Located in Bomoseen, VT, Lake Bomoseen Lodge is a scenic lakeside venue for weddings and other special events. Lake Bomoseen was more than we could have wished for. The staff go above and beyond. From the food, rooms, wedding planning, and incredible people..our wedding was perfect! Rebecca, Angela, and Zanny (just to name a few) treated us like family …and still do. We live in Virginia and they made planning from afar very easy. Rebecca always kept in touch and got back to us right away to answer any questions we had. Angela and Rebecca make a great team! Professional, always communicating and working together, to make the perfect wedding day for you. We grew so close with Rebecca, we even asked her to officiate our wedding! Zanny is a very talented bar tender who worked with us from day one creating Christmas cocktails and mocktails for our wedding. She even special ordered our favorite wines to have at the wedding! We stayed in the specious Birch cottage on site and were able to have our guests hang out with us days before the wedding. It provided the perfect amount of space to have a bridal party get together upstairs the day of the wedding. We enjoyed our evenings by the bonfire pit just outside the cottage. The staff would bring wood every day and even got the fire started the night of the wedding for when we got back to the cottage! Definitely take them up on the tasting for the wedding! They have INCREDIBLE food! You can taste that they take pride in their menu. The tasting offered a plate of everything they had to choose from. We were stuffed! It was also a really fun evening! We can’t say enough good things about this place. We look forward to coming back as soon as we can to visit. Thank you all again for such a perfect experience.

Lake Bomoseen Lodge was the perfect place to have our wedding. Our coordinator, Angela, is an all star and was extremely responsive to changes in the schedule, rooms shuffles, location changes due to weather; she never missed a beat. She was kind and thorough in our communications and communications with our other vendors, we couldn’t have had a better coordinator. The cocktails were smooth and well balanced, the beer selection was the best of Vermont, and our bartender for the weekend was kind and attentive.The hors d’oeurves and main meals were great, the salmon and the little arancini balls were our favorites. Lastly, the scenery was beautiful: over the lake, the sunsets, the old trees along the lake, the secluded hilltop ceremony site. The trees made a nice shady spot so no one was baking in the summer sun during our lakeside ceremony. We had a thunderstorm move the welcome reception the night before from under the tent to inside, but we lucked out on the day of the wedding with a beautiful sunny day. We cannot recommend Lake Bomoseen Lodge enough. Their professionalism, warm and welcoming staff and over all love of what they do was evident throughout our entire planning process and wedding weekend. The event planning staff, and our coordinator Angela were attentive and helpful. Zanny and the bar staff were just as warm and attentive, and went above and beyond in making our day special. The food was just as amazing as the drinks. We loved the fact that our friends and family could stay on site, and took full advantage of that. We were able to share a weekend of laughs and love, with our friends, family, and the wonderful folks at the Lodge. We would change nothing about our day. The staff made us feel like family, not like another event they had to get through. If I could rate our overall experience as a 10/5 stars, I would.

I cannot recommend Bomoseen Lodge enough for a wedding venue. Great location with onsite lodging. Everything can be done in one place! The staff is great and Rebecca is an incredible coordinator. She goes above and beyond to make sure your day runs smoothly with little stress!

LBL is an incredible venue - we highly recommend to any couple looking for an amazing wedding weekend experience! My fiance and I had not even visited LBL yet when we decided to book last year for our 10/29/23 event. Upon Facetiming with Rebecca, we knew they had what we had been looking for (i.e. affordability, onsite bar/catering, weather backup plans, guest accommodations, stunning location). Right from the get go, our coordinator Angela was so incredibly helpful with answering questions and keeping up with countless emails back and forth in the months leading up to the wedding. Angela was kind, knowledgeable, flexible, attentive, and transparent. She was seriously a lifesaver for me in moments of minor bridal panic! Our wedding weekend was BEYOND what we could have imagined. Our guests were comfortable and many have shared how impressed they were with the event. We had our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner onsite on the second floor of the taproom. Guests then transitioned downstairs for a casual welcome party, later hanging at the fire pit by the lake. My bridal party and I stayed in the Birch cottage the night before the wedding (husband stayed at Maple cottage). Birch was PERFECT for our group of girls and had plenty of space for the stylists who came the next morning. Angela was onsite helping with ceremony/reception setup and came by to check in with me several times on the day of. The weather was overcast and raining on/off - Angela was great at keeping me updated right up until the ceremony to communicate backup options. We were still able to have our ceremony lakeside, but moved it under the tent… still stunning! Cocktail hour easily transitioned to the taproom. Despite the weather, we couldn’t have asked for a better day to celebrate with our loved ones. The staff were all incredible, shuttling us around the property on golf carts and keeping me hidden/dry from the groom before I walked down the aisle! Great food, drinks, epic dance party. We opted out of the catered after party and held our own at the cottage, but the venue has so many options and flexibility to keep the party going! We can’t say enough good things about our experience. Thank you so much 🙂

