We had an Amazing wedding experience at the Lake Natoma Inn. #1, Erin Ashley Victoria and Dave made everything run smoothly and went above and beyond for us. #2 the venue is perfect. Located in charming, historic Folsom with the lake and Rainbow bridge nearby made for great photos. The venue itself is very nice with great ballroom choices. #3 our guests from out of town were very impressed with the accommodations here. #4 the food was amazing, seriously, I can’t stress enough how important this is. This place feels like a hidden gem and we are so happy we found it.

Lake Natoma Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding! Close to the historic downtown Folsom and with a lovely backdrop especially for a fall wedding like ours. In addition, Jackie and her team were simply fantastic from the very first day. They were very well organized, responded quickly and helped to keep the entire process moving smoothly. This was especially helpful considering we only had 3 months to pull off the wedding. There was even a little mishap with the floral arrangement during the wedding and Jackie went out of her way to handle things herself. Just amazing service and dedication! All said and done, we could not have been happier with our experience and would highly recommend Jackie and Lake Natoma Inn to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

Lake Natoma Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding! Close to the historic downtown Folsom and with a lovely backdrop especially for a fall wedding like ours. Thank you, Jackie and team! This venue is beautiful and Jackie was amazing. She always responded back to my emails ina timely manner, was organized, and helped keep my timing. I was very OCD about timing, decorating, vendors, and our food. She and her team so were on top of it all, so much so that she helped me sneak in a surprise Flower Man and we were 10-30 minutes ahead of schedule up until the reception. If you are looking for a small-ish, intimate wedding with close friends and family this is the venue. All of my guests said my wedding was perfect and I couldn't have done it without Jackie and the staff! Thank you for making it perfect!

We could not have asked for a better experience than what we had with Lake Natoma Inn! I have a friend in the wedding business and called her in a panic when my daughter gave us 3 months to plan her wedding. None of the venues I was looking at really felt like “us” and my friend kindly talked me down and suggested I check out the Lake Natoma Inn. My daughter fell in love on our first visit; it had exactly the vibe she was looking for. For her June wedding with 60 guests, we chose the Garden Patio and the adjacent Sutter Room. It was the perfect venue for us. The garden was beautiful, the property well maintained, the staff attentive and professional.Jackie was our assigned wedding coordinator and she was a delight to work with. From the beginning she was transparent with costs and schedules and she kindly and patiently walked us through all of the details, even when we were feeling indecisive. The venue worked with our budget, dietary preferences, and food allergies. Multiple guests have thanked us for the invitation and said that this was the best wedding they’d been to in a long time - that it felt just right and so joyful. (Many specifically complemented the food, even the broccoli!) Jackie and the team at Lake Natoma Inn were amazing. The food was delicious, the location was beautiful, the staff was so attentive. In fact, I was surprised at how little she and I needed to communicate on the day of the event! Jackie had collected everything ahead of time and we were able to relax and enjoy the day. And what a wonderful day it was.

I wouldn't change a thing about our wedding day. It went so well and so much of that was thanks to our incredible venue. Ashley was always there to help with anything we needed. They were extremely flexible with us and the value was excellent for what we got(though disclaimer: we did get a 50% off of the reception cost deal when we initially booked). The only downside was the food, as we didn't get to do any tastings(COVID prevented both of our scheduled times, meaning we had to cancel) so we had to kinda guess what would be good. My husband couldn't eat, as he is allergic to dairy, but they did let us bring in food for him and use their fridge. I also want to mention they were fantastic and attentive during the day as well. Ashley was there for the first half getting everything ready, then she made sure to introduce me to her replacement for the rest of the day. I believe his name was Iris? But I'm not positive. He was an absolute sweetheart and fantastic. I remember finally getting to eat, the sun was right on my husband and I as we sat at our sweetheart table. and before we even had time to think about it, Iris was over asking if we'd like to move to the gazebo in the shade. So awesome.I also want to mention: The location is lovely. There is a trail right along the lake for pictures before the ceremony and the venue itself, whichever side you use is gorgeous. We were lucky enough to be able to use both sides, as no one else had anything planned that day(Tuesday weddings do have their bonuses!). It was great because we were able to have extra distance available for our guests.

