The venue is beautiful -- from the tree-lined road and driveway onto the property, to the well-maintained gardens and historic estate, to the picturesque views right over the Hudson and the stunning barn! Our guests were so excited to explore the property and it made for a remarkable event. And most important for the bride and groom - very accommodating - Susan and Kristen were very responsive on our long e-mail thread and extremely flexible with our decision to postpone because of COVID twice. The venue offers its couples access to the estate several days ahead of the event, giving us the option to set up well ahead of time and really make the space feel like our own. The 10 minute drive to the town of Hudson also made it easy to arrange the pre- and post-wedding activities and offer shuttles (nearly all our 80+ guests were in Hudson hotels or AirBNBs). We highly recommend Oak Hill for an unforgettable Hudson Valley experience!

We absolutely loved Oak Hill! The grounds and the view are gorgeous and the barn is exactly what we were looking for. Liana was amazing as well! We received so many compliments on this venue. Definitely recommend :)

When we drove up to Oak Hill the first time to see the venue it blew us away with how gorgeous the property was! Then as we continued to look through it we fell more and more in love as Liana pointed out to us all the features they included in the barn that made our DIY wedding that much easier, such as hanging ceiling lights for our use, plugs at the bottom of the posts, working real washrooms for guests, and so much more. The barn and landscape of Oak Hill is so unique and our guests were as much in awe of the property was we were. We had a gorgeous outdoor ceremony overlooking the Hudson River, cocktail hour on the lawn, and the reception in the barn. The venue did a great job with landscaping and really catered to weddings to make sure everything was just perfect in advance of the guests weddings. The other added plus was the fact that we had access to the barn from the Wednesday before our Saturday wedding through Sunday, which meant we had a ton of time to put together our DIY decorations, have the florist come early, catering to drop off tables and set up the layout etc, and then we had time on Sunday to tear everything down. The venue was so easy to work with and Liana was great with any questions we had about what we could and couldn't do, what was needed in the barn, and anything else we had for questions. I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking to have their wedding in the Hudson Valley.

This truly has it all !!! Livingston Weddings at Oak Hill is by far the most picturesque stunning setting for a wedding in the Hudson Valley. Our private ceremony took place under 200 year old oak and locust trees in front of a historical mansion which overlooked the Catskill Mountains and Hudson River. The celebration continued in the original carriage house and then on to an amazing barn structure with modern ameneties. Our guests could not stopping talking about this breathtaking venue, it was like stepping back in time. We can't say enough about Liana and the staff, what a wonderful group of people. From the first moment to the last, they couldn't have been more helpful. The whole experience was a pleasure and one we will never forget !

I can highly recommend Livingston Weddings at Oak Hill!! This venue is far and away the most beautiful spot to have a wedding in the Hudson Valley. It is incredible that the Livingston family provides access to their grounds and barn for a limited number of weddings every year. We had amazing cool breezes off the Hudson, and the site manager could not have been more helpful. From the outdoor ceremony along the river, to cocktails on the porch of the Manor House, to the elegant dinner dance....it was all perfect for my dream wedding. Sandra

My daughter's wedding held at Oak Hill 9/12/15 couldn't have been more spectacular! A huge disappointment that it poured, the first rain we'd had in months in the central N.Y. area, was still fabulous. The ceremony held in the loft of the barn (yes, waiting for the last possible moment and moving everything in) was special. Liana opened the old barn up to us, adjacent to the main barn, for the cocktail hour. Move over to the main floor of the barn for dinner and dancing. Couldn't have asked for anything more! They were so cooperative and helpful, and wish we could do it again. This is a special place!

An absolutely stunning venue. We had our ceremony under the trees, with the Hudson River and rolling green hills in the background. Few spots would have been more beautiful. \rThere's a beautiful lawn and gardens where we set up a tent for cocktails, before moving into the barn for the reception. (Barn is a bit of a misnomer; it's a rustic-looking event space, but clean, modern, and airy.) Everything was perfect, and our guests are still raving about Living Weddings/Oak Hill months later.

As a guest at this amazing venue I cannot rave enough about what a beautiful place this is. The grounds have such a great flow when transitioning from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. From the breathtaking back drop to your ceremony , to the beautiful Customizable barn this place has it all. Highly recommended and a must see!!!
