Location is everything for the Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn, a wedding venue situated on the Delaware River in Lambertville, NJ. Gorgeous river views and a town filled with locally owned shops provide both local and out-of-town guests with an exceptional experience. The experienced catering and event staff will cater to your every whim to ensure a magical wedding day.
Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn is a Delaware River Valley institution located approximately one hour from the cities of New York and Philadelphia. A plethora of historical landmarks, outdoor adventures, and cultural activities await you and your guests in Lambertville and the neighboring town of New Hope, PA. The restaurant itself is steeped in history, as it has been converted from a train station whose original construction was completed in 1867. Adjacent to the restaurant is the hotel where the ballroom sits on the banks of the Delaware River with stunning views.
The wonderfully preserved architectural details of the building’s exterior are just a prelude to what you will find beyond its facade. Cozy fireplaces, exposed beams, and original brickwork are just some of the characteristics that exude a historical feel. Over the years, additions to the original building have helped the property take on a slightly more modern feel. This is true of the outdoor patio and ballroom where many of the venue’s ceremonies and receptions take place. Each space boasts views of the Delaware River, as well as the weathered box bridge that crosses it several hundred yards from the inn. Take a walk over the bridge’s footpath for an opportunity to capture some stunning wedding photos. The gently flowing river and the inn’s rich interior design bring about feelings of warmth and serenity for one of your most treasured days.
Designed for weddings of up to 200 guests, Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn offers both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies and receptions. The outdoor patio contains contemporary furnishings and provides the ultimate space to relax and unwind. Inside, the Riverside Ballroom’s floor-to-ceiling windows ensure a flood of natural light during the day, while its gorgeous chandeliers cast the perfect glow into the evening. The venue’s on-site wedding planners are ready to provide you with resources and guidance to ensure a flawless day from start to finish. Their day-of wedding coordinators will be at your service throughout your event. In addition to a sumptuous meal prepared by the restaurant’s talented chefs, you and your guests can indulge in a custom-designed wedding cake and premium open bar. Deluxe accommodations are available for your out-of-town guests to get a peaceful night’s rest after a lively day of celebrating.
I truly cannot say enough about how great this venue is! From our first meeting where we toured the space to then every interaction of planning I knew it was going to be a wonderful wedding, but I was still blown away by JUST HOW GOOD IT WAS. It is very evident that the team at Lambertville takes pride in what they do and dedicated to making the day the best it can possibly be. Right before we looked at the venue they had just redone the floors in the ballroom with hardwood, right before our final details meeting they installed ceiling fans in the cocktail space, and they updated their wine list since we first looked! They are constantly looking to make improvements so the day can be the best it can be instead of just sitting back and resting on their laurels. And they are ON TOP OF IT! I didn't have to hound them for updates, answers to questions, or completing tasks. They are incredibly responsive and THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! I always felt like my wedding day was in good hands and honestly didn't even worry! (this does not seem to be the norm, unfortunately). The venue itself and the views of the river/New Hope are absolutely stunning. People kept complimenting on how beautiful the views and venue were! And people could not stop taking pictures in front of the river and the bridge! It was so wonderful to give our guests the opportunity to get these pictures with each other and make memories! This venue is not just a pretty face though! Patricia, Neil, Chef Chris, Kathy, and the whole team are incredible. Not only are they incredibly professional and know what they are doing, but they make you feel like your wedding is also important to them! Some venues make the process feel very much like a transaction, but Lambertville never made us feel like we were just a line item on a piece of paper. They really listened and made suggestions that worked with what WE were trying to accomplish. We dropped off decorations per our final details meeting, but the team did an even better job than what I initially said! They added extra votives, flowers from the cermony, and other decorations around the spaces that I didn't even consider! Guests commented on how beautiful everything was, but the truth is, a lot of it was the team! They made me look like a wedding decorating genius! Now... the food was absolutely spectacular. While I of course