Part of the Little River Farms venue group; this newly refurnished and renovated venue seats up to 200 guests, with indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, a brand new outdoor courtyard and plenty of mingling space! Gorgeous new lighting and chairs make our reception pavilion the perfect space for dinner & dancing! Kimball Hall is right in the heart of downtown Roswell, steps away from many great restaurants, shops and bars. Your guests will be able to enjoy the area before and after your event! Brand new cross back chairs, two on site bridal suites and groomsman room are available for each couple and their bridal party- perfect for relaxing before your big day! This historic two story, Queen Anne house dating from the 1880′s, presents the picture perfect setting for a romantic wedding. My husband and I just got married on 12.08 and it was THE BEST DAY EVER! The whole venue has so much character and that is the main reason we booked it.The staff there was amazing to work with and made sure everything was in order. The in-house caterer, Southern Charmed, was a HUGE HIT! They knocked it out of the park! All the guests wouldn’t stop talking about how good the food was and they couldn’t stop going up there to eat more of it.Our biggest shoutout goes to our coordinator Emily! SHE WAS AMAZING! I am a very particular bride and she made sure eveything went the way we envisioned it and more. Her personality is so positive and trusting that helps provide a sense of calmness to you on the day that I am so very grateful for!Could not recommend this venue, the food, and Emily enough. Book Kimball Hall, you will not regret it!

Everything about Kimball Hall is beyond words amazing!! I just had my wedding there on 12/2/23 and it was a dream come true. Everything was made so easy for me to book and secure through the help of the amazing Anna Beth, who is so helpful and so quick to respond to all my many many questions. She was instrumental in helping plan every detail of the day and saved the day on the day of by helping with my complicated bustle! The food by Southern Charmed catering was phenomenal and the staff was so responsive to all of my emails and amazing the day of! Everything at the venue was so well organized and under control it really took the pressure off of me as the bride and they worked with my planner so well. 12/10 recommend having any event here!

We had our wedding at Kimball Hall this past November. It was exactly like how I'd imagined, but better, and Leslie was so helpful throughout the whole process! Leslie was very organized and clear about how things would run day-of and she was a great resource for any questions we had leading up to the day. The day went so smoothly with everything running as it should; it was great to have Leslie there keeping things on track so I could enjoy time with my guests. I would highly recommend working with Leslie if you have the chance to have your wedding at Kimball Hall!

We had a fantastic experience with Kimball Hall for our wedding this October!! The recently renovated space itself is absolutely stunning and has a solid rain plan, which was a must-have for us. The outdoor courtyard and ceremony spaces are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very responsive and communicative, as well as transparent with any pricing questions. The in-house catering/bar, Southern Charmed, was both incredibly convenient and very high quality -our guests raved about the food. Brianna served as our month of coordinator, and worked tirelessly to make sure that all of our bride/groom (zilla?) requests were exceeded. All in all the day went off without a single hitch, and the entire staff put their best foot forward to make sure that our dreams came to life. Thank you, Kimball Hall!

Our Coordinator, Leslie, was beyond attentive and detail oriented during the entire process. From the beginning of wedding planning down to the day of the event, Leslie and the staff at Kimball Hall were so professional, sweet and hard working. I couldn’t have made it through the wedding without the coordination of Leslie, she is absolutely amazing and puts all your nerves at ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding. The food, the decor, the drinks, everything was amazing. I would get married here all over again. Thank you so much for making my night so incredible.

This venue was perfect for us! We got married mid October and the outdoor area was spacious and beautiful. I was able to decorate the ballroom to my theme and it looked just as I had imagined. The food was incredible. Our guests raved that they had never had such tasty food at a wedding! Our coordinator was very helpful and easy to work with. Our planning session was informative and I was able to make my decisions without issue. I had faith in her ability to keep our wedding day on schedule and we were perfect with timing all day. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a charming historic home with a beautiful lawn for photos! I was able to stick to a relatively lower budget working with this venue as well, so that's another major perk!!

We had our wedding at Kimball Hall this past weekend and were SO happy with the experience. Highlights include:1. Our wedding coordinator Naudia: she was so helpful, reliable, and responsive. She always had such a positive attitude, which help relieved a lot of my anxiety. Everything was incredibly organized on the day of the ceremony, and I did not have to worry about a thing.2. The indoor and outdoor spaces: our ceremony was outdoors--initially I was worried about the heat (about 86 degrees), but the backyard where the ceremony took place is very shaded which helped a ton. The indoor space is very beautiful--the forecast had a 50% chance of rain. We knew that even if it rained, we would have a nice space with big windows to hold the ceremony!Our cocktail hour and send off took place in the garden--the string lights, yard games, and greenery made this area a great place to hang out. It was great for some guests who weren't big dancers/needed a break from dancing.3. The bridal/groom suite: we all got ready off site; however, these spaces were great to hang out right before the ceremony/gave a good option for bridesmaids/groomsmen to regroup.Other notes:1. The venue very comfortably fit our guest count of 130 people.2. The rehearsal the day prior needed to be in the AM due to a wedding happening the Friday evening before. Just something to note if you have out of town guests coming in!

Her preparation for our wedding was unmatched and she truly made it a magical experience for us. Cannot say enough kind words about Anna Beth. I would recommend her to anyone. Kimball Hall was the perfect venue for us: great size, setting, location, ambiance, indoor/outdoor space, etc... this venue had it all.

Our experience with Kimball Hall and their entire operations team was AMAZING! We planned our wedding from Oregon, and having a venue that bundled ceremony+reception space, catering, bar, and coordination was a must have. Leslie Boyd (our coordinator) made the month of run smoothly and our wedding day went off without a hitch! I could not have asked for a better team or a more beautiful venue and really appreciate all the work she did to make sure that the week of the wedding was a stress free as possible.

We got married in May 2023 and the folks at Kimball Hall gave us a great experience from the early days of planning all the way until the end. The venue is a blank canvas, allowing you to transform it into your vision. We had a 5:30 ceremony in the backyard where the trees provided a nice amount of shade for our guests to be comfortable. If there's rain forecasted, the reception area can be converted into a ceremony space and the large panel of windows facing the backyard will still provide a beautiful backdrop. The garden was probably one of my favorite spots at the venue with lush greenery and string lights.The seating arrangements were comfortably spaced and allowed for easy travel between tables. Catering and alcohol was included in our package which made the planning process simple and easy. They also provided a list of preferred vendors, to which we booked our photographer (Lauren Rae Photography) and our DJ (One Night Entertainment) - whom we LOVED! The staff was amazing and so attentive to our guests. Special shout out to our day of coordinator, McKenzie - she was a godsend! She helped to make sure that we were able to focus on ourselves, friends and family. If we had a need, she was always right there to help. I'm not sure if it's possible to request a specific coordinator but if you can, ask for McKenzie! I do think that it's important to note that if you're considering Kimball Hall, the wedding party suites on the second floor are only accessible by stairs. Luckily this wasn't a big issue, but it did require my grandma to get her hair and makeup done downstairs instead of in the bridal suite. If you have anyone in your party that needs elevator access, you may have to adjust your plans a little.

