We were stoked with how everything turned out and felt like we were put first all night. Brian Zabo(groom)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-06-2020 We had an on-site visit at the Paiute, and after speaking with Ginny we were fairly certain that we wanted to hold our wedding there. She told us that there was no need to put a deposit down, that she would mark the date and give us a call first before booking it with anyone else. We decided to go with this option more so out of general caution than out of any sort of uncertainly regarding the Paiute itself. Several months later, we decided to put a deposit down to avoid any risk of missing Ginny's phone call. Ginny responded to our request by saying that our date had been given away, despite what she had told us during our visit. At that point in our overall planning, we were fully committed to having our wedding at the Paiute--we had already told many of our guests and our date was already very close. We responded to Ginny by expressing our dissatisfaction and telling her how much this hurt us, since because of her lie we will now have much more trouble finding a venue that still has our date available (our date is personally significant to us and is non-negotiable). After two weeks, no one from the Paiute has had the decency to respond at all, obviously displaying no interest in offering any care or apology. This venue clearly cares most about booking people quickly, and will lie to their customers if it is in their best interest. This is a huge setback for what will be the most sacred event of our lives, and as such the terrible service we received will not be easily forgotten or forgiven. Reviewed on 23-10-2019

The pricing, the view, the food, the huge space and on top of that - Pam and Ginny are wonderful. Wedding day was perfect. I have had multiple family members contact me after the wedding to tell me how great the food was and they wish they could have another plate! Every single time they made sure to make time to meet with us.The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Canât get more beautiful than a lush green golf course with the backdrop of mountains dotting the distance. The food was a huge hit with our guests. We went with the mashed potato bar which was so much fun. Originally there was no food tasting dinner, but Ginny and Pam were able to work with management and host one. Nikole Reyes(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 23-03-2018 We had our destination wedding at Paiute. In short our experience was AMAZING. From the start Pam and Ginny listened to what we wanted to took care of all of our rentals and final details. Paiute provides the DJ and officiant with their ceremony package and provides a list of recommended vendors for your wedding. For our officiant we choose Scott Nelson and our DJ was Steve Merino. When planning a destination wedding, it can be difficult as you don't get to meet your vendors before hand, but everyone Paiute provided and/or recommended was excellent and way beyond our expectations. Scott performed a beautiful ceremony that felt personal. Steve is the absolute best DJ! He played everything we wanted and requested. Did our ceremony music exactly how we asked, and kept our guest dancing and entertained throughout the night. Pam and Ginny executed exactly what we wanted. We had a lot of moving pieces for our wedding (drapes, lighting, rentals chairs, chargers, high top tables, gobo and up lighting, drape wall) and everything was exactly how we described and envisioned. The food!! WOW WOW WOW was the food beyond our expectations. Our guest are still talking about the food! We has passed hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour and they made sure to bring us platters of food to us and our parents/bridal party while we were taking our family photos. The Views of course are the primary reason why this location is a treasure! The property is absolutely beautiful and a wonderful back drop for our photos. She said we would easily be able to fit our guest count if we made some changes to the room layout. The biggest thing for us though is that we will need Kosher food for at least half our our guests and she said that they would be able to work with us on it. The location was beautiful and we were almost certain we wanted to have our wedding here.Later in the week we received an email from Ginny saying that she got our information from Pam but that we wouldn't be able to have our wedding there very rudely. I replied to her email with a couple questions and her second email was even more rude than the first. Needless to say we will not be having our wedding here.If there was a way to work only with Pam and not Ginny I would consider it but the rudeness of the emails just turned me off from the whole place. Shelby Griffith(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 23-04-2017 This venue was so great because they do so many weddings, that everything major is already figured out for you. It makes it doable without having to hire a wedding planner. Don't get me wrong. I did still spend months planning the rest my own. The venue is beautiful, and they have things figured out down to the time the sun sets for best couple portraits after the ceremony. The food was also great, which we got to taste some of the choices at an event they held for the couples for 2017, which was great! The only things I had an issue with was that I wasn't ever given a list of things they had available for me to use. I didn't know what they had as far as linen color