Lomas Santa Fe Country Club made the whole wedding planning experience easy so my now husband and I could focus on the day. From handling the amazing food to coordinating the table florals, the team at Lomas works really hard to give you a perfect day. Some highlights from ours: (1) The food. The chef is phenomenal and very flexible when it came to our diet restrictive guests. Everything we tried was amazing and I got rave reviews from my guests that there was more than enough delicious food throughout the event. Also, all the stars for our âgetting readyâ brunch spread with fun carved fruit included. (2) The staff. From Caryn and Chelsi to the whole bar/wait staff day off, everyone was so kind and seemed genuinely happy to be there. They really made our event feel even more special. Shout out to our waitress who ended up finding us before her shift was over to give big hugs and wish us well. (3) Location and facility. Both my husband and I are from San Diego and knew we wanted to be more central for our North County and Downtown friends and this was the perfect spot. Our golden hour pictures with the ocean in the background and shots in front of the iconic Lomas window were beautiful. Additionally, both getting ready spaces were private, large, and (for the bride) had a large area to do makeup and hair. The actual event space required very little decoration too since the ceremony space is on the golf course with the ocean in the distance and an arch is included in your package. Also, the reception space is just beautiful on its own with the huge fireplace, wood beam ceilings and chandeliers.Overall, my wedding planning experience was very seamless due in large part to the great group at Lomas.

After several tours with less than amazing experiences arriving at Lomas Santa Fe was a breath of fresh air. We were met by Chelsi who handles all of the events at the venue. She was warm and friendly. We were immediately at ease. She chatted with us to get a good idea of our needs, our vision, and the logistics. She walked us through the venue giving us ideas about walk we could do that aligned with the vision of our big day. We immediately connected because my then Fiancé, now wife, and I are big foodies. We were incredibly excited when we found out that they were open to customizing the menu. Both the ceremony and the reception areas were simply gorgeous. After meeting Chelsi we visited another venue out on Coronado Island which we were initially excited for, we found ourselves comparing everything to Lomas. We actually cancelled following tours because we were almost immediately decided on Lomas. After we finalized the paperwork we began planning the wedding. Chelsi was with us every step of the way. This made it obvious that they aren't a wedding mill, they only do a certain number of weddings yearly. They are highly skilled and this limit allows them to give you tons of personal attention. When it came to the tasting my wife and I actually wrote the entire menu and the chef was incredibly open to giving it a try. And when we had 2 pages of notes after the tasting not only was he not upset he was kind and grateful for the honest feedback. As we approached the day the fact that many of the normal wedding necessities were included made things so much simpler. Especially the cake! They were with Fab Cakes and not only do they make great cake but they've won Cake Wars 3 times! You can easily judge a venue by it's partners. This is another huge point for Lomas. Everyone from the bakery to the DJ to the Rental House to the florist. They were all truly fantastic. Chelsi stayed on top of everything even when we were lagging behind. On the day she helped coordinate the ceremony which was moderately complex due to it being a traditional Jewish Wedding. Which was no problem for them! All in all it was a truly amazing experience, we would and have already recommended Lomas Santa Fe to many of our friends and family! We look forward to going back to celebrate anniversaries!!!

Beautiful Wedding VenueMy daughter's wedding was held at the beautiful Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. Chelsi is just awesome to work with. She explains all the details and listens to all your wants, needs and concerns. She She really helps to bring your wedding envision to life. This is a wonderful Country Club with amazing staff all there to help make your wedding day perfect! The clubhouse has a beautiful light bright women's club room for bride and bridesmaids to get ready in as well as the men's room for the groom and groomsmen. The ceremony site is so pretty. The long staircase makes for a beautiful and dramatic wedding party and bride entrance. We had our cocktail hour on the patio overlooking the golf course. This area is so stunning when the sun is setting. From the patio double doors your guests enter the reception dining room. The room has a full wall of windows overlooking the patio and golf course which allowed full view of the amazing sunset! It also has an open beam wood ceiling with iron chandeliers and a beautiful fireplace. We really enjoyed the flow from the reception room and the outdoor patio as guests could walk about as they enjoyed the outdoor patio bar. The food for our wedding reception was delicious. The staff at Lomas is Superb and will make sure all your wedding day needs are met. This is truly a special place especially for a Wedding Venue!!