Lake Bomoseen Lodge and Tap is the absolute best. We worked with Rebecca Field and she is a saint. We did not know where to start, and Rebecca gave us a roadmap of how to select vendors and kept us on track for our wedding. On the actual wedding weekend, Lake Bomoseen and the staff were fantastic. The entire staff knew who we were and each staff member wanted to make sure we were doing well. It was wonderful. The ceremony was on a weekend in October. The views were breath taking. We were able to use the hillside for the ceremony, the lakeside for the rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour, and the lodge for the reception. IT WAS ALL PERFECT! We got to see the mountains in the area, the beautiful lake, and be in the wonderful Lodge area. Because of Rebecca and the wonderful staff, there was ZERO stress on the wedding weekend. Any thing we needed, Lake Bomoseen provided for us. Even things that we did not think we needed! Everything was beautiful. The rooms that the wedding party stayed in were all perfect. The fire pits on the property were amazing and the fall foliage was breath taking. Everywhere we went at Lake Bomoseen was amazing. The added bonus was that we were able to take our puppies with us. They made perfect wedding party members. There are not enough good things to say about Lake Bomoseen Lodge and Taproom. If I could offer any advice, don't walk there, RUN and have your wedding here. You will not be disappointed.

From start to finish, our wedding weekend was perfection thanks to Angela (on site coordinator) and the rest of the LBL staff. Angela was incredible - for 1.5 years leading up to the wedding she answered every email with advice and managed to organize all of our requests - we never had to repeat ourselves or ask any questions twice. From our tiki boat ride, to our welcome party and on our wedding day, Angela kept everything on schedule and created a seamless experience for us and our guests. She allowed us to customize so many aspects of our day and made everything feel so effortless and easy. If the views don’t impress you enough, she will. Angela is a rockstar. In addition to Angela, every employee at the lodge deserves their own shout out (e.g. bartenders, maintenance crew who helped set up our own arbor, servers, gator drivers, etc). Every staff member was kind, caring and kept everything going smoothly. Our guests raved about how much fun they had at LBL and how impressed they were with the staff, and how delicious the food and drinks were. The leaves changing all around the property in autumn were perfection. Having on site accommodations made it easier for the wedding party and guests to hang around all weekend. We couldn’t have had a better experience for our wedding weekend - do yourself a favor and book with the lodge!!!!

Hands down the BEST wedding venue we could have imagined (married 9/22/23). If you’re looking for somewhere that has it all, look no further than Lake Bomoseen Lodge. First off- our coordinator Angela was a literal angel. From the day we toured the venue with her, to our menu tasting, to answering my many email questions, helping accommodate a last-minute hiccup in our plans, and throughout our entire rehearsal and wedding day, she was by our side and was truly irreplaceable. Lake Bomoseen Lodge has thought of everything. A beautiful outdoor ceremony site (of which there are multiple options to choose from), a phenomenal cocktail hour, rustic reception space, fantastic catering/bartending, and late-night pizzas in the taproom. Not to mention there’s on site lodging which made getting ready in the morning and keeping the party going the night of a breeze. The food was great, the customer service over the two years of planning was impeccable, and even the invoicing and payments were beyond easy. The Bomoseen team went above and beyond to let us tailor the day to our exact vision, and the ease of having everything all in one place was a dream. Again, Angela was the reason everything went off without a hitch. And a special shoutout to the lead bartender who worked our event- she was funny, kind, and made us feel like royalty on our wedding day. Our guests still can’t stop raving almost a month later about what an amazing team and venue it was. I would plan another event here in a heartbeat, and we can’t wait to come back and stay on the property again soon.

