felt the assistance offered by the coordinator was more geared toward providing me information rather than actually assisting with the planning process. Otherwise, they were lovely to work with and very accommodating considering the issues that presented with the pandemic.

As a 2020 bride I have experienced a lot while planning and replanning our wedding. We were set to get married in early May but unfortunately that was not in the cards this year. We experienced so many people, vendors and businesses offer compassion, understanding and empathy as we worked through the rescheduling process due to Covid 19. This was not the case with Kellerman’s Event Center. We were offered to reschedule our wedding, for no change fee, but the majority available dates were Fridays in November or December or any Sunday throughout 2020. We were a bit shocked at their tone and their message just didn’t seem to fit everything else we experienced with them up until that date. The majority of the dates available for 2020 were much cheaper than our initial date, but when we asked for a credit to choose one of those dates, their response was, “You booked in March, 2019 at the then 2020 rates - because we don't review the next year rates until mid-summer based on current market analysis. The new 2020 rates are attached for your review. So couples booking currently for 2020 were subject to the new rates which are significantly higher than what you paid for a Saturday in May at the time that you booked.” Mind you we paid for our entire venue fee a full year in advance as that was the policy. Furthermore, if we wanted to push our wedding a year out the ‘change fee’ was an 87% increase. We would have been fine paying something for pushing our wedding out a year, but an 87% increase is extreme and was taking advantage of an already terrible situation. Their response made us feel that our wedding was not the priority to Kellermans Event Center and all they cared about is our money. This is not a great feeling when you are supposed to spend the best day of your life in an event space and with the event staff. The Covid 19 pandemic hit the world in a way we never thought it would, when so many people offered support, Kellermans’ made us feel unimportant and that our wedding was something they had to contractually do but they were going to do it the cheapest for them. We cancelled our wedding with them because we were so upset at how the situation had been handled. I hope that my experience is an outlier situation, but I felt it was worth sharing.

Amy worked so hard on our wedding day and we are forever grateful for the wonderful experience Kellerman's provided for us. During the wedding planning process, my (now) wife and I looked at over 20 venues in the Twin Cities metro. None of them were as jaw-dropping, unique, or eclectic as Kellerman's Event Center. It is a beautiful blend of early 1900s architecture mixed with equal elements of steampunk, elegance, and flair that had all of our guests (and ourselves) in awe the entire time. The wonderful mix of spaces (as well as the Alchemist and Big Wood Brewing) gave people options for social hour to mingle and experience different settings. The main hall features a backdrop of brick, with high ceilings and exposed structure, as well as several facades that entertain, but don't distract from the beauty of the room. I can't speak highly enough of how amazing this venue truly is. But the true gem of Kellerman's Event Center isn't in the design or the building but one person in particular, Kristin. Months later, I still have no idea how she was in ten different places at once. She made sure everything went smoothly and we didn't have think about or do anything on our wedding day but enjoy the day. People asked afterwards if there was anything that went wrong (because of course, SOMETHING inevitably goes awry) and I honestly cannot think of a single thing, and that is thanks to Kristin. From our first meeting with her, we could tell she knew exactly what she's doing and we had nothing to worry about. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did to make our wedding day a success. If you're thinking about booking Kellerman's for your wedding, stop thinking, and book it right now before someone else does. We, and our (180+) guests, had an incredible experience and have nothing but praise for Kellerman's, Kristin, and their staff. Our family keeps telling us how amazing of a venue it was and how great of a time they had, and I couldn't agree more.