I got married at Kimball Hall in April 2023 and it was absolutely amazing! Leslie was my Coordinator and she was fabulous, and went above and beyond on my wedding day and to help put my vision together (she even bustled my dress on my wedding day, which we were having technical difficulties, so if it wasn’t for her help I don’t know what we would have done). The renovations at Kimball Hall make the venue so magical! The in house catering food was amazing as well, and Paige helped answer all of our questions from a catering perspective. Kimball Hall also had a lot of items to rent which was so nice to not have to purchase every little thing. 10/10 recommend getting married at Kimball Hall!

Kimball Hall is amazing. They helped us plan a perfect day for our daughter’s wedding. From start to finish they accommodated all our requests and offered suggestions that were so helpful. Our coordinator Leslie was so great! She took over everything for us and made it all run smoothly. Also Jackie, at KH, was very helpful and accommodating with all our last minute questions and changes. Everyone made us feel like we were the only wedding they’d ever had which was special. The food was delicious (still have guests commenting on it) and the staff was courteous and efficient. The venue is the perfect combination of Southern style and new chic—light and bright but still with old Southern charm. Cannot say enough nice things about Kimball Hall.

If you are looking for an elegant and classy wedding or event venue, Kimball Hall is exactly what you are looking for! The venue exceeded my expectations and was just what I was looking for when I searched for a venue for my mother's 70th birthday party. My mother, who is elegant, classy, has exceptional taste and knows quality, fell in love with Kimball Hall at an open house. So, I knew we had to book it ! Everyone was so easy to work with, especially Leslie B. She was attentive to all my emails and questions and very responsive. She was perfect from the planning stages, through the event and afterwards. I LOVED their catering vendor - Southern Charmed Catering. It was the best tasting I've been to and I was so glad I went with them. The guests are still raving about the food!Although I don't live in GA, when I become engaged, I will consider moving my wedding to GA just to use Kimball Hall!

Shannon (wedding coordinator) and the team at Kimball Hall did a truly incredible job. There was not one hiccup throughout our entire day! The food was wonderful and it was so easy to coordinate as the venue has their own catering company. Shannon went above and beyond in offering to assist with so many details- name cards, seating chart, etc. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, especially in the evening with lots of candle light. We could not have been happier with our special day as well as the help of the Kimball Hall Team!

I truly cannot speak highly enough. From start to finish, our experience at Kimball was top notch. Anna Beth was our coordinator and took so much stress off of both me and my parents on the wedding day and leading up. She answered all questions and responded to emails quickly. The staff that worked the venue the day of our wedding were friendly and attentive. Our food was also delicious! We used Southern Charm catering which is run through kimball and their other venues. Guests loved the food! It tasted just as good as it did at our tasting. I’m so thankful we chose Kimball! They truly made our day perfect!

Kimball was perfect! The remodel is subtle and beautiful and still all the same charm. Simple chandeliers and pretty wallpaper, new chairs, etc. And so many places to display pictures I wanted set out on fireplace mantles and tables. Andie was a wonderful wedding coordinator. She is a great listener and gave great advice. Our wedding turned out perfect!! Highly recommend both Andie and Kimball Hall!

We cannot say enough great things about the Kimball Hall experience for our son and his fiance's wedding, especially Leslie Boyd, our Coordinator. She was JUST FABULOUS! It's hard to list enough of the wonderful things about her and all her coordinating efforts from A-Z. Her professional appearance at the very first into, welcoming personality, good sense of humor, goes with the punches that are thrown her way without any frustration or anxiety shown, always very accommodating and very personable and helpful, organized and the list goes on. CALM was always her way into everything. We all loved her! Fantastic job Leslie (and the staff was excellent, and so fun as well) Several of the staff came up to me and other family members saying that this was one of the most fun weddings they had seen because they’d never witnessed so many people out on the dance floor the entire reception vs. just sitting in chairs at their table - that speaks volumes to the huge success to LESLIE and all staff taking care of everyone at the event and every detail taken care of. So many wonderful compliments about LESLIE, the staff, the food, our DJ, our Pastor, and again, Leslie the best coordinator ever!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU and THANK YOU! A beautiful wedding we are forever grateful.

My daughters wedding was last week and Kimball Hall and Julie made it one of the best days of our lives. Even with the pouring rain, Julie made the switch seamless and absolutely beautiful.. she was more accommodating then I could have imagined.. the beautiful decor made for phenomenal pics. Julie and her staff went over and above doing everything they could for us. The flowers were more beautiful then I could have imagined as well. Our guests were taken care of and the bridal party had anything and everything we needed at our finger tips. I have no words to describe how awesome the evening was and would do all my events in the future at Kimball Hall. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

We cannot say enough great things about Julie and Kimball Hall. The staff makes everything seamless and you don’t have to worry about anything. They are such wonderful people to work with, and we have made lifelong friends. We had to reschedule twice because of COVID and Julie was an absolute dream to work with. She coordinated other vendors before, during, and after the wedding. The venue is stunning - but with Julie there is absolutely no better place to get married.

Julie and the rest of the Kimball Hall staff made our wedding day absolutely perfect! After over a year of planning due to COVID, we tried to keep our expectations reasonable, but even our wildest dreams could not compare to the actual experience. Julie and her team were easy to work with and their attention to detail was impeccable. From the other vendors she suggested to the personalization of the venue, specifically for our day, we could not have asked for better. 10/10 would recommend Kimball Hall to anyone in need of a wonderful venue!

I cannot express in words how wonderful Julie and her team are. Thanks to them we had the most perfect day imaginable. It’s extremely clear how much Julie cares about her profession and the couples she works with. I would recommend to anyone looking for a venue to go check it out as soon as possible! Julie made the whole process completely stress-free, and this is coming from someone who doesn’t always handle stress all that well! The venue is absolutely beautiful and Julie has relationships with so many amazing vendors, which made for a very stream-lined process. You will not regret choosing Kimball Hall as your venue.