understand no one tells the bride the food is bad, our guests were GENUINELY so pleased. Guests actually ran up to me to tell me how good it was! These were not reviews of people just being polite after I asked. I DIDN'T EVEN ASK! Guests on their own ran up to me and raved about the cocktail hour (some said it was the best they ever went to), appetizer and salad, entrees (the duck stole the show, but ALL were amazing), and the desserts! Also the alcohol is actually good! Before signing with Lambertville I looked at so many venues! I would get the bar list and have to google what the wines and liquors even were! AND THESE WERE NOT CHEAP VENUES! Everything at Lambertville was beautiful, tasty, and executed perfectly. Honestly, I wish I could go back as a guest so I could fully enjoy the wedding! It was that good, that I am almost disappointed it was my wedding so I couldn't take it all in and just have fun without responsibilities! In summary BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE. Or...CONVINCE YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO BOOK HERE SO YOU GET TO GO TO A WEDDING HERE! Reviewed on 12-07-2023

We are so grateful that we chose the Lambertville Station Inn for our wedding ceremony and reception! Patricia, Neil, Kathy, and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to help make our wedding planning process run smoothly and ensure that our wedding day was so special and memorable for us and each of our guests. Their expertise was so helpful when planning our wedding. They were flexible and supportive with changes in our guest count, offered great advice about decor and table settings, and offered different suggestions for the layout and logistics of the day. During our wedding, we were able to be fully present and enjoy each moment of the day because Patricia, Neil, and the rest of the Lambertville Station staff made sure everything ran smoothly. There were also so many personalized touches which we really appreciated- the included bridal suite hotel room, a bridal attendant, staff members checking in with us and our parents throughout the day to see if we needed anything, slices of our wedding cake and desserts waiting for us in the hotel room after the reception. For us, another major highlight of this venue was the location. The views are absolutely gorgeous and we loved that our guests were able to book hotel rooms right at the venue which eliminated the need for transportation. Another highlight was the food! Lambertville Station offered great meal options, and everything was delicious. We loved every minute of our wedding at Lambertville Station and wish we could do it all over again. Thank you!! My daughter and son-in-law were married this past November at Lambertville Station Inn - early in the month, just prior to daylight savings time - which meant we had the most glorious sunset over the river and picture-perfect (literally) weather. That was the icing on the (wedding) cake after a fun-filled year of planning the wedding weekend in this incredibly welcoming river town. While the venue could not have been more perfect and top-notch in every way, it was the team at Lambertville Station Inn that created the best experience from start to finish. Patricia was our first point of contact and remained our partner and friend during the 15-month planning process. Even though I had years of experience planning events professionally, Patricia was our guiding light and the ultimate professional - she is at the top of her game, extremely responsive, compassionate, and understanding. She honored the vision of the bride and groom, provided helpful suggestions along the way, and helped create an elegant, celebratory experience. Her team reflected her values, passion, and dedication, and we are grateful to Neil (the maestro of the wedding!), Kathy, and Ashley. Kudos also to the front desk team for their patience and kindness. Highly recommend the venue and team for any type of event! Reviewed on 24-12-2023

The grounds are stunning, the rooms are great, and Neil, Steph, Patricia and the whole wedding team made our day flawless. We were behind schedule almost the whole day, but somehow Neil made everything start on time down to the minute. My husband and I were treated so well the entire night- the staff was constantly checking in on us, and our bridal suite was filled with plates of food we didn’t get to eat at cocktail hour, wedding cake, and champagne. We got compliments on the venue literally the whole night. We couldn’t recommend Lambertville highly enough!! Reviewed on 30-01-2022
