Lord Hill Farms is a luxurious wedding reception venue in Snohomish, WA. The lush green fields and forestry that the valley is known for will be your backdrop during any of your outdoor events. From the Cascade Mountains views to the extensive event spaces, this venue acts as an ideal setting for couples to host their big day. Boasting 450 acres of professionally landscaped grounds, Lord Hill Farms is adorned with paved walkways, flourishing gardens, and carefully manicured topiary plants and trees. These expansive, versatile grounds can accommodate an array of ceremony and reception sizes, from intimate gatherings to celebrations of up to 700 people. Soon-to-be-weds can spend their celebrations and photo sessions in various places on the property, from the tranquil pond to the classic gazebo. Couples that prefer an indoor affair can use the elegant, two-story facility, which features a rustic-yet-romantic aesthetic throughout the space. Your ceremony can take place on the top floor, with plenty of windows for you and your guests to enjoy the breathtaking valley view. Delicate chandeliers, wall sconces, and drapery surround the space, to add elegant ambience to your big day. You can then move to the downstairs area, where you can dine and dance among the grand staircase, decorated columns, and warm lighting. An elevated music stage, and large wood-panel dance floor have been designed for your guests to enjoy your live band or DJ all evening. Lord Hill Farms is available all year-round, to allow couples to enjoy their big day during any season. You will also have full access to the dressing rooms, outdoor patio, and cozy lounge during your event. Tables, chairs, and lighting decor will be available to you for both the indoor and outdoor areas. Our guests could not stop raving about how wonderful our wedding venue was at Lord Hill Farms. The outdoor grounds-keeping is kept beautiful all year long, and our photos from throughout the grounds are incredible. We loved the convenience of having our rehearsal dinner in their Cellar room. We loved that they are full service and could help take care of all the little and big details from bar service or flowers or various rental items. The indoor venue is spacious and comfortable while feeling magical when packed with lights, candles, and all your favorite people. We appreciated the active communication from the Lord Hill team the whole year leading up to the big day and on the big day their service from the bartenders, servers, and staff was wonderful. Thank you to the whole Lord Hill Farms team for helping us to host a magical day!

Our son and his bride-to-be selected this venue for their wedding day. It is quite literally one of the most gorgeous venues and properties in Washington. We toured quite a few online, then selected our top 10 in person. We went in person to tour the grounds and immediately upon walking into the venue, my daughter-in-loves eyes LITERALLY began to twinkle. I knew right away she had fallen in love with Lord Hill Farms (LHF). And this was just us entering the reception hall. LHF properties and gardens are nothing short of exquisite. Walking thru the grounds it almost feels like Tuscan gardens. Views of the cascades. Small lakes and water fountains. The grass is beautifully green and the outdoor ceremony location has a beautiful spot over look g the lake on property and an arbor you just need to decorate. The building has a very well maintained and sexy masculine grooms room. With a. At broom on that side to keep him away from the bride. The brides room is bright and elegant with gigantic mirrors & great lighting for the ladies to get their hair and make up done. The reception are has several cozy âloungeyâ areas for you to sit and chat. One has a fireplace too. The bar is ample and nice but also not in your face so it doesnât take away from the venue or decor. They have chandeliers and twinkle lights already available and beautiful white drapery that makes this venue both magical and elegant at the same time. The indoor ceremony location is very nice. One of the benefits of this being ur is it can accommodate a large even. We expected 300. So when you enter the space you have beautiful pillars available to you, gold chevalier chairs lining the ceremony hall and a beautiful walk way to the stage. We rented and added the white drapes for the big reveal of the bride entering and it just made the space dreamy. The windows allow for a nice view of the outdoor grounds. The one caveat: make note of the sunset time and where the sun will be at the time of your ceremony. It was back lit so very difficult to see the bride, groom, wedding party and their faces as they were silhouetted. That was one big negative. We didnât know so weâre t able to rent lighting or prep our photographer to prepare. Still waiting on pics, so hopeful that she was still able to shoot well given the challenging lighting situation. We did chose to have an indoor wedding ceremony because may is generally cold and wet. Who knew we had the most beautiful weather. The other nice thing is the venue does have audio equipment for both ceremony and reception hall. Food: with a large wedding event we went with their pasta bar. This is not basic. The chef honestly prepares a very flavorful well presented pasta bar. I am a total foodie and was expecting basic at the food tasting but it was far from that. In fact the food rating made us feel so special. The team at LHF do not leave any details out so you feel like youâre popping in on someoneâs event. Everything from appetizers to dessert and wine. One miss is we had many gluten free guests and the team forgot to put a sign out for GF guests to request their plate so there was some confusion for many of those guests. So that was a call out I made note for the venue. It would have minimized confusion and hurt feelings. One note: theyâve change policies on lot candle/tapers, even if they are dripless. You need a container now. A special thank you and shout out to Jared. But also to Tracy and her team.

LHF was an amazing venue, it was beautiful and the staff was so nice and overall wonderful. Dinner was amazing and tasted phenomenal. The downside is that thereâs a lot of random fees and things that can add up quickly, but otherwise the pricing was not that bad for everything that your getting from them. We were missing some items after we left and they were so kind to make sure we were able to get them back. Overall 10/10 for the experience!!

LHF was an amazing venue, it was beautiful and the staff was so nice and overall wonderful. Dinner was amazing and tasted phenomenal. The downside is that thereâs a lot of random fees and things that can add up quickly, but otherwise the pricing was not that bad for everything that your getting from them. I couldnât have asked for a better experience. The planning team at Lord Hill Farms was one of the best parts. They helped my husband and I plan everything, keep us on track, and made this process extremely stress-free. I couldnât recommend a better place. The fact that they do things in house like floral and catering were a huge plus. My floral was absolutely beautiful. Tracy was my florist, she sat down with me for about an hour, worked with my budget and saw my vision. She made my vision a reality, I couldnât have asked for a more beautiful bouquet. The food was also amazing. The stuffed mushroom appetizers and the Asiago chicken are something my husband and I still talk about and our guests wouldnât stop asking where we did catering! If youâre looking for a stress-free wedding, lord hill farms in the place.

