HANDS DOWN BEST VENUE!!!! EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE IS AMAZINGGG!!!! Lost Mission is so so gorgeous! Every part of Lost mission has its own beautiful, unique touch- nothing can compare. Our wedding was in January and having the firewall on, our guests were still able to enjoy the gorgeous patio and outdoors! Olivia is the absolute best and very responsive! She made sure everything was up to date and made the whole entire process stress free! She welcomed us with open arms and gave us good advice to ensure our big day ran smoothly. We can not thank her enough for all that she did for us! The Lost Mission Team was a dream to work with! I am so blessed and happy that we were able to have fun and enjoy every second of our special day! Our guest had the best time ever! Our family and friends were so impressed with the built-in bar, delicious food, fast service, and the breathtaking venue! Everyone loved the bartenders! They treated everyone like family! It doesn't stop there !! THE FOOD IS SO Delicious!!!! We even had street tacos as our midnight snack and OMG !!! My husband and I crave those tacos everyday! Seriously, the best! We are so happy we chose Lost Mission as our venue!

My husband and I got married here 12/3/2023. All throughout the planning process, Addison and the team with Lost Mission were super attentive and very easy to work with. The venue is BEAUTIFUL -- breathtakingly gorgeous. This was actually the only venue I toured. One look at that beautiful chapel & the landscape around it and I knew I had to have my wedding here. The whole day was like a fairy tale. The food was good, too -- I was a little nervous when I learned that all catering was done in house, but the food definitely did not disappoint. The only thing about the venue I didn't like was that my husband wanted to bring in a certain bottle of bourbon they didn't have in stock, which wasn't allowed unless we wanted to pay per bottle + the cost per pour, so we'd essentially pay for each bottle 3x. There are laws in place of course that determined this, I'm sure, and it wasn't a big deal at the end of the day. My guests had a lovely time. So many people said that it was beautiful and the best wedding they've been to. Cannot recommend Lost Mission enough.

When looking for wedding venues I came across lost mission. Once we toured it I knew this was the place we needed to get married. The Spanish mission charm is beautiful enough that decor is hardly needed. Addison and he team did such a good job taking care of us. Food was amazing. Bartenders and staff were so sweet. It was truly a magical day I will never forget!

I feel like this venue makes such an incredible impression with its beauty on its own that I don't even need to write a review but I just have to sing their praises. My engagement was 18 months long and I enjoyed every single minute of working with Adisson. She answered ALLLLLLL my questions - there were a lot - and answered them quickly. She was so sweet, too. The catering here is top notch. All my guests raved about the food (we had chicken piccata, mushroom caps, soup shooters and caprese skewers) and the only thing I regret is that I didn't eat more LOL. The bartenders did an incredible job with our signature drinks (maple old fashioned and guava-rita), which we provided some additional ingredients for. This entire experience was such a dream. From the bottom of my heart, thank you LM for everything.

Lost mission was only the second venue I toured after getting engaged. As soon as I walked in, I knew It was the venue I was picking. Everything about it is beautiful, the chapel, the reception hall, the bridal room! It’s so pretty that you don’t even need much decorations. The chicken piccata was our plate of choice and we got so many compliments from our guests on how good it was. Addison was very helpful and always communicated well. This venue would make your wedding dreams come true for sure.

I feel in love with Lost Mission the second I stepped out of the car for our tour. The mix of being outside while also having plenty of air conditioning (a must for a June wedding in Texas) was just what we needed and wanted. The chapel is utterly gorgeous and seeing the mission bell you get to ring at the end of your wedding was just the cherry on top. Throughout the planning process Adisson made everything so easy and she was always available for any questions I had. Fast forward to our wedding and my family could not stop raving about the beauty of the venue throughout the entire wedding!

We booked Lost Mission without seeing it in person and it exceeded our expectations! My husband and I currently live in Indianapolis, but always knew we wanted to get married in the Texas Hill Country area where we met and where we also have friends and family. Because we were planning an out of state wedding, I didn't have a ton of opportunity to visit venues in person, which definitely stressed me out! The venue let me do several FaceTime walk throughs before and after booking. The first time I actually saw it in person was for our final walk through and it literally brought tears to my eyes. PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE. Everything from the scenery, the food (we did the chips/salsa/guac bar for cocktail hour and the fajitas for dinner), the staff, was pure perfection! Guests have continued to tell me even a month later, that it was by far the best wedding they've been to! I originally planned for 120 attendees and we ended up with 95 person headcount, which I was worried about with it being a larger venue size, but Adisson the venue coordinator and my wedding planner organized the layout in a way where it felt intimate and not bare at all. If you want a true Texas Hill Country wedding venue that has it all, book Lost Mission! You won't regret it!

We fell in love with this venue the moment we saw it during a tour! It perfectly reflects San Antonio and hill country charm. The chapel is so romantic! We just knew it was the venue for us!The entire planning process with Adisson and Lost Mission was great! They were helpful and upfront with everything that was included with the venue. Our wedding day went so smoothly it was a dream come true! The food and drinks were excellent. We received so many compliments on the venue and the food and beverages! I chose this venue because it had every element I was looking for and included everything I could have asked for! From the secluded feel to the intimate chapel. It was pure beauty to have spent my special day here. The staff took care of us every step of the way. Everything went smoothly all night long! We even had a special to-go meal ready for us upon our departure. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough, pure perfection! We are so grateful for the owners who built the beautiful venue and for all of the staff who helped make the day truly special.

