My son and daughter-in-law picked the venue and they allowed me to be a key part of the wedding process. Truly it was an amazing experience. We were able to go to the venue every Saturday for an hour as many times as we wanted in order to finalize details. The day of the wedding prove to be gorgeous fall weather, of which we were very thankful. Of course they were some glitches and we could not find the table seating chart for the guests. Lori was instantly on her hands and knees in the storage closet wiping off the names from a prior wedding and willing to help us write the names of our guests on the glass panel. Fortunately after she removed the names of one section we were to find our list. It was more the point that she defrayed every anxious moment that we had. I definitely give Lakeview Farms a 10-star review.

Kellie and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding experience. From the day we went for a tour we knew there was something special about Lakeview. We feel so lucky that we were able to have our special day at there, and everyone made the experience so much more relaxed. I know there were several times that I half jokingly asked laurie about some thing I was worrying about, and she put my mind at ease almost immediately. Everyone has been great to work with through this whole process, and was very empathic to my family situation and were willing to make accommodations for us, and we greatly appreciate that. Anyone that has the honor of having Laurie as their coordinator in the future should know they are lucky!Justin and Kellie

There are not enough words to say about this venue! They were absolutely amazing in every step of they way. As soon as my husband and I walked into the venue, we knew we were going to get married there. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us bring it to life. 2 weeks before the wedding, we had the pleasure of meeting Tara, our day of coordinator. She was absolutely great. She took the time to map out the day and make sure everything was perfect. She made sure that people got to where they needed to be and also started cleaning up for my family while we were all dancing before the party was over. I have always dreamed of a perfect day and I can faithfully say that because of Tara and LakeView, my day was even better than imagined!

Lakeview Farms Events is the perfect venue! The venue is one of the prettiest venues we’ve seen and the landscaping is impeccable. We love how the venue has a different area for every part of your wedding and it flows perfectly. Endless photo opportunities. They have 2 huge closets full of decor that you are able to use at no extra charge. Deb was very quick and helpful responding to any questions we had during the planning process. Laurie was great to work with the day off and the weeks leading up to our big day. She made our day flow smoothly and we did not have to worry about anything. We are so happy we chose Lakeview Farms Events for our wedding! 10/10 recommend!!

Lakeview Farms Events is the perfect venue! The venue is one of the prettiest venues we’ve seen and the landscaping is impeccable. We love how the venue has a different area for every part of your wedding and it flows perfectly. Endless photo opportunities. We picked lake view farms because of the beautiful scenery and event space. From the initial meeting with Deb to see the venue, through our wedding day, we had a remarkable experience. The wedding website they provide gives you a preferred vendor list which we heavily used for the ease of planning and it was well worth it. It also provides a timeline so you can keep things organized and make sure that things aren’t missed. On the day of our event, Laurie was incredible: keeping our day organized and running smoothly . The ceremony space was beautiful, the separate space for cocktail hour and cornhole was the perfect for our guests and we were able to use the available decor at the barn for decorations which saved us a ton of money for the reception. Our day could not have gone better and I can’t thank Laurie, Lacey, Deb and the entire team at Lakeview farms for such an incredible day. I’m so excited to see our photos from such a beautiful space. The horses even made their appearance for the day.

Rustic country elegance. This venue was perfection for our wedding. The scenic views alone were breathtaking but we were also blown away by the work of our event coordinator, Lacey. We loved Deb the venue owner; she was so helpful with the wedding planning process. Everyone there was so nice, so accommodating and genuinely want you to have the most amazing day. Highly recommend this venue.

Rustic country elegance. This venue was perfection for our wedding. The scenic views alone were breathtaking but we were also blown away by the work of our event coordinator, Lacey. We loved Deb the venue owner; she was so helpful with the wedding planning process. Everyone there was so nice, so accommodating and genuinely want you to have the most amazing day. I would highly recommend Lakeview Farms Events to any couple looking for a venue! From the very beginning all the staff were very helpful and supper easy to communicate with. Each couple gets a day of coordinator which makes the day go by so smoothly! Tara did an amazing job reaching out to me weeks before my wedding to make sure everything was on track and lended a hand wherever she could. Not only is not only a magical place to get married, but the staff are extremely helpful and friendly! The amazing team made sure our day went as smooth as possible and were so accommodating to us this entire journey. I cannot thank Mindy (our day of coordinator) more for everything she did on our wedding day. We got married on the day Hurricane Ian hit the coast so the weather was changing by the minute. Mindy did everything she possibly do to make the day as stress free as possible. She was incredibly responsive and always had ideas to share. We were lucky enough to get a small window of sprinkling for our outdoor ceremony and she assured me that everything would be perfect no matter the wedding! I can’t say enough good things about Lakeview Farms and their team. If you are debating about booking here as your venue, do it! You won’t regret it. Thank so much Lakeview Farms and their team for being the perfect venue for my dream wedding.

