We held a Celebration of Life here for my husband, with a brunch and memory sharing with 130 guests. The venue was perfect for a large gathering, with plenty of space for tables, food stations, bar, photograph display and a 5 piece band. Kayla was amazing in helping us plan, table set-up and decor, and stayed from early set-up through cleaning at the end. Pricing was very reasonable. The food and drinks were beautifully displayed, delicious and graciously served by thoughtful and \"on it\"! servers. Everyone loved the setting and thoughtfulness. Acoustics for the band were great too! Our family and friends were charmed.Highly recommend the setting, the food, the drinks, and most of all the kind and thorough attention by the team to our event and guests.

We LOVED having our wedding reception at the Thin Man Loft! Kayla is a wonderful coordinator: she was crazy responsive for all of our little questions along the way, and things ran so smoothly during the reception that we were able to just enjoy the night without thinking about any details! The food was AMAZING--I highly recommend the short ribs as an entree--all of our guests loved the options, and the drinks were excellent, including our signature cocktail that was complimentary with our package! The venue's bartenders and other staff were all so friendly and helpful, we wished we could have gotten all of their names to thank them individually! Additionally, I found Thin Man to be such a reasonable price for everything they include in their reception packages. We had very minimal decor that we provided in addition to what Thin Man provides (garlands, candles, and table numbers), and the room looked perfect! Amazing, amazing venue, the exact right choice for me and my husband who were, first and foremost, looking for all of our guests to have a great meal and a good time!!

This venue was all the rave amongst our wedding guest. It is a hidden gem with an artistic charm that is located in an old industrial area set between north and west Buffalo. My husband and I held our ceremony in the courtyard across the street from the reception venue, which made for a super convenient transition between spaces. Most of our guest were from out of town and enjoyed the fact that they were able to stay in the same vicinity all day. The backdrop of the ceremony was up against a beautiful moral that allowed the photographers to capture beautiful pictures. As you may have already read from other posts, the courtyard is a shared space used by surrounding businesses so we did have a few onlookers during our ceremony, but they were respectful so it did not bother our party at all. The reception was held in the loft which is upstairs from the restaurant with views of the brewing tanks and outdoors, which provided more opportunity to capture great pictures. We received A LOT of compliments from our guest. They loved that the space was non-traditional, yet beautiful set up which was the result of great management by our Event Coordinator, Kayla Heaps. My husband and I, as well as our family and friends cannot express how great of a job Kayla did not only organizing and managing the set up before the wedding, but also overseeing the flow of the day during the ceremony and reception. Although Kayla’s title is not Wedding Planner, she took on that role which allowed my husband and I to really enjoy the day. We met with Kayla a couple of times during the wedding planning process and with some instruction (actually a lot because she’s the expert) she brought our vision to fruition. She was super patient throughout the entire process and was always available whenever we had questions or wanted to make changes even up to the day before we were scheduled to wed. Kayla was also available to oversee the run through of our rehearsal the night before the wedding. She made sure our excited and yet crazy group knew their roles and cues in preparation of the big day even after they arrived more than an hour late. Kayla was a total professional about the matter and whipped the group into shape without complaint or displaying any sign of frustration. When comparing the cost to reserve similar venues in the surrounding area, this location more than exceeded our expectations. The food was phenomenal (our guest loved it), set up BEAUTIFUL, collaboration with outside vendors seamless, professional support staff on point (Kayla and her assistance are bomb.com), and the weather PERFECT. 🙂

My husband & I got married in The Loft space at Thin Man Chandler Street and I cannot express enough how amazing it was. For any potential couples looking, I echo all the other reviews on the awesome staff, incredible food, and overall attention to detail. Kayla & Maren took care of so many of the particulars I was stressing about (coordinating vendors, decorating the space, etc.) and made the experience wonderful. My guests were so impressed with Maren and all the staff, how friendly, helpful, and nice everyone was. The food was sooooo good (we did tacos & meat carving stations) and the space itself is beautiful. I highly, HIGHLY recommend the venue if you are looking!

We got married here in October 2021. Kayla was the absolute BEST to work with. We had some wild ideas and requests, and she accommodated every insane call and email we threw at her. Everything leading up to the wedding itself was smooth and calm, no hiccups at all. As for the day of, everything went perfectly! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food and the bar staff was incredible. We didn't have a single complaint. We also did our rehearsal dinner there the night before the wedding and that was great too! I would definitely check this place out if you are looking for a venue.

My daughter recently had her wedding ceremony and reception here. Thank you to Kayla and her trained staff for making her day memorable.The room comfortably accommodated 120 guests (8 to a table). There was enough space to have 60 chairs set up just for the ceremony. After the seats were removed, the area became the dance floor.The appetizers were plentiful. The family style dinner was served hot and had great presentation. Our dinner consisted of delicious chicken, prime rib, fresh grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes. Vegetarian meals were provided upon request. All guests received their food at the same time.The bar package was incredible! They even served 2 signature drinks.I highly recommend The Loft @Thin Man Brewery

HONEST WEDDING REVIEW - I just wanted to post a review the Loft @ Thin Man on Chandler for any future couples looking to get married here. This venue is in a great location, not far from downtown and has a great aesthetic and comes with a lot of added bonuses that many other venues don't come with (tables, chairs, some decor). There is the option to host your ceremony outdoors in the courtyard across the street or inside! There is also lots of great spots to take pictures all right in the vicinity of your ceremony and reception.But BY FAR the best thing about this venue is the people!HUGE SHOUTOUT to Kayla (the Event Manager) & her assistant Maren for making our day amazing and taking all the stress and pressure off our plates. They took care of EVERYTHING venue side and I could not have asked for better people to put my trust in for such a big day!The bartenders and the waitstaff were also excellent and also a BIG shoutout to the Chef and kitchen staff for the AMAZING food. Seriously everyone was raving about how perfect the day was and how good the food was. Also a big thank you to Amanda, the manager downstairs, you and your staff were amazing day of and leading up to the wedding as well.I work in the events industry and helped planned dozens of weddings in the Buffalo area. I would be hard pressed to find a better venue than Thin Man! EVERYONE felt welcome and taken care of and we were beyond thrilled with how everything went.Thank you again Thin Man @ Chandler Team. We had the best experience with Kayla and all the staff at the Loft! Kayla worked with us throughout the entire planning process and was extremely responsive, communicative, and professional! Kayla was accommodating with our specific requests including decorating, food allergies, etc. The bartenders did a great job keeping up with our thirsty crowd and the servers served the food with smiles on their faces! The food was AMAZING and our guests were extremely impressed and satisfied with the food! Many have told us it was the best wedding reception food they had ever had and we have to agree! We would recommend this venue to any couples looking to have their wedding in a rustic, urban setting that they can make their own!
