Log Haven hosted our wedding last weekend & we have been working with them for the last 8 months. We specifically worked with Casey who was absolutely incredible! Casey is super kind, friendly, approachable, attentive to detail, and SO organized with super fast response times with any and all crazy questions. Log Haven is a gorgeous venue and totally fit the vibe we were searching for (it truly speaks for itself) but Casey made it an even easier decision to book this venue. Casey and the team at log haven made planning a wedding 10x easier than it would have been without them. Their preferred vendor list is thorough and has several options for each category - but not too many that it is overwhelming. They also coordinate everything in the couple months leading up to the event, making our lives so much less stressful in those last few months! The event went off exactly how we had imagined it. Casey & his whole team did an amazing job throughout the entire evening. I was super impressed with how the staff was so attentive with our guests.

I cannot believe how beautiful this venue is. The ceremony space in the meadow is so gorgeous and at sunset time for weddings it was so special. This is the perfect place for a nature wedding. Then to be able to have the beautiful amphitheater as well and the reception area at log haven really seals the deal. I am so happy we chose log haven. The food as well was delicious and Casey did an amazing job with planning and help us with everything.

Log Haven was responsive and helpful in the planning stages, even squeezing us in for an extra tour of the venue when we had family in town. They also provided an excellent experience on the day of our wedding - dealing directly with all of our vendors, directing our guests while we were getting ready or taking pictures, and overall making sure the day was not stressful for us. So many of our guests also commented on the quality of the food as well as the beauty of the venue. Would absolutely recommend!

Honestly, this venue made our wedding so amazing and beyond what we hoped for. From the scenery, to the staff, to the most incredible coordinators on the planet- everything well exceeded our expectations. Our families and friends that were local had no idea about this spot and all made plans to return for a dinner there. The coordinators were so kind and helpful through the whole process- put my mind at ease for all my questions. Our guests were blown away, the food was to die for, our signature cocktails were a huge success too. I would HIGHLY suggest to give this venue a look- especially if you’re into the outdoors!

Log Haven was a dream to work with for our intimate winter wedding. The atmosphere is incredible, and they already had the whole restaurant decorated for the winter season so we hardly had to bring any of our own decorations to make things feel festive. Several of our guests also commented on how delicious the food was, which was very important to us when selecting a venue. Faith and Casey (the Log Haven wedding coordinators) were also just super accommodating and quick to respond to emails. We would absolutely recommend this venue to others looking to plan a gorgeous mountain wedding with delicious food and magical atmosphere.

The meadow was gorgeous for the ceremony, and the restaurant patio was perfect for cocktail hour and dancing to our live band. I cannot recommend Log Haven enough!

When I walked down the aisle, swans in the pond started flying, it was an absolutely magical moment. From the mountains, to the service, flow of the evening and events team, it was a fantastic place to get married. I will also add if you are looking for a venue in Utah and you want alcohol, this is BY FAR one of the best options you'll find. Many venues only allow beer and wine, and are open until 10 pm. Log Haven allowed us to be there until 11:30 p.m.

My husband and I were married here about a month ago, and we cannot say enough good things about this venue. It's stunning, serene, and sophisticated. The food was wonderful, which was such a concern for us (as it is for all couples). The service was amazing. And Faith (the wedding coordinator) is a full blown super hero. I recently got married here. The venue is beautiful. My only issue was the staff, they were very rude to my guests, florist, and photographer. I recently spoke to my florist about my wedding and she was letting me know about how the staff treated her, she said as she was setting up the staff gave her very snarky remarks, and she felt very belittled and very uncomfortable. This upsets me because you’d think for the amount of money spent on this place they would at least be professional, not the case at all. Onto the guests, a majority of my guests said the staff was not the friendliest. A couple of my guests went as far as leaving my wedding because of how poorly they were being treated which was extremely upsetting for me as they are dear friends of ours. My photographer, had the same complaint; rude and unprofessional. Onto the food, in my opinion I did not like the food at all, especially for how much each plate was, very overrated.This place is beautiful, but honestly I would’ve settled for something more casual if it meant better and more professional staff to work with. It was very embarrassing that I chose this place thinking so highly of it but being extremely let down.