They were a very easy venue to deal with, made us feel special and helped a LOT with details that we weren't aware of. They were flexible and accommodating. Made meal adjustments for special diets. Would've been able to move from outside to inside if weather didn't cooperate.

The staff was so helpful in getting us over the finish line including working with us closely over the past two year to reschedule a few times as we dealt with Covid cancellations⊠thank goodness they had indoor outdoor options for the ceremony because we had to move inside last minute. I would highly recommend Lord Hill Farms for anyones wedding.

Lord Hill Farms is AMAZING! After having to reschedule our wedding due to COVID, we hosted our reception at LHF's on 3/19/22. Everyone I worked with directly (Jaque and Tracy) were so great. They were always available to chat on the phone and were very quick to respond via email. I had many (and I mean many) questions and they were always friendly, professional and informative.The venue was absolutely beautiful, the flower arrangements and bouquets turned out exactly how I envisioned them, the food was incredible, service was impeccable, etc. etc. etc. I honestly cannot say anything bad about Lord Hill Farms!!

We are extremely happy that we went with Lord Hill Farms for our November wedding! The inside and outside is both so beautiful little outside decor is needed which made life easy. The staff was very responsive of answering all my questions and concerns and made me feel confident they knew what they were doing. We chose the pasta for dinner and got TONS of compliments. Since they are an established venue you may pay more in fees and there are more rules but all in all I think it was worth it. Definitely would recommend getting married there!

I could not be MORE pleased with LHF! My daughter's wedding was just perfect. The entire crew was easy to work with during the planning. The staff onsite during the wedding was attentive and happy to assist. I was always greeted with a smile throughout the evening and our guests seemed extremely happy with the food. Great job, LHF! Highly recommend!

The venue is beautiful! However, communication wasn't the best. We had our wedding in May. Seconds before we were to walk down the aisle, they told us that our wedding party had to wear masks walking down the aisle and throughout the ceremony. We were not told this prior to our wedding. Also, throughout the entire reception, they were watching us as if they were babysitting us, and made our DJ make announcements that they should have made themselves. After the reception ended, they went up to our DJ and reprimanded him about not following \"directions\". We also had the bar scheduled to open at 5pm but they didn't start serving until 5:20pm. They are also VERY strict on any outside alcohol being brought in prior to the set time of the bar opening. They didn't go up to anyone to give them a warning, they just immediately took our $500 security deposit.

Lord Hill Farms is absolutely beautiful and exceeded our dream wedding expectations!! I was a very stressed out bride trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic and they always answered my questions and were very respectful and kind. They did what they could help to us have a special day despite the circumstances we were in. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because it was a bit pricey (we went way over our budget) and they donât allow the bride and groom to take any leftover food which was a huge bummer since we didnât get to eat a lot during the reception. Other than that, highly recommend!!

This venue is absolutely beautiful! Plus, you can get almost everything you will need directly thru the venue; amazing food, a wide variety of popular wine, beer and other beverages, lovely decor, absolutely gorgeous floral, and a rehearsal dinner space right on site. The staff is there to walk you through coordinating all the details to make your day perfect! We had planned on doing the ceremony indoors due to the unpredictable, and usually quite chilly weather in Western Washington in April, but at the last minute the weather forecast miraculously looked like Sunday would be sunny and warm, and at the rehearsal we asked if it would be possible to switch to an outdoor ceremony. To our amazement, Lord Hill graciously switched it to outdoors for us at the last minute. We are so grateful to our event coordinators at Lord Hill Farms as well as the serving for making our special day so EXTRA special. Our guests can't stop raving about what an amazing event our wedding turned out to be! The decor, the flowers, the food, the service, the coordinating ... everything was 100% excellence! I would highly recommend Lord Hill Farms to anyone looking for a beautiful indoor/outdoor wedding venue. They really have top notch people working there and the venue is amazing!

I just had the most amazing wedding and reception at Lord Hills. The level of care and details I received from the event coordinators was unmatched! My day was truly the best day of my life and a lot of that had to do with the gorgeous grounds and facility. It was the perfect, romantic spot to be married! I just had the most amazing wedding and reception at Lord Hills. The level of care and details I received from the event coordinators was unmatched! My day was truly the best day of my life and a lot of that had to do with the gorgeous grounds and facility. It was the perfect, romantic spot to be married! As I finally calmed down from my experience at LHF, I thought it was time to write my review. My wedding was scheduled for Feb 20,21 at LHF. We had given our first half of the deposit to hold our date. In July 2020, they asked for the second half of the deposit as my wedding was 6 months out (not really it was 7). THIS is where it went downhill. I gave their deposit and then asked what their CURRENT weddings look like, because we are in the middle of a global pandemic. My Franceâs and I had a goal, that no matter what we were going to get married, so I was just trying to learn what a new COVID wedding would look like with LHF. The response I got from them summed up was âWeâre not worrying about you, ask us in Octoberâ. This is when I should have just cancelled with themâŠ.Flash forward to October, finally get into contact with them. They tell me their current restrictions, and still seems like a viable and fun option for our wedding. It was not until I started asking questions that they gave me a phone call to discuss everything. HOWEVER, we decided to cancel our âlargeâ ceremony to have a âmini-moneyâ and cancel with LHF. As we inquired about receiving our second half of our deposit, understanding and being considerate that the first part was a retainer for our date. Not to mention we had a TOTAL of 3 emails from them between booking in January 2020 to July 2020. This is when the management became very aggressive, rude and refused to give us any of our money back because of the âcontractâ. Even though they were not providing the contracted amount of services. My financeâs Aunt called as she has worked with LHF for her daughters wedding and they hung up on her after saying they refused to give us our deposit back because âwe are strugglingâ. They have zero respect for their current or past clients, and simply only care about the revenue of their venue. I want to tell you, that there are WAY better venueâs to work with. We our now at a new venue who under their contract states all deposits will be refunded if government mandates change due to COVID. Money aspect aside, this new venue is:More organized in what to expect for our wedding Greater communication between myself and the venue Flexibility during a global pandemic. Long story short, LHF is beautiful but not worth the unprofessional nature of their staff. Due yourself a favor and find another venue!

