Knotting Hills is a resort style wedding venue located just south of St. Louis, MO. The property is an ideal location for an elegant celebration with friends and family amongst beautifully landscaped gardens. Accessible from St. Louis and its international airport via a short drive, it marries such secluded splendor with ample convenience. Knotting Hills is a scenic venue defined by sophistication and tranquility. The property is centered around serene gardens, where vibrant green lawns meet still lake waters. It is a truly magical setting with many charming touches such as its covered bridge and water fountain. The estate’s design has been carefully crafted down to the most minute details and a delicate hand has been used throughout. A light color palette of white and cream tones defines the space, creating a fairytale-like atmosphere. Couples can marry in an outdoor ceremony under the clear blue sky, before hosting an elegant cocktail reception in the patio area. Before the big moment, the wedding party can get ready together in the Bridal House. Offering a glamorous setting in which to raise a glass of champagne in celebration. Knotting Hills is a venue constructed with community in mind. Built for celebrations, it offers everything needed for an unforgettable big day and its designers have thought of every little detail possible. The Bridal Suites includes a makeup salon that will please any stylist including well-lit stations and ample natural light. Also included for the groomsmen, spaces to spread out, play some games, and relax. The main venue reception area can host up to 300 guests, The Lake reception space can host up to 225 guests. On-site accommodations for clients are available as well. With both indoor and outdoor spaces available, the property is extremely adaptable and ideal for celebration no matter what the weather. The event’s team is happy to work with outside wedding professionals and invites couples to discuss vendors with them.

Knotting Hills was the wedding venue of our dreams. The property is beautiful, and we used the landscape to add to the aesthetic of our day with little enhancement needed. Katy and her staff are very organized, professional, and receptive to communication and feedback. The venue has well-defined expectations that help the flow of the day. Our guests were awestruck by the beauty of the venue. We cannot say enough good things about this venue. We toured many venues, and nothing made us feel the way Knotting Hills did as soon as we drove up to the property. 10/10 would recommend!

Knotting Hills was an absolute dream!! Not only are the facilities gorgeous, but the service was fantastic. Our coordinator Kaelee was excellent and was extremely helpful the day of and during the entire planning process. She took care of everything to make sure that we had the best day. After the ceremony was over, she had our signature cocktails and cocktail hour snacks waiting for us. The staff was also extremely helpful in helping my family set up and break down the reception area so that my husband and I could enjoy our night and not worry about a thing. We rented out the big house for ourselves and our bridal party the night of and it was super convenient and a great way to keep the party going. Highly highly recommend Knotting Hills and I could not imagine a more perfect place for our wedding!

Me and my husband got married here April 21st 2023 and we could NOT have found a better place! I can’t even list everything I love about it because it was all just so amazing! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the on-site lodging is so accommodating and nice as well! They even had a pool and a hot tub! My family absolutely loved staying overnight. They had so much to choose from in terms of layout and decor, and they were so helpful in recommending other places we could find decor too, like from Ling’s Moment.It was one of the only venues we toured basically that put just as much effort into making the groom’s quarters just as good as the bridal suite! We both loved where we got ready (though after we got ready we all stayed in the groom’s quarters because who doesn’t love arcades?!) and couldn’t have found a better place. So much fun and adorable. Don’t even get me STARTED on the coordinators. Oh my goodness, Kaelee was our coordinator and she was absolutely perfect. From the moment we booked, we had her number and her attention if we needed it, and she made the day so stress-free; we literally didn’t have a single concern because she was so prepared and took care of all of it! She ran back and forth from the groom’s quarters about five times to get things for us, too, and she didn’t complain once! Anything that cropped up was taken care of at once. She even stood by us while we took family photos and ducked in every so often to hand us our drinks for a sip! So nice as a person herself, and so masterful at coordinating what was the absolute perfect day for us.If you’re on the fence about Knotting Hills hopefully you read this review and are swayed because there was not a single thing wrong! Beautiful grounds, a variety of places to take photos, a gorgeous reception hall, I could go on and on. You will not regret going with them. We certainly didn’t! Thank you so much to Knotting Hills and Kaelee for making our day absolutely perfect!

Knotting Hills was an absolute dream. Every space they have is stunning! The bridal suite was perfect, the grooms suite was SO much fun, the outdoor ceremony space was green and lush and the reception hall was simply beautiful. They have a great selection of add on's (coffee bar, sign/decor packages, etc) and so many on-site housing options which is a huge plus. My husband and I cannot sing enough praise to our coordinator Kaelee. We had a few meetings and a bunch of chats before the big day and she made sure every last detail was taken care of. She made the entire process smooth and easy, never missed a beat and was always 10 steps ahead. I can confidently say that our day would not have gone off as perfect as it did without her!

I can’t say anything negative about Knotting Hills! I just had my wedding here over the weekend 3/11/23 and although the weather didn’t cooperate and had to have the ceremony inside although I desperately wanted it outside, Kaelee, my coordinator made the venue exactly how I envisioned my wedding to be. It was absolutely beautiful. I knew I could text her anytime if I had questions no matter what time and she would get back to me. She was always there to help. The property is just stunning all the way around and I had a blast. I will never forget this experience!