Log Haven is absolutely magical. We had a smaller wedding due to covid but Faith and her companions made it the dream wedding I have always wished for. The drinks and food was to die for. The venue looked straight out of a fairy tale. As it got darker and the lights outside turned on, it even became more beautiful. The planning and decorating was easily handled with Faith and she made everything so easy. Non of my guests had a difficult time getting to the venue and there was enough parking. Many beautiful spots, inside and outside, for some great pictures of the family and bride and groom. We had the ceremony and reception here and it worked out perfectly. The team there made sure all the tables were set up and decorated beautifully (decorations brought by mis) after the ceremony. You will not regret having your wedding at log haven. It is simply something out of a fairy tale. They give you a booklet of some great photographers, videographers, cake makers, and more. Super helpful. I planned my whole wedding in two weeks and Faith made it so much easier for me. My friends and family still talk about how beautiful and PERFECT the wedding was.

Faith, Casey and the team were so responsive and helpful in a very tumultuous year. They were patient with my mom's many questions, and helped my husband and I feel comfortable with every decision we had to make. When COVID-19 made our original wedding plan impossible, they worked with us on transitioning our ceremony to another part of the venue and helped us find the most cost effective option for our new plan. They also recommended wonderful vendors and are committed to helping their couples have the best experience possible.The rehearsal and day of went perfectly, with Casey managing everything. The food was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a more tranquil and beautiful setting to start our married lives.

Log Haven was absolutely the perfect venue for our September wedding. Faith and her staff were so attentive and knowledgeable and they helped make the entire evening run so smoothly. They were on top of things from the start and were always flexible when we wanted to make changes. The beautiful mountain scenery combined with the spectacular food really was a stand-out to our guests. All of the staff were wonderful, and Brenda, the bartender, took such good care of our guests who ordered drinks. I just can't say enough how perfect the entire evening was! Many of our guests commented on it being the most beautiful wedding they had every attended! We agree! Thank you, Log Haven!

I have nothing but good things to say about Log Haven. The staff and the food were all so amazing that I don't even know where to begin. Our experience was everything we could have hoped for when it came to a venue for our wedding. From the first meeting, to the day of, they were so helpful, kind, informative, thoughtful, and fun to work with! They were easy to get a hold of and response time was always super fast. I never had to wait more than a day to hear back from Faith. Between Faith and Natalie, our day ran seamlessly and I didn't have to worry about anything. I just got to enjoy the day with my new husband. We both couldn't be happier with how the day went thanks to those two and the rest of the staff that helped! The building and grounds are to die for!! I've been getting non-stop compliments on how gorgeous our wedding was. I promise, you'll fall in love with the place the minute you see if for yourself. They have 2 locations where you can get married. Both are beautiful, but we chose to use the amphitheater and patio. I thought the amphitheater was just so unique for the ceremony since it's tiered and allowed all of our guests to be able to see what was going on since nobody was being blocked by the person sitting in front of them. The view though!! I didn't feel the need to use an arch or backdrop because the view was too incredible to block it with something tall standing behind us. As far as the food goes, you'll be able to feed even the pickiest of guests and make them happy. We chose buffalo chicken spring rolls for our appetizers and they were a crowd favorite! The salad and fruits were fresh, the veggies were grilled to perfection, potatoes were perfectly seasoned, and the chicken was juicy and full of flavor. The presentation was beautiful and, again, I've been getting a ton of compliments from guests about how much they enjoyed their dinner.So now that I've wrote a novel, in summary, if you choose Log Haven as your venue for your wedding, you will not be disappointed! If I had to plan it all over again, with no question, I would still choose Log Haven for our venue! A HUGE thank you to Faith, Natalie, and the rest of the staff for making our day perfect! I thought the amphitheater was just so unique for the ceremony since it's tiered and allowed all of our guests to be able to see what was going on since nobody was being blocked by the person sitting in front of them. The view though!! I didn't feel the need to use an arch or backdrop because the view was too incredible to block it with something tall standing behind us. As far as the food goes, you'll be able to feed even the pickiest of guests and make them happy. We chose buffalo chicken spring rolls for our appetizers and they were a crowd favorite! The salad and fruits were fresh, the veggies were grilled to perfection, potatoes were perfectly seasoned, and the chicken was juicy and full of flavor. The presentation was beautiful and, again, I've been getting a ton of compliments from guests about how much they enjoyed their dinner.So now that I've wrote a novel, in summary, if you choose Log Haven as your venue for your wedding, you will not be disappointed! If I had to plan it all over again, with no question, I would still choose Log Haven for our venue! A HUGE thank you to Faith, Natalie, and the rest of the staff for making our day perfect! There was no problem with compliance of the social distancing and mask wearing guidelines and they made everything so comfortable. The staff prompted the groom, best man, ushers and bride and bridesmaids when to walk down the aisle and helped us with everything else throughout the day. They could not have done a better job with everything and if I could give them ten stars I would. I myself got married in the exact same place 36 years ago which was also perfect. If you want your wedding to be flawless and unforgettable, hire Log Haven!

