Little River Farms is a wedding venue in Alpharetta, GA. Located just 30 minutes away from downtown Atlanta, this setting acts as a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Each detail of these indoor and outdoor event spaces have been carefully designed to bring a romantic atmosphere to any couple’s special day. Little River Farms has been family owned and operated since the 1940s, and was originally used as a working farm. With multiple outdoor ceremony options, indoor ceremony options and a large estate perfect for mingling the options are endless! Our reception pavilion can seat up to 250 guests and is perfect for dinner and dancing! Two separate get-ready suites are available onsite, for you and your wedding party to get ready in and relax before the ceremony. Our groomsman den offers TV's and a pool table for you and your wedding party! We offer onsite coordination & will work with you during your planning process, to ensure that your big day goes according to plan! Tables and chairs are provided as well as in house bar services, staffing and our amazing exclusive caterer can create the menu of your dreams! In addition, our team will connect you to their list of trusted vendors, including florists, DJs, and photographers, to complete your vision.

Absolutely LOVE Little River Farms! The entire venue is beautiful from the entrance into the home to the landscaping on the property. I received so many compliments about the venue throughout the day. Not only was the venue fantastic, so was the staff. There is not enough room here for all the gratitude we have for the staff at Little River Farms - especially Erica! We interacted with several different people from our initial tours, to walkthroughs with our photographer and of course the big day. We were lucky enough to have Erica asour Event Manager leading up to and through our wedding. Erica is wonderful. She is very organized, has great suggestions and always found a way to accommodate any request anyone had with a smile on her face! My photographer also had nothing but great things to say about working with her to ensure everything remained on time. If you book with Little River Farms (which you should) be sure to ask for Erica! Thank you to everyone at LRF who helped make our day so special. We will cherish those memories forever. I look forward to returning down the road for one of our friends weddings who booked LRF! Thank you again!!!

Our experience while planning our Wedding at Little River Farms was OUTSTANDING!!!! The venue was absolutely beautiful! The staff at Little River Farms was AMAZING and each and every one of them made sure our Wedding Weekend was truly the best day of our lives! They made us feel so loved and welcomed!AnnaBeth was the BEST Wedding Coordinator we could have ever asked for. She made our day so much fun with no stress at all! Anytime either of us needed something she was right by our side helping us out! She took so many cute videos of us throughout our wedding day that we will forever cherish!!! AnnaBeth was perfect from the pre-planning meetings and made sure everything was on schedule throughout the day. After the wedding we could not even think of one thing that did not go according to plan. Not only did this make the night amazing for us, but it also made our guests have the best time ever. It was so much fun that nobody wanted to leave the venue. Little River Farms, AnnaBeth (Wedding Coordinator), all of the venue staff, our DJ (Jay Page), our Photographer (Ashlyn Cathey), our Videographer (Wedflix), our Florist (Bantam & Bloom), our Hair & Make up team (MakeMeUp), our Cake vendor (Cakes by Darcy), and our Caterer (Southern Charmed), all made sure we had the perfect night and we are forever grateful for every single person involved in our Wedding!

I cannot rave about Little River Farms enough. My husband and I live in the Atlanta area, but are both from out of state. We didn't think we would have our wedding in GA, but found Little River Farms after looking at a bunch of venues near our hometowns. From the minute we walked into Little River Farms, we knew this was it. The initial walk through and consultation was a breeze and done with so much care, and that continued throughout the entire process. Let's face it, wedding planning can be stressful and honestly expensive. Little River Farms was with me every single step of the way. For me, going with a venue like Little River Farms that helps you coordinate and can provide every thing you need was a no brainer. It saved me time, and I believe it saved me money. Little River Farms and their staff knows how to do it right, down to every single detail. AnnaBeth was my coordinator, and I truly could not have done any of it without her. She was extremely responsive, helpful, attentive, intentional, and professional throughout the entire process. On our wedding day, I felt like there were multiples of her, helping in every way possible. She moved throughout our day with so much grace and care. She was truly able to make my vision come to life, and I can not say enough nice things about her. I do Project Management for a living and can be a control-freak. I'm honestly not sure I would trust many people as much as I trusted AnnaBeth. I truly handed it all over to her come the wedding day, and I was able to enjoy my day and be 100% stress-free. If you are considering Little River Farms, I would not hesitate one bit to book with them. So many of our guests said it was the most beautiful and well planned wedding they have ever attended. I owe that all to AnnaBeth and the Little River Farms team!!! My husband and I are forever grateful! Thank you for giving us the best day of our lives!!!

LRF was my dream venue! I got married there in July, it was very clean, had large groomsman and bridal suites, multiple ceremony locations, amazing staff, and well kept property. Their catering vendor, southern charmed was also incredible. They worked with us to craft the perfect menu and executed flawlessly! I hired an external planner but recommend just using the on staff LRF planner, they are wonderful and know all the ins and outs of the venue.