If there was a higher rating than 5 I would give it to them. Absolutely the best choice I could have made to get married here they made my day beautiful and stress free. First the place is gorgeous and romantic I didn’t even want to get married outside until I saw this venue and quickly changed my mind. Julie has an amazing group of vendors and because of her long term relationships you will have a stress free day because they have all worked together so long it’s like clockwork. I had to reschedule my wedding during Covid and Julie was a dream during an incredibly stressful time. If you want perfection on your day with high quality vendors... Pat Holland amazing florist....Soriee my guest raved about the food and Paulina my photographer who made taking pictures a breeze then this is your place. The staff at the venue was top notch. Julie is an amazing smart person who accumulated a top notch group of vendors for you to choose from so she knows you will have the perfect day. I smiled so much during my wedding and reception that my face hurt at the end of the night because I did not have a worry from the time I entered the venue.

Getting married at Kimball Hall was the best! Julie is so incredibly kind and accommodating. The wedding planning process initially intimidated me, but she was with us every step of the way during the wedding planning process! She was always there to answer any questions and offer advice. Our day-of was stress-free and everything was beautiful due to Julie and her amazing staff! This allowed my husband, family, and I to just really be present and enjoy our day! Kimball Hall is a beautiful venue and we would recommend getting married here to everyone!

If you're looking at Kimball Hall for your wedding, by now you've probably already heard how amazing Julie is, and I want you to know that it's all true. Julie made sure that the whole thing went off without a hitch, and I got to just relax and enjoy my wedding (which is surprisingly rare among my friends, apparently). She was so sweet--she had the best ideas, but she also clearly wants couples to be able to put a bit of themselves in their wedding. It was really important to us that our friends and family feel hosted at our wedding, and Kimball Hall was definitely the place to make that happen--Julie and her staff did everything! As kind as Julie is, she also clearly hires the best people. We all had such a good time, and it was so gratifying to see all our friends and family enjoying themselves. I would do it all over again if I could!

Our wedding was incredible thanks to Julie. The venue is beautiful but what separates this venue from others is Julie. You get your personal wedding coordinator with the venue. You can tell she really cares about the bride and ensures she gets everything she wants on her wedding day without all the stress. Additionally, Julie knows and recommends vendors for everything: hair, makeup, signs, caterers, bands, DJs, etc. You name it and Julie has a person. Our wedding was beautiful and I didn't have to worry about anything on our wedding day. Julie took care of everything. She is just simply the best, and so sweet too!

Not sure if a review is even needed because it is so clear from all the past reviews that this venue and the owner/coordinator Julie Stephens are both amazing!Julie has many options to fit each bride. She has inclusive packages but is also willing to work with you. She has her vendors that she loves but she is open to whatever you want for her day, other than always using her florist Pat Holland (incredible, well prices). Her DJ Will Haselden is also affordable and good and already has lighting/speaker system embedded in the ballroom.Thank you, Julie and company at Kimball Hall for the best wedding. :)

We had an exceptional wedding reception at Kimball Hall on Saturday, August 10, 2019. Julie Stephens ensured that every event during the reception proceeded smoothly and that the bride/groom and guests’ needs were met quickly. Pat Holland created gorgeous floral arrangements. The ballroom was perfect for dining and dancing. The gardens provided a beautiful backdrop for photography. Will Haselden performed superbly as Master of Ceremony and DJ. Most importantly, Julie was responsive and truly easy to work with during the months long planning process. There are no words for how wonderful Julie Stephens and her staff and vendors are. She promises to make everything perfect, and she delivers. If you ask her opinion she shares it, but if you don't, she won't force it on you. She has so many choices to help you meet your budget and no matter the budget, it will be elegant, beautiful and uniquely yours. With no flowers or decorations at all, Kimball Hall is a magnificent and beautiful venue! Parking is easy, lovely Historic Roswell is steps away and it's easy to get to from anywhere in Metro Atlanta. We will always be thankful for Julie for making this day so memorable and are honored to be one of \"her couples\" forever more.

The second I met Julie and saw her home, I knew this was THE place. She’s magical and this magician creates the BEST experience ever. She holds your hand the entire way and makes you feel like family. The day of was movie quality perfect. Stunning! So many flowers and special touches everywhere. The caterer she recommended was given two thumbs up by even our biggest “foodies”. I cannot say one negative thing other than the night went too fast and I want to relive it again. I do not know where to begin to tell how magical, amazing, and what a dream come true having our wedding at Kimball Hall was. Julie, the owner and amazingly strong and wonderful girl boss of Kimball Hall, made me feel like I was the only bride from the second I reached out to her over a year before our wedding date. Not only is her response time to questions above all of the rest, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and transparent about all things that have to do with your special day. We only used Kimball Hall for our reception because we got married at a local church. Other venues seemed to look down upon this, but Julie did not. She was more the accommodating and treated us just the same as if we were using Kimball Hall for all of the events of our day. This made me feel extremely comfortable and that says a lot when you are a bride looking for a place that will make your wedding dreams come true. As the wedding day approached, Julie helped us make sure we had everything planned, even parts of the day that were not happening at Kimball Hall. Not only did she help us make sure the big things were planned and in place, but she also took note of all of the little things. Her years of practice and expertise shine so bright and I can promise you she will make your day exceed your wildest dreams! On our wedding day, not only did the level of communication she posses continue (if not get better - if that’s even possible) but she clearly passes this message to her team and those that are there to assist on wedding day. Each and every person who worked at Kimball Hall on our wedding day was accommodating, had a smile on their face, and were extremely in tune to not only my needs but the needs of my family and our guests. One of the tiny details that I think would typically go unnoticed, but one that has stuck with me since our day is a small act that solidified my choice to have our reception at Kimball Hall even more than it was before. I had a small issue with my dress where it was digging into my back. I did not say a word to anyone because I was focused on our day and didn’t have time to deal with it. Before I could even think twice about it, Julie noticed, came up to me with a fix for it, and took care of it without me ever having to miss a beat from the reception. If this is not a testament to the fact that not only will the big details be noticed when you have your wedding at Kimball Hall, but the small details will not go unnoticed either. Julie and her team at Kimball Hall created a dream day for me, my husband, and our families. We just wish we could travel back in time and do it all over again! You do not need to look anywhere else for your wedding needs other than Julie at Kimball Hall! This day, Julie, and every single detail will have a special place in our hearts forever!

Spectacular venue and the most professional and caring staff in any industry.; the best of the best with attention to every detail. I wish I could give Julie and her staff 10 stars. They are a perfect 10! Julie has so much energy and everyone on staff is very caring, works hard and proactive in all services. The flowers were the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. The food was delicious and perfect as well. Being the mother of the bride is a huge job but I would do this all again tomorrow if it meant I could work with Julie and the entire staff at Kimball Hall again.

