A lake-side Colonnade with tall Column at the end of a long sidewalk lined with roses? The perfect, outdoor Amphitheatre overlooking the Lake and mountains? Lake Junaluska has what you need to make that dream a reality. We would love the chance to speak with you and help you choose the perfect venue for your wedding. Lake Junaluska is nestled in the Great Smoky Mountains and offers a beautiful 200-acre lake with a spectacular mountainous background. Whether you choose our Chapel set on the lakeside, the Colonnade or any of our other wedding ceremony venues, the picturesque venues are sure to make your fairy-tale dreams come true. Lake Junaluska, with its picturesque backdrops, also provides a beautiful place for bridal portraits. Arrangements for bridal portraits may be made with the Wedding Coordinator, some with a small fee. For your convenience, Lake Junaluska would love to reserve rooms for your family and friends to stay with us while in town to celebrate your special day. We also offer packages to local attractions, such as the Biltmore House, for those guests who would like to spend a few days in the area. We offer packages to places such as the Biltmore House, Nantahala Outdoor Center and Cataloochee Ski Area. We had a very beautiful and affordable wedding at Lake Junaluska's Memorial Chapel (ceremony) and Harrell Center Auditorium (reception) in April. Our coordinator, Kelley, was wonderful. She anticipated our needs and helped us figure out the venue's offerings that would work the best for us. The staff also was very professional and helped the day run smoothly!

We couldn't have found a more beautiful place to have the wedding. Terri, the wedding coordinator was very helpful in planning and making sure everything came together the way Jessica wanted. She even worked on her day off to help with \"prom patrol\"!

In October 2010, we had our wedding ceremony at the Colonnade at Lake Junaluska. (We had our reception elsewhere.) We wanted a beautiful setting for a small and simple wedding that would not be out of our very modest budget. The Colonnade at Lake Junaluska exceeded my expectations.\r\rThe wedding coordinator, Terri Cutshaw, is extremely helpful. She was quick to answer all questions and get us anything that was needed. We were able to reserve the spot and sign the contract without any worries or problems. \r\rYou're allowed to do anything to the site as long as it's cleaned up afterward. The free reign with decoration was fantastic - but the place is so pretty it didn't even need much. It was a lovely spot with a friendly staff. I'm so happy we chose to be married there!