Lakeview Farms was a dream! Between the barn, the ceremony space and the people, we couldn't have asked for a better venue. The ceremony space is beyond beautiful with the trees overhead and the horse pastures in the background our pictures look like something from a movie. Then the reception space, the barn was almost so gorgeous we barely needed decorations. The closet of decorating materials is the most awesome idea I've seen and that alone should make you choose this venue. Well, if not the closet, then the people should convince you to get married here. Lacey and Ashley helped our day go by with ease; they did so many behind the scene details on our wedding day that we didn't think of and hugely appreciate. All in all, get married at Lakeview Farms, you wont regret it!

From the minute we visited Lakeview Farms the first time we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding! The property is absolutely stunning and the amount of effort the staff puts into the upkeep of it is very evident with even the smallest details. Not only is the property itself beautiful but the resources available to you are unlike any other venue we had visited. There are 2 rooms with decorations for you to use free of charge, with anything you might need from centerpieces to signs to cake/cupcake stands. It saved us SO much money to be able to almost completely decorate for our entire ceremony and reception using their things. Our day-of coordinator was Laurie and I can’t say enough good things about her. She was so organized and helpful from the start and went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was perfect. Using the plans we came up with together, she had everything set up for us on the wedding day, kept things going according to schedule throughout the day, and there was very minimal cleanup afterwards for family/friends to be stuck with which was a huge positive for us. We had a ton of guests tell us or our families that it was the most beautiful venue they’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for a venue that will not only provide you with a beautiful setting and amazing pictures, but also a stress free day where you can just focus on having fun, this is the place!!

Needless to say, we completely fell in love with the place and called the next day to book it. We had our wedding here in September and had the BEST day! The wedding coordinators and vendors were awesome, the property looked absolutely beautiful, and the whole day was just perfect. The price is very reasonable considering how much is included with the venue. Every part of our experience with lakeview farms was wonderful and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Lakeview Farms was the most beautiful venue I have been to in my search. There was a lovely outdoor Space that was very scenic with horses and the fountain lake. They have a place for everything, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and even a place for pre-ceremony drinks, which was great because you didn’t have to worry about setting up and tearing down the same spaces. The employees are amazing to work with, they are all so supportive and helpful and just want you to have the best day ever! This venue truly goes above and beyond for your special day!

I had several venues lined up and when I met Deb at Lakeview Farms I canceled going to see all the others. I just knew this was the place, the barn was breathtaking the grounds immaculate and the horses were beautiful. The coordinator that I had was so professional and took care of every little detail from two weeks out and the rehearsal and of course on my wedding day. I cannot express how wonderful the staff was and how absolutely beautiful everything was. My guest were taken cared of they had a golf cart for my elderly father and they just took care of everything. All I had to do was look beautiful and they took care of everything else. I highly recommend this venue they were wonderful.