Best venue ever! This was the first venue my husband and I both liked immediately and I am so glad we booked them. The interior and the amount of detail that they put into it is astounding. We really liked how we did not have to go and search for all the extra add ons. We enjoyed that they have their private catering and bar packages. This made us feel way less stressed throughout the process because we knew it was all with Lost Mission. They really worked with us and our situation of planning from out of state and accommodated so well. It held our 200 person wedding with ease and it did not feel crowded one bit throughout the night. We got so many compliments about the food, staff, and the atmosphere and we are a million times happy to have had our big day here.

Lost Mission venue is the most beautiful venue in the San Antonio area. Once we saw the beautiful architecture of the chapel and the interior details from the pews to the chandeliers, my husband and I instantly knew we wanted to be married here. The reception hall is located just a short walk down from the chapel which is very spacious and just as beautiful. Olivia and Adisson were very friendly and helpful to work with and made wedding planning an ease. It was so convenient to have bartending and catering services provided by Lost Mission. The food was delicious (highly recommend the chicken piccata). We are so happy with how our wedding day turned out and love looking back to the photos that capture the beautiful memories and the beautiful scenery Lost Mission provides.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with choosing Lost Mission as our venue location. From our initial consult meeting, all the way to even after our wedding day, the team there made sure all details were covered and accounted for. The property itself is absolutely stunning, and its essence embodied everything we wanted for our special day. The fact that the venue greatly reduces the number of vendors you would typically need to find for an event as such was also something that influenced our decision. They have rental options for all the furniture and staff you would need, and even provide recommendations for any addition vendors you might need.Olivia and Adisson were wonderful event managers at Lost Mission, and made sure our day was carried out exactly how we planned.

When we toured Lost Mission, we instantly knew this had to be our venue. Nothing else compared! The staff is all incredibly kind and willing to help you through every detail. The ceremony chapel and reception hall are both so beautiful… every detail is so perfect. The location is great. Far enough from busy city life, but not too far. The food was incredible! Some guests said the chicken achiote enchiladas were the best they’ve ever had! Highly recommend. Our day was perfect, and we were so grateful for Lost Mission.

We didn't know what kind of wedding venue we wanted - and then we found Lost Mission and we knew we'd found it. Tucked in the Texas hill country, Lost Mission is simply picturesque. Trying to find a venue when living out of state was no small task. My mom and I made a weekend visit to tour venues and Lost Mission was first. After that, no other venue compared. The time and care the owners took to develop this venue shows. From the intimate chapel (with AC!) and the exterior architecture to the running creek down to the vast chapel hall - it's so gorgeous you almost don't even need extra decor or florals. The beauty of the property and venue speaks for itself. And I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Olivia for being there every step of the way. Throughout the entire process, beginning to end, she was kind, helpful, clear, passionate, and seriously just the best at making the overall process easy and stress-free. Thank you to the entire Lost Mission team for making our dream wedding come to life.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Lost Mission is! The grounds, the service, the value, the food and their staff are incredible. Lost Mission was the only venue we actually even looked at and we immediately fell in love. Olivia and Sara were so great to work with! Our guest still can’t stop talking about “how cool” of a venue Lost Mission is and how the food was so amazing and “not like any wedding food” they’ve ever had! We wanted a venue that had more to offer than just the grounds and Lost Mission OVER delivered! 10/10 wedding venue. Every single detail of this venue was perfect. Lost mission provides their own food and alcohol which makes it a lot easier when planning / looking for vendors. The food is delicious and the bartending staff is top notch. Olivia is your go to person at lost mission and you never have to worry about there being a lack of communication. Every question, concern, comment or thought I had throughout my wedding planning process Olivia was so quick to respond and offer solutions. Even my mom said if she could plan her wedding again, lost mission would be her venue of choice. Lol. I cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff, the location, the beauty of the venue all exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Lost Mission enough.

Our wedding was truly a dream come true, and at the center of our perfect day was Lost Mission. We were looking for a venue that was beautiful, spacious, and had a unique Texas charm to it, and Lost Mission checked all of those boxes and more. We had a large number of out-of-state guests, and we loved giving them a taste of San Antonio mission-style architecture. We used the drapes and Edison chandeliers in the reception hall, and the space was so jaw-droppingly beautiful. We received endless comments on the beauty of the space. With 150 guests, the reception hall never felt crowded, nor did it feel empty. The food was awesome, the bartenders and all staff were great, and our wedding day went so incredibly smoothly, we were almost in shock. We can’t recommend Lost Mission highly enough. Finally, we want to shout out to Olivia, who worked with us from our first meeting to the wedding day itself. She was so knowledgeable, patient, and communicative, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the process - even things we hadn’t thought to consider. She made us feel so taken care of for our almost 2-year engagement. Thank you for everything, Olivia!

Lost Mission was a dream venue for our wedding! We first fell in love with it through photos online and when we visited in person, it was even more magical. We knew this was \"the one\" as soon as we visited. It was important for us to have a chapel for our wedding and Lost Mission's chapel is gorgeous and MOST importantly, since we're in Texas, it is air-conditioned! The reception venue is so beautiful! The drapes, the chandeliers, the edison bulbs, the farm tables- EVERYTHING just adds to the beauty of this venue. It is also pretty amazing that it feels like a one-stop shop, given that you book the venue, catering, and bar services. Their food is DELICIOUS, unlike any other wedding food I've had and their drinks are quality! We received so many compliments from guests after the wedding about the food and drinks. I highly encourage you to visit their open house so that you can try this out. Lastly, but certainly not least, Olivia is AMAZING. She is knowledgeable, experienced, gives valuable input, and is so hands-on that it almost feels like she's a coordinator. I trusted her so much that I often found myself asking for her input over my coordinator. She is quick to communicate and a true professional.

