The Epic Hotel is the best hotel in Miami that houses every single need you may possibly need. My husband and I hosted a 200 hundred person wedding and the hotel was able to accommodate everyone with a great room block and beautiful reception space and wrap around balcony. The suites were absolutely gorgeous and we have the most beautiful portraits with the best view of the city. The wedding reception flowed smoothly and Tricia really knew how to stay on the timeline and keep everything and every vendor organized. The food was superb and the beverage package was fantastic. The epic really knew how to house an EPIC wedding. The Hotel was able to host our rehearsal dinner/ party as well in their beautiful sky lounge and people are still talking about the views. I highly recommend the hotel for all your event needs. The Epic catering team and hotel staff is professional, knows how to work together, and excellent at what they do. I would say to run, don't walk to book The Epic Hotel.

I have to start this review by saying that Patricia at the Epic Hotel is the bomb dot com!!! We started planning our wedding right in the middle of Covid and tried contacting multiple places in Miami, to which we got no reply. The minute we contacted the Epic, Patricia immediately replied and showed us the venue over video chat. After physically visiting the beautiful ballroom and the breathtaking views from the Epic, we decided to choose them and have absolutely zero regrets!From the day we reserved, all the way to the day of our wedding, Patricia was quick to answer all of our questions via phone call, text, email, etc. and was extremely accommodating (and I called her A LOT).The Epic is definitely prepared to throw a party, and definitely makes the planning process extremely easy and convenient. They included a 2 night stay for my husband and I in a beautiful suite and 2 rooms for the bridal party to get ready in. They have a room full of beautiful table, chair, linen and charger options to choose from, and have an endless supply of alcohol for guests, where you don't have to worry if you've bought too much or too little.On the day of our wedding everything ran extremely smooth. Patricia and the staff at the epic made me, my husband, and our guests feel like royalty. The food was delicious (not your typical ballroom food) and tasted just as great as it did on the day of the tasting. We got so many compliments from our guests on the food! All in all, if we had to do it again, we wouldn't think twice about it, our wedding day at the Epic was absolutely perfect and even better than we had ever imagined thanks to Patricia and her amazing team!

We did a TON of research and visited so many wedding hotels in downtown Miami/Brickell, but the EPIC came out on top. It was the best combination of ambience, cost, and location. In our very first meeting with Patricia at the beautiful Kimpton EPIC Hotel, we felt immediately welcomed! We felt that she really wanted to accommodate us as the venue for our wedding- she took the time to answer our millions of questions, took us on a tour, and was very transparent. We are 1000% happy that we chose the EPIC, which gave us the wedding of our dreams…all thanks to Patricia!Our wedding was in January 2021, which meant the bulk of our planning was during the height of covid. Amidst the pandemic, Patricia kept her swift and efficient communication - always answering numerous questions and keeping us updated on the changing local covid policies. She made booking and working with the EPIC an absolute breeze. When unexpected problems came up, she was reassuring and would be quick to find solutions for us. She was super detailed with everything on the contract, and clearly laid out the expected timeline of tasks to be completed leading up to the wedding. We enjoyed our food tasting with Patricia (the food was so delicious! We still crave it today) and loved being able to choose among the countless linens that the EPIC had to offer.All the staff at the EPIC were so professional, kind, and treated us like royalty during the entire weekend (from the front desk, to the servers at the reception, to the busy crew at valet). Our guests in our hotel block loved their rooms- everyone had amazing views of downtown Miami. We loved the convenience of having our guests stay at the same place as the reception. Our wedding suite was also amazing, and it provided a stylish and beautiful setting for our wedding photos and videos.Our wedding turned out to be the most beautiful day ever! Patricia really went above and beyond (way beyond!) to ensure that we were comfortable and as stress free as possible, for our entire wedding weekend. We can’t thank Patricia and the EPIC hotel enough, for all they did for us. We absolutely loved everything about our wedding at the EPIC hotel! We are truly grateful!!!!

Patricia Suero and her staff were the best! I absolutely loved her. We planned our wedding during a pandemic and she was so accommodating to us, being available at all hours for any requests. From the day I got there on my rehearsal, I had dirtied my dress a bit and the manager of the hotel took my dress for me and had it cleaned and returned to me on my wedding day and it was like new. The staff were so accommodating and nice. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever had at a hotel. What I loved about the wedding planning experience was the variety of linens as well as chairs And food choices. The appetizers during cocktail hour were outstanding. People were raving about them. The entrées were amazing. People were saying that steak was better than any steakhouse they’ve ever had. We enjoyed every moment. The hotel was beautiful and the ballroom was everything that we had imagined. Our head wait staff that attended to us during our wedding reception was the sweetest person ever. She even helped me to the bathroom! I couldn’t ask for a better experience and we loved having our wedding here. I would highly recommend this hotel for weddings.

