We could not recommend this venue more for a wedding! My husband and I had our reception here and it blew our expectations out of the water. Simply put, Kilkarney knows exactly how to host a wedding. They've been doing it a long time and they got it down to a T. We had a big wedding, ~300 guests, and we were so impressed with how well everything went. They go above and beyond. With that high of a guest count, we were worried about people getting through the buffet line at a fast rate and lines at the bar, etc. but our worries were unnecessary. The whole team works together so well and there was never a long line or long wait. They are so professional. Jeni, who we worked closely with, was so easy to reach and always helping us in any way she could to help make our wedding day special. We were so impressed and so were our guests!! We got many, many compliments on this venue and on the venue staff. It all ran so so smoothly. As the bride, I didn't have to lift a finger on the day of. They handled it all. Absolutely the best place to have a wedding. We wish we could do it all over again!!

My wife decided to go with Kilkarney because she is friends with the executive chef and are we glad we did. From beginning to end the process was seamless. Jeni, the event coordinator was quick to respond to my many many many emails. The staff the night of the event were friendly and professional. Everything was exactly how we wanted it. I am still getting rave reviews from guests saying it was one of the best weddings they have been to. And while weddings are still an investment, Kilkarney is much more affordable than most venues in the region while not skimping on quality at all. Highly highly recommend.

This is the place to get married!! The management is incredible and very punctual. Communication is almost immediate and any questions or concerns-small or big-were answered and handled accordingly. The venue is gorgeous and our guests are still talking about how beautiful our wedding was even weeks later.

Our wedding at Kilkarney Hills Golf Course was everything we hoped for and more! There is a beautiful ceremony site with suites for the wedding party to get ready in. The reception hall is pretty and the service was wonderful. All the staff are very easy to work with and are super accommodating! The packages they have to choose from help simplify the planning process and they walked through every detail of our wedding with us to make sure we had the perfect day!

The venue was gorgeous and Jeni was amazing. Everything that we could have ever needed from her she was there to help us, we adored her! The food was delicious and we are still getting compliments about it. It is a really unique and picturesque location, we couldn't have been happier! The venue was gorgeous and Jeni was amazing. Everything that we could have ever needed from her she was there to help us, we adored her! SO Incredibly glad we chose Kilkarney for our venue, if I could give more stars I 1000000% would. The ceremony area is so well thought out (A lot of the other golf courses we toured, the ceremony area just seemed to be slapped on the course or just not as thought out) and gorgeous with the Willow tree behind the gazebo, being surrounded by greenery and the white fence, you dont feel like you are at a golf course. The food is INCREDIBLE!!!!! I had so many compliments on the food for both the grooms dinner (OMG Best mac & Cheese) and the wedding dinner (the sliced beef is not just your standard run-of-the-mill wedding beef, it falls off your fork its so tender!), we also did late night nachos which were a big hit. My parents are vegan and it always makes me nervous at restaurants that they get forgotten or just get a blah meal slapped together, but again, Kilkarney nailed it, both Grooms dinner and wedding night they had well thought out, delicious meals that they absolutely loved! The bridal suite is SO worth it! Its the cutest thing and has so much natural light and our hair stylist even mentioned that she was so thankful for the amount of counter space and amount of plug ins! Mimosas, coffee and breakfast and lunch are all included in bridal suite and it made the morning getting ready so easy and seamless! Jeni (The venue coordinator) was SOOO great to work with, great communication and organization, answered my many questions throughout the year and checked in during the wedding day also. She has a Facebook page for Kilkarney couples once you sign on so you can ask other Kilkarney couples questions which was really handy! The staff was also great, they would bring pitchers of beer & bottles of wine to the head table during dinner. I could go on and on about this venue, the trees lining the driveway are a great picture spot, the reception area is nice and open, the bar is convenient and big. Incredibly thankful Kilkarney was the venue for our day that will be in our memories forever!!

Kilkarney was absolutely beautiful! Communication with Jeni was fantastic. She was always available when I needed to reach out to her and she made sure everything was in order for our special day. We were also planning the wedding from California, so huge shout out to her for working with our crazy schedule when we took the trip to Wisconsin. The suites were super cute and made the day super fun getting ready with all my girls. I also loved that their website had requested vendors for DJs and photographers. It made booking other vendors super easy.

