The staff is very professional and very understanding! Phil was great to work with!! He was always on top of emails and making sure everything was perfect for the day. From some odd food allergies to making sure we could have the ceremony ready inside (if the weather decided to be crappy) they were on top of it! It turned out to be a perfect day for us and everyone loved the food and venue.

My wife and I had our wedding there this past week! Everything about it was perfect! La luna made it so easy to plan a wedding since the layout of everything that was included with each package was clear and concise. The food was so amazing and all of the employees were such a pleasure to work with, especially Karen and Phil. The in-house DJ was so much fun and extremely interactive with the guests! The Ellerslie manor house was beautiful and allowed us to have our bridal party stay at the wedding venue the night before the wedding, then my bride and myself were able to stay in the honeymoon suite after our wedding! Such a beautiful ending to a beautiful day!

LaLuna was the first and only place we looked at for our daughter’s wedding. It really feels like an all inclusive wedding venue So many things were included at an affordable price. Their wedding packages are very clear and explain what is included in plain English. The place sells itself especially with the restored manor house available as an add on for the night before the wedding with a beautiful honeymoon suite for the bride and groom on their wedding night. This house is something like out of a posh fashion magazine. We hosted the rehearsal dinner in the manor house and stayed the night waking up all together for the I do day! It was honestly like a dream! The food was incredible and the DJ, flowers, cake, decor were all impeccable! Everyone is still talking about the wedding and how it was the best ever! I would recommend La Luna to any perspective bride and groom. Everything from the quality of the food to the balance of the drinks, everything was wonderful. We had a very specific theme to the wedding and they helped bring it to life.

My husband and I got married there on 10/14/23 and they made it amazing. Sadly it rained on our day so we couldn't have the wedding in their beautiful garden area. But they were quick on their feet and turned the inside into a perfect ceremony. They made the whole process so much easier. 10/10 I would recommend this place. Mark, Karen, and Phil made our day perfect. I have a very picky family when it comes to food and they loved it . I don't have a single complaint they were awesome. I will add some photos when I get them from the photographer.

My husband and I got married there on 10/14/23 and they made it amazing. Sadly it rained on our day so we couldn't have the wedding in their beautiful garden area. Working with them was easy and our night was absolutely amazing and went so smooth. There was not one issue, I would recommend this venue to anyone. This was a perfect place to have our ceremony and reception! Mark and Karen were very helpful and informative throughout the planning process. Our wedding day was amazing! The Manor House was lovely and a great place to get ready, take photos and relax before the ceremony. My son and his husband got married at La Luna over the weekend and the guess can't stop raving about the event. Karen and Mark were so very helpful through the whole process . I highly recommend La Luna the staff was so very attentive and helpful . My daughter's zipper ripped before the ceremony and they were able to get us needle and thread for it to be repaired . La Luna is very LGBTQ friendly !!

Mark and Karen are amazingly wonderful! After searching different venue's, my husband and I knew immediately that La Luna was the place we wanted to be married at. Karen is so sweet, kind and helpful to all of our needs! I def. reccomend this beautiful venue to anyone who is searching for their dream wedding! We had a beautiful outside ceremony with beautiful spring weather! It was perfect! We stayed in the Manor House next door and it was beautiful! So convenient to stay and get ready without rushing around! It is nice and big for all to get ready and take beautiful pictures. The food and the venue is wonderful, along with the exotic icecream pie station which was a big hit! The VIP room was amazing, I hear from some other people at some venues on how they say they weren't able to eat at their coctail hr. But, Karen maked sure that we all still ate in our private room and had all of our drinks. She even helped with my bussle and all of my needs. She is very caring. We had an excellent experience with the owners of La Luna, they were hands on and explain everything, step by step, their website is clear and easy to follow. Due to COVID, we had to make some changes. We had a garden ceremony and use the patio for the reception, although we ended up inside when the sun went down. What I really liked and it made things easier was including the florist and cake with the pricing. The florist and bakery are local to Bensalem and were a pleasure to work with!

