Lake Pearl Wrentham is a refined wedding and event venue located in Wrentham, MA. Set on the shores of Lake Pearl, this idyllic venue offers waterfront views coupled with elegant New England charm. The venue’s staff, including a personal attendant, are always on hand to ensure every wedding is one to remember. The land on which the wedding venue rests today was once a park. Named Lake Pearl Park after the daughter of a former owner of the land, it was family-owned for many years. It gained popularity with the local community in the 19th century, and at an hour’s journey from Boston, became a favorite oasis for city residents. By the early 20th century, visitors from all over Massachusetts frequented the park. As its infrastructure developed, the park drew the attention of such legendary musicians as Benny Goodman, Count Basie, and even Frank Sinatra. The current owners of the property have managed to tastefully blend the park’s historical elements with all the amenities of a modern wedding venue. The 128-acre Lake Pearl is the venue’s most eye-catching feature and is what initially draws many couples to the property. However, exploring the grounds and buildings further will reveal the venue’s subtle beauty. With 25 acres of land, options for matrimonial locations are plentiful. The private beach provides a picturesque location for a ceremony, and events held in the gardens will leave guests in awe. The main building’s Grand Ballroom is the venue’s largest room with a capacity of 500. Weddings of fewer guests have an additional four options to choose from, the smallest being the Tree Top Room, which can accommodate 130 guests. Each event space is individually decorated, with color schemes ranging from warm to cool tones to suit a variety of wedding themes. Weddings held anywhere at this venue will have private entrances and facilities, including bathrooms, in order to ensure privacy and comfort. Lake Pearl was exactly what we were looking for! I wanted a place with a beautiful outdoor venue, and a place where they took care of all of the stressful details! Janet Mosco was our go to person and I loved working with her so much. She made everything go so smoothly, calmed all my anxieties and could not have been more helpful with my 1000 questions. I could not recommend them more!

Lake Pearl was exactly what we were looking for! I wanted a place with a beautiful outdoor venue, and a place where they took care of all of the stressful details! We got married at Lake Pearl in September and it was the most magical day! From the day we booked, Janet was extremely helpful and responsive to any question we had. The day of, Juliana and her team did everything to assure us a smooth process so my husband and I did not have to worry about anything! I cannot recommend Lake Pearl enough for everything they did to make this truly the best day of our lives!!!!

We got married at Lake Pearl in September and it was the most magical day! From the day we booked, Janet was extremely helpful and responsive to any question we had. The day of, Juliana and her team did everything to assure us a smooth process so my husband and I did not have to worry about anything! I cannot recommend Lake Pearl enough for everything they did to make this truly the best day of our lives!!!!

We had a wonderful planning process and wedding day with Lake Pearl. When we toured Lake Pearl in June 2022, we instantly knew it was where we wanted to be married. It is an absolutely beautiful location, and depending on the package you choose, can include a lot of extras to make planning even more seamless. Janet was awesome to work with, as she is very on top of all communication through the process. Any time I had a question, she would get back to me so quickly with a thorough answer. During our entire engagement, everyone would ask \"Are you super stressed out yet?\" and I'd always say no, because planning with Lake Pearl felt like such a breeze. When we met Juliana during the rehearsal, I was even more at ease, as she is such an amazing coordinator, and truly just a lovely person to work with. I felt like any questions I had for her were answered before I could even ask. On the actual wedding day 9/15/23, we got ready in the beach house, which was so spacious and had amazing views of the lake. The breakfast and lunch provided was great, and gave us one less thing to worry about doing. Unfortunately, there were high winds and cooler weather expected for the evening, and Juliana came to talk through the plan as we originally slated for everything to be outdoors. She was very sensitive while discussing, and gave me time to make a decision. Ultimately we decided to keep the ceremony outdoors but move our cocktail hour and reception inside. This ended up working out great, and felt like such a relief just having a backup option for potentially bad weather. The ceremony was beautiful outside, and no one even realized the locations changed for the rest of the evening because everything was redirected so smoothly. My attendant Marlena was also super attentive and quick with anything I possibly needed! Also, EXTRA shoutout to Juliana for fixing my heel right before I went down the aisle after it popped out of place!The only negative experience we had was that the bartenders came off pretty rude throughout the reception. We were told this by a couple of guests which wasn't great to hear. At one point when the open bar tab we had paid for ran out, and we were giving the ok to keep the open bar going, the bartenders had been instructed to give 1 drink max to each guest, and they were overheard saying loudly, \"Great, now we will make drinks even slower!\" The only time in the night I went up to order at the bar myself, they were pretty unpleasant and extremely slow--I don't know, I think if you're clearly serving the bride of a wedding you'd at least step it up for a minute for them. Honestly, this was a small blip in the day, but the lack of professionalism compared to everyone else with we worked with at Lake Pearl just made it stand out that much more. Aside from that, everything was truly fantastic: the setup, the food, the coordination, all of it! Everyone commented on how gorgeous the venue was, and looking at our photos I'm truly blown away--everything looks like a dream. If you are looking for a venue and want a low-maintenance planning experience, I highly recommend choosing Lake Pearl.

I really can’t gush enough about Lake Pearl. From our first meeting with Janet through the entire wedding day the whole team there made everything so stress free, beautiful and fun!! The professionalism and organization leading up to the big day was insane- there were so many things they thought of that I never would have considered and they gave hand outs and packets that made my to do lists and preparation so easy. The venue itself was GORGEOUS! We originally planned on a beach wedding and tent reception (I believe the tent has now been replaced by a structure). Due to bad weather, we last minute had to to change to a boat house ceremony and ballroom reception. Leading up to the wedding, this has been a really big fear of mine. However, the Lake Pearl team was so amazing that they were able to make this last minute change so seamless that I didn’t even stress about it- and the ballroom/boathouse were so gorgeous that I couldn’t believe it wasn’t my original plan all along. If you are on the edge about Lake Pearl, my recommendation is to go for it. My wedding was beautiful and stress free. Also, food was amazing with tons of options and all of the vendors they recommended were perfect!!

Lake Pearl was a beautiful venue with an extremely professional staff. Janet was extremely responsive beyond expectations (like 5 minute email response times after 11PM). Colleen was our day off coordinator and I will attest that she may have the supernatural ability to somehow teleport around. The food was delicious, the weather was beautiful, and the day really could not have gone any better. The Victorian tent is a fantastic choice for an outdoor venue with an extremely pretty ceremony location. Highly recommended.

Lake Pearl was a beautiful venue with an extremely professional staff. Janet was extremely responsive beyond expectations (like 5 minute email response times after 11PM). Colleen was our day off coordinator and I will attest that she may have the supernatural ability to somehow teleport around. The food was delicious, the weather was beautiful, and the day really could not have gone any better. My husband and I got married at a church on 7/29/2023 and we had our reception at Lake Pearl. Lake Pearl was truly amazing from the moment we toured it a little over a year ago. We cannot express how happy we are that we chose Lake Pearl as our place to get married. From the beginning, we knew we made the right choice. Janet was the absolute best and so helpful in guiding us to plan our perfect day. And it was exactly that. The Perfect day. All of the staff on wedding day was so kind and helpful to not just us but to our guests as well. Everyone couldn’t stop saying how amazing of a day it was. The food was incredible and the views were so pretty. The beach ceremony was more beautiful than I could imagine and the tent was stunning. Everything was set up exactly how we wanted it!! It really felt magical at Lake Pearl and I wish I could do it all again!! Our biggest most heartfelt thank you to Julianna and the Lake Pearl crew. We are forever grateful we chose Lake Pearl.

