There are significant emotional events in oneās life and the wedding of oneās daughter ranks very high on that list. As the father of the bride, I had promised myself to adopt a āclosed mouth ā open walletā approach to the whole event and it was indeed a wise decision. My daughter selected the venue location (Leonardās Palazzo) based on her diligent research (she is very good at that) and I have to say that she nailed it.Leonardās Palazzo is indisputably the premier venue on Long Island for whatever the occasion ā¦ and for good reason. There are so many outstanding elements to the skilled services that they provide (consistent with all of their five-star reviews) that it is a daunting task to expound on them all, for fear of overlooking some of them because they are all outstanding.Let me begin with the people who work at Leonardās. Beginning with Eric Redlich, the General Manager, right on through to all of the staff working the event, you always get a sense that you are dealing with a TEAM ā¦ and a proud team at that. They are all without exception, professional, helpful, courteous and always attentive to your needs with a very clear objective of making you happy and content. Their approach reminds me of the sales maxim on how to satisfy a customer ā¦ āIt is like making love to a gorilla ā you donāt stop when youāre satisfied, you stop when the gorilla is satisfiedā.Very quickly in the process of discovery when you are trying to determine whether or not this is the right place for your event, you realize that you are dealing with a well-oiled machine ā¦ nothing phases them, no request is spurned or dismissed ā¦ ātell us what you would like to see done and we will make it happenā ā¦ and they DO make it happen! During the event itself, you notice that they have not only addressed all of your needs and requests but have also anticipated things that you hadnāt considered but that now, in-the-moment, you see how helpful and accommodating these little touches are to the smooth flowing of your event.The service is truly benchmark for this industry ā¦ the staff are all smartly dressed, efficient, courteous and in sufficient numbers so as to ebb and flow with the demands of the event enabling transitions from one phase to the next to flow seamlessly and effortlessly. This, of course, is invisible to you ā¦ you just reap the benefits of their planning and execution. This is not ārocket scienceā but it takes a good team and skillful managers to pull it off ā¦ and they do!The food ā¦ fresh, plentiful, well prepared, artfully displayed and delicious. Most importantly, they have cracked the code to ensure that the preparation of the food works to the actual event timeline versus the programmed schedule of events ā¦ you are running 30 minutes behind schedule? Not to worry ā¦ your steak, or chicken or fish wonāt be dry and overcooked ā¦ guaranteed. We had 230 guests at our function - not a single complaint ā¦ only praise for the kitchen staff.The facility ā¦ I cannot add to the thousands of words that the pictures of the facility convey but I would unreservedly urge you do visit the place ā¦ you will likely observe that even so, the pictures do not do the place justice. Have them give you a tour ā¦ see the lighting, the dĆ©cor, the marble floors ā¦ it will knock the socks off of your guests ā¦ it did to all of ours. It has been a week now since my daughterās wedding and we are still receiving words of thanks and wonderful stories of gratitude and enjoyment about the event.You need to check this place out ā¦ the hype is true ā¦ it isnāt puffery.

Where to begin? From start to finish, Leonard's was an absolutely wonderful venue to host my daughters baptism. Didi was our Banquet Manager who helped us plan our event, and Michael was the maitre d who helped us the day of our event. We had our party in the Continental Room with around 100 guests and a dance floor. I think you could technically fit more guests in there and still have a dance floor but personally I thought our guest count was just right forĀ the room. Didi was incredibly responsive and helpful with every detail leading up to the event. We had alot of personalized touches that we wanted to incorporate (i.e. dessert table, balloon arch, homemade desserts on our own cake plates and platters). I was able to bring all of these items the day before and the staff got everything set up the day of without me. I was never informed of any hiccups - they took care of everything - I later learned we had too many desserts to fit on the table so they brought in extra tables and adjusted the room accordingly. I'm sure there were other things that popped up that we never knew about because everything ran so smoothly the day of which helped us really get to enjoy our event! Our event was in the fall which is hit or miss weather wise but we were able to tentatively reserve the outdoor area for cocktail hour and were able to make the decision the day before based on the weather forecast! Planning outdoor events is always stressful because of weather so i very much appreciated the flexibility to make that last minute change if we needed to. All of these details were made possible with Didi's assistance - she really tried to honor all of my requests and problem solved to make it all happen! The outdoor space was gorgeous! If weather permits, highly recommend utilizing it! The food and drinks were all delicious and the portions were great. We met Michael the day of our event and he was such a pleasure to work with! I never had to look for him - he seemed to ALWAYS be around helping out with the party, tending to guests, bringing my husband and I drinks, checking in with me every step of the party and moving things along - he seemed to be everywhere at once!!!! He also helped my family and I pack up our leftover desserts, platters, favors, etc at the end and loaded our cars for us. He always had a smile on his face, had a good attitude, and above all was so good at his job!Ā Terrence was our server and he was an absolute delight!!! I would also like to add that there were at least 4 other parties going on at the same time as ours, but other than seeing guests from other parties in the lobby andĀ shared bathrooms, we couldn't tell at all. Our service wasnt disrupted and we couldnt hear their music/party noise from our room.Ā I can't say enough good things about the staff and service! We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend it!

10/10 the best venue! Tuhin was my manager and he is the best! Heās family by now, so easy to work with. He made all my dreams come true for my wedding. Jose and Ashley were assigned to me for the night and I canāt thank them enough! They were both wonderful to work with and made the wedding flow effortlessly. They went above and beyond and took care of myself, the groom and our bridal party. Whatever anyone of us wanted they made sure we got it. The food was 20/10! The cocktail hour was a hit, so much amazing food and the dinner was perfect. Ever single guest out of my 275 wedding had not 1 complaint. I would recommend Leonardās over and over again. They are the best in service and food and the chandeliers in the Grand Ballroom made the venue look so elegant.

Leonardās Palazzo was an exceptional location to find! As someone who was pricing out every aspect of throwing a wedding to see if I could save money and do it myself for over 100 people, it was a godsend! After quickly realizing that food alone would be half the cost, my family and I shifted gears. My father found LP and introduced me to Tuhin, one of the banquet managers. He was friendly, warm, and professional from the beginning. He took us on a tour of this grand place, with these glistening chandeliers on the main hall and staircase, the vast and opulent event hall, and the high ceilings that gave off a majestic air. We were both intimidated and mesmerized! Even so, Tuhin listened to what we wanted and gave us a few options. He detailed what was offered and how LP would make our special day seamless. On the day of, as Iām sure anyone getting married will experience or has, not everything went according to schedule on our end, but they were all still there for us! All our vendors were set, the food was delicious, the hall beautiful, and our bridal attendant, Alisson, and the Maitre Dās, Diana and Eleina, were so helpful and attentive. They made sure we ate when we arrived, we had time to take the photos we wanted, and that the flow of our event ran smoothly. We even saw Tuhin, who greeted us and ensured we were situated with the right group. Luckily, our event was the only one happening that evening, so it all felt very intimate and magical! All we wished was that our family and friends would have a blast, and Leonardās Palazzo helped that wish come true!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Best day of our lives! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND! One of the best decisions we have ever made as a couple is choosing Leonardās Palazzo as our Wedding Venue. I donāt even know where to begin! It was the most BEAUTIFUL venue, made my DREAM wedding become a reality thanks to the venue and staff. We worked specifically with Jeffery Edmonds - and he was an absolute pleasure from the very beginning. We never felt pressured into anything and it was whatever we wanted tor our day! The entire staff is amazing - they really care about their clients. The day of was smooth as butter and was the best day of our lives! All of the guests could not stop raving about how beautiful the venue was the delicious food - definitely the best wedding food anyone has ever had. Everything was PERFECT. I have no zero complaints and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Leonards!