As I finally calmed down from my experience at LHF, I thought it was time to write my review. My wedding was scheduled for Feb 20,21 at LHF. We had given our first half of the deposit to hold our date. In July 2020, they asked for the second half of the deposit as my wedding was 6 months out (not really it was 7). THIS is where it went downhill. I gave their deposit and then asked what their CURRENT weddings look like, because we are in the middle of a global pandemic. My Franceâs and I had a goal, that no matter what we were going to get married, so I was just trying to learn what a new COVID wedding would look like with LHF. The response I got from them summed up was âWeâre not worrying about you, ask us in Octoberâ. This is when I should have just cancelled with themâŠ.Flash forward to October, finally get into contact with them. They tell me their current restrictions, and still seems like a viable and fun option for our wedding. It was not until I started asking questions that they gave me a phone call to discuss everything. When I heard that this respected firm that offers a beautiful venue, filling so many people's hearts on their special day year after year retained $4,795.00 of our family's deposit because of obvious greed and a flimsy yet 'legal' contract during the heat of the Covid 19 outbreak when people were dying left and right in WA State, is reprehensible. They refused to extend the date of their wedding even though by WA state law they were not permitted to host a group of 100, no reception and they didn't care that the family was rightly concerned about the health of a vast number of immediate aging family members that were at high risk. LHF had nothing to lose, they said ' we will not move dates when we are open'. Not a surprise to hear the greedy people behind this decision, who had nothing to lose by extending the date still have a successful business model after 30 years. Keeping honest family's hard-earned deposits DURING A PANDEMIC! Future wives and husbands beware! This will not be the last negative review that myself and the entire guest list will flood the 'airwavesâ with unless something is done to motivate the owners of this establishment to do the right thing.â Hopefully the right decision will be made quickly. I know the media will also be interested in this story. If the money is refunded, I will exonerate them as will our family and friends to the highest degree. It will be worth far more to them than the $5,000 they have âtemporarily borrowedâ from these kind people.

Lord Hill Farms took our breath away when we first toured it. We had been looking for an indoor space that could accommodate a ceremony and a reception for approximately 120 people for our early March wedding, and this venue hit every mark. We were nervous initially about having a ceremony taking place up some steep stairs (concerning older family members), but they had a neat little elevator tucked in the back for those who needed it.We planned our wedding eleven months in advance of the wedding day, but the date that we originally wanted was booked. We decided that we loved their venue so much that we compromised on that detail. After working with them through all of the details (there are a lot of them!), we can see why so many people choose LHF as their wedding/event venue. The staff were very professional and helpful with any and all questions that we had. They were very accommodating and flexible when it came down to small details that got changed at the last moment. On the big day, everything was handled by them including the catering (in-house), set up, bar, and florals. We didnât have to think about anything other than getting married and having fun! We were extremely impressed with the quality of the food; we even had some known picky eaters complimenting how good everything was. We used their in-house floral services and were very happy with what we ended up with.The only thing missing from LHF is a day-of coordinator; there is so much going on that it is almost a necessity to have one!Overall, we would recommend this venue to everyone!

We are overjoyed with how our wedding turned out - thank you thank you thank you Lord Hill Farms!!! It was a dream winter wedding, perfect NYE party space and we have heard from all of our guests how it felt like a winter wonderland, how great the layout of the venue was and how tasty the food was! We had the misfortune of our original venue shutting down ten weeks before our wedding and had to scramble to find a back up plan for ceremony and reception space, catering, alcohol/bartenders and decorations. LHF and Delanie really saved our day. We could not believe LHF still had an opening on 12/31 ten weeks before the date but they worked with us and helped put everything together quickly and expedited their whole planning process to fit our timeline so we didn't need to reschedule our wedding. No one could believe that our \"plan B\" was that incredible so thank you again for making this happen for us on such short notice! We truly believe our wedding at LHF was 1000x better than it would have been at our original venue! People thought the bartenders were great and fun to talk to, I've heard comments about how attentive the staff was to the buffet and how quick they were to clean up some of the dance floor spills - oops! I hadn't initially seen LHF when we originally started planning our wedding in summer 2018 because I think a lot of the photos highlight their outdoor wedding space (which is amazing!) but if you're looking to plan a winter wedding in the greater Seattle/Snohomish area then look no further - this venue and this team was a dream to work with!!

My fiancé and I had a rather rough wedding planning process... our original venue we had booked suddenly shut down 3 months before our wedding, so we had to scramble to find a new venue, plus catering. Luckily, we found LHF and were able to still keep our same date! The staff was so accommodating to us with our short timeline and helped us with re-planning the whole ceremony, reception, and catering (the food really is delicious, by the way). They made it such a smooth process! It was such a breath of fresh air after all the stress and chaos that we had gone through with our other venue. Shout out to Delanie in particular - she was such a huge help and great resource throughout the planning, including at rehearsal and on the big day! Thank you to LHF and staff for such an amazing setting for our wedding. It truly was everything we could have hoped for!

Hosted my daughterâs wedding 10/19/19. This venue is rustic in style but elegant. The staff work with you throughout the process. The staff are available throughout event and aim to keep you happy. The food is amazing, our guests all commented. We chose to do floral within as well and the flowers were gorgeous! The separate ceremony space is ideal. The grounds are scenic and offer beautiful photo ops. We traveled almost 2 hrs back and forth as we planned and it was totally worth it! Thanks LHF.