The space is absolutely beautiful during the day and enchanting at night, the people are amazing to work with and the cocktails made by the Alchemist, on site, were to die for! The Bide and Grooms dressing rooms are so very cool and provide lots of opportunities for great photos! From start to finish Kristin, Kellermans event coordinator made sure that every detail was perfect. She assisted throughout the process by helping to select the best vendors and ensuring that every detail was perfect. As Mother of the bride I could enjoy the day as I had full faith in her that everything would come off without a hitch and it did! She really became a part of our family. Thank You Kellerman! So you know that feeling that you get when you walk into a room? That really good feeling that makes you say \"this is the one\"? Just know that all of your guests experience that same feeling. As you watch them walk through the door, looking around the room, pointing and smiling and just in awe of where they are...... It's satisfying. That is what you get with Kellerman's Event Center. Rustic charm perfectly balanced with elegance. They clearly knew what they were going for when they designed and decorated this place. And it is fantastic. The open wood ceilings with exposed metal framing really shows well in the wedding pictures. They also just added a parlor downstairs, and expanded the Bridal Suite. We had 12 girls in there comfortably for the 4 hours leading up to the start of the ceremony, so I think it is safe to say that it can accommodate any size bridal party. When shopping for a wedding venue, remember that you are not only choosing a building, but the people that come with it. And these people are fantastic. When you choose Kellerman's, you get a day-of coordinator named Kristin. She is lovely, and was a complete blessing, and a joy to work with. She handled EVERYTHING for us, and worked with our other vendors directly so we didn't have to. She was able to grant every single request that we threw at her. Like I said..... A blessing. What a cool place. While making our rounds during the dinner to greet our guests at their tables, at least one person at every single table commented on what a wonderful place we chose to host our wedding. We had a lot of out of town guests at our wedding because both my wife and myself grew up in other states. We wanted to give our guests memories of a place like Kellerman's. Something they would tell their friends, family, and co-workers about. Kellerman's checks every box. Want to talk affordability? Kellerman's was right in the middle of all of the venues we toured. The bar pricing is fair. The deposit is low. And did I mention how cool this place is? Go see it for yourself. We clearly made the right choice with Kellerman's Event Center, and would recommend to anyone tying the knot. Thank you so much Kristin, Jordy, Terry, and Anne!!

Kellerman's is such a dream wedding venue. It is beautiful, unique, and provided us with the most perfect wedding day. They recently updated and expanded their bridal suite, and it is perfect! We had so much room to get ready down there before the ceremony. It rained on our wedding day, but luckily Kellerman's has so many unique photo opportunities inside, so we didn't feel like we missed out on anything. The best part of Kellerman's is their coordinator, Kristin. She is a well oiled machine! She kept my wedding running smoothly, and on time. She helped us with anything we needed, and was also readily available to answer any questions we had with planning along the way.I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day and I have Kellerman's and Kristin to thank for a lot of that!

She made sure everything ran smoothly and I just had to show up the day of. Kellermans itself is so unique, vintage, beautiful, etc. We got so many compliments and had the best day ever! The newly renovated bridal room is beautiful as well- so disregard any reviews that say it’s small, they made it way bigger! If you’re looking for a venue that is unique, personal, vintage, great event coordinator, and beautiful... this is your place!

Kellermans was literally a dream come true! First of all, their wedding coordinator, Kristin is absolutely amazing and is the reason why our wedding was perfect! She became part of our family over the year we spent with her planning our wedding and sharing the best day of our life with her as well! On our wedding she made sure everything ran smoothly and we really appreciate everything she has done for us! We couldn’t have done it without her by our side! The venue itself is gorgeous and a mixture of rustic/vintage. You hardly need any decor for this venue. The ceilings and lighting were my favorite! When considering venues for your wedding, you definitely need to keep kellermans and Kristin in mind!!!!

This place is stunning! We had many compliments from guests at how beautiful the venue was. Faith with Adagio DJ Entertainment kept our reception going all night until out feet hurt from dancing. Jake Mehrhoff Photography captured the most beautiful photos of our wedding day. He accommodated our request to go to the nearby lake to take photos. They ended up being my favorite photos of the while night. He listened to what we wanted and gave us more than we imagined. Truly a gifted photographer. You will not regret having your wedding here!

