Kemah Gardens is a wedding venue located in Kemah, TX. Intimate Indoor or Outdoor Lakeside Garden Weddings & Indoor Receptions Nestled away on 4+ hidden and privately-accessed acres of pines and lofty trees, with a climate-controlled reception hall that can seat up to 210 guests (150 guests inside and up to 60 guests outside on the covered patio), and a vintage arbor overlooking a serene lake with an illuminated water fountain and frequent sunsets, is ideal for garden wedding ceremonies & receptions, rehearsal dinners or any other type of special event such as Quinceañeras, corporate/church retreats, family reunions, celebration of life gatherings, graduations, and team building events. I had my wedding at Kemah Gardens on 6/10/23 and it was everything I could have imagined that day to be :) The venue is absolutely gorgeous, ideal for those who want an outdoor wedding! I got so many compliments from friends and family about the venue. Lisa and Ciria were the true MVPs with making sure everything turned out the way we wanted. They were incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, and on the day of the wedding, they made sure that everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. Ciria even helped turn my wedding cake into a masterpiece last minute after some confusion with the cake vendor.

Overall had a great experience, venue was beautiful and we had a great time. We had issues with Lisa because she wasn’t personable, and rubbed our wedding party the wrong way. The DJ they recommended ( since we weren’t allowed to pick our own) was great, BUT he sent us a spreadsheet to complete with specific details and songs we wanted for walking down the isle, exit, in between etc., and he obviously didn’t take the time to read or listen to what we submitted even though we had the artist name and title specifically stated. They also charge extra for center pieces they already have in stock, but they suggested to save money we could use our bridal bouquets for center pieces from “their choice” of flower shops. After the ceremony, nobody gathered the bouquets, so half the tables were left without center pieces since nobody came to gather them to add to vases. They lacked communication before and after the wedding but still managed to do enough to get the job done and we had a great time.

It was so nice to attend a Christmas Winter Formal Party at the Kemah Garden’s was such a wonderful experience. I couldn’t imagine sharing the special day with all the friends at this beautiful hidden gem venue! The venue was very spacious for our group of 200+ , the venue was well decorated, had a good food that was catered, amazing DJ and the famous Dash Gordon Foundation had the party hyped! Thank you to everyone, the staff was very nice and accommodating for all of our special needs. It was just a special day spent with special people, and we created special memories of a lifetime! Looking forward to attending and also having another event very soon.Thank you, Kemah Gardens!I would recommend this place if you’re looking for something really nice subtle whether it’s a private wedding or something like a birthday, corporate event, benefit/ fundraiser can easily accommodate couple hundred people. It has an indoor and outdoor enjoyment experience with a beautiful pond and landscape scenery.The event coordinators Ciria and Lisa is also very knowledgeable about weddings and events. Kemah Gardens helped me have the wedding of my dreams! I had a very small and intimate wedding and Kemah Gardens made it perfect. They helped me plan out what I wanted and worked very hard even when the weather tried to put a damper on things. We thought we would have to have an indoor wedding but at the last minute the fog lifted and the staff worked so hard to ensure I got my beautiful outdoor wedding. I was very pleased! I highly recommend Kemah Gardens and look forward to doing a vowel renewal with them soon!

What a stunning venue! It really felt like a purely magical day. There were butterflies flying all around us and the greenery and flowers are just beautiful at this location! We booked our venue in the Stonecreek hall location and it was everything I could have wanted in a venue! The only thing I would knock off points for is not being able to drop off decorations the night before. This kept me up the night before my wedding wondering how we were going to get it all there. Luckily it all worked out but it would have saved a good deal of stress on my end. Either way inside and out it was a beautiful venue and the event hall staff was quick to answer any questions I had in the whole wedding planning process.

I was not sure where I wanted to have a wedding until I visited Kemah Gardens. There I met Ciria and some of her staff, and walked out knowing this would be the place. The grounds are beautiful and the packages are all-inclusive. My situation is very difficult due to everything needing to be arranged at the snap of a finger, and Ciria has been supportive the whole way and accommodating.

Though hurt by the freeze from last year the wedding was great. The staff worked hard to make the day as stress free as possible. We could not use the house, but KG made the day truly special for my daughter. This place is great and they take exceelent care of everything.