Lake Natoma Inn was such an amazing venue. My wedding was Sept 12 2020, year of COVID. My husband and i were freaking out for months prior to the event thinking we were for sure going to get our wedding cancelled . Although we didn't have as many people as originally planned it worked out well cost wise and we still had around 62 people (not a bad #). The service was amazing. Danny the hotel manager made my sisters and i drinks while we decorated the room the night before (we had a daytime wedding) . He gave me a shot of cognac before i walked down the aisle to calm my nerves! Ashley was so helpful along the way. She would answer all my questions up to the event in an appropriate time. Unfortunately we did not get to try the food before the wedding due to COVID but all the guests said it was very good. I had the time of my life at my wedding. The day went so smooth thanks to the staff. The bartender was great and friendly. For all that was included i think the price was very fair as well. much cheaper than other places i found with all these hidden fees. I cant thank Lake Natoma inn enough for all their hard work. Especially during a pandemic. They made the day feel as normal as possible considering the circumstances.

We got Married the afternoon of 4/21/2018 and it was absolutely perfect! The event coordinator, Ashley, was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to any needs or requests on our behalf. She is very knowledgeable in the event planning business! It was awesome to have her help guide us through the planning process and she's great at covering all the wedding day details! The banquet captain, Dave, and his team provided exceptional service during the reception and we never had an empty glass! All of our guests raved about how great the food was, in particular the chicken cordon bleu! As a bonus, Lake Natoma Inn provides beautiful scenery for pictures on site. Overall, our experience with Ashley, Dave and LNI was fantastic and we are thankful to say our wedding day was perfect!-Sean & Amy Fisher

Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding was having our reception hosted at Lake Natoma Inn. We can't say enough about how they went above and beyond in making our wedding reception a beautiful and memorable celebration for us and our guests.Ashley is every couple's dream venue coordinator. She is thoughtful, super-responsive, detail-oriented, and a geninuely sweet person. From the beginning of our planning journey, she helped set the framework as we had no idea how to even begin planning a wedding reception. As additional questions came up, and new wrinkles appeared for us to iron out with all of the other vendors, Ashley addressed every one and masterfully worked with our vendors and DJ to make sure everything was in place. We had fresh flowers delivered ahead of time, and she ensured they were taken care of and kept in a cool location. Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding was having our reception hosted at Lake Natoma Inn. We can't say enough about how they went above and beyond in making our wedding reception a beautiful and memorable celebration for us and our guests.Ashley is every couple's dream venue coordinator. She is thoughtful, super-responsive, detail-oriented, and a geninuely sweet person. From the beginning of our planning journey, she helped set the framework as we had no idea how to even begin planning a wedding reception. As additional questions came up, and new wrinkles appeared for us to iron out with all of the other vendors, Ashley addressed every one and masterfully worked with our vendors and DJ to make sure everything was in place. We had fresh flowers delivered ahead of time, and she ensured they were taken care of and kept in a cool location. And when we totally forgot things like our table numbers on the big day, she bailed us out!Our guests complimented our dinner choices, and the service was spectacular! My husband and I were married at Lake Natoma Inn in November 2017. I had looked at a few other places previously and between incredibly high prices and a lack of customer service, we were beginning to get a little discouraged. Ashley picked up the phone the first time I called and was flexible with meeting me the same day I had called. To top it off, she was incredibly friendly as well as patient with all of my questions. She even encourage us to attend their food tasting the next weekend even though it was meant for booked couples only. We attended the food tasting and were impressed with the food, the service and the ambiance of the Gazebo and the Pavilion. We reserved our date and started planning our wedding! Ashley kept in touch leading up to the big day and was always full of ideas and insight. We met a few weeks prior to the wedding to create a first draft of the timeline for that day. Her knowledge and breakdown of the day brought things to our attention that we hadn't thought of and reminded us that there were still little details that needed to be sorted out. She was there for us during the wedding rehearsal AND on our wedding day. She made the entire process so easy-our wedding was perfect! Our Banquet Captain, Christian, was wonderful as well. He was constantly checking in with us to see if we needed anything. He kept our glasses full and even provided us with a few boxes of food since I didn't have much time to eat (this was a lifesaver!). AND, just as we had experienced at the food tasting, the food on our wedding day was delicious! Nearly two months later and I am still hearing compliments of how impeccable the staff and food was at my wedding. To top it off, we had a lot of out of town guests that had the opportunity of staying overnight at the hotel. My wedding was on a Sunday and many of our friends and family arrived on Saturday. It is the perfect location for out-of-town guests. Plenty to do, within walking distance, for anyone!