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. It was absolutely gorgeous! Chelsi was amazing from start to finish, she is detail oriented and a great communicator. She helped make our wedding perfect! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We also loved the newly remodeled getting ready room for the bridesmaids. We felt blessed to work with Chelsi and her team and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married near the coast!

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. It was absolutely gorgeous! Chelsi was amazing from start to finish, she is detail oriented and a great communicator. She helped make our wedding perfect! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was friendly and very helpful. We also loved the newly remodeled getting ready room for the bridesmaids. We absolutely loved having our wedding at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. From the first moment of our tour, we were so wowed by Chelsi, her expertise, and just how many options were available at the venue to customize the wedding exactly how we wanted it. It was different than some other venues we had toured that were a little more rigid about the packages, which was very refreshing. She was always super responsive and helpful, especially when we had dumb questions (of which there were several). We also appreciated how accommodating the venue was for guests who needed a quiet space to pump, were in a wheelchair and couldn't use stairs, etc. - everything had an easy answer. All of the staff we had the pleasure of interacting with, whether it be our wedding day or menu tasting, were an absolute delight and always made sure we were not hungry or thirsty - very important! Our guests gave us many comments about how delicious the food was and how much they liked our signature cocktail. 10/10, five stars, 100%, A+!

Chelsi was great from the very beginning - and was extremely patient with me through the whole process (even after changing my linen selections 3 different times haha). The staff was super friendly and they took such good care of us and our guests. Shout out to Pattie for making sure we had everything we needed the whole night! We also got so many compliments on the foodâŠthe Buffalo chicken sliders at cocktail hour were a huge hit! The whole team at Lomas made everything so easy. Trust me when I say that your wedding will be stressful enoughâŠtake my advice and book Lomas right now. You wonât regret it!

Our wedding was truly a dream come true because of Chelsi and the rest of the LSFCC!! Chelsi worked her magic with our budget to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Chelsi, the event coordinator, greeted us and first sat us down to understand what our wants/needs were for a venue. She then conducted a great venue tour and really set the scene for us. We left the venue with a packet full of details and an overwhelming sense of calmness knowing that Chelsi would be an amazing help through the whole planning process and wedding day.Fast forward to wedding day -- the vendors Lomas works with did an amazing job on florals and rentals, everything was set up as we hoped, the food was AMAZING (so many guests came up to make this comment to us), and the staff was so helpful for me and my husband. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in Solana Beach.

We got married here in July, and it could not have been better! Chelsi is the best out there, and she gave me so much peace of mind going into the wedding weekend. She stays on top of all details for you, and makes the planning process so easy! Her staff is incredible and so caring. They were extremely attentive to all guests, and made sure my husband and I were well taken care of throughout the entire night. I would recommend this venue and staff to anyone looking in the area! She was willing and able to work with our budget to provide an absolutely perfect day. Everyone was so helpful and made the day completely seamless. We have have only had amazing compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how much everyone loved the food (especially the appetizers) and how kind the team was in accommodating to our guests needs. She was willing and able to work with our budget to provide an absolutely perfect day. Everyone was so helpful and made the day completely seamless. We have have only had amazing compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how much everyone loved the food (especially the appetizers) and how kind the team was in accommodating to our guests needs. We had THE best day EVER at this amazing venue! Chelsi is so amazing and so wonderful at her job! We first met her at the Bridal Bazaar in May of 2021. We were looking for a venue that not only provided pretty much everything BUT someone who served brunch; and LSFCC was our spot! After asking for multiple quotes, Chelsi worked with us from beginning to end to make sure our special day was perfect! We felt welcomed at the club with every single staff member, the food was amazing, and our reception was laid out so perfectly. Words can't describe how Blessed we are to not only have found Chelsi and LSFCC BUT for our wedding to go so amazingly well!

