Rehearsal dinner and Meet & Greet after were perfect!! From first day of planning long distance from California to the end of the parties, everything was exactly as I had hoped. Staci was so easy and wonderful to work with and her whole team was outstanding!!!! Would do it all again in a minute!

From the first communication with Staci, the event planner, she was more than willing to help with my vision for my daughters wedding shower! They had a few lunchtime catering menus and I was able to make it gluten free for both my daughters! I was able to decorate any way I wanted and she even included decor that they had on site (Mexican theme Fiesta). Staci and her staff went above and beyond on the day of the shower!! I highly recommend AJ’s Kitchen and Cocktails for your next event!

Staci Watkins (Events Director) Hello! My name is Staci and I am proud to be the Director of Events at King and Bear & Slammer and Squire. I have 30 years both in hospitality and the Food & Beverage industry. I grew up in Paducah, Kentucky, and attended the University of Kentucky and The University of South Florida. I moved to Jacksonville in 2002 and have embraced the community. From Catering Sales Manager at the famous Chart House , to Director of Events with BB’s Culinary Creations to Personal Assistant and Events Director for a former Jacksonville Jaguar NFL player I have a wealth of knowledge hosting special events.