Growing up minutes from Lake Pearl, my now husband and I figured we’d take a look at the venue. Shortly afterward we were signing our contract with Lake Pearl, as we felt immediately at ease with the venue and staff, and loved how much outdoor space the venue offered. Throughout our nine months of planning, Janet was our planner and was so responsive and helpful to work with. Even with frequent emails and questions, she never skipped a beat with responding and always helped us problem solve every little detail. Flash forward to the rehearsal and day of the wedding, everything was seamless. Colleen ran the rehearsal promptly and informatively. We had to make some very last minute decisions with the weather and move both our ceremony and reception indoors. Colleen was so helpful on the day of the wedding with making me feel at ease about our decision. When I arrived at the venue the day of, the space was so well decorated with all of our decor and floral arrangements as I had envisioned, that moving indoors did not feel like a compromise at all. Janet was there to help make our visions come to life the day of, and Juliana was our day of coordinator. Juliana was so helpful to us, our bridal party, and family throughout the evening and helped with so many small details! Our family and friends had great things to say about the organization of the venue, and rave reviews about the food. Looking back at our wedding day, we are so pleased we chose Lake Pearl. Everyone here is so experienced with every detail of a wedding day, and we are so lucky to have experienced that with our event.

From the minute, I stepped onto the grounds of Lake Pearl the beauty of it all is what enamored me. For me, the excellent service and beautiful views of the pond was love at first sight. Every detail for the wedding was perfect, and Lake Pearl accommodated all of our preferred vendors. With the top notch food and the kindness from the attendants, I'd highly recommend Lake Pearl. Even my friend with an extreme dairy allergy raved about how helpful the wait staff was in meeting her dietary restrictions. Everything about our special day was perfect, and I can't speak more highly about Lake Pearl.

When I first started looking at wedding venues, I was immediately drawn to this lakeside gem. My now husband knew from the moment we walked in that it was the perfect place for us. We worked with Jessica, who was our dream maker, wedding genie, and absolute DREAM! She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and made us feel so comfortable leading up to the wedding. Our guests loved the food, and I only wish we could have slowed down the day to eat more of the delicious food! I would 100% recommend Lake Pearl and Jessica to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding day!

When I first started looking at wedding venues, I was immediately drawn to this lakeside gem. My now husband knew from the moment we walked in that it was the perfect place for us. We worked with Jessica, who was our dream maker, wedding genie, and absolute DREAM! She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and made us feel so comfortable leading up to the wedding. Our guests loved the food, and I only wish we could have slowed down the day to eat more of the delicious food! I would 100% recommend Lake Pearl and Jessica to anyone looking for a beautiful and stress-free wedding day!

We got married on 09/04/2022 at Lake Pearl and we cannot be happier in that decision! From the moment we stepped foot in Lake Pearl we felt so welcomed into the friendly environment that all of the staff create. We knew after meeting with Jessica and seeing all of Lake Pearl, that we definitely were going to get married there. We were blown away with how much Jessica went above and beyond from the moment we met her, until now after our wedding. She made sure every single question was answered in detail, no matter how big or small and made us feel super comfortable and secure leading up to the wedding. Lake Pearl itself is absolutely breathtaking- no matter which room or part of the venue, it was all beautiful. We had our wedding reception in the grand ballroom and our ceremony was outside in front of the pergola. It was great for us and our guests to have the beautiful back drop of the lake, blooming flowers and greenery, but then also experience a beautiful indoor ballroom- it felt like the perfect mix of indoors/outdoors for the end of a summer wedding. We cannot talk about the beauty of Lake Pearl enough, however, it is truly the staff members who work there that elevate the experience even more. From Jessica, to the day of Coordinator & bridal attendant- Julianna and Marlene- we felt so comfortable, listened to and just celebrated by all of the staff! It means a lot on your wedding day to feel so comfortable and in a welcoming environment and surrounded by people who are as excited for you! We don't have enough good words to say about Lake Pearl- we are so thankful for the day of staff who helped make the day even more special than we ever expected. We started choosing Lake Pearl because it fit everything we imagined for our wedding day and now on the other side- we are even more thankful because we got more than a beautiful venue, we received such a higher than expected experience, and we would recommend everyone consider Lake Pearl!

We held our reception in the West Ballroom on 10/14/22. Everything went super well and can't say enough about how helpful and organized the staff were! Jessica was absolutely fantastic to work with. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and even helped make some suggestions that turned out to be perfect. We had forgotten to print a picture of our dog for the welcome table and the staff was able to print one out and frame it for us!! We really appreciated this small but kind gesture. We received compliments from multiple guests how well this event was run and we could not agree more. The night went by so fast but every second was memorable and amazing. Thank you Lake Pearl!!!

We are so happy we chose Lake Pearl for our wedding. We got married on 10/15 and we had 75 people. We did an outdoor ceremony on the beach and tent reception. I can’t say enough how easy the planning was!! They were beyond helpful and so responsive to all my silly questions. They really make the planning process a breeze- I kept feeling like I was forgetting something but it was only because they already took care of it! They were very accommodating because we wanted to have our dog be a part of our day. And the FOOD! everyone we have talked to after the day comments on how delicious the food was. There are so many options and it was so easy to customize the meals how we wanted. The staff at Lake Pearl made our day so easy and enjoyable - I would 100% recommend Lake Pearl to anyone that is searching for a venue!

Overall, our October 2022 wedding at Lake Pearl was nearly perfect! The food was fantastic and the day of from ceremony to reception was seamless for our guests. The Tree Top ceremony space was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our wedding size around 80 guests. There were just a couple things that I think could be improved upon in terms of initial planning and day of which is the reason for 4 stars. First off, let me say our Sales Manager Janet was very good. She explained the packages and was very responsive to emails throughout the process. I think one thing that could improve is that regardless of when a couple is planning on getting married (peak season or not), just make it very clear that the venue could potentially be having 3 weddings in a given day (some of our concerns about resources and noise pollution from other weddings were realized on our day). Also, I would be careful about offering the \"Bluff House\" option to prospective brides until their final date is booked; we booked our wedding date and found out late in the process that it was not actually available like we thought, ultimately having to pay to book the \"tree top bridal suite\" for the day of. Otherwise, the information provided to us before booking was thorough and detailed for us to confidently book Lake Pearl as our venue.On to the wedding day. I booked the Tree Top Suite and paid extra to arrive early around 8:30AM to get into the suite. I was told that our bridal attendant Julianna would be there to assist, and Heather later on. When I got to LP, there was no one at the front to greet me or help to get me to the tree top suite. When I got to the suite, nothing was set up, the room was dark, and no breakfast laid out as listed in our BEO. So I just proceeded to move everything in and wait until my bridesmaids showed up at 9AM, but still no bridal attendant. Then a random worker that I had spoken to earlier about going to the tree top suite arrived with our breakfasts, but still no attendant. My mom had to go to the front office to find her and eventually Julianna came to the suite around 9:15AM. She apologized and said she had 3 weddings that day and it was just \"hectic\". I would have expected her to be there to assist per the contract timing, but I guess not. I suppose there were just scheduling conflicts, but it was a disappointing start to the day. Ultimately, it was Heather, our coordinator that saved the mood and the day; she was absolutely fantastic and did so much prep on the day and was very attentive to myself and the wedding party. Heather became our bridal attendant and coordinator as Julianna never really came back to the suite at all. Lastly, the only other thing I'd recommend is not allowing tours to go on while brides are getting ready. Myself and bridesmaids were getting ready in the tree top suite and cocktail hour space and tours of people were being brought through to see the suite and tree top room as we were setting up. Odd if we were paying to have the space to ourselves.For the ceremony, the one thing that was a bit annoying was the fact that during our vows, we could hear the other ceremony attendees clapping for another couple. It was a bit distracting and unfortunate timing for us. All this said, I do think Lake Pearl is a great venue option, there just could be some improvements regarding initial expectations when booking and day of coordination. Janet and Heather were very helpful and really did make our day great!