Out of ALLLLL the decisions I had to make during wedding planning, choosing Kimball Hall and Julie was by far the best! Kimball Hall itself is a true gem of a venue...it's historic and full of southern charm. And the outdoor space is GORGEOUS...perfect for pictures. On top of that, it comes with a wedding coordinator, Julie, who is even more charming than the venue. Whenever I had a question or concern during wedding planning, I would just email Julie and her quick responses were friendly, informative and reassuring. She definitely helped keep me sane during this whole process! I trusted her whole-heartedly by the end. Julie cares about you and what you want out of your wedding. She's a top-notch wedding planner and an even better person. If you're thinking about having your wedding at Kimball Hall, do it. 1000%. You won't regret it!

Our wedding was everything we ever wanted it to be thanks to Julie at Kimball Hall! The only complaint I have is that the night went too fast! Julie thought of every possible need (including having backup glow sticks for our send off since it was raining and we couldn't do the sparklers). While looking at venues, we knew Julie would go above and beyond to make sure our day was worry free. If there is an open date at Kimball Hall, book it. Julie works with a ton of great vendors to make it easy on the bride and groom.

She was there for me 100%, and was incredibly helpful in giving us tips and tricks to stay in budget but still achieve our dream wedding! It was like getting married at a family member's historic home, all of the closeness of family, but no worries about letting the professionals take over! We had a blast, and I am still getting comments from guests about how wonderful everything was, how beautiful the venue, and how awesome Julie was! Kimball Hall is a beautiful venue in historic Roswell. After meeting Julie, we knew this was where we wanted to host our son’s rehearsal dinner. From start to finish Julie made the whole experience fun, she was easy to work with, very accessible, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She helped us tailor the whole event to make it unique and special for our son and his bride to be. Our guests were very impressed with the warm charm of Kimball Hall and had a great time! Pat Holland did a great job with the floral arrangement, Will handled our equipment needs assuring the video, music , and microphone all worked with no glitches!We would highly recommend booking any special event at Kimball Hall and having the pleasure to work with Julie and her staff. It was the best decision we made!

My son got married at Kimball Hall and I would definitely call it a Fairytale wedding! Julie and her wonderful staff made everything perfect. We were so well taken care of. They took care of every detail and we had nothing to worry about the entire day! The whole venue was absolutely stunning. Pat Holland's talent with the flowers was amazing. They were beautiful and her creativity was breath-taking!! The food catered from Soiree Catering was delicious. And DJ Cliff - he kept the music going and the energy level high! He is THE BEST.The whole experience at Kimball Hall was one I will never forget. I would venture to say \"The Day Was Perfect\" thanks to Julie and all the vendors that work so well together !

Julie and her staff at Kimball Hall were fabulous! We knew from the first time we stepped into Kimball Hall that this was a perfect place for our wedding. I cannot say enough good things about this lovely, enchanting place. Planning a wedding is such a big task, but Julie makes it so much more enjoyable and helps decrease the anxiety and stress! My husband and I along with our parents appreciated all of the hard work that Julie and her staff put into every detail, from before the wedding to the very last detail packed up afterward. Pat is such an amazing florist. She made my every dream come true with the floral decor. Will was a fabulous DJ and we absolutely loved him!! So, so much fun!There is only one thing I have to say to anyone considering Kimball Hall: You will are in good hands and your day will be perfect!Kimball Hall will always have a place in our hearts!

If you are looking for a perfect venue in Roswell GA look no further. Kimball Hall is beyond beautiful and takes your breath away. Family and friends have attended weddings throughout Roswell and this, by far, is their favorite venue. People are still raving about how fabulous this venue is. The patio with twinkle lights is something I will always remember. For those who like a little history, it is a historic building dating back to the 1800s as a boarding house. Not only is the venue perfect, the team you have supporting you for your big day is unparalleled. Julie is knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and truly cares about each bride that walks in her doors. She responds instantly--i'm still unsure how she does it--and knows how to make the day flow exactly as you want it to. Every time I saw her I always left relaxed and confident that the wedding was going to be what I wanted and even more. She also has a great DJ, a great list of photographers, and a great list of caterers. It made the process so easy working with Julie. Not to mention she always put a smile on my face...her personality is the best. In addition to this, she has sign people, paper people, linens, tables, table numbers, chairs etc. all available for you. The day was so easy and stress free, they took care of everything and at the end of the night had everything organized for my family to make the leaving process as easy as it can be---I didn't want the day to end. On top of having Julie and the previously mentioned team members you also get Pat Holland, who is one seriously talented florist. Her vision for the flowers I wanted made my ideas look elementary. The reception flowers and bouquets took my breath away and I still can't believe how eloquent she made the tables look. They spoil you with an open house night where you actually get to see a table set up from information you have provided for them. This is an amazing advantage and you even get to try food from vendors. Even though I know they do weddings all the time, Julie and her team take the time to make sure you feel special and that your day is unique to you. In my personal opinion, this is one of the most important aspects in planning the wedding. Do yourself a favor and visit this venue and the amazing Julie Stephens.

First, I need to say Julie and her staff at Kimball Hall were absolutely AMAZING! When I first walked into the house, I immediately knew it was the spot. The ambiance was warm and intimate - the exact feeling we wanted for our wedding. There were so many little details inside the house that we loved but the courtyard is what really sold us. Pictures alone do not do this home justice, you must go visit in person to FEEL it for yourself. Not only was the house amazing, but Julie is truly an incredible person. She is sweet, fun and real! And as all brides know, wedding planning can be difficult and stressful, and at times I just wanted to cancel everything because of outside pressures, but Julie and Pat helped with recommendations and constant reassurance that everything was going to be ok. And it was more than just ok, it truly was the perfect day... They literally did everything so the bridal party and family did not have to worry about setup or cleanup at all and was able to enjoy the day. I cannot thank her enough for helping create a beautiful memory and feeling I will never forget.

I truly cannot say enough good things about Kimball Hall. We looked at several venues before visiting Kimball, and as soon as we walked in the door, we knew it was special. It’s a beautiful venue with exactly what we were looking for space-wise (lovely yard for an outdoor ceremony and beautiful ballroom for the reception), but the people who work there are really what make this venue so amazing. Julie is the most wonderful person. She genuinely cares about all of her couples; you can tell that weddings aren’t just a business for her - her heart is really in it. Wedding planning is so stressful, but I felt like I was in good hands the whole way. Everyone else was excellent as well. You will not find a better florist than Pat Holland (she is the BEST), and Will was a fantastic DJ! Our wedding day was PERFECT, and this was largely because of Kimball Hall and their fantastic staff!

