We got married in March of this year and had the most amazing service and experience at the Kiva Club. Jen and Karley were there for every single question, need and want. They went above and beyond to accommodate our vision and budget. They were hands on throughout the process including monitoring set up, take down and made sure everything was perfect during the wedding itself.The venue itself was stunning and is maintained to the nines. They allowed us to walk the property as many times as we wanted to get measurements, take pictures, and do walk throughs. They respond quickly to emails and requests and all the staff is very friendly and welcoming.I cannot recommend this venue enough, it is beautiful, has diverse options, the food and beverages are delicious (seriously the star of our wedding people are still talking about this!), and they have so many options for unique and trendy experiences which was something that was so important to me as a victim of the pinterest scroll.

My husband and I are so glad we chose the Kiva Club for our wedding. It was the only venue we physically looked at in person and as soon as we saw it, we knew it was perfect for us. It was also more affordable than comparable venues in the Phoenix Metro area. All of our guests absolutely loved the venue and thought it was stunning. Chris was superb to work with in the months leading up to the wedding and ensured that all the details were accounted for. Renee exceeded my expectations during the three weeks leading up to the wedding, the day before for the rehearsal and for the big day itself. She executed everything perfectly. She made my vision a reality and there is not a single thing that went wrong. If something did go wrong, she made sure to fix it without me seeing it like the magician she is :)The food is amazing. When we did our tasting, I was blown away by how good it was. All our guests were commenting about how much they loved the food. The staff is wonderful. Everybody working at our wedding was friendly and pleasant. There is plenty of parking. The dressing rooms are spacious. The possibilities are endless here. If you are looking for a stunning venue in the west valley, this is the one. You will not be disappointed! Exceptional! We had our wedding here on 1/7/2023. I couldn't recommend this venue more. From the first time we visited everyone was warm and welcoming. Jennifer the coordinator was beyond amazing. Her communication, suggestions and openness to our suggestions was more than we could have asked for. She went above and beyond even getting us a last minute picture to serve as our guest book because we had forgot to get this. The day of was beautiful and the staff the day of was great as well. We wanted a beautiful environment that was relaxed, friendly and comfortable. Kiva Club was exactly this and more. Highly recommend.

Exceptional! We had our wedding here on 1/7/2023. I couldn't recommend this venue more. From the first time we visited everyone was warm and welcoming. Jennifer the coordinator was beyond amazing. Her communication, suggestions and openness to our suggestions was more than we could have asked for. She went above and beyond even getting us a last minute picture to serve as our guest book because we had forgot to get this. The day of was beautiful and the staff the day of was great as well. Shannon and Melissa were on top of everything we requested including special meal preparation requests, special bar requests, the timeline, coordinating with the DJ, the florist, the photographer. The venue was classy and clean; the food was incredible. We still receive comments from attendees regarding what a great party it was. We never had issues with contract costs; look over your contract carefully and ask lots of questions. Thank you, Shannon and Melissa and Chef Ben for our perfect wedding celebration!

This review was for my 12/18/21 wedding. I had actually been working with Kiva Club for almost two years due to the pandemic (we had to postpone our wedding twice). We fell in love with this venue when we first visited them in 2019. It was absolutely beautiful and we love that they can accommodate an outdoor ceremony and reception for 200+ guests! We signed our contract with Sylvanna, and even though we had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid, Kiva Club coordinators were able to accommodate pretty much all the changes and we were even lucky enough to keep all of our original vendors without additional charges. I want to give a shoutout and special thank you to Shannon, Melissa, and every single staff and coordinator as well as the chef of Kiva Club for helping us make my Disney dream wedding become true. Shannon was very responsive, attentive and extremely resourceful in every way. In addition to our plated dinner, we had a \"noodle bar\" for late night snack which was a buffet of different noodle soups, and it was a BIG HIT on a cold winter night. Every single guest LOVED it, and while my husband and I came up with the idea of this noodle bar, it was Kiva Club crew and chef that made it so amazing. 10/10 would do again!

Our wedding was incredible! The all inclusive venue was a breeze for planning and they were so flexible with allowing me to add things in or remove items. The coordinators were communicative through the whole process and my husband and I were able to enjoy the wedding without having to worry about vendors or placement of flowers or even our timeline. The venue was perfect for our day and the day of staffing was exceptional! Thank you Kiva Club for an amazing year of planning and an unforgettable wedding!