We got married at Leonards last month and it was everything we expected and more. We had the pleasure of having Joe C. plan and manage our event. He was an excellent point of contact to keep us calm and guide us through our big day; he went above and beyond for us. The entire staff was phenomenal from cocktail hour to Viennese hour. Big thanks to our Maitre D, Jose, and Diana, our bridal attendant who absolutely exceeded all expectations and treated us like royalty. Every person we encountered at Leonards is a professional and they certainly make you feel like a member of their family. I must also mention the renovations they have completed in the past couple of years, the place is gorgeous and top notch. I would absolutely recommend this lovely venue.

We started with Ryan back in 2018 when we booked Leonards for our original wedding date 3/28/20. Due to the pandemic we were forced to postpone our wedding three times. It finally happened this past Saturday. I couldnāt wait any longer to write my review. Ryan worked with us every step of the way with the planning and everything was smooth, it was sad to see him leave but we transitioned over to Eric Redlich who was just as amazing as Ryan. He worked with us on the postponement of 4/24. If he wasnāt available on the phone we would answer all our questions promptly via email. Letās fast forward to the wedding. Diana our bridal attendant was amazing. Sheās all about service, accommodating and patient, she is by your side the whole time. My whole bridal party and family were impressed by the level of service we got from her. Our maitre D Tuhin was just as amazing. He kept everything on track and reeled us in for ceremony to reception, you dont need a wedding planner if you do your wedding at Leonards. The serving staff was awesome, the food was spectacular and so was the ambiance. The elegance of this hall is immaculate. They thrive in customer service and they left an amazing impression on us and all of our guest. The guest have called and texted to tell me about the food and how delicious everything was. I want to thank all of Leonards staff for making the the most important day of our lives after being postponed for so long, perfection. You wonāt be disappointed in this venue.

Going with Leonard's was the best decision I've ever made. No one could've predicted that a global pandemic would force me to postpone my wedding. Leonard's was with me every step of the way. They were responsive, supportive and understanding. Considering the unique circumstances caused by the pandemic, they also made accommodations to ensure I was getting the best value for my money. On the day of the wedding i was welcomed by my bridal attendent and coordinator and escorted to my suite to get dressed. We ran into a few issues but Francisco was quick thinking and tried to alleviate any stress for me. I can't thank him enough. Honestly, i would've much rather preferred to be a guest at my wedding because the feedback from people in attendace seemed great but i felt like i missed the entire experience. We were brought food from cocktail hour to our suite but some things i really wanted to try was not bought to us. We heard nothing but amazing reviews from all of our guests on how much they loved the food from the cocktail hour and dinner. I noted a lot of areas i would've loved to take photos at the venue but was told I would'nt be able to due to a conflicting event being held, my bridal attendant did check to at least see if it would be possible but unfortunately i could not.Ā These were very miniscule things that stuck with me when the even concluded. Dinner was great i enjoyed our food. We also had a signatire drink and the bartenders did a fanstic job with making it for our guest. We booked with the house vendors Unique Entertainment for our DJ and Max Photo for our Photography and videographer. The vendors did a wonderful job.It's been a few days and people are still telling me how amazing my wedding looked. People who were not even in attendance wrote to me to tell me that everything looked beautiful, and i quote \"One of the most beautiful weddings they've ever seen\". Going with Leonard's was the best decision I've ever made. No one could've predicted that a global pandemic would force me to postpone my wedding. Leonard's was with me every step of the way. They were responsive, supportive and understanding. Considering the unique circumstances caused by the pandemic, they also made accommodations to ensure I was getting the best value for my money. On the day of the wedding i was welcomed by my bridal attendent and coordinator and escorted to my suite to get dressed. We ran into a few issues but Francisco was quick thinking and tried to alleviate any stress for me. I can't thank him enough. Honestly, i would've much rather preferred to be a guest at my wedding because the feedback from people in attendace seemed great but i felt like i missed the entire experience. We were brought food from cocktail hour to our suite but some things i really wanted to try was not bought to us. We heard nothing but amazing reviews from all of our guests on how much they loved the food from the cocktail hour and dinner. I noted a lot of areas i would've loved to take photos at the venue but was told I would'nt be able to due to a conflicting event being held, my bridal attendant did check to at least see if it would be possible but unfortunately i could not.Ā These were very miniscule things that stuck with me when the even concluded. Everything from start to finish was impeccable. We planned our wedding twice with Leonardās palazzo . Everything was as stress free as possible! The food was amazing especially cocktail hourā¦ and thereās so many options and they are all good. They even have vegan options if you ask/need. All of the staff We encountered before, during , and after the event were beyond hard working, accommodating, respectful, and nice. They were beyond reasonable and made it very easy to change dates and did right by us even with our original contract. Everytime we had to make a payment is was easy, quick, and organized. They very easy to get in touch with all of the time and have the answers to all questions immediately. There response via phone and email was always prompt if not immediate. The cake included was delicious and beautiful. At the end of the evening they held our stuff and packed it all up for us over night so we didnāt have to travel with anything to the hotel or worry about anything which was so great. The drop off the week of was very organized , quick, & easy as well! If I had to this all over again I would in a heartbeat!!

Ryan was amazing and answered every question I had. He was there the night of the wedding to make sure everything was going smoothly and we were happy. Francisco was in charge of making sure everything went right and he was attentive and helpful. He was always calm and even kicked out a party crasher that only I knew about. My bridal attendants Harmony and Astrid were so chill and fun. I forgot to take staircase pictures and they had to undo my bustle just for that then redo it and they told me to stop apologizing. Very fun team of girls who always made sure I was good. The servers were great and everything ran super smooth. Everyone RAVED about the food! Our after party there was also fantastic and throughout the night Amanda (bartender) kept the signature drinks coming. A seriously amazing venue. We were in the top floor and had an absolute blast! You canāt ask for a better group then the Leonardās team.