You don’t need to hire an outside wedding planner because Log Haven comes with three fabulous amazing and experienced wedding attendants! Faith Clayton and Kirby made sure our day ran perfectly smooth so that the day was so easy for us. I didn’t have to think of anything because they took care of everything. Everyone who attended our wedding couldn’t say enough great things about it. It was absolutely perfect. The setting was breathtaking, the food and wine were excellent and the staff was the best. The weather turned cold just before my day and since I booked the patio and the amphitheatre I was concerned people might be cold. Thankfully Log Haven was prepared for this and pulling the patio cover, putting heaters out, and supplying blankets for the guests if they wanted them was perfect. Plus everyone loved the hot chocolate and hot cider.

Log Haven was an incredible experience. Even though our wedding was on July 6th and the temperature soared to 103 degrees, the ampitheater was the perfect temperature for all the guests by 6pm . The staff was proactive with handing out refreshments immediately following the ceremony. I would hands down would recommend this venue to everyone. The day of coordinators coordinated the smaller events during the reception (cake cutting, garter toss, first dance, etc) very efficiently and ensured there were no issues. As a bride, they were very attentive to anything I needed. Faith took care of my food and beverages so I could eat and drink quickly between greeting guests. She even got me a garter they had in storage when we realized I left mine at home!!This venue was expensive, but absolutely worth every penny. The rustic elements were subtle and it was a gorgeous setting. All of the out of town guests were in awe of the scenery, on the drive up the canyon and also during the ceremony and the reception. We had little to no decorations other than centerpieces on the tables, the mountains and woods were more than enough!

They have the whole process down to a science. If that alone didn't win you over, their food was to DIE for. We had a buffet style reception with a limited bar. The buffet had chicken and steak and all the fixings. The steak and Bearnaise sauce was delicious, my husband went back for seconds and thirds! I would like to start off by saying that regardless of this review, I had an amazing wedding because I got to marry my best friend and spend the day with family and friends. However, there were a lot of disappointments and I encourage you to read on. I can't say that I was happy with them. Firstly, the Library (where I was married) was not accurately depicted to me. They don't have any photos of the event space and it is assumed the decor matches the rest of the restaurant. Well don't assume, because the rest of the restaurant is beautiful and classy and the Library is basically some hick version of someones mountain living room. I am not kidding when I say I had to ask someone to remove a falling apart bird house and many other \"rustic\" (cheesy) items from our ceremony room and the library was filled with books you'd find at a used book store that are falling apart. They weren't well preserved or leather even, it was like a school library filled with Judy Bloom and Twilight novels. The room was carpeted as well, which I found a bit surprising. Now none of this might be an issue if it was accurately depicted to me or even you. But the fact that they represent a space such as this, to be like the rest of the restaurant is just unacceptable. The staff was also rude and pretentious. I was never introduced to the manager, but I can only assume the man walking around in a suit and tie and telling people what to do was the manager. If you are planning on having your wedding here, don't forget your ID's because no matter if you are in the wedding party, a 60 year old man or just a guest, they will card you and if you don't have it, they will deny you (side note: we were all over 21 with the exception of 5 children). I wasn't warned, so PLEASE make sure to bring it! The only reason this has gotten two stars instead of 1 is because the food was incredible. The chef and kitchen staff deserve amazing credit for putting out such a great meal!