Lost Mission is a great place to get married! It has beautiful grounds, a nicely paved parking pot, gorgeous Mission style chapel, and a fabulously large reception hall. Also, they have a golf cart to transport guests with mobility issues to all the buildings. The bbq is fantastic! They give large portions and it’s good cuts of meat. We loved having our wedding there! We heard many good compliments from our guests!

Lost mission exceeded every need and expectation I had going into wedding planning. From the beginning steps of booking a venue, Olivia was detailed and laid out all of the info I needed. It was a no brainer after seeing the venue that I HAD to book this ASAP! The whole venue feels like a home away from home; from the quiet water stream, beautiful chapel, and spacious reception hall, it all was so welcoming! Leading up to the big day, every question and concern were answered and taken care of immediately. Olivia truly made this process and experience easy. All of my friends and family were in awe of how wonderful the venue was and couldn’t stop complimenting us on the choice of choosing lost mission. If I could plan every event at Lost mission, I would!!!!

Lost Mission was hands down the best venue we could've imagined. From the people, to the chapel, to just the overall beauty of the venue, we were blown away by how perfectly everything went! We were planning our San Antonio wedding from Atlanta, and everyone at Lost Mission was incredibly kind and supportive over the last year. Olivia helped us every step of the way when we had a million questions, and she always was so sweet about it. The entire catering team and bartenders were amazing as well - we got so many compliments from our guests about how great everyone was! We are incredibly grateful for Lost Mission and would recommend it to anyone who wants to have the best wedding ever :)

The Lost Mission is a top notch location/venue. Not only was the setting and scenery absolutely beautiful, the staff was wonderful. Olivia, especially, was the BEST! From booking our date to the actual event, she was super responsive and helpful every step along the way. She stayed on top of everything from start to finish to make sure we had the perfect wedding. The entire staff at Lost Mission worked seamlessly with our outside vendors (we had 7 outside vendors!). We even threw Lost Mission a curve ball by adding billiards to our reception - a first! The food and bar were nothing short of spectacular. Lost Mission is a must if you want to have the perfect venue for your event. I do not have one negative comment to make! SPECTACULAR all the way around!!

We loved everything about Lost Mission. The space is gorgeous and perfectly designed to be a warm, loving, and thoughtful wedding event space. When touring venues, we wanted to pick a location that showcased some of the best of Texas, and that’s what Lost Mission did. There are so many great locations for photos and portraits. Beyond the space, the staff was wonderful. They were responsive and could easily be accessed via phone, text, or email. They made the whole thing seamless. The food, drinks, and linens can all be done in-house. As an out of state couple, we’re so grateful for that. The food was great, the late night snacks were super fun, the the drinks were fabulous. Day of was also seamless. Olivia was amazing! We had our own planner, but the peace of mind knowing that Olivia was also around to help things run smoothly made the day so much easier. We truly could not have picked a better venue with a better staff to be around on our big day. There’s something to be said about walking away from a place and feeling like they enjoyed celebrating your big day as much as you did. Planning a wedding gets a bad reputation as being one of the most stressful life events. We can honestly say that wasn’t our experience as all. That’s due to a big thanks to the Lost Mission staff.

The #1 best decision I made was booking Lost Mission for my wedding venue. We were beyond impressed with the service from start to finish! Olivia answered every question I had with such promptness and kindness. She went above and beyond to make sure the wedding day was as perfect as it could be! She handled any mishaps and strong emotions with such patience, grace, kindness, understanding, advice, encouragement and love. The owners were so kind to my grandparents and made sure the golf cart was ready to transport them across the venue. Patrick was so kind in assisting me while I set some items up wedding day. The grounds themselves are so well maintained and just so beautiful! The venue offers FULL catering, bar service, linens, security, lighting/decor add ons... you name it! You can NOT go wrong booking them! Thank you staff of Lost Mission for the best day of my life!

Two months later and my friends and family are still talking about how amazing the catering and venue were! Lost Mission was absolutely stunning in every way and the staff was top tier. Olivia was my saving grace throughout my engagement. She was quick to assist with answering questions (I had a lot) and made me and my husband feel celebrated. This could have easily been just a simple business transition, but she was so personable and friendly, it just made the whole experience sweeter. The venue is STUNNING and I am a simple decor kind of gal. I only brought two bins of decorations for the entire reception hall because I just thought it was so lovely on it's own, it didn't need much for my liking. My guests were swooning. As was I. You don't always have high hopes for wedding food, but that wasn't the case here. The food was delicious and filling. As a bride, you are told, \"Prepare not to eat at your wedding. You won't have time.\" Again, not the case here. During cocktail hour my husband and I were taking photos and when dinner was ready, there were appetizers set aside for us so we could enjoy them as well. Our dinner and dessert were set for us which was a blessing. Lastly, my wedding photos came out so beautiful and that was a huge thanks to the number of excellent photo spot located throughout the entire venue. Olivia and her team were such a delight. They go above and beyond and are so professional. If you are considering Lost Mission, I can guarantee you'll be in great hands.

Lost Mission is the most beautiful venue!! The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect. Olivia and her team have the most positive attitude and treat you like family. We were able to book our date and details very easily! Anytime I had a question Olivia responded promptly! The food was incredible, and the bar service was amazing! We also had the firewall which all the guests loved! Everyone couldn’t stop telling us how great our venue was and just how amazing everything tasted and looked. If you’re considering booking, don’t wait! You won’t regret it! We can’t thank lost mission enough for everything they did to make our most precious day extremely memorable and beautiful.