They have many options for ceremony and reception sites and are willing to work with you to make your wedding day amazing! We got married at the gazebo site in front of the beautiful fountain with flowers and trees creating the perfect backdrop to say, \"I do!\" Our reception was in the Pavillion and I can tell you personally that you will fall in love with the draped ceilings and chandeliers! These physical features made our day special, but the truly incredible thing about this venue is its amazing staff! Erin is the director at LNI and she is fantastic! From the moment I met her, and throughout every email and meeting, she made me feel genuinely important and cared for. Every detail throughout the entire process was handled with excellent care, organization, and professionalism! She has this whole wedding thing down to an art and made sure that everything went smoothly and exactly as planned. Our banquet captain, Dave, was just as wonderful! From the moment I met him, he made sure that I was relaxed and taken care of and made it clear that he would do anything to make sure we enjoyed our special day! He and his crew did not disappoint as they managed and ran our reception. They made sure that everything was taken care of -- Dave and his staff made sure we each had whatever we wanted or needed and everything we had planned went perfectly! Lake Natoma Inn has done so many weddings and they have a great system in place to make sure everything goes smoothly. I worked with a total of three coordinators that were all amazing (the first coordinator left to start her own business, the second had two other weddings that night, so a third took over for her). We also had a \"captain\" that was with us throughout the whole reception. She was phenomenal! She made sure that we always had champagne in our glass and was there to make sure everything was going smoothly. She helped to set up and to pack up after the wedding. With my family helping with the packing up, I didn't have to worry about anything. They also quickly got us carts to get everything up to our rooms. We stayed in the suites the night before and the night of and it was perfect!

We chose Lake Natoma Inn for a multitude of reasons, but having reflected now on our ceremony and reception a few weeks later, we are even happier that we chose Lake Natoma Inn for our wedding! We had many guests coming from out of town, so it was wonderful to have a central location for everyone to stay (and such a great location in Old Folsom!) and with such easy access to the ceremony and reception! We had our wedding outside and it was so beautiful and romantic! They had flowers planted over and above the flowers we purchased from the florist, and it was so green and spring-feeling. Our reception was right next door, and EVERYONE commented on how good the food was! Ashley was our wedding coordinator and she was very helpful and accommodating. Dave was the head server during the reception and we could not have been taken care of any better! When we got back to our room, the staff had put together food for us (complete with utensils to eat with!) so we could enjoy a meal before going to bed. The venue was great for both the ceremony and reception, but the value is even better! I looked at other venues in the area, but Lake Natoma Inn provided a fantastic wedding experience at a very reasonable price which allowed us to invite more guests. I'm not sure there is a thing I would change about how our wedding went. Thank you to Lake Natoma Inn staff, especially Ashley and Dave!

We had our wedding at the Lake Natoma Inn this August, and we could not have been happier with our choice! I researched 50+ different venues all over Northern California, and given what we were looking for (outdoor garden ceremony site, indoor banquet room, and guest accommodations at the same location or close by), LNI was the clear winner for both quality and value. What we didn't expect was that the staff were also OUTSTANDING, leading to a stress-free wedding planning experience and perfect wedding day!\r\rErin was our wedding coordinator, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout all the wedding planning. She was also terrific on the wedding day itself: friendly, calm, knowledgeable, flexible, and making sure everything ran smoothly.\r\rWe had a number of special requests (dietary restrictions, timing, etc.), and the LNI staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Given how many weddings we know they do, we were impressed with the great care that they take for each and every couple!\r\rWe had our ceremony on the Patio (their beautiful garden, with greenery and flowers everywhere), and it was breathtaking. At first, the little paranoid part of me worried that we might hear outside noise from the pool (it was a hot day), hotel guests, cars, etc...... but we didn't hear a peep! It ended up being sheltered/secluded enough that we felt like nothing existed apart from our wedding. \r\rThe banquet food was delicious and an amazing value, and the bar package prices are excellent too. Rooms also had all the amenities and were reasonably priced.\r\rThe main downside is that they are open to doing multiple weddings in one day, but the spaces are separate enough (and they stagger the timing), so I don't think it would cause any issues. Luckily, we were the only wedding that day (a Sunday), so we didn't even have to worry about it, and the staff was extra flexible with timing, space, etc. \r\rWe could not have been happier with our LNI experience!