Over the past 2 years, we have had the pleasure of working with many wonderful people at the lodge. Everyone is so kind, professional and go above and beyond to make their clients happy. Our wedding coordinator, Angela was especially remarkable. Angela answered our many emails and questions quickly and with thoughtful responses, gave us recommendations while sharing her expertise, and truly made our vision come to life. Angela’s organization and calming personality helped everything run smoothly on our wedding day and allowed us to relax and take in the moment. We truly couldn’t have planned our wedding without her! Lake Bomoseen Lodge had everything we wanted in a venue. On site catering, an outdoor lakeside ceremony location, rustic reception space, and most importantly on site lodging for our guests! Our guests loved staying at the venue and we enjoyed having a whole weekend together to celebrate! My family rented the birch cottage for the weekend which allowed us to have a welcome party the night before our wedding, a place for the bridal party to get ready the day of, and a location for a brunch the day after to properly say goodbye to our guests. Our guests kept asking where we found such a beautiful location! Everyone enjoyed the delicious reception food, pizzas from the taproom the night before, our bartender Zanny (who was so sweet and fun), the delicious speciality drinks, and most of all the ability to stay at the lodge the entire weekend!We truly can’t say enough great things about Lake Bomoseen Lodge! Picking the Lake Bomoseen Lodge was the absolute best decision we made when it came to wedding planning. I don't even know where to begin, we were blown away by this wonderful venue and the staff that works there.When we first decided on the lodge as our venue we were living in New Mexico and we were worried it would be difficult to plan a wedding so far away. We were quickly in contact with the lodge's amazing event coordinator, Rebecca Field. Rebecca continued with a constant line of communication throughout the whole process of planning our wedding, always speedy when answering our questions. Rebecca was able to help us plan details we hadn't even considered and she made wedding planning an absolute breeze! From vendor recommendations to helping provide decor suggestions and plan our wedding day schedule, she had an answer to any question we could come up with.On the actual wedding day we were planning to have our wedding ceremony on the hillside site but that morning there were rain storms. Rebecca asked us what we wanted to do and provided several options for the ceremony (inside, tent, or continue with the hillside) and we were very thankful we had those options. Throughout the craziness Rebecca and all the staff were calm and cool, ready to accommodate our requests any way they could! The team did an absolutely wonderful job pivoting plans quickly and efficiently. We ended up continuing with the hillside ceremony where we were blessed with clear skies.Rebecca and the staff helped provide both a wonderful ceremony and reception that our guests raved about (and still do). The food, among countless other things, was amazing! The team aimed at making our day as stress free as possible, we are truly grateful we were able to relax and enjoy every minute of our big day. I don't even know where to begin, we were blown away by this wonderful venue and the staff that works there.When we first decided on the lodge as our venue we were living in New Mexico and we were worried it would be difficult to plan a wedding so far away. We were quickly in contact with the lodge's amazing event coordinator, Rebecca Field. Rebecca continued with a constant line of communication throughout the whole process of planning our wedding, always speedy when answering our questions. Rebecca was able to help us plan details we hadn't even considered and she made wedding planning an absolute breeze! From vendor recommendations to helping provide decor suggestions and plan our wedding day schedule, she had an answer to any question we could come up with.On the actual wedding day we were planning to have our wedding ceremony on the hillside site but that morning there were rain storms. Rebecca asked us what we wanted to do and provided several options for the ceremony (inside, tent, or continue with the hillside) and we were very thankful we had those options. Throughout the craziness Rebecca and all the staff were calm and cool, ready to accommodate our requests any way they could! The team did an absolutely wonderful job pivoting plans quickly and efficiently. We ended up continuing with the hillside ceremony where we were blessed with clear skies.Rebecca and the staff helped provide both a wonderful ceremony and reception that our guests raved about (and still do). The food, among countless other things, was amazing! The team aimed at making our day as stress free as possible, we are truly grateful we were able to relax and enjoy every minute of our big day. Rebecca was our day-of coordinator and she was PHENOMENAL. The little touches she did like make sure we were brought cocktail hour food during photos, picking out the best stouts for me and placing them at our table, etc. The venue, itself, is gorgeous. If you want by the lake, by the mountains, you get it.