I would like to start off by saying that regardless of this review, I had an amazing wedding because I got to marry my best friend and spend the day with family and friends. However, there were a lot of disappointments and I encourage you to read on. I can't say that I was happy with them. Firstly, the Library (where I was married) was not accurately depicted to me. They don't have any photos of the event space and it is assumed the decor matches the rest of the restaurant. Well don't assume, because the rest of the restaurant is beautiful and classy and the Library is basically some hick version of someones mountain living room. I am not kidding when I say I had to ask someone to remove a falling apart bird house and many other \"rustic\" (cheesy) items from our ceremony room and the library was filled with books you'd find at a used book store that are falling apart. They weren't well preserved or leather even, it was like a school library filled with Judy Bloom and Twilight novels. The room was carpeted as well, which I found a bit surprising. Now none of this might be an issue if it was accurately depicted to me or even you. But the fact that they represent a space such as this, to be like the rest of the restaurant is just unacceptable. The staff was also rude and pretentious. I was never introduced to the manager, but I can only assume the man walking around in a suit and tie and telling people what to do was the manager. Wonderful setting, on-the-ball coordinators, and excellent food! We loved having our reception here. It was absolutely perfect. The restaurant provided complimentary valet parking and canyon passes for all of our guests; and even though we had our reception in mid-July the temperature up in the mountains was cool and refreshing. They have a lovely canopy in case of bad weather, and they were able to move tables around to create a dance floor after dinner. We shared our timeline with our coordinator prior to the event, and on the day itself we did not have to worry about a thing; the Log Haven staff took care of it all! The setting is breathtaking and the food is so yummy as well! We loved it.

It was a little chilly but they put outside heaters up and provided our guests blankets. They were so helpful and kind the entire day, I can't imagine having had our wedding anywhere else. Plus everyone couldn't stop raving about how excellent the food was! I had numerous people tell me and my family that it was the best wedding they've ever been to! Faith is so lovely to work with. And they were also extremely helpful with recommending vendors. We chose almost every vendor from their list, we had the true dream team!

Our experience with Log Haven was wonderful from beginning to end. We got married in the meadow Sept 10, 2016 and it was breathtaking! The leaves were just barely starting to turn. Our reception was across the street at the restaurant where we rented the entire property (inside and outside) and it was perfect!!! Our wedding was about 250 people. We hired a lighting company to string bistro lights over the dance floor and it was dreamy! Faith is one of the wedding coordinators (sales and event manager) and was who we worked with the most. She was on top of everything, responded quickly to emails, and made everything so stress free! The day of the wedding she was fabulous and made sure everything went smoothly. Ian is the general manager/co-owner and was also very helpful the day of the wedding. Our parents gushed about Ian and Faith and how the two of them made sure they were taken care of and having a great time. Thank you so much, Log Haven, for the amazing memories from start to finish!

Faith and Kim were always available to assist and answer any questions. The on-site staff was equally as incredible and worked so hard to make our day perfect. Faith and Cynthia (the on-site supervisor) even brought drinks and ordives over to my husband and I while we took our photos during cocktail hour. Gestures like that meant the world to us, especially since we were able to try all of the delicious food that Log Haven offers. One minor thing that we didn't think about prior to our wedding was a transportation plan for our out-of-town/drinking guests because I found out on the night of that Uber/Lyft does not service up the canyon, only taxis and it took a little bit of time for people to catch rides back to the hotel. Aside from that oversight on our end, we are so grateful that we celebrated our special day at this amazing venue.

I am so unbelievably happy with how my wedding at log haven went. Faith and Cynthia are the event planners there. Cynthia guided the wedding on the day of and we love her! So beautiful at log haven. Married on June 5, 2016 in the evening. Perfect weather and barely needed any decorations. Good was delicious. Costs were made very clear and we met several times to go over everything. I can honestly say that my wedding day was the best day of my life thanks to how perfect everything was at Log Haven. The ceremony location was stunning and walking in through the woods with my dad is a fun and unique memory that we will always have. It was a really cold night but they had space heaters out and people could go inside to warm up. I hope I'm not forgetting anything but you definitely will not be disappointed if you choose Log Haven for your wedding and reception location. We could not have chosen a better venue.