We had an incredible experience with Andie Adkins as our Premium Coordination planner with Little River Farms! Her attention to detail and expertise as our wedding coordinator made the planning process so easy. She created many DIY items for our wedding day including our seating chart, bar menu, name cards and welcome sign. Our family and friends were in awe of her direction of our rehearsal and wedding day and she made everything run smoothly! Little River Farms goes above and beyond a typical wedding venue with in house catering, wedding coordination packages, and beautiful spaces for cocktail hour and ceremony. We were able to truly enjoy every moment of our special day because of Andie and the staff at Little River Farms!

Everything about my wedding day went perfectly!! McKenzie was THE BEST coordinator we could've had, everyone absolutely loved her. She was on top of everything and made me feel so calm and comfortable leading up to and during the wedding day. We absolutely loved Little River Farms! The venue was gorgeous, clean, and the perfect setting for our September wedding. Our coordinator Anna Beth was the BEST we could have asked for! From our first communication with her, she was friendly, professional, and very responsive. She is so experienced, gave great recommendations, and made sure every detail was planned out. The day of, Anna Beth was calm and reassuring. She was always thinking two steps ahead and ensured that everything ran smoothly. The food from Southern Charmed Catering was delicious- we are still getting compliments on the hors d'oeuvres and buffet dinner! Our wedding was truly the perfect day and we wish we could go back and do it all over again thanks to LRF, Anna Beth, and the rest of their team!

We worked with Leslie and the experience was seamless. Little River Farms is an ‘all inclusive’ venue of sorts because they have on sight coordination, recommended vendors who love to work with them and know the space really well!!! My fiancé and I planned our wedding from another state and Leslie made sure that everything went very smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend this venue to future brides.

Everyone was commenting on how perfect the venue was and how friendly and professional the staff was. Our coordinator, Leslie, helped the day go so smoothly and was always around to help, direct, and answer any questions we had! She was very attentive and helpful all day. The venue and grounds were beautiful for pictures, and the complimentary valet parking was great for guests.

All I can say is wow. This venue and vendors were amazing to work with. We had the privilege of working with McKenzie Rich as our day of coordinator. She did an AMAZING job helping us organize and things ran smoothly because of her. McKenzie went above and beyond for my husband and I, and even met us after the ceremony at the end of the aisle with drinks ready in hand for us. She did so well looking after our families too, making sure we had everything we needed. McKenzie herself is a wonderful person and treated us with such kindness, we feel as though we’ve gained a friend in McKenzie. Your wedding day is supposed to be filled with good memories, and we definitely accomplished that- Wildflower Barn and their team, as well as McKenzie all played a huge role in that. We couldn’t be more grateful for them.

Anna Beth coordinated our wedding at Little River Farms. She laid out the day for us before hand, showed us the venue, and made sure we thought of everything that made the day flow easily. On the wedding day, she made sure everything was seamless and was always there when we needing something. In addition to Anna Beth being great, the venue was beautiful. Behind every flawless wedding is an incredible venue and even better coordinator ensuring the event runs smoothly so you don't have to. That was me and my husbands experience with Little River Farms and our outstanding coordinator, Anna Beth. From the moment we first toured LRF, we were blown away by the stunning setting and knew this charming farmhouse had to be the backdrop for our big day. Aside from the undeniable beauty, this venue has everything you need on site including getting ready in the morning, in house catering, and all of the day of decorations/props you could need. The team at LRF also provide a list of trusted vendors to help in our decision making for every aspect of your big day. We hired almost every one of our vendors from this list and highly recommend doing the same if you can. They are truly the experts in the business and having a team who had worked together previously made planning so easy. As an out of state couple planning our wedding from afar, we knew right away we would need lots of help from an experienced coordinator who knew the venue well. Anna Beth could not have been more of a dream come true! She made virtual venue tours and coordination meetings feel seamless and always had a quick response through email or text. She communicated with every other vendor about day of details so that we wouldn't have to. And by the time we got to the wedding day, I knew we wouldn't have to worry about a thing because she had every last detail planned. I have never seen such a hard worker and know that we were able to enjoy the little moments of our big day because of her. Some specific details she helped us with that really blew me away include designing a bar sign in our periwinkle/peach theme, helping create a perfect floor plan, having two of each appetizer from cocktail hour waiting for us after the ceremony, and making an Instagram reel of our day a few days after the wedding. Anytime we needed anything she was there for us. The best wedding gift we received was being stress free during a time that can otherwise feel overwhelming, and we got this from Anna Beth and the Little River Farms team!

