***PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE, THEY ARE FINANCIALLY DISHONEST***My husband and I got married here last month and they completely breached our contract. Prior to the wedding, we pre-paid a certain amount toward the bar and clearly stated we would be covering beer, wine, and well drinks for our guests. During the wedding, Los Coyotes was CHARGING GUESTS FOR ALL DRINKS. Unfortunately, our guests assumed we were just doing a cash bar so everyone paid. It wasn't brought to our attention until the best man found out 1.5 hours into the wedding. When my husband confronted the banquet captain, she outright LIED and said they were only charging for premium drinks (which many friends and family confirmed was false). In addition, we were promised a full bar and they couldn't even make basic drinks (e.g. Old fashioned, Moscow Mule, Mojito, etc). Our guests also told us that Los Coyotes refused to take credit card, ONLY CASH, so there was no paper trail for what our guests spent. When we spoke with Viviana from the venue afterwards, she denied this and had the audacity to accuse US of being in the wrong. She said her bartenders had been working there for years and would never do such a thing. She offered us $100 refund because she claimed that's all they charged our guests, which was totally laughable. We were appalled by their DISHONESTY AND COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT for us as clients. Since then, they've been ignoring all our emails and phone calls, refusing to give us a rightful refund for the bar.Selina (the previous director of sales) was professional and efficient, but unfortunately Viviana replaced her 1 month before our wedding. Viviana was disorganized, slow to respond to emails, and difficult to work with. We covered many of our final details with Selina before she left and we wasted so much time going back and forth with Viviana because she didn't know what was going on for our wedding.In addition to issues with the bar:- They didn't serve one of the appetizers that we had paid for- They literally forgot to serve us (the bride and groom) and our coordinator had to go in and ask for our meals- Service was horrendous: Some guests waited 1.5 hours for their meals, there were no water pitchers on the table, cake only served to half our guests.- The country club itself is nice, but that's the only thing they have going for them. I would still give 0 stars for Los Coyotes if I could.***To brides and grooms looking at this venue, please DO NOT book your wedding here. It's not worth the issues and the unprofessional, shady staff that you'll have to deal with. We're just trying to save other couples from this***

We love the wedding venue itself- the lake side ceremony was serene and perfect for intimate wedding like ours. The venue was easy to find and parking is free valet for guests. We were at the Cypress Palm room- smaller venue to host less than 80 people was perfect for our wedding! The arrangement of the tables, love seat, and buffet was arranged on time and exactly what we discussed! Even with the early request we did to bring our stuff early for the ceremony decoration was even granted. We did an early wedding from 10am- 3pm so all the preparations were done super early! The bridal suite was ready by 6am which I was so worried because we were doing everything on site. Selina and her crew delivered as they promised! They took care of us every step of the way. The food was superb! The chef did a good job and promised us the the best food same as we had tasted and tried! Our guest loved it! The wedding packages are the best! They range from a price that can accommodate your budget! We were so happy that this was definitely within our price range and we had the dream wedding we have always wanted! It only took us 2 months in prep and Selina took care of us from the planning up to the end! She replied to every email we sent her and gave us all details we need to know about it! Stress free wedding?!!! This is the place for you! We love Los Coyotes Country Club and we look forward to celebrate our future special occasion with them!!

We had our wedding reception here. Hannah was amazing every step of way. She was very patient, helpful, and accommodating. She always responded to my emails quickly. All of their packages were nicely organized, which helped make things easy for us. They had lots of florists, bakeries, coordinators, and invitation companies to choose from. Picking the linens and chairs was easy too.Our final decision on choosing this venue was based on their large ballroom with high ceilings and lots of windows, and their large terrace overlooking the golf course. The terrace was the perfect size for cocktail hour. It really is a beautiful venue.We chose the buffet and they had a room right across from the ballroom which housed the food so that it didn't take up space in the ballroom and didn't cause an eye-sore, it was a perfect set-up for a buffet style. The food was great! None of our guests complained about any rude service, everyone was very polite. The venue's day-of event manager was extremely friendly and accommodating. He delivered our food and drinks personally and was always checking on us throughout the night. He even helped my personal coordinator throughout the night. They had a projector and screen in the corner, which was perfect for our slideshow! The terrace had cute bistro lights at no extra charge. For an extra fee, they have games for the guests to play on the terrace and white drapes to hang on the windows. The lobby had a perfect spot for a portable bar and a photo booth. The bridal room is conveniently right next to the restrooms. The bridal room also had a coded lock that only our bridal party knew of, so it was comforting to know that our belongings and gifts were safe. I also loved that they included complementary valet parking! Our guests really appreciated this service.I highly recommend Los Coyotes Country Club for your event!