I just wanted to thank Eric and the staff Leonardās from the bottom of my heart for making my wedding reception everything I had dreamed of. Eric could not have made this day anymore perfect for me. He is such a caring and talented General Manager who goes above and beyond for his clients. The early arrival service was wonderful. My family and I truly appreciated this opportunity to relax and refresh after the ceremony. The service was exceptional and the grounds looked amazing. Our wedding was 7/20/19. I was honestly kind of disappointed with Leonard's in the end. Me and my husband's BIGGEST priority was being at our cocktail hour. We were told ahead of time that the smartest thing to do is to take about 20 minutes and eat alone in the bridal suite, so that we can actually eat. That's fine. Except our bridal party was allowed to go down to cocktail hour 10 minutes early. Our bridal attendant said she would bring us up food. We were sitting there waiting for food for about 15 minutes into cocktail hour, while everyone else was down there enjoying themselves. They brought us a ton of food, but only from about 1 or 2 stations. There were SO many things I wanted to try. They didn't even bother to wrap up the extra food we had. It just disappeared. Then, we were told that we had to leave cocktail hour 15 minutes early. We left, as told, and sat in our bridal suite twiddling our thumbs, wishing we were just able to stay down there. In all, we were at our cocktail hour for about 15 minutes. I was, and still am, so disappointed. We did NOT need to leave. And our food should have been in our suite at 6PM sharp when cocktail hour started, so that we could eat and get down there.The other huge thing I cared about was the bar service. I was told from several people that it was NOT good. We had a tonnnnn of drinkers, and a ton of people. There were only 3 bartenders for all of these people, and they worked slow. And I was told that the waiters kept taking full drinks off of our guests' tables, assuming they were done with their drink. AND THE BAR RAN OUT OF BEER!!!!! I'm honestly EMBARRASSED about this, still.Our bridal attendant had no personality, but was nice. I barely saw our maitre d the entire night. The only time she was around was when we were taking pictures. That's it. I've been told by so many people that the bridal attendant and maitre d are supposed to be near you at all times. I could barely find them when I needed them. I regret tipping what we did (which was suggested by the venue).We were only given one slice of our cake (we had 4 different layers). I would have really liked to try the other tiers. I was kind of surprised by that. Also, at our food tasting, we had these AMAZING scalloped potatoes with each meal that we were SO excited to eat that night. Dinner comes.....and it's mashed potatoes. Not even close to what we were expecting. Also, the chicken meal looked completely different from what we had tasted. Again, so disappointed. We were also never told that the steak was going to be cooked medium no matter what you wanted, until we saw a picture of the menu after the wedding. My husband and I are medium rare ONLY fans.It's hard to tell from this review, but my husband and I had a blast at our wedding. So much fun. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and I was told cocktail hour was amazing. However, I am very upset with how things were handled. I am disappointed that I didn't get to experience the little things the way I wanted (and believed that I was supposed to). Huge shout out to Unique Entertainment and Patken Photographers for helping us to forget the disappointments of Leonard's. Our night was unforgettable only because of them.Also, we have to compliment our banquet manager, Jeff. He helped us from day 1 to the very end. He spent so much time with us and answered my emails SO quickly, even when he was off. He was very accommodating and engaging.

A Long Island Classic Leonardās Palazzo has been around for a while. If your family is from Long Island or Queens, chances are someone you know has been married there or thrown a party at this location. Having just had our wedding reception at Leonardās Palazzo in the beginning of June, we know why they have been around forever... because Leonardās Palazzo is AMAZING! We had our reception in the Leonardo DaVinci room which is a fantastic space! With flowers and candlelight, the room comes alive and it creates a magical ambiance befitting your special day! The room is set up with an outside balcony which allows your guests to take a breather without venturing out too far from the party. The bar area is really cool and the main room is just perfect. One thing we loved about the DaVinci Room dance area is that you can bring in some natural light if youād like, but you can also close it off and create more of a night party feel during the day if you prefer. The top floor where the DaVinci Room resides exudes class from the elegant circular staircase and chandelier to the long couches and gallery of hand-painted art. Our guests loved the cocktail hour area which was on the lower level in a combined indoor/outdoor space. It was perfect for the late spring weather!Leonardās Palazzo is timeless without feeling old... classy without feeling pretentious.As if we hadnāt complimented Leonardās enough... now onto the food and service! My newlywed wife and I have not stopped receiving compliments about the food since the day we were married! First, the amount and quality of food provided was amazing! Pulling off quality wedding food is no small feat, but we did not receive one bad or even lukewarm review about the food from our guests... even from our notoriously picky friends... everyone LOVED the food! The biggest compliments came for the filet mignon.Last but certainly not least, the people we worked with made our day special! Ryan was an absolute pleasure and a gentleman to work with. He took care of us from planning all the way through execution, and didnāt miss one detail. Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking, and Ryan kept us at ease and feeling confident through it all. The biggest compliments came for the filet mignon.Last but certainly not least, the people we worked with made our day special! Ryan was an absolute pleasure and a gentleman to work with. He took care of us from planning all the way through execution, and didnāt miss one detail. Planning a wedding is a huge undertaking, and Ryan kept us at ease and feeling confident through it all. From the moment we arrived at the venue on our wedding day, Ryan and his crew went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our day and didn't have to worry about anything. I literally had nothing to worry about! Jose took care of us on the day of the wedding, along with 2 bridal attendants who were there for all of our needs!! We had the Da Vinci Room, which has a giant bar with a large lounge area, and an outside balcony! The room was BEAUTIFUL and all my guests RAVED about it!! I was married on March 1, 2019 and the weather was cloudy with snow showers, but Leonardās was able to accommodate my 24-person bridal party for all of our amazing pictures! There is plentiful places to take incredible pictures throughout the venue! We arrived 2 hours before the cocktail hour for pictures and we were taken beyond taken care of!! The bridal suites were both stocked with drinks and food to keep my bridal party happy! The foodā¦... OH, MY GOODNESS!! Every Single person at the party RAVED about how delicious the food was!! I am incredibly thankful for Leonardās for making our wedding day an amazingly beautiful experience!! It took me 7 months to pick a venue all because I combed through all of the venue options over the northeast with a fine tooth bomb. If you are looking for a beautiful, affordable, great food and service, Leonards will be your best option!Ryan worked so hard to get me exactly what I wanted, I lived out of town so I would pop into town and demand Ryan have a meeting with me. He always found a way to get me what I needed and on budget. The food was spectacular, the room looked gorgeous and the service was great. Our maƮtre d Michelle did a great job. We cannot say enough good things about Leonardās Palazzo. The care, hard work, organization, and all-around positive energy of everyone who works at Leonardās went unmatched by any other venue we looked at, and we plan to hold every major family party at their establishment for as long as we live! We owe it to Leonardās, and to all the couples reading this, the full story of why. Originally, my now-husband and I were booked with another venue, weāll call them venue āXā. After a series of AWFUL customer service situations with venue X, we started getting the feeling that something was wrong. We also started hearing rumors that the venue was closing, and I started to panic. Having already put down our deposit and a few first payments, I immediately asked the Senior Banquet Manager there for a meeting with the venueās owners, to ensure us that nothing was wrong, and we did not have to worry about any potential abrupt closings of any kind. We were given the run-around, told that they were ātryingā to set up the meeting but just could not get a hold of the owners. This went on for over a month. Finally, my husband and I had just about had it. We told the venue we were pulling out, and we demanded our money back. We told them we were leaving because we knew they were lying to us about something and we just did not feel comfortable staying. They REFUSED to give us ANY money back, but we decided to leave anyway since we did not want to have to worry and feel anxious for the next 6 months or so that something might be wrong. My husband and I were now back at square one, in the negative. With only a few months left till our wedding, we began our venue search AGAIN. When we finally stumbled on Leonardās, we were met with UNPARALLELED service. Right away, I knew this was the venue for us, when the banquet manager there named Ryan, called me on his day off, kids screaming in the background, telling me he had heard about our predicament and wanted to help. It was clear he genuinely cared. This was more than just potential business for him, this was a chance to help out a panicked bride and turn her awful wedding planning story into the most magical one. And he did just that. After giving us a fantastic rate, in their largest room (which, they thankfully had available on our originally chosen wedding date), we booked with Ryan and Leonardās and never looked back. Every request we had, Ryan and his staff met. The food was EXCELLENT, the day-of staff were excellent, the space was beautiful, clean, and lively. Our room had a giant bar, so no one ever waited more than a minute for a drink. Ryan even stopped by the reception on our wedding day, and our picture with him is one of our favorites because of all the love and care this man put in to making sure our day was special. And it was most certainly a special day. Oh, and by the way, shortly after we left our first venue, they announced they were closing and are no longer in business.Guess we made the right choice.