We had our wedding a couple weeks ago. We were thrilled with the tree too room! We opted to have the service indoors because of high heat and the room turned out better than we anticipated! Jessica was excellent to work with throughout our planning process. Juliana was very helpful day of. Our guests loved the food especially the chicken and waffle appetizers. We only had a couple errors with day of preceding- we booked 2 bartenders but only provided one and the drinks we selected prior to the ceremony were served 10 min before guests moved into the ceremony space. There’s many places on site to take photos which we loved. There was a wedding happening in the ballroom at the same time and there was zero sound pollution. Many of our guests didn’t even know there was another wedding.

We finally had our wedding on July 23, 2022 after pushing it out a year due to Covid. This place is absolutely beautiful! Jessica is wonderful to work with and and answered any questions or concerns we had. They clued into the details that we wanted to our special day, made suggestions for us to help along the way. Juliana was amazing to work with and made sure the day went smoothly. The bridal party was never hungry from time of arrival until dinner! Our wedding attendant was amazing as well. They also kept surprises from us which made the day even better! Our DJ Baltzar was recommended from them and he made sure the floor was dancing all night. Nancy’s Bakey was recommended from them and the cake was a bit along with the dessert table we had. The night was absolutely beautiful and I can’t thank Lake Pearl enough!

We had our wedding on July 3, 2022, 2 years after our planned date due to the pandemic! It was however, well worth the wait, and Lake Pearl made our wedding day one of the most memorable ones of our lives.Lake Pearl made planning easy and enjoyable. As I mentioned, our wedding happened two years after! We were fortunate enough to have Jessica Dickerman as our wedding coordinator, and she smoothly helped us find a new date, handle the finances, and start planning in a stress-free way. She always made herself available and answered every little question- thank you Jessica! On a practical note, Lake Pearl partners with excellent vendors and we were so happy with our florist, Judy’s Village Flowers and bakery, Konditor Mesiter. It made finding vendors so easy, and many of the costs were covered generously in their Diamond package!On the day of, we had several amazing day-of coordinators, such as Juliana, who made everything run so smoothly. After showing them how I’d like the table set up, they did everything to perfection, swiftly behind the scenes, and even gathered all of the remaining favors/decor/etc in one place for me to pick up. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the spacious and comfortable beach house, and were never hungry for a moment (SO important) because Lake Pearl made sure to serve breakfast, snacks, and wraps for us. On my end, my bridal attendant, Sandra, knew exactly how to bustle me up, and even helped sew on my strap when it popped at the seam! That was amazing. Because Lake Pearl asked so many questions from beforehand, their attention to detail made everything perfect and tasteful- from the color of the napkins, to exact folding, to arrangements of favors on the table... They also ensured that everything went smoothly according to the plan, which allowed us to squeeze in SO many wonderful moments during the wedding! I’d like to emphasize how kind and patient everyone was- our parents were definitely fumbling through the rehearsal, but no one judged us, or even rolled their eyes at us, when they could have! People are genuinely so nice at Lake Pearl.Finally, we had our ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour in the Boathouse, and reception in the Victorian tent. Though it was hot outside, our guests enjoyed the shade under the trees and breeze in the air, and just took in the surrounding beauty during the ceremony. Truly, the beach and pergola were just lovely. Then, they loved the setup in the boathouse (we also had a TV with a photo presentation) and enjoyed the food and drink (the hors d'oeuvres were DELICIOUS!) Finally, the Victorian tent with the string lights really was magical. I thought to add some more decorations to the tent, but it wasn’t necessary at all, because the lights were just perfect. Overall, the wedding had both an idyllic and super fun feel to it, and we owe SO MUCH of that to Lake Pearl. We are so grateful that we had our special day here, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND for you to have yours here too. Thank you Lake Pearl!

There are not enough words to describe how happy I am that we went with Lake Pearl! They are incredibly professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and easy to work with. We had looked at several other venues before coming to Lake Pearl. Our first tour was with Gina, who we liked instantly. Right away, we knew this venue was different because she actually sat down with us and reviewed the prices and options. No other venue we looked at had done that. Midway through our planning, Gina got another job, and Janet became our new point person. I was nervous because we had liked Gina so much, but Janet stepped right in and did not miss a beat. Our guests loved the food, and several people commented on how organized the whole operation was. Everyone you interact with at Lake Pearl from the management team to the bridal attendant are professional and know what they are doing. Lake Pearl is incredible because it has several options to choose from. We wanted a smaller wedding under 100, so we were married in the Treetop Room. Most venues have average options for small weddings, but not Lake Pearl. We were so impressed by the views of the lake and the lovely outdoor newly renovated area. There are also places to get ready all day on property, which is a huge bonus. I should also mention that because I was on property all day getting ready, I saw multiple events happen at the venue. In the morning, they hosted a high school event , a baby shower, and a third event that I can't recall. I could not believe they were able to flip our room so quickly! During our wedding, there was another wedding going at the same time. We only found that out when we went down to the beach to take pictures and saw other people on the other side of the building. We would have never known if we had not gone outside because they do a great job at keeping events separate. Seriously, this venue is so organized, eager to make you happy, and beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone!

We chose Lake Pearl because we loved the view. We went with the Tree Top room which was perfect for our small wedding of less than 100 guests. We worked with Jessica who was a pleasure to work with! She walked us through each stage and answered any questions we had. I got ready at the Bluff House which is on the property. Being able to relax and get ready with my bridesmaids was so nice! My day of coordinator came with anything we needed. We were able to eat breakfast and lunch there which was so important! It was a very busy afternoon but the staff were there to help. My bridal attendant helped with my bustle which I honestly wasn’t expecting and they did such a good job I was so impressed! At the end of the night as I was leaving the last guest was leaving and her car wouldn’t start. One of the staff was able to help us jump start her car and she was able to make it home safely. It was so nice of him to do! Lake Pearl staff truly went above and beyond from start to finish. All of our guests loved the food and atmosphere of the night. We had such a special evening and are so thankful! Thank you so much!!

I met Julianna the day before our wedding and she made sure the day ran smoothly. She is great at her job. Everything was perfect. Food was amazing and guests had a blast.

Lake Pearl was absolutely amazing. The staff made every aspect of planning go smoothly. The sales manager, Jessica, was always kind and responsive to my many questions. The day of assistant, Sandra, made sure to keep my dress beautiful and belongings safe. Our guests loved the beautiful venue and the food was even better than at our tasting last November. I am so pleased with this venue and so fortunate my father found lake pearl. We will be coming back for brunch to relive our day.

Lake Pearl was phenomenal in every aspect of our wedding planning journey. We knew the Tree Top room was perfect for us, and Janet was so attentive and made the planning process so painless in the two years leading up to our big day. My husband and I went vegan in early 2020 and Lake Pearl was even able to provide vegan appetizers, entrees, slider options, and even a fully vegan menu for the bridal suite - we were blown away by how accommodating they were! We were even able to sample the appetizers and all vegan entrée options at the tasting. We had 1 bartender during the cocktail hour that was an issue and Lake Pearl immediately addressed the concern and had her replaced for the reception. The wedding day attendants were such a huge help and made such a difference in how smoothly the day went. Would absolutely highly recommend Lake Pearl!