My husband and I had a beautiful wedding at Lakeview on 4/23/22, and received SO many compliments! There are many reasons that I was happy with our venue choice, so I’ll try to hit the main points for future brides doing research (I was you!).Beautiful without Décor:The owner, Deb, takes pride in the beautiful grounds and it truly shows. Beautiful hanging baskets are placed around the property. The ceremony site is breathtaking with the horses in the background. The flameless candles along the walls of the barn add the perfect ambiance when the sun goes down. Also, DO sunset pics!Open barn:My favorite part of this venue is what they call \"Open Barn\". Couples that have booked are able to show up during a specified time (I’ll let the venue disclose that information) to see how the couple that day arranged things and decorated. This allows you to see the barn several times to get ideas! This is also a great way to meet the staff and ask questions. I remember getting the \"wedding factory\" feel when touring other venues. At this venue, you aren’t just a number. They really want you to have a uniquely \"you\" best day ever. This venue is DIY-friendly… but you certainly don’t have to be DIY at all, see below.Borrowed Room:The borrowed room has the potential to save you A LOT of money! Essentially this venue has a collection of items that you can use for your wedding day for free! I’m talking signs, easels, centerpieces, jars, lanterns, cupcake stands, table numbers, etc. It is also organized with pictures and counts. There is really something for everyone here – all styles. This room is something that you can look through during “Open Barn”.Flexibility:Lakeview’s goal is for you to have your dream wedding the way that you want it. Being able to pick your own vendors is HUGE and plays a big role in your wedding budget. If you book a Saturday wedding, you have access to the property 10AM – 6PM on Friday (to include the rehearsal walk-through). This is HUGE for DIY brides. It was plenty of time to set things up stress-free. You will be assigned to a “Day-of Coordinator” and “Helper” about 2-3 weeks prior to your wedding, which are INCLUDED! I had Tara and Lacey, and they were wonderful. Quick responses to questions, very organized and experienced. Tara and Lacey were great at keeping us on track with our wedding day timeline. They aren’t afraid to take charge when needed!Now that I told you about all of the great stuff, I want to include some things I perceived as drawbacks so you can have my true, honest opinion. But, it’s important to mention that I gave 5 stars because the pros FAR outweighed the cons. You can’t get ready on-site, or access the venue until 1PM on the wedding day. But, when you see the beautiful bridal suite, you will understand that they don’t want to risk ruining furniture with makeup, etc. At one point the barn burned down and was rebuilt, so they don’t allow any flames. Battery operated candles only, which is understandable. If it rains, the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all need to be inside the barn. Lakeview is the most beautiful venue to get married at. When I began my search for a venue I had no idea what I wanted until I met with Deb and viewed her venue at Lakeview. Everything is perfectly thought of for you to have the most beautiful wedding day. Being as though my fiancé and I are both still getting on our feet, Deb and the whole the team helped us in so many different ways and showed us that we could still have a beautiful wedding even on a budget. We never felt like we were less than any other wedding day just because of money. She even has something called \"The Borrow Room,\" which really made planning a breeze. Deb was so professional and really made us feel at home. My specific day of coordinator could not have made me feel more relaxed. Even when their were stressful situations that arose, Laurie made me feel like she had everything under control. She did more than I could have ever asked of her, She's amazing and made my wedding day perfect. I didn't even have to ask her to do anything that day and before wedding day she was always there to help. She went above and beyond. Lindsay was such an amazing person to work with and she really helped us on saving money and making our tables look the best. All around Lakeview is and was the perfect place to tie the knot with my fiancé. I couldn't have asked for a more special experience. I will always hold the Lakeview team in my heart.

Deb, the owner, was friendly, informative, and very helpful during our venue search process. Fast forward to our special day (10.23.2021), and it couldn’t have been anything more than perfect. Lakeview Farms is absolutely beautiful and our entire family and guests still can’t stop talking about how it was the best wedding they’ve been to and how beautiful the entire venue was! Our Lakeview Wedding Coordinator, Laurie, was more than helpful throughout the month leading up to the wedding and the day of! Laurie went above and beyond making our day stress-free and smooth as can be! She did more than we anticipated and we couldn’t have been more appreciative! Lindsay, who helped out with our linens at Lakeview, as well as the barn set up, was also more than helpful with all our questions and set up needs! On our wedding day there was a chance of rain and drizzle and Laurie did everything possible to hold out from moving inside so we can have our ceremony outside (what we really wanted) despite the hesitant weather. During our vows it started to downpour, but we look over and here comes Laurie and the rest of the staff running with umbrellas to save the day-It’s the small, no hesitation things like this that made us love our entire time at Lakeview even more! It was everything we ever wanted our wedding to be . Lakeview is stunning!!! we barely had to decorate because the venue and the ceremony site speak for themselves. The grounds are flawlessly maintained and are landscaped for the current season. The very little we did decorate, we used the decorations provided in the closet in the barn. They provide a huge selection of decorations left by other brides after their weddings. This is such a unique and wonderful idea. We were able to utilize welcome signs, garland, easels, mirrors and table seating charts!!! It was a life saver and really allowed my dreams to come to life without having to purchase everything. However the supplies and the beautiful setting ( which all my guests raved about) is just the beginning. The crew that works with you to help make your day exactly what you want , is probably the best in the business. We have never felt so well taken care of. Laurie is phenomenal, and executed every detail with precision. She is a such a sweet , caring , fun person who makes dream come true! Seriously we can not say enough good things.... we loved it sooo much that we want to do it again( same bride and groom lol)....exact same way....our guests have even asked if we could do it again 😍🥰. We had to delay our wedding celebration for 13 months due to COVID and Deb, the owner, and all of our vendors were very accommodating and understanding. We had our wedding on 9/25/21 and we had the best time ever. Everyone is still talking about how beautiful Lakeview Farms was. Our day of coordinator Brittany was amazing. She was on it and was a lot of fun to work with. Everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this venue and it made us feel like home!