Had my wedding here on 8/18/18 and it was the most beautiful day ever with a lot of thanks to Leonard's. They were amazing throughout the entire process from when we first booked with them until the very end of the night of the wedding. They were always so organized, friendly, professional, and made it fun going there every 4 months to make the payment as they let you view the room and imagine what the day will be like. The day of, the service was phenomenal. The Maitre' D took her role very seriously and was always there when we turned around making sure everything ran smoothy. The food was to die for and EVERYONE at my wedding all said the same thing. Everyone was talking about the food. The room was gorgeous. Got married in the Continental Room and it was so elegant and graceful. Felt like I was in a fairytale. There are plenty of beautiful places on site to take photos. We didn't even have to book a place to take photos because we just did it at Leonard's. Between the food, the service, and the gorgeous facility, I couldn't imagine why anyone would not want to book at Leonard's for their big day.

My husband Jesse and I got married at Leonardās in January 2019 and we could not have been more happy, impressed, and blown away with how everything was there. We worked with Ryan and he was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, willing to answer any silly questions that we had, and made sure to assist us in any way that we needed. Our Maitre d (Jisella) was absolutely amazing and was always there to make sure we were doing okay. My bridal attendant (Diana) was just as amazing knowing exactly what we needed before we even knew we needed it. The food was incredible from the cocktail hour to the sit down reception. Everyone that attended our wedding continues to come to us and say what an incredible night they had and we cannot thank Ryan and the rest of the amazing staff there for helping us create such incredible memories. I wish there was a way to give Leonardās more than five stars for a review! Anyone who is wishing to have a wedding with incredible staff, amazing food, and an overall awesome atmosphere needs to look to Leonardās! We had the best time ever!

My husband Jesse and I got married at Leonardās in January 2019 and we could not have been more happy, impressed, and blown away with how everything was there. We worked with Ryan and he was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, willing to answer any silly questions that we had, and made sure to assist us in any way that we needed. Our Maitre d (Jisella) was absolutely amazing and was always there to make sure we were doing okay. My bridal attendant (Diana) was just as amazing knowing exactly what we needed before we even knew we needed it. The food was incredible from the cocktail hour to the sit down reception. Everyone that attended our wedding continues to come to us and say what an incredible night they had and we cannot thank Ryan and the rest of the amazing staff there for helping us create such incredible memories. I wish there was a way to give Leonardās more than five stars for a review! Anyone who is wishing to have a wedding with incredible staff, amazing food, and an overall awesome atmosphere needs to look to Leonardās! We had the best time ever!

My Wife Gabriela and I along with Gabrielaās mother met with our planner Jay after looking at different catering halls and doing the normal run around to plan for a ceremony and reception, Jay was very welcoming, outgoing, and friendly, he listened and met all of our wants and needs and didnāt push to do it other ways such as others, it was a true blessing meeting Jay we made each other feel as close as family. The staff at Leonardās Palazzo was very attentive, the bridal attendants (Wendy and Stephanie) were both jumping back and fourth between the bridal suite and the grooms room keeping both our parties away from the other (as requested) before the ceremony and attending to every need, The Maitre D Didi, was perfect in keeping everything organized and keeping the night running smooth... I would highly recommended and trust Jay and the staff at Leonardās Palazzo to make your wedding vision and the day you have always been waiting for come true!!! Ryan and the Leonard's team did such an outstanding job. Everyone kept complimenting us on our wedding. We were in the grand ballroom and boy was it grand! We had jam packed night but Jose the maitre'd and Ryan made sure our night went smooth and kept to the program timing we gave them and thankfully so. We would have been lost without them. My parents said the wait staff was amazing. The bridal attendants were great from my experience first hand. They helped my wife every time she had to go somewhere, anytime we needed drinks, made sure we ate during cocktail hour and really helped us along the night. From pre wedding photos up to our venetian hour, the staff and Leonards were on point. 100% fantastic! Our wedding could not have been more perfect! The entire staff are the utmost professionals and so respectful, helpful, polite, courteous and friendly. We booked an appointment based on 2 recommendations. We met with Ryan and he was a doll from the start. He gave us plate after plate of food while we there (and every time after that) and gave us a detailed tour. We went the next day with our deposit. From that day it was even more smooth sailing. Ryan scheduled a tasting (we even requested one of the waitresses, Diana, as one of our bridal attendants for the wedding) for my husband and I and our parents, a rehearsal (ceremony was on site) and respected our wishes of not wanting to see each other before the ceremony. Our maĆ®tre dā was Jose and he was amazing! We decided to move the ceremony inside because it was the one day in October the temperature dropped to 48. At one point during the reception, I wanted to remove a layer of my dress that comes off; it kept falling and getting in my way. One of my bridesmaids and I went to the suite and I forgot the door stays locked. I went to turn around to find someone and Jose was right behind me, appeared out of thin air. He laughed and said āMy job is to know where you and Mr. Christopher are at all times.ā That speaks volumes. Top notch at his job. The bridal attendants went above and beyond. We had Diana and Rina. Both helped our amazing photographer and really catered to my whole bridal party and families every need. They went above and beyond. Our reception room literally made me cry. My husband and I worked so hard to make it a fall theme with pumpkins, leaves, etc. The way they displayed and decorated and the lighting, the cake display, I literally hugged them and cried. It was a dream come true. The whole experience at Leonardās was truly amazing and I wouldnāt change a thing, except it was too short! Love to Leonardās! Thank you!