We could not have selected a more perfect venue for our wedding! Everything from the gorgeous grounds to the spacious indoor reception space to the delicious food made this venue a perfect fit. We worked with Lisa in the front office and she was always extremely speedy in her email responses (and if she was out of office another Lord Hill staff member would always respond that same day), very patient in answering our multitude of questions, and accommodated our frequent visits throughout the planning process! Something that sets this venue apart from others is that it offers both an outdoor and indoor ceremony space. This was ideal in our situation; even though we had an August wedding (we all know rain is always on option in the Seattle area), it did in fact rain the morning of our wedding, and having the indoor ceremony space gave us that necessary peace of mind. In the end the sun came out and we had a beautiful outdoor ceremony that evening as planned, but having a backup option helped relieved all of our anxieties the day of our wedding. The Lord Hill staff was extremely flexible day of our wedding, which allowed us to be fully present, enjoying every moment with our friends and family. It truly was the best day! They have an indoor and outdoor option for the wedding itself; as well as a gorgeous reception hall. We ended up having to do it inside at the last minute and we were so thankful that it was just as beautiful as our outdoor plan. Everything was beyond what we hoped for. The food was delicious and displayed so well; and the service people were outstanding! We used their florist service too, and they were exactly (even better) than we had imagined, and surprisingly very good prices; and they worked with us so well. Every time we had a question, it was answered very promptly. I would recommend beautiful venue to everyone!!

We ended up having to do it inside at the last minute and we were so thankful that it was just as beautiful as our outdoor plan. Everything was beyond what we hoped for. The food was delicious and displayed so well; and the service people were outstanding! We used their florist service too, and they were exactly (even better) than we had imagined, and surprisingly very good prices; and they worked with us so well. Every time we had a question, it was answered very promptly. I would recommend beautiful venue to everyone!!

Lord Hill Farms was a pleasure to work with and we had an amazing experience for our wedding in November. I planned most of the wedding from out of state and they made everything so easy and simple for me through the whole process. They made sure everything was set up exactly how we wanted and the food was wonderful. So glad we chose to have our wedding here, beautiful venue and great people to work with!

I got married at LHF on December 2nd. 2017 with a winter wonderland theme. The venue speaks for itself, first off. The facility is so gorgeous it barely needs decorations! The entire planning process was very smooth and the staff flexible and accommodating through all my ideas. French Creek Estates was not available to get ready in on my date and to compensate they provided a free lunch the day of the wedding. My centerpieces incorporated floral from them and I was allowed to drop stuff off a couple days in advance which was super helpful. Communication was very quick whenever I emailed one of the ladies. The rest 0f the staff along the way were equally amazing and organized!The food was fantastic!!! People were raving about our rehearsal dinner and wedding meals and the tray passed appetizers were so yummy. I loved how much variety there was to choose from.The floral was so beautiful. Tracy and team captured exactly what I pictured in my head and it couldn't have been more perfect! I am very happy to have had my big day at Lord Hill and would highly recommend them to any bride, the venue is so fitting for any time of year!

I got married at LHF this last February and had a wonderful experience with the venue and staff! This was the perfect venue for me and my guests as it was plenty big and included tons of perks. We didn't have to worry about setting up tables and chairs which was such a plus! Catering is included and was wonderful! Many guests told me the food was amazing and it's reasonably priced, as well. The staff at LHF was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Tracy and Lisa typically responded to my emails within 1 business day which was super helpful. The catering and on-site staff was very friendly the day of the wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks, LHF team!

My daughter and son-in-law opted to delay the wedding an additional year due to school and career opportunities. They worked with us through this adjustment, and were so helpful, and accommodating with the planning process. There isn't anything they could have done better. The bridal party lunch I ordered was delicious, the food was very good, their event staff was AMAZING and helpful on the day of......We had a fairly large event, and the set up was beautiful....230 guests filled the room just right, not crowded at all. At the end of it all, we stayed within our budget....they are very good at making adjustments on food and beverage based on the guest count. Even with that, I still had leftover beverage. I give LHF a 10 star rating, and two thumbs up. Would highly recommend them for anyone hosting a beautiful event!!

LHF was amazing! The absolute perfect venue for our wedding. The grounds where the perfect backdrop to our outdoor ceremony. But the best part was the backup option for an indoor ceremony. For the Seattle area you never know when you will get rain and having the backup option for an indoor ceremony put my mind at ease. The staff were super helpful and accommodate from booking the venue to the wedding day. The food was delicious and they had so many options to accommodate any budget. If you are debating on a venue look no further! Do a walk through and you will fall in love with LHF just as I did. I highly recommend Lord Hill Farms.

Lord Hill Farms is an amazing location to have your wedding. My husband and I truly had our dream fairytale experience at this beautiful venue. The staff was incredibly nice and flexible with every detail and last minute request that was needed. With how great everything is pre-set for a wedding (dance floor, bars, outdoor/indoor ceremony area, spacious reception hall, tables/chairs, space for grand exit outdoors, changing areas for bride/groom/wedding parties), it was the best choice my husband and I made for our wedding. Our guests had a great time, the food was very delicious, and the ceremony/reception area being all in one place was perfect. Not to mention there is a ton of parking for guests. Prices are somewhat steep and rising, but overall it was an unforgettable experience we will never forget. - Extremely happy bride