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club is the most beautiful venue and has the most amazing staff! We got married on 6/18/2022 and we could not have chosen a better venue for our special dayâ€ïž. Chelsi and her team made the process smooth and easy. They were able to answer all of our questions, calm our nerves, and they were always ready to assist us with our last minute changes. We used majority of the vendors the venue recommended and they were so amazing and easy to work with! During our reception, the staff members serving us were so kind and always made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Our guests kept telling us the food for cocktail hour and the reception were so delicious! Our special day felt so perfect and stress free. Two weeks before our wedding date, COVID hit and we made the difficult decision to postpone. Up to that point, we had a wonderful experience planning and putting together our wedding. Our tasting had been delicious and our coordinator was super responsive. When we made the decision to postpone, the staff was extremely empathetic and worked with us to book a new date.Two years and four postponements later, Chelsi stepped in and helped finally make our dream day come to life. Chelsi was super responsive, always patient when I had a new idea and she helped hone my vision. Day of was wonderful. The entire staff was kind, joyful and made me feel like they were cheering us on too! The food was fantastic, we could not get enough of the coconut shrimp, ahi poke tacos, or the bruschetta. Dinner was wonderful as well. I had the salmon and my husband had the steak. Both were so good we actually sat long enough to enjoy! I had initially been avoiding booking at a country club. My dream was to be married in the redwoods, my husbands dream was the beach. Enter LSFCC and you get a perfect combo of beach-town and rich wood beamed reception space. If youâre looking for your dream venue, look no further!

Lomas Santa Fe Country Club has the wedding game nailed. Chelsi, the events director there, is an awesome gal to work with. She provided anything that we needed and then some. Very attentive and quick to respond. She made me comfortable enough to plan my wedding with confidence. (I still got and suggest a day of coordinator, makes for a no stress wedding day)They personalize your experience while being cost effective. You're able to work with vendors that are included in your package, which are all wonderful. It takes out a lot of time having to track the right vendors down and they all know exactly what they're dealing with since they are used to weddings there. You can customize your chair color, linens, centerpieces, and desserts all included. Chelsi also provided fantastic recommendations for any other vendors you may need.On the day of, my photographer said the venue had everything she could dream of. Our area to get ready was huge, I had 11 gals in the room getting ready with 3 stylists and there was plenty of room. It had a cute lounge area for pictures, the perfect first look spot (that have our moms a front row view that they loved!) The staff on the day of was better than we could have ever asked for. I heard from so many people how wonderful their service was. The food! The appetizers were delicious and my friends and family were raving about how good it was. Overall it was such a wonderful experience and I would highly suggest Lomas Santa Fe Country Club to anyone and everyone.

This is your sign, darling! Book the venue! Chelsi and her team at Lomas are phenomenal; and, even that does not truly capture the true awesomeness of the team and this venue. I described a vision, showed Chelsi some pictures, and she made it come to life. Chef created a true culinary experience that delighted our guests and was described as \"the best wedding food I have had and ever will have.\" The Sommelier was artistic in his pairings and truly elevated our dining experience with expertly chosen wines to compliment Chef's creativity. Now, for the logistics - THEY WILL FIT YOUR BUDGET! We had a small wedding and wanted it to be magnificent - so we used much of our budget in the smaller details. Chelsi works with Amy at Evermore Floral - again, I sent some pictures and Amy created a fairy tale. I say this because you don't have to worry about a florist or pastry chef or catering or bartender. We brought our own photographer and harpist; but, Chelsi has a great selection of vendors and Lomas is dedicated to helping you create a day that will surpass your expectations. I could truly gush for hours. I would recommend Lomas Santa Fe Country Club to any person because they can truly make your dreams come true.