We had our wedding here in May with about 70 guests. They told us the minimum guest count was 100, but management said we could lower to 75. Because of this we had a “credit” that they gave us options to choose. We did and our wedding went well but the food was not good. The chicken was very dry and the steak was either undercooked or overcooked. When we left, we were under the impression that we had paid them our balance. A few weeks later, they told us we owed another $1400, after we had given them well over $20,000. When we contested it, they used our prior financial information and took the money from our account without authorization from us, so they essentially stole from us. I would tread very carefully with them, because they obviously have very shady business practices.

Lake Bomoseen Lodge was the perfect place for our wedding weekend. Having access to the lake and its equipment on site made for a nice 'family bonding lake day' the day before the wedding. The day of the wedding, 30 minutes before our ceremony start time a huge storm rolled in pushing our ceremony inside. Rebecca and the folks at the lodge worked quickly and did a tremendous job relocating/setting up our ceremony inside. Having Pine Cottage for the weekend was a huge perk, it was so nice being able to have all our wedding party under 1 roof for the weekend. The food for the rehearsal dinner and reception was phenomenal. Being able to completely customize our menu was great. The only con to lake bomoseen lodge was there is not much lodging onsite, so some of our guest had to stay off site. We got our remaining guest a room block at a hotel in rutland. Service is very scarce and uber was not an option so we provided a shuttle service to and from the hotel block to the lodge.

The staff felt more like family and friends who were helping with our wedding. Our guests could not stop raving about the friendliness of the staff and the taste and portions of food. In terms of the planning, Rebecca was beyond amazing. Not only does she come with the cost of booking the lodge, she is a total pro. She thought of so many things we didn't think of. We opted to not hire a day of coordinator because she was so good at what she does. Although Rebecca and her team technically work for the lodge, they really are working for you. She went above and beyond to make our entire vision come true. She made really important suggestions and kept us on track. She handled any changes with grace and was always there to support us. On the day of our wedding it rained and we had to move the ceremony inside. The ceremony was still gorgeous and Rebecca and her team turned the room during cocktail hour to be absolutely perfect. I would recommend this venue to anybody and hope that we get to return for another wedding! We have already booked another trip back to the lodge for this summer.

Our wedding was essentially a destination wedding for everyone but us and everyone was SO impressed by…well everything. It’s such a beautiful location and the on site lodging made everything super convenient for all of our guests (one of our guests loved it enough that they extended their stay after the wedding to explore). Our ceremony was on their hilltop site but we were still able to use the other ceremony sites and one of their boats for photos throughout the day as well. I loved that they had so many separate spaces for cocktail hour, ceremony, reception, and just exploring between events. Another great thing about Lake Bomoseen is that they do catering in house and their food is TO DIE FOR! Our guests were ravening about how delicious everything was. We were also very impressed with how they handled allergies; we had a number of guests with gluten and/or dairy allergies and they worked with us and each guest to ensure that they had delicious, safe meals. They also have two amazing site coordinators who we couldn’t recommend more. We worked with Angela and she made everything such a dream. She worked with us ahead of the day answering any question we had to throw at her and giving us recommendations for vendors when we were trying to narrow things down. On the day of, she seemed to be everywhere putting together tables, bringing lunch to our getting ready room, and helping to cart guests around the property. We really can’t say enough good things about this venue and particularly about Angela!

We just had our wedding here last week and absolutely everything was perfection. Every single staff member at the lodge - from the people who checked us in, the person who captained the Tiki boat, the people driving us around in 4 x 4s, the bartenders and wait staff - were SO kind and so professional. Every single person who was at the Lodge during my wedding weekend made me feel like my event was the most important thing going on at the moment, and went well above and beyond expectations. Rebecca, my event coordinator, handled every single behind-the-scenes detail for me in such an efficient manner. This was a destination wedding for us, so I was a little nervous planning a wedding from so far away, but Rebecca made it the easiest process in the world. She made sure to stay in contact with me throughout the planning process and answered my seemingly never-ending questions with thoughtful responses. During the wedding weekend, she made sure we could move our ceremony inside last minute due to rain, and made the reception space look better than I could have ever imagined. The food and cocktails were also very delicious! In addition to the wedding, we did pizzas from the taproom the night before and brunch there the day after and everyone complimented the food. I really can't say enough nice things about the place!