We had the most amazing experience on our wedding day on February 7, 2020. Patricia was the most professional and amazing person to work with. She was there with us every step of the way. On our day she made sure to take care of all the little details I was worried about, she walked me to my car, made sure my dress and veil were perfect and was waiting for us outside when we arrived back at the hotel. Patricia and the entire Epic team were out of this world and we couldn't have imagined having a more perfect day. Thank you for making our wedding day so special!

We had the most amazing experience on our wedding day on February 7, 2020. Patricia was the most professional and amazing person to work with. She was there with us every step of the way. We planned our dream wedding at the Epic Hotel for May 2, 2020. Unfortunately, we were devastated that we had to cancel due to Covid19 and we were unable to reschedule because it was a destination wedding and we had very limited availability. However -Patricia was BEYOND AMAZING to work with. She made the whole planning process so easy and stressfree. She gave multiple tours to me and my family, she was super responsive and always sent detailed meeting notes. She is by far one of the best event professionals I've ever worked with and a big part of the reason I booked at The Epic rather than another venue in Southbeach. I am soooo sad we won't get to have our dream wedding, but she made the whole cancellation process beyond easy and couldn't have been more understanding, supportive and helpful during this hard time. I HIGHLY recommend this venue and I hope we will get to throw a huge anniversary party here in one year!

My wedding was on June 8th and it was absolutely AMAZING. Patricia was so helpful, she kept in contact with my wedding planner and I at all times with any updates she may have for us and answered all questions quickly and promptly. The staff at the EPIC did a phenomenal job, Nelson stayed with my husband and I the whole night. He made sure we ate, he made sure we stayed hydrated, and most importantly he made sure we had a great time. He was so nice and we were very happy to have someone like him by our side. The venue is so beautiful, from the light bulbs to the mother of pearl walls to the breathtaking views from the ballroom. Everything looked like an absolute dream, and we are so happy we picked the EPIC for our big day! A big THANK YOU to the EPIC and their staff!

The customer service and attention to detail is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I am so grateful we chose to have our wedding here. Not only is it stunning but everything was truly spectacular. Patricia and Kyle were fabulous throughout the planning and so easy to work with. We also would love to say a special thank you to Rosa who went above and beyond! We love you and are so grateful for everything! (She even brought my picky husband a kids meal when the salads came out so that he would have something to munch on too) We felt like true royalty and we’re not ready to go back to a life where we aren’t staying at the Epic.

I don't even know where to begin. My wedding just took place on 03.23.19 and I have never experienced anything like I did at the Epic. The level of professional and passion the entire team has sets the bar. From the minute I sent my inquiry email to the day of my wedding the entire team at the Epic was on the very top of their game. Never missed a call, an email, a question. I truly felt as if I was the only wedding they had to plan all year long.Patricia... words cannot describe how happy and easy you many this entire process. You were born to do this!! You are patient, kind, funny, attentive, understanding and an absolute ANGEL! I truly cannot thank you enough. Kyle, You were on it from the very beginning and I loved how easy you made this process. If It wasn't Patricia it was you that was there for me and I never felt neglected. I know can truly apologize to you for the 1000 emails I must've sent. But you were helpful the entire time.I want to thank the banquet staff and even the front desk who helped me through the entire process and make me and my family and friends feel so special. Every front desk agent remembered our names and congratulated us throughout the weekend. Also, The server who took care of us throughout the night from the banquet team, I am SO sorry that I cannot remember your name (I had a lot to drink by this point lol ) but you were wonderful!!!! This venue is amazing! It has been my dream wedding venue for over 10 years and it delivered in so many ways! Patricia and the rest of the staff were wonderful and very helpful. We always felt she was very attentive and made it easy for us throughout the planning process, keeping us calm and having everything well prepared. Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day and our guests were delighted at the service, food and beautiful venue.The entire staff of the hotel and catering staff were attentive to us and all of our guests. There were there for all of us, not just on the wedding night, but throughout the whole weekend They gave us and all our guest special experience. I would recommend having your wedding at the Epic to anyone.

