Microwedding Venue on Private Mountainside Estate
Lambs Hill Venue is a microwedding venue with a capacity of 50 gustes, secluded estate in Fishkill, NY, that makes for a stunning place to host intimate weddings and elopements. Located 90 minutes north of New York City, this venue offers you and your guests a tranquil, private space away from the bustling city life. With panoramic views of the Hudson River and surrounding mountains, the estate acts as an eye-catching backdrop for your ceremony altar. Their main ceremony space is a romantic garden space surrounded by vibrant flowers and natural stone decor. A split-cedar cross fence surrounds the space for an old-school touch, while the altar space is backed by a stunning Hudson Valley view. After you exchange your vows under the pergola, your guests can then move to the poolside patio for your cocktail hour. Your reception will take place in the vintage-style barn area, which features reclaimed wood walls, a dramatic vaulted ceiling, and elegant crystal chandeliers. This space offers 1,400 square feet of space for you to create any design you want for your big day. In addition, The Equestrian Suite is available for overnight stays and nuptial weekends. The team at Lambs Hill Venue will connect you with their list of trusted vendors to help you complete your dream theme. Chairs, tables, and a dance floor will be provided. The staff will take care of your event setup to help you have a stress-free, relaxing celebration. Lambs Hill is a private residence and requires a scheduled appointment for all tours. This place is truly amazing. With the fall foliage, views, and venue services itself it made for a perfect day. The team at Lambs Hill was wonderful to work with and so great at what they do. Debbie and Charlotte specifically we interacted the most with - they were amazing.Up front with contracts there are specific rules to follow with the venue such as approved vendors, transportation requirements given it's location, and guest capacity limits, but I think as a result they made for an even more intimate and fantastic event in our experience.Lastly, if you can - stay in the suite. We stayed the night before and night of our wedding and it made it much easier for us and more private, on top of the suite being itself amazing (I could have totally lived there). There are multiple areas for getting ready for both parties, a private bedroom with fireplace and a hot tub just off on to the deck, and a wonderful view of the Hudson valley from every room.5 stars, 10/10, best day of my life only enhanced further by how great this place is. I would recommend to anyone to have your wedding here.

This is a magical place. Having grown up in the Hudson Valley and traveling around Italy extensively, I have been blessed to experience some truly beautiful natural views, but nothing can compare to the view from the top of Lambs Hill. Every one of our guests were in awe, and told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. The sunset photos alone are worth the trip up there, but if you can, book them for your wedding and book them NOW. You will definitely not regret it.

This is a magical place. Having grown up in the Hudson Valley and traveling around Italy extensively, I have been blessed to experience some truly beautiful natural views, but nothing can compare to the view from the top of Lambs Hill. Every one of our guests were in awe, and told us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever attended. The sunset photos alone are worth the trip up there, but if you can, book them for your wedding and book them NOW. You will definitely not regret it.

Charlotte and her family offer the most magical fairytale wedding opportunity in beacon ny. Located on the mountain, this micro wedding venue is breathtaking! My husband and I met in a cove infront of a beautiful arbor naturally bloomed overlooking the entire Hudson Valley to say “I Do” aside from the views, this venue offers a full newly renovated outdoor cocktail area including an infinity pool, fire place, cozy furniture, bathrooms and more. After the cocktail hour, we took advantage of the indoor reception area with a built in bar. The grounds are covered in natural bloom, gardens with swings, lights and more! On top of all these wonderful accommodations, they even offer a stunning suite to utilize for the entirety of the weekend. Take a walk up the spiral stairs with features of 2 bedrooms, hair & make up area, wrap around deck, full kitchen; and a 7 person hot tub. Last but not least they have beautiful Icelandic horses and donkeys to interact with and feed! It just doesn’t get better then this venue. Our guests have amazing feedback saying it was “the most beautiful wedding they’ve attended” We can’t thank everyone enough for this once in a lifetime opportunity!

Well, you cannot control the weather and rain happens to make for some beautiful pictures. There were clouds surrounding us and it felt like we were getting married in the sky. The staff at Lambs Hill was so helpful in adjusting a few things around due to the weather and set up the grounds beautifully with stunning flowers. They also provided clear umbrellas for the guests to use while onsite which made the rain more than bareable. If you are looking for a unique venue unlike any other, Lambs Hill is the place for your next event!