Loma Santa Fe County Club is a BEAUTIFUL venue, but not as perfect as it could be. A pathway for wheel chairs off to the side to connect to the ceremony would have been nice for family or friends who are on wheel chairs. Other than that the place was great. For me personally I thought the staff was what made the venue amazing. Every staff member I interacted with was VERY polite, professional, and accommodating. Chelsi, the Event Sales Director, is an AMAZING person. The communication between us was on point. When ever we had questions we wouldnât wait long for a response. When we didnât understand something, she would explain with no hint of frustration. When we had a concern she would take care of it. Her guidance on everything was crazily on point. During our reception, the staff that served us were awesome, especially the staff member that took care of my wife and I, if only I could remember her name, she was SUPER nice. The meals served was AMAZINGLY delicious. So good that even when my nerves was not allowing my stomach to eat, the second my tongue touched the braised beef, I couldnât stop eating. So good til this day Iâm still thinking about eating it. There just so much more good to say that this review does not do our experience justice. The best way to understand our AWESOME experience would be to experience the quality of service for yourself. Thank you Loma Santa Fe Country Club, Chelsi, and staff. You gave us an amazing experience and a wonderful memory weâll never forget. Our one special day there is now going to last us a lifetime. You all started off our Marriage PERFECT. Thank you.

When we arrived for an initial tour of the venue, we were immediately impressed with the sales process. Chelsi Duff sat us down, offered us drinks, and began to walk through a slide show of previous weddings at Lomas. Having had a family wedding here a couple years prior, we were well aware of how pretty the venue could be, especially at sunset in the summer!Chelsi was really open to modifying aspects of their pre-built packages and went back and forth with us in emails (well over 100!). She always responded very quickly and answered every question we had.We looked at 7 other venues in the Greater San Diego area and Chelsi was by far the most impressive venue director. Additionally, Lomasâ deposit schedule was much more reasonable than other venues we considered â some venues required half of the total cost of the wedding in cash upfront! We were really thankful that Lomas gave us more time to pay. Lomasâ package prices overall offered great value too compared to other venues in the area.Lomas gave us a collection of distinct spaces to help guests enjoy the evening. For instance, we had a cocktail party outside on the porch during sunset (beautiful!). Inside, there was of course space for a dance floor, but also (1) an area for the band (2) a space for a photo booth (3) a cake display (4) a fireplace for memory photos of loved ones (5) an ice cream bar (6) a gifts table (7) areas for privately getting ready (i.e. adjusting the brideâs bustle) (8) a kids room (more on that below). Of course there was also the grand exit pathway (and we could use sparklers!). Chelsi was especially understanding of our concerns around hosting an event during Covid, always keeping us in the loop on the latest public health guidance with respect to venues and weddings. We were able to have our wedding reception there on the day we had initially planned the whole time, but weâre sure that if restrictions were to arise, Lomas would have been flexible. We were concerned that recent staffing shortages in the restaurant industry would have affected the quality of service (and since weddings had been put on pause for a while!) but everything went SO SMOOTHLY!We really enjoyed our tasting and the food at the wedding!! Lomas had so many options for appetizers and displays. We also really liked that we could give our guests the choice of an entree during a plated dinner. Surprisingly, we preferred the chicken plate to the steak option! The bar package was also well-priced and we liked that the package included wine service with dinner â which the servers diligently provided throughout dinner. Lomas also worked with us to have signature cocktails, which was a great added touch.We knew there would be a lot of children at our wedding and Lomas was accommodating of that â we discussed options and ended up having some of the younger children hang out with babysitters we hired in the card room. We were able to set up a projector there, provided by Lomas, and brought in some toys / goodie bags for the kids. This was a game changer for us because we really wanted parents to not have to worry about their children at the event and so it was so great that Lomas was able to accommodate a kidsâ room!We canât emphasize enough that for the combination of location, service quality, flexibility, and space, Lomas offers far and beyond more value than literally every other venue we considered! Chelsi at Lomas was simply amazing throughout the entire process, from start to finish! Not only was she always available for questions, she gave great advice when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. She is so knowledgeable, and she gives great advice. All of her recommendations were spot on! Lomas is the perfect place for your special day, the food was amazing, our guests are still talking about how great everything was (we had stations...highly recommend that). Mike was phenomenal at the bar, and kept all of our guests happy...but not too happy :) If you're considering Lomas Santa Fe CC for your special day, I can't recommend them, and their amazing staff, highly enough!

Not only was she always available for questions, she gave great advice when I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. She is so knowledgeable, and she gives great advice. All of her recommendations were spot on! Lomas is the perfect place for your special day, the food was amazing, our guests are still talking about how great everything was (we had stations...highly recommend that). Mike was phenomenal at the bar, and kept all of our guests happy...but not too happy :) If you're considering Lomas Santa Fe CC for your special day, I can't recommend them, and their amazing staff, highly enough!