Lost Mission is such a beautiful venue! It was just the right venue for me and my husband. Our wedding turned out dreamier than ever and Lost Mission had a lot to do with the success of the night. Olivia is so amazing. Period. She is just the right person to work with when planning your wedding - she has an answer for everything, pays attention to details, and is so sweet and kind. We ended up choosing the chicken piccata for our dinner buffet and it was a huge hit! All of the food and drinks tasted great! We did not want the night to end! You will not be disappointed by Lost Mission. My husband and I highly recommend!

Lost Mission was a dream come true!! From the time we went to tour it, I got a special feeling. I was charmed by the chapel and the amazing reception space. Ringing the bell after we got married was so fun too. The photo ops are endless. Honestly, the whole property is so nice and the babbling creek the day of the wedding gives it that special touch. Important for me, it’s SO CLEAN! The bathrooms actually smell good LOL. The decor options they have really make it stand out, especially that fire wall. Beyond that, Olivia made our experience stress free! Honestly, stress FREE. She is detailed, sweet, helpful and quick to reply. So many of my guests were raving about the service they received as well as the quality of the food and drinks. I’ve been to so many weddings where the food is “ok” and the drinks are hardly tolerable, that was NOT the case at Lost Mission. Everything was SO good. I can’t say enough good things about Lost Mission and the team there. They made our day magical and it’s the perfect setting. If you are looking for a sign to book with them, here it is!!! I would recommend it over and over! It’s so important to have a great team that makes it all about YOU, the couple getting married and the Lost Mission family definitely made us feel so special. If you are looking for a venue, look no further because Lost Mission is it! From the initial tour to our wedding day we had nothing but great interactions and experiences. Olivia is amazing to work with, and makes what should be a stressful process so simple and easy. The venue offers not only amazing views (that look great in pictures) but fantastic catering! Our family/friends are still raving about the chicken piccata and how beautiful and unique the venue was.

Olivia was AMAZING and the venue was to die for. My wedding literally looked like something out of a magazine or pinterest board. Olivia was the greatest person to work with, she made us feel so special and helped anytime that I needed her. I know that she went above and beyond to make sure our day ran as smoothly as possible. She was so welcoming and genuine we felt like home at the venue. It was so great booking here because we did not have to worry about linens, food, tables, or the drinks. It was all taken care of for us. We got so many compliments from our guests about the venue they were blown away by it all. If we had to do it all over again we would chose Lost Mission every single time.

Working with Lost Mission was a dream. Olivia was such a star throughout the whole experience. She was easy to get ahold of and always provided thorough information in an upbeat way. She made the overall venue experience stress free during what is typically a very stressful time. On the day of, the venue truly transformed into everything I could have imagined my wedding to be. I received so many compliments about how delicious the food was while at the wedding - we opted for a split plate of the tenderloin and chicken piccata. For someone who loves to cook and eat, the catering definitely did not disappoint. Throughout the night, I saw guests spending time outside by the firewall, getting jiggy on the dancefloor and enjoying craft cocktails at the bar. I cannot imagine having my wedding at any other location because my experience was beyond perfect. Thank you Olivia and the Lost Mission team!

Lost Mission is the most beautiful venue, with the best staff. The day of my wedding was absolutely perfect. Olivia and her team have the best attitude and treat you like family. We were able to book our date and details with ease. The food was incredible, and the bar service was easy and amazing! We also had the firewall on which the guests loved. Everyone couldn’t stop gushing at how great our venue was and just how amazing everything tasted and looked. If you’re considering booking, don’t wait! You won’t regret it!!! Also if looking for affordable places to stay I recommend the Hampton Inn Bulverde. The rooms are nice extremely clean for the price and very comfortable for the day before or even after the wedding.

Lost Mission was an AMAZING wedding venue and was everything we dreamed it would be!! The chapel is amazing and was the perfect location to say our I dos. The entire property is gorgeous, great for pictures and the fire wall in the patio/cocktail area is a must when holding an event here. The food was delicious, we chose the barbeque option and had street tacos as a late-night snack, both were fantastic! The reception venue has a certain charm to it and the different add on options allow you to choose what fits your style. We were fortunate to work with Olivia who made the experience planning our wedding wonderful and was there for us every step of the way including the day of. We Highly Recommend Lost Mission!!

When COVID-19 hit, our dream of having a destination wedding was put on hold. My husband and I did not want a traditional wedding as we were overwhelmed about the process and extremely set on a very specific overall look/feel of what our wedding would be like. We didn't think we'd be able to find the venue of our dreams locally, but regardless, we began visiting a handful of venues before finally finding Lost Mission. The second we step foot at the venue, we were blown away. Then after meeting Olivia and Sara, we were completely sold! Olivia and Sara were warm, welcoming, professional, and extremely thorough about the entire process. They helped guide us, answered all of our questions, and eased any wedding planning stress we may have had at that point!This venue was absolutely dreamy, but most of all, so convenient! From ceremony to reception, Lost Mission is the perfect all-in-one venue. They had the most adorable chapel, beautiful indoor/outdoor areas for the reception, and on-site catering/bar. We received so many compliments about the venue, food, drinks, firewall, and amazing service!Lost Mission was everything we could have hoped for and MORE! If you're looking for a unique space for your special day, Lost Mission is your place!!!

Lost Mission was the PERFECT venue. Olivia, the venue and catering manager, was incredible and so helpful throughout the entire process! I can not even put into words how much I recommend this venue! The venue had EVERYTHING, I felt like I did not have to spend so much on decorations because the venue was simply beautiful enough.