Lake Pearl was phenomenal in every aspect of our wedding planning journey. We knew the Tree Top room was perfect for us, and Janet was so attentive and made the planning process so painless in the two years leading up to our big day. My husband and I went vegan in early 2020 and Lake Pearl was even able to provide vegan appetizers, entrees, slider options, and even a fully vegan menu for the bridal suite - we were blown away by how accommodating they were! We were even able to sample the appetizers and all vegan entrée options at the tasting. We had 1 bartender during the cocktail hour that was an issue and Lake Pearl immediately addressed the concern and had her replaced for the reception. The wedding day attendants were such a huge help and made such a difference in how smoothly the day went. Would absolutely highly recommend Lake Pearl!

Jessica Dickerman was our event manager and she was very patient with us as we had to postpone our wedding twice. She always got back to us right away and addressed any concerns we had. We also want to thank our maitre d for the night, Colleen. If it wasn't for her and her team, our wedding would not have gone as smooth as it had. The room was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the drinks were prepared fast. We are so thankful to Lake Pearl for providing such a beautiful event, making this a beautiful night to remember for the rest of our lives.

I don't even know where to start with this review!!! We got married on the beach/did a tent reception on Oct 8th 2021. When we toured Lake Pearl we pretty immediately loved it. Janet Mosco showed us around and gave us really candid advice from the first minute we met. Throughout our planning Janet answered our questions - even ones totally unrelated to the venue - and was basically our wedding planner (turns out, she was also planning her own wedding!!!!). You could have told us we were her only clients and I would've believed you. She helped us reason through our budget and make sure we were getting the best deal for our wedding size and preferences. As we booked more vendors, they all had great things to say about Lake Pearl and shared how much they enjoyed being part of events there. Everything about the actual wedding was perfect!! Julianna walked us through the rehearsal and was super patient with our parents and half the grooms party showing up late to the rehearsal. We got ready in the beach house bridal suite and she and Kirsten (my bridal attendant) were magical, making sure we had everything we needed (including champagne!), finding scissors and scotch tape and other random things we needed, and golf karting people from the parking lot to the suite when they arrived at random times throughout the day. I didn't have to do anything at all, the vendors all set up perfectly and our decorations were in place before I even had my dress on. Kirsten and Julianna were so friendly and reassuring and kept me in the loop on everything without overwhelming me. The beach was perfect and Julianna had even brought out roses to decorate the table with our welcome sign on it. They even took the wedding party's drink orders before the day and brought us all drinks for the formal photos so we didn't have to wait in the cocktail line. We had our reception in the tent (the draping is BEAUTIFUL) and felt so comfortable the whole time. Not to mention the food!!!! (get the chicken parm!) Janet made sure the layout with our 8 piece band and buffet and photo booth and cannoli bar fit perfectly in the tent without overcrowding it or putting the sweetheart table in a corner somewhere. We had the lawn games next to the tent which was a huge hit too. I could go on forever, but if you are someone who cares about details LP is absolutely for you. I don't know how on earth I would've gotten through planning and the actual day without Janet, Kirsten, and Julianna. They never made me feel dumb or crazy for overthinking/not knowing things and were so unbelievably fun to work with. Thank you all SO MUCH!!!!!!

Where to start about Lake Pearl... We were looking for a fall outdoor ceremony and the ceremony space and reception space at LP in honestly unmatched. Its the perfect combination of fun and elegant. The staff was so kind throughout the entire experience. We had the pleasure of working with Gina/Jessica for planning and their attention to detail and desire to give us everything we wanted was so wonderful. We rented the bluff house to get ready and it was the perfect space. Our guests are still raving about the food, everything was so fresh and delicious I wish we could eat there forever! Lastly, our bridal attendant Sandra was AMAZING. She made the entire experience even better than we could have imagined. She was there for my every need, even with things I didnt know I needed and literally got down on the floor and scrubbed dirt out of my wedding dress. I had my wedding at Lake Pearl on October 9th and it was everything we could have hoped for. I worked with Jessica Dickerman who answered my MANY emails. She sent me a very detailed BEO of everything regarding our wedding and a timeline which I loved having. With weddings being their specialty everything was organized and flowed flawlessly. We had our wedding in the West Ballroom with our cocktail hour in the main lounge. We had access to a bridal suit where my bridal party and family could leave anything they needed. My guest raved about the food which was the breads and spreads, appetizers during cocktail hour, chicken, beef and even the vegan Mediterranean ravioli. While our guests were in the cocktail hour the staff brought us down to the lake for my husband and I to take pictures. We used Pleasure sounds for our DJ, Desert Works for our cake, Michelle Carpenter photography for our photographer, and Entertainment Specialist for a photo-booth that was a huge hit. I would 100% recommend having your wedding here as the location is beautiful and the staff was very attentive and on top of everything.

She really took a lot of the “wedding planning stress” off of us. On wedding day, Bridget, Colleen and Juliana were amazing in making sure that we had everything we needed and that the day went smoothly, settling any nerves we had! The entire Lake Pearl staff was so helpful and we would not have had the day we did without them. All of our guests are still commenting on how delicious the food was (steak au poivre, oven roasted statler chicken and the Mediterranean ravioli) and how gorgeous the boathouse and tent were. Booking Lake Pearl was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. It was everything we could have imagined and more!!

Lake Pearl accommodated us at no additional charge to a Friday night in July under their grand tent. Janet kept us informed throughout the entire process whenever COVID regulations changed and she was always totally transparent. At our rehearsal, we realized that the weather for our Wedding would not be good for an outdoor wedding, but thankfully the interior of the venue was available to us, and we moved the whole thing indoors at the last minute. Colleen and Juliana (the day-of coordinators) were amazing to work with all day. Everything ran smoothly, and the venue was truly gorgeous for both the ceremony in the Tree Top Room and the Reception in the West Ballroom. Juliana even carted us around in the rain to the Boathouse for some gorgeous outdoor photos on the beach. The food was great, and the vendors we chose for our cake/dessert station (Nancy's Bakery) and flowers (Golden Gate Florists) also did an exceptional job. 10/10 would recommend!

Janet Mosco was an absolute pleasure to work with. We initially chose to get married on March 20, 2021 (which we booked before COVID) and had to move our date in January 2021 to a date in the summer in order to have an outside wedding with more than 25 guests. It has taken almost 6 months to write this review but we are still so grateful for Lake Pearl and everything they did for us during our wedding. We started planning pre-pandemic and had about 80% of our wedding planning done 2 months after we got engaged, thanks to Lake Pearl and their amazing staff. Once the pandemic kicked off, we decided to cancel the wedding, so as not to put our friends, family and Lake Pearl's staff at risk, but Janet and Lake Pearl came to rescue and allowed us to see our wedding for what it could be, using the money we already spent! We all decided to have a full-blown wedding, but just the two of us! We had out photographer and videographer for the entire day, and Lake Pearl was so accommodating with them to get the dream shots we needed for our pictures and video. I got ready with my amazing make-up artist (https://www.travelingbeautytoyou.com/) at the beach house and my husband got ready in a separate suit. They gave us both food and drinks to enjoy while we took our time getting ready. We had our ceremony at the trellis, decorated to our specifications and stunning as ever. They set up a reception for us with our cake set up, a delicious dinner we chose after their bridal expo, and we even had time for dancing in the boathouse! We had 2 bridal attendants who helped everything go so smoothly day of, with all decorations set up, taken down and packed away without us having to worry at all. We got to enjoy all 8 hours of our wedding day, just the two of us. No guests, no fuss, just love. We are forever grateful to Janet and the amazing staff at Lake Pearl for helping us re-imagine our dream wedding during a pandemic, but make it something we could never forget!