100% fantastic! Our wedding could not have been more perfect! The entire staff are the utmost professionals and so respectful, helpful, polite, courteous and friendly. We booked an appointment based on 2 recommendations. We met with Ryan and he was a doll from the start. He gave us plate after plate of food while we there (and every time after that) and gave us a detailed tour. We went the next day with our deposit. From that day it was even more smooth sailing. Ryan scheduled a tasting (we even requested one of the waitresses, Diana, as one of our bridal attendants for the wedding) for my husband and I and our parents, a rehearsal (ceremony was on site) and respected our wishes of not wanting to see each other before the ceremony. Our maĆ®tre dā was Jose and he was amazing! We decided to move the ceremony inside because it was the one day in October the temperature dropped to 48. At one point during the reception, I wanted to remove a layer of my dress that comes off; it kept falling and getting in my way. One of my bridesmaids and I went to the suite and I forgot the door stays locked. I went to turn around to find someone and Jose was right behind me, appeared out of thin air. He laughed and said āMy job is to know where you and Mr. Christopher are at all times.ā That speaks volumes. Top notch at his job. The bridal attendants went above and beyond. We had Diana and Rina. Both helped our amazing photographer and really catered to my whole bridal party and families every need. They went above and beyond. Our reception room literally made me cry. My husband and I worked so hard to make it a fall theme with pumpkins, leaves, etc. The way they displayed and decorated and the lighting, the cake display, I literally hugged them and cried. It was a dream come true. The whole experience at Leonardās was truly amazing and I wouldnāt change a thing, except it was too short! Love to Leonardās! Thank you!

WOW, WOW, WOW. From the second I stepped into Leonard's Palazzo at the bridal expo I was so impressed. Everyone was SO sweet and attentive and my wedding could not have gone any better. Working with Ryan M. was such a joy! As soon as I'd send an email I always had a reply back ASAP. I NEVER had to wait for a call back or email back. He was sweet and funny and reassured me that he would take care of any of my requests. I was nervous about not knowing the right questions to ask and he told me not to worry and that he'd guide me every step of the way, and he did as promised!! I truly did not have to worry about a thing and all my requests were welcomed and taken care of. I really felt special. Ryan M. is awesome!!!!The day of the wedding, everything ran SO smoothly and Bonnie and Natalia guided me, kept me hydrated, relaxed, and always made sure I was having the best time (which I did!). When we had to go back to the bridal suite before the reception Bonnie made us 2 huge plates of everything at the cocktail hour because she knew we were too busy talking with everyone to be able to eat. That was so sweet! At the end of the day they packed up everything for us. They were amazing and always one step ahead. As for my guests, they are STILL telling me what an amazing time they had, how beautiful the decor was and how AMAZING AND DELICIOUS the food was (this coming from the old school Italians as well!!) My pictures were absolutely stunning because there were so many beautiful places to take pictures outside and inside. We felt like royalty and so did our guests!! We just had our wedding at Leonard Palazzo this past Saturday and I couldnāt have ask for a better wedding reception. We come from a Chinese background. They came to me to make sure I was okay with the decoration and see if I needed anything and even gave us input as to how certain things should be done. I really appreciated it. From the ceremony to the reception, everything was more than I asked for. Even though there was a little miscommunication, they took care of it right away.One advice for future bride and groom, donāt stress over the little things, enjoy your big day that your planned sooo hard for. Also, not everything will go perfectly as you plan, even if you planned it perfectly- thatās life. As long as you have the right team like Leonard Palazzo, you are set. I had my wedding at Leonards and it was absolutely amazing. Ryan helped me set everything up. Me and my husband really loved him. Our wedding came out great and they really exceeded our expectations. Leonard's was amazing. The space is gorgeous and everyone is a professional. They honestly held my hand throughout the entire planing process and even suggested things that I didn't even know I wanted! Our coordinator Ryan was very straight forward and easy to deal with. He was willing to work with our budget and made the selection process easy. As soon as I stepped out the car door, they were ON IT. Our bridal attendants Raquel & Natalie were AMAZING!! They kept me on my wedding time-line, updated me when needed, coordinated with my wedding party on my behalf, fed me, gave me and my party drinks, called me a cab, got my stuff together to help me leave, set up all the stuff I wanted to have displayed at the wedding, and so much more. Everything went so smoothly! My husband lost his phone sometime during the evening and after telling Raquel about it, she had EVERYONE searching for it! We didn't find it, but that was the only bad thing that happened throughout the day and it wasn't even that serious! The LP Team supported me the whole day and without them, things would not have gone smoothly. The food is delicious! I had guests coming up to me, telling me that this was the best wedding they've been to and that the cocktail hour was the most impressive spread they've ever witnessed! We were put in the DaVinci room (amazing space with a four sided bar and small outdoor area) and there were multiple events going on (which made me worry a bit) but they put a curtain up in the beginning separating our side of the venue to ensure that no one would crash the party while my wedding crew was setting up the space. Once our guests entered, they removed the curtain as if it never existed. Half the time I didn't know what was happening (I was getting my makeup touched up) and Raquel & Natalie directed me and my party so well. I can't express my gratitude enough and I highly recommend having a wedding here. They are serious professionals and know exactly what they are doing. As someone who is super laid back, I let the LP team handle everything. Honestly, I had no idea what I was doing when I was planning our wedding. All I knew was that I didn't want to exert any energy directing people and wanted my wedding party to relax and have fun. LP took really good care of me and my crew. If you're thinking of having your wedding here, or any type of event, DO IT! You won't regret it!

Originally when I first came into Leonardās Palazzo, I sat down and worked with Joseph. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, he left and Ryan took over my event 3 months before my wedding day. I was very stressed and overwhelmed however, I was very fortunate that Ryan took over without any problems and made sure everything went smoothly. He was extremely helpful from the moment we sat down with him up until the very end. He did an amazing job and made sure my event was almost entirely gluten free. They even provided me with a gluten free groom's cake so my family members can have gluten free wedding cake as well! I have celiac disease and so does my family. The food was absolutely delicious and none of my guests realized they ate gluten free food. Everything was absolutely perfect. Ryan was amazing! My wedding day was absolutely perfect! The food was unbelievable, the staff was amazing and everything was perfect. It has been a week since my wedding day and my guests are still reaching out to me about how incredible my wedding was. The servers at each table were very attentive and helpful to my guests, the bartenders were fantastic and the food was outrageous! I couldnāt have asked for anything better! The bridal suite staff was amazing. They made me feel so special and important on my wedding day. They ran around and got me everything I needed no questions asked. I couldnāt have asked for anything more. The food was incredible, my room (The Da Vinci Room) was stunning and the staff went above and beyond for my guests. Everything was stunning, absolutely amazing!!! The only word of advice I have for future bridesā¦ make sure you check your cake topper before leaving the venue. I was heart broken to see someone dropped and broke mine when they cut the cake. I found out when I returned home and took it out of the original packaging.