I am sad to be writing this review as I was very excited when I initially selected the Kiva Club for my wedding in November 2021. I did feel compelled to write this review as an honest representation of my experience to make sure other brides out there understood the kind of experience I had with Kiva Club. After selecting the venue I signed a contract that outlined what was included with my ceremony and reception fees as well as the items selected for my wedding including menu choice, the terms of my open bar, and any associated fees. Throughout the planning process the venue made attempts to add fees, as well as tried to change the terms of my open bar. Despite all advertising showing that set up and tear down fees were included in my initial signed contract, they added a $500 set up and tear fee. I contacted them about this and after several weeks of back and forth I still ended up paying $250 out of frustration, and we were guaranteed they would help with all set up and tear down as well as loading it into vehicles after the reception. On my wedding day the wedding staff approached my mother during the reception informing her that they would not be helping us tear down. My mom in the middle of my wedding had to have the staff call to get clarification on the issue before they agreed to help us. We had multiple people from the wedding party helping to tear down and pack up and it still took over an hour for the cleanup we weren’t supposed to have to do.In regards to the open bar package, when I initially signed the terms were paid “by the hour” listed specifically in my contract. Two days before my wedding I was contacted by venue staff stating I now had to pay “by the drink” and was responsible for covering any additional expense if the bar went over the amount I had already paid. As any bride knows, two days prior to your wedding your budget has been used. After informing the venue I would not accept this change and they would need to uphold the legal terms of our contract they made me contact their financial officer, Ms.Patel. Unfortunately, she was extremely rude on the phone and told me she would be contacting their legal team before promptly hanging up. Needless to say I spent that entire afternoon in tears completely emotionally drained thinking the venue was going to cancel my wedding that people were already in town for from out of state. In fact, I was so upset that my mother had to take over further contact with the venue in regards to this matter. I found out on the day of my wedding that after reaching out to their legal team they had decided to honor my contract. During this fiasco I was told that many other brides were placed in this same situation, and it makes me sad to know they were likely bullied into paying more than they agreed to. As a word of caution to any brides out there, your contract is very important as it’s what you agreed to financially for your big day. Always have an original dated and signed copy because if I had not had mine as proof I could have ended up potentially paying thousands more than I agreed to. Kiva Club has an online portal for your contract that they can alter at any time, make sure to print out a hard copy. As a final word on this situation, the venue closed my bar early the night of my wedding and never announced final call, ultimately deciding not to honor their contract anyway.

Melissa & Shannon were our wedding coordinators and they did a fantastic job making sure every detail was perfect & exactly the way we wanted. They were extremely professional and accommodating and because of them our wedding was perfect. It's been almost three weeks and our guests who attended are still raving about the food, the ambiance, and the attention to detail this venue provided. Thank you for all your hard work & patience with me as I know I was tedious at times. We appreciate all that you did to make our day incredibly special.

Kiva Club and the entire staff are absolutely the best things in the world! I wish i could give them a million stars, they exceeded our expectations of our wedding. They coordinated everything so well and made the entire day and even leading up to the day so smooth and so easy for us. Now for the food... I cannot say enough good things about it and every single guest at my wedding cannot stop complementing how amazing the food tasted. If i had the option to redo the whole process i would go with Kiva club 100 times and i will recommend them to EVERYONE! Every vendor that was recommended to us by them was amazing as well and i couldnt have asked for a better venue, better people and a better day!

