This venue was an absolute dream come true. Everything from the staff to the ammenities, the entire vibe was a perfect fit. Venue managers JuneElise and Brittini we're an incredible team to work with. Brittini was prompt to answer all of my emails, super professional, and just generally a ton of fun. She has an amazing personality that will make you feel like a long time friend as soon as you meet her (and same with JuneElise). My guests have been non-stop raving about how beautiful and classy the venue was. The big reveal was also a huge success and everyone was really impressed overall. I would choose Loft21 all over again!

I had my wedding at Loft 21, and it's a perfect place for a wedding. The venue is spacious with two floors and tons of outdoor patio/balcony space, and the best part is the whole place was ours for the night. The other best part was the event coordinator, JuneElise. From day one, she was on top of her game and made things so easy for us on our wedding day. She helped with our ceremony, organized the set up, managed the schedule, communicated with our vendors, and so much more. All my guests had a great time from the beginning to the end because how well everything flowed and was managed. And I can't rave enough about the Loft 21 Reveal. It is a must for all future weddings! Great space and even better people!

I had my wedding at Loft 21, and it's a perfect place for a wedding. The venue is spacious with two floors and tons of outdoor patio/balcony space, and the best part is the whole place was ours for the night. The other best part was the event coordinator, JuneElise. From day one, she was on top of her game and made things so easy for us on our wedding day. She helped with our ceremony, organized the set up, managed the schedule, communicated with our vendors, and so much more. All my guests had a great time from the beginning to the end because how well everything flowed and was managed. And I can't rave enough about the Loft 21 Reveal. It is a must for all future weddings! Great space and even better people!

We are so happy we chose Loft 21 for our wedding. Everyone raved about how great the space was!! It was large enough to accommodate a lot of people yet it still felt intimate. There is so much you can do with this venue to customize it the way you like! The space has customizable lighting, TVs, sound system, you name it! And JuneElise was so helpful throughout the whole process. I wouldn't have changed a thing!

If your looking for a gorgeous venue LOFT 21 is it! I knew when I stepped foot inside this is where I was going to have my wedding. Everything about it was elegant but also had soft and romantic feel to it. You can do so much with the space to make it exactly what you want and there is an amazing upstairs that overlooks the downstairs. Defiantly the most unique venue I have ever been to. June Elise was so easy to work with and accommodating. She also is full of amazing ideas for the day. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to have their wedding or any event!

We are so so happy we chose Loft21 as our venue. We were supposed to get married in October of 2020, but postponed. JuneElise and her team made sure we had the wedding of our dreams this year. Loft21 is as unique as it gets. JuneElise and Jazmine from HYPE productions are true professionals and know the \"wedding business\" very well. You're definitely in great hands with this power duo! It is no surprise their dates fill up quickly as this venue is highly sought after. I would recommend using a wedding planner when booking this venue because as a \"DIY\" bride it was hectic at times. JuneElise was always quick to respond and helped us navigate the process, however, and the day went smoothly overall. If you want a blank canvas to design the wedding of your dreams this is the perfect venue for you. I highly recommend booking HYPE for entertainment as well because they know the venue well inside and out. A list of recommended caterers/hotels was provided as well which was helpful, and we did hire some of them. Thank you Loft21 for being a special part of our wedding day.

You know how they say something will go wrong at your wedding but no one will know except you? That did NOT happen here.Our day was literally perfect.We are SO happy we chose Loft21. Everything about it was perfect. It was so much cooler than a typical banquet or country club wedding venue. It was the exact \"urban loft\" style wedding we wanted without having to go all the way downtown!Location was great, huge parking lot, across the street from a hotel.Loft21 is totally customizable to lights and backdrops and TV screens and you are the only wedding there so it really feels like *YOUR* day. JuneElise was great! She was so knowledgeable and helpful and made our decision to choose Loft21 so easy.Day of, Renea was also super sweet and came to check in on us during cocktail hour.The venue is beyond awesome, the light is like your are in the club and it controlled to the music.I had so many people come up to me even days after to tell me how cool and different the wedding and venue was. Do you want a super unique venue? I have two words: Grand Reveal.(JuneElise will explain it to you)Thank you again Loft21 for our perfect day!