We just had our wedding at Lakeview a few weeks ago and we cannot say enough good things about this venue! The outside is so gorgeous and we loved having the huge pond in the background for pictures and our ceremony! The ceremony site outside is so beautiful and not much has to be decorated since the surrounding area is so pretty! The barn is breathtaking and so spacious! All our guests lived at least an hour away, but all said it was worth the drive because the venue and drive to it is was just so beautiful and peaceful. So thankful that a coordinator is included with the price because it took such a burden off of me and my family leading up to the wedding and day of. Shout out to Tara for being such a pleasant, cheerful, and incredibly helpful coordinator! Also, Mrs Deb (the owner) was super sweet and very prompt with communication. She offers a suggested vendor list when signing the contract and it helped us immensely. We used her linen lady, Lindsay who was so insanely amazing to work with! The whole experience was phenomenal! So happy we chose Lakeview for our special day!

A fantastic day. Our coordinator was Brittany and she did everything she could to make our day special. My wife and I loved everything about this place. We didn’t have to worry about anything and could just relax and have fun. Brittany kept things on track and made sure we had time for everything. The entire team is amazing. Not to mention the amazing view of the lake and the horses roaming in the background just gave it the country feel we were looking for. Also the venue has a list of amazing vendors that they have existing relationships with so it made it super easy to find a great DJ, caterer, etc. My wife and me had so much fun working with these people. Deb made everything so easy and straight forward for us! I am posting this review on behalf of my husband and every single one of our wedding guests - Our experience with Lakeview Farms was simply impeccable. I do not have enough good things to say about Jo and her staff, specifically Tara (our day of coordinator)! They made our wedding experience so easy and were overly willing to abide by all of our wishes. I had some different ideas for our wedding, and the staff brought them to life without hesitation. My guests and vendors couldn't believe how absolutely stunning the venue is. The venue speaks for itself, however, the staff is what truly made our wedding experience amazing. They were there throughout the entire year and a half of planning to answer any questions, sort out any issues, and allow me to visit as many times as I needed in order to finalize my planning. This is especially appreaciated given the circumstances of 2020 and the added stress that 2020 brides are facing! We are so grateful and proud that we were able to have our wedding at Lakeview Farms. I can't thank the owner and staff enough for making my dream wedding a reality. I remember repeatedly saying that every bride needs a Jo & Tara in their lives!! BOOK THIS VENUE!!!!! I promise you will not regret it.

I’ve always thought lakeview was such a beautiful place but I never imagined how flawless our day would be until I got married there! It really is a one stop shop because they do so much for you! I can’t even begin to express how grateful we are to have chosen Lakeview Farms as our wedding venue. Lakeview was the perfect venue for us with horses in pastures, a beautiful lake, rustic barn theme, and shaded ceremony site. The staff was very responsive and helpful especially during the pandemic. Our wedding coordinator, Tara, perfectly set up the entire venue exactly how we wanted and imagined it. She checked in constantly throughout the night to see if we needed anything. We had a tiny bit of rain but the staff was very helpful to make the ceremony still run perfectly outside. The barn doors were open during reception and it was very cool for a mid-August day! This venue was nice. Our wedding was in July 2018. Most of our guest were from out of town so a reception in a barn was pretty unique ! It was 91° F and extremely hot inside the barn! The fans did little to nothing to cool the place down. I would not reccomend this venue for the summer.Other than that it is a beautiful venue andwe were able to get a lot of beautiful pictures. Despite the heat, we have 0 regrets.

I used Lakeview for my ceremony and reception venue. Deb and Joanne were absolutely wonderful to work with! Anytime I emailed Deb with a question I had an answer by the next day. Joanne answered all of my questions via text messaging almost instantly, no matter how many times I had already asked the same question. They were both fun and easy to work with. I'd categorize Deb and Joanne as relaxed professionals. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about their venue and what items/decor work where. Lakeview also had all of the necessary things I was looking for; a bridal suite, a groom's room, indoor restrooms, a water source I could access, and plenty of space. For my dessert, The Dallastown Historical Society provided waffles and ice cream and Lakeview accommodated them in the corn barn. This was a great option because the Historical Society needed their own space for their appliances and they were under cover in case it rained. Lakeview was the perfect fit for my husband and I. We thought it was beautiful and we couldn't have asked for more personable people to work with!

Lakeview Farms was exactly what we wanted! We had a non traditional wedding and instead of using their beautiful farm, we had an outdoor party under the back of the barn which was just as beautiful. I can’t say enough about how great Deb was and her team. We had a short engagement (3 months) and they were there to help every step of the way. Only down side was that we had to stop the music at 10:00... we could have danced all night!