Lomas Santa Fe CC was such an amazing venue! When my husband and I were first looking at wedding venues, we checked out an empty warehouse that would be a complete DIY wedding and we thought that's the route we would go. Once we met with Chelsi (amazing event manager) she showed us how easy the whole planning process was going to be and it was a no brainer! As a Bride that isn't very detail oriented, they made the whole experience so easy for us. I hate having to do research on vendors and they already included the bakery and florist which made it so much easier, we even went with the photographer they recommended. Even though we were in the middle of the pandemic, Lomas SF was so prepared and I believe we were their third wedding once everything opened back up and we had no hiccups. They even had a great full refund policy if there had been another shutdown...luckily we didn't have to go that route! The day itself was so perfect, the staff and food was amazing. The decorations looked great, which were all included with our package. For food, we did the small plates which our guests thought was so fun! We had a southern comfort station, slider station, and chinese take out station. Definitely a more unique experience, that some of my friends did talk about. All our guests raved about the beautiful venue and their experience. Overall, it was such a perfect day and there isn't anything I would change!

As a Bride that isn't very detail oriented, they made the whole experience so easy for us. I hate having to do research on vendors and they already included the bakery and florist which made it so much easier, we even went with the photographer they recommended. Even though we were in the middle of the pandemic, Lomas SF was so prepared and I believe we were their third wedding once everything opened back up and we had no hiccups. They even had a great full refund policy if there had been another shutdown...luckily we didn't have to go that route! The day itself was so perfect, the staff and food was amazing. The decorations looked great, which were all included with our package. For food, we did the small plates which our guests thought was so fun! We had a southern comfort station, slider station, and chinese take out station. Definitely a more unique experience, that some of my friends did talk about. All our guests raved about the beautiful venue and their experience. Overall, it was such a perfect day and there isn't anything I would change!

It had everything that we wanted in a venue: beautiful views, ceremony & reception in one place, indoor/outdoor options for our guests during the reception, close hotels with shuttle options (no drinking & driving), ability for guests to leave cars overnight, food and drink included, beautiful rooms for wedding parties to get ready, beautiful scenery for pictures, and they handle setup and tear down. The staff at Lomas is extremely knowledgable and helpful to give you all the ideas you need to help create a beautiful personalized wedding. Chelsi was wonderful to work with for everything pre-wedding and planning related, and Jordyn was so accommodating to work with for all the final details and post-wedding. Lomas has so much included in what you pay for - food, drink, dessert (SweetCheeks), ceremony and reception setup and tear down, and all furniture. The day of the wedding could not have gone better and the staff truly helped make it what it was. According to our guests, the food was the best wedding food they had ever had. The bartenders and servers during the night were also a hit and engaged with our guests perfectly and ensured we had fun. Lomas was the most perfect venue in all aspects that we needed and ended up being even better than we anticipated once we heard how happy all of our guests were.

We were greeted by Chelsi who we (my fiancĂ©, planner and I) worked with throughout the planning process. Chelsi was easy to talk to and informative about all the vendors the venue worked with. She also clearly explained the packages and package prices, which was helpful when making comparisons for our budget.The vendors we worked with had terrific options and were all extremely professional. Every representative from the vendors we spoke and met with were friendly and gave us the necessary information we required to make decisions. The day of our wedding everything went seamless... as far as I know. If there were any issues or logistical problems, I never knew of them which is the best way to handle a bride on her wedding day. They kept my day as stress free as it could possibly be. The grounds of Lomas Santa Fe Country Club are gorgeous. The outside of the clubhouse appears to have a Spanish influence. Our ceremony was on the green and the reception was in the clubhouse. We were married in November and the weather was perfect on the green. The guests (we ended up with 93) had a view of the sunset during cocktail hour on the covered patio connected to the clubhouse. The green turned into a beautiful photo opportunity following the ceremony with the sunset and some scattered trees on the grounds. The inside of the clubhouse is more of a ranch style design with a gorgeous fireplace and iron light fixtures. The lobby area is nicely designed with modern velvet seating. Overall the design leaves plenty of room for someoneâs imagination to run wild if they want to go crazy with wedding decor, but is still very nice if they want to keep things minimal.Thank you to Chelsi and everyone at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club who made our wedding day perfect. All of our guests continue to compliment us on how they enjoyed it and I would recommend this venue to anyone!