After a thorough and exhaustive search of wedding venues for our daughter, we elected to go with Kimball Hall over 12 months ago because of Julie Stephens. She has been completely delightful from start to finish and is the sole reason that my husband and I could relax and enjoy the wedding and reception. It was important to us that we had an experienced wedding planner who knew how to tackle all of the details of our black tie/military formal evening event. She provided several vendors for our choice and rarely made recommendations on who to select, (which we appreciated). Her secret weapon is her florist, Pat Holland. She is a master florist and created such beautiful floral arrangements and centerpieces, that it made our evening look extraordinarily elegant. If you are looking for the perfect wedding venue and wedding planner, look no further. Julie and her team get our highest recommendations. 👍👍👍👍👍They are all true professionals who what they do… Creating elegant and magical weddings/receptions for the bride and groom, their families and guests. After we got engaged, I was obsessed with finding the perfect venue for our big day. We probably toured 6-8 venues before we finally visited Kimball Hall - and after meeting Julie, we knew our search was over! Julie is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet, and she is truly gifted in her field to boot! I was a very Type A bride and always had tons of questions for her, and she answered them all with patience and confidence. Talking with Julie always made me feel better, no matter how stressed or unsure I was! She is an absolute gem and will make a world of difference in your wedding planning. She is partnered with Pat Holland, an amazing florist who worked miracles on my wedding day! She made the most incredible arbor, lovely bouquets, and all my centerpieces were absolutely beautiful. I was very budget-conscious during my planning, and Pat was open and flexible with me during the quote process. I also want to give a shoutout to Will Haselden, Kimball Hall's resident DJ. I recommend him highly! He was patient with us when we couldn't make up our minds on special songs, and he was flexible the day of when my 1-year-old flower girl suddenly decided to quit. ;) And the package upgrade? TOTALLY worth it! My only regret is that I didn't opt-in to his photo booth - he does a great job at it! As for the venue itself, it's gorgeous. The ballroom stays comfortably cool all night, the windows give you a peek at the beautiful backyard, and Julie and her staff do an amazing job at decorating it all! The backyard garden is a darling place to hold the ceremony, and the courtyard is incredible with all the twinkle lights! Many of our guests hung out in the courtyard for a chunk of the reception, and my husband and I were able to get great pictures out there as well! All of our guests keep telling us that they had so much fun at our wedding, and I know we owe it all to Julie and her staff at Kimball. I am SO happy that we got married there, and it will hold a special place in our hearts forever.

As exciting as getting engaged can be, finding the right wedding venue shortly thereafter can be equally frightening. I cannot imagine working with a more knowledgeable, supportive, and optimistic venue owner/coordinator than Julie Stephens at Kimball Hall in Roswell, GA. While most sites that regularly host weddings may provide cookie-cutter choices in terms of vendor selections or the general location set-up, there are abundant options at Kimball Hall as it is definitely a place that does not lack in creativity. But due to the sheer number of weddings that have occurred over the years here, I feel confident stating that Julie has pretty much seen it all – and my bride and I quickly learned that having an experienced and informed coordinator is an invaluable piece of the entire wedding process. We met with her early and often as she worked with us to help determine our vision for the big day. And being a rather detail-oriented person myself, I was even impressed with how no stone went unturned throughout our engagement and as we reviewed the final itinerary during our wedding week. Everything went off without a hitch – and none of that would have been possible without Julie and her experienced staff. There was never any confusion as to what was happening next, and our families and friends had a wonderful time. Having previously been a groomsman in a number of weddings, I have interacted with several coordinators over the years – but I have never seen one take such a vested interest in a couple’s lives or make such a concerted effort to ensure her bride and groom are able to relax and enjoy every single aspect of their special day. And for that, I will never be able to adequately thank Julie enough. With such a beautiful venue and an owner who genuinely cares about her future newlyweds, you will not regret choosing Kimball Hall as your wedding venue.

I remember looking at reception venues on theKnot a little over a year ago, reading Kimball Hall’s reviews, and thinking, “who is Julie, and why does everyone love her so much?”. Now that I’ve had my wedding reception at Kimball Hall, I know EXACTLY why everyone raves about Julie, the venue’s owner and reception coordinator! Julie is probably the sweetest person you’ll ever meet, and she is an expert on everything from wedding timelines to bustling a dress to ice cream bars (we recommend!) and everything in between. All her vendor recommendations were perfect, and she made our wedding day even better than we could have hoped for. I was a very type-A bride and Julie took it all in stride and made me feel so at ease. Oh, and she answers emails within five minutes tops, which is practically unheard of for wedding vendors and a gift. The actual venue is surprisingly large on the inside, and the layout is perfect for dancing and toasts. As soon as our DJ (the Kimball Hall house DJ, who did a fantastic job) opened the floor for dancing, our guests flooded the dance floor and it wasn’t empty for the rest of the night. The outdoor area is stunning with twinkle lights and flowers. The Kimball Hall package includes a florist, Pat, and she created the most gorgeous bouquets and table arrangements that matched my very specific vision perfectly. I had multiple people, including Grandpa (who’s been to a few weddings in his day), tell me it was one of the best weddings he’s ever been to and I truly think I have Julie and Kimball Hall to thank for that!

Ladies, you can stop searching for the perfect venue now. I don't even know where to start with describing how perfect Kimball Hall, Julie, and her team are. Kimball Hall itself is absolutely beautiful, from the outdoor ceremony area to the inside. As soon as we walked inside and met Julie we knew this was the venue for us. Julie and her team are truly the best and nicest people you will meet. Julie will go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect, responds quickly to any and all questions, and her advice and experience is priceless. Not only does she take incredible care of you the day of the wedding, but the whole planning period as well. Pat's flower arrangements are equally as perfect, she listened to all my ideas and thoughts and created exactly what I had envisioned . Everyone who attended our wedding remarked on the great staff, how amazing Julie was, the pretty historic southern venue, and the beautiful flowers. Looking back on our wedding day, I wouldn't change a thing, especially when it came to choosing Kimball Hall.

