Her customer service skills and attention to detail were a no brainer for us to choose Laurel Manor for our venue!!Thank you Laurel Manor staff for giving us the wedding of our dreams!!!!!!

1000/10 stars! Laurel Manor has the best food! I got married on 06/10/2023 and I had so many guests ask me about the food and some even said that this was the best wedding food they've ever had. They especially loved the chicken! Our guests went back for 2nds and 3rds! The entire staff was so professional, kind, and attentive to all our needs. They really know how to make their clients feel at ease and comfortable throughout the entire evening. Maria Juarez was the event coordinator who helped us throughout this entire wedding planning process. We got engaged before Covid and had looked at Laurel, didn't end up setting our date until almost 2 years after. We are also from out of state so we had a lot of obstacles to begin with, but Maria has been there for us this entire time from beginning to end. She answered every single question we had (I swear we had a million questions) and in such a quick manner too. She has been so helpful and so attentive to everything we needed and that really made a huge difference! Planning a wedding from out of state is not ideal, but when you have someone like Maria on your side, you're in good hands. She is absolutely AMAZING!!!! Would definitely recommend Laurel Manor again and again to anyone needing to host an event!!!

1000/10 stars! Laurel Manor has the best food! I got married on 06/10/2023 and I had so many guests ask me about the food and some even said that this was the best wedding food they've ever had. I was truly impressed with this venue. From the very beginning they made sure that the vision that we had for our reception came true. We worked with Maria who very friendly, patient and walked us through the processes and all of our options. She answered all of our questions and concerns which made us feel at ease. Our phone calls and emails were always answered back promptly. The venue itself was beautiful! The staircase, the chandeliers, the lighting... made for stunning photos! The day of the reception we had Shametta as our coordinator and she was the kindest. sweetest lady ever who made sure that our evening was perfect! The food at the buffet was delicious, the bar went over well along with the late night pizza! We were so happy!I would definitely recommend this venue for anyone's wedding reception!!!

The sales manager Rachel West was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was prompt with all responses and always made me feel validated. She was helpful from the first inquiry up until the very last moments before the wedding began. The Maple Ballroom looked absolutely gorgeous and the smaller room shape allowed for a more intimate dance floor and celebration in general. The limoncello dinner and plated service was phenomenal.

I would recommend Laurel Manor to any of my friends and family. I do not have a single negative thing to say about our experience in planning and hosting our wedding with them. Our coordinator was Rachel, who was incredible throughout the entire process. There are plenty of variations in their plans to ensure you end up at the price point you want, or to make your event as lavish as you want. Rachel was super friendly and responsive, working with us through every single concern we had. The venue was very flexible as we changed our date due to COVID – which was a HUGE concern for us. Every single piece of the planning was smooth, efficient, and worry-free. And best of all, the wedding itself was absolutely perfect. We ended up running about half an hour late (to our own wedding!) due to construction traffic, but our day-of planner kept everything running smoothly in our tardiness. They were ready for us at the door, when we finally got there, and kept the whole night going perfectly – even helped us pack up at the end of the party! The food service was fast and efficient – and my guests were absolutely raving about how delicious the menu options were. Almost every single plate was clean at the end of the night, including the late night snacks! And possibly the best part – there was never a line at the bar. We hosted around 150 guests, and the bartender handled everything very well. The room itself was beautiful – everything we had planned and then some. The nice thing about Laurel Manor is that it holds such a natural beauty, anything you add is just icing on the cake. I cannot recommend Laurel Manor (and Rachel) highly enough. They gave us everything we wanted and more for our wedding day, and I will definitely use them for any future events we have. Thank you for making our day 100 times better.

The ENTIRE staff at Laurel Manor was so helpful from the start of planning to when we walked out after our reception ended. The food is phenomenal and will not disappoint! Booking Laurel Manor as our venue was one of the best vendor decisions we made! We had to postpone our wedding due to COVID, and the staff was so helpful throughout the entire process. When it came time to discuss all the little details like decorations and seating, they made it so easy - it was like having a wedding planner. Rachel and Maria were always so quick to respond when I had a random question. On the day of the wedding, everything was so well coordinated and it all turned out beautiful. Laurel Manor was the perfect wedding venue. We had both our ceremony and reception here. As a couple who had to postpone due to Covid, LM was so flexible and worked with us through all of the changes. Luckily restrictions were lifted and we could have the wedding we originally planned. The staff at LM was so on top of everything leading up to and during our event. If something went wrong, it never made its way to me or my husband, their staff handled everything. Cost per person is on the pricier side from venues we looked at, however I would consider the cost justified based on the level of service and coordination they provide. We hired a day of coordinator in addition to working with LM, and while it was nice to have her, in hindsight, everything we needed done could’ve been done by the LM staff/coordinator. I would absolutely recommend having your wedding other any other event at LM!

