Luxmore Grande Estate is a one-of-a-kind facility nestled in the heart of Winter Springs, Florida. This picturesque estate offers elegant Brazilian wood floors, Austrian crystal chandeliers, and southern touches throughout. The property sits on 5 acres of land with gated access giving our clientele the privacy they deserve. Whether youâre planning a corporate luncheon, meeting, social gathering, rehearsal dinner, or wedding, the offer of a luxurious setting, impeccable cuisine, and stellar customer service is our promise to you! Luxmore Grande Estate is available year-round and can accommodate up to 200 guests. Originally built as a 20,543-square-foot private residence in 2001, the estate was purchased in 2014 and converted into a luxury private event venue with all the quaint features of a southern manor house, making for a memorable wedding location. It also features a large ballroom, a parlor with an attached library, a large garden attached to a massive patio, and a VIP suite. Guaranteed, you and your guests will enjoy mingling and moseying around the grounds. As one of our premier full-service reception venues, Luxmore Grande Estate also offers gourmet catering for large groups, custom decorating, audio-visual services, and more. Of course, our services arenât limited to weddings and can also accommodate a variety of events.

Words cannot describe how amazing not only the Luxmore is as a wedding venue but how the team is. We feel so blessed to have been with such a wonderful team throughout our planning process. They made sure all the details were perfect before the wedding day. Tamuel and her team are all spectacular, I was paired with Zaibeth throughout planning and she is such a ray of sunshine, she made planning fun while also making sure things were right from the start. I am nothing but overjoyed and blessed that our wedding was at the Luxmore, it felt like a dream come true, my new hubby and I couldnât be anymore happier and thankful for having our wedding there đâșïž

We contacted them for a smaller ceremony for close family and friends. They truly made the process extremely easy for us! There was a little mishap about the guest count but after calling and speaking to Tamara she took the time to explain how everything would work and offer leeway. Somehow, everytime my fiance or I called, we got her and having someone recognize your voice and answer your question with kindness every time was comforting. We truly LOVE the estate and the team. Thank you so much for everything!

As soon as I pulled up to tour this venue, I knew this was where I wanted to get married. This venue is absolutely STUNNING. As soon as I put down my deposit, the Luxmore team did everything they could to make me feel stress-free. They have an amazing client portal that makes communication streamlined and the easiest part of wedding planning. They also have a list of preferred vendors, that led me to my dream florist! Overall in the planning process, they really put the client first. On wedding day they absolutely nailed it! When we arrived, they had everything laid out in both the bridal suite and the groom suite without me asking. OJ for mimosas, ice in our coolers, cups, etc. They really just take care of the small details without you knowing. Zaibeth, my event manager was super responsive to my emails, and I never had to worry if I had a question. Honestly this venue goes above and beyond for their guests. I have nothing but great things to say about this venue. It was just the perfect day!

I'm not one of those crazy moms that wanted to be involved with the planning. I was thrown into the role when my daughter was accepted to med school outside of the state. I was tasked to find the perfect venue and fell in LOVE with Amaris during the tour. She was so friendly and inviting. Then I met the owner, Tamara, one day while calling with my weekly questions and she was just as inviting. It really let me know I picked the perfect location for my daughter's wedding. My only complaint is that the day went too fast, and I don't remember most of it. One thing I'll always remember is how friendly, inviting, and special they made us feel from the time we arrived. Our server Millie was FASTASTIC!

Unfortunately, our tour lasted 20 minutes with Taylor primarily talking to us as she was facing away to show us the next area. That led us to a sitting area where she literally sat & watched us review the package information on our phones. No specific details were volunteered, such as how the turn over takes place between ceremony & reception. While our many questions were answered, it was done so unenthusiastically & we left feeling very underwhelmed & certainly not with the feeling that my daughter & future son in laws vision would be a priority.

STUNNING venue and incredibly nice and understanding. We had to postpone twice due to covid and luxmore was a godsend. The team was incredible and made sure everything was planned well and perfect for the big day. Our wedding was phenomenal and everyone couldn't stop raving about how gorgeous Luxmore is. Every single room is beautiful. So many people loved the library which we were able to fill with personal trinkets! Thank you Luxmore Grande Estate and Amaris for helping make our wedding dreams come true! The whole team was great throughout the wedding planning process, even when COVID-19 caused us to push our date back by six months. The venue itself is GORGEOUS and many guests told us they felt like they were in a movie. Also, the banquets team the day of our event spoiled us and ensured our plates and drinks were always full. The ONLY negative we have to share is to make sure you are aware of the venue's weather policy beforehand. The day before our event Luxmore decided we would have to have our ceremony inside due to the chance of rain being more than 20%. We understand wanting to protect your equipment and guests but changing plans that far in advance when Florida changes so rapidly was disappointing. A lot of our vendors were also confused by the decision being made 24 hours in advance and not the morning of, as is the usual practice. The backup space was pretty but Luxmore's grounds are so gorgeous and were a huge part of our booking decision. We do appreciate the fact that Luxmore ended up letting us have cocktail hour outside since it ended up being a beautiful day with no rain.