She helped us out at every step, from confirming the date to being there on the day of. We always felt she was very attentive and made it easy for us throughout the planning process, keeping us calm and having everything well prepared. Everything went so smoothly on our wedding day and our guests were delighted at the service, food and beautiful venue.The entire staff of the hotel and catering staff were attentive to us and all of our guests. There were there for all of us, not just on the wedding night, but throughout the whole weekend They gave us and all our guest special experience. I would recommend having your wedding at the Epic to anyone.

The EPIC hotel exceeded all of our expectations (and they were already pretty high). Patricia was wonderful for the planning process and always answered all of our questions eagerly. The venue itself is beautiful, the view from the main ballroom can not be beat! It’s definitely a unique ballroom that will be memorable for you and all of your guests. Their catering was also incredible as many guests told us it was the BEST wedding food they have ever had. The food was fresh and delicious and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. Finally, they accommodated us with a last minute request for a French fry bar. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The EPIC and their team made all of my wedding dreams come true.

The day finally arrived 7/14/18 and the epic hotel made sure that my dream wedding along with all my vendors came true. The service that Patricia and her team provided for me and husband , is unexplainable. The moment we arrived back to the hotel from the church ceremony they were waiting for us downstairs. After that they took us upstairs to our private room while our guest enjoyed cocktail hour , they showed us our reception and tears came down my eyes as i couldn't believe how beautiful it looked, my team from Vivian Colls exceed my expectations, and so did the team at the Epic. We were greeted with champagne from Rosa our dear rosa that didn't leave our side the entire night making sure everything was okay and if we needed anything she had it under-control , they took us to our private room, brought us food, rosa made me an amazing tea because i was unfortunately sick on my wedding day, They even took off my heels for me because my feet were in pain LOL. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING !oh i can't forget Victor the bartender , did an amazing job. All of our guest LOVED Victor, and to the chef thank you so much for all the delicious food! After narrowing my list of 12 all-inclusive Miami wedding venues to 2, I was between the EPIC Hotel and Eden Roc Hotel. Both were sophisticated and elegant in their own way, and relatively similar in price point for a summer 2016 wedding, but ultimately the EPIC Hotel had that “it factor” my husband and I were looking for, and we knew we would be in great hands with EPIC’s wedding coordinator, Lourdes Ramos. Our EPIC wedding was truly EPIC! Lourdes and her team helped make that happen, along with my other wonderful wedding vendors. Lourdes was always available within a very reasonable amount of time, either by phone or email. When she went on vacation, she even made sure to contact me with enough time and provide me alternate contacts if the need arose. With her help, I was able to get the menu, décor, and timeline I wanted, within a price I was comfortable with. She was very accommodating with adding extra things at the last minute when I realized that I would not reach my food and beverage minimum with the guest count alone. My BIGGEST concerns were that the food tasted excellent and that it came out on time – the EPIC delivered on both. All my vendors were on the same page thanks to the help of Lourdes, and my wedding coordinator, Eric Trelles. If something went wrong the day of my wedding, I sure had no idea about it, because it all went so smoothly. I later asked my mom and sister (the MOH) if they knew of anything going wrong on the wedding day, and they couldn’t think of anything. My only complaint was that the cake was cleared off the tables too quickly. The majority of my guests later told me that they never got to taste the cake because it was cleared off soon. The only thing I could think of was that almost all the guests were on the dance floor LITERALLY right after dinner and almost the whole night, so perhaps the wait staff thought no one wanted cake. However, I do wish it would have stayed on the tables for a while to allow those people going back and forth between the dance floor and their tables to get some. In addition to a gorgeous wedding day, the EPIC was able to provide rooms for all my out of town guests at a discounted rate and gave us a beautiful bridal suite with an AMAZING view. We felt like royalty on our wedding day and were left desiring for nothing at the EPIC Hotel. So very happy with our choice.