Barbara Keena(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-11-2021 Lambertville station is absolutely beautiful and the wedding event planning team goes above and beyond. I was a “covid” bride, set to get married in center city Philadelphia in 2020. When we had to post pone to November 2021, I still didn’t feel confident it would happen given the ever so changing city restrictions. In September 2021, two moths before our wedding date, I walked into lambertville station and immediately fell in love with the venue and scenery. Patricia was AMAZING and helpful, willing to assist us with getting a wedding ready there with 8 weeks notice. Given it is an indoor/outdoor venue, I felt more confident and at home here than I did in center city. I honestly think If saw lambertville station in 2019 first, I would of chosen it over my original venue. Patricia and Neil go ABOVE and BEYOND for the bride and groom and families and guests. They really do make you feel like family. Any hiccups the day of your wedding, they handle it calmly. Neil was the glue that kept everyone on time and together that day. Patricia was the friendly face I looked for when I was in panic mode about something small that wasn’t going the way it should. The wait staff was friendly and professional. We are very grateful for this team on such a special day. The food was top notch, our guests are still talking about the filet and lobster, the rack of lamb, and the stations (raw bar & made to order pasta) at the cocktail hour. Everything went above all our expectations. Guests stayed right there at the venue at the Inn..so it was very convenient for everyone to either go to bed after the wedding or head out to new hope, which we did! I cannot reccomend this venue and the team enough. Patricia and Neil are the best duo to ensure the best day ever. The pictures on the water are truly breath taking. It was the best day of our entire lives and I can’t thank this team enough. We are eternally grateful. Reviewed on 23-12-2021

Lambertville station ballroom exceeded our expectations for our wedding! They had just recently redid the ballroom flooring in gorgeous hardwood and the fact that they include a stunning honeymoon suite for the couple in the package was a selling point. Lambertville experienced crazy flooding after the big hurricane which was two weeks before our wedding and they did such an impressive job getting the venue back to tiptop shape! Patricia was so amazing in assisting with coordinating the event and so helpful with everything we needed. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone on the fence, all our guests were so impressed! The facilities are clean, the location is ideal for both local and traveling guests, and the grounds are great for pictures (we worked with Grace & Ardor Co). We had a majority of guests stay at the Inn and the staff helped us host a farewell brunch at the restaurant the following day, which was delicious and a nice touch for guests. Our wedding was simply the best day of our lives and it’s all thanks to the staff at Lambertville Station! Kathy and Patricia helped ease all of our pre-wedding day nerves and were so responsive to our endless amount of questions. Neil has great style, organization, and impeccable attention to detail. Our wedding guests are STILL talking about the chef's medium rare steaks, potatoes, overall beautiful plating, raw bar, and hors d'oeuvres. Ashley, our bridal attendant was SO friendly, sweet, and attentive and knew exactly what we needed before we even knew what we needed! Samantha H(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-05-2021 Giving Lambertville Station Inn 4 stars, because I would still recommend this place in a heartbeat for any wedding... I think we just had an off day with the staff. We had both our cocktail hour and reception downstairs & am so happy that the Inn was able to accommodate due to Covid. Guests were very comfortable with it being open air & we felt we did our part as event hosts in ensuring safety. With that being said, there were some logistical issues and communication challenges - so I would HIGHLY recommend getting an independent day-of coordinator to champion you both that day. When I was checking into the hotel, I was approached by Patricia if we wanted to move our reception upstairs due to potential bad weather. I was a bit taken aback because I had communicated many times why we were staying downstairs. It was strange to be approached about this 24 hours before the event, with not terrible weather on the radar, so the event space re-location was not warranted. Because the event was downstairs, we had discussed event flow during our final details meeting & was told there would be a white curtain when people came out of the ceremony into cocktail hour to guide guests. Prior to the ceremony I did not see it setup & asked Patricia about the curtain & she pulled out a movie theater type of red divider & said there is no white curtain. The curtain was never put up, so guests started going to their seats (we were later approached by someone else on the staff AFTER the wedding apologizing it was never setup). Unfortunately, the escort cards weren't put out so no one knew where to sit. My maid of honor approached those leading the event several times to put out the escort cards and was told \"no.\" By the time they were put out, it was too late. Very frustrating & embarrassing when guests told us. When my grandmother went to sit down at her seat during cocktail hour (there was no where else for people to go), she was told she cannot sit down yet..... big yikes. I never wanted guests to feel uncomfortable. The wait staff at our table were very disgruntled all night. The older bartender stopped serving our guests about 20 minutes prior to the end of our contracted event, but would \"put some on the side for the bride and groom.