This is a hidden gem in VT, truly the best wedding venue around. First of all, Rebecca, the coordinator and behind the scenes queen, is such an asset to this venue. Rebecca was extremely helpful in ensuring everything ran smoothly day off. She was quick to respond to emails, calls, you name it. Rebecca- if you’re reading this, thank you!! Next, let’s talk about the delicious food. LBL’s food is next level, and at a super reasonable price. Cocktail hour featured some of the best apps around. Their wait staff and bartenders are awesome and so friendly. Everyone honestly deserves a raise!! And what’s better than your guests staying on site? The lodging is affordable and updated, so everyone was comfortable all weekend. I cannot sing Lake Bomoseen’s praises enough. It was the best wedding decision we made (besides getting married, of course)!

Let me start by saying that the staff at this venue went above and beyond to make our day perfect. And when I say perfect, I mean everything went smoothly from the beginning of our arrival Friday night to our checkout Sunday morning. Rebecca the event coordinator is amazing at her job. She’s organized, she’s a great communicator, and she made our entire experience stress free. We also stayed here for 2 nights and the rooms are so cute. The amount of rooms provided here and the different options such as a room, condo etc. make this venue great for destination wedding. Everything you need is at 1 location, if that’s what your looking for the lodge has it. On top of the great rooms, views of the lake are to die for. They have multiple options for ceremony locations all with amazing views of the lake. They also have options such as kayaking, boating, and renting the tiki boat on the lake if your looking for something to do, or for your guests to do. Last, the food here is delicious. They have plenty of options to choose from not only for dinner at the reception but cocktail hour and even rehearsal dinner which we did at the lodge as well. Extremely accommodating for people with food allergies/restrictions. Overall, this place exceeded any expectations and truly made my husband and I and our families feel extremely welcomed on a very important day of our lives.

My husband and I wanted a whimsical woodland wedding, but all we could find were barns, barns, barns (we really did not want a barn wedding). Between the hilltop ceremony location and the warm wooded hall, we were able to achieve our exact vision. What was even more amazing though, was the process to get to our perfect wedding. The Bomoseen coordinators you are paired with are some of the kindness, most professional, and knowledgeable people in the service industry I have met (in fact all the staff was). The tastings they host are super fun, their vendors lists are extremely helpful, and again those coordinators really keep you sane through everything. Wedding planning is emotional and stressful, but this venue did everything in their power to make it as easy as possible. I could write a novel if I wanted, but I think you need to go to the venue yourself and see just how great it is, because it really is a gem.

Wedding Date 06-08-2022
We just had our daughters wedding at Lake Bomoseen Lodge! August 6th 2022. Some family and friends arrived on Thursday. We arrived on Friday at 11:00! Got the main reception area well on its way on decorations only because there wasn’t a wedding on Friday! Otherwise we would have gotten in at 9:00 am to get a table decorated so the coordinator and staff could finish! Got to our church for rehearsal for 4:00! Back to the 2nd floor rehearsal dinner for 6-8! Decorated by the parents and friends of the groom. Moved in to the lawn/lake frontage for a fire pit/games/hotdogs and s’mores. Had a keg and wine BYOB supplied by us! Maybe 70 ppl 8-10 Our own speakers with selected music ending curfew for 10:00. We rented the Birch Cottage for Brides parents/sister and bride and a air mattress upstairs in a private nook and our niece in on a double very comfortable futon! Very nice for coffee and toasted bagels in the morning, plus the office is super nice for breakfast goodies! Their were 9 of us ladies having makeup and hair done as well as Dad and a boyfriend hangin out on the front porch….walking the dog and time to drive into Rutland for a 12 passenger van to transport us to the church and back! All went so well! Photographers showed up and the florist for all the fixins! Delighted to have great weather for a under the tent cocktail hour and half. Out of this world appetizers and signature drinks!! 3 large tables with 3 tall cocktail tables! Beautiful view of the lake and lawn area. Awaited the pontoon boat to return with our newlyweds for pictures with families on the lawn and to take it all in! Older guests escorted to the main lodge reception venue and then other guests to follow. Carts/drivers available if needed to cross the road to the venue! Reception venue is in a beautiful classy rustic room/hall with 3 rod iron chandeliers with perfect amount of lighting! Staff very accommodating and helpful with calm demeanors and easy going efficient serving and clean up! Everything flowed! Our coordinator was very supportive and complemented a well organized event! Much appreciated! Many moving parts!! The food was superb! Everyone loved their meal, the venue, the service and their stay at Bomoseen. We were very happy with most everything! The little things we took care of and a few other things we asked for help. We got help! This venue offers so much if you want it! We danced til 11:00 and had an after party til 1:30 am with pizza! It’s a party that lasted! 🤍