choices, or center piece things until I got a couple unimpressive photos of glass vases. I didn't know they had mirrors for the tables until the day of. (I donated all glassware to the venue, so I hope the next events knew about them to use.) Another thing was I showed up and found out the wedding coordinator (1 of 3), who I had been in contact with periodically over 8 months was at a family wedding that weekend. The wedding coordinator there, who I had just met the day before, then sent out my ring bearer before my maid of honor and best man, which kind of ruined a surprise I had for my groom. Those things were really frustrating, but I went into things knowing it wouldn't be perfect. Overall, things went well, and the in-house DJ was great (even without getting to meet prior. He knows his stuff.) The coordinators set up the whole venue with everything I brought, and it looked absolutely beautiful. My husband and I enjoyed our moments and our whole night. It was what I had imagined, and I am very thankful for that. I would definitely recommend Paiute to potential couples. Weddings are tough, and this venue keeps things as simple as possible. Elizabeth Hofschulte(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-05-2017 The Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort is the best place in Las Vegas to get married, bias aside. Pam even helped get my giant bustle finished before our grand entrance! They took every item and idea I had and created the most elegant and romantic wedding setting ever. In addition, Paiute is an amazing wedding venue because you can get married in the Las Vegas area, but you are missing all of the bustling city sound! The area is beautiful and quiet, and ideal setting for a wedding. Once the wedding was complete, and my new husband and I were gone for the night, Paiute helped to get everything put back together and boxed for my parents and party to take home. Sydney Duke(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 26-03-2016 I LOVE THE PAIUTE AND THEIR STAFF!!! We had an amazing experience for our ceremony and reception. We got ready for the wedding at the onsite locker rooms-there was tons of space for my 7 bridesmaids, mom, me, make up artist, 3 hairstylists, and a photographer. The golfers were nice even though we were all in the locker room. There's a bar there so you can get drinks while you're getting ready.\rWow is the view amazing!!!! Our pictures were beautiful with the green, natural desert right, and the beautiful mountains. Their ceremony spot is beautiful and the archway bloomed with white and yellow flowers-perfect for our wedding colors, we didn't have to add any extra floral up front, we just had petals line the walk way, which added the perfect amount of color with the beautiful green grass and trees. \rThe Staff Is Amazing! They held an extravaganza that we could bring guests to try out the food, meet vendors, and see all the different style table settings. The venue has everything you need so if you need help with centerpieces they have votives that we just had to bring the candles for and they have oil lamps and little mirrors that you can borrow. They also have champagne flutes and cake cutting set, and other items if you need to borrow for your reception. They asked us to come out months in advanced so we could tour the venue again and pick some of our table colors, our ice sculpture design, and how we wanted the room set up. The package comes with wedding planners included, which is so nice because I did not know where to begin with the planning process-they were there to help you every step of the way. We worked with Ginny and Pam, but closest with Pam. SHE IS AWESOME!!! She helped us out last minute the week of the wedding with a couple problems and her help made our wedding even better than we could of imagined. Our wedding was better than we could of ever dreamed of. The venue is beautiful, the reception hall has floor to ceiling windows that overlook the green and the lake, which is beautiful for pictures. All of our guests were getting pictures of them and their loved ones outside because it was the perfect backdrop. \rWe brought pieces we wanted added to our guest table, our own flutes, and coloring books and crayons for the kids. They passed out the coloring books and crayons throughout the night so the kids had fun. I literally cannot explain how pleased my husband and I are with the Paiute. The staff is so helpful throughout the entire day and you feel like a million bucks. I would suggest anyone to get married at the Paiute. They have options for you to do your rehearsal dinner there too, which is so convenient. People may think it's a little far out, but our guests stayed on the strip at Bally's and we rented Bells Trans buses for our guests to get to our venue, which was perfect so people could have fun and drink and not worry about how they were getting back from our venue. The buses were reasonably priced so it is a must!\rTHE FOOD IS AMAZING!! The steak was tender and all of the food had so much flavor, tons of our guests commented that it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. The dinner staff were so kind throughout the night, they made sure that we got enough food and made sure there was never an empty drink.