This venue exceeded every expectation of ours! If the grounds alone don’t immediately make you fall in love, Olivia, the venue coordinator will. She made every part of planning feel easy, effortless, and so so fun. She had an answer to every question we had, so many suggestions, and ironed out every detail we had! We were a destination couple from pretty far away and we were so impressed with Olivia going above and beyond to be there for us. The food was absolutely outstanding (the cocktail hour avocado bar and late night tacos 100000%), the staff was incredible (it’s very obvious they love to be part of these events) and guests raved about the entire experience (the firewall was a huge, huge hit)! The entire property is just stunning. Everywhere you look is the most beautiful part of the venue yet. It just get’s better and better throughout the entire experience. It meant so much to us to be taken care of so diligently on the most important day of our lives yet. We are so happy that Lost Mission lives in our memory forever. It is beyond the most magical place to kick start our marriage. I cannot recommend this venue any more!!! Thank you so much for everything, Lost Mission!!!

We had the most PERFECT wedding ever at Lost Mission! Our guests are still talking about how impressed they were with the venue and how much fun they had. Here are the highlights: Lost Mission is SO beautiful by itself that I didn't have to break the bank with my floral/decorations budget. LM's staff is full-time and SO professional - our guests kept telling us that the bartenders/catering staff treated everyone like family during our event. We had quite a large wedding and no one ever waited more than a couple minutes for a drink, food, or anything. The food at our wedding was TOP NOTCH - we couldn't believe how moist the brisket was, how flavorful all the sides were. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the potato salad and the green chile cornbread! Olivia, the manager, is nothing short of super-human with how efficiently she handles everything - she was the most reassuring, calming presence for me and my family throughout the planning process. The best part is: my husband and I were actually able to relax and enjoy EVERY minute of our wedding because Lost Mission handled all the details with so much care.

So glad we chose Lost Mission for our wedding! I knew it was a great decision from the beginning to book here as it is a beautiful venue and Olivia was so great to work with. She was there to help and answer questions through the process. I even had other vendors comment that they are glad we chose Lost Mission as a venue because they are so easy to work with and know what they are doing. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue is, how great the food was (we used their catering service), and how nice the servers and bartenders were. I highly recommend attending an open house to tour the venue and meet other vendors that work with Lost Mission regularly. Everything went so smoothly and it is so obvious that they know exactly what they are doing. We are so happy we chose this venue!

The moment I saw the first picture online, I knew this was the venue for us. Once the opportunity to actually visit the venue came I jumped on it. As I walked down the path to the chapel the beauty of the architecture and grounds just blew my mind. It was so gorgeous! We booked it then! Sara and Olivia were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They never failed to keep us up-to-date on info or to accommodate to any changes that popped up. The day of our wedding went sooo smoothly, and I know a good majority of it was due to the Lost Mission staff. Oh and their catering absolutely delicious! Thank y'all so much for your hard work! What an enchanting place! This venue is perfect for having everything in one spot, chapel, indoor/outdoor reception area, on-site catering and bar. We received so many compliments from guests stating what a beautiful venue, great food and service. We just got a few of our sneak peak pictures back and the Lost Mission chapel, landscape, reception area, firewall, the whole place really makes for amazing photos. In addition to the venue being perfect, so are Olivia and Sara. They are the definition of accommodating and were alway quick to answer any questions we had. If you are looking for the perfect hill country wedding, look no further.

Wow, what a perfect venue! Our daughter Sara and Adam had the perfect wedding. From our first visit and tour with Sara to meeting Olivia and everything in between was fantastic. They are the best and very patient with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend Lost Mission for your wedding or any event. Love the rustic look in the chapel and beautiful pews and the wedding bell the couple rings after they are married on the way out of the chapel. Wow, now where do I start at the reception hall. It was absolutely STUNNING! Sara and Adam had selected the Edison Bulb Chandeliers and Fire Wall. They had also selected the fajita dinner with rice and beans and all the fixings. Over a month later we still have guests telling us how beautiful the wedding/venue was and how delicious the food was. When we have been a guest at other wedding venues the food is not always all that memorable. Lost Mission was perfect from day one, all the way to when Sara and Adam drove off. Thank you so much for making Sara and Adam's day one they will always remember.

This place is a dream! It's the perfect mix of rustic hill country and Spanish flair. The venue has beautiful rot iron accents throughout the property handmade by the owner and a stunning chapel that is timeless. Olivia, the property manager, was such a joy to work with. She was always prompt to return my calls or text and very thorough with her communication. She put us at ease with her warm smile and made every effort to make our day magical for us and our guests. This is the most beautiful venue. I loved this venue because it was the perfect mix between old Spanish and romantic but elegant. This venue offered everything my husband and I could have every dreamed. Olivia is the best! She made the process easy and was very responsive. My wedding day went extremely good. The food and staff were amazing. You can custom your package and that was so helpful. I will definitely be recommending this venue to any of my friends that are getting married. I found Lost Mission on The Knot and knew we needed to see it. Once we did, we knew it was the perfect location. From the moment we expressed interest, until after our wedding, we’ve had the best experience with all the staff; specifically Olivia. Weddings are so overwhelming at times and she made sure to be available whenever we needed her or when we needed reassurance about anything at all. We were able to visit multiple times and were so thankful that we were able to have in house catering as well (great food)! We are truly bummed that we will not be talking to Olivia anymore and won’t be visiting the venue for wedding decoration ideas. The day of and even now, we have heard such great compliments of the venue. Everyone’s favorite amenities were the drapes and the fire wall. I’ve seen so many friends change their profile picture to them at that fire wall. This venue was the perfect place for us and we were/are so in love with every single thing about this venue. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and these people. They helped our wedding be so beautiful, we could never say thank you enough.