I am so glad that we decided to go with Lake Bomoseen Lodge for our wedding weekend!! We had always dreamed of having an experience where all of our family and friends could stay on property, affordably, and we could enjoy the entire weekend together! We booked our wedding back in November 2020(we planned for a long engagement), with Arden, however she ended up moving on, and Rebecca too over, and it was a seamless transition! Rebecca and the rest of the LBL team were amazing throughout the entire process, and we could not be happier! Being someone who works in the industry, I know all that goes on behind the scenes, and they nailed it all. They were responsive and attentive, and all could see that. From the initial planning, day of coordination, working with us on our first look , (shout out to Will for our buggie rides up and down!), keeping us on schedule and making us feel so important all day long!Probably our favorite part was being able to be married out on the private island! I mean how many times can your guest have that experience of taking a boat to the ceremony?! All of our guests thought it was so cool, and loved the experience just as much as we did! Plus, you end up with some awesome photos!!! I cannot recommend this place more!!

I cannot say enough good things about Lake Bomoseen Lodge!Everything was absolutely stunning! The guests really loved everything that mades us fall in love with the place. We loved that everyone was together, but not too close, that the food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the views were stunning! So many guests said they'd be back on vacation! We know we plan to go back yearly at the very least!Planning a wedding at Lake Bomoseen Lodge was the best! I couldn't have imagined having it anywhere else. The lakeside ceremony was absolutely stunning! The reception floor is just breathtaking! Rebecca worked with me and about a billion emails to make this weekend the most special weekend ever. Her communication and help is so greatly appreciated! She even hand delivered the bridal party apps during photos!!Catherine was our day of coordinator who made my wedding dreams come true! I can't say enough how much she helped to bring our wedding vision to life and then make it Pinterest worthy! She was such a calming presence who had the job of a superhero! Lucy at the front desk is also a pro! She graciously handled many (many) phone calls from myself and all of our guests. Lucy was so kind and helped immensely!Lake Bomoseen Lodge made not just our wedding spectacular, but the entire long weekend! This place is beyond special to us and we already can't wait to go back!

The food was wonderful and the houses we rented were perfect. Taylor and her staff truly exceeded expectations and definitely made our wedding smooth and fun. From the first contact, the tour, the tasting process, and the weeks leading up to the weekend, Taylor was always in touch and flexible, and went above and beyond when helping us decorate the space for the big day. This place is amazing I don’t have any negatives. We looked for a Vermont location for awhile and The Lodge offered everything at a very affordable price. Their catering is sooo good. The appetizers during cocktail hour were incredible. I planned my own wedding and it was so nice to have everything offered by the same company. We had guests stay at the lodge, food, drinks, a cool ceremony site (on an island with boat rides!) and a brand new event hall. Also Taylor who was our contact person was so helpful and she was there for our wedding to help make sure everything went smoothly. It was an ideal location with a really professional staff who helped make the day perfect. I can’t think of any negatives.

