Loveland Venue has a beautiful outdoor ceremony area, then we continue to our cocktail area before entering to our indoor reception hall which holds up to 200 guests. We also provide a fully equipped suite for Bride and groom to get ready for their special day. ----VENUE. Since we first walked into the venue, my husband and I loved it. The outdoor areas are beautiful and the reception was equally as nice. Aida and Huge were amazing! Aida answered all our questions and made sure to pay attention to all the details we asked about. My guest had a blast at our wedding and couldn't stop talking about how beautiful and yummy the food was. The dance light up dance floor and lights made the party even more fun. Everything went smoothly and was on time thanks to Aida. Would recommend this place to everyone!

The owner and the coordinators, Ada and Jenny and Hugo are the best. They have done absolutely everything in their power to give us the best wedding possible. We had an amazing time, all the guest had something to say about how great our wedding was organized and mostly how beautiful the venue is. I highly recommend this venue! Not only is it beautiful but they know exactly how and what a wedding needs to have and how it should be ran. Aside from that their packages are very ideal for the couple (like us) that wants as much as possible to be included. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am super grateful to the wedding coordinator Jenny for helping plan my special day, she broke down everything in detail for me throughout the whole process and gave me more piece of mind. Overall Jenny was very welcoming and nice, as well as easy to work with. All my guests were very happy and satisfied due to the amazing staff and to Jenny's coordination. Thank you Jenny and staff for everything very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend having your wedding there and I will be having my future events at the venue moving forward.

This past weekend on Friday I attended my daughter wedding and honestly everything was amazingly gorgeous. My daughter informed me about the wedding coordinator Jenny that help her through the coordination of all the details, and on the day of the event I had the grand pleasure of meeting her myself. My daughter got married in the ceremony area they have at the venue and Jenny was great at preparing every details so everything will go smoothly as well as the reception afterwar. Very pleased how the event was coordinated and amazing staff overall 10/10.

My wedding is coming up in one week and the wedding coordinator Jenny at Loveland Venue was very accommodating since the date was very close to the holidays. She was wonderful to work with during the duration of this journey for my special day. We tasted the food a couple of months prior to the event and I have to say the new addition of their Filet Mignon is to die for 10/10 recommended. I had to have it for my protein choice. Jenny was very patience and extremely helpful in any little detail I needed, Loved loved working with her would 100% recommend planning an event at the Loveland Venue.

My dream wedding!I just got married at the Loveland Venue this past weekend and we couldnât be happier with how everything went!First, when planning the details for the day of the event your already stressed enough and having a amazing wedding coordinator is key to everything going smoothly. I got married at this beautiful venue on 3/5/22. I can't say enough good things about this place. The owner was so sweet and accommodating. Ada was just Amazing!!! She always went above and beyond to make sure all the details to my wedding were met. She knows so much and is just God sent (seriously). The food was so good. My bartenders were friendly and engaging with all my guest. The Dj keep my party lively. My guest were talking about days after the wedding. We honestly had the best time and are so happy we had our wedding here.