I first visited Knotting Hills in October of 2020, about 5 months before they had their first wedding. I had visited several other venues at this point; they were all missing something on my checklist. When I came across Knotting Hills, I had only seen a picture of their bridal suite and thought that it was pretty. I had no idea how beautiful and vast the property was until I pulled up. It truly feels like a fairytale dream of a venue. That being said- how gorgeous it was did not sell me. Meeting and touring with Katy is what solidified the decision for me. She made me feel completely at ease and assured me that they would do everything to make my wedding day as perfect as could be. Did they do set up and clean up? Yes. Was there a backup plan for ceremony if inclement weather came up? Yes. Would there be someone on the property all day from the venue if any needs arose? Yes. We decided on a Friday wedding in October of 2022. Once I booked with them, communication over the next two years was easy and quick. I felt that there was always transparency. As our wedding day got closer, I got to meet with our Day-Of Coordinator, Rileigh. She gave me the exact same feeling that Katy had the first day I met her- she was in my corner, and would do everything in her power that day to help everything run smoothly and to be as stress-free as possible for me. As for amenities- being able to get ready on the property the morning of the wedding (in the bridal suite and groom's quarters) was such a stress relief. My bridesmaids and I spent the night in the farm house the night before- not only is that house super cozy and stylish, but there was something so special getting to look out at the barn and the property all lit up in the dark the night before my wedding. The day of the wedding ran as smoothly as you could expect. Rileigh was there all night in case anyone needed anything, and they had a ton of staff who cleaned up (really quickly) afterwards. They even had some staff members check on our dog who was staying in one of the barns on the property during the reception. Come for the gorgeous EVERYTHING, stay for the incredible people who work there. I am really sad that we only got to get married here one time!!!

There are so many reasons to have your wedding here! I have worked with Katy for a couple years and she went above and beyond the whole time! She was always available for us and any questions we had. We were so lucky to have worked with her! Our day of coordinator was Kaylee and she was just as amazing! She helped with EVERYTHING. She was hands down the best! She made everything go smoothly and was on top of everything from start to finish! She’s amazing at what she does and we couldn’t of had the day we had without her! We booked Knotting Hills for our wedding in July of 2022 and I do not have enough nice words to say. Our friends, family, and bridal party were absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the gorgeous venue. We continue to get comments about how gorgeous the property was and how \"fairytale\" like it was. Even our make-up artists were swooning over the bridal suite. All of the amenities are top tier and you simply cannot find add-ons like they have anywhere else. The horse and carriage, groom's quarters, and main house were some of our favorites. So many memories were made even before and after the big day on that property. It started raining right before the ceremony and Michelle went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with a solution. That level of service, flexibility, and compassion is so hard to find these days. Thank you so much!

I have loved this venue since I first heard of its construction in early 2020! It's beautiful, and I received MANY compliments about it. While it took longer for some correspondence than I would have liked, it is understandable since they are such a hot ticket right now! I have loved this venue since I first heard of its construction in early 2020! It's beautiful, and I received MANY compliments about it. While it took longer for some correspondence than I would have liked, it is understandable since they are such a hot ticket right now! Katy always answered my questions as soon as she could, and helped on the day of as much as possible (including getting us grape juice last minute to fill the communion cup). Book. This. Venue!!! Seriously. Do it right now, you won’t regret it. It is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is amazing. Katy is a pleasure to work with. The decor was perfect. Everything ran so smoothly. I was blown away by the venue. When we booked it, the wedding venue wasn’t even built yet, but it was everything they promised and so much more. Great payment plan. We also stayed at the rental house the night of the wedding with the whole bridal party and it was a blast.

The attention to detail this staff has is phenomenal—everything from the bridal suite to groom’s room to the reception building is beautiful. Katy and Michelle were both very helpful and timely with their communication when we had any questions. They were very helpful the day of as well-everything went so smoothly. I wish I had more stars to give because this was a ten star venue! We didn’t want for anything. The staff was absolutely amazing start to finish. The venue is breathtakingly gorgeous! ALL, and I mean ALL of our guest raved about how amazingly beautiful and immaculately clean every aspect of our Sons wedding was. The entire back wall opens up overlooking the lighted bridge and lake gorgeous. So everyone could be outside and still be present and hear the music. I couldn’t be happier. It was so lovely, I could work there. 10 star AAAAA event venue.

Wow! What a place! Book it now/ don’t even think twice!We have had such a wonderful experience with my daughter and son in laws wedding. Katy and Michelle are so kind and great to work with. The staff is phenomenal. The venue is BEAUTIFUL! We booked it before it was finished and we were blown away with each additional added feature. Just a magical place!We experienced it in full- using the main house was perfect and so nice to be on site, so much more relaxing than a hotel. It was great to have a home base with family and friends who also stayed there. With it being just steps away from the grooms quarters many hours were spent in the pool and arcade. So much fun!The bridal suite it so beautiful and has great functionality for stylists and great backdrops for photographers. Absolutely perfect! Having the golf cart to move about the property was a great plus! I can say without a doubt that my daughter’s wedding was perfect and I can’t thank Knotting Hills enough for helping make it be everything that my daughter and son in law had every dreamt of❤️❤️

The staff at Knotting Hills is phenomenal! We were their very first ever wedding (which was an honor but a little nerve wracking!). Everyone was very accommodating to our requests and so helpful with prep and setting things up before rehearsal. Katy and Michelle served as day-of coordinators and made sure every little detail was executed smoothly! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the space was, including the grounds. I’d recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the St. Louis area!

It really is a perfect place to have your wedding. our wedding was small about 30 +/- people but the building can accommodate 300. defiantly worth checking out.