The whole day ran smoothly thanks largely to Jeni knowing all of the details of the day. The bridal suite provided plenty of space for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in, and the space made for a very elegant backdrop for our getting-ready photos. The golf course itself is beautiful and the view from the banquet hall is breathtaking. Our guests enjoyed taking photos out on the deck overlooking the course! The most common feedback we received from our guests was how delicious the food was! We chose to serve the champagne chicken and sirloin steak, and people told us it was the best food that they have ever had at a wedding. And I couldn’t agree more!! From the scenery, to the staff, to the location, I would highly recommend this venue to any wedding couple!

We had the bridal and grooms suites for getting ready before the wedding, which were great and very accessible for getting ready for the day. There were a lot of great photo opportunities and we had a lot of beautiful photos from the day! Jeni was a great help and made the day go smoothly. We had the turkey, baked California garlic chicken, and mashed potatoes for food and it was amazing! Everyone complimented how great the food was and how beautiful the venue was! Kilkarney Hills Golf Course was the greatest place we could of had our wedding and would highly recommend it to anyone planning on getting married!

When we were initially exploring venue options, Kilkarney’s wedding coordinator sent all of the information needed to decide if we wanted to tour it. We were very impressed right from the beginning! Additionally, we were given a large list of preferred vendors, such as photographers, decorators, and DJ’s. They were very helpful and organized. Our day was absolutely perfect and couldn’t have gone more smoothly!

Kilkarney was a dream come true!! First off, Jeni was amazing to work with and made sure we had everything we wanted and more! She was so sweet and responded to all my emails right away even when I was asking questions every day it seemed. Kilkarney was BEAUTIFUL for our wedding! The outdoor ceremony space is beyond perfect especially with the gazebo! The reception hall is amazing! It’s huge and fits so many guests! The way they decorate it, allowed us not to have to decorate too much which was a lifesaver! The food was amazing especially the cheesecake! Everyone was so friendly and I could not recommend Kilkareny enough. They made this process so easy for us and we are so lucky we were able to book them for our wedding!

The bridal suite is 100% worth the money and is beautiful. The outdoor ceremony spot is the best part of this venue. It needs very little, if any, decorating because of its natural beauty. The outdoor spaces in general around the whole area had so many amazing photo opportunities, especially for a fall wedding. We did the Italian buffet and we had so many compliments about how great our food was! This venue was not only affordable, but very much exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend having your wedding here!

She answered all our questions and helped with personalizing the day to us. Their food is AMAZING, we did the specialty BBQ buffet. (Unrelated to the wedding, we also LOVE their fish fry.) The banquet hall is gorgeous and the grounds have many great picture opportunities. Very happy with our experience. The guys also enjoyed their round of golf.

Kilkarney Hills was amazing to work and was a beautiful site for our wedding! Our wedding reception was originally set in St Paul MN but two weeks before our reception, new Covid restrictions caused our reception to be cancelled. We started looking at venues in WI due to the lesser restrictions. We saw pictures of Kilkarney Hills and reached out for more info. Jeni got back to us that same night and answered all our questions. we booked with them the next day and two days later we had a meeting scheduled to finalize all the details. Saying they are amazing is an understatement! We were able to set up the night before, had our grooms dinner there, and they provided delicious food, and covered all the beverages for both nights. Their Elite package was very reasonable priced and offered so many little perks that just added to the night. The grounds are beautiful and we were able to get all our photos taken there. It's about 30 min from the Twin Cities and our guests didn't feel like they were traveling far for it. We would highly recommend Kilkarney Hills, Jeni, and their staff. They were so easy to work with, flexible, and willing to change things to better our needs. We will definitely be back in the Spring for a round of golf and some good food!

Saying they are amazing is an understatement! We were able to set up the night before, had our grooms dinner there, and they provided delicious food, and covered all the beverages for both nights. Their Elite package was very reasonable priced and offered so many little perks that just added to the night. The grounds are beautiful and we were able to get all our photos taken there. It's about 30 min from the Twin Cities and our guests didn't feel like they were traveling far for it. We would highly recommend Kilkarney Hills, Jeni, and their staff. They were so easy to work with, flexible, and willing to change things to better our needs. We will definitely be back in the Spring for a round of golf and some good food!