This venue was a great location for my wedding. The site was beautiful and easy to locate for all guests. My coordinator, Erin, was amazing. From day one, all of my details were taken care of and anything I needed I received. The event staff was amazing. They took care of my guests and made sure everything was out on time, and even a guest that couldn't make it down to the reception, was made a plate to go. Food was great. The wedding site and reception site were all at the hotel. Their outdoor garden is very pretty and well kept. My wedding was in September and the sun was never a problem for our guests. All around, The Lake Natoma Inn was a great venue for our wedding and my husband and I were very pleased with their services.

The were accommodating with the number of guests I had, originally I was in the smaller room and when we realized we had too many people, they moved us to the larger room. Beautiful location! Loved taking the pictures my the river as well. Highly recommended.

The Lake Natoma Inn is a beautiful venue to have an outside wedding. It made you feel like you are in the great out doors with the majestic trees and the bike trail behind it. Erin who is the wedding coordinator is just the most professional and kind person you can meet. She answers every question that you have even if it doesn't have to with the venue. \rI would recommend the Pavilion part of the inn as this is the place that I had the reception. Just beautiful.

My husband and I just got married on July 7th 2012 at Lake Natoma Inn. Everyone from the coordinator to the waiters were fantastic and we don't have anything negative to say. Everything went off without any problems.

Lake Natoma Inn, first of all, is BEAUTIFUL. You have 2 options for an outdoor setting for the ceremony and 3 different ballrooms for the reception. The staff...there are no words for how wonderful they are! They really make your day special.

I had my wedding here in May 2012 and the staff was fantastic! I was in contact with them 9 months before my wedding and had meeting and emails with them all the way up till the day of the wedding. One of the wedding coordinators ran the rehearsal and it ran so smoothly and after only a few minutes everyone knew what they were supposed to do. The day of the wedding, the wedding coordinator kept everyone on time and made everything run smoothly. The staff were wonderful and made sure me and my groom were well taken care of during the reception as well as all of my guests. We were SO impressed with the service! I would definitely recommend them!

We had the pavillion room and It was absolutely beautiful! We had about 60 guests and the room was more than big enough. The food was delicious and the staff were excellent. Especially Dave! He was so sweet, he packed two to-go containers for me and my husband to enjoy later on after the wedding. Everyone raved about the food. We got the lake natoma inn buffet and even our vegetarian and vegan friends loved it! Thank you lake natoma inn

We had the pavillion room and It was absolutely beautiful! We had about 60 guests and the room was more than big enough. The food was delicious and the staff were excellent. Especially Dave! He was so sweet, he packed two to-go containers for me and my husband to enjoy later on after the wedding. Everyone raved about the food. The Lake Natoma Inn was the best choice we made for our wedding. The Director of Weddings, Erin LoBue was with us from start to finish through this process and she was incredibly patient and supportive. Christina Menthe, the wedding coordinator was also available to us for questions and random drop in visits with vendors and friends. This all-inclusive venue with beautiful backdrop was perfect for our May 12 outdoor ceremony. We held our reception in the Pavilion which had an amazing fabric draped ceiling and didn't feel like just another ballroom. For our 140 or so guests, it was spacious and comfortable, even with a photo booth, candy buffet, DJ and dance floor. Linens of any color, full table settings, centerpiece mirror and four votives, champagne/cider toast were included. Our guests raved about the food! We enjoyed it at the tasting as well and it turned out even better on the day of our wedding. You know the food is good when you eat it cold almost four hours later. Definitely consider LNI for your event because you won't be sorry... Congratulations and best wishes for your big day!

