The beautiful LiUNA Event Center is conveniently located at the corner of Lindbergh Boulevard and Gravois Road in Sunset Hills, Missouri. Only 3 minutes East from Highway 270 via the Gravois Road Exit, our venue is able to accommodate any event with banquet seating up to 350 people.

We booked LiUNA for our recent wedding reception and oh my goodness this place is absolutely amazing! When we first looked into LiUNA, Nancy assisted with getting us booked for our first tasting to check it out. My new husband and I knew right away we wanted to book LiUNA for the reception because the tasting was setup beautifully, the food was delicious and all the staff were so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Nancy was so helpful with any questions we had and getting the process started to officially get our reception date booked and continued helping with anything we needed after! So now fast forwarding to the weeks before and the actual wedding day, MOLLY WAS AN ABSOLUTE GODSEND! She helped us with getting the timeline setup for our big day, answered my many questions, and even let me bring all the reception items over days before the wedding so I wouldn’t have to stress about it the day of or before my wedding. Once we got to the reception Molly ensured everything was taken from the bus for us and put into a back room so we wouldn’t have to worry about it. She even went as far as to help me with my unruly hair in the bathroom!!! I could go on and on about how amazing everything was, but I probably don’t have enough character space to do so! To anyone contemplating whether to book LiUNA or not, absolutely do it! You will not regret it!!! P.S. you should also request Bob as your bartender, he was THE BEST!

I had an amazing experience with Liuna! I got married on October 13th, 2023. They handled everything efficiently and professionally. They met all my expectations and more. Molly is awesome to work with. She responds quickly, and she is there to help with any issues or problems you believe you had. She is the problem solver as well. Nancy was great as well! It's just an awesome venue to work with. Everything was beautiful as well. And I did not have to worry about a thing. They are very affordable in the grand scheme of things. They have different packages available. we went with the deluxe, I believe. And we got everything. Food, DJ, minor decorations, an open bar, and more. That took a lot off my plate, and it was all included with no extra charge with the package I got.

If you are planning a wedding and are looking for the perfect venue, checking out LiUNA is a MUST. You won’t have to look any further. My now husband and I attended one of their monthly food tastings shortly after we had gotten engaged and immediately fell in love with the place. From the decor to the food (which we received SEVERAL compliments on at our reception)—it was everything we could have hoped and dreamed of. Nancy was our go-to gal for any and all questions, and she is an absolute sweetheart! She is such a genuine and personable person, which made our whole experience even more positive! Molly was phenomenal with getting all of our final details together leading up to our wedding and making sure the night went off without a hitch. These women are both masters at their craft—they’re the BEST! Thank you LiUNA for helping make our wedding everything we could have hoped and dreamed of! It was a night we will never forget and it could not have been more perfect.

When we first walked in to LiUNA ,it was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. We knew that’s where we wanted the wedding reception to be. Nancy is wonderful!!! She was always so nice and personable. She answers all of your questions and is so helpful. We loved being able to go to tastings to sample all the food and choose our favorites for the reception. Not only is the staff wonderful, the venue is beautiful and the food was amazing. We had so many people comment on the food saying that it was the best wedding food they have ever had!!! Everyone loved it! Molly takes care of all the details for the reception and does a wonderful job making sure everything goes perfectly. We enjoyed the evening and didn’t have to worry or stress. If you are looking to book an event center for a wedding reception, work event, etc., look no further than LiUNA. Kip, Nancy, Molly, and the whole team at LiUNA Event Center were amazing to work with for our wedding reception. We booked LiUNA for our wedding reception and I could not have been happier! We needed a larger space to accommodate our guest count and the ballroom style space at LiUNA was absolutely perfect! The interior is nice and modern which allowed us to do minimal decorating. The entire staff at LiUNA are amazing! Everyone was so easy to work with, very responsive, and just overall a pleasant experience! Our event coordinator was at the venue the entire duration of the reception and was so helpful in keeping us to our timeline and anything else we needed that evening! We also enjoyed getting to attend a few food tastings prior to our reception date. Overall, I couldn’t have imagined a better and more accommodating event space!

Although I had seen the venue staged and decorated for other receptions before my own, I was blown away on the day of with how beautiful it looked, the staff takes care of everything and there was very little that anyone else had to do. Also, the food is outstanding! We heard so many compliments from family and friends for weeks following our reception about how much they liked LiUNA's food. If I had to do it all over, I would absolutely pick LiUNA again and again.

We booked LiUNA for our wedding reception and it was hands down the easiest & best decision we could’ve made! The venue looked amazing, newly updated and very clean. The food was very good as well, we enjoyed being able to go to the tastings leading up to the wedding to see the venue, meet with other vendors and try the different menu items. All of the staff was amazing! Nancy and Molly were always very responsive and easy to work with. Molly especially was absolutely amazing to work with and made sure we were good throughout the night along with our parents. Consistently checking in and making sure things were going good! If I could do it over again I would pick LiUNA every time! We used their signs, cake stand, center pieces and rented the greenery backdrop from them as well. The whole process was so easy and smooth and so many things were included so it was nice to not have to worry about setting up things day of. Everything was taken care of for us! Venue was beautiful, food was great, staff was amazing. This is definitely the best reception venue!!

