Our wedding day at Kindred Oaks was nothing short of magical! From the moment we stepped foot onto the grounds, we knew we had found the perfect place to celebrate our special day.The professionalism and expertise of the staff were exceptional. From our first meeting to the day of the event, the team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly. Elaine was a lifesaver, guiding us through the entire planning process with ease and grace. Their dedication and passion for creating memorable moments were evident in every aspect of our celebration.As the sun set and the evening unfolded, the venue transformed into a magical wonderland. The lighting, coupled with the romantic ambiance, created a dreamy setting for our reception. The dance floor was lively, and the music echoed through the night, creating memories that will last a lifetime.Our hearts are filled with gratitude for the unforgettable experience that Kindred Oaks provided on the most important day of our lives. We could not recommend them enough!

I cannot say enough great things about this venue! We did a package because we travel the country for my (now) husband’s job and I didn’t have to stress one bit about making sure our wedding day was perfect! They quickly answered emails and calls. The weather wedding weekend wasn’t the best, cold and rainy, but they had such a solid plan B that I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

I cannot say enough great things about this venue! Kindred Oaks was the absolute perfect choice for our wedding. We wanted an affordable outdoor venue with twinkle lights, a nice dance floor and an all inclusive package with no stress and no DIY. Not too much to ask for right? RIGHT! At least when you go with Kindred Oaks it's not.First off Elaine, the owner, is completely on top of it. The whole staff works like a well oiled machine. Not only did they explain everything completely clearly along the way, they kept us on track making sure we hit all our deadlines in reaching out to vendors in plenty of time. Their organization completely saved us needing to hire a wedding coordinator (because I had no Idea what I needed to do not having planned a wedding before). While I looked at other venues in the area that were also beautiful the reviews for Kindred Oaks spoke extensively to how responsive and friendly the staff was at KO, and they were 100% spot on. I highly recommend visiting all their open houses. We probably went to 5 over the course of the year and a half engagement. With each visit we discovered new vendors we hired (like photo booth, caterer and bakeries) as well as got to know the layout and the staff to the point that we were not nervous at all on the day of the wedding. We felt like we were at home.A week before our wedding Elaine took us on a final walk through of the day of events and the day of everything went exactly as planned. Planning a wedding is stressful even with an all inclusive package, there is just a ton to coordinate and juggle BUT you can save yourself MOST of the stress by booking with these folks. They are the sweetest, most helpful vendor out there, and the whole place is just GORGEOUS. You absolutely can't go wrong with Kindred Oaks.

Elaine and team were amazing! As soon as we met Elaine, we knew that Kindred Oaks was the place. Not only was it beautiful, but we felt welcomed. Elaine and team were amazing! As soon as we met Elaine, we knew that Kindred Oaks was the place. Not only was it beautiful, but we felt welcomed. Elaine made the whole process much less stressful and they check on you every step of the way. They suggested some great vendors and we planned the most wonderful day with all of their help. Elaine and the entire Kindred Oaks team were absolutely amazing. Kindred Oaks is such a charming and romantic venue. When my now husband and I we were first searching for venues we really wanted a beautiful outdoor space. We came across Kindred Oaks and wow how gorgeous of a venue it is! Especially at night. The beautiful twinkle lights, and the outdoor dance floor covered by the trees and chandeliers. There's no venue out there like it. We are so happy to have found Kindred Oaks and they really made our wedding day so special.

This place is absolutely beautiful and felt like home. Elaine & Julie are so friendly and super attentive. With a destination wedding I was only able to depend on pictures I found online, but the staff was helpful and made the process easy and ofcourse upon seeing the venue and meeting the ladies in person for the first time I knew I had made the right choice. They truly walked me throughtout the wedding making sure I did not miss on enjoying anything on my special day!!

My now wife and I recently had our wedding at Kindred Oaks and we can't recommend this place enough. Kindred Oaks was the first venue we looked at and we loved it at first visit. We did our due diligence and checked out several other locations but they didn't come close to being as special for us.We're both pretty poor planners and were overwhelmed with the idea of planning a wedding for our ~85 guests but Elaine and her team really do make it easy. We went with their all-inclusive package which covers A LOT of the heavy lifting. For anything not included, Kindred Oaks has plenty of recommendations and will keep you accountable to make sure things are getting done.As for the special day itself, no one wanted it to end. Our guests couldn't stop raving how beautiful the whole night was with the twinkle lights, the floral designs and the outdoor vibe in October.5 out of 5!

