My daughter's wedding in August of 2022 was held at Lakewood Country Club in Westlake, OH. The food was wonderful, and the clubhouse and golf course are a beautiful setting for a summer wedding. The staff was responsive and accommodating. We rented special linens for our event and they were able to take care of the order and return for us. It was a wonderful event thanks to LCC.

Lakewood Country Club was a stunning venue that was perfect for my wedding day! The scenery was gorgeous, the decorations were perfectly placed, and the food was delicious! (We got many comments from our guests on how good the food was!) Leah Skerl and the staff at LCC worked tirelessly to make sure that our wedding reception went well and adhered to safety measures. We had the difficult task of planning a wedding during the pandemic. Leah's dedicated effort to provide creative and practical solutions made our wedding reception possible, and we are grateful for her!! Please consider hosting your wedding at Lakewood Country Club if you want an elegant reception with incredible food! :)

We loved having our wedding reception at Lakewood Country Club. Lakewood Country Club went above & beyond to make our day so special. The venue was beautiful and the customer service was exceptional. We received many compliments from guests about the grounds & service. The food was SO GOOD! We had several people comment that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding.

After looking at many venues, we decided on LCC. Beautiful venue, great food, beautiful women's locker room to get ready in, and our guests loved how pretty the space was with the cocktail patio area and open doors! It was difficult at times to communicate with their wedding coordinator, but we were able to go over details at our tasting. She seems extremely busy (they need to get her an assistant!), but once your big day comes closer she will be easier to connect with. We had only a few small hiccups along the way, but staff was prompt about correcting. We did have one accident with our homemade welcome mirror outside being blown over by the wind. It was set out pretty early in the day (before noon for a reception at 5), but I am not sure this was really anyone's fault. It was difficult to choose where to put the dance floor to encourage dancing and give everyone a view of our first dances (the space is a bit uniquely shaped), but we were so happy with putting it near the door openings to the indoor bar area. We had a long head table by the window, and this was the perfect spot. Overall, we were so happy to have chosen this beautiful venue! :)

Lakewood was amazing! We had our ceremony and reception here. Our guests absolutely loved the outdoor patio area (complete with cute lighting and gas fire pits at night). Food was great, venue promoted people moving around instead of being stuck at their table. Leah the coordinator was an absolute dream to work with. She did so much planning and coordinating for us! We couldn't have been happier with Lakewood!

I absolutely loved having my wedding reception at Lakewood Country Club, it is beautiful. Leah is the event planner and she was extremely helpful all year when I would forget things or just had random questions. We currently live in South Carolina and got married in Westlake, so we had to communicate over the phone and email all year. Begin that we planned from afar, I never had the opportunity to go and try any of the food before the reception, but we did a buffet and it was DELICIOUS! We got many comments on appetizers and dinner. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is to bring attention to the fact that you need to be aware that it is a Country Club and no matter what you are told before hand, if a club member complains they will get their way.

The amount of space was perfect for our 122 guests; however it would easily fit 300 people. Rooms could be closed off to make your space meet your needs. The ballroom has windows with beautiful views. Great outdoor ceremony area.;The event coordinator is a one-woman team. She was difficult to reach and some times difficult to communicate with. But on the event day everything was seamless.