Liuna was absolutely amazing every step of the way. From the first time we toured the venue until the last step out of the door our wedding night, we were always taken care of and treated as royalty. Molly was absolutely STELLAR, I honestly couldn’t brag about her enough. The moment I stepped foot into the venue she greeted us and asked what we needed, or if she could get us drinks. My train kept unbuttoning while I was dancing, Molly was right there to button it back up every time it fell. She took care of me like I was an actual princess. It really made my wedding day that much better having her there all night. I couldn’t recommend this place more! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS. LiUNA was the perfect wedding venue! Kip, Nancy, and Molly were all so helpful with the whole process. They answered all our questions and made our day the best day possible. They made wedding planning sooo easy since they provided the food, drinks, tables, and decorations. We didn’t have to provide anything. We got a lot of compliments on the food. We already knew it would be good since we attended six tastings. Molly was so helpful on our wedding day. She was always a few steps away in case we needed a drink refill or anything else. Lastly, you can’t beat the value and service you get for the price! We are so glad we choose LiUNA!!

My husband and I absolutely recommend The Liuna Event Center! Not only is it gorgeous, but the staff is amazing! Nancy, Molly, Mr. Bob and the entire staff was amazing! They treat you like family and that's hard to find these days! The food was delicious! Our guest talked about it all night and they are still talking about it! Like the old saying says, \"You get what you pay for.\" In this case, booking your wedding and or reception at Liuna, is worth the money!

My husband and I loved having our reception at LIUNA!! We could not have been happier with how our night turned out! Molly and Nancy were so amazing, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They helped to make our special day painless and worry-free. Molly helped to make every little detail come to life and was incredibly organized. The food was AMAZING (how I wish I could duplicate their speciality salad)! The drinks and bartender kept our guests happy. The room was incredibly spacious while also having plenty of room on the dance floor. The venue provided DJ kept guests on the dance floor using a variety of music! All of these components made for a fun-filled, worry-free, memorable evening. Our guests still compliment the venue and tell us how great the food, drinks and overall night was. If I had to do it all over again, there’s no doubt in my mind that we would choose LIUNA again!!

We had to postpone our wedding last year due to Covid and they were so understanding and helpful as we moved to a new date. As the planning continued, we met Molly who is the most amazing coordinator...EVER. Honestly, I could probably write a novel on how wonderful she is. There was zero stress on my wedding day and most of that is attributed to her! We knew we could trust her to make our reception perfect and she did just that. She helped us plan our event timeline from start to finish, offered help with last minute details and vendor phone calls the day before, and was present for the entire reception. Nancy and Molly made this portion of our day so easy. We were able to set up the day before, so there was no added stress of having to set up everything the day of. We were able to go to multiple tastings to ensure we picked the food we wanted, and the food was amazing! It was so beautiful. We had both our ceremony and reception here and our guests have been calling us, expressing how much fun they had and how good the food was. I can't thank Molly, Nancy, and Kip enough for all the time and energy they put into their jobs. They truly go above and beyond the job description to make sure everything goes perfectly. Our wedding day certainly did! They were so accommodating through the entire wedding planning process. I would email about a question or concern and Nancy would respond day of to make sure I had peace of mind. The wedding day timeline could not have gone more smoothly thanks to Molly. She is a QUEEN of communication! The LiUNA was our reception spot from the beginning, but due to COVD, we had to switch our ceremony location. They immediately stepped up and let us add a ceremony to our package and made it so easy for us, it was almost like we had done that from the beginning. And can we talk about the FOOD? It was so delicious, we were getting texts from our friends and family the next day that it was the best food at a wedding they have every had! You also get so much bang for your buck! Weddings can be *expensive* but the LiUNA makes everything worth it between the service, the food, the bar, the DJ, the room set up... they do it all! We used their centerpieces and gold chargers with sandalwood napkins and everything just turned out amazing. I can't thank them enough for making this the best day of our lives and helping us start our marriage on the most wonderful note possible!

They answered every question I had and constantly let me know that it was my day and I could make as many changes as I wanted. They are very flexible and offer suggestions for your day without being pushy or making you feel like you're wasting their time.Their tasting experience was beautiful. They give you a real feel of what your event will be like with a generous sample of great food. And all of the team is moving around answering questions and getting acquainted with ALL of the guest. This went a long way with me. Nancy, after not seeing me for more than 6 months (due to the pandemic) was even able to quote my tagline on my email. There is seriously nowhere else that you’re going to find a better, all inclusive package than the ones LiUNA has to offer as far as receptions are concerned! And they are not looking to upsell you anything you don’t want or need. They are all so kind and caring and did everything they could to take care of us and our guests. Our wedding was truly the best day of our life so far and the whole day was as close to perfect as weddings can go and LiUNA had a lot to do with that. We only wish it hadn’t gone by so fast!