This was the perfect place to get married! They have several ceremony locations and a backup in case the weather takes a turn. We got married at Lincoln Chapel (HIGHLY recommended) and had our reception under the pavilion. They even have a playground for the little ones that was a huge hit. The wooden LOVE sign is the perfect place for couples/families to take pictures and the dance floor was lit up with some beautiful hanging lights. The flow of the venue is absolutely perfect with plenty of space to eat, drink, and be married!

Venue is BEAUTIFUL. Elaine and Julie were incredible with helping to make our Wedding amazing. The venue is breathtaking and the staff was always helpful. We highly recommend stopping by for open houses to imagine/plan your special day! We were able to find a great DJ, select an amazing caterer, and some of the most divine cake ever. We did a wedding (Texas) package and it was worth every penny as they take great care in the details of what you want from a wedding as a couple! The staff guided us thru decisions and kept us on schedule. The on site florist (Zuzu’s Petals) was excellent. The results will live in our hearts for the rest of our lives. Elaine, Julie, Heather and the rest of the Kindred Oaks staff were an absolute dream to work with. They were with us every step of the way and graciously answered all my questions as an anxious bride. It was so nice to have them help coordinate with all of our vendors and even help us track down some when we were having a hard time with communication with one. Our day went off without a hitch, despite all the last minute rain. They were able to quickly get the inside set-up for our ceremony and even wiped down the outside dance floor once the rain stopped. I cannot recommend Kindred Oaks enough to over brides.

My wife and I were so excited to have our wedding at Kindred Oaks. We had spent months planning for our special day and seen all the great reviews about Kindred Oaks which is what led us to them. Especially because we had planned this at the height of the pandemic, we liked that everything was outside to protect our guests as much as possible with covid. However it all turned around when the venue cancelled on us two days out from our wedding. My wife and I contracted covid a week before our wedding date and remained in isolation up until our wedding day. We even were out of the initial CDC quarantine period and had a doctors note saying we can continue with the wedding event. However Kindred Oaks felt differently and in their contract they had no clause or provision mentioning what would happen if they cancelled on the client. We were trying to work with Kindred Oaks even if certain vendors didn’t show up but they still declined to host our event for us. My wife and I therefore had to plan and pay for a whole second wedding from scratch in less than 24 hours to host our guests and continue with our marriage. You can only imagine the emotional and financial distress we went through. And to make it worse after the fact, Kindred Oaks is not willing to work with us to give us our full payment back. To all future clients, make sure you read the contract carefully and make sure you agree with what you are getting into. Make sure you are protected if Kindred Oaks were to cancel on you last minute. It sucks that my wife and I acted in good faith all the way through and we got the short end of the stick.

My husband and I got married at Kindred Oaks on 12/18/21 and to say it was the most magical, perfect day is an understatement. We booked with KO back in 2020 knowing we had a lot of time to plan out everything exactly how we wanted, and over those 2 years Elaine always made sure we felt seen and heard. We walked away from every conversation feeling confident and happy. Elaine always remembered our names and that we wanted a Christmas wedding - live Christmas trees were super important for us. Elaine worked with Heather at Zuzu's to create our ideal winter wonderland wedding. On the actual day - it rained. I was a wreck, of course. But Elaine kept me calm, hugged me when I cried, and was there for my every need. The KO staff had a plan B already set up and ready to go, but allowed me to make the final call only 2 hours before the ceremony was set to begin - they truly made me feel so special and HEARD! Of course there were also a few things that went wrong during the wedding, but Elaine and Julie were there to jump in and take care of it all! I highly recommend buying the mini day-of coordinator if you do not go with their All Inclusive Package. I love this venue and I love these people. I will forever recommend this place to any and all future brides. I will be grateful and cherish my memories of Kindred Oaks for all of my years <3