Lake Natoma Inn is a fantastic wedding venue! I worked with Christina throughout the planning process – she is great as well. She is super responsive to any questions or emails, and even as the wedding got closer, she was always available for questions or changes, etc. I never felt like a bother to her. They were very flexible on the buffet options as well – we didn’t really care for the lasagna and they allowed us to switch the food out with another option without charging us extra. They really are there to meet your needs and do what they can to make your day perfect. The day of the wedding ran smooth as well – she was there to coordinate the ceremony, and then the banquet manager pretty much handles the reception. They were great in making sure people knew when to eat, checked in with my husband and I throughout the reception to ensure we had everything we needed, etc. They were super attentive and very easy to work with. The food was excellent!\r\rJust a heads up in regards to the ceremony, LNI does not have any microphones for your minister performing the ceremony. Our DJ didn’t have one either, so our ceremony was performed with no microphone, and some guests commented it was a little difficult to hear, as we are close to Folsom Blvd so you could hear some traffic. I’d highly recommend renting a suite (especially for the girls) the night before – these rooms are great, and overlook the ceremony venue. They are spacious and plenty of room to get ready the next morning. Plus if you’re lucky you get to watch a wedding from your room the night before yours. All of our guests staying at the hotel indicated their rooms were great with comfortable beds as well, so it’s great for out of town guests. I would definitely recommend LNI for anybody looking for a wedding venue!

from start to finish the lake natoma staff and wedding coordiators were amazing. everything we wanted they got us. and no request was unmet. the ceremony location was beautiful and set up way in advance so we could do a walk through and make sure everything was perfect. and the reception ballroom looked absolutely like my dreams! i would recommend getting married here. they also personalize everything so your wedding represents the couple perfectly. our wedding coordiator was Christina. she was amazing and always in contact and never made me feel like a crazy bride. she, herself, is a newlywed so that was fun. becasue she was excited to make our day perfect!!!

I have heard and been a part of so many stories of things that have gone terribly wrong at someone's wedding. I have to say that our wedding at Lake Natoma Inn this October was PERFECT! From the day we signed the contract to the morning after brunch on the patio the staff at Lake Natoma Inn did everything they could to ensure our wedding experience went smooth and perfect. We received many compliments on the wedding food being the best our guests had ever had, and the grounds were just beautiful and clean. I would recommend the Lake Natoma Inn for anyone looking to have a wedding in the Folsom area.

The venue is beautiful and the staff really bends over backwards for you. My husband and I even were sent home with two boxes of food and a bottle of champagne for our hotel room!\r\rThe lovely thing about the Lake Natoma Inn is that you get to just show up the day of your wedding. There is a wedding coordinator and the chairs, food, and everything is included in the price. I wouldn't have changed anything!

When i first brought my mom to LNI and when we first met with Christina, we were both very happy and surprised about the professionalism that she had. We rented out the Pavilion Ballroom and it was everything that we ever wanted. It had the beautiful draping, chandeliers and a water fountain! EVERYONE was in awe about it! Christina did an amazing job with executing every detail. I would definitely recommend this venue to any bride!

Christina and Erin are amazing. My wedding was beautiful and went so smoothly. The venue was gorgeous! It was so nice to have the wedding there, guests could stay the night and the reception was there as well. Across the street there are a lot of restaurants to choose from for the rehersal dinner as well.

Lake Natoma Inn was the first wedding venue that my husband and I visited when we were looking for a place to get married and it was the last place we visited because we booked it the same day. Our wedding coordinator, Erin, was great and helped to make our day flow so smoothly. The money you pay is well worth what you get from this venue. The outdoor grounds are beautiful and well kept. The pavilion is spacious and provides a great area for the reception with chandeliers and white, billowing drapes that cover the ceiling. The staff is very friendly and will do everything they can to serve you and make you day/night go well. The Lake Natoma Inn was great for what we wanted and needed with our wedding. Erin was our event manager and did a fantastic job, Christina was very helpful too. We had no problems or misunderstandings. Everything went perfect on our day. The food was good, service was great, and the venue was beautiful. We were just glad we picked the first time slots of the day, otherwise we would've only had an hour or so to set up. Instead we had the night before as well as the morning of to get our things ready for our wedding.

We looked at a lot of different local venues in the sacramento area and this one has hands down been the best to work with. They not only gave us a discount so that it was possible to fit it into our budget but they have been amazing to work with. Erin the coordinator especially!