Overall the staff at Laurel Manor was wonderful and for a year and a half they helped us put together our perfect wedding. Even more so that we had to do all of our planning during a pandemic which limited our access to meeting in person, tasting events, etc. Laurel Manor was flexible and helped support us during an unusually more difficult planning process. Laurel Manor is a beautiful venue with so many great photo opportunities. The lobby is stunning and in the evening, when the sun sets the light filters perfectly into the lobby and creates a very soft romantic feel with the stairs and chandelier (great for pictures). The Ballrooms are breathtaking with the marble dance floor and chandeliers in every room (another favorite of mine, it makes for incredible first dance photos) The food was great. Everything came out hot, tender and delicious.The staff was probably the best part of working with Laurel Manor: Rachel and Deirdre (The Sales Directors) were friendly, and offered great flexibility to work around my busy schedule. I was very much a novice when it came to planning a wedding and they offered great advise and best practices that helped tremendously in achieving my desired vision. On our wedding day we were assigned with two coordinators one to assist with the ceremony and one to assist with the reception. Edith, our ceremony coordinator was detail oriented and made sure my exact vision came to life. She made sure everyone was in the right place, at the right time which took a ton of stress off my plate on an already chaotic day.My one and only small bit of constructive criticism would be that I wish our reception coordinator kept us more on track with our timeline. After the ceremony we started running behind schedule due to pictures. Then during the reception it was hard for my husband and I to keep track of time ourselves (we did not wear watches or have our phones on us) and often got caught up talking to guests for too long. It would have been nice to have someone give us \"gentle reminders\" about upcoming events and where we were on time. Again, it is a very small critique, there are probably lots of couples who prefer to take the lead and set the pace for how the night goes or prefer not to be bothered about the timeline. Perhaps this is a question to ask during the final details meeting on how each couple prefers to have the night managed. This by no means hindered our night, my husband and I still had the most amazing time and the perfect wedding. I could not be happier about how everything turned out and would 100% recommend Laurel Manor to family and friends.

We had the best experience at Laurel manor for our May wedding reception. All the staff was friendly and helpful- we worked primarily with Jennifer and Hannah who were awesome. No need for an additional wedding planner, because they help all along the way. Laurel Manor holds a few tasting events throughout the year where you can try all their dishes- this was where we met Arminda who we then requested to be the room captain for our event. She was awesome and so sweet! The food was excellent- we chose a plated meal with Filet Mignon and chicken delsignore. I appreciated how helpful the staff was during the months leading up to our wedding and especially the week before when we were tying up all the loose ends. Highly recommend this venue!

She was awesome and so sweet! The food was excellent- we chose a plated meal with Filet Mignon and chicken delsignore. I appreciated how helpful the staff was during the months leading up to our wedding and especially the week before when we were tying up all the loose ends. Highly recommend this venue!

We worked with Rachel West throughout the whole process and when it came down to the day of the whole staff did a fantastic job. They were there for everything we needed down to packing us to go boxes of food at the end of the night. We had both our ceremony and reception here. Not only was it absolutely perfect, I didn't have to think about much. If the staff had to ask me a question they were extremely apologetic about it. Every moment went smoothly. I loved the food, the price was great, and the cake was beautiful. The only thing that I wasn't super thrilled with and the only reason I'm not giving it five stars it the ceremony room staff was extremely, you must do it my way and get everything out of here when I say so, which was causing our already stressed bridal party that was running behind due to a snow storm to become more stressed. She was the same way at our rehearsal as well, which didn't do much for the anxiety ridden brides.