Absolutely.....EPIC! Yes, price but Every dollar spent was worth it. My husband and I have ZERO Regrets. We had our wedding on a Friday night, you can imagine how busy that place can get. And it did.. and Valet was a mission, but still no one cared about that. No one even mentioned it because all people are ranting about was how they just attended the most amazing wedding day ever. I tell you, I spent a lot of time imagining how the night would look but nothing amounts to the magnitude of such setting until you see it. I loved EVERYTHING. The food, the space, the people. Let me tell you about the people. LOURDES... THANK YOU! She was superb. Helped me every step along the way. She made me comfortable, calmed my nerves, and washed all my worries away. She gave advice even when I didn't ask for it; she made it easy. and Nelson.... He is the one that will follow you all night making sure you're great. When I needed water he was right there! it was incredible. When I need anything: wiping of the floors because someone spilled wine, food, or anything else... he was there. Even my family highly thanked him for taking great care of the bride and groom. So to Epic, and the team at the Epic... a huge THANK YOU! We recommend this venue to everyone! The Epic Hotel was the perfect venue for my wedding. The entire night was just absolutely perfect, from the food to the service to the venue itself. I know it is a pretty pricey venue, but in my opinion it was worth every dollar. I always knew I wanted an indoor wedding due to the hot and unpredictable weather in Florida, but I was having trouble finding a ballroom that didn't feel so confined and dark. Within a second of walking into the ballroom at The Epic I knew it was my venue. There is a wall of floor to ceiling windows with a balcony that overlooks the lighted Bank of America building, which just looks stunning at night. And then opposite the windows, there is a gorgeous Mother of Pearl wall. \r\rAnd then there is the food, which is top notch. I've been to a few weddings, and although I might be a bit biased, it was the best food I ever had at a wedding. My mother and I received a lot of compliments on how great the food was, and on the venue itself. \r\rAnd then there is Lourdes, the catering manager. She is excellent! She is on top of everything and works with the vendors really well so you don't have to deal with the minor details. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate in choosing The Epic for my venue one bit!

The EPIC Hotel fulfilled my daughter's wedding fantasy. The Metropolis Room was beautiful, the food was outstanding, and all was done without a hitch. The catering manager, Lourdes Ramos and her team, worked with out vendors seamlessly. My wedding planner, Marylen Exposito, had no complaints. The evening was perfect. The serving staff stayed in the background and was unflappable. Weddings are not inexpensive, but we felt like we got what we paid for.\rPlanning can be stressful and at one point, I worried that there would be too many extra costs. I was pleasantly surprised during the last two weeks, that the extra costs were absorbed into the existing price and it did not multiply. Lourdes knows her hotel's capabilities and she did not lead me astray. She told me that the Area 31 bar would not be appropriate for a cocktail Welcome Reception; she was right. We had it poolside instead and she worked with me to make it a reasonably priced affair. Our guests loved the hotel; the entire staff - from the bellmen to the front desk, security and servers -- are well-trained, pleasant and accommodating. And, a shout out to Zach, the magician at the front desk, who became the Bow Tie Man, tying at least 20 bowties when the men could not figure out how to do it!!! \rI have been in charge of nearly 1000 events in my professional life (albeit when I was working in China several years ago), and I know a professional team when I see it. The EPIC gets my vote.\rThe Hotel is very busy at night; cars drop off and pick-up people coming to the popular bar at Area 31 and it is crazy busy. Somehow, the valets keep it all going. There can be a wait for your car, but they keep it moving. \rMy daughter and her new husband had the fairy tale wedding they envisioned. The EPIC MADE IT HAPPEN.

Weddings are not inexpensive, but we felt like we got what we paid for.\rPlanning can be stressful and at one point, I worried that there would be too many extra costs. I was pleasantly surprised during the last two weeks, that the extra costs were absorbed into the existing price and it did not multiply. Lourdes knows her hotel's capabilities and she did not lead me astray. She told me that the Area 31 bar would not be appropriate for a cocktail Welcome Reception; she was right. We had it poolside instead and she worked with me to make it a reasonably priced affair. Our guests loved the hotel; the entire staff - from the bellmen to the front desk, security and servers -- are well-trained, pleasant and accommodating. And, a shout out to Zach, the magician at the front desk, who became the Bow Tie Man, tying at least 20 bowties when the men could not figure out how to do it!!! \rI have been in charge of nearly 1000 events in my professional life (albeit when I was working in China several years ago), and I know a professional team when I see it. The EPIC gets my vote.\rThe Hotel is very busy at night; cars drop off and pick-up people coming to the popular bar at Area 31 and it is crazy busy. Somehow, the valets keep it all going. There can be a wait for your car, but they keep it moving. \rMy daughter and her new husband had the fairy tale wedding they envisioned. The EPIC MADE IT HAPPEN.