Overall, we loved our wedding at Log Haven, but there were definitely a few bad points along the way which I want to make others aware of in case it happens to them.\r\rFirstly, the good stuff. Well, the location is amazing - the trees, lake, waterfall...all are so beautiful. The food was delicious and the serving staff were polite and friendly. We had our wedding in the meadow and then had dinner in the restaurant with a few guests. It was a small wedding.\r\rNow, sadly the bad points. We are 99% sure we weren't told about the additional 20% charge of the total amount, but when we asked about it after the shock wore off, we were told by the event coordinator that she 'has worked there for years and has never not told anyone about this cost' and that we were mistaken. She was absolutely correct in stating that it says in the event details that there will be an added service charge, but we naively thought that that was for the meal only. What we don't understand, is why isn't the charge in writing from the very beginning? Why is it just stated as 'service charge?' and not 'a 20% service charge'? We feel like it was really misleading. If all the costs are discussed upfront then there are no surprises later. \r\rSecondly, my husband and I were in a long distance relationship, so we had asked that we both be cc'd in the emails so that we both got the information. This was virtually never done despite countless reminders to the event coordinator. I really felt like I was bugging her by constantly reminding her, but I'm not sure why 'reply all' just wasn't pressed after each email! It meant that I missed important information, and as my husband is in the military, he can't always check his emails on a regular basis. I would also ask her a few questions in the email, and would constantly only receive the answer to one of the questions in return, which meant numerous emails back and forth. I understand that they must be busy, but it was really unprofessional. \r\rAlso, There was a total of 13 people at our wedding. From the beginning, the coordinator knew that it was going to be between 12 and 14 people. A couple of months before I had asked the event coordinator the dimensions of the table so that I could get a table runner made for it and had asked for one long table. She said that wasn't a problem and gave me the dimensions. Then ONE WEEK before the wedding she emailed to tell us that we would be seated at 2 separate tables due to having 13 guests, and that we would be served separately due to having more than 12 guests. That really annoyed us as what's one more guest?! Surely an exception can be made? Luckily, in the end I reminded her about having all my decorations made and she managed to accommodate us, but that was a freak out I didn't need a week before the big day...\r\rReally, the main thing was the extra cost. We did accept it in the end (and gave an additional gratuity as the day went really well), we just wish that they were upfront about the exact cost in writing from the beginning, instead of fingers pointing the blame at us 'not remembering' the cost discussion. It does seem like they have got a little too comfortable with their 5* rating, as the customer service was definitely not up to par.\r\rOverall, yes, we would recommend Log Haven for your wedding, just make sure you ask about ALL the costs up front. It really is a beautiful place and we had a wonderful day.

Well, the location is amazing - the trees, lake, waterfall...all are so beautiful. The food was delicious and the serving staff were polite and friendly. We had our wedding in the meadow and then had dinner in the restaurant with a few guests. It was a small wedding.\r\rNow, sadly the bad points. We are 99% sure we weren't told about the additional 20% charge of the total amount, but when we asked about it after the shock wore off, we were told by the event coordinator that she 'has worked there for years and has never not told anyone about this cost' and that we were mistaken. She was absolutely correct in stating that it says in the event details that there will be an added service charge, but we naively thought that that was for the meal only. What we don't understand, is why isn't the charge in writing from the very beginning? Why is it just stated as 'service charge?' and not 'a 20% service charge'? We feel like it was really misleading. If all the costs are discussed upfront then there are no surprises later. \r\rSecondly, my husband and I were in a long distance relationship, so we had asked that we both be cc'd in the emails so that we both got the information. This was virtually never done despite countless reminders to the event coordinator. I really felt like I was bugging her by constantly reminding her, but I'm not sure why 'reply all' just wasn't pressed after each email! It meant that I missed important information, and as my husband is in the military, he can't always check his emails on a regular basis. I would also ask her a few questions in the email, and would constantly only receive the answer to one of the questions in return, which meant numerous emails back and forth. I understand that they must be busy, but it was really unprofessional. \r\rAlso, There was a total of 13 people at our wedding. From the beginning, the coordinator knew that it was going to be between 12 and 14 people. A couple of months before I had asked the event coordinator the dimensions of the table so that I could get a table runner made for it and had asked for one long table. She said that wasn't a problem and gave me the dimensions. Then ONE WEEK before the wedding she emailed to tell us that we would be seated at 2 separate tables due to having 13 guests, and that we would be served separately due to having more than 12 guests. That really annoyed us as what's one more guest?! Surely an exception can be made? Luckily, in the end I reminded her about having all my decorations made and she managed to accommodate us, but that was a freak out I didn't need a week before the big day...\r\rReally, the main thing was the extra cost. We did accept it in the end (and gave an additional gratuity as the day went really well), we just wish that they were upfront about the exact cost in writing from the beginning, instead of fingers pointing the blame at us 'not remembering' the cost discussion. It does seem like they have got a little too comfortable with their 5* rating, as the customer service was definitely not up to par.\r\rOverall, yes, we would recommend Log Haven for your wedding, just make sure you ask about ALL the costs up front. It really is a beautiful place and we had a wonderful day.