Hall is great for a reception! The only complaint my new husband and I have is that the wedding Coordinator was at times pushy even when our ceremony was well under the 30minute allotted time. Overall, I would definitely host another event in one of LM's halls, but I wouldn't recommend having a wedding there too.

It was better than we expected. We had a lot of stress going into the wedding. From family drama to people backing out at the last minute. Laurel Manor went above and beyond to make sure our night was one to remember. They accommodated for us and made sure we got our money's worth. The food was amazing, especially the puff pastry chicken (get it if you can!). The drinks were regular bar drinks but perfect. We did a sparkler send off, which they had to approve, and it went better than we thought. (BTW if you want a sparkler send off, get 3ft ones, they last and look awesome in photos). If I had any word of criticism, it would be that I wish they had someone to dismiss tables for our buffet lines. They also had 4 other weddings, but it was awesome to meet the other brides and see how happy they were! Other than that, everything was amazing. I highly recommend this place.

They did a great job we had our Ceremony and Reception there and everything was wonderful. We had a few hiccups which is to be expected but none of our guests were any wiser. The food was excellent. I highly recommend the carving station and late night pizza. With our wedding being in December they had a great wedding special which helped us pull off the wedding of our dreams. I recommend Laurel Manor for any special event. They take a lot of worry and guess work out of the big stuff.

The planning process was very easy and Rachel was always fast replying and very patient with the changes/last minute addition of guests. I couldn't be more pleased with her customer service! I would also like to mention/thank the banquet staff we had the night of our wedding. The captain for our event was very prompt and always making sure we were taken care of. Also! The food was DELICIOUS! We got many compliments from the guests that attended our wedding. We went with a basic chicken meal but it was anything but basic when delivered to our guests! The cupcakes we got from Cakes by Stephanie was also perfect. I couldn't have picked a better venue for our special day and I cannot thank the staff at Laurel Manor enough for all of their hard work.

PERFECT VENUE, PERFECT STAFF AND AMAZING FOOD! My husband and I were responsible for our son's wedding; I had less than 90 days to plan it. I had to get busy...FAST. I thought the worst part of planning this wedding would be finding a reception area...but Laurel Manor made it the easiest part. And Rachel West took so much stress off of me; everything was absolutely perfect. I gave her my budget and she made it work. After leaving the church wedding, my son and his wife had time scheduled for photos in the beautiful garden at Laurel Manor, and also in the elegant lobby. They made their GRAND ENTRANCE on the sweetest balcony inside the reception area and everyone ooo'd and ahhhh'd!!! My son looked so happy. The service staff were warm, inviting and efficient. The food was AMAZING and, 2 months later, people are still commenting on the wonderful experience and amazing FOOD they had. Rachel West was my ambassador at Laurel Manor and I totally credit her for keeping me from having a nervous breakdown. Anytime I'd call with a request she would say, \"Don't worry, Charlene. I'll take care of it\" and she DID!!! I went into that gorgeous reception room, relaxed. The linens were beautiful, the room warmly lit, and the entire experience superb. The sirloin was brought in on a flaming silver platter; it was perfect; the food was way beyond expectation. My son, who is very difficult to please, looked around, came to me and said, \"Mom, this is beautiful. It's way more than I expected. How did you do it?\" . I will never use anyone else for any other extravaganza that I need to plan. This experience was beyond perfection. Other than having my children, this was my crowning achievement, thanks to Laurel Manor and Rachel West. You gave me a wonderful memory, and my son and his wife an elegant, comfortable reception. My deepest, heart felt thanks.