This venue is seriously a dream come true! From the minute we walked in, the staff was so friendly and open, making us feel right at home. Chelsi is absolutely amazing to work with. She really does love what she does and is always willing to take the time to listen, take your call and very timely on email communication. She makes sure that everything is communicated and is understood from the context Of the contract to the end of the wedding day. The chefs really love what they do and the tasting was seriously the best (so come hungry)! I honestly wish that was a menu there cause I'd eat there every weekend! I am trying to replicate the food! :). The servers are so sweet and loving and really want to help as well with whatever you need. This is a venue that takes pride is giving you the perfect wedding and expierience until the end. I was a bit stressed my wedding day, and Chelsi made sure to calm those nerves for me, come in and help me through it and then make me laugh right before I walked down. This place became family and I think it's all around worth it! The florists that comes with our package, the donut place and people we worked with all are family there and simply amazing people! I am actually sad that my wedding is over because I loved going over things with everyone and just having heart to hearts with Chelsi, as your not just a client but a friend she genuinely cares about. This is an amazing place... hopefully this will be where my baby shower is held!!!!

This is a venue that takes pride is giving you the perfect wedding and expierience until the end. I was a bit stressed my wedding day, and Chelsi made sure to calm those nerves for me, come in and help me through it and then make me laugh right before I walked down. This place became family and I think it's all around worth it! The florists that comes with our package, the donut place and people we worked with all are family there and simply amazing people! I am actually sad that my wedding is over because I loved going over things with everyone and just having heart to hearts with Chelsi, as your not just a client but a friend she genuinely cares about. This is an amazing place... hopefully this will be where my baby shower is held!!!!

Chelsi worked with us to understand all of our options and was very helpful in explaining how each of the different arrangements worked. During the planning process, we had to change a few things here and there and Chelsi was extremely responsive and accommodating.On our actual wedding day, everything went perfectly! The venue was beautiful, all of the logistics were executed flawlessly, and the food, staff, etc. were just great. We were so happy with how everything turned out. One of the big reasons we chose LSFCC is that we wanted to do a brunch wedding and they clearly were experienced at doing brunch weddings, specifically. The tasting and your were amazing and they recommend truly the BEST vendors. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, and the flow of the event was lovely -- from the golf course ceremony, to the cocktail hour on the covered patio, and the dinner reception in the warm, inviting clubhouse. It really has a lot of character, which was exactly what I was looking for. Krissi and Chelsi were prompt with every single email response, extremely organized and easy to work with, and always made me feel welcomed. The food at our wedding was divine, and the servers were very sweet and attentive to me and my new husband. Everything went off without a hitch, truly! Thanks to Krissi and Chelsi, our big day was flawless. I knew this was going to be the place from the moment we stepped in the door. Everyone was so patient and understanding and extremely cooperative. All my guests loved the décor and the food. It was so gorgeous. All the vendors are through the country club which made it a hundred times easier. The center pieces, cake, dinner and appetizers. There was no extra cake cutting fee or champagne fee or beer/wine fee. We were also able to bring a few of our traditional wedding desserts and the crew had a table ready to go. It was a great experience and the packages were reasonably price considering all the accommodations. I also liked that we were able to upgrade outside of the regular package which was nice. I loved the location and that it was quiet and the venue was easy to find for those who don't drive around much. Overall, it was definitely a day to remember and I'm glad to have met such a wonderful team. I'll definitely be recommending this venue if someone asks. Thanks a bunch guys!

