When we started our venue search, we only looked at Wedgewood Weddings. Audrey at Ken Caryl Vista was personable and helpful as we started the booking process. During the planning for our big day Amanda was encouraging and kind. For the final meeting and day of our coordinator Kade was everything! They were supportive, funny, and kept us moving at the just right pace. Our banquet captain Trevor was so helpful at the end of the night and wrote us a personalized note. The food is great, the staff is focused on the couple, our bartender (Haley) was freaky fast, and the venue is a perfect space for a raging good time. Ken Caryl Vista was perfect for our wedding; I highly recommend this venue and company.

She was so sweet, outgoing, made us feel so welcomed and really showed us how special our day can be. She went far and above on our tour! We live about an hour and a half from this venue and they mailed out our wedding planner for us and scheduled an appointment to go over the book in detail which was amazing! If your deciding on rather or not to book a tour with this venue DO IT! The venue is breath taking and the ladies working here are outstanding!

Ken Caryl was the perfect choice for our destination wedding! Placed perfectly in the mountains of Littleton to create a perfect atmosphere. I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff that all worked so hard to make our day perfect. Each of the vendors they recommended were absolutely amazing! The planning book provided created a step-by-step guide that made the planning phase of the wedding less scary and they were also there for last min questions! 10000% Loved the venue and would recommend!

We LOVED our wedding at Ken Caryl Vista. Not only was the planning made easy, the day of was ran so smoothly and we were kept on track all night and were able to enjoy the entire day without worrying about what could go wrong. This is a stunning venue and a perfect mix of still being in the Denver area while getting to enjoy the beauty of the mountains. We enjoyed working with the team, specially Kade! They made the tour and reviewing of the packages so fun and we greatly enjoyed our interaction. Highly recommend!

We loved our experience at Ken Caryl Vista! Their staff - who all deserve gold stars - are incredible to work with. The level of time and care we received was insurmountable. The space itself is stunning, set in the foothills and expertly decorated to fit the environment with swings, fire pits and more. The inside is newly renovated so it felt brand new. We were at first a bit skeptical about doing a wedding through Wedgewood only out of concern that it would feel not personal, but that was quickly squashed after our first meeting with the team. Every detail was personalized and special to us because we had a hand in planning it all!

We absolutely LOVED having our wedding at this venue!! Amanda, Heidi and Audrey were amazing! It was honestly like they were our really close friends helping us plan our wedding. Audrey was forever patient with last minute changes, guided bride and groom and wedding party throughout. A party of 90 including children fit nicely with no hassle. The food brought praises, the DJ was top notch. The indoor/ outdoor options were a must with snow, and the reception area made for easy flow and lots of mingling. Simply gorgeous. Everyone had a fantastic celebration!

I have nothing but good things to say about this venue and all of its staff! Incredible value for what you get! All of the planners were so knowledgeable, kind, and organized. Our day was even better than I could have imagined. We got married in February and the staff had a solid backup plan in case of bad weather. Luckily, we got to have the ceremony outside, and it was absolutely lovely! All of our guests said they had a blast, and Audrey did an amazing jo keeping us on track throughout the day. They set up all of our decor and desserts exactly how we explained it, and we loved that so many things were included with this venue! They even gifted an upgrade for our chairs the day of. Cannot wait to refer all future brides to this venue!

From day one, Audrey was an absolute dream to work with. She was SO incredibly helpful and answered all of my emails during our planning process so quickly! If Audrey was out that day, I would receive a reply from Heidi and Amanda, and even though they weren't our coordinators they were able to help me every single time. I couldn't recommend this venue and team enough. From engagement to wedding day, my husband & I were so relaxed and were able to enjoy being engaged!!

Heidi was amazing, from start to finish and even shoveled snow the day of the wedding to make sure the ceremony was still outside!I only wish the prices were more transparent and it wasn’t $2 to upgrade to a fancier napkin. The photographer wasn’t to expensive, I chose and outside option. The flowers were beautiful. The cake was exactly what I envisioned. The food was on point. I had a small wedding. Less than 40 people. And every single person told me how impressed they were. How organized and how delicious the food was. A cousin of mine pointed out how she’s been to hundreds of weddings and this was by far one of her top 5! I 100% recommend this location!