We 100% recommend Little River Farms for your wedding. We got married there in March of 2023 and our wedding was beautiful! We highly recommend working with event coordinator Anna Beth! The coordination package is SO worth it. It took so much of the stress off of us while planning, during the rehearsal, and the day of the wedding. Anna Beth is AMAZING! From the moment she started working with us, Anna Beth was on top of all of our wedding details, making the planning process so easy for us. She even knew us so well, she always had a diet coke waiting for my dad when he came to some of our meetings. She is absolutely fantastic and is a wonderful wedding coordinator. She was able to give us a detailed list of everything we needed for the wedding, and the day of she was always by our side for everything from helping with the dress bustle to making sure we actually ate at our wedding!

LRF was an absolute perfect venue for our vision. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was exactly where we wanted to get married. On top of the aesthetic and appeal of the actual venue, our wedding coordinator, Andie was amazing. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming and Andie’s professionalism, responsiveness, and overall knowledge of every facet of planning made it so much easier for us. She took total control of vendor management, decor, logistics and coordination and her efforts made it such an enjoyable process for us. She was a huge driving force in making our wedding day as special as it was. I would give SIX stars if I could for Andie and LRF! Would recommend this venue and Andie’s services to anyone!!

Little River Farms (LRF) really made our wedding day dreams come true! My husband and I truly felt the LRF venue was the best in town! LRF staff were extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire wedding planning process from coordination, billing, catering, etc. Our wedding coordinator, Shannon Fitzpatrick, was the absolute best! She made numerous recommendations that made big differences in the planning process, logistics, and overall experience. The estate home has all you need from bridesmaids and groomsmen suites, lots of places to choose where to have your ceremony on their multi-acre property, and lots of space inside and outside for games and activities for your guest during cocktail hour through the reception. The in house catering, Southern Charmed, was delicious as well. We would highly recommend this venue!

I first visited Little River Farms as a wedding guest in 2017 and immediately knew it was where I wanted to get married! The beautiful landscaping, abundant space, and elegant windows were just as beautiful 5 years later for our 2023 wedding. If you are looking for a venue worthy of praise inside and out and whose photos will look just as amazing now as will they in 20 years, Little River is your place.One amazing thing we didn’t know we were getting when we decided on Little River, was the best Wedding Coordinator out there. Little River requires you to have, at minimum, a day of coordinator and offers three different coordinator packages for in house coordinators if you do not already have one of your own. We decided to proceed with their in house coordinator package beginning 3 months out from the wedding date and were able to select the wonderful employee, McKenzie Rich, who did our first tour of the property as our coordinator. Words cannot explain how amazing McKenzie is as both a coordinator and a person. As someone who was in 3 weddings in 2022 alone, I can truly say McKenzie is the best coordinator I have ever seen. She and her services were priceless when planning our wedding. They are one of the primary reasons we were able to enjoy our day and the chaotic season leading up to it so much. Whenever there was an issue, we had no doubts as to how meticulously and thoroughly McKenzie would resolve it. She was exceedingly knowledgeable on all of our vendors and excellent with communication on all matters. McKenzie gave me, my husband, and our families complete peace of mind on our wedding day. We felt immensely fortunate to be able to place our unwavering trust in such a personable, genuine, and kind coordinator. McKenzie is who made our wedding planning enjoyable! If Little River Farms is a five star venue, McKenzie is a ten star wedding coordinator. I cannot recommend them both enough.

LRF was my fourth or fifth venue tour and immediately when we got to the property I looked at my then fiancé and said “this is the one, we need to make this happen”. It just felt so right for us! It has the most beautiful natural lighting in every nook and cranny of the house, it’s unreal! Every staff we encountered was so nice and helpful. We worked mostly with Anna Beth and Shannon and I cannot recommend them enough!

LRF was incredible!! Shannon was our coordinator, she was absolutely on top of everything and made the day so low-stress for me and my husband and the wedding party and family, etc. Our guests said it was one of the most beautiful places they’d been, and I couldn’t agree more. It’s classic and beautiful and all the staff are incredible and helpful people. The wedding party suites are amazing with no chance of seeing one another, and the grounds are to die for pretty, even in the dead of winter. The food…incredible!! Our guests loved it, said it was the best wedding food they’d ever had, and it was indeed amazing. We loved our experience there and highly, highly recommend it.

I just had my wedding here on January 21 and it was absolutely a dream! Hands down the best night of my life. The venue is so convenient the way it is set up with the bridal suites and groom suites and having outdoor and indoor ceremony options. Our coordinator, Andie, was fantastic and made sure everything went smooth and it went absolutely smooth! There was not a dull moment in the night and, not to mention, the place is absolutely stunning! All the workers were great, the food from their vendor was the best wedding food I had ever had, and they already have a lot of things on hand that you can use. People are still telling us how much they enjoyed it. I can't recommend it enough!

