Lairmont Manor is a mansion wedding venue located in Bellingham, WA. With opulent design features and tree-lined grounds, this location is the ideal setting for your dream wedding. Whether you are holding an elaborate party or a small private gathering, the attentive staff is at hand to offer excellent service. Dating from 1914, Lairmont Manor was constructed in an Italian Renaissance architectural style. The building was originally designed as a private residence, where the owners hosted musical, business, and literary events. Today, it is a family-owned listed building that has been restored and preserved to create a stylish and luxurious wedding venue. Up to 200 guests can be accommodated at this venue, with both indoor and outdoor spaces available. If you wish to host your ceremony outside, a spacious marquee can be set up on the west side lawn. You can say ''I do'' in the shade of the majestic Atlas cedar tree, which provides a beautiful backdrop to your wedding photographs. Alternatively, you can choose to hold your event indoors, with the formal dining area and billiards room suitable for gatherings of up to 125 people. Guests can enjoy a refreshing stroll through the fountain garden and the elegant pavilion. Lairmont Manor offers an array of wedding-related services. The on-site venue coordinator will assist you with planning your special celebration. On your wedding day, the event staff can set up the venue to suit your requirements. China, flatware, and event rentals are available from the team. They can share a list of recommended vendors with you, ensuring that you find reliable businesses and services. The event space is available for a twelve-hour period between the hours of 10 am and 10 pm. The venue also provides on-site parking, WiFi, and wheelchair-accessible facilities.

We had our wedding at Lairmont Manor in the summer and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect and magical venue. The staff was very flexible and helped us weeks prior to plan out the wedding exactly how we imagined it. Everything about Lairmont Manor is just absolutely beautiful and stunning. We had our ceremony in the garden and reception under the white tent in front of the house. Couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day! If anyone is looking for a venue with a beautiful location and a timeless and elegant feel Lairmont Manor is definitely the place for the perfect wedding!

We were so happy with our wedding at Lairmont Manor! The venue is beautiful on its own so you don't need to dress it up a lot which saved us a lot in floral costs. It's very versatile with a beautiful inside and an even more stunning outside, our guests loved that you could explore the building and that there was privacy around the venue. They also provide many amenities such as silverware, plateware, av system, a tent, tables, and chairs! Would highly recommend!

We got lots of compliments on the setting of our wedding at Lairmont! The manor itself has gorgeous detail, windows and architecture which made for beautiful photos. The grounds were stunning with trees, tulips, and even an eagle's nest, with an eagle soaring overhead before our ceremony. The staff were communicative, responsive, helpful and kind throughout our process with them. Compared to venues in Seattle, Lairmont was a great price, especially if you book on a weekday or off season. We had to shift our wedding from indoor to outdoor on short notice, and the staff flowed with the change graciously. We will never forget the beautiful experience we had here!

Lairmont Manor itself is incredibly beautiful. The historic house and the gardens are absolutely gorgeous. We picked Lairmont Manor partially because it would not need a lot of decorating beyond our tables. They also provide so much - tables, chairs, tented reception, etc. The other reason we picked them is their team was responsive and helpful from our first look at it to our wedding day. DJ herself is just an absolute joy and wonder to work with, along with everyone else on the staff. Don't hesitate to book - it is truly a dream!

The Lairmont Manor is absolutely stunning. I felt like I was in Bridgerton on my wedding day. It is a very classy venue with gorgeous groundskeeping. The venue was very communicative and I clearly understood what they were able provided to me for my wedding. This is definitely the most gorgeous venue in Bellingham and I highly recommend.

We had our wedding on Monday September 23rd, it was AMAZING! Seriously straight out of a fairytale! The venue is gorgeous and and the staff is so great! We changed the ceremony to inside last minute due to rain, but every single part of that place is amazing and does not disappoint! We had our wedding at the Lairmont Manor in August and it was the best venue we could ask for. The venue itself is charming, romantic and beautiful. The staff went above and beyond and answered all of our questions throughout the process. Their preferred vendor list was extremely helpful as everyone we hired per their recommendation exceeded our expectations. The best part about this venue is that it has everything you need already there and there is a natural flow to this venue which makes for a seamless evening. So thankful for this venue and staff. It was the best day of our lives.