Kiva Club and the entire staff are absolutely the best things in the world! I wish i could give them a million stars, they exceeded our expectations of our wedding. They coordinated everything so well and made the entire day and even leading up to the day so smooth and so easy for us. Now for the food... I cannot say enough good things about it and every single guest at my wedding cannot stop complementing how amazing the food tasted. If i had the option to redo the whole process i would go with Kiva club 100 times and i will recommend them to EVERYONE! I would give ten stars if I could! Something kept drawing me back to the Kiva Club when searching for a venue. From the moment you drive into trilogy, it is so darn pretty! The landscaping is so beautiful. We couldn’t go anywhere else. The food was absolutely devine. Sylvanna is a wonder to work with. We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID and she was accommodating and incredibly helpful the entire time! She would send pictures and just laid everything out so it was simple to choose. Melissa and Shannon were also amazing the day of! Shannon was on point with coordinating everything! From the rehearsal to making sure the reception went smoothly! The one tiny thing I would want to mention is about the food and your cake. We should have discussed prior to the wedding day if we wanted to take a tier or any leftovers of food, if any was left. I was pulled so many directions and I wasn’t capable of answering questions during the reception. The next day I was just bummed that I didn’t take a tier! But Elizabeth with Frosted Art does a complimentary tier for your 1st year!!! Not even really a complaint because everything was absolutely perfect! I love the Kiva Club and staff!!! Best 2nd wedding!

Seriously the BEST decision ever!! Not only is the site GORGEOUS but Sylvanna and her staff were top notch! The food at Kiva Club is incredible (and we are foodies, seriously the food is amazing) and our guests haven't stopped talking about it. Her staff (Shannon & Melissa) and everyone working the event were AWESOME and treated everyone like royalty. The vendors that Sylvanna recommended were equally amazing! The price was also very fair in comparison to other places, but what you get for it, is literally the best memories which are priceless.