\" We didn't have our parents walking down the aisle due to family dynamics & my in law's social anxiety. I confirmed this with Neil the night before the wedding & he still called them in line for the day of. I didn't have big requests at all, and I unfortunately felt a bit 'not listened to' when all was said and done. Also, it was VERY confusing as to who we should contact. There was no singular point of contact, which I've never experienced before in event planning. Please promote Neil to handle all communications with your couples! Corporate & special events should be handled by separate people.I'm not sure if my level of expectation is a bit higher having a background in corporate and special event management, but we LOVED Marielle. She was our original point person. She remembered every detail, reviewed our event details before conversations, and was on point with EVERYTHING. I'm hoping Marielle comes back to LSI as she was a tremendous asset.Again, would still recommend LSI-it was a beautiful day, great food, and everyone loved the space, but would advise to have a day of coordinator. Recommend LSI to have clearer lines of communication & be more flexible to minor event details, such as cake cutting timing. Reviewed on 04-08-2021
Sena Secilmis(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 23-05-2021 I don't even know where to start, our wedding day was absolutely amazing thanks to Neil, Patricia, and the entire staff at Lambertville Station Inn. Our guests raved about the food and abundance of it (most guests from NYC said they didn't eat such a good Filet Mignon even in upscale NYC restaurants!!), service ( Neil and the team did a great job throughout the day to make sure not only the bridal party but every single guest had an amazing time) and of course the amazing views from the Riverside ballroom!! Lambertville is a great place if you are looking for an amazing and hassle-free wedding. We talked to so many venues and we are so glad we end up choosing Lambertville, everything was in one place, and the day went seamlessly. From ceremony to cocktail to actual reception, our guests enjoyed every moment. Also, as a couple we relied heavily on Neil and the team, and ending our night in the amazing bridal suite provided by Lambertville was cherry on top. Neil and the team help you execute your vision. At the end of the night, Neil and the team pack everything for you and put it in safe storage, which lets you fully enjoy your wedding night and the next couple of days. I know this is a small detail and a lot of people don't even consider it when they are booking a wedding venue. However, keep in mind that a lot of venues make you remove the things right after you are done with the wedding, as a newly married couple the last you want to do is collect table numbers and seating chart. I am not talking about the things the florist comes back to collect, trust me there is a lot of things you end up taking to the venue (picture frames, table numbers, signage, etc.). Thanks to Lambertville, you don't have to worry about packing any of these at the wedding night, you can come back and pick it up a couple of days after the wedding. Also, interactions leading up to the wedding day are crucial, responsiveness was very important for me and Patricia went above and beyond to respond to every single detail we asked her in a very timely manner !! Diane Hanna(bride)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-09-2020 2 stars because the venue looks good in photos, but -3 stars for the incredibly condescending manner in which this venue has communicated with me. My wedding was cancelled due to COVID and I was looking for another venue to pull off the same date this September. We were originally scheduled to go see the venue and I cancelled last minute due to a family emergency. For family reasons we decided to ultimately postpone until 2021. When I inquired about availability this was the response \"We do have some availability, however we did lower the minimum number of guests for you since the event was for this year. How many guests would you be thinking for next year and do you have dates in mind?\" It took 2 more emails for Brittany to actually tell me what the minimum was which was 100 people. Then she provided me dates in April when I had asked her for May. I sent ANOTHER email asking her for available dates in May and her response was \"The minimum number of guests on a Friday and Saturday would be well over 100 guests, also May dates would have a much higher minimum as well.\" To which I responded \"You know, maybe you are having a bad day, but I would have appreciated you speaking in facts instead of the condescending way you have been communicating with me. If you are not interested in my business or money just say so. There is no need to have me constantly ask you for all the information and for you to respond with your perspective and to try and make me feel like I'm inconveniencing you. We will no longer be considering this establishment for our wedding of 'well over 100 people' with a 'much higher minimum'. Good luck.