If you’ve made it to this review, look no further. You’ve found your wedding venue!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about the beautiful, unique Lost Mission and the people that work there. Olivia was absolutely incredible — quick to respond (with any detail imaginable!) and offer support. She felt like a friend. The owners of Lost Mission were even present on our wedding night and became fast friends with my family and made us feel special and valued and went above and beyond for us. Our buffet was speedy, the bartenders were fantastic, and the recommended vendor list was literally top tier. Guests from both families and friends are still taking about the incredible food and how it was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever attended. I wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding day and can’t imagine having had it anywhere other than Lost Mission. I wish I could do it all again and this sweet venue will always have such a special place in our hearts!

When my husband and I were looking at wedding venues, Lost Mission was the only one we toured in person. After our initial appointment, we were sold! From the gorgeous craftsmanship of the chapel and stunning reception hall, to the country views and running creek, this place is a wedding location dream!! As couples know, the wedding planning process is stressful. Lost Mission alleviates some of that stress by providing the catering and bar on-site. Two less vendors to search for and review. Olivia was incredibly helpful when it came time to plan our menu, bar, and table colors/coordination. We never felt pressured to choose a more expensive option and were given honest feedback/opinions which helped a lot since we obviously had never planned a wedding before. The staff really makes sure your day goes as perfectly as possible. Two months later, and people are still commenting on how beautiful our venue was AND how good the food was. It was everything I could have hoped for and more!

Lost Mission was the BEST choice we made for our wedding venue! We planned our wedding in 2 months from out of state and we could not be more thankful to have found Lost Mission, and especially Olivia at Lost Mission! Olivia was so incredibly responsive by email and text, and made the planning process so easy for us, especially considering that we booked sight unseen. Olivia really just took all the worry off our minds. Bottom line, Olivia is just one of a kind. We did not get the chance to meet Olivia or see the venue until the day before our wedding, and once we arrived we immediately knew we had made the right choice. The venue and grounds are gorgeous and unique. The staff is friendly, polite and welcoming. We honestly cannot say anything but positive reviews regarding our experience at Lost Mission. Our guests raved about Lost Mission as well! We’re truly grateful that we found Lost Mission (and Olivia!) and would highly recommend Lost Mission! We loved it so much, we’re trying to think of a reason to book another event there!! ♥️

If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further than Lost Mission. Olivia was phenomenal throughout the entire wedding process. We found Lost Mission through The Knot and my husband toured it once in December and brought me in for one of their open houses in January (highly recommend attending one as well as one of their catering tastings as they host both frequently) and we booked immediately for May. Olivia was there every step of the process and even recommended some of our other vendors to us which was immensely helpful in alleviating wedding planning stress! The food at Lost Mission is incredible, we did a chips/salsa/guac/queso bar and fajitas for the main course which was a hit for our out-of-town AND local guests (you know we Texans can be picky on our Tex-Mex). The Spanish-style chapel is so unique and perfect for the Texas Hill Country and the reception hall is spacious and elegant. Please, do yourself a favor and check Lost Mission out, the venue is breath-taking, the service impeccable, and our day was everything we dreamed it would be and so much more thanks to Olivia and the team. If we had to go back and re-plan everything again, we'd pick Lost Mission in a heartbeat.

Lost Mission is the most picturesque hill country venue with the kindest, servant hearted staff. I worked with Olivia and Sara for almost a year leading up to the wedding and they always catered to every request we asked for. Planning was a breeze as they helped me overcome obstacles with scheduling when the pandemic hit and my vendors needed extra time to accommodate their original plans. They allowed us to come in earlier than our wedding day contract time agreed to which helped keep us from breaking contracts with my hair and makeup vendors. The venue is extremely clean and the grounds are clearly well taken care of. Our wedding day was a dream, the beautiful trees with sunlight breaking through onto the chapel made for gorgeous photos. Many of our guests had never been to the hill country before and we’re just in awe of Lost Mission. The bartenders provided by the venue were so fun and super quick - I heard tons of great feedback on them. The venue includes their own security which was one less thing I had to worry about. The ala carte menu makes it super easy to add on or take off any detail, and the staff did a great job setting up the reception hall, not missing a single detail. On the day of, Olivia made sure the wedding party was taken care of by checking in on us to bring more water/beer/champagne as we needed them. I wish I could give more than 5 starts, Lost Mission is one of a kind and I am so thankful we chose this gorgeous venue for our big day.

Had a great experience at Lost Mission from start to finish! Olivia was great to work with. I definitely recommend going to one of their open house events to get ideas and experience the venue fully. The beautiful indoor chapel and reception hall were perfect for our cold and rainy wedding day. The fire wall is amazing, makes for great pictures, and was worth it even with it raining. We received many compliments from guest on the beautiful and unique venue.The only thing I would change is a few more hooks for hanging dresses in the bridal suite. Otherwise, perfect!

The added bonus is the incredible patio area and fire wall for cocktail hour.....and then the Beautiful reception hall! Everything was spectacular and beautiful. All of the guests raved about the venue and called it \"The Wedding of The Year\" . Can we do it again??!!Olivia and Sara were always available during the one year planning and always accommodating. Words cannot begin to describe the beauty of this venue. You will have to take a trip out there and see for yourself! We wanted a Spanish style venue and this Lost Mission was everything we could have hoped for!! They had amazing open houses where we were able to experience different vendors in action. Sara and Olivia were always so kind and welcoming and HELPFUL!! I know Texas weather can be crazy, so it was important for me to have a venue that was both beautiful inside and outside...did I mention their gorgeous chapel is climate controlled! Everything about Lost Mission was absolutely perfect and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a jaw-dropping venue for your wedding!