My husband and I got married at Kindred Oaks on 12/18/21 and to say it was the most magical, perfect day is an understatement. We booked with KO back in 2020 knowing we had a lot of time to plan out everything exactly how we wanted, and over those 2 years Elaine always made sure we felt seen and heard. We walked away from every conversation feeling confident and happy. Elaine always remembered our names and that we wanted a Christmas wedding - live Christmas trees were super important for us. Elaine worked with Heather at Zuzu's to create our ideal winter wonderland wedding. On the actual day - it rained. I was a wreck, of course. But Elaine kept me calm, hugged me when I cried, and was there for my every need. The KO staff had a plan B already set up and ready to go, but allowed me to make the final call only 2 hours before the ceremony was set to begin - they truly made me feel so special and HEARD! Of course there were also a few things that went wrong during the wedding, but Elaine and Julie were there to jump in and take care of it all! I highly recommend buying the mini day-of coordinator if you do not go with their All Inclusive Package. I love this venue and I love these people. I can remember walking down the aisle with my dad and hearing the rain pour on the roof. What a beautiful sound! Make sure you guys love the plan B as much as plan A! My husband and I visited SO many venues and we were about to pick between 2 others when my husband made one last appointment at Kindred Oaks. From the moment we stepped out of our car we knew we wanted to get married at KO! Not only is the venue welcoming and beautiful, but we instantly felt like family when we met with Elaine. The whole KO team made our wedding planning process a total breeze and I could not be more appreciative of everything they did for us to make our wedding day everything we ever dreamt of. We were one of the couples that unfortunately needed to postpone our big day due to Covid (our original date was at the end of March 2020). We were 2 weeks out when we had to push our day; Elaine was so incredibly gracious and went above and beyond to make sure we still had everything we initially had our hearts set on. Of all the venues we visited, I felt Kindred Oaks was definitely the most “us” - we loved that it was outdoors and beautiful but also not extremely formal or rustic. Basically you can do as much or little decoration as you want to make it your own. It was exactly what we were looking for, had a solid backup option for rain, and the price was great (we’re from Houston and looked at venues here and in the Austin area). What really sealed the deal was how much we enjoyed chatting with Elaine during our visit. She made us feel confident that we’d be taken care of and working with them would be fun, and of course, we love that it’s family owned. We asked a ton of questions and they were very patient and helpful and chimed in with advice or suggestions where needed, which I especially appreciated since we didn’t have a wedding planner. They also have a Day Of Coordinator option which is especially important if you don’t have a wedding planner and it’s nice to have someone familiar with your venue. We had a ton of outside of Texas guests and this was a beautiful place to host them and we could not have had a more fun wedding!! We highly recommend Kindred Oaks as a gorgeous outdoor wedding venue but also for the value. They are great people to work with and the venue has various offerings that can save you some time and cost - they’re BYOB (which is a huge cost savings) and have an onsite florist, which is super convenient and saves on delivery costs. They have a list of recommended and preferred vendors but other than bartender and security (totally understandable) you’re free to choose your own. We are so happy with our venue choice and would recommend Kindred Oaks to any couple!

I am embarrassed at how long overdue this review is! We knew from the moment we met Elaine that Kindred Oaks was going to be our wedding venue. This was the first and only venue that we toured and I can tell you with certainty that we made the best decision by booking Kindred Oaks. Years later, our guests still talk about how beautiful our wedding was! The venue is scenic and the value of services is second to none. Elaine and her team will take excellent care of you. Kindred Oaks was the first venue we toured, and we only went to two more after that when we realized we wouldn’t find a better venue than Kindred Oaks. The inclusive package took so much stress of me. If you aren’t sure if you want to go the inclusive way, they have a lot of venders they recommend which is super helpful. Also, they have an open house every month with tons of venders you can check out which is great and makes planning a breeze. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Kindred Oaks is. All my guests couldn’t stop talking about beautiful everything was and how well organized the whole wedding was. You can definitely tell that they know what they are doing to ensure a smooth event! I highly recommend checking them out during one of their open houses and then booking with them for your wedding! You won’t regret it!

INCREDIBLE VENUE!We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Kindred Oaks in May of 2019. Elaine and the rest of the staff were awesome! During the whole process they were reachable and responsive. My husband and I are from the Northeast so we used their all inclusive wedding package. The venue does not needing too much extra decor and is beautiful on it's own. Our special day was absolutely gorgeous and our friends and families had a blast! All of our guests raved about how the gorgeous and unique the venue was. The day of Elaine was onsite and made sure that we didn't have to worry about things going smoothly. Our whole experience was made less stressful and at the end of the day we knew we made the right decision with KO!