The gargoyles on the bar, the open stonework (husband is a stone mason), the ambiance of this building is out of this world. However, we were blessed enough to have Kristin as our event coordinator. Kellerman’s Event Center was the perfect choice for our wedding venue! We truly could not have asked for a better venue or better day! For starters, we received many compliments from our guests on the space itself. It is a very warm and inviting environment and so well decorated already that other than centerpieces there was very little decor needed. That was a huge time and hassle saver for us!Kristin, the event coordinator, is amazing. She is very organized and helped keep us on track throughout the planning process by having periodic check-in meetings. She was always happy to answer any questions that arose and help make decisions that we didn’t even think about. She also coordinated with our vendors so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. While you do have to select from a list of pre-approved vendors, there are many great options and price ranges to choose from. Donatelli’s, the caterer we chose, was very affordable and absolutely fabulous. Kellerman’s is also great for a wedding in any season. We had a winter wedding, and we loved that this venue allowed for many cool and unique indoor photo opportunities. There was also plenty of parking available for guests. Kellerman's also has a beautiful garden in the alley that is decorated for each season so no need to worry about it looking bare or sparse.We had our wedding ceremony and reception here and it was perfect for both. There is plenty of space for guests, and even though the tables for reception had to stay set up before the ceremony in the back, it looked very normal as they were all decorated for the dinner already so it just looked like additional decor more than anything. During the room flip, guests are escorted to a bar area for cocktail hour. This is a smaller area, and some guests mentioned they were warm in there— that is an extremely minor point, though, and the whole room flip process took less than an hour. Also, if the weather had permitted, there is additional space on an outdoor balcony for guests during this time. We rented the bridal suite and highly recommend doing so, as it gives you an additional two hours of rental time as well as a great place for the bride and bridesmaids to keep their things and get ready. The mirrors and decor in there make it a great photo op! The new groom’s room was a fun space as well, with a pool table which helped keep the men entertained before photos. Something to note about that room was the lighting was a bit dim for photographs, but as long as your photographer has the right equipment (ours did), it’s all good and a very cool space!Kellerman’s was everything we could have hoped for and more in a venue. Our day went by seamlessly, due in large part to Kristin’s help! We cannot recommend this venue more highly to anyone considering a wedding near the twin cities as an affordable and FUN option for both wedding and reception, as well as any other events!

They are pet friendly, so our fur babies were able to be a part of the most important day of our lives (something I needed in a venue)! The atmosphere is a perfect mixture of vintage and elegant, and there are a TON of photo spots around the venue, which included the Alchemist and the alley garden. Kristin, the venue coordinator, was outstanding and made the planning, the rehearsal and the big day go absolutely flawlessly. They work with all the vendors to create the best day possible for the couples. Apart from that, the venue is beautiful. We have done winter and fall weddings there and they have great indoor and outdoor spots for photography. The garden outside is incredible, but if it’s too cold for that, the interior is so unique. We had about 130 at our wedding and there still wouldn’t been space for plenty more. They have a sizable bridal suite and a great grooms suite. The Bridal suite has a shower and a wonderful coffee/tea machine (can’t remember if it was nespresso or keurig). The grooms room as a pool table. Both areas were beautiful to take photos in.They have a gorgeous garden that made our first look come together beautifully. Bar pricing was reasonable and easy. They have everything very well put together there, so everything goes as smoothly as possible. We were given a list of vendors to get a better idea of who they work with. We chose to do Donatelli’s and it was amazing. It wasn’t all inclusive but the way they have it set up with how well they work with everyone, it made it feel like it was. Which was wonderful, because it made the planning process a breeze. Thank you, Kristin, for your hospitality and making sure the show went on to perfection!

Any questions we had were always answered quickly and efficiently. Any issues I had with any vendors Kristin was always right there helping in any possible way she could. On the day of our wedding I had these bows that were made for us by a friend potentially coming to our reception. They didn't really fit with our decor and decorations so I wanted to display them, but for them to be subtle. I had mentioned this to her in passing at like 9:00am and then by the time the reception started at 8:00pm i had completely forgot! But not to worry because Kristin put them up at 8:00pm in a discrete but obvious area, so if these people came they would see them! Seriously you guys! That is how devoted she is to every detail and to make your day run perfectly. She is extremely organized and even has a full wedding day planner she goes thru with you closer to your day that goes over every detail which was so nice to have and reference back to! When you choose Kellerman's you are choosing more than just a space. You are choosing a uniquely almost fully decorated space, so you don't need to spend a ton of extra money on decorations, you are choosing a fantastic day of coordinator to help keep things organized and running smoothly so no one is hassling you with questions when you are trying to enjoy your day, you are choosing an amazing craft cocktail bar called The Alchemist that your guests can check out if they want to try something different and delicious, you are choosing a gorgeous garden alley to take photos in, you are choosing big wood brewery as an excellent photo backdrop and a great local beer once again if your guests want something a little craftier. You are choosing awesome areas to get ready in like the grooms room with a pool table and the gorgeous bridal sweet with perfect lighting to get your hair and makeup done. Most of all your choosing a local business, using local vendors run by wonderful people who truly care about making your day the best it can be. Kristin, Amy, Terry and Ann who all work extremely hard running Kellerman's will always hold a special place in our heart for making our day so amazing!