Literally could not have asked for a better venue and team to pair with to celebrate our day. Audrey was with us from the first day we walked into the venue all the way through our wedding day - talk about finding a long lost bestie. We felt like royalty *hair toss*. Our banquet captain Michaela was on top of everything throughout the reception and personally delivered me more tortellini than I could have imagined and sent us off with the sweetest goody bag of all the leftovers, A+ job in my books! While we only had the brief opportunity of working with Heidi for our rehearsal, she knew exactly what we needed so that we had energy in our practice to make it that much stronger on the day of. I can't believe it has already come and gone, but it wouldn't feel this way if everything wasn't exactly as we needed. Thank you Ken Caryl Vista team for holding us together through all of my tears! We love you!

There are no words to describe how perfect this day was thanks to the amazing staff at Ken Caryl by Wedgewood Wedding!!! From beginning to end the staff was wonderful and SO easy to work with. They accommodated our last minute changes and answered all of my questions (even when the same questions were asked multiple times). When I was venue shopping for my wedding, I wanted to find the place I thought would make me feel the most stress free, and boy did I find the best of the best in Colorado. My wedding coordinator Heidi Mentz was absolutely incredible. She made my childhood dream wedding come to life. I couldn't have been more lucky to have her help me plan my day. The food, bar service, dinner service (servers) and DJ were out of this world. There was not a moment where someone was waiting in line for a drink, nor was there a full plate of food left over, and NEVER an empty dance floor. To say my guests and I had a wonderful time is an understatement. It will be a day I remember forever. Thank you Ken Caryl!!

I got married here a few weeks ago and it was one of the best decisions I made. I planned my wedding in 4.5 months and these people made the process so smooth and easy. I went with their preferred vendors so the venue coordinated everything with them and took a lot of stress off of me. They also did set up and made sure that the wedding ran smoothly and beautifully. My friends and family are saying that it was the best wedding they ever attended. I wanted to give a special shout out to Audrey who calmed me down when I was having a mini freak out and stepped in when the officiant got the time wrong and didn't show.This place went above and beyond and I couldn't recommend them more.

My wife and I had our wedding at the BEAUTIFUL (and newly updated) Ken Caryl Vista by Wedgewood Weddings in Littleton, CO almost two weeks ago now. All I can say is WOW! We live in Texas so this was a destination wedding for us.For this reason, we needed a venue/vendors we could rely on 100% from far away, and preferred an all inclusive package for simplicity. From the first initial visit right before COVID in 2020, throughout every step of the way, we had someone holding our hand and walking us through every minor detail and having their vendors reaching out accordingly. The process was seamless, the communication unmatched. The sales planning office, day of coordinator (AMAZING), banquet coordinators, every member of their team and their vendors pulled through for us in the best way. Our wedding day was so beautiful and went exactly to plan (if something did go wrong, as the bride(s) we weren’t aware -so that’s always a good thing haha)! The food was delicious and we got so many compliments on the both the food and bar service. Every detail was exactly as we had imagined and I cannot thank the Wedgewood Ken Caryl team enough for helping craft the best day of our lives! I 10/10 would recommend Wedgewood and all of their preferred vendors (photography, dj, flowers, bakery, etc). Cheers!

We had the most amazing experience start-to-finish with the team at Wedgewood Weddings Ken Caryl! Like a lot of other couples, we had to postpone our reception by a year due to COVID and they made the process seamless. Every coordinator we worked with did a great job answering all of our questions and helping our vision come to life, and the whole team was responsive and well-informed whenever we wanted to touch base. We had so many guests comment on the excellent service and amazing food. The staff who provided service the night of did a great job being attentive without being intrusive, and our coordinator went above and beyond (e.g., we had a casual Hawaiian-themed reception and brought temporary tattoos for our guests; Heidi set up a tattooing station to make things fun and easy). All of the vendors that Wedgewood contracts with were also great and easy to work with, especially our DJ, florist, and baker. We walked away from our experience with Ken Caryl Vista feeling like our reception was better than we could have possibly imagined. Five stars doesn't seem like enough!

Ken Caryl ladies are THE BEST & have relieved all anxiety or stress I’ve had. After we booked, it took the biggest stress off my shoulders. I followed the vendors they work with on Instagram BEFORE deciding to book here & I love them too! Ridiculously excited & have even had comments from friends & family about how much I have planned & how stress free I am. Literally only because of choosing Ken Caryl Vista. Book it! You won’t regret it. If you want something super simple or all the extra stuff, they can do it all. My entire family took a tour when we were in the area & even my brother commented how excited he is to sit by the fire pit with a cocktail the night of the wedding. My niece & nephew were already dancing on the dance floor during the tour!