We started off with one planner and a few months in, she left. McKenzie took over without even a hitch. She was the most perfect addition to our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anyone more perfect. She is so detail oriented, has the most amazing personality and just makes you feel at ease. We never had to question that anything was getting done and she took so much stress off of us. McKenzie’s vibrant personality made every meeting and walkthrough that much more enjoyable. The day of the wedding she made sure everything was done and done how we wanted it. She always made sure we were taken care of and having the best time! We never had to worry about an empty drink or leaving without food. When I say I couldn’t have imagined a better day it’s truly because of her. She wasn’t just a planner she became a friend and I am forever grateful for her. She and the Little River staff are amazing and if you get the chance to have your wedding there I know they will not disappoint!

An absolutely incredible venue!!! The space, location, ambiance, food, natural vibe, and most importantly - the team. The Little River Farms work family is the best ever. They are organized, dedicated, genuine, kind, patient, FUN and so wonderful to work with. The whole process from start to end was flawless and was beautifully executed. If I could get married here every single weekend I would. The food was THE BEST!!!!! The chefs allowed us to collaborate with them to find a menu that described us. Everyone loved it. The pasta pomodoro sauce!!!! Sooooo amazing. Our florist Bantam and Bloom created the most lovely and classy winter wonderland. Highly recommend Allison. She is a dream come true. Last but not least Shannon. A friend, a therapist, an advisor, an iconic, a BOSS!!!!! To work with Shannon is a blessing. Instant connection with her was genuine and someone I could trust right away. She was so organized and easy to work with. Went out of her way to make the day perfect for us (and it was). Not a single thing missed and made sure we had whatever we needed at all times AND MORE!!! Not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Shannon. Thank you to the whole Little River Farms team. An absolute gem. We love you guys - best wedding ever.

We cannot possibly put into words how perfect Little River Farms is! We recently got married 11.11.22 and our day was everything we hoped for and more. The venue is beautiful inside and out, which was especially important for us on a rainy wedding day. Our rain plan was gorgeous and the LRF team made every adjustment needed to make the day run flawlessly. Our coordinator, Shannon Fitzpatrick, was incredible from start to finish. She took the time to understand what we wanted, made amazing suggestions when we couldn’t decide, and executed everything perfectly on the day of. She had every little detail accounted for. The in-house catering team, Southern Charmed, prepared a delicious menu and was very efficient with service which allowed us to maximize time on the dance floor (our biggest goal!). All of the staff members kept the vibes high throughout the night. We especially appreciated server Michael who was so positive and took the time to establish a rapport with us and the guests. We had multiple wedding guests come up to us throughout the weekend complimenting our venue and the LRF team as a whole. We cannot express our gratitude enough- it was the best day!

This venue was absolutely gorgeous and was everything my fiancé and I were looking for. We toured this venue first, and it became the only one we toured, since it was perfect! Our coordinator, Anna Beth Toole, was amazing and made sure that all my questions were answered leading up to the wedding and helped keep us organized. She made sure everything ran smoothly the day-of, and I cannot recommend her more!!! Southern Charmed Catering, the in-house caterer at LRF was delicious and had a varied menu, and Paige Postol Clark, their coordination manager assisted in making sure that everything was just as we requested. Thank you Little River Farms for all the assistance in making sure we had the wedding that we always dreamed of!

Picking little river farms and Shannon to be our wedding coordinator were two of the best decisions my husband and I made when planning our wedding. Shannon helped from the exact schedule to the custom drinks to having our confetti and party favors all out in the right places. After our first meeting where she asked questions about what we wanted to rent and how we wanted to do the ceremony/reception, we felt much less stressed. The day of, we also were able to more fully enjoy the day. I don’t think I had any worries about logistics regarding the wedding on the day of, because Shannon helped us so thoroughly. Little river farms also provides so many additional attachments that we noticed other vendors didn’t. You order the menu from their kitchen, they have so many beautiful decorations for affordable renting, everyone is incredibly kind, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. Another thing the videographer and photographer mentioned liking is that little river farms has a getting ready place, ceremony, and reception all in the same area that all look beautiful. Even the night of the wedding day, Shannon packed us food from the buffet which was another testament to how carefully the venue takes care of the guests and the couple. They put aside drinks in the getting ready room and set aside time for us to have a last private dance together even though we didn’t think of those things before. Thank you for helping us have a truly unforgettable experience that we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives!