Just recently hosted our wedding at Leonard's Palazzo and honestly I could not have hoped for a better venue. Wedding planning started over a year ago and it has been a stressful and busy time. However, our wedding director Ryan at Leonard's made it so easy and painless. He answered all my questions regardless of how many I asked and always responded promptly. He assured me always that things will work out and everything will be taken care of and it definitely was! The staff on the day of were so great. My bridal attendant was so helpful and did a wonderful job making a bustle the last minute. The maitre'd did a great job of lining the wedding party up and ensuring that amongst the chaos, everyone knew what to do and where they were going. Finally, the venue itself was beautiful and the food was great. I did not eat much but all I heard were positive things from the guests. I included a sushi option during the cocktail hour and I was weary of the quality but my guests really enjoyed it! Overall, I am beyond glad that I chose Leonard's for such an important event and would definitely recommend it to future brides!

I've always lived by Leonards and never thought I would ever get married there. I had to have a venue to close to home so we went to check it out. It was so much more than I ever expected. But I still wasn't very excited until I met Danielle and she became our wedding coordinator. I can not express in words how helpful she was. She answered all my millions of questions very quickly and was always so patient and nice! She is one of the nicest, friendliest people. She kept reassuring me everything would be alright and she went way beyond her job description to help out and make sure it was. The wedding was two weeks and people are still calling to rave about the food, service, quality, and atmosphere. People go to places with only one wedding at a time so they don't feel like they're at a wedding factory. There were several other events that night and this still felt more intimate and personal than picking a place with one wedding only. In fact, it was fun seeing other people and everyone congratulating each other and having fun. In fact, I wouldn't pick a place now with only one wedding at a time. The staff was excellent!. The food was delicious - I've gotten from several steak lovers it was the best filet they ever had! The service was top notch! The place is beautiful! I can not say enough good things! I would have never thought the place I based by millions of times during my life would be the place to give me the happiest day of my life! Thank you!

The food was delicious - I've gotten from several steak lovers it was the best filet they ever had! The service was top notch! The place is beautiful! I can not say enough good things! I would have never thought the place I based by millions of times during my life would be the place to give me the happiest day of my life! Thank you!

Planning a wedding is a tedious and sometimes frustrating process however, Ryan made it so much easier! His guidance and suggestions helped us get through the process without feeling overwhelmed. On our wedding day our Maitre D Jose made sure everything went smoothly. The bridal attendants were extremely attentive, professional and helpful. The venue is BEAUTIFUL! The food is so good! Our guests couldn't stop talking about the amount of food served at the cocktail hour and the beautiful spread for the Venetian hour. The venue has valet parking and it has more than one ballroom, so you will have other events going on during your wedding. It didn't bother us, they did a good job of keeping events separate.

Several of my friends said it was the best cocktail hour they've ever seen!I was originally introduced to Leonard's decades ago. I grew up in the neighborhood, attended several events over the years, but the last wedding I had attended there as a guest must have been 20+ years ago. So when it came time for my own wedding, I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, it seems like over that time frame, Leonard's has only gotten better...I knew this was the place for my husband and me from the get-go. I'm an extremely detail-oriented person, so from Day 1 when I met Eric, the general manager of Leonard's, I was excited to be working with someone with the same level of attention. Eric and his right-hand, Gabby, were fantastic in going over absolutely everything down to the T, and were awesome at leveraging their experience in helping me allocate my time, effort, and money on the things that mattered most.In the end, my husband and I opted to have a black tie optional Saturday wedding, with a short ceremony on-site on the West Patio, followed by cocktail hour just steps away, and the reception (extended to 5 hours) in the Grand Ballroom. We were impressed by the food selection, both for cocktail hour and dining, and went for the top-shelf alcohol too. We decided to work with all Leonard's recommended vendors - hotel, limo, photo/video, dj, etc. - and we're glad we did because those vendors did a fantastic job as well (which makes sense because I doubt Leonard's would accept working with any vendors less than stellar!)I know that when it comes to a big event, you want to do your research, look around a number of venues (and wow are there many in Nassau County, Long Island alone!), compare setting, service, price, etc. and then narrow it down to only a few and compare again. I wanted to do the same for my big day, but Leonard's checked all the boxes. It's clear where I stand here...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Leonard's!

I can't begin to tell you what I absolutely love about this venue...but I will begin and I'll begin here. We chose Leonard's Palazzo for my daughter's HS graduation/Going off to college party. From the moment you pull up to the venue, you quickly come to realize the elegance and grace of the atmosphere set at this venue. That was exactly what we were looking for. From the professional valet attendants to the door opening for us, to all the responsive members of the team who helped us quickly decide this is the place for our celebration by their professionalism and genuine interest in our event. The banquet manager Jay Ahn leadership was phenomenal. I was extremely nervous when I began my search of a venue but that stress was quickly alleviated and turned into not only a proud moment due to the reason for celebration but also to how each and every request of ours was met with responsiveness and professionalism. Jay Ahn was kind and friendly and never minded our long list of requests. From the moment our guests arrived to this day, I consistently hear about what a great venue and party we had. People loved the room, the staff, the setting, and how smoothly the event was carried out. I have to thank the staff for their professional, yet friendly, attitude and I sincerely want to thank our banquet manager Jay Ahn and maitreād Giancarlo (JC) for making this event especially memorable for my daughter. I strongly recommend this place for any event, big or small. The staff was easy to work with, they were super understanding of our needs and they took care of everything to perfection. My wife and I started looking for a reception hall in March of 2017 and that's when we met Jay. We met him when we were looking at astoria manor in Queens. however we didn't like the hall but loved Jay. I remember my wife saying to my mother āI wish I could hire Jay to be our event coordinator with another venueā. Fast forward a few weeks later my wife and I were looking at Leonard's Palazzo and we just fell in love with the classic, romantic look and feel of the hall. We booked the grand ballroom. We stopped by at Leonardo's one afternoon a few months before our event was to take place to finalize some stuff and My wife saw Jay walk by, I looked also to make sure. I proceeded to try and get his attention so that we could have him take over our account. Remember a happy wife is a happy life(jk). I knew we made the right choice when we sat down and spoke to Jay, we just connected on so many levels. At this point I feel like we are family with the connections we made. Our reception was June 2, 2018 and it went off flawlessly. The staff at Leonardo's was amazing!!!! Rina and Racquel our bridal attendants took such great care of me and my wife. Jose our maitreād made sure we were okay all night and catered to our guests. As for Jay he's amazing and made our big day unforgettable. He pays attention to details, consults with you every step of the way and he's very patient. Jay is the best!!!!!. I would strongly recommend Leonardo's Palazzo to anyone who's looking for an elegant place with great staff to host an event.

