Located in Olympia, WA, Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House, operated by The Evergreen State College, is a historic estate that hosts weddings and other milestone occasions. Situated in Olympia's beautiful historic South Capital neighborhood, you and your guests will be taken back in time on your wedding day. The 1921 Spanish Colonial villa is surrounded by lush lawns and evergreen trees, providing a picturesque background for your special celebration. Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House includes a beautifully paneled Brazilian mahogany dining room and majestic central staircase, providing a unique and lively atmosphere for your festivities. The Palladian windows near the staircase open to an outdoor balcony overlooking the courtyard. This makes it the perfect spot for you to throw your bouquet to hopeful guests down below. You have the option of hosting an intimate indoor ceremony for up to 60 guests in the spacious front room of the Mansion. Alternatively, you can have an outdoor ceremony of up to 100 guests with the reception in the Lord Mansion or in the adjacent Coach House. Both of these spots are in your hands in terms of decor and seating configurations. The second floor of the Mansion is also where the get-ready rooms are located, where you and your future spout will be able to prepare before walking down the aisle. This venue's staff members will strive to provide you with an unforgettable wedding day experience. All you have to worry about is making lifelong memories. Historic Lord Mansion and Coach House offers a variety of options for tables and chairs at no additional charge. They will take care of setup and break down so you can focus on your guests. Other decor and equipment are also available. When it comes to catering, you have the option of bringing in your own licensed caterer.