\" If that's how they interact with potential business, I can only imagine how they would treat us AFTER we had signed a contract and they had us hooked. This process of re-planning a wedding is hard enough as is without venues being nasty. My advice to management, hire people who have better empathy for your potential customers. The venue is spectacular for a wedding - unique and stunning ceremony space, gorgeous open air cocktail hour space and, finally, the ballroom space was special because of its beauty inside but also the views of the river and the bridge with the sunset happening.... just unbelievable. Service was fantastic from the get-go. Marielle was the point person and helped a lot from beginning to end. The staff on 'the day of' helped everything run smoothly. Overall, I would highly recommend the Lambertville Station for a wedding - very very memorable. Reviewed on 15-09-2019

We couldn't have been happier with how our wedding turned out. Marielle and Neil are so smooth and easy going. I can't think of anything that wasn't perfectly taken care of-- one of our guests gave us ice cream as a gift and it was waiting for us in the freezer of the honeymoon suite after the reception! Everything about the venue is stunning. During cocktail hour you're literally on the river and the sunset from the ballroom couldn't have been any better for taking photos. All of our guests talked about how good the food was especially during cocktail hour ( our wedding party couldn't get enough of the mini cheese steaks and the turkey carving station).Another great thing is the location. Before our wedding many of our guests got to hang out and see the cute river towns, and after the reception my husband, myself and a bunch of our friends went out to the bars in New Hope!To sum it all up: really REALLY good food (we did filet and crab cakes for the main course), fantastic location, beautiful scenery, excellent staff that will take care of whatever you need (my dress needed to be bustled and I kept worrying if my bridesmaids could do it, and at the cocktail hour Marielle literally walked up to me and just did it with the help of the bridal attendant), and all of that together makes it a really, really good time! It was a magical day, in large part due to the amazing staff and their help from conception to execution of the event. Mariel, the event coordinator, was easy to work with, extremely accommodating and always responsive. She made sure to patiently explain every detail and walked my mother through the entire process. On the day of the event, we were lucky enough to have Neil as our materdei. Neil and my mom had amazing chemistry and hit it off immediately. He was able to anticipate every need we had before we even knew we needed it. He was friendly, professional, kind, and helpful - we can't say enough wonderful things about Neil. He had every inch of the room set up exactly as discussed and then some! He even took photos for us on his phone (and he knows all the right angles!!) and emailed them to my mom afterward because he knew she was too busy running around the event to take her own. Everything absolutely exceeded our expectations, Melle and Neil are very well organized and know exactly how to put on a perfect wedding. Drew and I were looking for a venue where we would be able to host family and friends for the entire weekend that wasn't just a \"chain hotel\". Friday everyone checked in, a lot of guests stayed at the inn, everyone else stayed at other b&b's or VRBO rentals. Everyone LOVED being able to walk around the cute towns of New Hope and Lambertville during down time. We had a 30 min rehearsal on Friday and then headed over to the restaurant for dinner. The food was fabulous, they even printed special menu's for our group. After the rehearsal dinner we hosted welcome cocktails for everyone else staying in town that was not in the wedding in the Creekside room off the lobby, an awesome way to spend time with out of town guests. Then Saturday... THE BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!!! From the moment I woke up Neil was literally on call for absolutely anything and everything. The suite is huge and beautiful, all of the girls and my mom and step mom fit very comfortably to get ready. The view is a 10!! Panoramic of the Delaware and a shower that could probably fit 20 ppl, no joke. Once the ceremony started everything was seamless. The food was SO good, guests are still commenting on the sushi bar and the presentation of the cheese board. During the wedding planning process Drew and I took reviews very seriously...so if you are looking for a absolutely stunning unique venue to host your wedding, book the Lambertville Station Inn. The negatives: Very poorly run. Dinner was served very cold at 10:30 at night and dessert arrived 30 minutes before the midnight end of the reception. The seating cards were not out when guests left the coctail hour. The time between courses was very long. The evening was a logistics nightmare. Reviewed on 27-05-2018