Shortly after getting engaged, we scheduled a handful of venue tours, Little River Farms being the first one we attended. After touring the venue, we fell in love and proceeded to cancel all other tours we had scheduled and secured our date. We worked with Anna Beth Toole and she was incredible throughout the entire process. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Little River Farms as our venue over and over again, one hundred percent. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful it was and how amazing every single staff member was that night. It’s not often that I go to a wedding and hear people complimenting the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, but this is all we heard all night long. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. It was a beautiful location and our family and guest had a wonderful time. All details were covered beyond our expectations. So many last minute things that were handled with ease thanks to the help of Andie the day of our wedding. She was there for whatever we needed including entertaining our little ones when feeling overwhelmed with walking down the aisle. P.S: If you plan on having your ceremony outside ( ours was by the gazebo), remember to request for umbrellas because the sun can be brutal on your guests in the late afternoons :)

Look no further! Little River Farms is a DREAM COME TRUE venue! As an out of state couple, we searched high and low for a venue that not only was close to Atlanta, but one that allowed us to be the only couple getting married on their property that day. Little River Farms is an expansive venue with an amazing grooms den, gorgeous bridal suite, multiple picturesque areas to say your vows, and a fully modern farmhouse to celebrate the reception party. For out of town guest looking for a long weekend away, the Avalon area and hotel is a short distance from Little River Farms. Not only was the property amazing, the staff was another reason we selected this venue. From the moment we came into town to visit, Shannon made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Shannon continued to support us during planning and on the day of, Shannon was a rockstar!!!! She runs a tight ship and our wedding was perfect in every way thanks to all her hard work and running around. The in-house catering company was tasty and amazing to work with! With tons of food options, Southern Charmed Catering ensured all guest had a delicious meal for our big day. We have no doubt Little River Farms & their staff was the reason our day was so perfect and recommend them to anyone looking to be married in Georgia!

The scenery is absolutely beautiful, it's such a charming location. As a wedding planner you have the honor of working different locations and it's always a little extra stress not being as familiar with a venue when working an event. But LRF was a dream to work with from day one! They answered any question we had and even helped on day of which was great. Every detail was perfect due to the wonderful coordination staff and the caterers (southern charm catering). Would recommend anyone to chose this venue. They were very accommodating to our changes and last minute asks. We were able to have a 8 piece band and 233 guest that we wanted to attend! There are no words to adequately describe Shannon (and her team) at Little River Farms. Upon our first meeting back in March of 2021, Shannon treated us with such warmth, personality and professionalism. Little River Farms was the venue of my daughter's dreams, it is a beautiful piece of property with gorgeous grounds, gazebo, water fountains and all the amenities needed for a perfect Southern wedding. We signed our contract and left feeling like this was THE place. Shannon was there every step of the way, from helping to meet with vendors either in person or via zoom, email and/or text. We decided to hire Shannon as our wedding planner as well, especially since the bride lived in Marietta and I (the MOB) lived in Kentucky. She was honest with her opinions, (including which package we should sign up with her), thoughtful in her responses and made EVERYTHING so much easier! She answered every crazy call, text or email promptly, even on her days off or when she was preparing for another wedding. Shannon was such an integral part of our daughter's wedding day; she kept us all on track, smiling, happy, and handled every question with grace and compassion, even as we were starting to get a bit nervous. As for as I am concerned, the wedding ceremony and reception went off without a hitch (at least I don't know of any issues) all due in part to Shannon's professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail. I cannot recommend Shannon and Little River Farms enough.

My wife and I just had our wedding at Little River Farms and everything was perfect. The venue itself is beautiful, and our guests loved the different areas used for the parts of the wedding - the gazebo for the outdoor ceremony, the front rooms of the venue for cocktail hour, and the large, elegant reception room. The food was delicious. It was catered by Southern Charmed, sort of their in-house caterer, and all of our guests said it was fantastic. My favorites were the vodka penne pasta and Caesar salad. Finally, our day-of coordinator McKenzie was excellent. She was so on top of every detail and everyone involved in the wedding (bridal party, parents, some of the vendors who happened to be our friends) commented at how helpful she was and how smoothly things were executing under her watch. Her genuine enthusiasm made us more excited for our own wedding, and in the final weeks she was ready to help with any concern or little question we had. She is an asset to the venue, I can't say it enough. We had hoped to get through typical reception traditions quickly during dinner to have as much time as possible on the dance floor and the whole reception was tuned around that, it was exactly what we wanted. There's not a detail that we would have changed and I can't recommend LRF or McKenzie enough. Thank you!