Where to start: we toured lake pearl and knew immediately it was what we wanted to complete our special day! Our wedding planning began prior to covid and although many obstacles were placed in our way due to safety concerns, our wedding coordinator Gina did everything in her power to make sure we were still given an opportunity to have all the bride and groom experiences! We were also planning from california, but Gina was always available, responding within a day or two with any questions we had- and we had many! Our actual wedding day was without a doubt the most magical day I have ever had! It goes without saying, they knew what they were doing. When the girls and I arrived, they already had the guys set up and had us in our own little suite, waiting for everyone to be in their places. The girls were taken down to the boathouse while I waited for my first look with my dad- a private and special moment, without cameras and allowed us to collect ourselves before alisha my attendant for the day, asked if were were ready to head down. They took us on a golf cart down to the ceremony site, confident no one could see us we lined up and my girls were already walking down. All my nerves melted away as alisha adjusted my dress and veil and I saw my husband to be. I didn’t even get to see the set up of the boathouse because I was entranced by my groom, but wow when I saw pictures- just breathtaking! We did a 4pm Sunday ceremony and the lake was sparkling, the foliage was beautiful and the sunset views and photos are just incredible! Alisha made sure we had food and drinks during the photos and to be honest I hadn’t even thought of anyone else at this point but I heard later on, all the tables were set with Tons of food (no passed hors d oeuvres due to covid) And they were constantly asked if needing replenishment or drinks. Our day was definitely not what we originally planned but we could not have been happier with the day of, they truly made it so special and without concern! All the attendants wore masks and the tables were spaced out, we opted for a much smaller version of our day and thus everyone felt safe. The food was out of this world and the chef went above and beyond to give our guests a real New England tasting! Our only qualm was due to covid, the tent had to remain partially open, and on a cold fall night, only one heater was working. Some of my older aunts and uncles were uncomfortable And chilled but when they were ready to leave, they were met with a cart to take them back up to parking to head back to their hotel. And honestly, they never complained to me, they raved about the food and how beautiful everything was! Everyone did- it was truly a day we felt loved and all of our dreams were met and exceeded! Gina, Colleen and alisha- a special THANK YOU! I could sing your praises to everyone, and I will! If you’re looking for a special place to get married or celebrate, you’ll also have constant support and a day found in fairytales!

Lake Pearl provides a wedding coordinator and we were lucky enough to get Gina Giacalone - she was fantastic! Gina was warm and caring, with a strong attention to detail - she truly cared about us and ensuring our wedding was exactly what we wanted - we loved her! And the day of the wedding, it ran like clockwork. We felt so well taken care of and as MOB and the hostess, I didn't have to worry about anything - they totally had it all taken care of.There is also a beach house you can rent the day of for the women to get ready and I am so glad we did this. It was so much fun - great please to get hair and make up done and hang out. We got a breakfast spread and a lunch spread and champagne - we had so much fun getting ready there and made so many beautiful memories.The food was also excellent (and I am very picky!) - many of or guests commented on the beauty of the venue and how good the food was.Gina and the other staff and the venue itself totally exceeded our expectations - I can honestly say everything was perfect! My husband and I got married here on 9/19/20. We were just blown away with how beautiful it was. Our venue contact Janet has been with us every step of the way since we booked in February 2019. She and Lake Pearl were so willing to help us to navigate the changes and restrictions that came along with Covid-19. We opted to do a small wedding this year on our original date and will be back next September for our larger wedding! Juliana, our day of coordinator and Sandra, my bridal attendant were amazing and were instrumental in making our day such a success. Guests have been raving about the food and we have some very tough critics! It was a perfect day considering the tough circumstances. We are so glad we got married here and can’t wait to do it again next year!

We were supposed to get married here 7/19/20. They told us if we moved it outside we could have it. They waited until 5 DAYS before our wedding to cancel on us. They couldn't get their act together in time to have our wedding. They tried to blame it on everyone else not doing their job but yet, other MA venues had no problem getting ready and inspected. We had nothing but problems with communication from multiple people since day one. Would of appreciated a heads up weeks earlier that our wedding might not be a possibility so we weren't left scrambling to find a venue. Instead, they cared more about prospective profit, lied to us, and chose to string us along. RETHINK THIS VENUE. Glad they gave us our money back but seriously, how could they do that to someone?? We ended up having a beautiful reception in RI instead. Guess their unprofessionalism was a blessing!

My husband and I got married here on July 12, 2019. Everything was great. Janet was our assistant up until the day of the wedding. The day of the wedding I was given two to three assistants. The week before my wedding we were in constant contact with Janet because we were worried about rain. We mainly picked this venue because the grounds are absolutely stunning. I was worried there would be rain and we would have to have an indoor wedding. The day of the wedding it rained early in the morning but the call was not going to be made to have our ceremony inside until 2 hours before. When I arrived at about 3:30/4:00 it stated to down pour. I was so upset but fifteen minutes later my assistants ran outside to wipe off the chairs and the walkway. We ended up having a gorgeous ceremony in the shining sun at the Gazebo of the Tree Top room. After the ceremony and pictures were done we were immediately served our delicious salad then our dinner. Before dinner my husband and I were instructed to cut the cake. I was a little angered as I told them I wanted to cut the cake after dinner not before because none of my guests were even paying attention to our cake cutting ceremony. However, shortly I would realize it was a blessing in disguise. Right after we finished our dinner we began making our rounds saying hello when one guest said \"I smell smoke.\" At first I was calm and though someone caught a sleeve or napkin on fire from our tea light candles. Smoke began pouring out of the walls and I was confused. The kitchen staff told us all to stay calm and have a seat. They began opening the glass doors to let the smoke out but the floor underneath us was on fire. We were then rushed out of the building the smoke was so bad we could not see our way out. Police and firefighters were there within minutes. I was absolutely distraught that my wedding had just caught on fire. I was hopeful that the firemen would quickly distinguish the electrical fire and we could go back in. They had hoses running into the venue for at least two hours. I refused for my wedding to end in such a manner so we continued the party outside in the front of the building all night long. We were contracted to have our wedding be complete by 11:00pm but our last guests left around 1:30am which was amazing! The staff was so incredibly great during the whole process. One of my assistants felt horrible and it was his first night working in his new role. My husband and I have zero hard feelings against Lake Pearl they did well by us and we did receive 100% of our venue funds back. I am very thankful for the staff that was working that night because they were extremely helpful and calming. Our guests did not get to have cake but we held a party at a later date to have cake. One of my assistants who ran to grab cases of water for us was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation which I felt absolutely horrible about however, this shows the dedication of the Lake Pearl Staff. Reguardless of this happening our wedding was absolutely amazing and News Stations continue to talk about our wedding to this day. My husband and I highly recommend Lake Pearl for any venue setting. This was a freak accident that should not deter anyone from choosing this venue. I am still happy we chose this venue for our wedding. Thank you Lake Pearl.

Right after we finished our dinner we began making our rounds saying hello when one guest said \"I smell smoke.\" At first I was calm and though someone caught a sleeve or napkin on fire from our tea light candles. Smoke began pouring out of the walls and I was confused. The kitchen staff told us all to stay calm and have a seat. They began opening the glass doors to let the smoke out but the floor underneath us was on fire. We were then rushed out of the building the smoke was so bad we could not see our way out. Police and firefighters were there within minutes. I was absolutely distraught that my wedding had just caught on fire. I was hopeful that the firemen would quickly distinguish the electrical fire and we could go back in. They had hoses running into the venue for at least two hours. I refused for my wedding to end in such a manner so we continued the party outside in the front of the building all night long. We were contracted to have our wedding be complete by 11:00pm but our last guests left around 1:30am which was amazing! The staff was so incredibly great during the whole process. One of my assistants felt horrible and it was his first night working in his new role. My husband and I have zero hard feelings against Lake Pearl they did well by us and we did receive 100% of our venue funds back. I am very thankful for the staff that was working that night because they were extremely helpful and calming. Our guests did not get to have cake but we held a party at a later date to have cake. One of my assistants who ran to grab cases of water for us was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation which I felt absolutely horrible about however, this shows the dedication of the Lake Pearl Staff. Reguardless of this happening our wedding was absolutely amazing and News Stations continue to talk about our wedding to this day. My husband and I highly recommend Lake Pearl for any venue setting. This was a freak accident that should not deter anyone from choosing this venue. I am still happy we chose this venue for our wedding. Thank you Lake Pearl.