I could not be happier with the venue.Aside from being beautiful, the venue was large enough to house my wedding of 140 without being cramped, but small enough to not have wasted space. The dance floor was the perfect size for my party, and the DJ stage was appreciated. The wood beams were wrapped in white lights to form beautiful sparkling archways. The wood stairs that lead up to the ceremony space were rustic and straight out of a dream. The huge window in the ceremony space upstairs was an amazing back drop of mountains, rolling hills, and beautiful blue sky, for our 5:00pm ceremony. Lord Hill Farms was the caterer for the event. I had some reservations knowing wedding food doesn't have the best reputation in general, but I was pleasantly surprised by this venue. They offered a tasting before the catering decisions were to be made, and they provide tastings of what you choose. Their sample flowers and dessert cupcakes were phenomenal as well. The Asiago Stuffed Chicken, and London Broil, which we ultimately chose, were spectacular along with the garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables (asparagus, my favorite!) The staff was amazing! They were friendly, attentive, and very professional. The staff set up the guest tables with plates, napkins, utensils, and table cloths before I arrived at the venue. They set up a table on stage for my DJ, a table for my dessert bar, as well as the upstairs podium and unity candle table. Everything looked great! The staff had open communication with me, my DJ, and my photographer to ensure the dinner time, ceremony, and toasts were on schedule. I appreciated the office staff as well. They were quick to reply to my numerous emails as well as flexible in letting me see the venue as many times as I needed. The grounds are gorgeous and provided many photo ops for my bridal party and guests. I would recommend this venue to everyone!

My husband and I got married on June 26th, 2016. Lord Hill Farms was beautiful. They were extremely accommodating, and the food was delicious. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process. It wasn't cheap, but it was nice that catering and bar services were included, as well as any other amenities you could need. If you are planning on providing your own alcohol, this isn't the right venue. Their corking fees ensure that it is not worth it to bring your own. However, there were less hidden fees than any other venue we looked at. Overall we were extremely happy with Lord Hill Farms.

Our daughterâs wedding was held at Lord Hill Farms on July 9, 2016. What a perfect day it was and LHF had a big hand in making it a day to remember. From our initial tour of the facilities to the final clean-up after the reception, we were extremely pleased with the assistance and knowledge of the staff. They were always very quick to respond to any questions we had, whether it was by email or phone. It was a great relief to be able to take advantage their in-house catering service and with no need to rent chairs/linens/tables/dishes. Definitely fewer things to coordinate or stress about. Our relatives and friends are still talking about the beautiful venue and delicious food. It was incredible. We couldnât have asked for a more perfect day for our daughterâs wedding!

WOW!!! Our daughters wedding was Saturday July 2, 2016! LHF staff was very thorough from beginning to end! The beauty of this partial sunny warm summer day could not have been more perfect or beautiful!! A hawk hovered overhead and swooped down into the pond behind the ceremony site during the ceremony!! The grounds were impeccable and the food (turkey, ham, asparagus, mixed green salad and garlic mashed potatoes) was over the top!! The appetizers (chicken salad cornucopia, stuffed mushrooms & cheese board) went perfect with our Signature Sangria's!! ALL of the food was full of flavor and the staff made sure to come up the stairs while the bride and groom were signing the license to bring them food and drinks!! They even dished up a plate for our wedding planner as she was too busy at the time to sit down and eat. Thank you LHF for the beauty and your amazing staff to make our daughters wedding so memorable for us all!

LHF was very flexible and convenient. Ample room for our wedding of 90 guests including seating for the parking, ceremony, and reception. We first reached out to LHF and were impressed by how courteous Tracy was. Once we compared the benefits of having a one stop shop for ceremony, reception, catering, decorating, setup/cleanup, beverage and bar tending we knew we were getting a great deal!\r\rThroughout the planning LHF was flexible and especially as we were closing in on the final days Tracy continued to be flexible which reproved a lot of stress from our lives.\r\rGrounds are well maintained and everything seemed well taken care of. I already have recommended this venue to others I know based on the amount of major services provided by this venue.\r\rI will give LHF 5 stars knowing we had a fantastic wedding thanks to LHF.

LHF was very flexible and convenient. Ample room for our wedding of 90 guests including seating for the parking, ceremony, and reception. We first reached out to LHF and were impressed by how courteous Tracy was. This venue is absolutely gorgeous. The scenery and ambiance are so wonderful that you hardly even need to decorate. The catering was delicious and the presentation was excellent, with easy access for guests on both sides of the buffet. The staff are willing to work with you and your schedule with all planning which was especially helpful as my husband and I live almost 3 hours away from the venue. We were unlucky with the weather on our special day, it was 95 degrees and the venue has no air conditioning, but we made it work! It helps that the reception area is inside and you can escape from the sun in there. Overall I highly recommend this beautiful venue!

I was able to have friends, moms, sisters, hair, make-up etc in one place, without being cramped and in a beautiful setting. Friendly staff and overall a great experience â and reasonable prices to top it off!

My husband and I got married at Lord Hill Farms on August 29. We had the most beautiful wedding. We received a lot of good feedback on the food and service. The dinner and appetizers were DELICIOUS: we chose the London broil and the salmon with mashed potatoes. Take advantage of your tasting session! It was a super good lunch and really helped us narrow down our selections. The LHF staff was very responsive to our questions and we were able to come to the venue several times for walk-throughs and in-person meetings. They have great selections for food and beer/wine. They even refunded us for unopened cases of wine! The getting ready area on site is pretty small, so we chose to rent French Creek Estates for getting ready - I would highly recommend this! Our wedding fell on a day with high winds, rain, and power outages. However, LHF to my amazement did not lose power!\r\rWe also chose to have LHF provide my bouquet, the bridesmaids and our moms' corsages. The flowers were beautiful! I sent them a few pictures and they created exactly what we wanted. Very pleased.\r\rAt the end of the day, we were happy and our guests raved about the wedding. It was affordable and we really got great value for what we paid. We would highly recommend Lord Hill Farms!!