Sarah Sobel(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 05-05-2018 We got married this May and had the most wonderful experience with Marielle and Neil! The venue itself is absolutely perfect for a wedding - the ceremony to cocktail to ballroom areas each lend themselves to their own unique setting and provide guests with one location for all your wedding needs. Prior to the wedding, Marielle was practically on standby for absolutely everything we needed and liaised directly with all our vendors to create a smooth and seamless process. On our big day, her team was incredibly helpful and problem solved for us whilst also quickly addressing any changes to be made at speed. Our wedding originally was slated to be approx 210 guests and while the venue only holds 200, Marielle found solutions for seating to ensure we weren't worried about our big day. Ultimately we had approx 190 guests and all were seated with plenty of room. We had quite big wedding parties (10 each) and the venue was able to accommodate them within the ceremony space (barely!) standing by our side and it worked out great. During the day the bridesmaids got hair and makeup done in Princeton and returned to the bridal suite where all of us plus our moms had plenty of room to get ready. The suite allows for a beautiful back drop for pictures as well. The city of Lambertville and New Hope are absolutely gems and our guests all asked how we found it and how much fun they had. We held our rehearsal dinner at Logan Inn and after the wedding we went to Havana for late night celebrations. if you're booking a large group for the room blocks at the Inn, I encourage you to book as soon as possible to ensure each guests rooms reservations are correct. Encourage guests to confirm the room block on the phone with the front desk and the you should follow up with Marielle occasionally to ensure all rooms are correct. By wedding weekend, there were no issues and all guests had rooms and correct reservations. To be fair, our room block names changed frequently so this could have been avoided by us having a clear list of those booking on our end. Helpful hints for a wedding in Lambertville:- Uber exists but not often therefore recommend booking shuttle transportation from bigger block hotels (we did Element and Courtyard Marriott)- Groomsmen booked an AirBnB directly behind the venue for getting ready and photos - Daytime groomsmen activities included golf and Triumph Brewery for lunch Reviewed on 17-05-2018

Dana Buragina(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-01-2018 While looking for our venue, reviews played a huge role in our decision making. Some places we didn't even visit because of the reviews, so I'm going to be as honest as I possibly can. Let me start by saying that our wedding was the best day of our lives. Also, many people at the wedding said it was the best wedding they had ever been to- with the best wedding food they have ever had. To me- that was important. Let me start by saying our wedding was the best day of my entire life, and I had multiple guests come up to me saying it was the best wedding they had ever been too. We had 100 people and although the venue can fit 200 it was perfect. the good:Food: amazing. We had three entrees- steak, Mediterranean chicken, and crab cakes. Everyone said it was all the best wedding food they had ever had. Bridal Suite: It's included in your wedding package and it's the most gorgeous room I have ever stayed in. There is a con with this but I will mention that below. Convenience: The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all in the same place. This made it extremely easy for our guests. There's also a restaurant in the parking lot that has a bar, a wine cellar, and food which is open till midnight so our guests who came for the weekend had somewhere to go during the day just feet away from where they were sleeping. The town: Lambertville & New Hope are adorable and just a walk away. It was nice all weekend walking through both towns running into our family and friends. Welcome reception: We threw a welcome reception in the creekside room which is right off the quaint little lobby. We did an open bar for two hours and passed appetizers around. Our guests love how low key and casual it was. Neil, who I will mention in a second put the room together beautifully. Most importantly: Marielle & Neil. Marielle is who i dealt with all year. She helped me plan and lent ideas throughout the year. I must of sent her hundreds of emails and she responded to each and everything one, usually within the hour. Neil took over the day of the wedding. All I will say is he might come off a little rough around the edges, but that man can throw a gorgeous wedding. He was there every step of the way, helped me design the room exactly how I wanted it. Don't be afraid to give him some creative control- he knows his stuff. ConsRoom rates- We not only hosted our wedding but like I said, our welcome reception. We had rooms booked Friday, and almost sold out the Inn Saturday but the owner was not willing to budge on prices. For Saturday night the room is (I believe) 265. I thought he could work with our guests a bit. There is no room for negotiationAfter party: Since it's an Inn and not a hotel, there isn't a big lobby or bar. The bar at the restaurant closes at midnight so after the wedding there really isn't anywhere