Laurel Manor did an outstanding job hosting our wedding! Having previously worked in a banquet facility, I wasn't quite sure that the evening would pan out as planned. Being a visual person I wasn't sure if the cake would be right, what the sweets table would entail, and whether the timeline would run as planned; But from the look and taste of the cake, to the taste and presentation of the plated duo dinner, and finally our sweets table, it all came together and was simply stunning! Laurel Manor did an outstanding job hosting our wedding! Having previously worked in a banquet facility, I wasn't quite sure that the evening would pan out as planned. Being a visual person I wasn't sure if the cake would be right, what the sweets table would entail, and whether the timeline would run as planned; But from the look and taste of the cake, to the taste and presentation of the plated duo dinner, and finally our sweets table, it all came together and was simply stunning! We held our wedding reception at Laurel Manor and I'm so glad we did. I will start with the place itself. We were able to get access to our room (We had the Aspen Ballroom) the day prior which made set up a breeze. They had everything ready to go for us to bring our decorations in. We had selected some colored table cloths and napkins and had some special tables placed and Laurel Manor had everything perfect for us. The space worked wonderfully for everything that evening.The food: When we were looking at reviews online for reception halls it seemed like everyone everywhere had their guests saying it was the best wedding food they ever had. All I can say is our guests really were telling us that. We did a buffet style dinner and included a roast sirloin carving station (which didn't cost extra) and I had so many guests tell me how amazing the sirloin was. The bartenders did an awesome job and even the standard bar had everything we could want.The service: Prior to the wedding night we met a few times with people at Laurel Manor and they were always very patient with all our surely annoying questions. They were willing to show as samples of everything we were interested in. I also must have sent over 20 emails asking about different hypothetical scenarios and the staff was always quick and happy to answer my questions. Being able to work through any of their employees meant that we never needed to wait to have a question answered or make a change.The night of the wedding we had an absolutely phenomenal wait staff. I wish I could write each of them an individual thank-you letter. Anything the bride or I needed was done for instantly: food, drinks, and adjustment to the lights. The bartenders made sure to be just a little extra generous with our drinks as well which was awesome :). The biggest thing that the staff did for us though was notice that the bride and I were unable to eat very much due to being busy and having so much going on that we didn't have much of an appetite. They boxed up 2 dinners for us and stored them in the fridge and pulled them back out for us to take home at the end of the night. Let me tell you that the minute we walked into our hotel room hunger hit us both like a truck and those two meals saved our wedding night!Extras: Just a few things I wanted to mention, the late night pizza option we were able to include for free was absolutely loved by all the party people who had been dancing all night, and Laurel manor's working with Cakes by Stephanie worked out great and was one less thing we had to worry about when wedding planning!

My husband and I got married at Laurel Manor on 8/8/15 and we are still receiving compliments on how beautiful our wedding was. From the beginning, Jennifer (our event coordinator) was amazing with communication and answering all of our concerns. Two months before the wedding, we had an issue that could have caused us to change our wedding date and Jennifer was very understanding and helpful with options. The whole team at Laurel Manor was very attentive and most importantly, well organized and on top of everything. Everyone was hands on with the set-up of reception room; Jennifer even decorated our wedding cake with the flowers we brought herself. Throughout the process Jennifer understood our vision and we took many of her suggestions/ideas. The venue also offers a more inclusive wedding package (including cake!) which made the planning easier with less vendor involvement, not to mention more affordable. The food was one of the most important to us and Laurel Manor delivered. We had the filet mignon/chicken limoncello duo and was thrilled to see all of our guests’ plates wiped clean. The chicken limoncello was perfectly pan fried and so tender/juicy! The food was the best among the weddings that we have attended. My husband and I didn’t get to try, but our guests also raved about the dessert and late night pizza station. After the wedding, Laurel Manor even held a box of things that were left behind in the reception room for us to pick-up. Overall, we could not have wished for a more perfect wedding. Thank you Laurel Manor for making our wedding an event of a lifetime!

Each of the rooms is stunning – from the marble floors to the breathtaking chandelier to the grand entrance balcony. Even though there are multiple events going on at the same time, I couldn’t hear any music or sound from any other ballroom, and our room had its own private coatroom and bathrooms. The per-person rate was incredibly reasonable and included the most amazing cake from Cakes by Stephanie. The hors d’oeuvres were delicious, and our guests were still raving about their dinner the next day at brunch. We even got a great monthly special that included free chair covers and free late-night pizza! Service was incredibly efficient and the wait staff was polite and accommodating. I didn’t have to worry about a thing all night. They made it very easy for all of our vendors to set up and clean up. I couldn’t be happier with the choice we made to have our wedding at Laurel Manor.