My wife and I were married at Lomas on 2/6/16, Saturday, at 4PM and we could not be happier with our decision to choose this amazing venue for our special day. I will start with a review of the venue and then work my way down to the food and the people. The course is amazing and the location the set up for the ceremony is perfect with a spectacular view of the 10th hole and the ocean behind you. At 4pm the sun was beginning to go down over the water and it made for a truly amazing view and pictures of the ceremony. Now to my personal favorite part. The food. The name of the chef is escaping me and it's a travesty because this guy deserves all the credit in the world. Everything was phenomenal. We had the Sliders, Tacos, Mashtini, and Truffle mac and cheese. I could go on for pages describing how amazing each one is but I'll stick to this... That was some of the best food I have eaten in my entire life anywhere, and that mac and cheese might have been the very best thing I have EVER eaten in my life. Lastly and this is perhaps the most truly important part of what made our day so special was the people. The Event coordinator Chelsi Duff and the Regional Director of Sales Krissi Trevino were so amazing and went so far above and beyond I don't know what we would have done without them. Together they helped us out through the process and took so much stress off of our backs so were able to fully enjoy the experience. You could tell that these were two people that genuinely cared about us, their job, and making this day as special and as painless as possible for us. I can't thank them and everybody involved in the venue enough for giving us the perfect day.

My wife and I were married at Lomas on 2/6/16, Saturday, at 4PM and we could not be happier with our decision to choose this amazing venue for our special day. I will start with a review of the venue and then work my way down to the food and the people. The course is amazing and the location the set up for the ceremony is perfect with a spectacular view of the 10th hole and the ocean behind you. At 4pm the sun was beginning to go down over the water and it made for a truly amazing view and pictures of the ceremony. I asked Chelsi to plan my wedding and reception so that I could show up and get married without worrying about any of the details. I was dazzled by the details on my wedding day. It was beautiful. My husband and I were looking for a venue that was flexible with live music, had a nice ambiance, and was an indoor/outdoor experience. Lomas Santa Fe Country Club was able to accommodate all of these things, and went above and beyond to make our wedding spectacular. The ceremony space is really beautiful and feels private, as the golfers are redirected so that they aren't in view during the ceremony. Recently renovated, the ballroom is beautiful and functional. We had access to the large outdoor patio all night, which was great to cool off (if you plan to throw a killer dance party). If you go see this venue, try to see it when another wedding is set up as the decor makes a huge difference and some of their older furniture is removed. The food was amazing on our wedding day and exceeded our expectations from our tasting-- our guests are still raving about the food, saying it was the best wedding food that they have ever had. We ordered late-night Mini California Burritos, which may have been one of our best wedding decisions. My husband and I were thrilled with the location, too. It was convenient for our out-of-state guests, with many great hotels and beaches nearby. Above it all, however, I think my favorite aspect of Lomas was the staff. Chelsi, the event coordinator was great-- she was so responsive, organized, and helped everything come together perfectly. Even our own wedding planner commented how nice it was to work with her, and said that the venue in general is one of the easiest to work with in her experience. Lomas Santa Fe has a real gem in Chelsi. If you want to throw a memorable wedding, with a flexible and beautiful venue, choose Lomas Santa Fe Country Club.