to hang unless you are going into New Hope across the bridge. Bridal Suite situation: Here was my biggest issue. We couldn't check into bridal suite until 1 PM so my hair and makeup girl had to switch rooms half way. We also had to pay for a suite for Sat night even though the bridal suite was free- because we needed somewhere to get ready. If there's no Sat wedding- bridal suite should be available early in the morning. We were offered it for 650 on Friday, but after all we spent on the wedding we coudln't justify it since a regular suite was only 300. All and all I would highly recommend this place. Maggie Kennedy(bride)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 09-10-2016 Below is the email I sent to Marielle 3 days after our wedding (after not hearing from her). She never responded to my email, which sums up my overall experience working with her.Hi Marielle, I wanted to provide some feedback, since I have not heard from you, from the wedding before I post reviews on various wedding websites. Since it is a lot to summarize, I felt a bullet list would suffice. Pros - The bartenders were absolutely wonderful, they were kind fun and attentive to all. They made my night. -The food was great, as was the dinner service/timing. Cons - The night before during the rehearsal Neil kept referring to Craig and I as Mary and Greg, while it is somewhat humorous it is a bit embarrassing when the person responsible for orchestrating your wedding cannot get your name right. It also makes the venue look unorganized and not coordinated. - I have to say that staying in the hotel the night before next to the reception was quite honestly horrible - it felt like we were sitting next to the DJ. That being said, thank goodness we did as we were not allowed to check into the bridal suite until 2pm at which time I was already supposed to be dressed. I was happy to have my mom and bridesmaids around to keep checking as no one ever checked in with me or gave me any updates. It is really disappointing that we were not able to use the bridal suite at all to get ready or spend any time there since that was one of the aspects of the day that I was most looking forward to. Not once did anyone apologize for the delay or see how everything was going. -The most disappointing and extremely embarrassing thing was when my future mother in-law and entire family arrived at their table to find that they were three chairs short. How this could happen after table numbers, meal counts and numerous plans were provided regarding this is baffling to me. They then were jammed at a table that clearly was not 72\" for the rest of the night. On my part I am extremely embarrassed as my mother-in law was very upset about the whole situation. -The next day not one person checked in with Craig or I regarding the night, that is absolutely shocking to me, I actually checked ourselves out and did not hear from anyone, not sure if that is normal but it seems like there is an underlying hospitality issue. -As guests were arriving for the ceremony, all of our wedding items were wheeled through the setting. The trio was set up and had to keep moving, guests were asked to move over and over again. This delay in preparing the reception area upstairs caused a scene. My parents were anxious and our guests noticed right away.I would appreciate if you provide this feedback to the GM as well. Reviewed on 01-11-2016
Rachel Lee(wedding party)2 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-10-2018 I have been to quite a few weddings and as a guest, I'd have to say I was very disappointed. The service during the reception was extremely lacking. All the servers appeared as though they were new and have not received proper training. When it was time for our table to be served, the gentleman had to ask which guest had picked the chicken dish. At some point, everyone had received their meals except my bf. We even had to tell the servers that we were missing a dish. As I watched them serve the other tables, they looked as if they had no idea which meal went to who. On top of that, there were numerous times where the servers would expect us to hand them empty plates and even hand us our food to set down ourselves. It was also strange to me that we were not asked how we take our steak. I can honestly say this is the first time I have experienced this kind of service at any wedding. The only thing I could say I enjoyed were the views. Reviewed on 25-07-2016

We had a TON of details and customizations leading up to the big day, and while it was a little stressful at times with back and forth communication, everything ended up working out in the end. Melle, the coordinator, isn’t normally on site for the weddings – but my mom asked if she would make an exception and she attended on the big day just to make sure everything ran smoothly. It was a huge relief. Our guests joined us for brunch in the lobby the next morning and couldn’t stop raving about the night before.\r\rHighlights: The views, the food, the Bridal Suite (I can’t even put into words how luxurious this space is), and Donna – the bridal attendant on the day of – who will get you what you need before you even know you need it.