\r\rPAM IS AMAZING!!! THE STAFF IS AMAZING!! My husband and I, being both born and raised in Las Vegas, were looking for a venue that would provide a beautiful setting for the outdoor ceremony we wanted. We didn't want to get married in a casino, or just any ballroom, so we looked at various golf courses, and when we saw the Paiute, we couldn't believe how quickly we fell in love with the scenery and the secluded feeling, When we met with Ginny, she sealed the deal for us. We loved how personable each of the staff members were and I knew how important it was going to be for us to have a coordinator that would be helpful throughout the entire process, in addition to picking a venue we loved. Both Brandi and Ginny were so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process and after the wedding! We couldn't be happier! Our out of town guests are amazed at how beautiful it is. Not many think of Vegas to be any different than what they experience on the Strip or plain desert, so it's fun to share this beautiful side of it. a member (bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-06-2015 Reasons to go with Paiute:\r(10) THE VIEWS! THE VIEWS!\r(9) Seriously, the view. Your guests are coming to Vegas already. Yes, it's 25 miles north of the strip. We had our hotel block on the strip, arranged for shuttles (we went with Bell Transportation) and our family and friends experienced the glitz and crazy of Vegas, and also saw 360 degrees of southwest desert mountain beauty. I think all of our guests posed for family photos against the breathtaking backdrops!! \r(8) Paiute is a higher elevation than Vegas, so it's a bit cooler there and much breezier than being on the strip. I also don't know how this happened, but our ceremony was in the shade. THE SHADE! It was July, I was wearing clinical strength deodorant, my husband was in a suit and we weren't even hot! \r(7) We looked at a number of golf courses, as they were in our price point for a 120 person Vegas wedding. Paiute had the most flexibility and was the best cost. Flexibility: we could have guests choose from 2 entrees without an upcharge, their bar costs were lower, we hired musicians for the ceremony, my mom wanted to make the centerpieces and they were fine with this.\r(6) Ginny and Brandy respond very quickly to emails and guide you through the decision making process. If you aren't getting a quick response and planning guidance, ask to work with Ginny or Brandy instead. \r(5) Happy with the food. Great serving sizes. They also have lower rates for kids and can make chicken fingers + fries for the kids if you prefer.\r(4) Super organized rehearsal the day before. Ginny and Brandy's experience shows.\r(3) They asked us what we were drinking and kept my husband and my glasses full the full night. We felt like celebrities!\r(2) Floor-to-ceiling windows facing the mountains, and DARK WOOD FLOORS.\r(1) Seriously, the view. When you tell people you are getting married in Vegas and then show them Paiute, their minds will be blown.\r Reviewed on 18-07-2015

When we thought of a question we would send them an email right away before we had a chance to forget it. Sometimes this could be at 9 or 10 at night, but within hours we would have an answer! These ladies (and the entire team at Paiute) worked so hard for us. On the day of I was so relaxed and had no worries about set up or how things were coming together because I knew they would do great. I was right of course, because when I saw the outcome, it was even better than what I had been picturing the whole time. Another positive of booking with Paiute was the BARTENDER! The bartender made all of our guests happy (of course!) and everyone was surprised at how he could remember what everyone was drinking. He made all of our guests laugh, and always made sure we didn't have an empty glass. \r\rOur entire night at Paiute was so wonderful and we are still having \"wedding withdrawals!\" We re-live this night every time we see our pictures and are just so happy we went with this venue. This gave us great piece of mind and reduced our stress levels a lot. \r\rThe venue is very reasonably priced and it was great to get away from the Strip for that one day. Everyone loved the backdrop of the mountains and the desert. We bussed everyone out to Pauite and then back on to the Strip for the party, it worked out very well and was the best of both worlds. \r\râYouâ are the main focus for the venue on that day, there are no other bride/grooms walking around and this was a crucial point in our decision. Staying on the Strip, we saw numerous bride/grooms walking around, ending up in the same locations, and this did not appeal to us. The photos were in very busy areas and would have made us feel a little uncomfortable. The photos would definitely have ended up a lot more tense looking! (our photographer was Keith at Captureproductionslv, and they were amazing)\r\rPauite was very accommodating to food and beverage requirements, the lay out of the room, decorations and how the day would be planned. They were very understanding. \r\rWe had a sunset wedding and it was beautiful, there was only our party there to enjoy the moment. We contacted Hotels on the Strip and some could not guarantee the sunset venue until 3 months before the date, others were not in a great site etc. The hotels in our view, were all too rigid, too quick, too âWedding by Templateâ and too expensive! Paiute just allowed us to enjoy the venue for the dayâŠ\r\rWe would recommend Pauite to anyone who wants to have access to the fun and excitement of the Vegas Strip (and the weather), but still wish to have a more traditional wedding day and at a reasonable cost. \r\rThanks again Pauite! In addition to her office number, Ginny gave us her card with her cell phone number on it as well.