Kindred Oaks made our wedding SO easy to plan!! The inclusive packages take so much stress away during the planning process. Steve, Elaine, & Heather always go above and beyond to ensure your happiness!! The venue is drop dead gorgeous and you cannot go wring having your wedding here! We were up against a storm and I so badly wanted to get married under the trees! Elaine & Heather set both spaces up just in case the storm broke and I would be able to have to ceremony under the tree!! The storm did end up breaking apart and thank goodness they already had the tree site set up! They went above and beyond to make sure my vision was realized. Throughout the whole night Elaine & Heather were there to make sure everything was going off without a hitch. All of my guests are still speaking about how beautiful the venue was and how helpful the staff is. If you are looking at KO for your wedding, you cannot choose a better venue. The time & effort they put into each wedding is so impressive. Thank you to everyone at Kindred Oaks for making our day so special and so beautiful. Y’all are the best!!!

I never once felt like I was planning this alone, ( I never hired a wedding planer) and felt like their crew were the unsung heroes of the night. They helped me with every little detail and kept me on schedule for all of my other vendors I was looking for as well. They helped orchestrate the rehearsal onsite the day before, and they helped the day of the wedding run so smoothly. Let's just say the day of our wedding went perfect because of them. The next thing and a HUGE thing that I can not say enough is, THIS VENUE IS GORGEOUS!!! I fell in love with this place the moment I got there. The pictures on the website are just a little glimpse of how beautiful this place really is. Kindred Oaks has lot of land, multiple open areas for guests to walk and mingle, a giant wooden LOVE sign that is lit up at night, a beautiful wooden deck with a tree in the middle, and a pavilion with a fireplace and old wooden doors on one side. Another thing that I really liked was the kids play ground they had off to the side. Our wedding was kid friendly and that was such a plus to have that day for the kids. The inside is accommodating with a bridal and groom room to get ready in and a private honeymoon suite to end the night with. If you love the outdoors and twinkling lights on oak trees, this place is for you. The final thing that really impressed me about the entire experience was how they had Heather with ZuZu Petals (flowers) on site for me to visit and talk about table decor, flower arrangements, bouquet... everything! It made things really easy to visualize what our wedding would look like beforehand, and that helped me feel like everything was going to look perfect. It looked more perfect that I could ever imagine. ZuZu Petals listened to me and went above and beyond with my vision. If you are looking for a venue that has a great package deal, and is also extremely beautiful, just go to Kindred Oaks and talk to Elaine. I promise you will not regret it.

We looked at several venues but nothing held a flame to Kindred Oaks. The venue is absolutely breathtaking. Green lawns sprawling with oak trees that are covered in twinkle lights, everywhere you look there is different landscaping that offers incredible backgrounds for photos. The dance floor is unbeatable! Who doesn't want to have their first dance in the fresh air, under the stars in the sky, with chandeliers dangling from oak trees while surrounded by their family and friends?! The reception area is outdoor, but covered and they can automatically roll down clear plastic walls to keep out any rain, or keep in any heat and it does not detract from the beauty of the atmosphere. Everyone who works here is an absolute delight!! Elaine was the first person we met and she was so approachable and knowledgeable that we left our first meeting with her ready to choose the venue just based off how wonderful she was! Her entire team made sure our day went off without a hitch and everything was absolutely perfect. Regardless if your wedding is big or small, this venue will be perfect for it. My husband and I had our dream wedding at Kindred Oaks, all our guests raved about the location, the grounds, the decor, and the food of course! Where do we begin?! First, the pictures of Kindred Oaks on their website do not do the venue justice, it is absolutely stunning! When we went to tour the venue, after about 5 minutes of being on the property we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. Elaine and her entire staff were amazing throughout the entire process. They made everything so easy and simple for us. You always hear about the \"nightmare stories\" during your planning phase - we had none of those! Their all inclusive package is the way to go. Elaine and everyone at Kindred Oaks truly treats you like a member of their family and does whatever it takes to make sure your day is special. The week of our wedding, it was pouring rain and flooding all around Austin. I called Elaine in a panic and as always, she was calm and reassuring. The rain cleared out for our big day and everything was perfect! I do have to give a shout out to Donna - their day of coordinator - who went above and beyond on the day of our wedding and all throughout the months before hand to help with anything she could. From choosing vendors, to keeping everyone in line on the day of the wedding. I cannot give enough thanks to Donna and Kindred Oaks for making our day everything we hoped and more.