The ceremony site was recently updated with amazing landscaping that have made pictures worth a million words! We had 212 guests and there was plenty of space to have fun. Our guests loved this venue as there were horses hanging around the ceremony site and cocktail hour. Nobody wanted to leave! The staff was very laid back and if we wanted something specific they were quick to make it happen. I also loved how we could go and see how other weddings were set and decorated which gave us so many ideas for our own wedding. Lakeview farms made our dream a reality andI am going to miss working with all the staff!

Mandy, Jo, and Danielle were all so wonderful. Everything about this venue is so stunning that very limited decorations are needed. It is breathtaking. My husband and I could not be happier with our choice. All of our guests were in shock of how gorgeous it was and are still talking about it 5 months later. I would highly recommend this venue to everyone and anyone! It is such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere.

We got married May 14, 2016 and it was everything I could have hoped for thanks to the wonderful venue. Lakeview Farms is stunning and is the perfect wedding venue. Mandy, Jo, and Danielle were all so wonderful. Everything about this venue is so stunning that very limited decorations are needed. It is breathtaking. I just had my wedding at Lakeview Farms and all I can say is wow! This venue is so well kept and organized. Deb keeps the grounds so beautifully decorated that you could just show up and get married with out going overboard on decorations. This venue has the rustic country feel that I was wanting. From the string lights to the birch arbor. Everything was amazing. Most of the staff was very helpful. A shout out to Joann for doing an amazing job with the photo booth and just overall being so helpful. (I highly recommend the photo booth; it was so much fun for the guests). I would like to thank everyone that made Lakeview so amazing in on my wedding day. If u want a friendly and caring venue this is the place. Also your wedding photos will be so beautiful.

I cannot begin to say how wonderful Lakeview was as our venue! It offered so many different and beautiful spaces to make each part of our wedding unique. It unfortunately rained on our wedding day, however, we couldn't go wrong at Lakeview and our ceremony in the barn was absolutely GORGEOUS and made it even more intimate. I loved the bridal and grooms suites that were offered for us to get ready in. One of the biggest perks was having access to the venue Thursday-Sunday! This helped to ease the stress by making sure we had plenty of time to set things up and put the perfect touches on it all. The staff at the farm was incredibly attentive to every moment of the day, and having a day of coordinator was perfect for those last minute things!! I would highly recommend this venue to anybody looking for a classy, rustic, fun space for your big day!

The property is stunning, the barn is gorgeous, and Deb, Dawn, and team went above and beyond to accommodate our wants and needs. Overall we were pleased with everything but it was especially great to have the option to begin setting up/decorating the Thursday evening before the big day AND a spacious venue that held over 200 people. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the wedding was and we know the venue played a huge part in that. I was able to have the rustic chic wedding I had always dreamed of and I couldn't have been happier! We would highly recommend Lakeview Farms to any and everyone.

My experience at Lakeview Farms was a very good one! From the very start, Deb was very helpful and informative. The farm was absolutely beautiful as well. The landscaping was perfect, the lake was serene and everything felt so open, but private. When we booked our wedding day, we ended up reserving Thursday evening, Friday during the day, Saturday for the wedding and then Sunday day for cleanup. Lakeview provided tables and chairs for us to use. By having Thursday and Friday before the wedding, we were able to set up all of our tables, chairs and decorations how we like them. Throughout our whole experience, Deb and her associate, Dawn were very helpful. Both were super sweet to us and our friends and family. Lakeview also provided pew benches for the ceremony. We did not use those, but they were very cute. Lakeview was very lenient with many things. Something my husband and I always wanted to have was fireworks. Due to the restrictions set by the township, it was tough trying to get a permit. But Lakeview stood with us and helped us get the necessary permits for the fireworks. This made our wedding day that much more beautiful. The only down side that we ran across is that it would have been helpful to have a fridge on site that we could have accessed. We did know that this venue did not have a kitchen before we had booked so it was not a surprise to us. We had a family member make our cake and it posed a slight dilemma when we had to bring it over the day of the wedding. Despite that, Lakeview Farms helped us figure out a way to help out. They handled our dilemma well. Over all, we had a wonderful experience with Lakeview Farms and if we had to get married all over again, we would have it there. We could not have asked for a better experience. It was beautiful.

My now-husband and I held our wedding and reception at Lakeview Farms in Dover, Pa, and it was absolutely everything we could have wished for and more. Even though we are both city dwelling folk, lol, my roots are in the country, and this venue has everything you can ask for; including plenty of choices for the ceremony, unique settings for the reception, and all the natural beauty of the great outdoors. The owners keep up the landscape all year round and it's so beautiful there you really need minimal decoration, which I'm sure any bride would be excited about lol. My husband's family is not really the out-doorsy type and honestly I don't believe they were looking forward to having the ceremony outside and reception in a barn, but they were absolutely blown away with how wonderful it turned out!!