We had a perfect day. We had perfect weather, perfect family, perfect friends and a PERFECT venue for our wedding. Kellerman's Event Center was the best money we spent during our wedding planning. The venue in and of itself is absolutely gorgeous. Every detail is attended to by the incredible staff, but the real shining star of this venue (aside from the gorgeous, GORGEOUS space itself) is Kristin. Kristin took the time to answer every single question and tend to every single detail to make our day flawless. As a bride who had no idea where to start, Kristin broke down the wedding planning process from A-Z. When I couldn't find specific vendors in my budget, she found them for me. When I wasn't getting answers from vendors, she hunted them down. Most people say their best money spent was on a day-of-coordinator, but with Kristin around I never felt the need. Kellerman's has planning a wedding down to a science, but what I like about it the best is that you can really put your own touch into your day. The Kellerman's staff are fantastic, the bartenders are some of the most professional and polished I've ever seen. From a cash bar to completely open, craft cocktails to pre-batched drinks on tap, they are willing to work with your every budget and desire, and we never had a line to get drinks. One of my favorite memories from our day was just looking back and seeing how much these people really and truly cared. When my husband and I danced, they watched intently. When our best man was giving his speech, they laughed along as though they have known us our whole lives! We could have gotten married anywhere, but with Kellermans, it was like getting married in an extension of our home.

Our wedding reception was at Kellerman's Event Center on 7/21/18. Many guests told us how beautiful the venue was!! The building is decorated so uniquely and elegantly you feel classy, cozy, and comfortable all at once! The dance floor is a perfect size, and there are cute little cafe lights strung throughout the entire hall. There is a wonderful bar area for guests to hang out and socialize in as well as a large patio for guests to go outdoors and look down over 4th Street. The outdoor garden area is perfect for guests to visit in and is a great spot for setting sun photos of the bride/groom, wedding party, and for other guests too! Amy was our wedding coordinator and she is the most FANTASTIC lady to help you plan your special day. She takes care of all your needs, asks the right questions, and has all the answers. She was so organized and calm/happy/collected throughout our entire event and made sure everything ran smoothly without any hiccups. Our wedding reception was flawless; we wouldn't change a thing! If you're thinking about choosing Kellerman's Event Center as your venue, you won't go wrong!

My husband and I got married at Kellerman's Event Center last month. We found the venue by lots of online searching and once we seen it, we knew it was the place for us. The craftsmanship in the place alone is stunning, which is what we wanted because we didn't want to have to bother with much decor. The main thing we had to do was centerpieces. From start to finish, Terry (the owner) and Kristin (the main contact) were great to work with and easy to get a hold of. Kristin is the on-site coordinator and at first I wasn't sure what I would need, but as the time got closer, Kristin would check in and ask questions I hadn't even thought about! The day of was a total breeze and at the end of the night Kristin went ahead and started take down of our linens. I tried to help, but she told me she had it and that I should enjoy the rest of my night. We were very happy overall with Kellerman's and the service they provided. The only downside that stressed me out was we were not able to set up the day before as Fridays are also rented out. Luckily, I had enough people helping day of that it wasn't an issue. The venue might be a little pricey for those on a budget, but all of the work that has gone into the venue to make it what it is was worth it. The bar service is also provide through them, which is a great help.

If you haven’t seen this venue you absolutely need to check it out! It is a beautiful space, but above that the people that work there and the owner are just outstanding humans. They take so much pride in the building and taking care of you and your vision. It was the perfect space for our wedding and we had an absolute blast!! A couple of notes if you are considering this venue… Lorah showed us the space initially. She was always running late or double booked and we almost didn't see it. Don’t be deterred by that. We worked with Kristin initially and then Amy as our coordinator. Both were amazing to work with. We hired them to do the setup and tear down, and it was totally worth it. We ended up with 220 guests, we were originally thinking we’d have 250. I’d say 250 would have really maxed out the space, 220 fit perfectly. They are pretty strict with guests not having too much to drink. We had a handful that were cut off… some that probably should have been and a couple that probably shouldn’t have been. Either way, it’s their discretion and they are up front about that from the get go. I’m so glad we chose this venue. It was perfect. Pictures are amazing! The space really photographs well. It's unique, doesn't require a lot to make it beautiful but small touches allow you to make it your own. We just loved it! Thank you to Amy, Kristin & Terry!!

The venue itself is more beautiful than any picture could give justice to. They set a romantic mood and make you feel like royalty. Amy, my bridal/event coordinator through Kellerman's was the most fantastic human to work with. I would recommend Kellerman's alone for a chance to work with her. I cannot put into words how beautiful the venue is. I only ask you to schedule a time to view the location. Once you do, you'll stop looking for anything else.