When we began looking at venues, I was originally at a loss of what we really wanted for the price point it was valued at. When we showed up to Ken Caryl Vista, we had already viewed a few other venues, so we had a little bit of an idea on what to expect. Boy, was I wrong! Ken Caryl Vista blew the others venues out of the water. When we arrived, Lisa was waiting at the front door for us, as opposed to us having to wait for her or try and find her. She took us to her office asked us for some information about ourselves, gave us our quote and then showed us around the venue. We fell in love with the outdoor space at Ken Caryl Vista. My fiancé has wanted a space outdoors where everyone can relax and hangout, as opposed to being stuck in the main reception hall. This provided this and more! I emailed with Lisa and Morgan over the weekend and on Monday with my long list of questions. I felt awful because I’m sure it was annoying that they would answer four and then I’d have four more from their responses, but not once did they make me feel like it was a bother! Instead, they reassured me that it was okay. They were there for every single question and made the process of signing our contract so easy with them. When I went in to receive our wedding planning binder from them, they were fantastic. They went through every page and made me feel so much more calm about all of this! They reminded me they are there for every step. One of my co-workers is getting married about 2 weeks later at a different venue that doesn’t offer an all-inclusive package and I am blown away at how much more stressed she is! From my experience so far, I would highly recommend booking with Ken Caryl Vista. Lisa and Morgan have made the process so easy and the venue is GORGEOUS.

People have always said that planning a wedding was super stressful! So when I searched for venues one of my requirements was a venue with an all inclusive package. I saw a few venues before I settled on Wedgewood Weddings Ken Caryl Vista! I absolutely fell in love with the location, you can't beat the foothills. Professionalism was great and quality of service was fantastic! The only thing that cost them a Star was that they switched up everything after we had already chosen to have our wedding with them. I loved their grassy ceremony space with a great view of the mountains, but when I visited again, (two weeks out), they built a big wall blocking the view, and paved in the grass with concrete. Not as nature-y as I was wanting, but it still had a very classy look to it, which was nice.

All of the ladies that work with you are absolutely fantastic. We worked closely with Teska and she is so sweet, dedicated to her job, and answered my many questions I had daily. If you choose to go with this venue, almost everything is included with them so you barely have to reach out to outside vendors. I did not stress one bit over the planning process because they helped with EVERYTHING. We are so happy we went with this venue for our wedding. Everything went so smoothly on the day of, and the venue was set up and ready when we got there. Our banquet captain, Jake was also great and very helpful at the end of the night! First, they make planning so easy and they were always available whenever I had questions. Courtney was so helpful and she really made sure our vision for our wedding was achieved. They set up all our decor just as I described it and the venue was beautiful! It rained on our wedding day and the staff quickly changed our ceremony from an outdoor wedding to an indoor wedding. The food was exceptional and we received so many compliments on it. The banquet manager and staff were also so amazing and they really helped our wedding go flawlessly. Our guests had a great time and I would recommend this venue to anyone.

We had the most wonderful experience from start to finish with Wedgewood. During our year long engagement and wedding planning period we got a brand new puppy, both worked full time, I went to grad school full time, and we bought a house. I was overwhelmed with the options at every turn of the planning process, but was worried about choosing an all inclusive venue because I had a specific vision for the wedding and didn't want to lose creative control. Wedgewood was an absolutely perfect solution. If you want to do something a certain way, they will help you make it happen. If you don't care much about something, they will take care of it. We brought in our own photographer and priest but other than that we used all Wedgewood vendors. Our DJ Will was amazing and kept the dance floor packed throughout the reception. People were raving about the food (we had filet and chicken). The cake from Mullberries was EXACTLY what I had described to the baker. The flowers from Amore Fiore were beautiful and just like we had discussed. Our coordinator (Courtney) put us at ease from start to finish and the entire event went off without a hitch. We had so many guests comment on how efficient, professional, and hospitable the staff were. I would wholeheartedly recommend Wedgewood for your wedding whether you want to plan every detail yourself or you want to sit back and have them take over. It will be perfect either way!