I got married at Loveland on 11-6-21. I wasnât initially going to write a review. After reading Adaâs response to several of my family members reviews on the knot and accused me of being dishonest ,I now feel that it is necessary. When I first visited Unique Palms (Loveland), it was everything I wanted and more. I booked right away. A few months later I visited the venue to make a payment, and the venue was no longer an elegant garden, but was now a BARN! I was devastated because I didnât sign up for a rustic wedding. That was not my vision and there was no communication about any changes. Had I not made an in person payment, I wouldnât have even known this transformation happened. Here we are months before my wedding. There were no apologies or even accountability for destroying the vision of multiple brides. I decided to try to make the best of it, so I hired outside vendors to add a personalized touch. The day before my wedding, rehearsal was scheduled for 5pm via contract because there was another rehearsal scheduled for 4pm .There wouldnât have been an issue of paying an extension fee, but it wasnât an option as we were rushed out. The day of the wedding, during the set up and decorating , Ada gave two couples a tour and was rude when my wedding planner addressed her. She stated she could do what she wanted because my wedding didnât start until 5. No respect! It was upsetting to hear that total strangers were able to walk in the ballroom during my contracted time (12noon). Mr. Hugo (manager) was in the midst of EVERYTHING with his attire that appeared unprofessional. He was in my pictures. He even got on the ground recording me while I was walking down the aisle (SERIOUSLY). Prior to the wedding, my caterer and I asked Ada the cost of trash disposal and there wasn't a specific dollar amount given. She approached me about the trash during the reception So I asked her again what the fee would be for the trash disposal. She called over Mr Hugo, and he blurts out $600. Joking right?!? 600 dollars to use a dumpsterâŠridiculous. I couldnât wait to get home and pull out my contract that clearly stated $200 for trash disposal. BIG DIFFERENCE .Then Ada advised me that the event rental company was late. My planner contacted them and they were delayed due to another pick up that was scheduled before mine (out of my control). She argued with me until I finally asked her if she wanted me to put the chairs on my back and carry them out myself! I was then advised that it was going to be a $150 charged for every 30 minutes that the company is late. Again, my contract had a flat fee for late vendors. She had me stressed out. I literally had to threaten to take Hugo to court in order to get my deposit back. There was still no accountability after my contract proved that they were purposely trying to overcharge me. I ended my night with tears instead of smiles because of Ada. I give Thank goodness my guests were affected by everything that was going on. So Iâm going to end by saying be careful when booking this venue. Ada seemed sweet and nice until I refused to be treated a way . It isnât right. I experienced extreme unprofessionalism on the day of my wedding. Then for them to insinuate that i was telling a lie is bothersome. Instead accepting and understanding my feelings after paying thousands of dollars for such an important day. That says a lot. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this venue.

My wedding experience with Loveland venue was beautiful. Ada and Zam helped me through it all from Plan A to Plan B. The staff were professional and organized I couldn't ask for more than that. I am grateful for all the staff from Loveland for making my dream come true.

I just recently had my daughters wedding at Love land. The venue was wonderful and the staff were even better. There did happen to be rain so we had to do our ceremony inside, but it was equally as beautiful. Even with the slight mishap everything ran smoothly.

On 11-6-21 I attended the most amazing wedding at Unique Palms no thanks to Ms. Ada and Mr. Hugo . At the beginning of the year Ada was extremely pleasant during the Venue sales pitch with my niece. The Venue changed hands and she basically wanted to disregard many details in the contract. On rehearsal day Ada was the most vicious as we only needed 2 minutes longer for the bride to walk in . Ada screamed no leave now and refused to even take $100. for additional time stated in the contract, stating a baby needed to be picked up from daycare. On the wedding night Ada approached the bride & groom literally yelling she needed a credit card on file for $150. per half hour because chairs were not picked up yet and $180. for moving their chairs. Iâm so glad they removed this from my nieces invoice and only charged $150. flat late fee as contract stated because the Judge would have gotten a kick out this on video. Mr. Hugo attended the wedding with ragged jeans and a polo shirt and was in the way taking pictures the entire time stating it was his right for advertisement. We were verbally quoted $600. for trash removal (contract stated $200) /we were refused any ice and water and caterers was denied access to kitchen all of this because we did not use their caterers. People be careful when booking here the FAQ section on the website seems like these things are easy-peasy but take in account you are in the boondocks and alternative items on your special day arenât easily accessible. Like I said the grounds and facility is absolutely gorgeous but Ada has a total dislike for certain ethnic backgrounds it is very clear by even the written and some fabricated family member reviews posted. If the owner Mr. Beltran is ok with the staff loosing money and clients for him then there you have it.