The staff at Lake Pearl were excellent, very professional, and so supportive through the entire process. We worked with Karen throughout the planning, then with Juliana for the rehearsal and the ceremony. We LOVED working with them all! Ashley was in charge of setting up the venue for us, and she did an amazing job. The bartenders throughout the evening were kind and responsive to the guests, as was the wait staff. We also loved working with their florist, Golden Gate Studios. I want to thank everyone at LP for helping to create the perfect environment for my son's wedding.

My wife and I had our wedding at Lake Pearl in December of 2019 and could not speak more highly about the venue, their staff, and overall experience. From the beginning of the process, we could tell that Karen was on top of every detail about our wedding. Something as simple as coming to all of our meetings with a folder listing every detail of our plans demonstrated forethought and preparedness – something that my wife and I greatly appreciated. My wife and I moved halfway across the county about two-thirds of the way through our planning (about 6 months prior to the wedding). Needless to say, this added an incredible amount of stress on us regarding continuing the planning process primarily through emails. With that said, when we emailed Karen it was not uncommon that we would get a response within hours after sending, even if this meant the response came late at night. When we did have a face to face meeting, we legitimately felt a weight come off our shoulders after leaving Lake Pearl. I remember multiple times leaving the building, turning to my then-fiancé, and saying “Wow, I feel a lot better. Sounds like everything is under control.” Karen is a no-nonsense coordinator. You ask a question – she will give you the answer. This was very important to us as with planning a wedding you want the straight answer so you can move onto the next fire to fight. With that said, Karen was incredibly accommodating with our numerous requests, ranging from extended times to take pictures, to location of props and decorations.The day of the reception went by in a blur. We blinked our eyes and it was over. I believe that shows the preparation and quality of the staff at Lake Pearl. At your wedding, you want to be fully focused on your guests, and celebrating with your partner. The fact that I cannot think of any instance of me stopping and having to fight any venue-related issues speaks to the professionalism of the venue and its staff.We spent quite of lot of time deciding on our venue. If I can go back and do it all again, I would not change a thing. Thank you Lake Pearl for making our wedding day the happiest day of our lives!

We have zero complaints about service the day of. The venue was beautiful, everything went perfectly and we were assigned 2 women to help us that day who were so warm and helpful. They made the day incredibly easy. Our only issues stemmed directly from the woman we worked with the entire lead up to our wedding, Karen. If you book with this venue please do not work with her. Insist on someone else. Especially if you are someone looking for a venue that will get right back to you, and cares about your plans. If you are easily stressed or have a high level of attention to detail she will make you miserable.I am an extremely laid back person and we did the bare minimum for the wedding planning. All super simple. I did our flowers and a candy table myself so what was required from the venue itself was not a lot at all. Here were our issues with Karen. From our very first meeting with her to get a tour she was short with us, not friendly, and clearly distracted. She even told us If we wanted to see the boat house we needed to go walk down there by ourselves. If you want someone’s business maybe be nice and act interested on their tour of the venue? We loved the venue itself and basically put up with Karen because we wanted the venue. Almost every single time I emailed her I got an automatic response she was out of the office for several days. Another review here says the same thing. I assure you it was extremely frustrating and I’m not exaggerating. I think there were only 2 times I didn’t get an automatic response. Staff responsible for planning a wedding should be full time and available. When we wanted to nail down our date and pay the deposit I had to keep after her over and over again which was very frustrating. We had almost all our plans in email form, yet Karen could never remember our choices and kept asking the same questions. We had a final phone call with her where she repeatedly asked us if we were having a cake every few minutes on the call and we had to keep saying no. We felt ignored and as if she couldn’t retain any information we gave her. Going into a wedding you can see how stressful that would be. We had no idea what we would be walking into the day of our wedding because of not trusting Karen.The day before our wedding and the day of, Karen was nowhere to be found. Colleen handled everything. Honestly Colleen should be promoted and be the one who handles planning and all wedding events. She is warm and welcoming, she was excited for us that day and made us feel so relaxed. Karen needs to go. Someone planning and booking weddings should be excited to help and talk to clients, if her enthusiasm has gone than she shouldn’t be the face of the venue, and certainly not weddings which are joyful occasions . She even delayed our refund after the wedding. *response to venue comment- We did not complain about Karen or report her rudeness because we couldn’t predict the result. We did not want the venue to cancel our wedding. I am glad the venue can see my responses to Karen were always kind and respectful, that was my intention rather than to antagonize her by being rude myself. I stand by my original review and the fact that her away messages were too frequent, her attention to detail was awful making me ask the same questions repeatedly, and her attitude poor. I also find it highly suspicious that soon after my review one appears that is a glowing review of Karen and specifically addresses the concerns I mentioned..

We cannot thank our wedding team at Lake Pearl enough for making our day absolutely fabulous down to the smallest detail! The food was just delicious in every way...from apps to trio to dinner....The ceremony outside at the grand gazebo was very nice. We brought in many of the pumpkins and mums for decorating, but that was fine with us....and finally, the reception in the grand ballroom was decorated perfectly and without one flaw. They really are wonderful people there. Our wedding Planner Karen worked hard to ensure we had the best day. Courtney and Ashley our wedding attendants, were just the kindest and sweetest ladies. Can't say enough good things about Lake Pearl. You won't be disappointed! I promise!

Lake Pearl Wrentham is the perfect spot for your wedding, or any special occasion. We planned our wedding from across the country, so it was a challenge to put all the pieces together. Thankfully, one our first visit to the area, we found several venues that we liked for our wedding. But from the moment we looked at Lake Pearl’s website, we knew we had to visit this venue and we are so glad we did. The views are stunning, from the lake, to the Boathouse, the pier (perfect for sunset pictures!), the gazebo, and especially the Treetop Room where we had our reception. Every location was picture-perfect and truly unforgettable. But the staff was even more amazing. They handled us with such personalized attention and great care that we felt like they were as invested in our special day as we were. The GM, Robb, treated us like old friends and we knew that all the details were well taken care of on his hands, and those of his professional and friendly staff members. We had quite a lot of personal items that we added on top of Lake Pearl’s already impressive arrangements, but they took care of it all and made every inch of the venue look exactly as we had hoped. The load-in/load-out was the smoothest and quickest we could ever imagine. These guys are pros! By the end of our wedding day, our “Day Of” concierge, Colleen, and personal Groomsman, Chase, felt like part of our family. They put us at ease, calmed our nerves, took care of every detail and went above and beyond. Thank you both, and thanks to William, Vicki and everyone on the staff who helped out. Onto the food. When we went for the tasting the selection far surpassed our expectations. We had trouble choosing between the dishes, because they were all so good. Several friends had warned us that the tasting is always better than the wedding, because it’s much easier to cook 4 dishes than 100. But all of our guests raved about the food, from the passed appetizers during cocktail hour, to the main courses that rivaled our favorite steakhouse. Try their Sunday Brunch. It’s a real treat!Like most venues, Lake Pearl supplied us with a list of preferred vendors and we ended choosing most of our vendors from their list. All of them were not only perfect for our needs but, to the very last person, a true pleasure to work with. You can trust the team at Lake Pearl with every aspect of your needs and they will deliver beyond your best wishes.This was the perfect venue for our wedding. I can’t imagine any other place for our special day. We wholeheartedly recommend Lake Pearl Wrentham and their incredible staff for your most special events.