The venue spaces are gorgeous, made for great pictures, and the included house time was invaluable to making getting readier easier. The food options were varied and delicious, the packages offered are reasonably priced, and the included floral and cake arrangements made planning less stressful. Mark and Karen made planning a wedding in 4 months like a breeze and the frequent check-ins to make sure every single detail of our vision was executed were so helpful! At the end of the night, the staff had packed us all up, including our wedding food, and sent us off to our honeymoon worry-free! We really can't gush enough about how amazing La Luna was and highly recommend them for couples looking for an all-inclusive but still highly customizable wedding experience!

My husband and I got married on November 17 and the experience throughout the entire reception was absolutely amazing. We did not get married at the sight, but we did use the side mansion which was beautiful and extremely convenient for the bridal party if there is a gap from the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. The inside and out looked beautiful for pictures which was also a huge plus. The cocktail hour was wonderful, my guests raved at how the food was delicious and how the appetizers came out fast, hot, and kept coming throughout the entire hour. The reception was beautiful. The drinks were strong and delicious. The music from the DJ provided to us was on point, the dance floor was packed the entire night! Everyone had an amazing time and I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding night with all of my family and friends. For those about to plan, please read this!La Luna provides wonderful vendors, from the floral arrangements, to the DJ, & also the bakery for the cake. But take notice! I booked the venue with Karen who was extremely patient and helpful. For all of the other meetings and planning, we dealt with Mark. From all of the last minute planning that comes from a wedding, Mark can be really frustrating and come off as rude if you have a recommendation or anything that isn’t what he is used to. He had to check with Karen a few times about things during our meetings and Karen must have told him everything was fine and after that, he was on board. Be patient with him because there will be some moments where his attitude and dirty looks will make you angry. If possible, request Karen for the meetings and I know they will run smoothly. Also- I believe La Luna must have had some bad experiences with guests in the past, which definitely happens, but the day of my wedding they told me someone who wasn’t on their paperwork came to the wedding and I double/triple checked everything and they were incorrect. It’s almost as if they study your guest list and check the seating arrangements several times to try and catch you in possibly screwing them over. Is that what happened? Absolutely not, but that did tick me Off. My experience getting married and having fun was awesome, the venue is beautiful too.. just beware of those things mentioned!!

Everything was how I pictured it! From planning to the wedding day everything was easy with Mark and Karen. They answered all my questions. We used the house before with my bridal party and it was awesome. We were all relaxed and everyone got ready there. We had our ceremony in the garden, that morning it started to rain however Karen knew I wanted it outside so we waited as long as we could to make the decision. Which I'm glad we did because I got my outside wedding. The reception was so much fun. Food was good! Our DJ was Pete and he did his job and make sure everyone was dancing. 2 years later and people still tell me how much fun my wedding was, how good the food was and it was a great night. I can not say enough things about La Luna! I loved my wedding and if you choose them you will too!

Many of our guests complimented the food which was delicious ( seriously try the raviolis with Alfredo sauce). Having the manor house for the bridal party to get ready In was a huge plus and also being able to spend the night there makes it so relaxing not having to worry about getting home that night. We started our day in the Ellerslie Manor House, which was breathtaking! It housed our entire bridal party with ease. The Historic Mansion offered numerous beautiful backdrops for picture taking and allowed everyone plenty of room to get ready in! We had an indoor ceremony, followed by the reception. It was so cozy and I'm enjoy myself there alone. Then as I walked down the aisle the set was beautiful after the ceremony was the reception and it was beautiful I have no complaints my friends and family loved the cocktail hour the food was delicious. Mark and Karen are the best to work with and I seriously didn't have to worry they had it all under control and made my night 1 to truly remember. Mark and Karen were absolutely wonderful to work with when planning our wedding. My wife and I planned our wedding in 6 months so with a tight timeline we had a lot to accomplish. Mark was very thorough with making sure we had thought about everything for our wedding day and Karen's gift of attention to detail made the day of our wedding absolutely beautiful! It is a beautiful property and establishment. Karen and Mark love what they do and you can tell by the way they are with the couples and also the way they help plan your big day. Also very professional. I have recommended La Luna to quite a few people already, you won't be disappointed. If you can utilize the Manor House with your wedding planning I highly recommend it too. The pictures from the Manor House were amazing. We stayed at the house and woke up on our wedding day ready to enjoy the big day. Whether you were stopping by, getting ready or doing hair and makeup it was all easily done at the Manor House, it is spacious! Karen and Mark helped ease the stress of your wedding day by helping so much in the planning process and communication. It is also very affordable.