From the food, the DJ, the most gorgeous flowers, all under the perfect setting...Kimball Hall had it all within reach for me. Julie, the owner and coordinator, is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever met, and to have someone like her in your corner throughout the wedding process is truly priceless. I always wanted the classic, gorgeous, southern wedding, & Kimball Hall has it all: from the beautiful lawn, the historic antebellum home, the perfect front porch, gorgeous front stairway, and perfect cocktail hour/twinkle light patio, there was not one detail missing. I cannot tell you enough how easy it was to leave each meeting ( which there are a number of ) that we had with Julie and Pat and not feel heard more than with these ladies. They have everything down to an art form and it truly is the best wedding venue. The whole day went so smoothly and flew by, and if there was a hitch you would never know cause they are so seamless with everything. Julie and her team was there the whole day making things run and were always there to have you and your parties best interests at heart. We were so excited when we had heard back from many of our guests as well, telling us how beautiful and romantic the evening was! Julie and her staff know completely how to make the space feel magical for your day. We are so blessed to have had Julie be part of our day and wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Julie knows how to steal your heart right away which made this the very best wedding venue no doubt, for she puts all of your needs first. Julie and her team at Kimball Hall did an INCREDIBLE job with our wedding. It was everything we hoped for and more. We met with Julie on many occasions before our wedding to discuss details and to help us decide what the vision of our wedding would be. She and Pat (the florist) spend so much time helping you long before your wedding date. They truly want what's best for each couple and it shows by how much time they commit to each one. The most important thing they did for us was make everything run so smoothly for the whole wedding day. She and her team take pride in what they do and really make everything so special. I had so many of my guests tell me that our wedding was the smoothest run weddings they have ever seen, and I completely agree with them. Julie makes you feel right at home the moment you meet her. We had our wedding at Kimball Hall last month, and it was absolutely perfect. The venue is gorgeous, located in downtown Roswell, and everything was executed flawlessly. The venue is the perfect size for weddings smaller than 200 guests, and there is not a bad seat in the house (which made the seating chart easy!). Arguably the best part of Kimball Hall is the owner, Julie, who will make sure that you have the best day of your life. I was so care free on my wedding day because of Julie and her amazing team, who take care of everything. Julie gets to know all of her brides individually, and it is obvious that she cares about each and every wedding she hosts at Kimball Hall. The night before our wedding, I realized I may have misplaced our wedding license, but suspected it was in a box that we had dropped off at Kimball Hall. I texted Julie at about 10pm to ask if she could check the next morning to see if it was there, and she insisted on driving to the venue that night to locate the license and let me know. She did all of this just so I would sleep well the night before my wedding, which shows you just how much she cares. I am so glad we chose Kimball Hall to have one of the most special days of our lives.

There are so many good things to say about Julie and Kimball Hall. I am so happy I got to have my wedding there. Every interaction with Julie was easy, pleasant, and filled with confidence. She absolutely knows what she is doing. As a bride, I knew I was in good, capable, hands. All of the vendors know Julie and have worked with her frequently. I didn't have to handle any of the coordination between vendor and venue and that cut down on any kind of wedding stress exponentially. I was often told I was very calm through the whole process and Julie is definitely to thank for that! I just adore Julie and loved working with her throughout my wedding. She has a knack for making you feel like you are the only bride and like your wedding is the most important. I cannot recommend Kimball Hall enough.

The added bonus of the exclusive KH florist, Pat Holland, truly completed the entire package. Having our wedding at Kimball Hall was an easy decision when we met Julie Stephens about a year ago. She is SO on top of every detail, is quick to answer any call, text, or email and has so many great contacts in the business that you can't go wrong with choosing any of the vendors she works with! We had our wedding on 8/26/17 and had about 107 guests, the space was perfect for the size and we had plenty of room to dance with our live band of 6 musicians. Not once did I wonder about what I needed to do or where I needed to be on the big day, Julie made the day go by smoothly and made our families feel right at home.I would highly recommend this venue and Julie Stephens, she will do anything to make your day as perfect as you envisioned it!!

Our wedding was AMAZING at Kimball Hall. Julie (wedding planner/owner of venue) was the most accommodating person throughout the entire wedding planning/wedding event experience. My fiance and I were living in California at the time we booked the venue so about 80% of planning was done thru e-mail. Julie made what could have been a headache into the most fun experience! She was incredibly helpful during the wedding planning process. Julie was also always accessible; anytime I had a question, I knew I could e-mail and expect a prompt response. During the entire process, she did not leave out a single detail. Julie also helped coordinate all the bridal party, both sets of families, and all of the vendors during the wedding too. She kept everyone on schedule and made the entire wedding a dream come true. Kimball Hall itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It is the PERFECT venue for brides looking for a historic home/garden party feel. The home features a VERY large ballroom, a buffet room, and a room for whatever you please--we chose a photobooth--a big hit with our guests. Upstairs, there is a large bridal suite; it includes 2 rooms for the bride and bridesmaids, one room for the bride/groom to enjoy dinner during the guest cocktail hour, and one room for the groom and groomsmen. It is beautifully decorated, making it the perfect place for photos prior to the ceremony. We had our ceremony in the large backyard. The side yard has twinkly lights, and outdoor seating for guests. The landscaping is gorgeous! The large backyard itself is well maintained and easily accessible to all guests. Also, our guests were greeted with friendly staff. Vendors were managed by Julie (after initial coordination from my end) which made their arrival to the event seamless.Overall, the entire wedding experience was absolutely phenomenal. Julie is a super star! From the moment we started exchanging e-mails, I knew this was going to be a wonderful experience. It is all because of Julie's dedication and commitment to her brides as well as maintaining the beautiful historic home. It is evident that Julie enjoys her job and wants every bride to experience that once in a lifetime feeling without the stress of the wedding planning. We are so grateful that we picked Kimball Hall for our wedding!

I highly recommend having your wedding at Kimball Hall. We toured all the venues in Roswell and this was the only venue where your wedding could be both simple to plan and unique to you. Attend one of the open houses and you will see why. Julie, Kimball Hall’s owner has chosen multiple of each type of vendor to make choosing your ideal team simple. We personally chose Avalon catering, Brenda Upton photography, DJ Will, Luna Strings Trio and florist Pat Holland. Julie makes your day so special – from adding small details she knows you will appreciate, to having a happy staff that will go above and beyond for their wedding parties. I am in awe of how beautiful and well-coordinated our day was. 3 weeks have gone by and I am still receiving calls and texts about how fun and special our wedding was. When my now Husband and I first toured Kimball, we instantly fell in love and booked our date...a year and a half away from the wedding date. We knew that Kimball was the place we had to have our wedding. Kimball is the cutest most precious southern house. Inside is decorated perfectly (and smells SO good, too!!) and outside you are surrounded by beautiful gardens at every turn. Julie and her staff are the greatest in the world. Julie helped me plan my wedding when I wasn't even sure what I wanted. She calmed my nerves on the big day, and I couldn't imagine trusting anyone but her or Pat Holland to make our wedding dreams come true. Pat (florist) is truly an artist and created my bouquet perfectly. There aren't enough words for me to describe Kimball, and I'm so honored to be a Kimball Bride forever!

Kimball Hall is an amazing venue to host your wedding. I can't say enough positive things about Julie and her staff. Pat Holland (florist) blew me away with my bridesmaids bouquets, my bouquet, our arbor and all of the wedding flowers on the table. I showed her a few pictures on pinterest a while back and she did exactly what I was looking for. Julie takes great care of all brides and grooms on their big day and made ours so special that we won't ever forget it! I highly recommend Kimball Hall to all brides who are looking for a beautiful outside garden ceremony and inside reception. This location was fabulous because you can walk to Canton street for post-wedding fun. Scott and I can't stop talking about our wedding day and how blown away we were. It truly was perfect and wish we could do it all over again!