The venue is beautiful and very well maintained. Ciria was able to answer all of our questions as well as accommodate our 100 guests and all of the requests that we had. The day of our event was flawless she had everything taken care of so my husband and I could truly enjoy our special day with our family and loved ones. She was able to coordinate with all of our chosen vendors to get everything done before my husband and I arrived to get ready for our ceremony. I had my ceremony and reception at this venue and it was wonderful my guests raves about the grounds as well as the spacious are for the reception. I could not have asked for a better venue to tie the knot with my love and surrounded by family and friends.

Kemah Gardens is such a fabulous place & so pretty for weddings. I had my wedding back in June 2019 & everything came out so Perfect. The team at Kemah Gardens is so awesome. The venue is perfect for so many different type of weddings. Either big or small.

Ciria and her team helped us create the perfect day and really let us get creative throughout the whole process. From the decor to the dances, we knew we wanted to do things a bit different than most and they were all about making OUR dream become a reality. Ciria was always easy to get in touch with and very upfront about everything from pricing to what we could expect at each step of the way. We used their \"inclusive\" package in which they booked many of the vendors (DJ, Catering, Cake) themselves which truly made the process seamless. I'd always recommend this package as having a day-of coordinator really made the day so much easier. We had our ceremony outdoors on the deck connected to the pond, this gave us some great shots with the fountain in the background. And the indoor scheme was the perfect match for our tuscan floral arrangements. Also, if you want a great shot for bridals, they allowed us to take my shots there and I cannot say enough about how gorgeous the willow trees make the pictures look! The whole team was very supportive, even at little events such as the rehearsal when we needed a few stand ins for those that couldn't make it. I cannot say enough for how great the entire day went. The entire facility was so neat and the best location we could have chosen.

A beautiful venue, and we love the owner, Ciria. She has been an incredible guide for our wedding and we are truly grateful to her. She is organized, knowledgeable, and she knows all the right people. Not to mention, the grounds are well kept and gorgeous. We especially love the on-sight lake. I think my favorite part is the reception hall. It is so elegant. So many wonderful things to say about Ciria and Kemah Gardens. I am hoping we can think of something else to use this venue for in the future because it is just so perfect for any event. 100% recommend.

A beautiful venue, and we love the owner, Ciria. She has been an incredible guide for our wedding and we are truly grateful to her. She is organized, knowledgeable, and she knows all the right people. Not to mention, the grounds are well kept and gorgeous. We especially love the on-sight lake. I think my favorite part is the reception hall. It is so elegant. So many wonderful things to say about Ciria and Kemah Gardens. I am hoping we can think of something else to use this venue for in the future because it is just so perfect for any event. 100% recommend.

Kemah Gardens was an ideal venue for our small, intimate wedding ceremony of approximately 100 close friends and family. Ciria guided us flawlessly through the processes necessary to hold a beautiful unique wedding specific to our requests. Our guests are still commenting on what a wonderful wedding we had and how much fun they had. It rained the day of our ceremony (tears of joy from heaven). Ciria and her staff quickly moved our wedding vow location from outside by the pond to the newly constructed covered patio. They took great care to ensure the setting was beautiful and personalized as I had desired. If you need a beautiful venue for your wedding or any other important event, I recommend Kemah Gardens. Our wedding day 10/30/2016 was so memorable. Our wedding was gorgeous. Our wedding planning Ciria was the best. Her attention to detail made our wedding day so truly unforgettable. I was not stressed at all on the big day. The location was stunning. My husband and I enjoy the outsides and wanted something rustic and with nature. We had a sunset wedding and were married over a small lake with trees surrounding the property. You get ready on a plantation or country style home, ceremony was over a lake and reception was held in a rustic pavilion. I came to Ciria with a few ideas in mind of what we wanted and she was able to execute and delivery so much more. Thankyou Kemah Gardens!!!