Mark and Karen were absolutely wonderful to work with when planning our wedding. My wife and I planned our wedding in 6 months so with a tight timeline we had a lot to accomplish. Mark was very thorough with making sure we had thought about everything for our wedding day and Karen's gift of attention to detail made the day of our wedding absolutely beautiful! It is a beautiful property and establishment. Karen and Mark love what they do and you can tell by the way they are with the couples and also the way they help plan your big day. Also very professional. I have recommended La Luna to quite a few people already, you won't be disappointed. If you can utilize the Manor House with your wedding planning I highly recommend it too. The pictures from the Manor House were amazing. We stayed at the house and woke up on our wedding day ready to enjoy the big day. Whether you were stopping by, getting ready or doing hair and makeup it was all easily done at the Manor House, it is spacious! Karen and Mark helped ease the stress of your wedding day by helping so much in the planning process and communication. It is also very affordable.

Mark, Karen, and the rest of the La Luna staff were absolutely amazing! They were warm and welcoming from the beginning, flexible with every detail, and extremely accommodating to all requests. They literally created my vision and I cannot be more thankful. Every single thing we wanted, imagined, and hoped for came true that day and I have Mark and Karen to thank for it. The two of them are such a dynamic duo. They were organized, thorough and more helpful than I could have ever wished for when planning the most exciting, but stressful time in my life. As it got closer, we had spent so much time there, and had so many phone calls and emails leading up to the day and both Mark and Karen were patient, pleasant, and always willing to accept whatever we had to share. We actually miss Mark and Karen now that our wedding is over and I would recommend this venue and this amazing couple to literally everyone getting married. I guarantee you, you will NOT be let down. La Luna is five stars, perfection, 100%, A+... everything flawless. Thank you for making the most memorable time of our lives so enjoyable for not only us, but our family and friends.

La Luna is also affordable and the food is amazing along with friendly staff. Everything was clean and organized. We would get married there again if we could. I am so glad we chose La Luna Banquet Hall to host our wedding on 3-11-17. It was important for me to find the perfect place to have our ceremony as well as our reception at the same location. It snowed the day before our wedding so our ceremony was inside and the ceremony space was decorated beautifully, and it was separated from the reception set up. They also have beautiful outdoor ceremony sites as well. I feel our guests appeciated the convenience of it all happening at one location, but more importantly it made our day less stressful as well. I also took advantage of using the house on location to get ready at which was awesome because our hair and make up was done on location. That was a total time saver in my opinion and made for a more relaxing experience. Our family and bridal party gathered there before the ceremony which was especially convenient. Karen was a pleasure to work with and made sure that my vision was executed just as I had imagined. Everyone had a great time and raved about how delicious the food was. We were very satisfied with the service and quality that La Luna provided us.