This is a gorgeous venue that has the best lighting and staging you could find anywhere and the staff are great. I had my wedding here and it perfectly executed my vision. However, there are a few things to consider that they will not tell you:1. They do not have refrigeration available--therefore your caterer will most likely NOT let you take leftovers home.2. JuneElise (sales and venue coordinator) will be very responsive in the early stages before you pay your first deposit, and then will completely stop communicating until it's time to schedule your \"details meeting\"--a one hour time slot in which you're supposed to finalize everything for the day of. 3. Hire a wedding planner! Loft 21 will claim that they'll handle everything, but most of this was done in the 2 weeks before the wedding and was very last minute.4. The details meeting is not long enough--be sure to request extra time and have your decorators and caterer attend. Also, JuneElise will say that you can design it the way you want, but without experience this is challenging. 5. There is NO BYOB ALLOWED! With the exception of wine for ceremonial purposes. The open bar is pricey but good quality.6. The ceremony seemed really dark. If you don't want your bridal party to be standing at the front, be sure to specify how many people there are and where they will be standing. At my wedding, my bridal party was standing completely in the dark and were not visible.7. They say they will make sure the audio works-- do not expect perfection. There were multiple situations with a lot of microphone feedback.8. They will tell you you can take photos on the des plaines river trail behind the parking lot and will show you photos of other couples doing this--DO NOT RELY ON THIS! It is very buggy and miserable, and recently became fenced off. Take photos at the Par King golf course next door instead--call them in advance and schedule a time.9. If your event runs off schedule, the AV team will mess up and if your slideshows and lighting cues were matched with music/specific dances, it will be off time. If you have a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, this can be mitigated.

If I could give this venue more than 5 stars, I would!! Loft 21 is AMAZING. We had the best experience from start to finish. The communication was quick and all of my questions were answered, and I had many! :) I was so pleased with how smoothly the entire day went. JuneElise is a GEM, as is all of the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with all night- everyone, including bartenders and security, bent over backwards to make us feel like celebrities and ensure our guests had a night they would never forget. Our wedding turned out more beautiful than I could have ever even imagined. Our guests were raving about how beautiful everything was, as a matter of fact, we are still getting complimentary text messages every day! We loved every moment, BEST DAY EVER. We will be highly recommending this venue to anyone who is looking to host their wedding or large event. I want to do it again over and over!!!!

When covid happened, JuneElise worked with us without hesitation to postpone and find a new date that worked so we could safely celebrate. Everything was better than my wildest dreams, and we got SO many compliments from all our guests about the venue!

From the moment we did our virtual tour with JuneElise and she showed us the \"big reveal\" feature, we knew this was the place for us. And, I'm so glad we made that decision! Our wedding night was beautiful - we didn't have to do much decorating because the space itself is pretty enough! JuneElise and her staff also made sure that the night was seamless and everything went off without a hitch.We are still talking about how perfect everything was and I'm sure we will for years. I can't give enough stars for how much we loved Loft 21!

My now husband and I are huge March Madness fans and Loft 21 didn’t bat an eye when we asked for the final four games to be played throughout the evening. Our family and friends had such a good time and we received many compliments on the venue.

Planning a wedding during a pandemic was no fun but JuneElise and her team at Loft21 eased my concerns and ensured me everything was going to run smoothly. And it did! It was a great space for the number of attendees. Everyone was safe and celebrating responsibly. I received so many compliments on the setup, decor, food..EVERYTHING was AMAZING!! The elements of surprise for the enveiling sold me from the start. This venue is definitely IT !! I legit want to get married again just to walk into the room under the spotlights !! Loft21, Thank you for providing such a memorable experience for us and our loved ones !!

It was a great space for the number of attendees. Everyone was safe and celebrating responsibly. I received so many compliments on the setup, decor, food..EVERYTHING was AMAZING!! The elements of surprise for the enveiling sold me from the start. This venue is definitely IT !! I legit want to get married again just to walk into the room under the spotlights !! Due to Covid, we had to replan our wedding very quickly - JuneElise showed us this space and we were off to the races! The space itself was incredible with its beautiful lighting and sound system and JuneElise helped bring our vision to life with a great sense of humor and a variety of ideas that we could not have even dreamed of!She made the space feel so intimate and we were able to hold a safe and fun wedding for all of our guests! We were so fortunate to be able to have our wedding at this amazing location and to work with such great staff on our wedding day!!

My husband and I recently had our NYE Wedding at Loft 21 Events, and everything turned out PERFECT!!! The venue is beautiful, and big!!! You can be as creative as you want with the space. The staff was so professional, and kind. Honestly, we could not have pulled off our big day without JuneElise! JuneElise is a true gem! She worked very hard to ensure our vision came to life, and everything went smoothly. JuneElise and her team worked so well with our vendors. Our family and friends loved the venue! My husband and I have receive a lot compliments, and requests to be put in contact with JuneElise for their future wedding, and birthday parties at Loft 21 Events. This venue is a must see!!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