We had our wedding here on 8/1/15 and it was the most magical day ever. From the beginning, once we saw LSFCC we knew it was the right venue for us. Krissi and Chelsi were so welcoming, accommodating, and patient throughout the process. We were so tired of looking at venues and feeling like the directors were more of salespersons, but we did not get that feeling at all at LSFCC. We felt like our day mattered and would be held to the upmost degree, regardless of the number of guests or money spent. We chose the Platinum package as it best fit our needs with our 110 guests. It was so convenient to have Sweet Cheeks Bakery and The Flower Shop Encinitas connected to our package because it made wedding planning SO EASY. Let me tell you, it can be a lot of work over your engagement, and this venue made it a piece of cake. Sweet Cheeks Bakery was AMAZING and so easy to work with. Chocolate cake with coconut filling was the bomb. Also, The Flower Shop Encinitas, Amy to be specific, was probably the most kind and sincere vendor. Her work was BEAUTIFUL and she was the sweetest. We loved our special day...from the outdoor ceremony overlooking the ocean, but far enough away it wasn't \"beachy.\" We still had the classic country club feel, and felt like it was a wedding, not a hotel ballroom or on the beach in public with sand (not our style). We had Rachel Finn from I Do Weddings to coordinate our event, and she was THE BEST. Rachel, Krissi, and Chelsi were able to work together to allow my husband and I to have the most hassle free day. I highly suggest a wedding coordinator to deal with all the extra venue calls, scheduling, etc. We had her for the day of. Krissi and Chelsi were there to organize the actual venue but were always there to help out with suggestions for decor, vendors, etc. Thomas Giglio was our musician/ DJ and he was THE BEST. He played live acoustic music during our ceremony, and it gave it the most personal feeling. He set up all the equipment and microphones. He then played acoustic during cocktail hour, and then turned Vegas-club worthy DJ at the reception. We spoke with several recommended DJs before finding Thomas, which we were so glad we held out. These DJs were so oldschool (chicken & money dance, etc.) and we wanted NOTHING to do with group dances. Thomas really listened to our needs, and was so supportive, and was so great!! Check him out! We used Half-Full Photography, and again, Joey and April were the best photographers for the style and vibe we wanted. So many photographers were old-school with prom poses and cheesy golf cart photos, which is not our style. Joey and April are THE BEST for the quality, experience, and are so personable. Lastly, we used Wedding Bokeh for our Videographer. Ruben was the man! He was so laid back and made me feel so comfortable and even went to get me some champagne when my nerves were high tension the day of! He was very professional and kind, and we can't wait to see our video. We had a DREAM TEAM of vendors and I highly recommend each one. Lomas Santa Fe was the absolutely best venue for our wedding reception. After looking at many venues and packages, this was the perfect choice. Working with Chelsi and Krissi was beyond amazing as they were so professional and personable and really respected what we wanted in a wedding reception. We went with the gold package with a few upgrades here and there, it was very affordable and the guests raved about the venue all night. The vendors they recommend were beyond great too. We had such a wonderful experience with LSFCC and highly recommend it.

I am so happy that I chose to have my wedding at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club! It turned out so beautiful, and the staff was so friendly and easy to work with. They were very accommodating when the weather was not cooperating, and quickly moved my ceremony and cocktail hour inside after it started raining (and people were already seated outside). The inside ceremony turned out even better than the beautiful golf course ceremony. It was very intimate and romantic, and all of the guest loved it!\rLomas Santa Fe was one of the most affordable options I looked at in all of San Diego; and I looked at a lot of places. Not only were they the most reasonably priced, but they honestly were the easiest to deal with as well. I would recommend this venue very highly to anyone looking to have an amazing wedding!

We can't rave enough about Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. From the minute we set foot through the door we had a good feeling that it was going to be our reception site. Krissi and Chelsi were so personable and professional. They responded quickly to all of our calls and emails. \rLSFCC has a package you can't pass up. They have a phenomenal florist and bakery that comes with their package and the food is prepared on site so you don't have to vet any caterers, florists or bakeries. Just because they have a package doesn't mean they scrimp on anything. We chose to have food stations instead of a sit down dinner and it was the best choice. Our guests loved mingling around with one another and having variety to choose from. \rYou won't regret LSFCC!

140 guests, destination wedding for 130 of them, planned the wedding from Asia and only saw the venue once before the wedding. Staff was impeccably professional, Chelsi was amazing and prompt in working with us, wedding went as well as it could and the food was surprisingly good (usually wedding food is not memorable)! It was a big load to not have to think about linens, dance floor, cake, food, transportation between wedding and reception area etc. though the cost reflects that. Venue was great (i was a bit wary about being married outside on a golf course but had no issues with heels and pics turned out great), we had use of golf carts, great outside covered area for cocktail hour, and just a generally great time. I am a bit more laid-back than most brides, but I think that Lomas Santa Fe is a stellar location with great bang for its buck.

Meet the Lomas Santa Fe Country Club Team
Chelsi Duff (Director of Sales) Chelsi started her American Golf career in 2012 as the Event Sales Assistant at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. Later that year, she was promoted to Event Sales Coordinator, allowing her to work more closely with event clients on the details of their big day. After honing her skills as the coordinator and learning a customer service based approach with tremendous success, she was promoted to Event Sales Director.