My daughter got married at Lake Pearl last Sunday. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Janet Mirabella made the planning so easy. She guided us through every step leading up to the wedding. My daughter and husband chose the boat house for their ceremony and the tent for the reception. The staff at Lake Pearl made sure every detail was taken care of and our every need was met. My daughter had Sandra from Lake Pearl as her bridal attendant for the day. She was awesome. She came by the bridal suite throughout the day to make sure the girls had everything they needed. My ceremony was a disaster. It was interrupted multiple times by music from an adjacent wedding. They failed to set up the wedding property. The wedding coordinator disappeared and no one seated the guests. We were unable to walk down the aisles properly. They never told the musicians when to start playing. As per the GM Robb this is acceptable and nothing was wrong.

My husband and I had our wedding reception in the West Ballroom and it could not have been more perfect! We booked the venue with our wedding coordinator Janet who listened to every request we had and helped us make our dream wedding a reality. She was always available to meet with us in person to answer questions, as well as was so prompt to answer any questions I had via email. Janet kept us at ease throughout the wedding planning while make sure everything was organized and complete. During the wedding, my bridal attendant and the rest of the associates took excellent care of the wedding party and all our guests making sure we had everything we needed at all times with a smile. Not only was our ballroom gorgeous, the cocktail room (garden room) and the grounds were perfect as well. The location was beautiful- being on a lake. We received so many compliments from our guests about the service and the food. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend this venue!

We booked the venue with our wedding coordinator Janet who listened to every request we had and helped us make our dream wedding a reality. She was always available to meet with us in person to answer questions, as well as was so prompt to answer any questions I had via email. Janet kept us at ease throughout the wedding planning while make sure everything was organized and complete. During the wedding, my bridal attendant and the rest of the associates took excellent care of the wedding party and all our guests making sure we had everything we needed at all times with a smile. Not only was our ballroom gorgeous, the cocktail room (garden room) and the grounds were perfect as well. The location was beautiful- being on a lake. We received so many compliments from our guests about the service and the food. Overall we had a great experience and highly recommend this venue!

First of all, if you’re even considering booking your wedding at Lake Pearl, DO IT!! It will be the best decision you ever made. We booked our beach/boathouse/tent wedding in 6 short months and thankfully with Janet’s assistance it was a piece of cake! She was so easy going, friendly, and answered every question I had in such a timely manner I was so impressed. She made me feel less Bride crazy and made me feel grounded through the entire process. I also can’t say enough about the staff the day of my wedding. Juliana made sure my day was nothing short of perfect. She kept me in the loop the entire morning, set up the tent beautifully, and even made sure I had a drink and appetizer throughout cocktail hour while taking pictures! You can tell she is passionate about what she does and it shows because I was blown away. Sandra my bridal attendant checked in with me all day and made sure I had everything I needed. Our wedding guests made remarks how beautiful the property was and how much fun they had. First of all, if you’re even considering booking your wedding at Lake Pearl, DO IT!! It will be the best decision you ever made. Overall Lake Pearl was an amazing venue to work with. I feel like I could have used more guidance with deadlines but I stayed organized so was able to make it work. I'm disappointed with my experience with the sales and planning team. First, we booked our wedding date more than 18 months out (our wedding was 15 June 2019). In that time, I was constantly reaching out to the sales team. The sales team never (maybe once or twice in 18 months) reached out to me first. Never reminded me of any deadlines coming up. Was late to respond with emails asking information. Did not know anything about my wedding until a couple days before - continued questioning details that we had solidifed MONTHS in advance. Gave me no confidence in the planning I did the entire time. The only confidence I had were the vendors in which I dealt with DIRECTLY. I will not be recommending Lake Pearl to anyone. The beach, boathouse and tent were beautiful (for the most part) but the entire 18 months were stressful not having a clear picture in mind. I work closely with contracts for my profession so I understand contracts and I did not feel comfortable being in this contract with Lake Pearl. I felt it was a one way street in which I was the only person caring in this agreement how things went. I thought, 'maybe this is how every wedding is, and on the day of my wedding it will be seamless', but that was NOT the case - and after reading several 1 star reviews, others had this exact experience! There were multiple times I looked around the Victorian Tent during my reception and no person working at Lake Pearl could be seen. Myself and my groom literally had to ask the bartenders for Julianna and Aubrey. I am so disappointed. I paid so much money and this is the service I received. Not to mention the lack of communication between Lake Pearl employees themselves... no one working my wedding knew we have over $100 of credit for the bar so we had issues getting that taken care of as well. I would not recommend Lake Pearl unless you hire a private coordinator to make sure you are confident during planning and the day of. Lake Pearl is a money pit. Unless you are made of money and want great pictures because it's a beautiful setting, don't book here. It's a stressful nightmare if you are a planner like myself.

Last minute our ceremony space had to be changed to the boat house because our original gazebo space was flooded BUT this ended being much better than originally planned for. Lake Pearl's team was flexible and made the day feel so smooth for our guests. To this day people have been raving about the food (we got the balsamic salmon and the stuffed chicken yum!) and I even got comments from our guests about LP's staff's kindness. You guys really made this day a stress-free endeavor for us. It was so stunning. The grounds were beautiful, the people were kind, and the food was yum! What else could you ask for? ALSO ALSO ALSO if you are a coffee girl like me, get Espresso Dave's- during cocktail hour/the reception...the coffee was amazing and guests were drinking lattes like there was no tomorrow. We Love LP! We got married on October 12th, 2018 and had the most breathtaking autumn wedding lakeside. Our ceremony was in the boat house, and reception in the tree top room. We worked with Sarah and she was professional, helpful, and worked hard to make our vision come to reality. We fell in love with the grounds upon first visit, and we did everything we could to ensure that we could have the wedding we dreamed of at this venue. The staff that handled our day were VERY attentive and helped us get through our day with very little issue (we asked for some pictures at the Cinderella carriage, and the staff quickly rallied to restring lighting for our evening photos because the original lighting was not working)... we were so happy with everything that we can't say enough - THANK YOU for making our day everything we dreamed and then some! (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!)

We were not going to write reviews or write a letter to the owner, but that changed recently after receiving a thank-you card addressed to “Mr. & Mrs.”, when we’re in fact a gay couple, and my husband took my name – not the other way around. If it were from a random entity I would dismiss it as clerical error. Coming from our wedding venue it seems more of an unreasonable oversight, albeit a (regrettably) unsurprising one. When we picked it up and read the envelope we immediately shook our heads at what we say as just the latest in a series of inaccuracies that dogged our wedding.From the very beginning of wedding planning we were intent on having an open bar. This was reiterated at our meeting with Robb (GM) on April 11th, which was then reflected on the BEO dated April 17th showing a consumption estimate of $5,400. After cocktail hour (which was included in our package), a guest approached me and inquired about the bar charging (as he was under the impression that it was open). I then found my bar contact (which Robb insisted in case issues arise) and asked her to take care of it. The bartender informed the contact that it is not listed on the BEO and Robb is not on site. My husband and I then lost approximately 1 hour of our wedding to figure out that fiasco. Robb’s excuse was that it was a “last minute add on” (our wedding was in June). To add insult to injury, when we returned to our table, our meals had been cleared. We never got to eat because of this.We were informed that noise from the tent wedding would not impact our ceremony at the boat house, which was inaccurate. Our wedding video could not be edited, and guests in the back could not hear our vows. Up-lighting that was supposed to be provided was not initially. It took approximately 1.5 hours to have this corrected. These are just some of the errors, unfortunately I have limited space. Due to the high failure rate, we would not recommend this venue to anyone. We reached out to the owner directly and never received a response.