This was the perfect wedding venue for us. It had everything we wanted/needed. We were able to have the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner at their French Creek facility which was a fabulous setting indoor and out. The catering was very tasty, all our guests raved about the food. In the quest for a wedding venue, I had what my husband and I wanted in a detailed list. Our venue had to be big enough for our huge Romanian families, it absolutely had to have on-site catering, and it had to be in a barn with rustic chic accents that exuded a country charm. I went to a few locations only to be disappointed. As soon as I arrived at Lord Hill Farms however, I knew this is where I wanted my wedding to take place. This was exactly what I had been envisioning in my head. Walking through the grounds you will see stunning scenery. As soon as you step through the elaborate double doors, the first floor reception area is decorated with golden twinkling lights intertwined with branches that wrap around the pillars and arches down the main aisle, inviting you in. Up the grand wooden staircase that leads to where the ceremony will take place, you can scarcely take in the huge floor-to-ceiling windows who's views simply take your breath away. \r\rWe didn't get to try the food ahead of time, so we chose whatever sounded best. Come the wedding day, we were pleasantly surprised at the delicious food that was made on site. People to this day are talking about how good the food at our wedding was, and how it is the best food they had a wedding thus far. \r\rLord Hill Farms can only be described as magical, romantic, warm & inviting. It is everything I had hoped for and more. My guests were well-fed, and they felt at ease in the rustic chic country atmosphere. I tell everyone about LHF, and a family member has already heeded my advice and got married there. If you have read my account so far, I hope I have convinced you to have your wedding there as well. I had instantly fallen in love with Lord Hill Farms when we began our planning process. When calling venues we found that most of the venues that could accommodate our guest size were booked solid, but LHF was available! We only looked at one other venue the same day we did our tour of LHF and that other venue tour just solidified our decision that LHF is where we would get married. The venue and grounds are stunning and we our wedding was October 4, 2014 so we had the weather of a late summer day but looks wise we had the beautiful fall colors. The staff that was at the venue the day of was so helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. We had some décor that was going to be added to the buffet and they without even hesitating added it for me so that it looked right and all the food could be placed where it needed to be. They were available for questions while my bridesmaids and I set up. The venue does have a lot of policies (no outside food even when getting ready) and I warned our bridal party and family of these policies. My dad got a stomach bug while here and the staff allowed my dad to bring in some Gatorade after my mom checked if that was ok before they brought it in. They were floored that we even asked and I appreciated them being flexible with my dad being under the weather! The venue was stunning and we had so many compliments from all of our guests. The food was AMAZING!!!! We did turkey and ham and they were so moist and full of flavor. One guest came up to us raving about the food and admitted that they had stopped on their way to get lunch because of the stereotype around wedding food being usually subpar, but this food completely slammed that stereotype out of the park. Working with the venue was relatively easy. They were will to answer all my questions and explain their policies further if I needed extra information. We even received a refund for the alcohol that we didn't drink (as long as the cases of wine hadn't been opened). This venue made our wedding day absolutely perfect and we wouldn't have had it any other way. Thank you LHF for everything! And to other brides looking to get married, LHF is the place to do it!

When my husband and I were looking for a place to get married we wanted something that was beautiful even before we brought in our own decorations. Lord Hill has spectacular landscaping and also has an amazing indoor venue just in case it rained (you never know with Seattle weather). Also Lord Hill is set at a very good price for all that is included in it! The food was amazing, some of the best wedding food I have ever had. It was fresh and delicious. When my husband and I were looking for a place to get married we wanted something that was beautiful even before we brought in our own decorations. Lord Hill has spectacular landscaping and also has an amazing indoor venue just in case it rained (you never know with Seattle weather). We recently held our wedding at LHF. They take care of EVERYTHING. I wanted a venue where I didn't have to ask my friends to set up prior to the wedding. LHF's venue cost ($4900 for a Saturday wedding) includes set up of tables, chairs, place settings, linens etc. Beer and wine glasses (unless you want plastic) are extra. You are required to use their caterer, but the food was great. We received many compliments about the food and the service. We brought in our own wine and beer and paid the corkage fees. \r\rThe venue is absolutely beautiful and can't be beat. We held our wedding outside followed by a cocktail hour on the lawn and then the reception inside. Our guests loved the outdoor setting and (again) we received multiple compliments on the beauty of the venue. LHF does a fantastic job of keeping the grounds looking pristine. \r\rThe changing rooms (bride and groom) are small, but we got ready off site so it didn't matter as much for us. \r\rOverall, it was a great venue and we would choose them again!

Lord Hill Farms is a gorgeous venue. I fell in love with it's rustic charm and capacity to hold so many guests. Unfortunately after booking the venue and begging the planning process I found that one of the main wedding coordinators there, Tracy, often had a bad attitude and was very rude at times. There was one instance where she had forgotten that we had scheduled an appt. ( it happens and I was not at all upset about it) but she treated me like I was an inconvenience and was very rude. The other staff were so nice and helpful, it was such a shame to see one person kind of ruin it all. \rAnother issue I had was that they are very disorganized. Every time they requested a document, I was prompt with either faxing it in or emailing it in. I was asked every time to resend information because it was lost or they had not received it. It got so bad that at the end I just had to make a trip every time (over an hr) just to deliver documents. \r\rSome positives...the food was delicious! My guests gave me so many compliments on the quality and quantity. The servers were great about passing out the food to everyone. However, I do wish the servers had taken care of the bridal party better. After I served myself dinner I was trying to balance my train and my plate of food and the servers were just standing around. It would have been great if they had offered to take my plate to the table for me. \r\rOverall I would say that the venue was beautiful but they definitely need to work on their customer service and organization especially since you are paying a lot of money.

I have absolutely no regrets with our venue selection. We were married at the French Creek Estates, a smaller venue under Lord Hill Farms. The site was absolutely beautiful and everything we were looking for. I loved that we could get ready in the morning at their gorgeous farmhouse, be married in the garden, and have the reception in the covered area on the same property! Our guests didn't have to travel between venues.\r\rThe event coordinators were especially helpful, since we were planning our wedding from out of state, and they always responded promptly to our many questions.\r\rOur wedding was perfect in every way - the ceremony was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was flexible when we had to change the evening events at the last minute. We were so happy with how the day went; I would undoubtedly recommend Lord Hill Farms!