Seriously the BEST decision ever!! Not only is the site GORGEOUS but Sylvanna and her staff were top notch! The food at Kiva Club is incredible (and we are foodies, seriously the food is amazing) and our guests haven't stopped talking about it. Her staff (Shannon & Melissa) and everyone working the event were AWESOME and treated everyone like royalty. The vendors that Sylvanna recommended were equally amazing! We began planning our wedding in February 2020. Literally as the pandemic began, so did our venue search. I came across Kiva Club and thought it would be my dream wedding location and therefore totally out of my budget. However, I had to see it anyways. Upon arrival, I knew we had to get married there. The clubhouse, ballroom, lawns, even the bathrooms are gorgeous! Further, the staff there went above and beyond to help us stick with our budget but to also throw the wedding of our dreams. And then quarantine began and everything shut down, including our October wedding. Nonetheless, the coordinators kept in constant contact with me for every change and regulation. We postponed and are SO GLAD we did! We were able to change our date to May and again, were kept updated with all details from Kiva. Sylvanna, the head coordinator there, was especially fantastic and I would like to specifically say she made the entire process of the postponement, rescheduling, and party planning so easy and fun throughout the nearly year and a half leading up to our big day. THANK YOU, Sylvanna, we love you!!Finally, our wedding day. The other coordinators, Melissa and Shannon, were available for our every need. My flowers stained my satin dress and they were there with makeup remover wipes and tide pens- perfect solution. I had a small thread coming out of my dress, they had scissors on them to cut it. We needed refills of champagne, they got us there too. Busy taking pictures with family after the ceremony, they brought our appetizers and drinks to us. They even packed us to go meals in our getaway car when we left the venue to make sure we could eat that night. Literally every need was met and they truly did the MOST to make us feel good, relaxed, and supportive. I love you girls, Melissa and Shannon, thank you! The ceremony was fantastic. The preferred vendors from Kiva were the best in the business. I had guests compliment me on every single staff member at Kiva from the DJ to our photographer to the waiters to the chefs. Not one person had anything bad to say about anyone or anything at our wedding! Our food was incredible, we had the senita buffet (mexican food) and were able to choose exactly what food we wanted from the menu and of course do a tasting early on. The atmosphere of the reception (we held ours inside the ballroom but they also do them outside if you prefer) was amazing!! The DJ provided up lighting and brought a projector to show music videos along with the song, we had a photobooth on the other side of the room, the bar and bartender were awesome with great drink selections, and the tables were spread out comfortably. The room had PLENTY of space for people to mingle, dance, drink, take photos, and so on. We had 89 guests and it was seriously spacious in there. They also were able to have the patio doors opened so people could be in or outside where we had lawn games and cocktail tables to hang out at. I cannot say enough good things about Kiva Club. They made everything so magical for my husband and I, my family, and all of our friends. The next day at brunch all anyone could talk about was how wonderful everyone was from our venue. The kindness and helpfulness from the staff at Kiva is truly what makes it stand out above the rest. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to have the most beautiful space with the greatest people working and the calmest wedding planning experience you can think of. It was absolutely amazing and we highly suggest viewing it in person, the pictures do not do it justice. Sylvanna and Karie were always there for us and no matter how may changes we needed to make. We worked very closely with Sylvanna & Jessica and not only did they answer every question we had throughout the whole process, but they constantly gave us suggestions & recommendations to help us with tough decisions. Our wedding at Kiva Club turned out more amazing than we could have ever imagined! With the picture perfect landscaping to the beautiful indoors and the amazing staff, we know we picked the perfect location for our special day! Sylvanna and her team do such an incredible job & pay attention to every single little detail! I am not even sure where to start... My husband and I got engaged in the fall of 2017 and decided to start looking around after the holidays for a spring wedding in 2019. Me and a few girlfriends were goggling wedding venues, we came across The Kiva Club and I thought it was really pretty. I noticed they had a Brunch and Bubbly Open House coming up that weekend, we thought sure we would go and check it out. BOY am I glad we did!!! We walked in and were just blown away by how gorgeous it was, we both grew up in Arizona so an outdoor wedding was exactly what we wanted- with the mountains and golf course look. I remember thinking that day \"man I would love to get married here, I would for sure feel like a princess.\" We wanted to make sure we looked at a few places before making such a big decision. After looking at a few other venues we knew The Kiva Club was the place we wanted to get married, so we booked a Venue Tour with Sylvanna that week. From the moment we had our tour, Sylvanna and Jessica made it so easy and stressfree. We loved how it was an all exclusive wedding venue. We had a great time picking out the DJ (Curtis), photographer (Cyndi) and florist (Jodi) they recommended. We knew they would be a great fit in what we wanted for our big day!!!! The girls sure helped us figure out every little detail and made sure it was perfect!!!!! I cant thank everyone enough for helping make sure the planning was fun and easy and making our day PERFECT!!!!!! Sylvanna, Jessica, Karie and Justine thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Both her and Slyvanna gave us a reasonable timeline and never pressured us if we weren't sure on certain things. Finally, by the time we got to the wedding rehearsal, we were introduced to our \"wedding fairy\" Jill who I ABSOLUTELY ADORED! The last 24 hours leading up to the wedding felt like a tailspin, but Jil brought it all together without me going crazy. I am unable to say just how happy I am with this venue. Everyone talks about how stressful planning a wedding is, and I can honestly say that Sylvanna and her team took the stress out of planning a wedding. They coordinate with the vendors to get the timeline hammered out. They allow you to be as involved with the process as you would like to be. Throughout the whole process they run the things past you, so that you will not have any unwanted surprises on your big day. It is such a beautiful venue with plenty of photo ops. It has been months since the wedding, but we still have family and friends that tell us how beautiful it was. Some of them tell us that it is the most fun they had ever had at a wedding, a couple of them had just taken part in their own children's weddings. Sylvanna and her team allow you to be as creative as you would like, and they deliver your vision. I cannot sing their praises enough, but they were an excellent choice. I would like to wish you all luck in your wedding planning. And, remember you are doing this to celebrate your love, so don't let it stress you out so much that you forget that.

Kiva Club is the most beautiful and amazing venue for truly a very reasonable cost compared to the other similar venues I visited before happily deciding with Kiva. Sylvanna and her staff were instrumental in helping to plan the most wonderful yet complicated day ever. Weddings have so many intricate details and Sylvanna was ready to help with every one. From suggesting vendors, to wedding day timelines, to lighting, menus, logistics, and everything else; she was amazingly accommodating and asked questions to get our wedding exactly how we envisioned it. It exceeded all expectations and the entire night was perfect. There was always someone to go to for a question or to help out of simply for some water in the desert. Every detail was covered and perfectly executed. Sylvanna took the ideals and important things to us that weren’t flexible at other venues and made them into non issues. She was able to meet our questions and worries and completely iron them out and we knew we were in good hands. From the very first meeting til the actual day, Kiva Club has the best staff, venue, and resources to make any wedding absolutely breathtaking. Thank you!

