Wow, I can't say enough good things! We absolutely loved working with Kiln Creek for our special day. From our first interaction through the ceremony and including the day after, the staff was absolutely so helpful, kind, and made us feel special. The food was great, too! They were so communicative with us, and responsive to our many questions. A wonderful venue, great price, and great staff. A big shout-out to Ruthanne for her support, assistance, and guidance. 11/10 would recommend!

Wow, I can't say enough good things! We absolutely loved working with Kiln Creek for our special day. Ruthanne and her team took the utmost care of my fiancé and I in the year it took to plan and execute our wedding. She listened to our ideas, even helped us find vendors and did everything possible to make our dreams come true. She was willing to meet whenever possible, and responded to every query I had with the quickness. Ruthanne and her staff made planning and the actual wedding stress-free. They were prepared for any possible obstacles that could happen, including inclement weather. The food and drinks were AMAZING and everything we dreamed of. We received so many compliments about how beautiful our wedding was, and it was all due to Ruthanne and her staff.

I had my wedding at Kiln Creek this past weekend and everything was amazing! Nikky is a literal angel. She was so friendly, nice, and knowledgable. I had tons of questions throughout the process and she was always quick to answer all of them. Kiln Creek itself was a beautiful venue for the wedding. The arch and backdrop for the outdoor ceremony were perfect. The Peninsula Room Ballroom was so stunning and the perfect size for our wedding. Everything was decorated exactly how I was picturing, which was great considering Nikky and her team handled all of the setup, decoration, and clean up. Nikky is also an amazing coordinator! She stuck to our timeline and kept everything running smoothly, we could not have done this wedding without her. The food was delicious, we got so many compliments on the cocktail hour food and the plated dinner. Service was great, the plated dinner came out quickly for everyone. The bartender was excellent! We kept her working hard throughout the night and she kept up just fine! Our signature drinks were great. Kiln Creek also offers tons of decor to use, which is definitely a cost saver. Overall, I have nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend Kiln Creek if you are looking for a beautiful place to have your wedding or event!

I cannot say more good things about Nikky and her team at Kiln Creek. From the moment I toured the venue, to booking, to planning, to the meetings, and the day of I had a sense of ease. Every detail was looked over and reviewed several times, day-of communication/coordination was spot-on. I was able to enjoy my rehearsal day and wedding day. I did NOT hire a wedding planner knowing that Nikky (KC) would be the day-of coordinator. We chose 3 passed appetizers that were DELICIOUS! The Bang Bang Shrimp and VA Ham Biscuits were amazing. We went with the buffet option and there were so many compliments on the fried chicken and prime rib! What really sold me on Kiln Creek was hotel on-site, The Lodge. I cannot recommend Kiln Creek more for your wedding or event!!

She also really came through in helping my wedding planner with the last minute changes and requests. The only downside was that the Nest could not support a large rehearsal dinner. Nikky and the team at kiln creek were fantastic to work with! We received responses to any questions and concerns very quickly. Nikky had great ideas that we used for the wedding, and they brought the vision to life. Food was great and the service from all staff was excellent. We were also able to have our rehearsal dinner at the restaurant on site, Nest kitchen, which had great food, and we received personalized service. Would definitely recommend this venue.

This is the hardest review to write because I will so miss working with Nikki! From planning to postponing to doing the thing, she was on point! She constantly offered solutions to any issue that came up, even if it was with another vendor. You never had to wait long for an email back and she always made time for in person meetings. Day of, I just wanted to enjoy and she made sure I got to without any hiccups. I want to get married (to my husband) again just to work with her. The venue is beautiful as well, and there are many indoor and outdoor options to fit your needs. They also only do one event a day per space which means you get ALL of their attention.