The site was absolutely beautiful and everything we were looking for. I loved that we could get ready in the morning at their gorgeous farmhouse, be married in the garden, and have the reception in the covered area on the same property! Our guests didn't have to travel between venues.\r\rThe event coordinators were especially helpful, since we were planning our wedding from out of state, and they always responded promptly to our many questions.\r\rOur wedding was perfect in every way - the ceremony was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was flexible when we had to change the evening events at the last minute. I am so grateful for this venue. It's already gorgeous -- there's hardly a need to be anxious over Pinteresting. I had the options to do an outdoor/indoor ceremony. In fact, the staff allowed me to make the decision just 24 hours in advance! \r\rThe food was delicious. The staff was kind. The spacious grounds offered plenty of space for our guest list of 400+! (Something that's tough to find in the greater Seattle region, come to find out). We took pictures at sunset - inside by the beautifully-lit hallways and staircase -- at the quaint dock -- and along the big green grass. \r\rIt was the perfect day. No stress. Just feeling entirely 'present' in the moment. And much of that was due to a fabulous venue and skilled staff.\r\r

I recently got married at Lord Hill Farms and it was the perfect place! The venue is beautiful and there are so many great places to take pictures. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They were quick to answer questions and accommodating. On the day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing! They had everything set up and everything ran smoothly. The food was great! It was all set out on time, there was more than enough, and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

They were quick to answer questions and accommodating. On the day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing! They had everything set up and everything ran smoothly. The food was great! Loved that I could get married inside or outside. Is a little pricey if you want to get married on a weekend. Really wanted this venue so we went with a Monday to stay within our budget. The ladies in the office are really nice and responsive. They will set up tables and chairs which make for a lot less work for you. Also, the venue itself is so beautiful that you don't need to do much decorating.

My husband and I got married at Lord Hill Farms the first weekend in August and enjoyed absolutely beautiful weather for our big day! Lord Hill Farms does a great job at maintaining the grounds and you can expect everything to be spotless. The large barn building that they use at their indoor reception space is also beautiful. The venue fee is higher than other wedding locations in Snohomish but you definitely pay for the view and beauty. The indoor receptio space has poor air circulation and on a hot day as ours, the room gets extremely hot and uncomfortable despite the fans they have running. Lord Hill Farms management is responsive and can be friendly but lacks attention to detail which made finalizing the contract challenging. The day-of service from Lord Hill Farms was great and they met every expectation we had. Overall, it was a fantastic place to have our wedding and we would not change it!

My groom and I fell in love with the beautiful landscape that surrounds this venue. The food there is amazing and the inside of the venue has a great ambiance. We were married outside, and were fortunate to have a nice, sunny day. Unfortunately, they have a bit of a wasp problem (they were terrible during the rehearsal) but the day of I only saw 2 during the ceremony. \r\rEverything went smoothly, even when we ran out of wine they were kind enough to sell the red by the bottle but not the white. It still worked out. \r\rMy groom and I were a little disappointed in the customer service side of some of the staff who worked there. We were misquoted, every little thing had a price, and they weren't very open to negotiating. This was pretty disappointing.

We actually had our wedding at French Creek Estates as we only had about 75 guests, but everything exceeded our expectations. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone I know getting married. It is charming, simple, and the staff is amazingly helpful along the entire process. Anytime I had a question or needed clarification, Lisa or Tracy would get back to me quickly and my mind would be at ease. I can't stress how nice this was, because I felt like I had support the entire time planning our wedding! The venue itself is spectacular. There are lights in the trees, waterfalls, a stunning old house to get ready in, a little picturesque Zen garden, beautiful landscaping and chandeliers everywhere! You hardly have to bring in any decorations, as it is naturally gorgeous. Our guests told us over and over again how delicious the food was, how nice the staff was and how pretty the venue is. \r\rWe know it takes a number of things to make a perfect wedding, but it happened for us and a big part of it was the excellent venue and the people there who made it possible. Our only wish would be to do it all over again! \r

Lord Hill Farms gave me everything I needed to achieve my rustic romantic wedding that I wanted. From the beautiful exposed beams, to twinkle lights everywhere, to the fabulous food and the ability to bring our own alcohol into the facility, LHF was ideal. Tracy was great to work with and we had ideal weather in November for outside photos on the beautiful property. They were very accommodating with our country-rock band, photo booth and florist so my vendors were pleased with the service as well. Many thanks for making my wedding everything I wanted it to be!

Lord Hill Farms is THE place to have your wedding. If you want an outdoor wedding in Washington, you have to have a rainy day plan. These guys have it! Want your wedding outside? No problem! Oh know its raining! How much does it cost to move inside? Nothing! My wedding was on September 30th, who know's what the weather was going to be! Luckily we got clear blue skies and sunshine! When I asked if I could ride into the ceremony on my horse, Tracy said of course! With sweeping mountain views, an awesome field and train tracks, my husband and I needed to look no further. In fact this was the first and ONLY place we looked. Lord Hill does the best catering, all of the food is classy and delicious! They even got a lunch for the bridal party on the day of the wedding. It was just sandwiches and chips but they were tastier than regular sandwiches and chips. I am still getting compliments from our guests about how wonderful and PERFECT our wedding was. It was all thanks to the wonderful ladies at Lord Hill Farms. Thanks!

My daughter and her husband were married at Lord Hill Farms on 8/11/12. The entire year leading up to the event was absolutely stress-free. The staff at LHF, especially Tracy, were a dream to work with, making the entire experience just delightful. We had hundreds of details in this wedding and were constantly sending questions and requests. Everything we asked for was provided to us without hesitation. On the wedding day everything was absolutely magical. The grounds were gorgeous and immaculate, as was the reception area. The staff were on top of every detail throughout the evening. All of our guests went on and on about how beautiful the venue was. And best of all the wedding exceeded every expectation for the bride and groom!