I had looked at 6 other venues before finding this on the KNOT and decided to check it out as it was in the West Valley near my parents house and looked like a nice place. We had narrowed down to this venue and another one in Litchfield Park. Hands down , this was a little bit more pricier but as soon as your enter the gate ... it sets the tone of the wedding. It is an incredibly beautiful venue... the service is impeccable. Sylvanna and Jessica will do whatever it takes for your dreams to come true but also compromising to staying within budget. Every single one of my guests and family thought my wedding was topnotch!.. I used their preferred vendor for photography and she made me at ease the entire day. Their standard chairs were not elegant but they have the option of chivalry chairs and it was completely worth it. If you are getting married, choose this VENUE!!!**Only con: Their reverend that they have as a preferred vendor did not go off the script my husband had edited for her

The venue space was perfect, lawn was perfectly manicured, palm trees were lit with lights at night, and mountains in the background. We used the ballroom and even with a smaller wedding party it felt inviting and not too big. The food was amazing, we had the Chicago Speak Easy menu, everyone raved about how good the food and appetizers were. We had an open bar and the bartenders were very friendly to all our guests. On top of that, Sylvana and her team were so attentive and kind. Every wedding guest commented on how perfect this venue was.

One wedding planner was fabulous but had terrible food. This is the only venue that I found that had absolutely everything that I was looking for. The beautiful view, the fabulous wedding coordinators (who care about you day), the food was great, the staff was always kind, the ability to have an outside ceremony and inside reception with a big dance floor. They had it all! Sylvanna and Jessica helped coordinate and plan my wedding all the way through the end of the night. They always checked in when things were coming up and emailed and called me back quickly with any question that I may have had. I would choose this venue a million times over again. Thank you Sylvanna and Jessica for making our day perfect and run smoothly. Not one thing went wrong and that is something that I can't thank you both enough for. Trilogy at Vistancia was the perfect venue from start to finish. Ever since we toured it - I was in love! They do several open houses and tastings throughout the year. Sylvanna and Jessica are nothing short of amazing. They are so good at their jobs, you can tell they really have a passion for what they do too. They would quickly respond to any questions I had and their willingness to make every aspect of your dream wedding become a reality is amazing. They are very organized and on top of everything. On the day of the wedding, the staff really was amazing. They are so attentive to the bride and gro0m's needs - they will anticipate your needs and do everything without you even having to ask for anything. They were constantly bringing us cocktails and our food was all ready for us as soon as we sat down at our table, and one of them even offered to bustle my dress before I even had to ask. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you want for your big day. I would recommend this venue to all brides searching for one - you will be so glad you did.

I am so happy that we chose to have our wedding reception at the Kiva Club. Not only was the venue perfect and the grounds absolutely beautiful, but the service and attentiveness of the coordinators was exceptional. Sylvanna was there each step of the way and took care of every detail. She and Jessica were very patient with our guest list changes and last minute adjustments, and made sure everything was perfect on the big day. They took care of all the setup, including table cards, table favors, place settings, centerpieces, etc -- the room looked incredible and exactly how we envisioned. The food was delicious, and I'm so glad we went with some of the recommended vendors (Lia's Photography and All-American DJ) because they made the day even more special. I would recommend this venue to anyone - they will truly create your dream wedding!

We would like to give Trilogy at Vistancia 10 stars!! Carmela and Sylvanna couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. Every vendor who knew about Trilogy only said positive things about these wedding coordinators. We had the feeling anything was possible with our wedding dreams from decor to scenery. The dance floor was HUGE! We chose Mexican food and it was really tasty. The staff set up our wedding decorations indoor and outdoors exactly as we envisioned and instructed. The facility was extremely clean and well kept. Whenever we needed anything throughout our wedding planning process, the wedding coordinators were there to help us and answer even the most detailed questions. We had nothing but positive feedback and happy guests at our wedding. Our pictures turned out absolutely beautiful which we will enjoy forever!

I cannot speak highly enough about the Kiva Club at Vistancia and their wedding crew. The venue speaks for itself, it is absolutely beautiful. We had our wedding outside at night, and with the trees lit, and lights strung, the ambiance was dream-like. I don't think we could have found a better location for an outdoor wedding. But that's not even the best part. The service you will receive at Trilogy is top of the line. Sylvanna and Carmela took care of everything for me the days leading up to the wedding, and especially on the day of. They made sure I never had to worry about a thing. They decorated the venue for us, and it was beyond any expectations I ever had! Because of them, I was able to relax and enjoy every moment of that day. I can't thank them enough for what they did. I highly recommend having your wedding at this location, you will not regret it!