I can’t speak highly enough about LiUNA, especially having our wedding during the most horrible time in the history of life with this virus trying to ruin everything. LiUNA came through for us in the most amazing ways and gave us some sense of normalcy during this insane time. Their food is literally the BEST and ALL of our guests thought so! Their building is absolutely gorgeous and their sound system is amazing. Michelle was our coordinator for the day and she had everything set up exactly the way I wanted. The food was delicious! We already knew this from the tastings we had attended but all of our guests still talk about how amazing the food was. The best part of it all is how above and beyond LiUNA went for us. We had some food restrictions and half of our guests could not eat pork. LIUNA’s chef cured his own beef salami just for our reception to have in the chicken speidini. They provide so much guidance and if you have any concerns, they easily address them. We had about 200 at our wedding and every guest was comfortable and enjoyed their time. They loved the space and felt there was a lot of room to dance, but all talk. Also- there were TONS of compliments on the food. I have a very opinionated family and so many people said it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding (in front of their own children who had recently been married). I highly recommend LiUna for anyone looking for a great open space, helpful assistance, and a delicious meal!

We had our wedding reception here a couple of weeks ago, and it was great. The planning process with Nancy was very easy, especially because we were planning our wedding from out of state. She is very responsive to emails and phone calls, and everyone was very accommodating to our needs. A lot of the guests mentioned to us how good the food was and how much they liked the venue itself. The staff also set up our centerpieces and memory table for us the day of, because they'd had an event the day before and we weren't able to get in early to do it ourselves, which was nice. We had to take all of our stuff home after the reception ended, but the staff still helped us wrangle everything together.

From start to finish everything was great. Nancy went over every single detail and left me feeling super confident that my wedding reception would be just as I pictured it. On the day of the event, Erica worked her tail off to make sure that everything was perfect. They were so accommodating to every request no matter how big or small. I also had multiple family and friends comment that it was by far the best food they had ever eaten at any wedding reception. Even my mom! Overall everything went so smooth. I would highly recommend doing a tasting with them too. Loved it!

The room was elegant and romantic, with plenty of room for everything! The staff was very helpful and relieved any stress for the reception. The food was my favorite part and was discussed among my guests.

We had our reception at LiUNA this June and it was amazing. Everyone on the staff had so much attention to detail and you can tell that our reception was important to them as well and we weren't just another event. Nancy, Kip, and Chris were all amazing and very helpful. We had so many compliments on the food and how nice the venue was. You get to come in and do a food tasting and try out the food for the reception, they have a variety of food to choose from and everything we tried was delicious. LiUNA was one of the only places to have a reception of our size and still be all inclusive. They worked with all of our outside vendors with ease. We can't say enough good things about how our big day went, it was perfect and we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you LiUNA Staff!

We had our reception at LiUNA this June and it was amazing. The Liuna was so easy to work with! They provided the food in which monthly you can try the food in mock like wedding receptions. The food is the most amazing ever! Table clothes and napkins are included which is absolutely amazing. They take care of the small things that you worry about last minute! I highly recommend the Liuna event center for your next event!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with LiUNA for our wedding reception! We had 325 guests along with a band and asked LiUNA for a room layout that they had never done before. They enthusiastically made it happen and executed it perfectly! With that many guests, the room still felt very spacious and with the two bars, buffets, clean restrooms, and ample parking - it was fantastic. Not to mention, our guests are still raving about the food!! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with LiUNA for our wedding reception! We had 325 guests along with a band and asked LiUNA for a room layout that they had never done before. They enthusiastically made it happen and executed it perfectly! Our wedding was awesome. 2 big reasons for this. 1 was our DJ, he rocked. 2 was because we chose LiUNA for our ceremony & reception site. Everyone we encountered at LiUNA was courteous, professional, and knew their job and how to do it best. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and appropriately. The expectations were set in detail ahead of time, we were informed what and how everything would happen. They worked with my (now) wife so she could have everything she wanted. All of the promises made by the event booking staff were held true the night of. There was no ambiguity, there were no half-truths. They proved to be honest on all counts, and it made for a great night. I have worked in the industry as a wedding DJ for over 15 years, and I wanted a vendor I could \"Set and Forget\". This would allow me to concentrate on my bride and my guests. LiUNA's staff delivered. With all of the things we had to worry about on the day of the wedding and the stress involved, LiUNA was one of the things we did not have to worry about at all. The Staff at LiUNA was on-point. Issues were handled, any requests were addressed, and all service was high, 5-star level. The Food at LiUNA was AMAZING. Aside from being sore from dancing too much, the topic most of my guests commented on was how great the food was. And it was. The Bone-in pork chops w/ mushroom glaze especially, WOW! Been in contact with this venue for 2+ weeks trying to schedule a tour and I keep getting apologies but no tours. Drove 40+ minutes to tour only to find the doors locked. Phones also do not work. Would hate for someone to book this venue and then not be able to get a hold of them. They really leave you hanging.