Kilkarney was the first and only venue me and my husband looked at, we were sold right away. Everything was so perfect, the location, the set up, and Jeni was beyond amazing at walking us through and answering questions and \"selling\" what this beautiful venue had to offer. We got married during a difficult time (COVID), so many questions would come up and Jeni would answer them right away with such professionalism and empathy. The Bridal Suite was one of the highlights of the day. It was a perfect way to get ready and bond with all your girls and take time to relax and have fun before the craziness of the day started. I cannot rave about this venue and Jeni enough. Jeni was there from start of the day until dinner was done- handling everything with grace that came her way (such as, my dress ripping down the back, she was there with safety pins helping pin me back into my dress). Kilkarney is the PERFECT venue. The grounds were stunningly beautiful for our June wedding, and the decor on the inside was gorgeous to match. Kilkarney has a great menu selection -- we got wonderful feedback from our guests for both the champagne chicken and steak. The bartenders are attentive and provided a wide variety of choices, including the signature drinks we got to select. We were able to use the grounds to set up some cornhole sets, so we had guests on the dance floor, lounging on the pretty patio, or out on the lawn playing bags. There was something for everyone!Jeni, the coordinator, is the kindest and most organized individual I have met. She was there for every question and request and worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. I am so thankful to her for helping me be a stress-free bride on the day of. I highly recommend the bridal suite on site to get ready with the ladies in your party. There are so many thoughtful and elegant touches in the suite that do not go unnoticed! It was also a great place to take photos and enjoy a mimosa before the big day. There is no question that Kilkarney is one of the best in Wisconsin! Close to the twin cities, and other hotel options, but has an intimate feel. I can't recommend this enough!

She helped us work out the tricky details of having both an indoor ceremony and reception and Kilkarney pulled it off so smoothly! The indoor reception space was so beautiful that our guests commented on it so many times. The food is also excellent, and wait staff were even more excellent, one even helped us find some tape when I had a slight dress malfunction! If you need a venue that can cater to a large group of people and help to keep your budget reasonable and in check, Kilkarney Hills is not only the best place we found to do it, it is absolutely gorgeous on top of that. The on-site event coordinator and golf pro were so helpful and easy to reach in a reasonable amount of time. Their service was prompt and always kept our best interest in mind. If you prefer a coordinator that can get their hands dirty and be involved very thoroughly in your day, you will get it. If you prefer space and flexibility to do what you’d like at your own pace, they are wonderful with that too. The perks are there as well. They allowed us to play a fully comped round of golf prior to the wedding date. Awesome! The use of their golf carts for shuttling guests, the couple, the bride etc is such a lovely, charming addition to the entire experience too. I would whole-heartedly and confidently recommend Kilkarney Hills to anyone who is interested (and I already have multiple times!) A+ service, A+ scenery, A+ Friendliness and flexibility and an absolute A+ overall. You will not be let down.

We chose Kilkarney Hills for our wedding venue for the convenient location for our guests and because it fit into our budget. But once we visited the Golf Club, it was apparent that we made the right choice also for it beauty and the friendliness of the staff. Jeni, the event coordinator, fulfilled all of our wedding wishes. Everything from the garden like ceremony site to the elegant club house for our reception exceeded our expectations. And the food, I can't say enough about the food. It was delicious and we received many positive comments from our guests. Most guests went back for seconds, some even a third helping. We chose Kilkarney Hills for our wedding venue for the convenient location for our guests and because it fit into our budget. But once we visited the Golf Club, it was apparent that we made the right choice also for it beauty and the friendliness of the staff. Jeni, the event coordinator, fulfilled all of our wedding wishes. Everything from the garden like ceremony site to the elegant club house for our reception exceeded our expectations. And the food, I can't say enough about the food. It was delicious and we received many positive comments from our guests. Most guests went back for seconds, some even a third helping. I would highly recommend Kilkarney for your wedding if you are looking for an elegant experience, a friendly staff, and an affordable option. We loved our experience!