Courtney and Morgan were the planners, and they were so helpful! They gave me a ton of advice and used thier experience to enhance my vision of this day! Planning was a piece of cake with these two! They were so quick to answer an email or phone call and ease all of my worries! Rehersal night we had a quick chat about my vision for the room again, and I dropped off decorations. When I came back the next day, they transformed that room into exactly what I pictured. On the wedding day, they were SO helpful and ensured that my husband and I had an amazing easy night! They also had Ulysses help my husband and I the whole night! He was so wonderful! He made sure our drinks were full and we ate! The food was so delicious; my family is still raving about how great it was! I don't think I could possibly say anything but wonderful things about our experience with Wedgewood. My husband & I got married here on 11/11/18 and we booked back in February of this year. Start to finish, incredible. And do not let the initial location fool you - you drive through an office park type area, but back behind it all are BEAUTIFUL grounds and gorgeous outdoor ceremony spaces.Our initial consult sold us - we didn't go look at a single other venue because this one had everything we wanted. It was a stress-free planning process, and Courtney was AMAZING. We had a meeting with Taylor half way through and she was great too, but we worked primarily with Courtney (Follow up call, final meeting, and our day-of coordinator). We absolutely adored her - she also greatly helped our officiant the day of with some questions & timing issues. (We had to move our ceremony inside due to it being November in Colorado, but the inside ceremony space was decorated beautifully and I was thrilled with the outcome. Truly). She handed us off to Ulises as our banquet captain after the ceremony - he made sure my husband & I didn't have an empty drink in hand! We had some very entertaining bussers/servers as well who helped keep all our guests entertained!We opted to do all the vendors included in the package and we're thrilled we did - our DJ was awesome, we loved the flowers, the cake? to DIE for... and we were so THRILLED with Tom & Helen's photography work.PLEASE consider Wedgewood for all your hassle-free, beautiful, EXCITING wedding day plans