I arrived and everything was in place and beautiful. They make you feel like they care about your wedding when in reality they could care less! \rI went to take the tour and loved the property, wedding is in Aug 2016 Ciria told me there was enough availability I let her know I would have less than 100 guests and I wanted a Saturday. We started planning out the schedule, everything seemed great. I called her today and she said the policies have changed! Saturdays are now a minimum of 100 guests because she will be incurring expenses from the renovations she is making! From the beginning she lets you know she wants to make money out of you but I tried not to let that bother me. I feel that it would have been fair if she would have at least honored what we had already planned! Very unprofessional. She will change anything up to fit her needs and could care less about your wedding.

She truly made the entire process feel like we’d been family friends for years.\r\rCiria was great with communicating the week of the wedding, and ensured that everything was to my liking. I’m not sure I could’ve asked for a better person to have the day of the wedding, as she and her amazing staff did anything and everything needed to set up and ensure that guests arrived smoothly (one of her staff members even helped each of our guests with out polaroid picture guest book and made sure everyone got their pictures taken!). Even after a devastating delay (the bridal party’s fault), Ciria immediately brought me a bottle of wine (she’s THAT good haha) and calmed me down. She worked with her staff, photographer, caterer, and DJ to ensure that we were able to make up some time and still get the most out of our time there. \r\rThe night was amazing and I was getting comments ALL night (and still a week later!) on how beautiful the venue was, and what a great time they all had. It truly is as beautiful as it is in the pictures!\r\rAlong with Ciria and her staff, the food was great (Red River BBQ – duh, of course it was great), the DJ, Michael Vasquez, was the best wedding DJ I’d ever witnessed (also GREAT with communicating the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of), and I loved our rustic-themed centerpieces by All That Blooms.\r\rIf you’re looking for a beautiful outdoor wedding, handled by someone who truly knows what she’s doing, I don’t know why you’d go anywhere else but Kemah Gardens!

It truly is as beautiful as it is in the pictures!\r\rAlong with Ciria and her staff, the food was great (Red River BBQ – duh, of course it was great), the DJ, Michael Vasquez, was the best wedding DJ I’d ever witnessed (also GREAT with communicating the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of), and I loved our rustic-themed centerpieces by All That Blooms.\r\rIf you’re looking for a beautiful outdoor wedding, handled by someone who truly knows what she’s doing, I don’t know why you’d go anywhere else but Kemah Gardens!

My experience with Kemah Gardens and the staff was phenomenal. I don’t think I have ever met “strangers” that cared so much about our special day. They paid attention to every single detail and truly delivered! Their joy, passion and love is evident in the way they do business and treat you like family. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and our wedding was PERFECT. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of – and even threw in a few amazing, mind-blowing surprises along the way. Our wedding planning was a BREEZE thanks to them! I usually don't write reviews. The quality and beauty of Kemah Gardens insists that I must. My husband and I initially planned a destination wedding, but chose to marry locally. It was one of the best decisions we have made. Ciria was incredibly patient with us, having no idea what we were doing. I had a vision of how I wanted it all in my mind and she and her team made that a reality. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous! It was chilly and rainy all week (November) and our day was 75 and sunny. I don't think they can dictate weather but they hold their faith near and dear and pray for all of their couples to have a perfect day. The quality of service given is out of this world and the grounds are immaculately maintained. All of our guests were in awe of how gorgeous it all was and it made me feel beautiful to be in that setting. You won't go wrong choosing Kemah Gardens. It is definitely money well spent.

My husband and I got married at Kemah Gardens on April 18, 2015. We loved the interior of the B&B and the look of the pavilion but the thought of a wedding under the gazebo at sunset won us over. Ciria was awesome to work with. We planned our wedding in 1 month so it meant a lot to me that she w as able to give recommendations on a pastor, photographer, food and the DJ. While our plan was to get married under the gazebo, the weather didn’t cooperate and excessive rain moved our ceremony to the pavilion. The pavilion is absolutely stunning by itself but with the beautiful altar that Ciria had set up and the simple decorations we brought in it was beyond perfect and romantic. The rain stopped prior to the ceremony and the sun came out as we said our vows with a huge double rainbow in the background. Ciria probably didn’t have a hand in that but if so I wouldn’t be surprised! Thank you, Ciria, for making our wedding so beautiful and stress free!