Planning a wedding is extremely stressful, especially without a wedding planner. So when my wife and I began this undertaking we had no idea what to expect, as everyone has different stories. The first thing we did was go to several different venues. Needless to say, the venue that caught our eye was Leonardās. The dĆ©cor and ambiance is truly grand and majestic especially compared to the other places we visited. Also itās close to the border of Queens and Long Island, so it was convenient for a majority of our guests to get too. My wife began to grow a bit skeptical over time of one of the sales representative Joe we were initially working with, which was also mentioned in another review on this site. He was always stressed and his email replies to our questions were very brief. He said one thing and when we asked him again a few months later he would say something else. Nevertheless we moved forward since we had already booked a date. We continued to pay our installments over the year and hoped for the best the night of our wedding. Ironically about a month prior to the wedding we found out he was no longer working there. This was a blessing in disguise as Ryan stepped in and saved the day. He made my wife feel more comfortable and kept true to his word. The wedding night arrived and it was AMAZING! The staff and bridal attendants were all courteous and helpful throughout the night. They even offered 2 extra filet mignons for my wife and I to take home at the end of the night. Our guests were blown away by the variety and amount of food during the cocktail hour. Some guests thought that alone could have been dinner. They were truly impressed with the turkey, lamb, and beef carving stations. Dinner was just as impressive. The menus were customized for us. The portion and taste of the food was phenomenal. (Although my personal favorites were the filet mignon and salmon). The Grand Ballroom looked even more spectacular with the lighting than we first saw it in our walkthrough. I also loved the fact that we had the entire first floor that night and that everything was conveniently located on one floor for our guests; from cocktail hour to the bathroom to the bar. My coworkers couldnāt stop talking about the bar, as everything was indeed top shelf including Macallan (which is usually unheard of at weddings). Although the night flew by, my wife and I were truly happy as those few hours felt magical and surreal. I highly recommend Leonardās to anyone that is looking for an elegant and luxurious wedding without spending your life savings.

Now to talk about the day of the wedding, the quality of service and the staff were amazing beyond words. Our bridal attendants and maitre ād were fantastic and helped not just the bride but the wedding party and even our guests to feel at ease with every aspect! I am grateful beyond words! Each and every staff member was delightful. Ryan always said to trust him, and that Leonardās will take good care of us, and wow, he sure was right! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! Our guests commended the staff and the food!! We had comments such as āwe usually donāt finish food at a wedding, but from cocktail hour to even the cake, we wiped it clean!ā Now this made it exponentially better! Even our guests loved it! Many of our guests say they plan to have their children get married at Leonardās! Enough said. Thank you again for an unforgettable, amazing, extraordinary, and perfect wedding! My wife and I got married at Leonardās Palazzo on October 27th, 2017. We had our first meeting with Joe Carbone in February of 2016. He walked us through our options with food, ceremony and reception rooms, as well as all the pricing. Everything seemed like it would work out perfect having Leonardās Palazzo be the venue for our wedding day, especially the comfort we felt being a same sex couple. We waited another week or so until they had their winter showcase (since this is the only time you can taste test food - which was extremely delicious!) and then booked. From our first few meetings, communication was thorough, but as the months went on and our wedding day got closer, it was harder and harder to get in contact with Joe. We needed some basic questions answered and it was very frustrating not getting responses through email. Several times it took more than one attempt from our end to finally get a response. Even when we did get responses, they were very short and vague. Often times, we were still left with questions unanswered and still had to follow up. He made it like we were an inconvenience to him when we were asking our questions. His personality is full of sarcasm and humor (which we initially liked) but when it came down to business, it was not funny anymore. We felt as though anytime we were expressing concern there was a condescending tone to how he was answering us. Joe had said that sometimes he couldn't find our e-mails and to just call him, but even then it was like playing phone tag. We even tried looping in Danielle (his assistant) in the final few months but she could only assist on some of the smaller details for the wedding. It was also my wife and I that reached out to Joe ONE WEEK BEFORE our wedding to ask if they even would like their final payment as per the contract Leonard's would reach out 2 weeks prior to the wedding to solidify all of the final details. The response we received to our professional e-mail asking when we should come down for our final meeting was a 5 word e-mail back to us stating \"PAIN IN THE ASS LOL.\" That was it. Literally, that is all we received back! Our friends and family were outraged and said we should say something about it to someone. In fear of saying something to the wrong person and having out wedding sabotaged, we waited 2 days and then decided to call him since we had heard nothing. The final meeting ended up taking place after the ceremony rehearsal, the night before our wedding, which made things so much more stressful and hectic than it should have been. \tOn the day of our wedding, things thankfully fell into place. Our Maitre D' Natalia and two bridal attendants Diana and Sharon were amazing! We were truly thankful for them as they made us feel confident that we could rely on them throughout the whole night!\tOur bridal suite was set up very nicely for my wife and I after our ceremony to relax before we headed to cocktail hour. We heard nothing but rave reviews from all of our guests on how much they loved the food from the cocktail hour through the reception and we definitely agreed (We even took our filet mignon back to the hotel with us to our after party and even eating it cold it was still delicious!) \tAs far as an overall rating goes, we have to give Leonard's an average of a 3. Hopefully this review can be taken into consideration and help to make some positive changes for the future couples getting married here!

I appreciate all the service that him and his staff have done. Especially on the day of the wedding, Our Maitre D', Natalia, I give her the upmost respect and props. Due to the weather, she tried to accommodate and fulfill our requests in a timely manner. Even during the transition from the outdoor ceremony to indoors, she did not once panic and ensured the bride was calm and everything was taken care of. The serving staff was amazing and the guests enjoyed the service. I received many compliments about the food during cocktail hour and also during the reception. Even my family, who came from Korea, got to experience their first American style wedding and enjoyed it very much.