This is going to be a bit of a long review just because I think it's only fair after everything they did for us that I include all details. I don't have enough good things to say about them ! \r\rFirst of all, we live in Canada, about 2 hours away from Livonia, MI. So we we're not familiar at all with the area or vendors, when we got engaged we we're initially getting married in Canada but due to other problems we had to plan to get married in Michigan as most our family lives in the US. However no one I knew lived close to the area, and I began doing my research (with only 4 months left until the day we wanted to get married) and found laurel manor. After doing a meet up with them I loved how it looked and had to show my now husband, and parents in law, they all fell in love with it and we decided on laurel manor. Jacquline, who was our main coordinator was absolutely splendid and helped with everything, made my life a whole lot easier specially with accommodating payments, with changing my mind about seating chart and number guests like 20\rTimes, and helping with the fact I was not in Michigan. We are very very glad we chose laurel manor.\r\rNow fast forward to the day before the wedding we met our wedding coordinators and again absolutely amazing they helped us plan the rehearsal, how everyone would walk and we're very patient especially with the bride and bridesmaids being late and not having a phone to communicate, they we're very understanding. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything with the place, vendors and such things. It was all taken care of, they helped pack our wedding cake and brought by husband and I to our balcony entrance, made sure we we're always taken care of. Simply amazing ! \r\rAs far as prices is very comparable to other venues in the area except the treatment here is great, it can have everything included if you want it to, cake, food, set up and take down, decorations and whatever else you would like, we had about 100 guests And everything was good pricing compared to other places. \r\rThere was only one thing we would like to add is during the guest book table there wasn't a lot of lighting in the hall but other than that everything was great ! \r \rOnce again thank you laurel manor for making our day that much more special ! \r\rFrom the happy newlyweds!

This is going to be a bit of a long review just because I think it's only fair after everything they did for us that I include all details. I don't have enough good things to say about them ! \r\rFirst of all, we live in Canada, about 2 hours away from Livonia, MI. So we we're not familiar at all with the area or vendors, when we got engaged we we're initially getting married in Canada but due to other problems we had to plan to get married in Michigan as most our family lives in the US. However no one I knew lived close to the area, and I began doing my research (with only 4 months left until the day we wanted to get married) and found laurel manor. After doing a meet up with them I loved how it looked and had to show my now husband, and parents in law, they all fell in love with it and we decided on laurel manor. Jacquline, who was our main coordinator was absolutely splendid and helped with everything, made my life a whole lot easier specially with accommodating payments, with changing my mind about seating chart and number guests like 20\rTimes, and helping with the fact I was not in Michigan. We are very very glad we chose laurel manor.\r\rNow fast forward to the day before the wedding we met our wedding coordinators and again absolutely amazing they helped us plan the rehearsal, how everyone would walk and we're very patient especially with the bride and bridesmaids being late and not having a phone to communicate, they we're very understanding. The day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about anything with the place, vendors and such things. It was all taken care of, they helped pack our wedding cake and brought by husband and I to our balcony entrance, made sure we we're always taken care of. Everything about my wedding day was perfect. I did not have to change anything. The venue was organized, clean, and even with 2 large galas going on during my wedding it felt as if I was the only one there. I very much appreciate all that they did for me and would recommend them to anyone!!

After looking for months for an appropriately costing, yet elegant location for my husband and I's wedding we stumbled onto Laurel Manor by chance here on the knot. After going in and meeting with Jacquline we knew that Laurel Manor was the place for us. Jacquline was so professional, and assisted us with all we could have ever thought of; as well as the rest of the staff. Being in this industry ourselves our expectations were some what high. However, throughout the planning process of our wedding Laurel Manor was the least stressful because they already had everything under control before we would even check in. The day of the wedding we had our coordinator there for our ceremony making sure all the little details were taken care of, and afterward we had another lady making sure we were staying within our time frame to be announced, dinner, etc. Laurel Manor completely blew us away by how effortlessly they made all of our dreams come true with the perfect players among their staff. Even those who weren't involved with our event were very courteous and professional when passing by. Also, our dinner was amazing!! We still are getting compliments nearly a month later. I would highly recommend this place to any and all! You come first to them - even after your big day. Do not pass them up!