We just had our wedding there October 10, 2019 and I cant say enough good stuff about this venue!!! First of all lets just say this place is a hidden gem! We had both our ceremony and reception there. They have two outdoor options and two indoor options. The venue was absolutely gorgeous!!! They also just got a brand new archway outside built and anchored in and it is beautiful! Everything that could go wrong during our wedding planning process went wrong. We were so stressed up until we got to the venue. The event coordinator there Nikky was FANTASTIC! My husband and I keep saying that she needs to have her own business. She handled everything at the dinner rehearsal for us the night before coordinating with the officiant and DJ as well as with the rest of the bridal party. There really isnt a need for a wedding planner at all if you have her! We had so many hiccups that were our fault and she stepped in immediately to fix them for us! Even all of our guests were saying how amazing she was! During photos after the ceremony i was starving and without me asking she came and brought me some of the appetizers to snack on in between pictures. Honestly I dont know how she does, every vendor said that as soon as they walked into the building she would just immediately pop up out of no where to greet them and show them where to go. She took our wedding on a budget ideas and turned them into something beautiful!!! We stayed in a hotel on site as well the night before and the night of the wedding. The rooms are gorgeous! I would say though, if you have someone staying in a room with you who can't walk up stairs be sure to let them know you need one down stairs because there arent any elevators at the hotel. There arent alot of stairs, but we had someone who was handicap and unable to go up stairs and the hotel manager did all that she could to accommodate us and offered us a room down stairs which we were beyond grateful for! But it's still good to know in advanced! The hotel staff was so welcoming and kind throughout our entire stay. I showed up the night before in the middle of the night and the guy working night time security instantly came out and offered to carry our bags and stuff up the stair for us! We had to start hair and makeup at like 530am and soon as i pulled up to the front entrance he came out instantly again and helped up load stuff up to the dressing room area for the day. The food was SO DELICIOUS!!! The only regret that i have with the entire wedding was socializing too much that i didnt get to enjoy some more of the food! Because it tasted so good! We had for our apps, fried ravioli and bbq meatballs. Then for dinner we had hoisen glazed salmon, southwest rubbed flank steak, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables. it also comes with salad and bread rolls. There was plenty of food and many people kept telling us the salmon and steak was so good they were going back for seconds. I was a little worried because we didnt get to taste test any of the food beforehand, but it did not disappoint at all! They also have kid food options for those picky eaters! Nikky and her entire team were professional, courteous, and some of the sweetest people i have ever met! They truly made that day a dream come true! But again I cant say enough about Nikky and her ability to just make everything happen the way she did. My husband and i keep saying, it's only a matter of time before shes running her own event planning business!

We chose Kiln Creek for its all inclusive package. If you want a stress free, fun, and beautiful venue, look no more! This place has it all! Our wedding planner Nikky was incredible and a very hard worker! She was extremely organized, professional, and detail oriented. We loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone! After looking at a bunch of potential venues, I happened to stumble upon Kiln Creek and I am so thankful I did! Laura Davis, the event coordinator at KC, is amazing!! She was so helpful in every step of the process! She worked with us to keep us in budget and I never felt pressured to add anything to our event that would make me go over. She was very accommodating!She set up all my tables the morning of my wedding because I was unable to do it the night before or morning of! The food was delicious and have had many people compliment it since the wedding! The one thing I would change is to make the dance floor more open to everyone (it's kind of closed off) but it's a HUGE dance floor where I spent most of my time! I highly recommend Kiln Creek especially if you are on a budget, you get a lot of bang for your buck and you get to work with amazing people!

As any bride knows, the hunt for a wedding venue can be incredibly stressful. As soon as we walked around Kiln Creek and heard about all they had to offer, we were hooked. My husband and I got married outside in the Pavilion and it was absolutely beautiful! Our cocktail hour took place outside so guests could play games and mingle as we took care of photos. Laura and the rest of the staff were vigilant about meeting all our needs and set up our reception perfectly. The dance floor is perfect, allowing plenty of room for DJ set up while also allowing guests who don't like to cut a rug the opportunity to mingle at their tables. Kiln Creek is a great value for anyone and made working within our budget super simple! We also blocked the resort hotel rooms and my family (all of whom are out of town) were very pleased with the price, location and amenities (especially my handicap grandparents!). I would recommend Kiln Creek to any bride looking for an all-in-one ceremony/reception space.

As any bride knows, the hunt for a wedding venue can be incredibly stressful. As soon as we walked around Kiln Creek and heard about all they had to offer, we were hooked. My husband and I got married outside in the Pavilion and it was absolutely beautiful! Our cocktail hour took place outside so guests could play games and mingle as we took care of photos. Laura and the rest of the staff were vigilant about meeting all our needs and set up our reception perfectly. The dance floor is perfect, allowing plenty of room for DJ set up while also allowing guests who don't like to cut a rug the opportunity to mingle at their tables. Kiln Creek is a great value for anyone and made working within our budget super simple! We also blocked the resort hotel rooms and my family (all of whom are out of town) were very pleased with the price, location and amenities (especially my handicap grandparents!). I would recommend Kiln Creek to any bride looking for an all-in-one ceremony/reception space.