Little River Farms was the whole package! It is an absolutely stunning venue with welcoming and helpful staff members, and I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. You have access to the whole venue starting at 10am, which was amazing for the bridal party. The bridal suite and groom's den are two underrated parts of this venue, as they are separate and keep both parties entertained for the day leading up to your ceremony. I love the different options for ceremony venues-- we were married at the gorgeous gazebo, but there are other locations outside you can choose to use and the inside is lovely for those who would prefer an indoor wedding for any reason. The cocktail hour was held outside and in the front of the house, which was plenty of space for our guests, and the reception hall was lovely and spacious. We had SO much space for the dance floor, which was great for our rowdy crowd. I used many vendors on their preferred vendor list and used their in-house catering company (Southern Charmed Catering), and I loved all of my vendors! I couldn't imagine a more perfect venue, and am so grateful to have had an amazing wedding day.

Stefanie, our day of coordinator was absolutely incredible throughout the entire planning process, helping with various questions and coordination for the day, we couldn’t have done it without her and we’d recommend her to anyone. You’re in great hands with this venue. Our guests thought it was beautiful and said it was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to. Logistically, everything is seamless with being so close to downtown Alpharetta and so many nearby hotels, and their valet parking is a huge bonus. The ceremony spots are beautiful in the spring with the all of their landscaping and the reception hall is beautiful even before decoration. If you’re looking for a classy and elegant look for your wedding, Little River is the perfect venue!

I cannot say enough good things about Little River Farms as a venue. It was the only venue we looked at because as soon as we saw the location, we knew that nothing could come close to surpassing our expectations. Both the inside and outside of the property are absolutely breathtaking. Our guests are still complimenting how beautiful the venue was and how much they loved how spacious and stunning it was.Beyond the beauty of the property, I cannot speak highly enough about our wedding coordinator Stefanie Stewart. I have always been someone who was intimated by the wedding planning process. I didn't spend my childhood envisioning what my wedding would look like, so I needed as much support as I could get. I told Stefanie in our first meeting that I wanted to be one of those brides who enjoyed planning her wedding and not a bride who was miserable and stressed for months. Stefanie reassured me that she would help me achieve that dream and she absolutely delivered on her promise. Stefanie was extremely professional every step of the way. She was prompt in her communication and took care of EVERYTHING for us. There was never a time where I felt like we weren't in good hands. I would recommend Stefanie to every single bride getting married because not only did she help us achieve our dream wedding, but she made the process fun and enjoyable. I immediately felt complete and total trust with her and she always had our best interest in mind. She is the best wedding planner that any couple could hope for!

We just had our wedding at Little River Farms, and it was such a magical day! The outdoor ceremony area and the reception space were beautiful. Planning a wedding is not easy, but our coordinator McKenzie Rich made the experience so wonderful for us! Her sweet personality, positive attitude, kind heart, and great sense of humor motivated us so much. She went above and beyond to coordinate with all our vendors, capture every little detail and communicate effectively with everyone. She inspired us with so many great ideas as well since I had reached decision fatigue when I was in the middle of planning.On the day of, she made sure that everything went according to plan, and it could not have been more perfect. She helped with the placement of the items that were meaningful to us. She aligned all the vendors, wedding party, families, and guests. She checked in on my husband and I countless times to make sure we were happy, well fed and hydrated. Our wedding at Little River Farms was the most incredible experience of our lives! Everything, from the first moment we walked onto the property, through all planning stages, to the day-of, was fantastic. Not only is the venue itself absolutely gorgeous and impeccably well-mantained, but the staff who work there are top notch. Our coordinator, Stefanie Stewart, was critical to the entire wedding planning process. She made everything so smooth on the day-of, thanks to her focus on the details and asking all the right questions in advance to ensure that the day was exactly as we had envisioned. Stefanie is absolutely AMAZING.All of our guests were blown away by the ceremony and reception settings, and the entire event was so flawlessly executed by the event staff. There are so many different beautiful spaces within the estate home - the bridal suite and groom's den were the best of any venue we toured, and we had a blast getting ready there. We were lucky enough to have our cermony at the gazebo outside, and it was a beautiful backdrop to all our photos. The reception space was lovely on its own and hardly needed any decor additions to make it shine. The in-house caterer (Southern Charmed) was easy to work with, and the shrimp and grits we had for dinner was delicious! Little River Farms and Michelle (6 month wedding coordinator) helped make our day perfect! We appreciated the constant communication about coordinating, meetings, finances, and problem solving. Even when we had to adjust the timeline during the day, Michelle and all staff perfectly adapted and communicated. We were constantly being asked what we needed and allowed us to enjoy our day and stay present. Would recommend!