Everything about this venue is so special and unique, it had our guests raving about it at our wedding. The team is very easy and accommodating to work with, even with my special requests. The bartenders were a joy and seem to have a lot of fun with our guests as well. We were one of the first weddings to try their new in-house catering and again, the empanadas were still talk of the town days after! All the recommended vendors were impeccable, I really couldn’t have asked for anything better! Everything was so perfect, it exceeded the wedding of my dreams! Truly an incredible venue!

5 stars all the way!!! I don’t even know where to begin. The staff was thoughtful, helpful, caring, and all around fabulous! I don’t know any other venue that will run extra water and drinks to the bride and groom rooms as we drink through everything on the day of- while they’re helping our coordinator setup in the reception hall. I could text Olivia and she’d come up and help us with anything. Sara was also just as amazing and became my go-to on the wedding night as she made sure my champagne glass was filled all night! Not many brides have that kind of access to their site managers. There are so many moving pieces on wedding day and they pulled it off flawlessly. We had a large amount of vendors and family on property the day of and they helped our coordinator pull everything off. The property itself is stunning! I knew I wanted it from the moment I saw the Mission style chapel. We also loved that it was all inclusive and wheelchair accessible. They drove my cousin(one of our groomsmen) down to the reception site in a Polaris vehicle. We had shuttles on the day of and they made sure those ran smoothly and we had ample parking for guests that drove there. My bridal portraits were on site and we were the only ones there. We had the whole place to ourselves with access to the bridal suite to change and use the restroom. Oh yeah! The restrooms on site are spotless, air conditioned, and there are so many! They also have the best essential oils pumping through. We opted for the fire wall and it really made our cocktail hour and reception shine. We were terrified of hosting a Pandemic wedding but they put our mind at ease and we pulled it off without a single person getting sick. Our guest list dropped from 300 to 65 and they helped us make sure everything was done with health and safety in mind. We put less chairs at the tables, opened up the reception hall doors, hosted our photo booth outside, and they showed us pics of them cleaning and sanitizing the spaces before our wedding(yes, I was that bride). Even with all of this- they never batted an eye to our requests or cries for help when the day got closer and the numbers were unstable in our area. I highly recommend Lost Mission. Our wedding was the most fabulous night! Well worth it to have everything we wanted. And I’m teary eyed remembering not only our perfect wedding night but also my bridal portraits, run throughs, and going for the tour of the property. THANK YOU TIMES A MILLION!!

Lost Mission is BEAUTIFUL. This was the first venue we toured when searching for our wedding venue and we instantly knew this is where we wanted to have our wedding reception. Sara gave us our tour and she is wonderful to work with and very responsive to any and all questions you might have. Closer to our wedding day, we began working with Olivia and she is also delightful! We loved working and speaking with the 2 of them and how easygoing they are and how easy they made this process for us. Getting married during a pandemic isn't easy but Olivia helped ease our minds and the minds of our guests that their staff would follow certain guidelines to help ensure safety throughout our event. You won't be disappointed by selecting Lost Mission as your wedding venue! If you've visited, you'll see the beauty of the entire place upon entry and if you haven't visited, go tour now!! Lost Mission was the perfect venue for our San Antonio wedding reception with plenty of room to spread out during covid crazy. The chapel patio was cool and comfortable under the trees even in August. The reception hall provided that open airy look that we wanted and the food and bar service was top notch. Lost Mission prepared a customized menu; everything was served piping hot, beautifully presented, and delicious. Sara and Olivia were always available to answer questions and tremendously helpful as we worked through the details. I loved that Lost Mission offered one stop shopping for the little details such as lighting, draping, that beautiful firewall, and rooms for the bridal party. Our wedding guests said things like: “the perfect place”, “so much fun”, and “the best party ever!” .

I can not say enough about the excellence of everything associated with our Lost Mission experience! Their communication was outstanding from start to finish with attention to every detail. Nothing fell short of our expectations—not a single thing! Their experience and knowledge were a welcomed resource for planning our first daughter’s wedding, and the vendors that we hired from their recommended list matched their high quality performance. Most of our guests were from out of town and they loved the venue and the absolutely delicious menu from their new onsite catering service: delicious hot food and a creative menu (avocado bar was a huge hit! We opted out of buffet line and our guests enjoyed the attentive service of the waitstaff. Favorite venue in the area!

There is no better venue in the San Antonio area than Lost Mission. Such a gorgeous location in the Texas Hill Country with a truly exceptional staff. They will work their tail ends off for you to make sure your event is everything you want it to be. I had no coordinator for my daughter's wedding, instead handling everything myself. I could not have done it without Sara, Hailey, and Olivia's guidance and assistance. They are expert in every area of event planning.

Lost Mission was perfect and exactly what I wanted! The venue and grounds are so perfect and even more magical than the pictures. I had both my ceremony and reception here. It is very reasonable and they are so easygoing! I worked with Hailey and she was fantastic to work with! I appreciated what was included as well as the options to add/upgrade. We had an open bar and LM handled it seamlessly. It was all quite straightforward and I didn't have to worry about anything venue-wise on the day of!

The moment I attended a wedding at Lost Mission almost 8 years ago, I knew one day II would have my wedding there. Hailey and Sara are the best! They went above and beyond during the entire wedding process, from the tour to our big day. I feel like they really care about each of their couples and you just feel like family. I tried not to bug them along the way, but they answered every one of my questions without making me feel as if I was a bother. The venue itself is just one of a kind. It is so beautiful! Our guests couldn't stop talking about it. The firewall was a perfect added touch and I think everyone of our guests took a picture by it lol. Sara and Hailey at Lost Mission went above and beyond for our wedding. It all went off without a hitch and it's thanks to them. The venue looked gorgeous, and all our vendors were well informed about the plans for the day of. They worked with us to make our day exactly how we envisioned, and it turned out fantastic. All our guests could not stop saying how beautiful and peaceful the spot was, and we couldn't agree more. Please go check them out, it will be so worth your while.