The staff was so professional, and kind. Honestly, we could not have pulled off our big day without JuneElise! JuneElise is a true gem! She worked very hard to ensure our vision came to life, and everything went smoothly. JuneElise and her team worked so well with our vendors. Our family and friends loved the venue! My husband and I have receive a lot compliments, and requests to be put in contact with JuneElise for their future wedding, and birthday parties at Loft 21 Events. This venue is a must see!!! I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

We hosted our reception at Loft 21 and could not be more pleased! JuneElise was extremely attentive throughout the entire planning process. She was a constant support as we worked through planning from afar and worked very well with our wedding planner. The night of the wedding she continued to check in with our parents to ensure everything was running smoothly. As for the venue, we could not ask for anything more! The staff was fun, responsive, and friendly. The space allowed for guests to mingle and dance without feeling cramped or there was too much empty space. Almost a week after the wedding, guests are still talking about our grand reveal and the amazing venue! Highly recommend!

JuneElise planned with us to make our vision come to life, allowing us to create custom decor and set it up early so we were not rushed the day of the wedding. Guests continue to tell us how unique and awesome the venue was and that it was unlike any wedding they have ever attended. From the cocktail hour on the second floor, to the first dance, to the never-ending dancing with amazing lighting customized throughout the evening, to customizing all the graphics in the venue, it was literally the most perfect day we could ever ask for and we owe that all to Loft 21 and JuneElise.

Stop looking for your venue and book Loft 21! We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception here on October 6, 2018 and I would recommend this venue to everyone. My guests loved having everything all in one spot! JuneElise and staff were fantastic to work with, and made our wedding dreams come true. We absolutely LOVED everything about having our wedding at Loft 21. We worked with June Elise and from the get go, she was great to work with. Our walk through was incredibly detailed and made us feel like they had everything covered. The day of our wedding, June Elise made all of our vendors feel comfortable, was incredibly organized, and was highly praised by our day of coordinator. Now - let’s talk about the actual venue itself! We are still getting comments from our guests about how cool the venue was. The AV/lighting was on point! It made our ceremony feel warm yet made our reception feel like a club! Plus for two people on a budget, my husband and I loved that we didn’t need to spend money on extra decor to make the space look spectacular - it is already an amazing space as it is. The facilities are super modern and updated, and on a hot, humid day in July, the air conditioning felt great! The bartenders were also amazing as our guests told us they were friendly and danced along behind the bar! We highly, highly recommend this unique venue and wouldn’t have changed a thing as Loft 21 made our wedding day the most epic day of our lives!

5 Stars! I highly recommend Loft 21 as a venue. I had my 50th Birthday Ball there on Aug 11, 2018. My guest are still talking about their experience. JuneElise and staff were phenomenal. I believe the only other review might be fake. We are planning a wedding and since they renovated the space into Loft21 my fiance and I have tried to schedule an appointment but no response. We have tried calling, emailing and stopping by and have it's either closed or no one answers...We met them at the Chicago Bridal Expo and their first impression was great, very nice however no follow up.

If you are looking for a venue for your event, STOP RIGHT NOW - YOUR SEARCH IS OVER! In September 2017, Loft21 hosted our wedding reception and it was absolutely incredible! The newly-renovated space incorporates every detail you could imagine into your event. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re in a million dollar party. They can change the lighting to fit your theme, the audio/video system is out of this world, and the range of options through HYPE productions (incl. photo booth, dj/mc, music etc.) completely ices the cake for a perfect evening. It’s hard to start describing how Loft21 is such a perfect venue, so let’s start with the people. JuneElise, Loft21’s event manager, is EXTREMELY helpful in guiding you along the way to a seamless event...she will answer any question you have, and deliver professional results quickly and efficiently...we did not sense this level of customer support at any other venue we shopped. Her attitude is great and you won’t be disappointed. Secondly, the HYPE staff is incredibly entertaining, and our dance floor did not stop until the lights went on...they hit every corner of the music we requested and the MC, Adam, kept the party moving like a Mac truck... it was awesome, and we still get complements to this day.Jazmine, the owner, was quite involved with our planning as well, as she owns both HYPE and Loft21...so if you use both, you enjoy a discount and she was very clear on how the combined package saved us tons of cash.I could go on...so why don’t I? The atmosphere is so unique and stimulating... the bars are uber-modern with an industrial feel, the staff is incredibly well trained and friendly, the globo with your event logo shines on the wall, the preferred caterer they recommended was perfect (Marcellos!), the audio video incorporation is super cool, and we wished the night never ended!! I’d say, with all the competition we shopped for our wedding, Loft21 provided the most competitive pricing for a 350 person event that we could find - they offered everything we wanted (and more), and you will be doing yourself a favor by calling them today before their calendar fills up.