If you are looking for a wedding venue... STOP LOOKING!!! Marc and Karen are two of the most wonderful people you will ever meet. The venue is beautiful and they go above and beyond with every detail. The food is delicious!!! Kimberly and her entire waitstaff are polite and attentive. All the vendors they work with (DJ, Florist, Bakery, etc) are top notch!!! Did I mention that they are affordable?!?!? I can not thank them enough... they really made our dream wedding a reality. From our first meeting at La Luna, they were absolutely incredible and professional. We loved their facility and what they had to offer but we especially loved how much they cared and were wiling to go above and beyond for our wedding. And boy did they do just that!!Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. Mark and Karen facilitated the event with such ease and charisma that we didn't feel any stres at all. We still have guests raving about the food and decor to us even a few weeks after our big day.We had numerous meetings with them prior to our wedding to insure we were all on the same page. They answered our emails quickly and thoroughly. We never felt like we were annoying them. They loved hearing our ideas and planning how to make them real. And they did it!!Karen knocked the decorative side of the wedding out of the park. She added all of our special touches right down to the smallest detail. She gave us a sneak peak right before the reception began and it took our breath away and gave us chills!! She listened to everything we had said and brought it all to life. Incredible!! She always had a huge smile on her face and was so excited for our event as if she were a family member!! We cannot say enough positive things about La Luna. The food, venue, professionalism and beyond were just amazing. We cannot recommend La Luna enough!! You will be so pleased with your choice. We sure were!! We want to be invited to a wedding there so that we can enjoy all they have to offer again!!! Also, most people say that they didn't get a chance to eat at their wedding. Well, La Luna has all of your hors d'oeuvres in the Wedding Party suite as you return from the ceremony as well as a drink for everyone that they have previously ordered. I mean- what an amazing touch. Not to mention our incredible dinner!!! Also, a shout out to our amazing DJ- Pete!! He was affiliated with the venue and absolutely incredible!!! We had guests with high expectations and he hit it out of the park!! Seriously so amazing and caring. I have nothing but great things to say about La Luna, Mark, Karen, and staff! The bartenders were great and there were no long lines waiting at the bar.The food was beyond awesome. I wish they were open for dinner every night! I had multiple guests come to me and say how delish the food was, the venue was gorgeous, and that the music and DJ rocked!The in house DJ, Pete Casiello, delivered on my high expectations of a full dance floor. He is down to earth, easy to talk to, and brought high energy to the reception. He was able to keep my dance floor full just as I had wanted. He played an awesome variety of songs that went well together and there was something for everyone. I was extremely nervous using an in house DJ but I was pleasantly surprised with everything he did. Karen and staff made sure that me and my new husband sat down and ate. They brought us drinks and appetizers and made sure we did not need anything. We were even allowed to take our leftovers home! Mark and Karen made everything easy and would not let me stress out over anything. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone. This is one place where you will find quality and quantity! I am glad that we booked our reception with La Luna!

I can with all honesty say, anytime I spoke with Mark or Karen, whether in person, email or phone call, I would completely forget about what was stressing me and I was put at ease. They never once treated us like \"just a customer\" but rather like we and our wedding was their one and only main concern, even though I know they have their hands full!! Lol. What truly touched my heart was on my wedding day when they took it upon themselves to add some personal touches to our wedding ceremony that truly reflected us. And of course, the reception hall, far beyond my expectations!!!! Words can never describe how truly grateful we are for the amazing experience with La Luna. We will miss Mark and Karen very much. The staff at La Luna was so friendly and welcoming; they were always available to answer any of our questions. The venue is very well decorated; it gives a sophisticated but yet homey feel to the place. I loved that the staff did such an awesome job setting everything up and being awesome about everything. Here are my thoughts on La Luna in retrospect: Choosing the right wedding venue is one of the most important decisions to make for a wedding. \"How will the food be here?\" \"What will my guests think of this place?\" \"Can I trust the venue with my money?\" The answers are DELICIOUS! FANTASTIC! And YES! No matter how much experience I have in all areas of my life, the role of a bride was a first for me. Naturally my husband and I were very nervous about booking a venue that would hold our 200 + guests, because we wanted it to be perfect. La Luna gave us perfection! Their food, DJ, outdoor garden area, etc. it all made for a fairytale wedding. In fact the entire weekend was memorable. I stayed in their Manor house the night before (with a bridesmaid) and the night of (with my new husband). Makeup artists and hair stylists came to me on the morning of. I just relaxed and got pampered. I would recommend this venue to everyone. My family and I can't wait to have another event here. Karen and Mark are husband and wife who run the venue. They are a great team and keep a tight ship. I feel like I'm part of their family now!