I had my wedding here on October 25, 2014, and it was everything I had hoped it would be. I worked mainly with Laila, who was awesome and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. She was on top of everything and kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and always happily answered all of my questions. They also have a preview night twice a year for all the couples to attend to try out their food, which was all delicious. We received many compliments after the wedding saying that it was the best dinner they had had at a wedding. We also used their table linens, and everything turned out amazing! Their ceremony space is gorgeous and the really work with you to help make it your style. They have someone that helps organize your ceremony during your rehearsal (which was awesome because i thought we would have to figure it out on our own!). If they are able to they will let you in the space early to decorate. We were lucky enough to be able to get in our reception room for 4 hours the day before the wedding. You just have to be willing to ask! If you ask and they are able to they will do it for you! The reception space was amazing and they had stages at no charge for the head table. I could seriously go on and on about how wonderful this place and the people that work there are. My parents already plan to have my younger siblings weddings there! That is how great they are!

My husband and I searched for a wedding ceremony and reception venue for quite sometime. Upon entering Laurel Manor, we were immediately impressed and excited and could actually envision our wedding there immediately. That was the first sign that we were in the right place. Then, we met Jacquline Dixon; who is a part of the sales team. She was absolutely amazing. She was very in tune with us and what we were looking for. She was patient and extremely down to earth. We are a couple that tended to have trouble making decisions and even more trouble spending money and she was very helpful, caring, and amazing to work with. She made sure we got everything we wanted. She'd spend extra time with us laughing and joking around. She formed a relationship with and we could tell it wasn't just for business. The entire process was amazing. The wedding day was more than what we had expected. Everything was organized and gorgeous from the ceremony to the reception. When setting up, there were many people there to help us with anything that we needed. We really cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We paid for our wedding all by ourselves and Laurel Manor made that very easy for us. The deposit was minimal and since we planned so far in advance, we made payments when we could. It was unexpectedly hassle and worry free; which was EXACTLY what we were looking for. We would recommend Laurel Manor to anyone who wants their dream wedding, at a reasonable price, with an amazing staff of people who are there to ensure your big day is exactly what you want it to be. I married the man of my dreams in June at Laurel Manor. Everything went flawlessly!!! From the planning to the day of it was perfect. My emails and questions were responded to quickly. My special requests were met with ease and they really took the stress out of planning for me. I loved the fact that they could provide all the services for the wedding for one reasonable price. Open bar, appetizers, dinner and cake were all included. They had great recommendations for vendors with whom they work closely with and so everyone was familiar with the venue and did not require any direction. The direction they did require came from Laurel Manor themselves. The day of the wedding I was not tracking anyone down to set up times for delivery Laurel Manor did it all! I am still getting compliments on the food. One of my guests even ate two plates because someone did not show up and they could not get enough. Laila and Jaqueline were truly a godsend and were not only helpful but were generally happy for us and wanted our day to go perfectly. We even got married in the upstairs room and had a wedding coordinator make sure people were lined up and on time. I really believe the only way my wedding day was this memorable was because of Laurel Manor. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to actually ENJOY their wedding day and not stress out.

I worked with Jacquline to make my day perfect. She was a great help even helped bring in decorations. It was very easy to make last minute changes and she was very quick to respond to questions. Jacquline was our wonderful contact there and she worked so hard for us to make sure everything was great. She along with all the staff always had a smile on their faces and made us feel special. The food is fantastic, and we did our lights, linens, chairs with them. All of which were perfect!! If you are thinking about having you reception here DO IT. It is worthwhile.

I can't say enough great things about this venue!!! We had our wedding there on June 21st, and it was stunning. Our wedding last weekend at Laurel Manor was absolute perfection! Working with them these last ten months has been so easy and stress free, it was a wonderful feeling knowing LM was taking care of our wedding. Everything the day of was beautiful and perfect and everything was done exactly the way I wanted, and the food and the service were both PHENOMENAL! Have your wedding at Laurel Manor, you won't regret it.\r\rJust a note, I have a food allergy and Laurel Manor was GREAT at accommodating that for me, it was no problem at all. Awesome! The staff at Laurel Manor was so helpful all the way through the planning process. They gave us so many options and tips. My guests raved and raved about how amazing the food was too. I was lucky enough to see the room before everyone arrived (due to rain :( ), and it literally brought tears to my eyes! It was so beautiful and more than I imagined. They added perfect ,little touches that made the room amazing! The only downfall is you share the whole location with other events, but I easily got over that.