We truly couldn’t have had a better wedding. Kellermans helped us think of all the small details, timing, necessities, etc. The day of, Kristin took care of all the little things, organizing bridal party, jumping into help with anything she could. We got so many compliments about how amazing the venue looked and how great Kristin was! At the end of the night, a few people missed the shuttle and the owner drove them to their hotel. We couldn’t have been more impressed with Kellermans!

The look of Kellerman’s alone sealed the deal for us, but then you add the amazing and caring staff…we were blown away!Kristin, Terry and everyone made our entire experience amazing. A champagne toast to kick off our planning, a fun wine tasting, every ask/detail being met or exceeded in expectations, bringing out my husbands “special chair” that he was obsessed with for the garter toss, and a thoughtful gift after the wedding, it was all magic! It sounds entirely corny, but honestly it’s the truth — magic.Kristin is a STELLAR event planner and made sure everything went perfectly. She made the decision making process for the biggest and most nerve-wracking part of our wedding (venue/bar,etc), easy to navigate and whip together. As the bride, with so much planning and effort going into the day, I told myself not to let mishaps get in the way of enjoying. My prep talk was unnecessary, Kristin and the staff had us covered. If anything went wrong or not as planned, we never knew it.Kellerman’s had a list of preferred vendors (like most), but the caliber of the vendors they recommended were top-notch and it was a no brainer for us to go with them. Donatelli’s and Matt from Matt’s Photobooth Creations, were absolute joys to work with and succeeded in customer service and sincerity. Last, the space is simply gorgeous, so unique and well functioning. Our guests still bring up our wedding to date. We love that we can go back to the bar or brewery to celebrate our anniversary, or reminisce any time we’d like. The venue was beautiful and had more than you could imagine. The owner was great and walked my husband and I through the place talking about what he built. The only issue we ran into was the limitations of what you can do. Much of the items in a wedding need to be by an approved vendor, so make sure your ok with that in a venue. Overall we had no hiccups the day of and had so many compliments. Many thought Amy, our day of planner from the venue, was on it. Guests loved that she made sure everyone was informed of what was going on and how much time until the next main event. If you bring in your own decor, make sure to leave time to setup/tear down. That comes out of your time. Also chair covers are a must as the ones they provide are too dark, unless your using dark colors for a wedding.

Kellermans was truly an exceptional wedding venue. There are so many things that my husband and I appreciated and enjoyed about this beautiful, vintage event center. 1. Kristin is an exceptional wedding planner. She was on top of every detail! She made us feel like she was part of our family, she was THAT good. 2. The center itself is stunning. The different places for guests to linger included the craft brewery downstairs, the garden area outside the center, the Alchemist bar, the gorgeous patio on the second floor, the cool old bar where guests could enjoy each other while the reception area was being set, and the main area where the wedding and reception took place was filled with old charm and incredible craftsmanship by the owner. Every single guest who talked to us said they were simply wowed by this wedding venue. (and we have all been to many weddings...)3. Our new daughter-in-law felt like she could stop by and talk to Kristin prior to the wedding and Kristin was simply \"all over everything.\" I think we have a new family member and her name is Kristin!4. The dance floor had great space. 5. While the wedding party was having photos many of our guests said they loved having choices of various places to get a beverage and enjoy the center prior to the reception. 6. We just got some photos back last night and this place photographs like nothing else! The garden was a beautiful backdrop for photos and the photographer, Becky, utilized every single area! We are truly speechless about how this place set up the bride and groom and wedding party for photos. Simply stunning. 7. The bridal room was so vintage and cool...it was this secret place for the girls to get ready and it had a bathroom, great lighting and mirrors.8. The groomsmen had a hard time coming out of their cool room for getting ready. It came complete with fur pelts, a pool table and unbelievable antiques that furnished the spot.My husband and I were thrilled with every detail of the our experience with Kellermans. We would highly recommend this spot for any bride and groom looking for a unique and vintage old-world charm.