All I can say is BEAUTIFUL. Lairmont Manor was the perfect place for my husband and I to get married and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their staff was extremely helpful and DJ was thorough and very prompt at responding to all of our questions throughout the entire process. Our celebration at the Lairmont Manor was nothing short of a dream. With grounds that are gorgeously maintained, the staff were extremely helpful and provided lots of direction when needed. The venue is easily accessible and provided ease for our caterer, Gusto Wood Fired Pizza ( also to die for ), to roll up with oven smoking and right next to our seating area so our guests wouldn't have to go far for delicious slice. We loved that the Bride & Groom had their own areas so we could remain unseen from each other until it was time to walk. The Groomsman room also made a wonderful area for our photo booth fun for all our guests being right next to the tent and a low-key area for mingling. DJ ( day-of staff ) was proactive when the weather was taking a turn for the worst and made sure our tent as well as ceremony area would be absolutely perfect once the event got rolling; it is magical how knowledgeable she is. Highly recommended and will be keeping this venue in mind for anything and anyone in the future!

If you are looking for a venue that will go above and beyond your expectations, then look no further. My husband and I got married here a couple of weeks ago, and we're still receiving messages about how beautiful the venue was. My favorite comment was, \"I felt like I was at a party in the English countryside!\" The LM team is exceptional- they think of every single detail and there is a lot included with the rental fee which relieves a lot of stress. Throughout the year of planning, I reached out numerous times with random questions, and D.J. always responded promptly and warmly. The day of, Kismet was our onsite coordinator and she was phenomenal as well. In the spirit of full transparency, we were initially torn between two venues but ultimately chose Lairmont because we knew a great day would be guaranteed. We were not wrong, and we're so grateful for them! Thank you, D.J. and Kismet :)

We found the Lairmont after searching for the perfect venue for weeks. Setting up a walk-through was easy and went very smooth. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the people who work there are super friendly.What sold us on the Manor were a number of things.. First, we'd have access to the Manor from 10am to 10pm so we wouldn't have to rush with the set up. The bridal suite was spacious and having a vanity room worked out perfect for the make-up artist and hair dresser. The Manor was completely dedicated to us so we didn't have to worry about strangers walking into our party. They had everything from tables, tents, outdoor heaters (which we ended up not needing), and a groovy dance floor. We were allowed to bring in all our own vendors, food, and alcohol. We ended up going with their in-house caterer (Maria) who was outstanding!Our guest count was around 100 people, but the Manor could easily held more than that. We had our ceremony in the early evening at the beginning of May. The garden was blooming - it was beautiful!

It was truly the most incredible experience working with Lairmont & especially DJ. She's responsive, helpful and a dream partner - we were planning long distance and DJ went above and beyond, sending us detailed emails and floor plans to pictures and videos of the property and setup. I can't thank DJ or the Lairmont staff enough for how easy and wonderful they made our day!

It was truly the most incredible experience working with Lairmont & especially DJ. The Lairmont Manor was such an easy venue to host our wedding. Every employee we worked with was very responsive and eager to help. They allowed us to customize the venue to our liking and were always super flexible with our requests. The ONLY downfall (which is not the fault of the Lairmont) is the ballroom/dance floor was really hot because there is no air conditioning or air flow due to the historic nature of the building. But, it would be a great investment to add an air conditioner. Thank you Lairmont for a lovely wedding venue! Keep up the good work!!!

My husband and myself got married in August of 2016 at this incredible venue. I truly could not have had a more perfect wedding day and wouldn't have changed a single thing. The staff was very helpful and ensured that I didn't have to lift a finger on the day of. The bridal suite was also amazing and I had so much fun hanging out with all of my ladies before the ceremony started. There were also so many different places on the grounds to take photos, we didn't feel the need to leave the grounds at all which made the flow of the day so much more relaxing. Lairmont Manor truly is the entire package when it comes to weddings and I would do it all over and over again. Worth every single penny spent on the wedding of my dreams!

Everyone was helpful and courteous even though there were a few snags working with lairmont manor staff they would work hard in pleasing their clients. The grounds are well kept and absolutely stunning. They are also reasonably priced even though they are getting recognition in popular Seattle bridal magazines. I HIGHLY recommend lairmont manor to any bride on a budget who is looking for a breath taking venue!

Lairmont is really the only place to get married unless you're in Seattle. Thankfully, it is absolutely gorgeous! We had the wedding outside (it was sunny in May!) and the reception following in their white tent and dancing inside afterwards. The staff were patient, helpful, and attentive throughout the day and all our guests loved the location!