Where to being... our April 30, 2016 wedding at La Luna was simply perfect. Mark & Karen were both very helpful and accommodating as we planned our big day. We started planning 2 years in advance. From day one, Mark & Karen were open to answering my many questions and addressing all of my concerns. The day of, my stress was kept a minimum due to the quality of their service. If anything went wrong that day, I had no idea! We wouldn't have wanted our wedding reception anywhere else.

Mark was very accommodating in the planning of our reception. We had moved to South Carolina and he made the planning very easy and convenient through email and phone calls. Mark is very detail-oriented and it shows come reception time. Everything was flawless and the staff did a wonderful job. The food was delicious. We received many compliments about both dinner and the hors d'oeuvres. I am so glad we chose La Luna. Although we did not stay at the manor house, we got to walk through it a couple times and would definitely recommend others to check it out. Everything was perfect!

Mark was very accommodating in the planning of our reception. We had moved to South Carolina and he made the planning very easy and convenient through email and phone calls. Mark is very detail-oriented and it shows come reception time. Everything was flawless and the staff did a wonderful job. The food was delicious. We received many compliments about both dinner and the hors d'oeuvres. I am so glad we chose La Luna. Although we did not stay at the manor house, we got to walk through it a couple times and would definitely recommend others to check it out. Everything was perfect!

We were married at La Luna Banquet Hall on August 9, 2014. Mark and Karen, owners, were accommodating and easy to work with every step of the way leading up to our wedding. They were involved in every detail and made everything go smoothly. We were looking for a personal experience and were very pleased with La Luna. Our day was beautiful. We included many DIY items and wanted many of our own décor pieces included. Karen took the time to sit with me to go over each item and what our ideas were for each. She set up all items beautifully and exactly how we wanted. We were very happy with our day overall in relation to the venue, save for one complaint: leading up to the wedding day, when planning the catering and alcohol, we stressed that we come from Irish and Italian families that would be enjoying quite a few drinks at the wedding. We wanted to be sure that with the included open bar that there would be enough of what we needed. We inquired about what exactly is included and how much and were told that the venue does this often and knows how much to get. We asked if we could pay extra for additional drinks and an additional bartender as we thought two would not be enough. Again, we were told that they had done this before and knew what to do. At the start of the cocktail hour, the line to the bar was out the door and guests had to wait quite a while for drinks with only two bartenders. After a little while (not the end of the reception, still plenty of time left), the hall was about to run out of beer. They had to go out to get more and the bartenders were told to \"slow down\" service so that they did not completely run out before they returned with more. An additional side table had to be set up in the hallway, outside of the reception area, for the owners to themselves serve beer to reduce the line of people. This was very stressful and upsetting, particularly because we stressed many times that we would need more alcohol and bartenders than the typical wedding and offered to pay an additional fee. Otherwise, we were very happy. This one area was very disappointing.

My now wife and I were planning the wedding ourselves, and La Luna made the experience so easy that it blew away our expectations! This place is absolutely beautiful; Mark & Karen are one in a million and are truly involved to the end. They take the worry and practically the work out of your hands and set nearly everything up like almost like a wedding one stop shop from the decorations, cake to the DJ, & ceremony etc! The atmosphere is unique and had the character that many other places didn’t. They make you feel like a guest and not like a customer and our friends and family loved the event in every way imaginable, in fact we had non-stop compliments the whole night as well as to this day. We can’t speak highly enough of La Luna and the staff.