I have put off writing this review for several weeks now because I truly don't know where to begin with expressing my love for Little River Farms!! At the beginning of the wedding planning process I only toured one venue (LRF!) because I immediately knew it was the one. I was confident it would be the perfect place to host my dream day -- but I didn't know I would also be hiring the most incredible, dedicated, hard-working coordinator known to man! From the very first meeting, Shannon Fitzpatrick quickly became my biggest supporter. I am extremely type A and made planning my wedding my second full time job. I did not trust a SINGLE DETAIL to anyone (not even my mother) other than Shannon. She held my hand every step of the way, answering every text and email -- most of the time on weekends or after hours. (seriously I am shocked she didn't block my contact info 3 weeks in). Shannon went above and beyond for me, as I know she does for every single one of her clients. I had a million questions and requests throughout the entire planning process and she somehow was ALWAYS one step ahead of me -- I swear she is magic. And when it came to my wedding day, she executed to pure perfection. The little details I mentioned here and there 8+ months before the wedding were all captured on the day of. Not a single thing went wrong (which makes my perfectionist heart sing) and I owe it all to Shannon. I could go on and on, but trust me, booking at Little River Farms and hiring Shannon will be the BEST decision you ever make. Better than getting married... well, maybe second best :) THANK YOU SHANNON AND LRF FOR MAKING MY DREAMS COME TRUE!!!!!!

LRF was the most PERFECT venue for our wedding! It had everything we wanted and more. There was plenty of space for all of our guests to enjoy cocktail hour and the reception. One thing that was important for us was a good \"plan B\" option for the ceremony in the event of poor weather. A lot of venues have great outdoor spaces for ceremonies but nothing inside. LRF has the most beautiful indoor ceremony space. It was the perfect mix of a classic and modern wedding space. The best part of LRF was our coordinator, Stefanie. She was AMAZING from start to finish. She was so friendly and easy to work with. She was very flexible in answering all of our questions and changing things for us many times along the way. She made sure everything went perfectly on our big day. I cannot thank her enough or LRF for helping us have the most perfect day. I wish we could relive it over and over again! I wouldn't change a thing about our wedding. If you get married there request Stefanie. She is the BEST!

We had an INCREDIBLE day at Little River Farms!!!! Everything was so perfect!! My girl Stefanie was our coordinator and I could not have done it without her. When she took over the wedding planning, the process became fun and enjoyable!!! She handled everything and made sure our day was exactly what we wanted. Cannot recommend this venue enough. Their catering package was top knotch too. We got so many compliments on the food and the staff were the SWEETEST. It was simply the best day ever ❤

We cannot say enough about how wonderful Little River Farms is. From the initial venue tour until our wedding day, the staff --especially Shannon-- was so attentive, welcoming, and determined to make our vision come true. Shannon was an amazing point of contact who was always so helpful when we had questions or needed assistance. As our day of initial tour contact who turned into our coordinator, she made sure everything was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and made sure that we did not have to fuss with vendors and day-of details so that we could ease into our celebration in the evening. We left our evening with SO many compliments toward our overall experience at LRF, including with Shannon as our guide along the way! Our guests have not stopped raving about how gorgeous the venue was and how perfect all of the details (decor, the food--Southern Charmed Catering, cocktail hour, etc) were! The hands-down best decision we made was choosing to have our wedding at Little River Farms!

Wildflower Barn at Little River Farms made my special day even more special than I could have ever imagined. Not only is the staff literally to die for but they make you feel like the prince you are for the day. Extra big shout out to our coordinator McKenzie Rich, literally couldn't have asked for a better person to help my husband and I have just such a magical day! As the mother of the bride, I can honestly say this evening was magical. Shannon our wedding coordinator made sure that every planned detail came to fruition and that my daughters vision for her wedding came to life. The staff was professional and very attentive the entire evening. Our guests had a wonderful time and had only positive things to say. You know things went well when your guests text you the next day thanking you for such a wonderful evening!! Shout out to the amazing Emerald Empire Band! We danced all night long! They were awesome! Also, Abbey's at the Cottage, our floral design team brought classic beauty and elegance with all white florals and a magical candle lit evening to the ballroom; just stunning. Can we just thank Southern Charmed Catering for the delish food? The Filet Mignon was incredible! I'd also like to mention Cake Envy. Now this is a truly delicious wedding cake! Thank goodness the bride and groom brought the top home so we can enjoy another piece! Thank you again Shannon and Little River Farms for the best wedding!

Our wedding day was truly the most amazing and magical day we could have hoped for! Little River Farms was the best venue we could have picked for our big day. From the scenery, to the food, to the staff everyone was so kind and helpful and made our day come together in the best way possible. McKenzie was our coordinator from the venue and I don't think this all would have been possible without her. She rolled with the punches and laughed at all our jokes and comebacks and made us feel so much more at ease throughout. I couldn't recommend this Little River Farms enough!