We were so happy with Log Haven from our first visit there to when we exited on our wedding day. Faith provided exemplary customer service and definitely made sure that we were well taken care of. She took the time to get to know us and our style and made us feel cared for and respected as individuals throughout the process. Additionally, the venue is so beautiful! That is what drew us there in the first place - the location. It is a beautiful cabin-in-the-woods-feel paired with elegance in a stunning outdoor backdrop. \rThe food was excellent. We chose to have 2 hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour (the only downside was that they ran out of appetizers; I would recommend to other couples to have more than we did!). Everyone loved the hors d'oeuvres. We then did a dinner buffet that was filling and was made with natural ingredients, which also was something we were looking for. The food was loved by us and all of our guests.\rFaith and her team were really so excellent to work with. They made sure that things flowed seamlessly and that we could enjoy our wedding day without stressing about anything. That, combined with Log Haven’s natural beauty, made this an excellent ceremony and reception venue that we so highly recommend!

I had my ceremony and reception at Log Haven this summer. Everything was absolutely perfect! The scenery cannot be beat, and the location is much more convenient than some of the other mountain venues. It is only three miles up Millcreek Canyon, so it is easy to access, yet still feels like you're out of the city. The staff was wonderful and the food was excellent! It is a little pricey, but I think the prices are similar to the nicer venues in Salt Lake. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, but make sure to reserve it well in advance because it is usually booked out a couple months in advance.

I couldn't have been more disappointed in my interaction with Log Haven. I communicated with the venue every day for over a week, expressing my interest in a particular date. As I learned the necessary details, I was consistently assured that my date was available. I asked several times if it was necessary to provide any kind of down payment to reserve my date and was told it wasn't necessary. Once I was ready to officially announce my date to friends and family, I called Log Haven to provide my credit card information and officially reserve the venue. The individual I spoke with wasn't willing to take my credit card information and asked me to call back the next day, but did assure me that the venue was still available for me. I had a very short engagement, so at that point I communicated to friends and family the date the ceremony would take place and they began booking their flights into town. The next morning, I called Log Haven again to provide payment. Suddenly, I was told that the venue had just been reserved and was no longer available to me. Of course, I expressed my dissatisfaction and rather than being willing to work with me, the women in charge of booking the venue couldn't have cared less and ultimately hung up on me. This put me into complete panic mode and I looked for any venue I could find. Fortunately, Millcreek Inn, just down the street, was available and provided a magnificent experience. The people at Millcreek were completely the opposite of the people at Log Haven. They were legitimately interested in taking good care of me and ensuring the perfect experience. The people at Log Haven, on the other hand, acted like it was my pleasure to be working with them. I'd strongly encourage people to not utilize Log Haven's services. The people at Millcreek Inn are likely to provide a superior experience.

Don't go here! Worse customer service around. Due to a mix up on their end, they canceled our wedding booking three weeks before the date. We ended up at Millcreek Inn and it was PERFECT. They were so accommodating, professional and had better food plus you get the whole place to yourself.

And we had fun there. The only downfall was the bridal suite was really small and Really only the Bride could get ready there. I had my Bridesmaid get their hair and makeup done somewhere else, and they did but on there dresses there. But over all it was a great place to have a wedding.

Log Haven is an amazing location for a outdoor wedding outside of town. The people were extrememly helpful and were willing to work with us so that our day went smoothly. The food was amazing (buffet) and the service was great. Because it's up off the road, it was quiet. We never even noticed that main dinner service for the restaurant was going on at the same time. Our guests gushed about how beautiful the location was! Plus, you can get away with fairly simple decorations because Log Haven is amazing on it's own.

Everything was perfect about holding my wedding at Log Haven. The event staff, Faith and Joni, were incredible at helping us think through the preparations. When it snowed the day before out wedding, they made a million adjustments to ensure that it went off without a hitch. Brenda was a fabulous lead server. I always had everything I wanted or needed and they were so attentive to our guests. My guests are still talking, 1 month later, about the incredible service, beautiful location and amazing (always) food! Thank you Log Haven!

The staff was very attentive and was always checking with me to make sure everything was going as it should. The food was AMAZING I had several compliments from guests afterwards about how wonderful it was. The only negative was the expense of the alcohol, without being able to provide our own and having them charge the restaurant price it added up very fast. We also had some issues with our bill that have yet to be resolved. Since they caught my groom as we were trying to leave (with all our guests waiting for us outside) he didn't have time to stay and review it with the owner. However, they do have the option of a cash bar. Also, the owner was very rude to my dj when it was time to end the dancing. Instead of warning him that things needed to come to a close he threatened to \"un-plug\" him if he didn't stop. All in all however it was a great day that we'll never forget.