Where do we begin?! First, the pictures of Kindred Oaks on their website do not do the venue justice, it is absolutely stunning! When we went to tour the venue, after about 5 minutes of being on the property we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. Elaine and her entire staff were amazing throughout the entire process. They made everything so easy and simple for us. You always hear about the \"nightmare stories\" during your planning phase - we had none of those! Their all inclusive package is the way to go. Elaine and everyone at Kindred Oaks truly treats you like a member of their family and does whatever it takes to make sure your day is special. The week of our wedding, it was pouring rain and flooding all around Austin. I called Elaine in a panic and as always, she was calm and reassuring. The rain cleared out for our big day and everything was perfect! I do have to give a shout out to Donna - their day of coordinator - who went above and beyond on the day of our wedding and all throughout the months before hand to help with anything she could. From choosing vendors, to keeping everyone in line on the day of the wedding. I cannot give enough thanks to Donna and Kindred Oaks for making our day everything we hoped and more.

Perfect venue, perfect staff. We knew from our first meeting with the KO crew that they were the venue for us. They are PROs through and through and made our whole planning process so easy. they are responsive, prepared, experienced, and organized. Our big day went off without a hitch thanks to them and any uh-oh moments were hidden from us. not to mention the venue is gorgeous!! the bridal and groom suites are spacious and well lit and the grounds are great for all ages. the view is gorgeous too! we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Let me start of by saying, there are somethings that are out of your control. Yes, even on your wedding day. So my best advice start early. I didn't want to be considered that \"Bridezilla\" and make the planning a complete nightmare. When my now husband and I started planning our big day in mid 2017 with a date of September 2018, we started looking online. With his family mainly on the east coast and mine on the west we decided to go for something in the middle. However, since I am not a fan of the mid west because of how cold it can get, we decided to look for something in Texas. That is when we found Kindred Oaks. Unfortunately, my husband and I are in the military and couldn't exactly just get up and go visit. So I sent my grandparents and parents out to look at it. They came back to us and told us they LOVED the venue, and trusting their judgement we booked with them. The main girls we worked with was the owner Elaine, and also one of the associates Morghan. They were in constant communication with us, and answered questions and concerns we had thoroughly. The venue itself is spacious and open. You can ultimately do whatever you desire (with in the law of course). They can accommodate both large and small weddings. Ultimately everything is outside or semi-outside so it doesn't get stuffy. There was a chance of rain on our wedding day (Luckily that didn't happen), but if it had there is always a plan B that could be changed in 5 minutes. Also, on the grounds is ZuZu's Petals YES the same one named after ZuZu Bailey, the daughter of Jimmy Stewart from \"It's a Wonderful Life.\" How to to have a piece of history as part of your wedding. And, not only that but they did a great job with all of my floral center pieces, Bouquets, boutonniere, corsages, and altar. If you work with Heather you will be in great hands. She is great to bounce ideas off of as she will also send her input on what may match well with it. Overall, if you are looking for a venue with an at home feel, celebrating with your closest friends and family. That also is all inclusive and a place for the bride and groom to stay that night. Kindred Oaks is the place to be. My cousin just told me there is a place in Malibu, CA that has the exact layout, design, and scenery as Kindred Oaks. Except just the venue itself there costs OVER 60K!!! I'm willing to bet even then Kindred Oaks will treat you better too. Thank you Kindred Oaks for making our wedding a night to remember!

Having our wedding reception at Kindred Oaks was an absolute fairytale and the day was PERFECT. I couldn't have imagined it any differently. If you are looking for a spacious venue that's serene with picture perfect moments, this is your place! Elaine and her team were wonderful and answered all of my questions every step of the way. They are very quick to respond to emails as well and that was SUPER important for someone like me who is very detail oriented. I would also encourage you to stay in their Honeymoon Suite the night of the wedding instead of going anywhere else. It was such a treat being able to use the amenities and then waking up to a wonderful and tasty breakfast the next day. My husband and I had the venue to ourselves so we walked the grounds and had some quiet alone time. This is not something you would get at just any venue! I would HIGHLY recommend going to one of their Open House events and checking it out! You won't be disappointed!