My wedding day was absolutely PERFECT!! If something went wrong that day, I had no idea about it because everything was a breeze. Stefanie was so amazing to work with and did everything to ensure it was a stress free day. As my More than Month Of Coordinator, she was so communicative throughout the whole process! She was only a text away and never felt like I was a bother. Anyone who gets to work with her is very lucky. Little River Farms was amazing for our October wedding! Everything was beautiful and well taken care of, giving my husband and I time to really enjoy our special day. We had so many guests comment on the gorgeous venue, delicious food (from Southern Charmed) and overall experience. Our in-house coordinator, Stefanie, did the most incredible job. From day one, she made the whole process so simple and enjoyable, and we felt so at ease with all the last minute details that could have easily been overlooked. We truly could not have had the wedding of our dreams without her help!

Oh my goodness. I don’t have the words to express how beautiful LRF is. The day turned out beautifully and everyone that works there is absolutely phenomenal. We mainly worked with Shannon and she was incredible and an angel to work with. She made everything absolutely beautiful and helped make our vision come to life. The pond was beautiful, the gazebo was amazing, the grounds are incredible and well kept, they are extremely attentive and welcoming and helpful. 10/10 would recommend them!I wish we could do it all again!

Run, don’t walk to LRF! Not only are the grounds and venue beautifully maintained - We had the BEST time with Stefanie and the LRF team! From the big picture planning to all the minute details - I couldn’t have asked for a better venue and event team. We had to plan and re-plan a few times (thanks,COVID) and have the added mix of planning from out of state. Throughout it all, Stefanie and the team handled everything and made it so when the time came, we could truly just enjoy our day. I loved having a single venue for the whole day - getting ready, ceremony, and reception - it made logistics and guest communication a breeze!

We absolutely loved Little River Farms. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not easy - we even had to move it from 2020 to 2021 - but Shannon Fitzpatrick and the little river farms team made everything go off so seamlessly. Everything was beautiful and Shannon was so helpful leading up to the wedding and the day of listening to our requests and making things happen quickly. Little River Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding! They have great getting ready spaces for both the bride and groom which made the day-of super convenient. All of our guests talked about how beautiful the space was. We wanted to have an outdoor ceremony and the gazebo was everything we dreamed. Michelle was our coordinator. She has a calming demeanor and I appreciated her checkins. Michelle was quick to make last minute seating changes with covid and worked to come up with a backup plan when our napkin count fell short. The entire team was very capable and I felt good knowing they were managing everything behind the scenes.

Little River Farms is the most amazing venue I have ever seen! We had my daughter's wedding there last weekend and the flow from the ceremony to the happy hour to the reception was flawless!!!The grounds are beautiful and the venue itself has everything you could possibly imagine...from the bridal suite, to the groom's den, to the original farmhouse for cocktails and the indoor pavilion for reception...the options are endless. And they have the BEST coordinators around...Shannon thought of EVERYTHING and catered to our every need. I cannot say enough about her and could never thank her enough for making my daughter's wedding day perfect (and I got to thoroughly enjoy the day too since Shannon took care of ALL of us!) Highly recommend!!!!

What a beautiful venue Little River Farms is for a dream wedding! We were so delighted to celebrate our daughter's special day in such a gorgeous place. It was love at first sight with the beautiful grounds, the spacious areas for the bridal party to get ready, the indoor and outdoor cocktail hour settings, and the lovely reception hall lined with windows that overlooked the outdoor greenery and oozed with charm while still providing ample space for farmhouse tables, rounds, and a large dance floor. Shannon did a wonderful job of communicating and accommodating us throughout the process. The flowers provided by Soiree-Southern Events were spectacular, and our guests constantly commented on how delicious the food was from Affairs to Remember. The Atlanta Wedding Band was awesome and kept the party dancing the night away. Topping everything off was our scrumptious and ornate cake courtesy of Cakes by Darcy. Little River Farms surpassed our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to all!

The venue was just what Allie and Nick had in mind and Shannon helped us pull all the details into place. Little River Farms pulled off an amazing wedding for my wife and myself, during a Covid year, when we were not sure if this would even be possible. Shannon Fitzpatrick was our Coordinator and did a phenomenal job from the build up, all the way to the Big Day. Once the day came, everything went smoothly, and we were able to enjoy ourselves without the fear of something going wrong. Also want to say a special thanks to Ryan Snider. He took care of the entire wedding party, ensuring everyone had a drink spanning from water, to an adult beverage, and everything in between. Could not of asked for a more stunning venue and a better experience.

Little River Farms made our wedding dreams come true! Aside from the property being plenty gorgeous on its own, they have several fantastic preferred vendors that work so well together! Even the outside vendors who we brought in were well hosted by the LRF team! Their Coordination packages are also fantastic, and the Month-of Coordinator package that we utilized was worth every penny! They kept us and our vendors organized and on-time, which made for an easy breezy wedding day. I can't speak more highly of LRF and the LRF team!