The staff at Laurel Manor was so helpful all the way through the planning process. They gave us so many options and tips. My guests raved and raved about how amazing the food was too. I had the most wonderful bridal shower at Laural Manor. I had about 100 guests, and our space was large enough to seat everyone comfortably. Stephanie went over different seating options and table set ups so everyone would be able to see presents being opened. The make-your-own salad buffet was a great lunch option, and everyone loved the chicken and pasta. All the food was amazing, especially the cake. The cake was made at their in-house bakery and they decorated it with a picture of our shower invitation! The staff was friendly and professional, and very knowledgeable about the timeline of bridal showers. I would recommend this place to anyone throwing a shower!

I was very impressed with my experience at Laurel Manor. The staff was friendly and organized. I did not stress out over anything relating to the reception hall. From the booking to even after the wedding, the staff was very helpful. I had dropped off my centerpieces a few days early so that Laurel Manor could set up and they did a fantastic job. Everything was set up as I had it pictured. The food and bar services were great. I’m overall very pleased with my experience with Laurel Manor.

Jennifer and Monica are two of the most awesome employees at Laurel Manor. They are both so helpful and full of ideas. Out of all the vendors we worked with throughout planning our wedding- they were they ones who made us feel \"special\" and that was important to us. I must say- when I walked into the hall when it was all decorated- I was amazed! It was so beautiful! I strongly suggest up-lighting (makes the room look way cool). All of our guests raved about how good the food was and how friendly the service was. I mean seriously-what more can you ask for? Again, thank you, thank you, thank you Laurel Manor for making our wedding day absolutely fabulous!

From emailing for information to going over the smallest of crazy details a couple days before the wedding she was also beyond pleasant and more than willing to help fix an \"disasters\". The linens were beautiful, the cake was AMAZING, our guests are still talking about the food, and the candy table was beyond a hit!!! :) Using the balcony to introduce us for the first time as Mr. and Mrs. was amazing and another huge hit that all of our guest can't stop talking about. The centerpieces were beautiful and the new renovations have truly made this place even more beautiful then it already was. The ceremony room was amazing as were the bride and grooms suites. The support and staff were all amazing and super supportive through the whole process. They truly were there to keep me calm when we were running late, things appeared to be missing, and I was sweating the set up time. Watch for the promotions we got an amazing deal for booking early! It saved us $1,000 but did not take away from the feel or quality of our night. It truly was a dream wedding but one that we never thought would be OUR wedding, not even in our wildest dreams! We have nothing but high reviews and compliments for our experiences at Laurel Manor and with their staff.

I highly recommend Laurel Manor to anyone planning a wedding. Every detail of our night was absolutely perfect! The staff was amazing, our room looked so beautiful and the food was to die for. I made my reservation a year in a half in advance at laurel manor because of having a June wedding. I did a lot of shopping around and I felt that LM was the best fit. It is beautiful and was the least expensive. I had also heard that their food was to die for. About 9 months before wedding, I started to stay in contact with my coordinator, Laila. Who always had an answer for me and a quick response. I not only had my reception at LM but also my ceremony. LM just did a lot of renovations and such in main lobby, hallways, ceremony room, and bride room a month before our wedding!!!!! When it came to my ceremony rehearsal, I was very happy with my ceremony coordinator. She was extremely helpful and very professional. The day of wedding, we were able to go in early to do final Touches because the staff had all decorations done early, which was incredibly helpful. I was very very happy with everything they did for our wedding. I have heard horror stories, therefore I prepared myself to be okay with something not being exactly how I wanted it to be. Well...everything was done correctly and quite perfect. During dinner the coordinator did a great job getting our guests up for the buffet. Bar service was great as well. And THE FOOD...I am still hearing about it. Everyone LOVED it! We had over roasted chicken and rounds eye of beef carved by a chef, green beans, mashed potatoes, and pasta. I 120% recommend Laurel Manor!!!!!!!! My wedding day was literally perfect and I owe a lot to them doing everything that I asked to a T. Good luck!

Laurel Manor was wonderful us! It was beautifully decorated, food was amazing, and the staff was great! Jacquline, out wedding planner, was very helpful throughout the process and always had an answer. They even worked with us when our numbers dropped lower than we had originally expected. We were beyond thankful for how gracious they all were! We received many compliments on the food and how beautiful the hall was.

Laurel Manor was wonderful us! It was beautifully decorated, food was amazing, and the staff was great!