My husband and I had our absolute dream wedding at Lambs Hill this summer. We never imagined a day could be so perfect yet our celebration was a real life fairytale thanks to this breathtaking venue and their amazing team. When searching for venues online, we spent countless hours trying find a venue that captured our vision, and as soon as we came across Lambs Hill we booked the first available tour. This was the first venue we actually toured in person and the moment we saw it we knew the search was over and we would get married here. Having a micro wedding, we knew we wanted it at a special place that was not your typical venue - and we for sure found it!Every moment of our wedding at Lambs Hill was surreal. Charlotte has created a place and experience so magical that we are lucky enough to have discovered. From the mountain views, to the furry friends in the barn, to the gorgeous barn style dining area and infinity pool – our wedding day had so much beauty and detail to take in for us and our guests. Our family and friends still have not stopped talking about how it was the most beautiful, intimate wedding they have ever attended. Every inch of the venue is a perfect photo op - our photos are one of a kind and have left our friends and family (and us!) speechless. We were lucky enough to have a spectacular evening and sunset - and the view of this over the Hudson Valley was absolutely magical. It still feels like a dream! The day before and morning of were just as special because of the beauty and comfort of the Equestrian Suite – the bridal suite was a literal DREAM, along with the tack room where my husband got ready. Charlotte and team made us feel so comfortable and were such a pleasure the entire stay. They were so kind and they made our day/weekend that much more special.Being from Long Island, we were worried it would be difficult selecting all of our vendors and coordinating everything without knowing or being from the area, however Dana, Events Director, helped make this process so easy and as stress free as possible. Dana provided us with recommended vendors from caterers, photographers, florals, etc. all of whom were spectacular and worked together behind the scenes to make our day flow perfectly. Once we booked a vendor, we let her know and she took care of the rest to make sure they were all set day of. This was a HUGE perk that made our day that much more enjoyable. Throughout the entire process Dana was so kind and patient with walking us through everything, keeping us informed and on track, and answering all of our questions so quickly. She was so wonderful at helping us bring our vision together. We cannot stress enough how much we recommend Lambs Hill to anyone looking to turn their dream of a fairytale wedding into reality. My husband and I cannot wait to visit the Equestrian Suite for an anniversary or book again for a special event! Lambs Hill, Charlotte, Dana and team will forever hold such a special place in our hearts.

We had our wedding at Lambs Hill in May of 2021. Before the pandemic we wanted to have a 'step-up' from an elopement but definitely under 50 people. It was super hard to find a venue in Connecticut that was accommodating to that number, our kind of style (ton's of HUGE banquet style wedding venues in CT or straight up BARNS that you have to DIY) and within our budget. Lamb's Hill over delivered in every sense. It is the perfect mix of rustic and contemporary and Charlotte truly keeps the property in pristine condition. We were looking for something unique, adventurous, and somewhat low-key so that we could actually enjoy our wedding day. She has a superb list of vendors that we used and would highly recommend anyone she has on her vendor list. Planning a wedding during the pandemic we weren't sure what to expect but there were multiple options that Charlotte and her team came up with to make any wedding day special. This is the kind of venue that does not need a ton of décor, just let the property and the view speak for itself. As two gay women getting married, we felt comfortable and welcomed through the entire process of planning with the Lambs Hill team.Thank you, thank you, thank you! Our Wedding Day was truly a day we will never forget.

We could not have asked for a better experience and wedding day! The venue itself is intimate and breathtaking... all our guests could not get over the views. And the Equestrian Suite just made the whole experience perfect. Charlotte and Dana were incredibly helpful and supportive which made the planning process less stressful and did everything possible to accommodate all our requests, making for the perfect weekend :) While there are some restrictions: 50 person guest limit (a plus for us), requiring a day of coordinator (worth it! shout out to Emily from Main Course Catering), and guests needing to be shuttled to the venue... the staff are pros at navigating these and helping to make sure the day goes smoothly. We could not have been happier to find such a special venue. Oh... and the horses and donkeys <3 This venue is truly so special.

Lambs Hill is an absolutely stunning venue to host a beautiful and intimate wedding that will hands down, be among the most memorable weddings your guests will ever attend. We received rave reviews from all of our guests about our wedding, which was just the cherry on top of the entire experience :) Their wedding coordinator, Dana, is another highlight! She was invaluable in our planning process, so organized, so helpful, and so quick to respond - which really helped ease my planning anxiety! As Lambs Hill is truly a unique venue that will certainly not fall under the \"generic\" wedding category, it comes with many caveats, like having to source your own catering, rentals (linens, table settings, etc.), and day-of coordinator (required by the venue). If you do not go with one of their preferred caterers, you'll have to pay an additional $1k - which was briefly a concern of ours since all but one of their preferred vendors were booked for our date. The venue also comes with some unique limitations/rules due to its private location, such as: limiting your pre-ceremony guests to just 3 people (to accompany you for getting ready, pre-ceremony photos); a 50-person guest limit, including the bride and groom, which might be too restrictive for some during non-COVID times; all vendors must use private vehicles; and a requirement for the majority of guests to use a shuttle service to be transported to and from the venue (for which they only cover for up to 35 guests).Aside from the nuances of this unique venue, we loved our wedding at Lambs Hill. The venue is truly a magical place that will leave you and your guests in awe.