I don't think I could possibly say anything but wonderful things about our experience with Wedgewood. My husband & I got married here on 11/11/18 and we booked back in February of this year. Start to finish, incredible. And do not let the initial location fool you - you drive through an office park type area, but back behind it all are BEAUTIFUL grounds and gorgeous outdoor ceremony spaces.Our initial consult sold us - we didn't go look at a single other venue because this one had everything we wanted. If you want the perfect wedding, there is no where better than Wedgewood! We got married here Nov 17th and we have nothing but good things to say about Wedgewood and their team. Their tiered custom packaging was the BEST when it came to planning. We could add or take away as many different services as we wanted, and choose our own vendors for everything outside of food/alcohol. They sky was the limit and their whole team took care of contacting all of our vendors and making all of the adjustments and communication between them off of us! When the big day hit both my husband and I did not have to worry, and our families didn’t have to work hard to make sure everything was right! They had EVERYTHING set up exactly the way we had discussed, and had a multiple person team just for my husband and I to make sure everything was perfect! Their team even went through the buffet and filled my plate so I wouldn’t get anything on my dress! At the end of the night we had barely any cleanup, and had a bottle of champagne from Wedgewood to take home and celebrate. The team at Wedgewood Ken Caryl is amazing!!! Madeline and Courtney were our coordinators, and they were phenomenal throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about them. You get a binder of materials that help keep you on schedule, without overwhelming you. Their packages offer 100% customization to fit your budget and design requests. All of the vendors they work with were extremely helpful and responsive. Plus, they offered great ideas and suggestions when we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. Day of, everything went off without a hitch. Their banquet captains kept finding my husband and me to check if there was anything we needed or wanted. The food was great, and all of our guests had a wonderful time. Honestly, I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in Colorado. Our wedding day was amazing and seamless thanks to the Wedgewood staff. Huge thank you to Courtney and Ulises, these two were so kind and helpful and checked on us often, but not overwhelming- just right. They both went the extra mile for our guest and us. The food was fantastic, which quite honestly we were surprised, at cartered events I never expect to eat good, but my goodness did we! So yummy (chicken Panko and quinoa Salad were to die for, and my husband loved all the pastas). All our guest were very pleased too. We had a very large wedding and the bar and food was stocked with the right amount, even had some extra, not much everyone wanted seconds. The venue it self was so beautiful and the staff set up all our stuff perfectly, and were so detailed. My husband and I can not stop talking about our wedding day, we want to rewind time and do it all over again to just relive in every moment. 5 stars all the way around, and we definitely recommend! Everything was so amazing and flowed so well! Any little mishaps we had were corrected on the spot and so gracefully you couldn’t even tell. Our banquet captain Jake made sure we had fresh drinks non stop and brought us Mac n cheese from our Mac n cheese bar with all the fixings while we had our dinner. He also switched out our chairs for us since they were the wrong once without issue and very casually! Morgan our wedding coordinator was so amazing she made sure we had everything we needed and that everything ran smoothly! She even FaceTimed my mother during the entire ceremony so she could watch! We were so fortunate that Morgan was not only our wedding coordinator but also our everyday contact. She answered all our questions, changed and updated our contract every time we changed our minds on something without any issues!! Our bartender Kira was amazing she made sure our drinks were always fresh and was so nice to all our guests. Emily our server was very sweet! The entire team from start to finish did such an amazing job, we can barely express how amazed we were by the finished product. It felt like we had friends who worked there taking care of us. Courtney & Morgan made it so easy to walk through the process, we honestly were a little worried we were missing something but that is just how good they are! They took everything that we envisioned and made it even better than we had hoped. There steady and consistent e-mail and phone call follow ups to make sure we were both on track and happy made the entire thing easy and actually fun. Jake took over as banquet captain for a seamless transition, making sure everything was perfect for the rest of the evening. Checking in a few times, he took great care that we had all that we could want and that we did not have to worry or want for anything. Caitlin was the server for the night and did such an amazing job I honestly thought there was a server per table. She was on top of all of our guests needs with a smile and friendly attitude, taking care of things before anyone even realized it needed to be done. Ulises was bartending and his personality was a match for his excellent service. Introducing himself as I (the groom) was slightly anxious before the ceremony, he kept a light and easy conversation (which was much appreciated at the time). Throughout the night, we noticed all of our guests smiling and laughing as they were at the bar which never got backed up. He made a point of asking if we (bride and groom) needed anything at all whenever we walked by or appeared to be running low on our drinks. Maestro DJ - Andrew Van Essen was friendly from the first call and very helpful in helping us \"fill in the blanks\" for those areas we were struggling to find the right songs. We had multiple compliments on the music by the end of cocktail hour and he kept a great balance of \"good vibes\" and party atmosphere throughout the night. Mulberries Cake Shop was outstanding from the start. For our tasting appointment, they put us in a cozy, romantic room with \"mr. & mrs.\" themed decorations, candles and a table set for 2. Diva met with us, walked us through some cake / filling pairings and then baked us fresh tastings of all that we were considering - plus some to take home!!! Not only was the service outstanding, the cake was hands down amazing. Kathleen helped us through the rest of the details leading up to the day of and the result was perfect. Lastly and in no way least - Reverend Sam was the most amazing officiant we never could have dreamt of having. He took time to meet with us while we were in town about 4 months in advance and we immediately knew he was such a special person. We left the meeting telling everyone we knew how he made a spiritual connection seem so easy. Our guests have not yet stopped asking how we found such a phenomenal soul to join our hands in marriage. From our perspective, it was everything we could have hoped for and more! From our guests point, we have heard raving comments about every little detail and too many claims of \"best wedding i've been to\" to keep track of. THANK YOU to everyone who made this the PERFECT day. None of your efforts went unappreciated and we will forever remember all that went into making this more than we ever could have asked.

BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE... YESTERDAY.The staff at wedgewood were awesome and so accommodating to any crazy questions I had along the way and working with me out of state to create a perfect wedding. All-inclusive is definitely the way to go and Wedgwood nails that. You literally don't deal with any vendors outside of telling them what you want. Wedgewood takes that and does the rest to bring everything to life. I had zero stress on my wedding day and the day of coordination is a LIFESAVER. With the exception of a couple of hiccups related to our contract during the planning process (that were quickly resolved to our satisfaction) Wedgewood was a fantastic venue. The food was excellent (the pork and mango appetizers were the best), the staff was extremely friendly and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of, and the coordination between other vendors helped to make the planning process and the day of go by without a hitch. I recommend adding an extra hour to the reception as the day went extremely quick and by the time toasts were done there isn't much time for dancing using the standard timeline.

My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding! Wedgewood made sure that everything was perfect down to the smallest detail! Madeline was absolutely amazing and made sure that everything went smoothly! Our cake was from Mulberries and it was delicious- it was honestly the best wedding cake I ever had! The food was delicious and everyone raved about it. We had a outdoor ceremony and it was beautiful!

