You can take advantage of the 19th-century carriage house for your celebration, as well as the verdant garden. Enjoy a fabulous ceremony and reception at The Kingan Gardens, outfitted for events big and small. You will have access to a plushly-furnished get-ready room on the property so you can prepare for your big day in total relaxation. Your ceremony can take place on the stunning stone patio, surrounded by manicured plantlife. This space can also be used for an outdoor reception, with the space illuminated by overhead bistro lights that cast a lovely, romantic glow on your celebration. The Kingan Gardens offers a broad range of services, which can be curated to create your ideal wedding package. The staff’s on-site event planner can coordinate with you and help you make the very best use of the space and rental time. You can also avail of the services of the staff’s wedding DJ and MC and on-site event photographer. Kingan Gardens is the perfect hidden gem in downtown Tucson! As soon as we walked in while looking for venues we knew this was the one. There’s a sense of calm and peace at the venue and Sheila is amazing! She has custom packages you can create to fit your budget and is very quick and responsive with messaging. All our guests loved the venue and all the vendors that were included. Me and my husband couldn’t be happier!

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony at Kingan Gardens in March 2023. Kingan Gardens is a beautiful location within downtown Tucson, a sort of garden oasis. March in Tucson is when the plants begin to bloom, and Kingan Gardens was no exception. The garden had was green with colorful flowers, perfect for our wedding. Sheila, the coordinator for Kingan Gardens, was extremely helpful and kind. She helped us make the day absolutely perfect. I particularly enjoyed getting ready in the carriage house and the arch-shaped hedge that we got married in front of, which was blooming orange and yellow flowers when we got married. To find such a hidden gem in the heart of the historic El Presidio neighborhood is amazing. I highly recommend Kingan Gardens as a venue for a wedding or other event, particularly in the spring when the garden is in bloom.

My wife and I were married here in December 2022. Such a beautiful venue and we had such high hopes of it being a wonderful day and for the most part it was . My wife and I are both fairly easy going and trusting. We trusted that when the package came with a photographer we were getting a professional wedding photographer. That is not what we got,unfortunately . I would 100 percent choose this venue again because Sheila was wonderful and the venue was beautiful. The dissapointment came when we got our pictures. We did not get any of the pictures that we asked for . For example , the photographer did not take one picture of my wife with our kids. That should be a pretty standard picture at a wedding. If we could go back we would have hired our own photographer. Just very dissapointing.

My wife and I were married here in December 2022. Such a beautiful venue and we had such high hopes of it being a wonderful day and for the most part it was . First of all Kingan Gardens is a beautiful place, well kept up, super reasonable, charming, and has a bit of historic Tucson coloring. Definitely plan your event here!Now below is long, but is my personal experience with the venue:This year has been crazy for everyone, not only in the wedding industry but the whole country. #2020Through all the planning during the pandemic Shelia (owner of Kingan Gardens) has been amazing with communication. My fiancé and I booked in January 2020 for a November 2020 wedding and we talked about our options (at different stages throughout the pandemic), planned on not postponing our wedding. Then my fiancé broke his ankle about a month before the wedding with surgery 15 days before the wedding. When I mentioned this to Sheila her first response was “Take care of him. We’ll figure out everything after he starts healing from surgery”. That spoke volumes to me in this business deal (as unromantic as that sounds, that is what a contract is). Sheila is a wonderful woman and very smart business owner. She allowed my fiancé and I to postpone and pick/hold a different date with no struggles/penalties/ect. She took care of notifying the other vendors and was very accommodating. We look forward to finally celebrating on our new date. Thank you Sheila!

When I first arrived at Kingan Gardens, I knew it was perfect. Everything about it was stunning, beautiful and picturesque, with a very versatile layout, but perhaps most importantly, nothing out-shown the owner, Sheila. Sheila was amazing to work with. Her no-nonsense, straight forward approach was a breath of fresh air and made working with her enjoyable and easy. She was so wonderful, making sure that all of our requests were met and helping make the wedding evening run as smooth as possible. It was a joy to meet her and work with her crew.

I have never been so in love with a venue as I was with Kingan Gardens! It is a beautiful place to have a wedding. The best part of it all was the owner, Sheila. She goes above and beyond for you, she pretty much asks you what you want and makes it happen! And she’s very good about making honest recommendations for any vendor. There really wasn’t much I had to worry about because I had her to rely on. She makes it all worth it, and Kingan would not be the same without her. If you’re thinking this might be the place for you, go take a tour, you will not be disappointed.

Everything about Kingan Gardens was amazing. From the moment we met Sheila(the owner) we fell in love, she is one of the friendliest people I have ever met and it was such a breeze having our wedding at her venue. The venue is beautiful and it fit perfectly with our theme, but Sheila definitely made Kingan stand out above the rest. The whole process of planning our wedding went incredibly smooth and I did not have any reason to stress. The food and drinks were great as well.

Everything about Kingan Gardens was amazing. We just celebrated our wedding this past weekend and it was everything we could have hoped for! From day one, Sheila was incredibly flexible, accommodating, and calm (which was very helpful on the day!). We were planning from out of state, and she helped make that pretty easy. On our wedding day, Sheila and her team gracefully rolled with the last-minute punches - - and there were a couple. :) I really appreciated that there was flexibility for who many of our vendors were, and the venue itself is fantastic. Great location, great value, and super for out of town guests to get a real Tucson vibe. We will enthusiastically recommend Kingan to anyone looking to marry in the area!

Sheila was amazing! We had a great experience with Kingan-a great deal because of her. She followed up with me within 12 hours every time I reached out to her and most times I had an immediate response. She advocated for our vision with all of the vendors as if it were her own big day. On the wedding day there was a rain downpour while we were at the ceremony offsite. Sheila ensured I had no idea and protected all our decor. Aubrey, our decorator with Eastland Alley arrived at the venue so early to make sure I didn't have to worry about a thing! She executed our personal touches for our 150 guests exactly how I wanted. Oh and did I mention how pretty and delicious our cake was! I can't recommend this venue enough.