Lake Pearl was the absolute best venue for our wedding. We had our ceremony in the beautiful boat house and our reception in the tent. We looked at about 6 venues but we knew we wanted a tent reception and we fell in love with Lake Pearl as soon as we first arrived. They truly went above & beyond through the whole process. We are so grateful and amazed at how the staff took care of us on our special day. First of all, the planning was so easy. Our coordinators listened to us and all of our opinions and made our dreams come true! (Especially thankful for Sarah!!) They made sure every detail was covered and responded to all of my emails very quickly. The day of, all of our decorations were flawless. I knew I didn't have to worry about this! Even little details, like adding candles around our cake, were so thoughtful and appreciated. They even accommodated my last minute decision of having a first-look, and I can't thank them enough for that. The day was perfect and we never had a stressful moment. Our day-of coordinators were amazing and made sure we were taken care of, knew what the timeline was, and where we were supposed to be at every moment of the day. I really can't express how flawless our day was and how thankful we are for Lake Pearl. Not to mention the grounds are stunning! All of our guests tell us it was the best wedding they've been to and continuously ask us \"How did you find such a great venue?!\" Thank you again Lake Pearl for making our wedding day so beautiful and everything we could've hoped for! Definitely recommend and will think of you guys for our future events!

We had our wedding at Lake Pearl and the day was honestly everything we were hoping for. We were very pleased. All of our decorations were placed perfectly. We both felt that at all times we knew where we were supposed to go and what to do. We were never lost, we were never confused, we were always right where we needed to be. That really made the wedding stress-free for us. We just enjoyed the day.Our ceremony was in the Grand Gazebo, and our reception was held in the East Ballroom. There were several other weddings that day, but we never saw any of them. we don't know how they keep the parties separate, but they do an excellent job at that!Our salesperson was Karen who really advocated for what we wanted and was exceptionally responsive as the day got close. Colleen was our wedding coordinator (essentially the person who runs the wedding on the day) and she was outstanding! We both felt at ease throughout the wedding day and Colleen was a huge part of that.One thing to note, we tried many foods at our tasting and they were all amazing. We ultimately chose some items that were on the menu, but that we did not taste at our tasting. The food was - fine - but looking back we wish we chose from the items we sampled at the tasting. If you are considering Lake Pearl we would suggest doing the same.After the wedding ended they cleaned up INCREDIBLY fast and returned our decorations to us as we were leaving. Everything they do is efficient and lightning fast, we are amazed at how good these folks are at their jobs.All in all we would recommend Lake Pearl for any event. Our guests cannot stop talking about the wedding. To be honest, I don't know how we afforded such a beautiful wedding. Lake Pearl is the best value for your dollar.

Our day was great! Rob was very nice to work with and very accommodating. Everyone was very communicative through the whole process. Adam was very pleasant and streamlined the whole event. They were so good that there was an issue that came up that was the florist fault who I would not recommend (Katydid). They forgot a center piece and did not decorate the cake with flowers as agreed upon. SO the lake pearl staff communicated this to me immediately and we strategized a game plan for what we would do. They suggested taking one of the bouquets from the girls and placing it in a vase, perfect. Then they were able to deconstruct one of the arrangements that we used for the ceremony and decorated the cake with those flowers. I am very thankful that they did this. The cake would have come out with just white frosting... On point! I think there's a lot to say when something goes wrong about how they handled it, and I think they handled it gracefully, quickly and quietly.

Lake Pearl was by far the best choice for our special day! From day one when we first arrived to check out the grounds we were blown away! They have 4 different rooms you can choose from depending on your party size, their own private beach which is perfect for wedding photo's and you can get married on the beach in their boathouse right by the water! Robb our coordinator was helpful throughout our entire process of planning our wedding. Since we weren't from the area and didn't know where to start, we were given a list of vendors who they have worked with in the past, local vendors, and also recommended some that weren't on the packet which was very helpful! Our wedding day was perfect! Even with the weather Lake Pearl moved everything inside and made it perfect for our ceremony. Our reception in the Tree Top Room was perfect with the waterview and private deck. Lake Pearl went above and beyond to make our wedding memorable not only for my husband and I but our guests too. We were married on August 12, 2018 and our family and friends are still talking about how much they enjoyed Lake Pearl, the grounds, the food, and the service! My husband and I are glad we chose Lake Pearl and would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to get married or having any sort of function! I also had my bridal shower here as well and it was perfect! They even have a cinderella carriage on the grounds too!

My husband and I just got married here on June 9, 2018, and everything was absolutely perfect! The venue was gorgeous inside and out and provided endless opportunities for pictures. All of the staff we interacted with were phenomenal from day one, and especially on the day of the wedding. My bridal attendant helped carry my train as we walked through the lawn and even bustled my dress for me before the reception started! She was attentive throughout the entire night to make sure all our needs were met. We worked with Karen throughout the planning process, and she was also fantastic! She responded quickly to emails and was very organized. She made sure we discussed details of the day we hadn’t even thought of so that everything would run smoothly, and she was very accommodating when we had to make a few last minute changes. She even followed up with us the day after the wedding to make sure our expectations were met! We also liked that there was no pressure from Lake Pearl at any time, which was a huge selling point for us. They were upfront about pricing and deadlines with no “hidden fees” and did not pressure us to spend extra money on things we didn’t want (like many places do!). We got married in the East Ballroom, and the tables, décor, etc. were set up exactly as I envisioned (without me giving any instructions). The room looked absolutely beautiful! The food was also fantastic- our guests are still raving about the Chinese dumplings! We served prime rib and chicken piccata, and both were delicious! We felt the price we paid for the wedding was reasonable compared to other venues (although we didn’t look at many because we were so impressed with Lake Pearl), and it was worth every penny! Lake Pearl was so great to work with- we can’t speak highly enough about our experience with them! Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Lake Pearl!

Wedding Date 27-04-2018
I knew when we took our tour this was where we were going to have our wedding reception. We were in the Tree Top Room, which was so beautiful with all the windows to look down on the lake. There are so many locations for pictures! We worked with Karen, who was so great and helpful. And day of we worked with Jen and Ashley, who were so wonderful. We had three guests with Gluten Allergies or Celiac and they took such good care of them, and made sure they had the right food. And the food! The food, was DELICIOUS! Everyone kept telling us how good everything was. They took such good care of us, the bridal party, and our guests. There was never a moment we were concerned, everything went so smoothly. Also in the main ballroom there was a prom going on. We only ever saw them outside when my husband and I were coming back from taking pictures. Otherwise we never would of known! I'm so happy we had our reception at Lake Pearl!

This venue was absolutely perfect. I wanted an outside tent wedding without having to do all of the work of needing to find a caterer, event planning company, etc. This was the perfect solution with a one-stop shop and tent/outdoor wedding availability right on Lake Pearl. The day of our wedding, we did not run into ANY issues...not ONE! Everything was absolutely beautiful. The staff is super supportive and accommodating throughout the entire process. I had the pleasure of working with Robb who was great at making sure we covered all of our bases. The food was amazing as well - we did not hear any complaints from our guests and I was able to try all of the dishes - they were great. Lastly, the price is extremely reasonable for what you receive in return from this venue. Everything for my wedding was beyond my expectations from this venue and I highly recommend it!

My husband and I had our wedding at Lake Pearl on October 8th and it was absolutely perfect! The service, guidance, food and night went flawlessly. The only reason why I didn't give Lake Pearl 5 stars, was because there was an issue with our previous wedding coordinator that caused us having to move our ceremony space a few months prior to our wedding. Rob and our new wedding coordinator Hillary were fantastic with working with us, communicating and accommodating us after a stressful snafu. However, it was all resolved and led to us having a fantastic night!