Kindred oaks was wonderful. They made wedding planning and the wedding day stress free. My guest loved the dance floor and the pictures turned out wonderful. The one difficult thing is the time they allow you to show up to the venue. For me I wish they had allowed us in sooner.

I just loved our venue. Elaine and all of her staff are top notch. Not only did they immediately make us feel at home when we started our search for our perfect venue but they were so encouraging to keep coming back and checking things out. Their open door policy was so helpful as I live nearby and loved being able to just run up there and take a peek at something. From the very beginning, their communication was impeccable. All emails were answered immediately. It didn’t matter who I spoke with, I knew things were bring taken care of. KO is a beautiful venue. They are constantly working on the grounds to make sure everything is perfect and have new things in the works as well! Most of all, they were a constant source of support throughout the process. It rained the entire week before my wedding and even though the sun did peek through on the actual day they were ready to go to make any adjustments necessary to ensure everything would go smoothly. The day was perfect, the wedding and reception went off flawlessly, and I have KO to thank the most for that!

This is an absolutely gorgeous venue with a great staff that will make your day stress free. Everything about my day was perfect. The process is easy and basically one stop shopping. I loved having an outdoor wedding but with a back up plan in case of bad weather. And the back up is still great plan. It was what sold me. That and of course the overall beautiful venue and landscaping and an awesome dance floor!

I can't even begin to describe how happy I am with my decision to hold my wedding at Kindred Oaks. The venue is so incredibly beautiful and romantic. The staff is so sweet, responsive, and wonderful. I never waited more than a day for an answer to any of my questions and they constantly surprised me with how on top of everything they were. The girls are enthusiastic and excited for you at all times, and a calming presence when you need them. Heather and Elaine were my day of coordinators and everything ran flawlessly. I didn't choose to use their all-inclusive package, but I did use several of their vendors (Zuzu's Petals, D&C Entertainment, Hill Country Events). There is a huge benefit to using vendors that are so familiar with Kindred Oaks, it just makes the whole thing even more effortless. I loved having Zuzu's Petals on-site-no delivery fee or returns or any of that, and they did an amazing job. I love how spacious and open Kindred Oaks is as well. I just can't stop thinking about how perfect everything is at Kindred Oaks. The dressing rooms are gorgeous and the honeymoon suite is such an awesome way to end your night there. When we got to the suite it had a bottle of champagne chilling, cake and cupcakes from the wedding, and a few of our centerpiece flowers. There is not a single detail that Kindred Oaks has not thought of. They take care of the little stuff too-like hiring the police officer. I just can't say enough positive things about the staff at Kindred Oaks, the beauty of the venue, or the perfect night we had. One more quick shout-out: the outdoor dance floor is gorgeous and really gives a nice flow to the ceremony (outside for dancing, under the pavillion for drinks and talking.

Kindred Oaks was a dream to work with for our wedding on November 6, 2016. I was definitely a little worried considering the rainy weather, but Kindred Oaks' plan B was just as beautiful and intimate, if not more, than the original plan. They were extremely helpful and attentive and everything ran smoothly. Even with the rain, it literally couldn't have gone more perfect. The honeymoon suite was fabulous and the cooked breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. As mother of the bride, I couldn't have envisioned a more perfect setting for my daughter's wedding. Elaine, Heather, and Whitney were so helpful during our one year planning time. We were treated like old friends the first time we visited and were so impressed with their expertise. Steve and his crew keep the facility and beautiful grounds immaculate. The rustic elegance of this place is so unique that we're still getting compliments from our wedding guests. Not one detail was overlooked. I was able to relax during the entire day because I knew we were in good hands. And, the bride (who had extremely high expectations!) was delighted!

They had a quick answer for every question I had and were able to assist me with every request. Their response time was always within 24 hours and that is hard to beat. I felt at ease knowing they would be by my side on our special day. We chose the package deal for the venue and it was the best decision. They handled so much for us regarding communicating with our vendors to make sure everything was set. They are the real deal and know their trade inside and out. Fast forward to the day of our wedding and my smile when I pulled up to the venue said it all. Breathtaking, beyond perfect, more than I could have ever wished for - those are the words I use to describe how I felt. The tables were set up exactly how we requested them down to every picture frame and piece of decor. Our wedding guests described the venue as rustic/gorgeous and that's exactly what it is. The venue is already beautifully decorated with shining lights and hanging chandeliers which eliminates the need to go over the top with what you bring in. Elaine and Heather didn't miss a beat at the wedding. They directed our wedding party during the ceremony and made sure everyone was where they needed to be, they helped me with my veil before I walked down the aisle, if anything needed to be taken care of these ladies were already handling it. I couldn't even tell you if something went wrong that day because they surely fixed it before it could happen. They are wedding superheroes and I am so happy they were there to share our special day with us and simply made it PERFECT.If you are still questioning what venue to use, stop now. This is it. You will not be disappointed.