If I could give Kimball Hall a sixth star, heck, even a seventh or an eighth, I would without any hesitation. We held our reception at Kimball Hall, and the venue was stunning. From the perfect floral arrangements to the unique accent pieces Kimball Hall was kind enough to let us use, it was exactly what we had hoped our wedding would look like. The home was beautiful, and the patio, covered with what felt like thousands of twinkle lights, was perfect. Our guests really loved it, and the pie bar and whiskey/cigar bar the folks at Kimball helped us put together was a huge hit. We kept hearing time and time again from our guests how impressed they were with everything. We’re still getting compliments now, months after the event.But, when it comes down to it, there are plenty of beautiful places to have a wedding in Roswell. What really sets Kimball Hall apart is its people. Julie and Pat are two of the kindest, most hardworking, and most patient people I have ever had the good fortune to meet. They poured every ounce of themselves into making sure their guests had the best possible time, and their passion for what they do showed every time we met with them. They were so wonderful to work with - their positivity was infectious, and they made us feel like we weren’t just clients, but friends.I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. There were countless times where we had no idea what to do, but Pat and Julie swept in and provided us with invaluable advice and suggestions based on their significant experience planning and preparing for weddings, then quietly worked their tails off in the background to make sure everything was perfect to the last detail. They made our special day so much more special, not to mention much easier!We are so happy that we chose to hold our reception with Kimball Hall. My husband and I both agree - outside of choosing each other to marry, the best decision we made in the whole wedding-planning-process was choosing to do it at Kimball Hall.

From day one, Julie made us feel comfortable with our decision to have our wedding at Kimball Hall and it is clear that she really does care about her brides. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best, most beautiful day possible and is extremely flexible. Julie also has great experience with wedding and with that comes great ideas for decor, timelines, and many other things! Many times I would mention an idea and Julie would take it and run with it to make every aspect perfect. She worked well with all our other vendors and her staff were professional and helpful. There are not enough stars to convey our happiness and appreciation with our Kimball Hall experience. After looking at several venues, my daughter and I walked into Kimball hall and knew instantly it would be the perfect place for the wedding. The venue is beautiful - combining a charming historic southern home with an amazing floor to ceiling windowed ball room and a quaint courtyard complete with fountain and twinkle lights. The icing on the cake is Julie Stephens, the owner of Kimball Hall. Julie was a true joy to work with. She was with us every step of the way - no question unanswered and no detail left undone. There is no doubt that Julie loves what she does. One of the things we loved is that Julie has periodic open houses where you can taste the food from her preferred caterers, talk to photographers, listen to musicians and even see your table settings before the big day! At Kimball Hall it is a team effort and Julie is surrounded by a fabulous team. Pat Holland, the house florist, is a true artist. She has amazing vision and expertise as a floral designer. Her day of the event team was wonderful and so hardworking. They provided a beautiful and flawless evening for my daughter's wedding. Rebecca was a true pleasure - always close by to help out with anything that was needed and Julie directed us every step of the way. As someone who is used to being in control and not very good at delegating, I was able to meet with Julie the week of the wedding, to discuss final touches and pass off all of our decor, dresses, etc. and afterwards, I didn't have a single worry about anything. I had complete trust and confidence in Julie's dedication, high standards and amazing devotion to her brides. Thank you so much Julie and Kimball Hall!!

Our wedding at Kimball Hall was everything we could have imagined! The venue is beautiful and does not require many additional costs to decorate, however, you do have the option to turn it into literally whatever you want! We chose Kimball because the owner Julie was so sweet when we met her and had an organized list of vendors that made planning very easy. My job requires a lot of my time and my husband lived out of town during most of our engagement and Julie made things much easier for me as she was very accommodating to my schedule! The day of the wedding could not have gone any smoother. The Kimball Hall staff did a wonderful job coordinating. So many people have reached out to us and told us how much fun they had and how beautiful they thought the wedding was and we owe it to Kimball. From a person who was hesitant about even having a big wedding, I would have to say that Julie and the Kimball staff made it well worth it and made it a day we will never forget!

As soon as we walked into Kimball Hall, my husband looked at me and said \"This is it. No more looking.\" I am so beyond thrilled with our decision. We got married in April 2016, and EVERYTHING was perfect. Julie was there with us from the very beginning, guiding us through the process that I had no idea where to begin. I was in grad school at the time, and my husband lived in a different state. So having the list of dinner vendors and DJs narrowed down, and knowing that Pat Holland would be doing the flowers was a major stress relief. Julie works alongside you every step of the way. If I ever had a questions, I would email her and hear back within moments! Every time we met with her, we left the hall with a huge sigh of relief and just knowing that we had someone who was there to make sure everything was exactly as we envisioned it.Every single aspect of Kimball Hall is beyond gorgeous. Even now, nearly 4 months later, we receive constant compliments of how beautiful everything was, and how smoothly it all ran. One of my favorite parts was the opportunity to have dinner private upstairs with my husband during cocktail hour. It was so amazing to have just a moment together in the middle of the crazy, and reflect on the day. I was able to bring in my own table numbers, corn hole sets, and other various decorations, making it all so personal!I don't have words for how pleased we are with every single aspect of Kimball Hall, and with Julie. Our day couldn't have been more perfect.

Kimball Hall is where dreams come true!My daughter wanted an outdoor wedding ceremony, and a celebration with southern charm and hospitality, preferably in a historical building. The job was left to my husband and I since my daughter and son-in-law live out of town. After visiting many historical places in our area, our search was over. We fell in love with Kimball Hall at first sight...a beautiful 1800 house decorated with loving detail in every corner inside and outside the house. Kimball Hall is the perfect place for a wedding...Julie, the owner, will make you feel right at home from the very beginning. She and Pat know how to beautifully run your special event with an eye for personal details and touches that you will not find anywhere else. They will help navigate you through the entire wedding process with caring professionalism so that in the end it is a wonderful experience for all. Our guests still talk about the bride and groom looking so happy, the food being deliciously outstanding, the DJ being the best ever....and the wedding overall, ...gorgeous!