I've been to one wedding last November, before the alterations and my best friend was just married here November 6th. It seems like they're attempting to cater to a different clientele with this rustic farm/ranch look. There's nothing wrong with that, except they gave no warning about the upcoming changes. Unfortunately, all the other venues were booked by the time my best friend revisited the venue and saw the changes 6 months before her wedding. Thankfully, her wedding planner did her best to salvage the vision for an elegant wedding. This venue offered the option of utilizing their catering, decorating and planning or bringing outside vendors. The only problem is that THEY ARE NOT VENDOR FRIENDLY. They made it very difficult for the vendors at every step of the planning process, including the day of the event, by not even having the reception area cleared at the agreed time for them to begin setting up. Ada, from management, was very unprofessional and extremely rude and disrespectful. F course she was a sweetheart in the beginning, before the contract was signed an she collected the money. She ruined my best friend's wedding day, and from what I've read online it's happened repeatedly with clients from certain ethnic backgrounds. It's not a coincidence that all the raving positive reviews are from Hispanic people. She attempted to charge $600 for trash removal after the event. Then, she attempted to charge $150 PER HALF HOUR for the late vendor pickup and began screaming at the bride like a maniac, demanding a credit card. Why would you need a credit card, if you already collected a $1200 security deposit? She's very lucky and blessed that we were a group of law enforcement officers, and the nastiest behavior occurred after most of the guests were gone. It could've gotten ugly. She didn't even offer an apology when she realized that the contract stated $200 for trash removal and $150 (flat, not per half hour) for the delay. She really tried to get over on the couple on one of the most important days of their lives.

My wedding was on October 2, 2021 and this venue was the perfect combination of outdoor garden (ceremony and cocktail hour) and indoor glam (reception). The maintenance on this property is perfect and doesn't really need anything additional to make it beautiful. All my guests complimented me on how great the place looked, how good the food tasted, and how great the service was (including the bartenders). I have to give all my thanks to Ada!!!! From the first time I met her when we were deciding on choosing Unique Palms, she was so warm and inviting. Although she represents the venue, I felt like she was my close friend because she was always available to answer any questions I had and she was so helpful with helping me plan my wedding. She was always truthful and went out of her way to give me the wedding of my dreams. I can't praise and thank her enough for everything she did during this wedding process.

They go above and beyond to help you with any questions or concerns we had. They really have a great team to make sure everything is perfect. The day of the wedding Ada had everything coordinated and it turned out to be such a beautiful and memorable day!

When I initially looked at this place I loved it. It was a beautiful space. I loved the ceremony area and me and my fiancé loved the reception space. Also the wedding coordinator Yazmin is super sweet and nice. After months of searching to keep my options open, I decided to go with UP!Now here was the issue, two months after I put down a deposit they replaced the altar that I loved. I was upset because it wasn't the same gazebo. A few months later the pandemic happened and I was told there will be an ADDITIONAL CHARGE because I had to reschedule twice even though both of the dates I selected, the city was on complete lock down (it did not matter to them because they were still secretly open).Now here was the biggest issue I had. As I was scrolling through Instagram I noticed that this venue changed the whole entrance to the reception area to a cheap, ugly barn entrance as well as barrel tables for the cocktail space. I immediately called because I was not made aware of any changes. This was 5 months before my wedding !! I explained to them that I disliked the entrance and have I not followed them on Instagram I wouldnt even had known about the changes. THIS IS VERY INCONSIDERATE AND THE BRIDE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THERE WOULD BE SUCH CHANGES!! They asked me to come see the renovation in person to see if it was just the picture. I agreed but as I told Ada I am not a fan of barn weddings and had I seen this I would of not booked with Unique Palms.Now as I entered through the venue I noticed they changed the entrance gate to barn doors, as well as the ceremony chairs to a rustic look and hammered the benches together so they cant even be moved. Ada claimed that they needed to order more white chairs but they would have taken longer and more expensive. THIS WAS A LIE! These are basic white chairs that you can find at almost any venue. She also told me she wasnt aware that there will be any changes. Thats funny because another venue coordinator told me that this was their plan for MONTHS and they planned on doing a barn venue. Initially the owner didn't want to give me a refund even though I explained that this isn't what I signed for. The ceremony benches were ugly and there would be no where to social distancing. The entrance was cheaply made as well as them making the cocktail benches with a couple pieces of wood going through CEMENT BLOCKS. My biggest problem was that the previous entrance was beautiful for wedding photos. Now that they have this big awkward barn entrance it really takes away from the photos.Ada did help me with receiving a refund however I would end with this. This is people's wedding that they spend so much money on. I find it very unprofessional to change a whole venue theme and do not aware upcoming bride or people that booked in the last few months. This is nothing but greed! Thank God I was able to see the changes ahead of time for me to find another venue.