Needless to be said that Lost Mission is a magical place with a beautiful atmosphere, and guests were charmed by it just as I was when I first visited it. :)

We got married on 9.14.19 and our guests are still talking about how amazing and beautiful our venue was! When we first walked in, we knew Lost Mission was our dream venue. We even canceled our other venue tours we had already scheduled. Hailey and Sarah are so helpful and passionate about what they do. Thank you ladies for dealing with our craziness! The ambiance is so relaxing and the details of the WHOLE venue (from the parking lot to the reception area) are breath-taking. We had about 230 guests and never did it look or feel crowded. Everyone was so comfortable and had a blast! I cannot stop staring at our pictures! We truly had my dream, pinterest wedding!Alcohol is a little expensive and pushed us a little past our budget but our guests said that those were the best margaritas they've ever had! They have different packages that can make it easier for your budget!Thank you Lost Mission for making our day so perfect and memorable!

Our daughter and her husband were recently married at Lost Mission. From viewing the venue with Sara last year and then booking, we were very pleased with every meeting that we had either with her or Hailey. We dealt with Hailey as time progressed, and we hired both of these ladies as our day-of-coordinators. We were kept informed of when payments needed to be made and when we needed to meet with them to discuss details more in-depth. Pricing is reasonable to any other venue of the same caliber! Our daughter and her husband loved the \"hill country\" atmosphere as well as the firewall option. Hailey is the best at knocking out the details (with a multi-page questionnaire) prior to the event as well as the day of the wedding. I must say that I (mother of the bride) was not anxious at all the day and evening of the event as Hailey (and Sara) had everything in order. I loved the organization of these ladies. Booking them as our \"day of coordinators\" (again very reasonable for the work they put in) was also another plus as they are both very familiar with the venue. The venue is gorgeous and one that any future bride and groom should take a look at before booking elsewhere. The entire staff is very professional and courteous, and we would highly recommend this venue to anyone! We can't thank them enough for making our daughter's wedding special and stress-free!

Couldn't have picked a better venue to host our wedding! Sara and Hailey were amazing to work with for the year leading up to the wedding. They were flexible and had great communication with us, which is crucial. The prices are all known up front; you can do as little or as much optional items as you like, there's no pressure from them to do anything. My friends and family said they all had a great time at the wedding and couldn't stop raving about how gorgeous the place looked! You won't regret going with Lost Mission. This placed really made my big day that much more special! Can't wait to see the photos :)

We couldn’t rave about Lost Mission any more! This was one of the best decisions we have ever made! Every staff member that we interacted with treated us as if we were family. Everything was very organized and very professional. We never felt like we were “in the dark.” We could contact our venue coordinator Hailey whenever we needed to and she was always quick to respond and prompt to find things out for us! Hailey was so amazing- we don’t know what we would have done without her. She worked with us every step of the way and she kept the whole wedding night running smoothly and seamlessly. The venue itself was obviously just as amazing. It photographed beautifully and all of our guests loved the night as well. I don’t think we could have picked a better place to get married!!

The best wedding venue a bride and groom could ever ask for. The grounds are breathtaking and the staff is beyond infested in your day. Everything from the planning, to the set up, to the day of is handled professionally and perfectly. Hailey and Sara worked their tails off to make it the most magical day possible. The bar staff was simply amazing! They were engaging and fun and everyone loved them. The attention to detail and the fact that Hailey and Sara handled everything the day of was priceless. There just aren’t words to adequately describe how great the venue and team are. Hailey was our pre-wedding guru with Sara and Abby making the day of absolutely perfect. Our guests keep mentioning how beautiful the venue was and ask “how did you find it?” You will not find another venue as stunningly unique, organized, and couple focused as Lost Mission. They handled everything from impromptu guest book creation to a vendor who just didn’t have it together. Where we spent the majority of our budget - venue and food - is what our guests are still talking about. Thank you ladies for making our day perfect from start to finish. If you choose Lost Mission, save yourself the heartache and work with the vendors on their vendor list provided to all couples. What we sourced on our own didn’t meet expectations. Those on their list were simply amazing.

I came across Lost Missions while there for my cousins wedding back in September of 2017. First look of this place left me speechless, I’ve never seen such a beautiful place that reflected simplicity, romance, elegance and just magical… I knew this was the place I to would one day get married in! Fast forward to September 15, 2018, not only was the place absolutely remarkable but as was the staff Hailey and Sara. I chose to hire Sara and Hailey’s services for “Day Coordinators” and let me tell you Thank Goodness I did! They were incredible!! They took care of EVERYTHING allowing me to simply enjoy my Wedding Day. We are forever grateful to Lost Missions as well as Sara and Hailey they made this important day of our lives one we will forever remember. This venue is gorgeous. Make sure to attend an open house they are awesome and a great opportunity to meet vendors. We booked our florist and makeup artist after meeting them at Lost Mission's open house. We went to a couple open houses after locking in our Wedding date with them, everyone there was very welcoming. My husband and I Highly recommend Lost Mission!

Lost Mission was absolutely the perfect venue for our wedding! The venue is stunning- the indoor chapel is unique and beautiful, and the reception hall is perfect! Hailey was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. We can’t imagine pulling off our day without her and Sara! They were so helpful with coordinating vendors, making sure the wedding party was ready, and with getting decor setup! The day felt seamless- even when the weather was less than ideal. We are so appreciative and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