I would say the only problems we heard about were that they did not serve any of our other flavors of cake, just one, when we had 5 flavors that people were supposed to be able to choose from and we heard some complaints from the last table that the buffet started to run out of food items and they did not re-stock it for the first round of food all the way through the tables.

We had such a great wedding at Wedgewood!!! The wedding day went off without a hitch and the wedding planning process was made so simple with the great staff at Wedgewood! Madeline was our day of coordinator and we worked with her a lot during the planning process. She was so great! Always available to answer questions and responded to emails so quickly. She was fantastic during the rehearsal and during the actual wedding as well! Many of my bridesmaids said that it was the smoothest rehearsal and ceremony they had been to because she was so organized! The venue itself was also fantastic! We had such a great party celebrating our wedding. Food was great! Flowers, cake and DJ were great! Kayt was our banquet captain and she kept checking in with us to see if things were going well and if we needed anything. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better wedding!!

Getting married at the Wedgewood at Ken Caryl was one of the best decisions we could have made. We got married on April 27th, and had a stress-free engagement, thanks to them and the coordinating services from Courtney and Madeline along the way. We had a beautiful outdoor wedding, and Courtney made sure the flow of our ceremony went flawlessly. Kayt checked in with us throughout the reception, making sure we had everything we needed. Kody from DJ Maestro played great music and was adaptable to the last minute changes we made to our reception flow. Candy was the best bartender ever! Our wedding was everything we could have imagined thanks to those who work at the Wedgewood! We highly recommend them and if we could make this a ten-star review, we would!

Wedgewood Ken Caryl was amazing from day one. They are so accommodating and try really hard to make all of your wedding visions come true. Courtney and Madeline were both so phenomenal and super responsive throughout the entire process as questions and changes came up. Choosing Wedgewood put the majority of wedding stresses behind us on the day of because we knew that everything would be handled in regard to decorations, food and drink - we just (mostly) had to show up! Madeline was amazing as our day of coordinator, so patient and calm in the midst of any last minute hiccups (i.e. sick flower girls). The venue is basically wedding ready as it is, so I didn't do a whole lot of additional decorations which helped with cost (which was super reasonable to begin with). Thank you so much Madeline and team for helping make our wedding day so memorable!

We highly recommend getting the-day of coordination - definitely worth it! We didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day! The bakery they work with was amazing. Sarah with their recommended DJ company was super awesome! Tom and Helen with Love and Lens were the best photographers we could have hoped for. Overall a very great experience - we wouldn't have changed anything about it! We would recommend to anyone who wants a stress free beautiful event!

We were pleasantly surprised by their interest in getting to know us as a couple and their thoughtful/personalized follow-up. They took time in our initial session to understand our needs and vision, thoroughly share our options, and answer all of our questions. We elected to go with a hotel because we had so many out-of-town guests and wanted to provide them with the easiest experience possible, but this was a close second! Very unique approach - these folks are on the ball!

My husband and I got married January 2018 and used the Wedgewood Ken Caryl for our reception venue and are SOOOO glad we did! What drew us to this venue in the first place was the scenic foothills right in its backyard, as well as the very reasonably priced packages that the Wedgewood offers. We had 200 guests at our wedding which can get pricey, but the Wedgewood and its amazing staff enabled us to put together a plan/package that we could afford AND accommodate all the wonderful features we had hoped for in our wedding reception. We did lots of mixing/matching from the various packages they offer, we \"upgraded\" in some areas and \"downgraded\" in others, and never once did they complain at a change or make us feel guilty for trying to save money. We highly recommend spending the money on a \"day of coordinator\" as Madeline did an INCREDIBLE job of setting up/tearing down all our decorations, coordinating with all our vendors, keeping the timeline running smoothly, and even sent us home with a to-go box from our dinner which we ate together at our hotel that night. Madeline along with the other staff that night were nothing but helpful and professional and made the night seamless. The Wedgewood at Ken Caryl was very flexible with all of our special requests, and provided lots of advice throughout the planning process. Madeline and Courtney both helped us do research on external vendors including getting price quotes on a stage for the band and good restaurants to host our rehearsal dinner. We would recommend this location to anyone in a heartbeat! Not only for their service but also for the views; we had many guests from out of town who were blown away by the location and our pictures turned out incredible. We relied very heavily on reviews of venues during our own search for a location, which is why we wanted to take the time to give back with a review of our own experience.