I truly could not have asked for a better wedding day at La Luna. Every detail was attended to with such care and grace. The whole journey of planning to the day of was an absolute joy with Karen and Mark (the owners). The food was great and was tailored to our vegetarian/creative ideas. Ambiance and lighting worked perfectly for photos and chic atmosphere. The florist and DJ they suggested were wonderful. \r\rWhen it looked like it was going to rain on our big day Karen decorated and set up inside AND outside to put our minds at ease. When we did end up switching to inside the decorations were magical! She added some of their own to the ones we had outside and it was just PERFECT. \r\rThey really know what they're doing here. Champagne toast went seamlessly. Guests were happy and taken care of. Bridal suite was spacious, well furnished, and posh. \r\rEach special touch that I wanted in my wedding - they accommodated. Such as - allowing my akita to be our ring bearer, setting up a large birdcage/bicycle on the gift table for cards, a photo guestbook area, a discrete candle adorned memory table for past loved ones, upgrades to hydrangeas in the centerpieces, special champagne for the bride a groom...\r\rEvery detail was respected and incorporated. \r\rI would recommend this venue and working with Karen and Mark to any bride. \r\rPrice was GREAT. Easy location to get to. Wonderful people. \r\r

Mark and Karen were not only accomodating and helpful, but made you feel confident that everything would turn out perfect - which it did! Their attention to every detail that you don't even think about was so helpful. The hall was gorgeous. The wait staff were all polite and not too busy to help with any request. The food was absolutely fantastic. More than anyone could eat and so delicious. We used one of their D.J.'s who my daughter and her groom loved. He worked with them to give them the night they wanted. At the end of the night Mark and Karen made sure that in the hub-bub of everyone leaving and the limo whisking the bride, groom, and bridal party away that nothing was forgotten. This place is a restaurant, dance studio, exercise class for zumba, and jazzersize. It is beautiful, and competitive prices. My husband and I only received two lessons and were able to practice at home. Usually the average couple with no prior dance experience may need about 4-6 lessons. They range from $65 per lesson and up. I have prior dance background and he has really good rhythm, plus our teacher was great. We did the 1 hour private lesson. We had a choreographed dance that the guests fell in love with. Its also an awesome part of the wedding video. Highly recommend it. The two step is prom not wedding. Do it up!!!

I do not even know where to begin raving about La Luna! From love at first sight, to easy planning and expert service you cannot go wrong in choosing La Luna for your wedding day! Meeting with Mark was a pleasure he is very personable and makes the hall tour enjoyable without being pushy at all. We fell in love with the decor and space it truly is a beautiful hall, it is unique and modern. Once we booked Mark gave us a clear game plan of what to expect and timelines for everything. The prices are amazing and you receive great value for your money. You will swear you are paying a lot more per head once you see the final result, it is amazing! The food was delicious and everyone loved it. We did the ceremony there, used their DJ service (Pete was awesome!) used their bakery (I had an amazing custom zombie cake made thank you Hornbergers!!!) and floral services were provided. I feel like I hardly did anything to pull off a great party! I worked with Karen the day of the wedding and she is to die for! She treated us so good and she made me feel like we had known each other for years! All in all I cannot say enough great things about La Luna, they will make your wedding dreams come true!

La Luna's facility serves as both a dance hall and a wedding hall, but when it is decorated for a wedding, one could never tell. It was so beautiful, I couldn't believe it. The owners went above and beyond in the decorating by adding rose petals to the tables and small candles everywhere. It really added to the atmosphere. Also, the dance floor was huge, which was great because my family loves to dance. The only setback for the night was that my cake topper was not placed on the cake properly by the hall, and it fell and broke. I had looked for the topper a long time and was upset, but the owners bought a couple of replacements for me to choose from. At the end of the day, I didn't care because that was the only thing that went wrong and it was so minor. \rLa Luna has a pretty big bridal party room, which was nice because not only did I have a place to hide for a little bit, they laid out samples of the hors d’oeuvres (I was running around so much, I might have missed them otherwise)! Overall, they were very accommodating. Also, their fees are reasonable for a wedding hall. Much is included in their package including the wedding cake, the centerpieces and a DJ (if you have 200+ guests). I would recommend La Luna to anyone who asked.