I absolutely loved having our wedding at the Lake Bomoseen Lodge! The lake is gorgeous, and all of the accommodations and Tap Room have been recently renovated. The style is rustic chic, with a relaxing lake vacation vibe. I personally loved that we could rent out the big house on the property for the weekend of our wedding. It was amazing to have my family and bridal party all in one place, which was especially helpful when everyone was getting ready together before the ceremony. It was also great that I didn't have to rent a limo to get to my ceremony or reception space; it was all available at the same setting! Our guests loved that they could also stay in one of the rooms or cottages on the property. They raved about how nice the rooms were, and that it also felt like a mini vacation for them, as they were able to take advantage of the resort's amenities, including kayaking, swimming, and boat rides. I can't say enough about how great the staff at the Lodge is! I worked with Taylor as my wedding coordinator—she was friendly, organized, and very professional. In the planning stages, whenever I had a question, she would immediately return my email or phone call. The weekend of my wedding, she was excellent at keeping events moving and making sure things went smoothly. The wait staff and bartenders were friendly, fun, and accommodating for all of my guests. I had a cocktail reception, and the chef made up an incredible menu of passed apps and table spreads of cheese, meats, dips, etc., that all of my guest with a variety of dietary needs and preferences enjoyed. The staff was also so helpful with setting up the venue space and coordinating with outside vendors, such as linens, DJ, and dessert caterers. My husband and I highly recommend the Lake Bomoseen Lodge for your wedding. The beautiful venue, accommodations, and top quality staff will make your wedding day something that you and your guest will love and never forget!

We loved working with Arden and Taylor, they helped make our special day a wonderful memory that will last a lifetime. The place is gorgeous and has everything right at your fingertips! The ceremony space (we were lakeside) was absolutely stunning, a quick walk across the road to cocktail hour, and then we headed upstairs (there is a handicap entrance as well!) to the gorgeous loft space for our reception. The food from cocktail hour, seated dinner and our late-night pizza after the reception in the taproom was PHENOMENAL! Large portions as well! If the space itself wasn’t enough, the staff is incredible and friendly (and checks in with you throughout the day and night to be sure everything is going smoothly!), The on site event planner, Arden is THE BEST YOU CAN GET! Throughout the entire year of planning she was right beside us answering all of our questions and suggesting places to make improvements... she sat with our Justice of the Peace to ensure he had the ceremony just right. Anything a bride could worry about she completely took care of we’ll beyond any expectations I had. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wanted a beautiful day to be filled with all the right details AND be as stressfree as a wedding could possibly be. 5 stars to everyone at LBL!

The place is gorgeous and has everything right at your fingertips! The ceremony space (we were lakeside) was absolutely stunning, a quick walk across the road to cocktail hour, and then we headed upstairs (there is a handicap entrance as well!) to the gorgeous loft space for our reception. The food from cocktail hour, seated dinner and our late-night pizza after the reception in the taproom was PHENOMENAL! Large portions as well! If the space itself wasn’t enough, the staff is incredible and friendly (and checks in with you throughout the day and night to be sure everything is going smoothly!), The on site event planner, Arden is THE BEST YOU CAN GET! Throughout the entire year of planning she was right beside us answering all of our questions and suggesting places to make improvements... she sat with our Justice of the Peace to ensure he had the ceremony just right. Anything a bride could worry about she completely took care of we’ll beyond any expectations I had. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wanted a beautiful day to be filled with all the right details AND be as stressfree as a wedding could possibly be. 5 stars to everyone at LBL!

We had a wonderful experience at our wedding there this past August. Arden the wedding coordinator went above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly ( she bustled my dress, found a babysitter for the flower girl when the original fell through, offered so much helpful advice regarding set up and at our rehearsal). The rooms and cottages were gorgeous! The chef was AMAZING and we got so many compliments on the food. We look forward to making more memories at Lake Bomoseen lodge!

We found Lake Bomoseen Lodge after a long search for an affordable New England area venue for our destination wedding, and we could not be more thrilled! Not only is the lake and the accompanying property beautiful the staff are so incredibly helpful and accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with everyone at the property but there are a couple of key people at the venue who went above and beyond for us. Chef Ken handled everything from the rehearsal dinner, to the cocktail hour, to the reception meals and all of the food was amazing. He was so flexible and made sure we got exactly the items we wanted. We received countless compliments on not only the quality of the food but also the generous portions!The wedding coordinator Arden truly is a lifesaver! She answered all of my (many) questions and worked tirelessly with the rest of the staff to make sure that every detail of our day was perfect. She handled everything from making sure our guests rooms were organized and ready, to arranging our centerpieces, to bringing our gifts to our suite at the end of the night. She is there to help you every step of the way with a smile, she truly is an incredible asset to your wedding!We wanted a cozy, beautiful, low stress wedding with our closest family and friends and that is exactly what we got. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and its staff, I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you again so much to everyone who had a hand in making our day so perfect!