This place is absolutely gorgeous and I'm convinced that the staff is some of the best in the world! The wedding coordinators, Sylvanna and Carmela, cared personally about our wedding details and worked hard to create our dream wedding. They are readily available, flexible, active, professional, and joyful! They truly made the wedding planing fun and stress free since we knew we could trust them with the big-picture organization and small decorating details. Thanks to Sylvanna, Carmela, and our wonderful friends and family, our wedding day proved far better than we could have imagined or planned alone! It was truly the best day of our lives! OMG- where do I begin with this venue and their staff. From the first time we saw the Venue we knew it was THE ONE. The view, ceremony and reception area to the cocktail hour area everything looked stunning and we knew we won't find a better place to get married. After meeting Sylvanna we were even more convinced that we made the right decision. Everyone always tells you that planning a wedding is stressful - not when you have Sylvanna and her team by your side. They were beyond amazing and as a control freak they truly made sure that everything is well taken care off. They went above and beyond on every request that we had. Right before Ceremony when I walked through the reception area I had tears in my eyes. EVERYTHING - turned out so much better than I could have even hoped for. During Ceremony, Reception and Cocktail hour Sylvanna, Carmela and Keri kept checking with us all the time to make sure everything is going smoothly. Everyone commented how stunning the whole wedding was and I know it wouldn't have been if we didn't have this amazing team by our side every step of the way. We are having our 100 + guest wedding here and could not be happier. I am not a very hands-on bride, so I loved how \"all inclusive\" this venue was (food, open bar, day-of coordinator, beautiful views, etc.). Sylvanna Anderson and her staff are professional and friendly and are committed to making your dream wedding just that – a dream come true. Sylvanna and her staff are extremely responsive in a timely manner and efficient! With all the details leading up to your big day and numerous other weddings at their venue, you always are made to feel like you are their number one priority. I cannot think of a single drawback to having your wedding in this ballroom. If you are looking to have your wedding and reception at a gorgeous facility with breathtaking views of the golf course, then this is the venue for you. Sylvanna has always treated me like royalty and answered every single question I have had thoroughly. The varieties of foods at the tasting events are amazing and delicious. I would highly encourage you to look here first for your venue, you will not be disappointed. I am writing this review now, instead of after my wedding in November, 2016, because I am that confident that based on my experiences with Sylvanna and Trilogy at Vistancia my wedding is truly going to be one of the happiest days of my life. The vendors Trilogy have for their all inclusive are some of the best in the business! Our vendors are Frosted Art for cakes, Flowers by Jodi, Pastor Randy Williams, Cyndi Hardy Photography, Push Play Entertainment and Snapbooth. All have been extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. I also need to mention Sylvanna has a new assistant Carmela Dee who always sends you e-mails about any new ideas/changes to linens, arbor draping, and open houses. Again, at Trilogy at Vistancia you are a bride not a dollar sign.

Ryan and I got married on March 19th at Trilogy at Vistancia Kiva Club and couldn't be happier with how it all turned out. Sylvanna and her staff are beyond amazing and helped make the entire day perfect. Sylvanna was such a joy to work with alongside my personal wedding planner. She was extremely organized throughout the planning processes and is honestly one of the nicest people we had the joy of working with. My husband, family, and friends were also extremely happy with the waiting staff, and the bartender the night of the wedding. They were so friendly and accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any bride and groom!!! Thank you Sylvanna and your team for being outstanding. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would!!!

My daughter was married last Saturday, April 16th at Trilogy at Vistancia. It is an amazing venue and we could not be happier.....and my daughter is pretty demanding.Slyvana was outstanding as was Carrie. The staff was attentive, friendly and on the ball.Service was stellar, DJ Chad absolutely outstanding!Flowers, cake and flow of the vent were amazing.I would highly recommend this venue to everyone.Nothing short of actually making my daughters dream come true. Worth every penny!. I give it the highest possible praise!