We were married at Unique Palms this past weekend on 12/5/20. We initially met Romey and loved her, back in 2019. She sold us on Unique Palms and the venue is STUNNING. However, at some point we lost Romey and Ada took over. This past weekend Ada's lack of organization single handedly ruined our wedding. Our wedding guests started arriving at 4:30pm. Our wedding was to start at 5pm. I arrived ready to walk at 4:59 pm Ada did not get us down the aisle til 6pm because she never sent us a timeline or list as to how the bridal party should walk out and she had to try and write that down and figure that out last minute at our expense. After that she was rushing us through pics since we were now an hour behind. However, Ada could not find the seating chart that was sent to her the night prior, by one of my vendors. So then she suggested open seating. When I said no, she took another hour and change figuring out seating and getting everyone seated. THAT'S 2-2œ HOURS OUT OF MY RECEPTION TIME. WE DID NOT WALK INTO OUR RECEPTION UNTIL 8PM LEAVING US WITH 2 HOURS OF RECEPTION TIME WITH OUR GUESTS. I forgot to mention how 2 hours prior to our arrival Ada called me about what guest gets chicken and who gets fish and my matron of honor spent another hour plus on the phone going over that with her. Something that she should have asked us days before. And she still got some of the guests food wrong. The Salmon was overcooked and the chicken marsala was just plain nasty,, as guest described it. The dj they provided ducked and guests were disappointed. He played only about 5% of the songs we requested.Ada takes accountability for nothing. She ruined my day and was not remorseful in the least bit, nor did she attempt to compensate us in anyway, for the time stolen. Lastly, one of our guests left an envelope with a gift inside on the table. When Ada brought it to me, she had already taken it out the envelope, opened it and knew how much was inside! After that she walked away saying something about giving her back that hundred dollar bill, at the end of the night...TACKY. After that, we did not tip her on purpose! Also, she told my husband and matron of honor she found a wet 100 dollar bill on the floor and gave it to me. I never received any such thing from her. There are so many other times Ada dropped the ball during this process, that I could go on about. To the owner, Ada needs to be retrained, or please bring Romey back. If not you may see a loss in revenue at some point. You miss Ada ruined my wedding and although you may get to correct your mistakes for future weddings, my once in a lifetime moment was only for that one day.