We decided to choose Kellerman's Event Center immediately after entering the beautiful building and talking with Kristin. Wedding planning was never stressful for us because this venue and Kristin help you take care of every detail! They are very professional and you just feel like you are in the best hands. We really did not want the feel of \"hotel ballroom\" for our wedding- it was such a warm and cozy environment, especially for a January wedding! We received so many compliments on how gorgeous it was. We even hired Kristin to set up and take down our decor- made for a truly truly amazing and stress free experience. You do NOT have to be stressed on your wedding day! We only wish we had more time on our day to just walk around and completely soak up the beauty of this place and all of our family and friends there. And Kristin- people she is a game changer! During the reception she kept everything going smoothly and truly make us feel so special. Additionally, Kellerman's has an awesome list of preferred vendors which we went through for catering, DJ, and florist. Loved them. They had all worked together before so we had no worries that everything would work out perfectly. Seriously, our day could not have been more perfect. Would recommend to everyone!

Um, did we just throw the Wedding of the Year!? AMBIANCE. CHARM. PERFECTION...THIS.We wanted to throw A ONE-OF-A-KIND-NEVER-TO-FORGET CELEBRATION for ourselves & our people. And I mean, I knew Kellerman's was special. But, wow.My first impression of Kellerman's was early summer 2016 while strolling through downtown White Bear Lake. I wasn't intentionally 'looking' for a wedding venue then but as we pass in front my mother says, \"Annie. Have you ever been in here? No? Come on, let's just take a peek. It's really cool.\" In hindsight I realize it must be a common occurrence for Kristin and Lorah (your future event coordinators) to see such facial expressions at the top of the stairwell like the one I was wearing that day - as if I was delighting in some yummy takeout on my couch when suddenly the ceiling opens up, angels sing, and glorious fireworks go off overhead. Kellerman’s evokes some Once Upon a Dream-Disney Princess-Game of Thrones meets Downton Abbey- NOSTALGIA. I was looking no further. I said, \"This.\"It still gives me tickley butterflies inside when I recall entering Kellerman's on our wedding day! And our guests...I saw that same look of wonder and awe (and “this is gonna be a good night!”) on their faces during our social hour. This place is auto-awesome so I knew they’d enjoy themselves - but the reaction has been far more than that!Our wedding was on Friday, Dec. 30, 2016. I'm telling you...DAILY we get messages - emails, texts, FB messages, even cards in the mail! - from guests far and wide who joined us at our Kellerman's wedding who are like, \"I just have have to tell you - that was THE BEST wedding I think I've ever been to.\" They say how the marriage and food and celebration was amazing, but go on and on about the one-of-a-kind look and feel of the hall - from to the gorgeous bordering alley, to the restrooms, the windows, the walls, the built-in vibe, and the staff they met while there. It's been just one week since and I could already name 7 people who’ve said they’d “definitely have or would’ve had” their wedding at Kellerman’s Event Center.Lorah, Kristin, and Terry Kellerman (he was there helping too!) - Thank You. I just cannot say enough about your hospitality and planning help. You took our ideas, our budget, and some special circumstances and you made it happen - we know you you went above and beyond. I just can’t say enough how grateful we all are. I should mention that we hosted both the ceremony and reception there. If you want to create a great vibe for your guests, try having a social hour first in this beautiful place with music in background! We played a 1hr Downton Abbey Suite. It was a hit!Make it unforgettable! Kellerman’s has got to be on the top of your venue hunt list. You probably won't go anywhere else! It's a very special place with remarkable event coordinators all in one. I cannot recommend it enough.

The moment we walked into Kellerman's event center we made up our minds. The historic building is absolutely stunning down to every detail. The space is so unique with so much personality and so much to offer. Everyone we worked with from the moment we first inquired, was extremely professional, offering prompt responses and plenty of information. We loved sitting down with Lorah to map out our needs. Kristin, the event coordinator made everything flow so perfectly, we spent our reception without a worry in the world. One of my favorite features of Kellermans, was the vendor list they provided. Local vendors they work with frequently, who they know professionally and trust to do an amazing job. I can assure you the day was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. From the caterer, the photographer, the dance, the drinks, everything was handled with such great care and detail, we could not have found a better location to celebrate our wedding day. To top it off, we are still getting compliments from family members and friends for the incredible time they had with us! Highly, HIGHLY recommend Kellerman's. Be sure to stop into the Alchemist, their cocktail lounge, for a delicious beverage while you are there!

Kristin Cranmer (Events Director) Kristin brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality business to Kellerman’s Event Center. Kristin’s vast knowledge and diverse experience with wedding coordination, corporate event planning and galas for various charities is an asset that gives our clients many benefits throughout the event planning process. Kristin managed a catering company with 10+ venues and planned events with over 1,000 guests, she knows what it takes to make your event memorable. Kristin is most passionate about the client and guests overall experience from the moment they book their event to lights out.