We had our dream wedding on October 20, 2018 and it was absolutely breath taking. We have been getting so many complements on how it was the best wedding anyone has every been to and we have Los Coyotes Country Club to thank for that. Since our first tour of the venue we fell in love with everything and Selina was right there by our side the whole time. The food was amazing and so was the staff. Our only complaint was that we wish it would have lasted all night long. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and we have so many vendors to thank for that.

I had my ceremony and reception at Los coyotes. The staff was awesome with the whole planning process and the day of. They were accommodating to my family and bridal party. Our ceremony was beautiful and the venue provides a ceremony coordinator. The reception room was a great space. The venue provides all the necessities including tables, chairs, linens and more. From the moment walked through the halls and laid eyes on the halls of Los Coyotes we knew this was the venue for us.We loved what their packages offered and really enjoyed the whole experience of working with all the great coordinators especially Juliann. She was very east to talk to and really helped us understand all the aspects of the planning process. She checked in with us and even answered all of the crazy questions that we had. All of our guests could not stop talking about how great our venue was and how great it was to move to different locations for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They could also not stop raving about how clean and big the ball room was as well as the attentiveness of the entire staff. We had a great experience and would recommend this location to anyone.

This venue is a huge bang for your buck! I looked at over 20 venues and fell in love with Los Coyotes. Selina (the event coordinator) was very easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions and even helped with the bar menu. The food was delicious and all of my guests had a blast!

This venue is a huge bang for your buck! I looked at over 20 venues and fell in love with Los Coyotes. Selina (the event coordinator) was very easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions and even helped with the bar menu. The food was delicious and all of my guests had a blast!

This venue was everything we were looking for and very affordable.The only down falls are; the bride room isn't very big, they do not help decorate or set up anything, and the bride & groom pay for their own meals.

We have been to other county clubs in search of our wedding venue and they all tried to take you to their office and sell you the place. When we went to Los Coyotes County Club, we spoke and worked with Ashlee. She didn't try to sell the place...she didn't have to. The place shows its class! We did not even have to do a lot of decorating for the wedding. We just pretty much added the centerpieces to the place. We had chicken marsala and it was great! Food wasn't dry and it was delicious! I really recommend this place to all the brides. Most country clubs have the same price but LCCC is 10x more nicer!

Like most other couples, we had a budget going into the wedding and knowing that the majority of the cost would be going towards food and venue, we needed to find an affordable yet classy place to hold our wedding. After our first visit, we were blown away by the look and feel of the ballroom and space. The prices were very reasonable as well, and having chosen Sunday as the wedding day, the minimum food charge was easily attainable without splurging too much on the food, drinks, and guests. A pet peeve of mine is having enough servers during meal time because I wanted to make sure that all the guests are served promptly and at the same time too. I find their server service to be a little lacking in that regard, being that one side of the ballroom were always the last ones being served, and that not everyone of the guests was given their own serving of cake. With that said, Los Coyotes does have a full package that includes linens, chair covers, cake, and accessories to use for the wedding so that saved a lot of stress for me when planning for the wedding. Aside from the server service, I'd highly recommend this venue for other brides :)

Selina Cothran (Events Director) With over 17 years experience in Private Events, I have helped hundreds of people create lifelong memories. My favorite part of the planning process is helping couples create custom weddings that reflect their unique personalities. Most people would describe me as creative, funny and passionate. I love music and often referred to as the human juke box.In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking and spending time with friends, possibly doing Karaoke.
