This venue is EVERYTHING a bride is looking for! So breathtaking beautiful and the staff... AMAZING!!! I loved everything about my wedding and I have to give credit to this venue! They are so helpful, flexible, friendly, etc. They really take care of you! I really recommend this lovely venue.

The venue is one of a kind. It is a hidden gem! We are both from El Paso, TX and wanted something that was timeless and unique. Oscar and team were so welcoming and accommodating. From planning to the actual day...super easy! Our guests cannot stop talking about our choice in venue. We were taken care of, the vendors that are in partnership with Los Portales were wonderful!

Professionalism at its best! Exceptional and efficient staff. Oscar, the owner is very professional, respectful and nice. Los Portales is a beautiful place with wooden floors and venue can be held indoors or outdoors. They took care of us 100%. Dependable and courteous. You will not have to worry about anything. They make sure everything is at your fingertips. You will definitely feel classy and special here. Our Quinceañera event was far and beyond what we expected.

My husband and I were just married at Los Portales this past weekend! It was an enchanting evening, and the Los Portales staff attended to our every need. The food, service, and entertainment was exceptional. The ambiance at the venue is classy and timeless. This is a gem in the El Paso, TX area!

Excellent service during your wedding reception! Very easy to contact the owner and coordinator for the wedding planning. Beautiful setting! I was very happy to have our wedding there.

While researching wedding venues, my fiancé and I wanted to find a location that had real character. Though other venues may offer many different things, we really fell in love with Los Portales when we, luckily, came across it. The beautiful architecture and open landscaping made for the perfect location and backdrop for our Fall wedding. We also loved, and appreciated, the history and story behind the structure itself.We are not local to the area but working with Oscar leading up to our wedding was extremely easy and left us very care-free. We had regular check-ins with him to ensure everything was progressing as planned. He also offered several helpful suggestions for local retailers that were knowledgable and reliable. Once it go to the week of our wedding, Alvaro was also a great deal of help with finalizing some of those last-minute details.The serving staff were also fantastic. Throughout the evening, they made sure all guests had full glasses and were quick to clear tables when necessary. This was something we were not expecting, resulting in it being a very pleasant surprise.Again, my fiancé (now wife) and I could not have been happier with the beautiful setting that the Los Portales venue provided for our special day.Two suggestions for prospective couples considering having their wedding here:- Request to meet with the day-of coordinator prior to the actual date of your wedding. This will definitely help to ensure they are aware of who each person in the wedding party is and who should be contacted if concerns come up.- Share open communication with the DJ surrounding the songs, or specific music, you'd like to be played.