Kilkarney Golf Club is a beautiful place to get married! My husband I looked at 10 venues and thought Kilkarney was the best! It was also the least expensive. The outdoor ceremony location is beautiful! The food is amazing and the staff is very accommodating. Jeni was super helpful and answered all my questions throughout the year in an extremely timely matter. The reception area is very spacious, has outdoor patio for guests, large bar, and bonfire space. Our friends and family had a wonderful time!

We had our wedding at Killarney on July 14th of this year and I wish I had words for how amazing It was! The pricing was perfect, we had looked at so many other venues and turned away because of the pricing, where We were drawn to Killarney because of the beautiful location and BONUS it was way less expensive than anywhere we had looked at! We had an outdoor wedding and there was water for our guests at the ceremony site, everything was ready to go, I had ZERO worries on that day because I knew Killarney had everything ready to go! Jeni Rolsing was so so organized and was there anything we needed, she was there and on it! Our timeline went perfectly without interruption and I wish I could have personally thanked all the staff! Jeni came to us a few times during the night to check in, the staff were so polite and kind, the setup and location was PERFECT, the food was to die for, and I couldn’t have asked for a better day! People still tell me (3 months later) how wonderful the venue was and how much they also enjoyed the day and that was all I could have asked for! Killarney did everything to ensure we were getting what we paid for!

I cannot say enough great things about this venue. When my husband and I started looking at venues we wanted something that was beautiful and could accommodate everything at the same venue. The hall is beautiful, the ceremony site is beautiful, and it offers everything at one place. Jeni was an absolute god-send and answered the million questions that I had. She made our planning easy and stress free and I had no worries or concerns the day of :) We received so many compliments on the food, venue, and staff. Thank you Kilkarney Hills for everything! Our day was absolutely perfect and I wouldn't have wanted to get married anywhere else!

Jeni and her team at Kilkarney Hills are the best to work with. You can tell they knew what they were doing from the moment they built the clubhouse! The designated reception area is open and gorgeous! Jeni made my outdoor winter wedding happen and was accommodating every step of the way. If I asked for something, it was taken care of! We can not wait to attend two of our friends' weddings here this summer and we continue to recommend Kilkarney Hills Golf Course to all of our friends!

We loved working with Kilkarney Hills!! Jeni and the entire staff were great to work with! I'm an Event Coordinator as my career, so I had some thoughts and ideas that she wasn't as familiar with, but she was awesome and made sure our day was exactly as we wanted it! We couldn't have asked for anything better... and when the weather was perfect and the trees lining the entrance were in peak colors, it was absolutely gorgeous!! Also, their food is wonderful and we can't wait to go back for their fish fry!!

I just had my wedding ceremony and reception at Kilkarney and I loved everything about it. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful with the gazebo and the set up was spectacular. The reception, banquet hall was elegant and the set up was perfect (just what I requested). The staff was professional and very organized. The wedding coordinator, Jeni is amazing! She has great communication and wants your big day to be everything that you want it to be. The presentation of the food was on point and both of our plated dishes were delicious! The good thing about having both my ceremony and reception at this venue was the fact that my guests didn’t have to drive after our ceremony was over. The bartenders were also a blast! Overall, I completely loved that my wedding was held at Kilkarney. Jeni helped make my big day even more spectacular because she listened to me and made sure all the details/logistics of my day took place. My wedding pictures turned out beautifully because the venue itself is gorgeous!

We had a reception that ended up being around 245 guests with a head table of 14, we still had room to walk around and dance, and no one had to move their tables for the dance floor. The food was delicious and the head chef was respectful and very easy to work with. Jeni was our coordinator who came on a few months before our wedding but handled everything smoothly. The pricing was good, and I loved the balcony on the back that over looked the golf course. The overhead lighting is worth it, it looked great against the large windows against the night. Beautiful location. Love how the ceremony can be outdoors in their gazebo on a hill, and the reception indoors with a large dance floor and outdoor patio. They seem to book a few too many events and promise you things initially that they end up taking back later, but overall it turned out great.