This venue was amazing up until covid! 2 weeks before my wedding the venue was ordered to shut down. Ada stated I would have to reschedule. I asked for a full refund per the clause in my contract stating I could get one, if they are shut down in the interest of a public safety matter. (In this situation a pandemic) Ada Advised I would not be able to get a full refund and my only option is for a postponement. I was trying to be understanding after a few emails back and forth we set a postponement date. About 4 months later they request that I sign a new contract! After reviewing and comparing it to my original contract I noticed they removed all the clauses that stated I could get a refund depending on the situation. I advised that we want to cancel and not go into a new contract. They said based on my original contract I would be charged a 25% fee cause Iâm canceling before the postponement date. I expressed that I donât understand how they follow their contracts only when it benefits them. Per my original contract I should have gotten a refund and was denied that. So after a thread of about 14 emails back and forth pleading my case they finally agree to give me a full refund and uphold the parameters of my original contract. Which for reference is clause # 18 â UP shall reimburse Client for all amounts paid, except for the first deposit, thereby in the event of a closure decision due to an emergency or made in the interest of public safety.â We agreed upon a monthly repayment schedule for 5 month because they would not give a lump sum. Although it wasnât a favorable schedule I was just happy Iâd be getting my refund with such uncertain times and me being an essential worker this was one thing I was happy about. I asked for bankers check and certified mail as things are easily lost in the mail and I would think as a business they would want to keep track of large payments they are sending out but I was told they could not accommodate such request. Each time the payment date came I had to call and basically nag them for information on if the check was mailed out or not. The first check (regular check from a check book) went out in a regular envelope that was basically see through . But none the less i received it deposited with no issue. The second check came and here comes the issue I was not able to deposit or cash it , each time the teller stated I must follow up with the check issuer to find out why. I contacted Ada and again after some back and forth they finally issue a bankers check and mailed it out certified mail this time , which they were not willing to accommodate prior. They did combine two payments for that check. Now with the forth payment again Iâm having to call them and ask about where is the payment currently I itâs going on a week past the agreed upon date of no response regarding the payment if itâs been issued or when it will be. I have called email and texted and only received response from Ada stating sheâs still waiting on an answer from the accounting department. Which is another issue the only person youâre allowed to speak to is Ada, unfortunately sheâs getting the brunt of the disappointment cause you canât or arenât allowed to speak directly to âmanagement or the accounting departmentâ which I have asked to speak to countless times. If you do go with this venue pray you never have to request for a refund cause itâs gonna be hell trying to get your money back.

I just want to say that they were professional & nice at the beginning when we were checking out the place. My fiancĂ© and I loved the place and we picked it. Due to Covid19, my fiancĂ© & I had to postpone the wedding, but we decided to cancel it instead because we have guests from out of town that cannot make it & also for the safety of our friends & family. And in order to have a weekend wedding the guest list has to be over 80.At this point, we had provided them over 10K & according to the contract, if we decide to cancel, the venue keeps 25% of what we paid. That's fine. It is understandable. Now, here is where this negative review is coming from:They agreed to mail us the checks on three different dates. June 16, June 30, July 15. I only received the first check on the first date they mentioned they were going to mail it out.Come Thursday, July 23, I noticed we are missing the two other checks. So I called UP.Ada, the person who appears to be the only one physically there, with no managerial staff, tells me she will talk to her boss.They go ahead & mailed us the second check but mind you, they didnât send it when they said they were going to, which already placed mistrust in our list of worries. On Tuesday, July 28, I called again to let them know that we received the second check & to ask when will they mail the third check, or if we can physically pick it up. No one answered the phone after multiple attempts.On Wednesday, July 29, I called again. No one picked up.On Thursday, July 30, I called three times. No surprise, no one picked up. On Friday, Aug 1st, I called & Ada picked up. I just wanted to let her know we received the second check, & asked if we could go pick up the third check, or if they can mail the check on Monday, August 3.Ada mentioned the venue will be closed on Saturday due to the hurricane & that I cannot go to the venue to pick up the check.I said fine, please mail the check on Monday, August 3rd. I called on Wednesday, August 5 for updates. Ada responded. She was rude to me. I did not appreciate her tone of voice & she just didn't let me speak & always cutting me off.Throughout this whole time, Ada keep telling me she has no daily communication with her boss. I really havenât seen a job, where even during the COVID-19 lockdown, there is no communication between supervisors & employees. Her boss doesn't speak to her? That makes no sense. Especially when it come to MONEY & or the COSTUMER. Why this business has to act shady when the customer wants their money back?I do not know, however it is unacceptable. Unique Palms was gorgeous and the staff was amazing! I received nothing but compliments from the bridal party and the guests about how smooth the day went and how the staff was so nice and worked hard for us all day. Also, guests LOVED the food and the atmosphere. They did my tour and also guided me through all the vendors, explaining to me the important role your vendors have and how good it is to be able to work as a team. My wedding was a culmination of two years of planning. The result was an event that I had dreamed of.