This place is amazing. From the moment we put our deposit down to the last person leaving on the day of the wedding, Lord Hill Farms was incredibly helpful. The staff there was ready to help at any moment and were professional and nice. Tracy, the woman in charge of arranging weddings, was great. She was able to do anything we asked for. The thing that I loved the most about the venue was the food. It was outstanding! Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was and how awesome the food was. I highly recommend the Prime Rib with the carving station. As far as cost goes it was really reasonable. A lot of venues will charge you a corking fee or charge you for chairs, but LHF doesn't try and nickel and dime you. Overall, our wedding was spectacular! It was more perfect than I could have imagined and it was all in part to Lord Hill Farms and their amazing staff and food.

This venue was perfect for the outdoor wedding that I wanted. The service was amazing. Had my rehearsal dinner here also and it was perfect. Received many comments about the food being excellent. I would recommend this venue to anyone who's looking for an elegant outdoor venue. Lord Hill Farms is very well known, all my vendors (flowers, music etc) had been there before and knew where to go which made it easy and stress free!!

Lord Hill Farms is the perfect venue any time of the year. We ended up having a beautiful sunny day, but we had the ceremony indoors...is was so beautiful. Everything ran so smoothly the whole night. We could not have found a better winter wedding venue!! The upstairs was picturesque for the ceremony with the view from the big windows behind the bride & groom. The transition was seamless to walk downstairs and have food and drinks ready to go. We had so many compliments from guests about how great the venue looked, and we really didn't do that much decorating ourselves. The long and narrow aisle make the ceremony look full regardless of how many guests you have.

We could not have found a better winter wedding venue!! The upstairs was picturesque for the ceremony with the view from the big windows behind the bride & groom. The transition was seamless to walk downstairs and have food and drinks ready to go. We had so many compliments from guests about how great the venue looked, and we really didn't do that much decorating ourselves. The long and narrow aisle make the ceremony look full regardless of how many guests you have.

This venue was absolutely beautiful! Right when I saw it I knew that I was going to get married there. The staff is so nice and very helpful. The food was amazing and they have a lot of rental items to choose from to compliment any color or theme. My wedding was wonderful and I would definitely recommend Lord Hill Farms.

We just got married here a few weeks ago. It was truly, lovely! The grounds even in the winter are gorgeous! With the views, they are stunning! We signed on a year in advance. They always responded to my concerns, but sometimes it took a bit. My emails kept ending up in their SPAM box according to them. BUT they were always helpful. There are things that they don't budge on though. You must provide your own champagne glasses and cake plates/napkins/forks unless you want to rent the glasses or service from them. Same would be true for barware, except we used their bar package, so that became included. We loved that along with the venue, we were able to arrange catering, linens, some decor changes etc. We didnt have to rent tables, chairs, plates etc. either. They bussed all the tables, so the only clean up is what you bring in. The place is just lovely, but probably a bit pricier than other venues. We only looked a few additional places that were close in price for the venue, but didn't offer nearly the same in service. I never priced a caterer to see if fee's are close, we just went with LHF's. In all, we had an amazing day, beautiful place, food was amazing and the staff was very helpful! My basis of cost includes catering, since it is manditory that you use theres. Plus we rented linens and a few decorations. You can use them for the 5-10 range too

I recently had a winter wedding here. I was scared to visit the venue because I thought it was out of my price range. Although it my have a higher rental fee than other venues in the area-I think I saved money and time overall! I really didn't need to buy decorations or flowers because the venue was so beautiful. They are also wonderful to work with-they worked with every request I had! Catering was very reasonably priced and great since I didn't need to shop around. Food and bar was great! They decorate everything for you and clean up after your done. Can't go wrong with them. The pictures on the website don't do justice- Visit them in person!

Lord Hill Farms is amazingly beautiful and the food is fabulous. During the wedding, ALL of the staff working that night were wonderful. They were so very friendy and polite to us and our guests. Working with the event/facility staff in the months prior to the wedding was totally stress-free. I really enjoyed working with them. Every staff person I encountered at Lord Hill Farms was very friendly. Two complaints...we asked for the mini lamp shades on the chandeliers to be straightened because they were crooked. We were told they would be and they weren't. It's very noticable in our pictures and a little frustrating. There is also no air-conditioning in this venue. They have ceiling fans, but they don't quite cut it. We got married inside on a hot day, and it was even hotter upstairs during the ceremony.

Perfect Venue. Perfect Size. Beautiful out door wedding, everything looked amazing. It is so nice to be able to walk straight from the ceremony to such a romantic setting. My cinderella wedding was truly a fairytale. Catering here is extremely reasonable, the food was excellent. They do a lot of in house work so the I didn't need a wedding planner. I even had an assistant the day of the wedding who helped me with everything! Great bang for your buck! Thank you Lord Hill!!!

I actually had my wedding French Creek Estates, which is owned by and right down the road from Lord Hill Farms. The staff were excellent and the property was beautiful. We first looked at LHF but thought the venue was too large for our 150 guests and found French Creek charming and the perfect size. The old manor was great to get ready in and take pictures around. Overall, we had a beautiful wedding and loved this venue!!

Amazing venue! This place is gorgeous inside and out. It is a perfect place for a wedding. So pretty that you wouldn't even have to use decor to dress it up. It's very elegant and classy inside and we got so many comments on how beautiful it was. Also it is great for pictures, because they have such beautiful property. The employees and wedding coordinator are great people and so easy to work with! They were organized and have a great system. I am so happy we chose them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

This was the most amazing venue. I loved the outdoor area with the fountain and beautiful mountains for the ceremony. Then inside with the twinkle lights and ivy wrapped beams was amazing, all of my guests commented on that.

Not only is the picturesque backdrop of the Snohomish Valley and phenomenally kept venue grounds of Lord Hill the ideal setting for your wedding, the wedding coordinators (Tracy is the lead/person I spoke with the most) make the entire process painless and are so accommodating to questions and request. I would recommend the venue in a heartbeat and am so happy that we decided to get married here!