My husband and I got married at Kemah Gardens back in October of 2014. Ciria and her girls are very knowledgeable and helpful and took the stress out of the majority of the decision-making process!! (I still had to get the dress, right?!) They were very responsive with any questions we had, and never gave us the cold shoulder. The prices were fair and reasonable. The venue itself is gorgeous both day and night. I would definitely recommend this place for weddings under 150. Anything more than that, the place is too small. All of our guests had a good time and I had no complaints.

This place is gorgeous! The staff is very helpful in making sure you get what you want. My 4s should be 4.5s, but I'm not allowed to! Some of the staff were a little flustered and didn't know what to do to help, but thankfully the others were very knowledgable. I do feel like some charges were hidden in, but overall I loved this locale and my wedding was beautiful.

I was very disappointed with the service we received for the amount of money we paid.My florist was treated rudely, my sister was unable to come in slightly before 5:30, the scheduled time, to bring in decorations. My guests told me that they were asked to \"Go outside!\" because they were \"in the way\". I understand we had a time slot, but it sure did not keep the owner from letting guests leave early for the lack of music, organized activity and rude behavior. Especially the damn bell she kept ringing in everyone's face.\rThe lineup and procession which we talked about only a few days prior was not as I asked. The lineup she organized was incorrect and some went down the sides, some the center. The staff outside and inside were very inappropriately dressed for working a wedding. Flip flops and cut off jeans are not wedding attire.\rShe advised that she would help with the lineup, that she would be playing music during the reception and there was none. After the ceremony, there was no direction. I was inside, my husband was outside. Numerous pics of him taken by himself that I didn't even know about! I had to be constantly asking for the photographer, hunt her down, and someone else was directing her, a guest of mine who is also a photographer on what pics to take. I had to ask her what photos I could think of, hardly one word came out of her. I was expecting more direction, more experience! Especially because Ciria, the owner kept reminding us that everything would need to go fast, that we only had 3 hours. The photographer had no command presence or no suggestion of what typical wedding photos are taken. Honestly, she looked like a high school kid she gave a quick buck to. I don't have one close up of us, or our rings, our guests. Pics that we do have are not centered, heads cut off! I realize it is the style of some of them but some of these obviously not intentional. Some are blurry, with bad lighting...When I asked the owner about all of that and the photographers experience, her not getting people centered, etc she said, \"I do that!\

You know, kinda like Big on Sex and The City where he just wanted it to be just him and Carrie? I was not disappointed. Ciria treated us like family from the very beginning. I didn't even order a bouquet cause I thought it wasn't it for me. Well she got me one anyway! lol And I actually liked it since it added to the experience. You will not find anyone else like her. I looked around and there are a lot of snobby people in the wedding business. Ciria is such a genuine, down to earth, generous, just good hearted person with some southern hospitality. Oh and the officiant she found for us couldn't have been more perfect! Amazing! He is truly a blessing! The photographer was super sweet. I loved everything about this place. The venue is gorgeous. Beautifully landscaped. For me, the most important thing was being able to connect with the people who were helping us make this day special for us both. They all went above and beyond their call of duty and made our evening very special and for that I am very thankful. I know God will repay them all for all that they did for us.

Ciria was absolutely wonderful to work with, she really wants you to have the best and smoothest experience possible. The entire venue is just beautiful, we had our ceremony just before sunset, so it made for some really great pictures! With the help of the staff on hand at our wedding everything went off without a hitch! We really couldn't have asked for a better place...especially for the value!

We had our wedding at Kemah Gardens on April 13, 2013 and as my now husband would say, it was the best day of our lives! The beauty of the grounds speak for themselves. We had a perfect day and sunset for our wedding and all of our family and friends absolutely loved the house, preparation rooms, ceremony area in front of the pond and reception space. Aside from the gorgeous outdoors, Ciria was a pleasure to do business with. Her heart is in every detail of each special day and we couldn't have asked for a better person to help us plan our big day. I, the bride, am from the area, but throughout the year and a half planning process for our wedding, my husband and I have been stationed in Ohio, where he serves in the Air Force. I was afraid that because we weren't close, planning would be hard, but Ciria made it a breeze! She did so much for us and we cannot thank her enough! The food was great, DJ was AMAZING and everything came together perfectly with Ciria's dedication!