\r\rIt is a beautiful place to get married especially if you are like us and don't want to have a wedding on the strip. They have a beautiful outdoor ceremony site with lots of greenery and a really pretty arch that we decorated with flowers and fabric draping on the big day. Inside the reception room, there are huge windows where you can see the gorgeous scenery of the lake, mountains and golf course.\r\rMy husband and I really liked this venue because they made everything so easy for us. They take care of everything except cake, flowers, photographer, and the dj. They do hold an open house twice a year where you get the chance to meet vendors for all of those things and more so we were able to find our florist and officiant there. On the day of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about anything because Ginny and Brandy took care of everything. The vendors we used for everything were very professional and did a great job. Everything went very smoothly.\r\rThey have a nice little area inside each of their locker rooms for both the bride and groom parties to get ready in. While we were getting ready, I called Brandy and asked if we could get a waitress to come in so we could order something to eat. Immediately a server came in and brought menus and bottled waters! My bridesmaids and I enjoyed some mimosas and chicken quesadillas while we were getting ready. It was so much fun and everything was delicious!\r\rDuring our reception, the service and food was excellent. The bartender was constantly filling up empty glasses and was very likeable. All the guests loved him! Brandy and Ginny stopped by several times to make sure we were happy. We felt like our guests were very well taken care of and had a great time!\r\rIf there are any cons to getting married here, it is that they are very strict about when and where you can take photos out on the lake and the course. You can only go to certain areas so if you want more flexibility about where you can take photos, this may not be the venue for you. Also their golfers are the top priority for the Paiute so your wedding party may be ignored in favor of golfers if you're at the bar or restaurant prior to the wedding. This wasn't a big deal to me but just wanted to give a heads up to those considering the Paiute for their wedding!\r\rOverall, my new hubby and I highly recommend this venue. Thank you Paiute for a wonderful stress free wedding! Reviewed on 03-05-2014
Holly Cervi(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-06-2013 I was beyond happy with the Paiute Resort. Their staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond during the planning stages, and on the special day. \r\rThe venue is really beautiful. My guests were floored! I live in LA, so I was concerned about making decisions, but they had this amazing event that showcased vendors, linen options, and menu. I also met the bartender, DJ, and officiants, who were all great. \r\rIt is definitely the best deal in town for the quality and service. Their packages include 4 hours of open bar and the food was great. I just couldn't have been happier! I recommend this venue wholeheartedly. Reviewed on 17-07-2013

My husband and I fell in love with the scenery at Las Vegas Paiute Golf Resort. We had no major issues and our wedding and reception went very smoothly. We received several compliments about how gorgeous Paiute was and it was the perfect setting for our off the strip wedding. I did make the mistake of not reading the fine print in our contract and after purchasing several of the decorations we planned on using, we were told we were not allowed to as outlined in the contract (ie. scented candles, silk rose petals on ceremony aisle..) Food was amazing and they were willing to work with us to create a cutomized menu for our picky guests. Overall, great experience. Reviewed on 07-06-2013
Sarah Levi(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-05-2013 We chose Paiute as our venue and it was the best choice we could have made, and my beautiful wife and I were married May 5, 2013. All of the staff is amazing and so helpful. Ginny and Brandi are always available to help out with any detail regardless of how big or small, and provided outstanding customer service to help our big day go off perfectly. There is not a thing that I would change, the food was outstanding, the drinks were flowing, and everything was absolutely perfect. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone that is thinking of getting married, it will be the best decision you ever made. Beyond the excellent service that the staff provides, the scenery is breath taking, it is a very beautiful place to get married. Bottom line, price is affordable, the service is excellent, the views are amazing, if you want your wedding to be perfect, this is the place to make it happen!! Kathryn Simmons(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 06-04-2013 Fantastic venue! Ginny Hamel is the coordinator we worked with, and she was great! We were able to have exactly what we wanted at a price that we could afford. This was a destination wedding for us so the programs, centerpieces, and table name decorations I brought still needed to be put together when we got there for the rehearsal. They did it for us! They double checked our videos and made sure everything worked. Plus, they were super accomodating considering part of our bridal party was stuck in traffic and others were still finishing their golf game the day of the rehearsal...we started an hour late! The food is really good, the DJ they provide (we had Steve Merino) kept everything going, and the ice pieces we went with were fantastic! You couldn't ask for a better venue in Vegas for this price! It is about 25-30 minutes north of the Strip. We worked with Bell Transportation for shuttles to/from the venue. Even with that extra expense, they are still cheaper! BIGGEST PLUS: You are NOT just a number to them! You are the ONLY event that day! Everyone else we looked at planned 2-3 a day and herded you in and out like cattle! Thank you so much for making our day so special Paiute! Reviewed on 21-04-2013