Choosing a venue is absolutely one of the hardest decisions you can make when you're planning your wedding. Meeting Julie and seeing Kimball Hall made that decision so easy. I was actually planning my wedding from SEATTLE and even then, Julie took most of the stress out of wedding planning. I cannot say enough about Julie & her team!My vision for the wedding was a little different than a lot of the traditional southern weddings at Kimball Hall. I wanted something a little more bohemian & whimsical, but still elegant. After explaining my vision to Julie & Pat, they COMPLETELY \"got it\". I was able to add a few \"DIY\" touches to it but they honestly took care of everything and it ended up being 100% true to the vision I had.I could seriously go on and on about how wonderful Kimball Hall/Pat/Julie/Kim are! The entire day flowed perfectly. Julie's relaxed, calm (but FUN!) demeanor kept everyone happy and stress-free all day long. It was the best day ever. Thank you for everything! We love you and would choose Kimball Hall again a hundred times if we could.

Getting married at Kimball Hall was the best decision I have made next to marrying my husband, my best friend (of course :)). Looking back, when I thought about planning a wedding I was always a little wary, but the team at Kimball Hall that Julie puts together truly made wedding planning fun! My sister is actually in the wedding industry and I always knew that although I love her very much that for us stay close she could not be my wedding planner. So when Matt and I started looking at venues we knew we wanted to try to stay close to home. After looking at a few other places and having horrible nightmares (plane crashes and all) I emailed Kimball Hall, kind of a last resort, and boy I am so glad I did. I ended up receiving this wonderful message back from Julie that it just so happened there was a cancellation and there were two weekends available in April from which we could choose. Matt and I jumped at the opportunity and the second we walked through the door at Kimball Hall we knew this is where we were meant to be married. Kimball Hall has this electricity that spoke to us. The house is beautiful! It has southern charm meets English countryside. Something I felt that is very helpful is that Julie has a list of vendors that she really trusts which helps making a decision on photographer, cater, cakes, etc. very easy. I was so worried about being overwhelmed but there was a list of amazing vendors at my fingertips which meant little to no stress for the bride!Julie and Pat Holland (florist) make a wonderful team when it comes to wedding planning. They really get your vision and are very in tune to what you see for the big day! Julie is amazing and truly is at bat for you. If something falters like needing a tent to ensure your photo booth has what it needs, she will call every vendor she has to ensure you get the best deal. She has your best interest at heart (100%)!The staff at Kimball Hall is truly amazing and Julie and her team shine!

I recently wrote the owner/wedding planner a thank you note because I was recently in another wedding and really began to understand just how wonderful Julie was during our big day. You are crazy to look anywhere else! Below is a copy of the note I wrote Julie to thank her again. Kimball hall was perfect! I know this is so random, but I just wanted to thank you again for making our wedding so perfect. I was a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding this weekend in Florida, and the difference between my wedding and her wedding was night and day. At our wedding, there was not one moment when I didn't know what I was supposed to be doing or where I was supposed to be. My sisters wedding was pure chaos. The planner stopped by all day when we were getting ready, then about an house before the wedding she disappeared, the photos were being taken in the lobby as people were arriving, everything ran late all day, and we spent most of our time asking what we were supposed to do next. It just made me realize again how lucky we were to have you there. So, thank you so much for being as wonderful as you are!

I searched high and low for a wedding venue. After months and months of searching, I went to look at Kimball Hall. I knew it was a simply wonderful place because my sister got married there just 3 short years ago and while she loved every bit of her wedding I was skeptical because I wanted something different.. However, once I stepped into that beautiful, white house as the bride, I knew I wanted to get married there too. Mrs. Julie Stephens and her team at Kimball Hall are beyond exceptional. From the minute we made an appointment to view KH, Mrs. Julie made us feel very important and special. Wedding planning can be very chaotic, stressful and over-whelming but I must say when it came to \"anything wedding\" that was related directly to Kimball Hall... it was easy and not to mention fun! Mrs. Julie and her friends do many weddings each season, yet, they have a way of making you feel very special and like you're their main focus. My photographer and her team were constantly talking about how much fun they were having the day of because the grounds of K.H were just so beautiful and easy to photograph. There wasn't a bad place to take a photo. It's well maintained and the dainty details in and around the house make you feel just as a bride should on the day of her wedding. Mrs. Julie has many little and big pieces that you can use during the ceremony and reception with \"no additional cost\" which is very nice because we all know how little things can add up . Communication is a strong key in wedding planning and Mrs. Julie is always quick to respond. The September before my May wedding, my original photographer had to back out. While I still had plenty of time to find a wonderful person to take pictures the day of my wedding, I felt like it was the worst news to hear. I emailed Mrs. Julie and she made me feel like I wasn't alone and it wasn't just my problem but hers too. A problem that she would help me solve. She was on the phone calling photographers she's worked with, sending me their portfolios and responding back and forth to me via email as quickly as we could. I found an amazing photographer who I couldn't have been happier with just a few days later, all thanks to Mrs. Julie. Mrs. Pat Holland is nothing short of amazing as well. I felt like I could ask her any sort of question and she would be very honest. She has been in this business for a very long time so she is very knowledgeable not only about wedding etiquette, what would look good and flow... but flowers, her wedding specialty, as well. Mrs. Pat put together my \" wedding favor\" room the day of my wedding and it brought me to tears at just how much time and effort she put into placing some cracker jack boxes around. Her attention to detail very impressive and just what every bride needs on her wedding day. I would recommend Kimball Hall to any bride! I love Mrs. Julie, her house, Mrs. Pat and the rest of the Kimball Hall team. I feel very lucky to have them in my life and not just for my wedding day. They have hearts of gold and it is evident in the that they do!

We loved Julie! The venue, of course, is beautiful - the grounds are well kept, the patio and front porch are quaint and cute, the backyard is perfect for a ceremony, there's plenty of parking, and the tea-light chandeliers in the main room are awesome. It was exactly the country-chic/antique-y look we wanted. But it wouldn't be worth it if the venue didn't run like a well-oiled machine, which it does!From the start, Julie is incredibly responsive to any and all questions. She has great suggestions for decor, schedule, special touches, but is open to your requests. The event was flawless (as related to Kimball Hall); we had ample time for rehearsal the day before, we had the entire day-of to be in the house to get ready, take pictures, etc., our schedule went as planned, we always had a drink in our hands, and - most importantly - it rained on and off all day, but we were still able to have our ceremony outside, which was definitely a risk for Julie! Most vendors would have made the decision at 2pm to move the ceremony inside, but she held out for us, which included moving the outdoor decorations inside and back out a couple times!My only issues were that I didn't think ahead that the \"allowances\" for vendors included in the packages offered by Kimball Hall would only cover about half of the actual cost, even when using the preferred vendors at moderate options, so we ended up way over budget. I also had some issues with the florist, who comes with the venue. The flowers ended up beautifully, but it was very stressful getting there.Overall, I would recommend Kimball Hall to anyone!