I have so many GREAT things to say about Leonards Palazzo! I got married here on July 16th and it was the perfect day. They made sure that nothing went wrong.Price: Having a wedding in NYC can be very expensive. We looked at 15 different venues that were nice but too expensive for me and my fiancƩ. We looked in NJ and Long Island because NYC venues were way over priced. With a 100 guest count I'm calling 125 pp too expensive for us. We payed for our entire wedding out of pockets and we are 23/24 and not rich so we were not trying to go broke for our wedding. Leonards was the last place we went too and they gave us a more affordable price. We finally found a place within our budget. And we got wayyyyy more than the other venues we're offering.Decor: Leonards have been doing this for awhile so they have everything you really need for a wedding. Amazing chandeliers, awesome lights, beautiful gardens, lovely thrones and pedestals. I'm super extra so I got my own stuff but there's no need. Our bridal suite was beautiful and stocked with snacks, food and drinks. Even the elevator had chandeliers. The place is just so beautiful and elegant.Food: So I was so nervous that day I barely ate but there was so much food that everyone is still telling me about how full they were. There were options for everyone from Salmon to steak to chicken to eggplant pasta. The cocktail hour had soooo much food that everyone was full. They thought that was dinner because there was so much. Then the open bar had it all. The dinner was so amazing. From appetizer to entree. Then more food came out such as the cake and a dessert platter. Everyone was beyond full that night and everyone said the food was amazing. Even the pickiest of eaters cleared their plates.Staff: Leonards Palazzo has THE BEST STAFF EVER. Ryan was our go to guy. He answered his phone/emails at any time when I had my crazy requests. He was flexible with our requests and always came through with results. He made sure our wedding was very personalized to us. Like asking us about our culture so we could personalize the menu. Ryan always checked in to make she we were ok before the wedding and the day of. I did not have a wedding planner or day of coordinator because who needs one but thank god I didn't. Leonards staff were my day of coordinators. My matre'd and bridal attendant were awesome. The day before I dropped off all the wedding decor and they were so detailed that everything the day of was exactly how I wanted it. They were very efficient and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Everything was perfect. They were always close behind in case I needed or wanted anything. I did not have to worry or do anything that day but show up and look cute because they handled everything.My wedding day was Perfect and it is all because I chose Leonards Palazzo to have my wedding. I would highly recommend.

He always answered questions quickly, gave honest opinions, and just was wonderful!!!!! He also gave us his three top matr'ds- Diana, Diana, Jose who were absolutely amazing and soooo kind and not only took the best care of me and my husband but also our bridal party and family!!!! We kept getting compliments even until this day of how beautiful the place was, how great the food was and the cocktail hour also being amazing- coming from a big Italian family this part is tricky to impress and boy did Leonard's help us impress them, and how wonderful the service was as well!!!! The team at Leonard's Palazzo is fantastic! We couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding day. From the beautiful space (outside and inside), amazing food, attention to every detail, to awesome service from everyone...we have NO complaints! We have heard nothing but rave reviews from every guest about how much they enjoyed themselves, how gorgeous the place was and that it was the best wedding they've ever been to! We had the pleasure of working with Eric and Gabrielle throughout the planning process. They were always available and helpful with anything we needed. On the day of our maitre d's were Jose and Gian Carlo and bridal attendants Diana F and Diana C. The team at Leonard's Palazzo is fantastic! We couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding day. From the beautiful space (outside and inside), amazing food, attention to every detail, to awesome service from everyone...we have NO complaints! We have heard nothing but rave reviews from every guest about how much they enjoyed themselves, how gorgeous the place was and that it was the best wedding they've ever been to! We had the pleasure of working with Eric and Gabrielle throughout the planning process. They were always available and helpful with anything we needed. On the day of our maitre d's were Jose and Gian Carlo and bridal attendants Diana F and Diana C. We have to shout them all out because they helped give us a celebration that exceeded our dreams and expectations. If you are getting married, choose Leonard's- you won't regret it!!

I don't even know where to begin! I will start off with Ryan, who was absolutely incredible and helped us with all of the details of our wedding. He suggested things we didn't even know we wanted and was there on our wedding day bringing us food we missed at the cocktail hour!!! He worked out a price that was manageable for us and made our special day beautiful. The service when we arrived at leanords was above and beyond! Our suite was incredible we were getting help with everything (even my bussle which I had no idea how to use)and the staff was on top of EVERYTHING. I have not one complaint! Even my family had no complaints which is pretty much impossible for them! The food ....oh my god the food was amazing! The filet melted in my mouth and my guests are still raving about it. The staff was even kind enough to box up pastries for my guests! On top of this the vendors Ryan suggested especially the photographer were over the top as well. Our limo driver helped direct everyone down the aisle at our ceremony! Camelot limo is the way to go and Max photo did our incredible pictures. The cake was also amazing I forgot the vendors name but leonards only uses them and wow excellent stuff. This was one of the best experiences of our lives and we have Leonard's and their amazing staff to thank for that!

Leonard's was the first venue we looked at when when we began searching and realized after a few other site visits that this place was the one. Our banquet manager, Danielle, was such a pleasure to work with the entire time. We were able to do a complimentary tasting before we booked and were completely blown away. Everything from the decor, to staff, to food was nothing short of perfect. Our maitre 'd, Natalie, was right by us the entire night making sure we had everything we wanted. It snowed the night of our wedding and she went and found me snow boots so that we could go outside for some pictures. Just amazing!! It's truly an exceptional staff. You're in good hands!!

I recently had my wedding at Leonardās and I wish I could do it all again. The venue is just absolutely beautiful and the staff was nothing but the best. My husband and me felt like royalty. We still get raves from our guest on the food, staff, and decor of the venue. We had high expectations for the night, but the Leonard's staff (especially our maitre d' and bridal attendants) made sure that they exceeded them every time. There was not one moment that I felt I had to worry about something going wrong. From the ceremony to cocktail hour and finally our reception, we could not have picked a better venue for our wedding.

I can't thank Leonard's Palazzo enough, specifically Eric Redlich and Gabrielle Dubey, for all they did to make the entire wedding reception planning process run so smoothly. From the moment we walked into Leonard's and met with Eric, we knew we had to choose your venue. Eric, you were so kind to us and your professionalism is second to none. Gabrielle, for a bride who is constantly on the go between my job and community service, I felt incredibly at ease knowing you'd always respond to my emails within the day and answer all my questions at any given hour. Our maitre'd and bridal attendants were incredible. I didn't worry for a second about a thing the entire night. There were points when I felt like Rohan and I were just having a ton of fun at someone else's wedding reception - and that's because the Leonard's staff was with us every step of the way. I'm told from every guest I've spoken with that our cocktail hour was a bit hit - the white tiger shrimp, lambchops and the lollipop chicken were off the chain. Drinks and entrees were also amazing. We left Leonard's that night knowing that our dream reception was a reality because your beautiful, timeless venue provided us with the best customer service, quality food & drink, amicable and professional staff, and all around positive vibes. My husband and I had our wedding reception at Leonards on 09/10/2016 and the experience was unforgettable. From our event coordinator Danielle who guided us all year with the preparations. To the maitre d German. I could not have asked for a better maitre d. He went above and beyond his role. My bridal attendant Karen was also great. She was very helpful when we took our wedding pictures and throughout the reception. Our wedding reception was perfect. I would recommend Leonard's to anyone for a wedding or any celebration!!!