We had a March wedding at Kindred Oaks and couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue. We planned the entire wedding from out of town after visiting the venue once when shopping around for a location. Elaine, Whitney, Morgan and Heather and their entire team were always in sync with the planning and made the planning so easy. Our guests loved the beautiful outdoor venue and continually said it was one of the best weddings they had been to. While the venue itself was breathtaking and didn’t need much added decor, we worked with their onsite florist Zuzu’s Petals for bouquets and centerpieces. They did an amazing job and I got tons of compliments on my bouquet. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the location when all of our guests left and the Kindred staff left us with cake, champagne and a to-go box of our wedding meal. Plus, they brought us a great breakfast in the morning. I worked almost entirely with vendors from their recommended list and we heard nothing but fantastic things about Kindred Oaks from everyone. Because the vendors were all familiar with venue and wanted to maintain their status as a preferred vendor, they worked seamlessly with Kindred Oaks. We couldn’t have asked for more. Kindred Oaks and their vendors truly made our wedding day the best day ever.

Words that come to mind when I reflect back on the whole process and the staff at KO; marvelous, amazing, caring, organized, wonderful, prompt, thoughtful and I could seriously go on and on. They make the whole process smooth, easy and dare I say fun!! They are the nicest group of people I've ever been privileged to work with! I went into this blind, I had never even helped a friend plan a wedding and they held my hand and walked me through it! They would answer my emails sometimes within minutes of me sending it, no matter how many I sent, to say that helped reduce my anxiety and nerves is an understatement. They were so on top of things and always assured me of what a good job I was doing! The day of the wedding they were priceless! They handled issues I never even knew were happening! They went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our day and that everything went smooth! I will never know how to express how truly grateful I am for every single person at Kindred Oaks and how special they made us feel throughout the whole process!!

They were even able to recommend me a pastor when mine backed out less than a month before the wedding! The ladies are so incredibly nice, and are able to handle even the most panicked bride! The closer it got to my wedding day, the more emails I sent, and every one of them was answered either the same day or the next! On the wedding day, everyone at Kindred Oaks bent over backwards to make sure everything went perfectly for us. Our wedding was perfect, our guests LOVED the venue, and the ladies there are some of the sweetest I have met! I have nothing but praise to dish out to Kindred Oaks!

They made the process of getting married so easy & stress free. I have had many friends tell me horror stories about working with other venues & not being able to get questions answered or help with decisions. That is not the case with Kindred Oaks! They answered me within 24 hours on everything that was asked; even my silly questions :). Every single staff member was as nice as can be at all times & made me feel like I was special. When the wedding day rolled around I can honestly say that I was even more blown away by the amount of things that the staff helped put together & how smoothly everything ran. Our guests were absolutely thrilled with the venue & all of it's wonderful amenities. Fortunately, we were able to have our slightly chilly ceremony outside, but we were prepared and equally excited at the option of moving the ceremony indoors. For anyone that once an outdoor wedding, I strongly recommend looking at this venue to save yourself the stress and panic of worrying about the weather.\r\rThe packages that they have available are amazing and truly worth the money. Everything was taken care of and coordinated by the Kindred Oaks staff. My husband, Brian, and I got married on March 22nd at Kindred Oaks in Georgetown, Texas. We were engaged for about a year and KO was the first venue we toured. They have an open house once a month where they invite vendors to come and meet with couples. This was super helpful in our planning. We were able to choose all our vendors (even our travel agent for our honeymoon!) from these open houses. There was always something tasty to eat and drink too! Kindred Oaks offers a wonderful package deal with 3 price levels (depending on food) that was very competitive with any other venue we priced. It’s also soooo beautiful out there! They have done a great job of maintaining the grounds. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous everything was. They offer a honeymoon suite on site, so that you can stay and relax. They even bring you breakfast in the morning! Elaine and the other staff members were always super punctual about answering questions and were very easy to work with. I appreciate greatly that they are very upfront about their pricing. This is very uncommon in the wedding world! An awesome place for a beautiful wedding!