The Trilogy at Vistancia was an outstanding venue! The scenery and venue itself stood alone in our wedding in which we included limited extra décor. Sylvanna was incredibly helpful and reliable throughout all the planning. She made it so easy to be the bride! The service during the event went so smoothly and we even had our favorite cocktails handed to us at any point throughout the evening :)\rWe were overwhelmed with how many guests complimented the venue and reception space, it almost made us feel rich because of how beautiful it was (and we are definitely not)!\rI would choose this venue ten times over again and recommend it to any bride that is planning a beautiful outdoor wedding with an indoor/outdoor type of reception!

First and foremost, there is no one in the Valley like Sylvanna! She is the wedding coordinator for Trilogy at Vistancia and trust me when I say, she takes care of you. She makes sure that everything is set for your big day including paying your vendors for you (with the all-inclusive package). All of my vendors were on time for my ceremony and reception due to Sylvanna's wonderful planning skills. She also has an incredible staff that are never hard to find on the big day. Truthfully, this staff was beyond incredible, helpful and supportive. \rMy ceremony site was beautifully decorated and I was given plenty of options to choose from for setting up. I was also given all of the choices imaginable for seating arrangements and décor (chairs, tablecloths, napkins, etc.) in the reception area. \rMy groom and I chose the Napa Valley buffet menu which included Salmon, Prime Rib, au gratin potatoes, green bean almondine, and Caeser salad. The staff made sure to get orders immediately from me and my groom and served them to us first, which was fantastic since brides and grooms typically forget to eat on their big day. The bartenders were incredibly friendly and even created a signature cocktail for just me and my new groom. That added a special touch to our day that was very thoughtful. Sylvanna also made sure that even though we only had the Well Bar option, Jameson was readily available as it is my husbands favorite. \rOverall, my wedding day was such a perfect experience that could only have been so wonderful at Trilogy at Vistancia. Book your wedding their! :)

We used one of the outdoor venues at the Kiva Club at Trilogy for our April 2015 wedding, and it was nothing short of spectacular! We had a small, intimate sunset ceremony with just immediate family. We used one of the outdoor venues at the Kiva Club at Trilogy for our April 2015 wedding, and it was nothing short of spectacular! We had a small, intimate sunset ceremony with just immediate family. Sylvanna and her team at Trilogy at Vistancia's Kiva Club were amazing! I had not a care in the world thanks to there attention to detail and service! We chose an all inclusive package with room for our own customization. The Kiva Club was so perfect with beautiful rooms and views outside. We had the perfect sunset and weather for our indoor/outdoor wedding and reception. Highly recommend checking them out! You won't be disappointed!

OMG! Everything was perfect! The grounds, the staff, the setup, the decor! I know they couldn't control the weather but even that was perfect! Sylvanna was a life saver. I didn't have a coordinator so I was doing everything myself and didn't really have a clue as to what I was doing. Sylvanna stepped in and put me in touch with a wonderful florist that created the most beautiful bouquet and center pieces within my budget. And then on my wedding day, the photographer I contracted with went to the wrong location then refused to even try and make it to my wedding. Sylvanna got on the phone and had a professional photographer there within an hour! She was such a joy to work with.

My husband and I are so glad we chose Trilogy Vistancia for our wedding venue. Jenn was a great help! The view is perfect and the Kiva club is right there with the ceremony site. The guests didn't have to travel between the ceremony and reception. It's a bit of a drive out west, but if you are willing to take the effort, it's worth it!

We had our wedding here on 5/1 and it was absolutely perfect! What an amazing backdrop for the ceremony and the reception room is beautiful!! We had 150 people there and it went great- so much space to enjoy and not feel cramped. Everyone was out on the dance floor! \rThe staff were open and available not only the day of the wedding but before as well. They were always willing to help in any way they could to make your day go smoothly.

THE CATERERS HAD A GREAT AREA TO DO GRILLING OUTSIDE AND THE WEATHER WAS NICE ENOUGH TO SET TABLES OUTSIDE.;I HAD ASKED THE MANAGEMENT OF VISTANCIA AND MY CATERE TO NOT SERVE ALCOHOL AT THE RECEPTION AT ANY TIME- DUE TO MY FAMILY'S ABILITY TO OVERDUE IT.