Brooke Santos(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-10-2012 The venue was beautiful and the food was amazing! However I was disappointed with the service. Our wedding cake was not served to all of our guests and the next morning when my mother went back to claim it we found out it was actually thrown away which was very upsetting. We were reimbursed for the cost of the cake. Also the alloted amount of time was not enough in our opinion which we wish we would have known. The time they give you feels very rushed. We had come to Paiute for the weekend brunch buffet and fell in love with the amazing scenery. You honestly feel like you're not in Vegas when you're there. Ginny and Brianne were wonderful and helpful and very good about returning my emails and answering my questions. They made the whole process very easy on me, which I appreciated!! The ceremony and reception venues were beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was phenomenal. I also know we're going to have the most amazing pictures, thanks to the mountain scenery on the golf course. I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue! Reviewed on 02-10-2012

Sarah Bowcott(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-02-2011 When people heard we were having a destination wedding in Vegas, everyone thought we were having it at the little White Chapel. They were SHOCKED when they arrived at the Paiute. It's in the middle of the Indian reservation about 30 minutes from the strip but feels like it's 1000 miles away. Because you are in the middle of the desert, the views of the moutains are 360 degrees and if you're lucky, you'll be nice and warm and have beautiful sunny pictures while there are mountains with snow in the background. The food was amazing, price was reasonable and the service couldn't have been better. They were more than willing to work with us on everything and we got soooo much more for our money here! When I talked to other venues, they wanted to nickle and dime us for every napkin, chair cover, etc. but it's all included at the paiute and is a steal. Brianna was amazing and helpful and the entire day went smoothly. Reviewed on 05-05-2011

lesley matheson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-10-2010 This venue is a little treasure. It is simply an absolute stunning location in the middle of the desert. The ceremony lawn is beautiful and perfectly maintained. I'm from the UK and i would never have been able to get married outside in such a stunning location with gauranteed sunshine!\rThe setup of the reception was exactly as I asked, the food was phenomenal and could not be faulted.\rMy only criticism would be the service of the bar staff. We had paid for an open bar and the staff were not amused that they were not getting tips everytime someone ordered a drink and they made this perfectly clear. There was then a whip round for them and suddenly they were all smiles.\rAlso, I had given specific instructions to the the MC/DJ, which were completely ignored and it totally displeased me. One of these instructions was about the music, being from the UK our popular music is very different to the US. I had provided many CD's with a great selection for him to chose from, but he simply decided to ignore this and play his own music - or worse SING!! And we had never heard of any of the songs he sang.\rIt is a beautiful venue though and i would recommend it - just make sure you nail down the MC/DJ or he'll make it all about him!! Cheryl Ebiya(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-03-2007 Our event coordinator and the venue itself was excellent. They always took the time to meet with us and were honest. You can tell that the event coordinator was not in the business mostly for the money, but to make your wedding memorable and the way you wanted it. The people that performed the service for food were quick and very experienced. All of my guests were very happy because of the good food and the portions were great. We had the opportunity to customize our own sit-down dinners by plate. The chef personally met with us and he was open to suggestions and questions about our food. We can even design how we wanted the presentation. I know that our wedding was the best wedding I've ever been to when it came to the food. Our guests really enjoyed themselves because our package came with an open bar and they didn't go hungry. The linens and table settings that they had perfectly matched our theme and colors. The venue also had a breathtaking view of the golfcourse and lake, and the backdrop was the mountains. The view was very serene because it was away from the city and residential areas so all you see is nature. The hall itself was surrounded by glass windows where you can see the view at almost all angles. Our guests were just in awe of everything that they wish we can throw another party over there again.;The only thing is that you have to drive a little bit away from the city. They don't close the golfing during your event if scheduled. Reviewed on 10-05-2010