I knew the minute I saw photos, that Lambs Hill was a strong contender for the wedding venue of our dreams. As soon as we parked to view the venue, I knew that we were sold. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Dana, our coordinator, was incredibly helpful, polite, patient and was always available to answer questions. They were patient with us when we changed our date and worked with us to make our dreams come true. The venue itself is gorgeous. The bridal suite is so beautiful, I wish we lived there. They had coffee, half and half, and farm fresh eggs already stocked when we got there (won me over right there). The venue speaks for itself and I still have people telling me it was the most beautiful venue they've ever been to and the most memorable (sunset over the Hudson Valley?? Clearly!). I couldn't be more grateful that we found this venue and we had the most breathtakingly beautiful and memorable wedding day. 10/5 stars. And if you're having a bigger wedding, just cut it down and get married here!

Lambs Hill is such a special venue. The moment we did our initial visit we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. Our goal was to have a small, intimate wedding that wasn't hosted at a generic location. The sweeping views, attention to detail in all the spaces (including the tack room and bridal suite), the gardens and patio all make for such a spectacular event. Charlotte and her team were so responsive from the start and helpful with everything. My now husband and I planned everything ourselves and contracted all our own vendors, so there were definitely a ton of small details to sort through and they were super patient and supportive. Their wedding coordinator Dana is so kind and was willing to hop on calls, respond to email, send us photos of the space, etc. Our guests are still raving about the venue and our wedding; the space, food, everything - it all felt so personal and taking photos with Porgy the donkey was pretty great. We also LOVED staying in the suite. It's super cozy and we were able to wind down from the wedding in the hot tub! Overall any stress we felt as a couple planning a wedding dissipated the moment we saw it all come together and Lambs Hill truly was the reason our wedding was magical and one for the books!

Lambs Hill is such a special venue. The moment we did our initial visit we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. Our goal was to have a small, intimate wedding that wasn't hosted at a generic location. The sweeping views, attention to detail in all the spaces (including the tack room and bridal suite), the gardens and patio all make for such a spectacular event. Charlotte and her team were so responsive from the start and helpful with everything. My now husband and I planned everything ourselves and contracted all our own vendors, so there were definitely a ton of small details to sort through and they were super patient and supportive. This is a wonderful venue, beautifully designed with many thoughtful details. The outdoor spaces with the decks, swing garden and the lawn gave us many photo opportunities and the guests loved exploring all the spots. The suite itself is lovely, with the main bedroom having a fireplace, hot tub and hammock. There is an upstairs loft above the kitchen, and downstairs tack room where the groomsmen can get ready. Everyone in the wedding party had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful view. Charlotte the owner was very helpful from beginning to end and communication was very easy from the start.

The venue is absolutely magical and great for a 50 person outdoor wedding. The covered deck was a spectacular for the dinner, etc. The bridal suite is also really lovely! Lambs hill accommodated many of our special requests (some which were last minute) and made sure our day went smoothly. The only challenges we experienced were regarding logistics - particularly the lengthy paperwork our vendors had to fill out and logistics around shuttling people to the venue (which required extra work but enabled everyone to arrive on time). I would recommend using one of the preferred caterers and photographers as the venue can be challenging for those who have not visited or who aren’t experienced. Foremost Ram catering did a marvelous job with kosher catering! We were overall very pleased with our experience.

Charlotte and her team were so easy to work with, any questions I had they responded so quickly. From the guest house to the garden to the reception room Charlotte has an amazing eye for decor. Meet the Lambs Hill Venue Team
Charlotte Guernsey (Owner) A trained artist & passionate real estate broker born and raised in the area, Charlotte purchased 10 acres of land in 2003 overlooking Beacon, the Hudson River, and the surrounding valley. She & her husband built their residence on this property. After hosting their own wedding on the property, the couple incorporated Lambs Hill, LLC and began sharing their property for others to get married there as well. She also owns Lambs Hill Bridal Boutique, a spin off of the venue, located in Beacon and rents the Equestrian Suite that is offered to the wedding couples on Airbnb/VRBO in the off season.