Lourdes\r\rOur wedding was seamless and amazing from start to finish. You have been there to answer my thousand questions with no hesitation or annoyance, and I know I can be sometimes! Ha! You assured us and supported us through everything and it truly made us able to relax and enjoy our day that much more! I felt as though you were more than like friend than our event manager. Jonathan and I really appreciated everything that you did and will recommend you to everyone!\r\rOur reception was fabulous and truly epic! The transitions were seamless, much kudos to your team. Let me tell you that every single guest could not stop raving about how astounding the service was. The banquets team was one of the best ever. No none waited on drinks at the bar, the cocktail hour was perfect and the reception went like clockwork. I have to give special thanks and mention to Nelson. He was such a pleasure from our tasting to wedding. Nelson made sure that Jonathan and I stayed comfortable from the moment that we walked out of the ceremony to the very end of the reception. He would see us fanning ourselves on the dance floor and bring us water. Our drinks stayed full as did our tummies. He is truly gem who shined so bright!! I probably don't even need to say this as well but the food was delicious!!! My goodness! Magnificent!\r\rI really do hope that we work together again because it really was special working with you and the Epic team. Dear Lourdes,\rThe purpose of this letter is to commend you for the wonderful service we received during our daughter's wedding. I was very impressed by the overall performance of all events together: food, decoration, staff, service, and the honesty of your Security Staff. The day of the wedding my niece inadvertently forgot a ring in the ladies room that had a deep sentimental value, as it used to belong to my deceased mother. \r Around 5:30 am we went looking for the ring among other things at the Ladies restroom to no avail. My sisters and I spoke to your security agent, Mr. Travis as soon as I provided him with the description of the ring he informed us that one of your staff, Sandra, had found the ring and submitted the same to the Lost and Found Department. He went to get it and after requesting a full description of the ring, he gave it to me and asked me to sign a form as proof that the ring was returned to the rightful owner. I have to say I was so excited to have my wedding at this beautiful hotel, but was greatly disappointed. There was an issue with my wedding band being lost or stolen, and not once did a manager or guest service representative personally come and talk to myself or my husband. We had to search the room and the hotel charged us \"incidentals\" for the room, even though we did not damage anything. They left all the food in our room the night of our wedding because they didn't want to take responisbilty for cleaning the room in case someone found the ring. Lourdes the banquet manager was nice in the beginning but then I found her to be distant and not committed to her customer service. There were lots of charges at the end of the wedding that were obscene. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have a big bag of money your willing to waste. I also booked several spa appointments at Exhale spa and one day my service provider was 45 minutes late to see me. When I tried after the wedding to talk to head manager of the hotel I was passed to several random extensions and eventually mysteriously disconnected. For the amount your paying you deserve more follow through and better service.

Choosing Epic to host my recent nuptials was by far one of the greatest decisions we made. Compared to the Four-Seasons, Fontaine Bleu, and Intercontinental, the Epic gave us the biggest bang for our buck. I was further more impressed with their willingness to accommodate my every request and their intuitive service approach, that other venues are typically know for. Know that this recommendation is not being written with a light heart, or with any subjectivity. I know a good deal when I see one and EPIC will deliver on every level.

My husband and I worked closely with Lourdes at the EPIC to plan our wedding reception. She was prompt at returning calls and countless emails and went above and beyond to make sure that everything for our day was just right. She worked with my wedding coordinator and vendors and offered advice whenever we needed it. She was absolutely fantastic and professional on all levels! \r\rWe held our cocktail reception on the Pool Deck, and dinner and dancing in the ballroom. The view of the Miami Tower from the ballroom at night truly makes this a unique venue (especially if you're lucky enough to have the Miami Tower lighting match the colors of your wedding decor :) ). The whole staff was very professional, our guests raved about the food and the libations were never in short supply. I highly recommend the Epic Hotel for any event and hope to use them again in the future for other parties and celebrations.

I had my wedding reception at the Epic Hotel and it was just perfect. The Metropolitan Ballroom is absolutely beautiful. I was also very lucky to have Ivette Davilos, the event planner there, who was the best ever. Unfortunately she left this venue two weeks before my wedding, but everybody was on the ball and everything came out perfect. The food was great, the service, just everything was simply perfect. They have a great package which includes beautiful linen, chiavary chairs, glass beaded charger plates, the cakes, etc., items that are usually extra anywhere else. I am very happy that I chose this venue!!!!

I had a great experience in this hotel, Luis Quinones helped us and the most stressing days, that is those near the wedding, were a bliss. Service was excellent the day of the wedding, and the food!! OMG it was just delicious beyond words...so many guests have come to me during and after the wedding to tell me how delicious everything was. And of course, the place is beautiful and clean.