The venue was pretty. Held a good amount of guests and the actual eating, bar and dance floor had a good layout. Was hot wished had planned mopre to provide additional fans for guests. Location was nice however was secluded (thank goodness we did shuttle service). We were limited on vendors allowed to use. The overnight stay was a bit dirty (almost stepped on a needle in the carpet of bathroom and husband stepped on a needle elsewhere (and neither of them were from our flowers)).

I got married at Kindred Oaks on May 6th, 2012. My parents and I knew after our first visit with Elaine (the venue's owner) that this was the place to get married. She assured us that they would take care of everything. In fact, we were sold on not only the beauty of this outdoor venue but also the convenience of their package wedding, through which they suggest incredible vendors and take care of all the billing. \r\rMy family, fiance and I felt very relaxed through the whole wedding process because of how promptly and smoothly Elaine, Candace and the rest of the team at Kindred Oaks took care of everything.\r\rMy wedding day was beautiful! The venue sits atop a hill so there was a refreshing breeze all evening long. We received many compliments from our guests about what a lovely place it was...and when the guests are happy and mom is happy then the bride is happy :)

We were married on Apirl 15th of this year and we had the perfect wedding! The staff at kindred oaks did a wonderful job. Every guest said that it was beautiful which the wedding truly was.

I visited Kindred Oaks during a December open house and fell in love with it despite the cold! Much to my dismay they were booked for pretty much every Sat and most Fridays until July. I wrote down the few dates they did have to try and coordinate with the church we were getting married at. Fast forward to end of January and booking Kindred...for the end of March!\rThe short amount of time I had to get things in order was absolutely not a problem due to Elaine and her staff and the amazing vendors they work with! I went with the package deal they have and every vendor was so nice and helpful on the short time line. \rAny time I emailed with a question I got a response right away and everything was handled promptly and professionally. \rThe reception itself was great. Everything flowed and Elaine and her team were there to make everything perfect. It just ended way too soon!\rI was absolutely delighted with every part of Kindred Oaks, the venue is amazing and really needs no extra decor. Everyone was talking about how beautiful it was. The playscape is a nice bonus if there are kids attending.\rI cannot say enough great things about this place. Book it when you can--it fills up fast!

There just aren't enough words to say how wonderful Kindred Oaks is! Our day was absolutely perfect, despite the rainy weather! Their facility is absolutely gorgeous, and 1 month later, we are STILL getting compliments about how wonderful the facility is, and how nice and courteous the staff is. \r\rWe decided to move the ceremony into the pavilion at the rehearsal, and on the day of they made it look like we had planned it that way all along! They didn't bat an eye with the changes we made at the rehearsal, and they really put me at ease. I really do think our plan B (by the fireplace) turned out prettier than the plan A would have been. So gorgeous and perfect for a winter wedding! \r\rElaine and her staff were so nice and responsive when we had questions/concerns. The all-inclusive package is worth every dime, and probably saved me from tons of extra stress. I didn't worry about a thing on my wedding day, b/c I knew they would have everything handled. They let me be able to sit back, get pampered and enjoy the day to the fullest. If something went wrong on my wedding day, I'm not aware of it - either nothing went wrong, or they didn't tell me - which is exactly as it should be! \r\rTheir honeymoon suite is absolutely gorgeous! They added so many nice little touches for us (leftover flowers from our wedding, cake, leftover wine/beer), they just made us feel right at home, and the little touches just made our night extra special. \r\rI can't thank Kindred Oaks enough for helping make our wedding day absolutely perfect! \r

Elanie and her staff were awesome! I did the bridal package that Kindred Oaks offers.. I absolutely loved it, It made my day stress free:)The honeymoon suite was beautiful and breakfast in the morning was yummy! I recommend this venue to everyone!

Elaine & Steve Lincoln (Owner) Kindred Oaks is a family owned and operated wedding venue that was established in 2003 by Steve and Elaine Lincoln. From the beginning their focus has always been service and hospitality, treating everyone who comes through the door like family. Over 17 years later their passions are still hard at work and have expanded to include onsite floral shop ZuZu's Petals and another wedding venue, Lincoln Chapel.