We had the best experience planning our event at Luxmore Grande Estate. Still to this day our guests are raving about how beautiful the space was. We had plenty of parking, the food was amazing, the back patio was excellent for our mix and mingle where we served mimosas. We chose a buffet option and the food was delicious. Also, knowing that the space is female owned was another plus for me as we are all about supporting women owned businesses.

We loved our wedding at the Luxmore Grande. We knew when we drove on the property for the first time that this was where we wanted to be married! Overall, we enjoyed the process with the RW team. My only complaint is that it was hard to keep up with who was supposed to be in contact with us. Our point of contact changed at least 5 times throughout our planning process. They claim this is because they work as a team, which I understand, but I just think it would have been easier to just have one point of contact. Their private tasting, menu of options, and large staff team make for a great event, and even greater process.From the beginning, Lacie was so authentic- and the lead chef was extremely attentive to our palettes! Plus, weekday packages made it budget conscious for us!Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue to be married at.

This place is amazing! From day one the RW Events team made us feel welcome and as a part of their team. The staff worked on every single detail from day one to accommodate everything we needed for our special day. Elizabeth and Randi are warm, friendly, and know what they are doing. So helpful and understanding, especially with changes and add ons, never once did they make me feel like I was a pain or annoying with all my questions and some changes. If you want a top of the line wedding then you need to have your wedding at the Luxmore, They exceeded my expectations and dreams of what I had visioned for my wedding. If you have your wedding at Luxmore no one will ever forget it.

Luxmore was the first stop for my fiancĂ© and I. I didnât know what to expect on a venue tour, but as soon as we entered the estate my doubts melted away. I knew Luxmore was our venue as soon as we walked in. Right away we were greeted with the warmest welcome by the owner, Tamuel. She made our choice easy and letâs just say, my wifeâs eyes glimmered with each chandelier she saw! It didnât take much convincing to book on the spot! I wanted a venue I knew my wife would love and well I happened to fall in love in the process. Immediately I noticed how well kept the facility was. Throughout each room there was so much character and it just made us feel like royalty. They even treated us like royalty throughout the entire process! No matter how many questions we called with, the staff at Luxmore was always accommodating. The best part of it all, our wedding day, went by smoothly! I've learned that weddings are hectic and i'm so grateful that we chose a venue who could adjust without any hiccups. As we approached ceremony time, it started to rain cats + dogs. Despite the rain, the staff quickly adjusted our cocktail hour so that our guests wouldn't have to go outside. The transition was so smooth, no one knew there was a change at all. Iâve attended weddings with subpar service but the staff here was phenomenal! Our food was delicious and consistent with our private tasting, the waiters and waitresses were professional, attentive and knew us by name (which was quite impressive). For weeks after our wedding, guests were calling to tell us our wedding was the best theyâve ever attended. I can honestly say, I am more than impressed with the level of service received by this venue. The level of professionalism, care and thoughtfulness we were shown has set the bar for luxury in our eyes. Thank you Tamuel and your amazing team for making our dreams come true!

One of the biggest appeals to Luxmore is the fact that itâs so beautiful and has so much character, I hardly had to do anything by way of dĂ©cor. Every single room is a photo opportunity. Iâm a strong believer in âless is moreâ, so for the day of the wedding, I kept my dĂ©cor minimal â beautiful table dressings, simple flowers and lots and lots of light â Luxmoreâs natural beauty provided the rest. Our wedding day was as beautiful as I imagined it to be and I felt like I was in a fairy tale. I had the pleasure of meeting Courtney for my initial visit and tour. Then when my mom visited from Canada, I really wanted to show her the venue and we got to meet Amaris and then for our tasting, we were able to meet Elizabeth who we were lucky enough to have as our coordinator the day of the wedding. These ladies are as amazing and beautiful as the venue itself. They made everything so easy and simple for me. On the day of the rehearsal, the car with my mom, flower girl and ring bearer got lost en route and were almost an hour late. Naturally I was a bag of nerves and I HATE being late to anything, so I felt a meltdown coming on. Elizabeth came over to check on me and she was so sweet and kind. I felt like I was wasting everyoneâs time with half my bridal party being absent, but she made me feel so much better. Her kindness will always be remembered, such a small gesture went such a long way. Luxmore absolutely brought my vision to life and I will forever be grateful. I especially knew I chose the most perfect venue when I saw and heard my guests reactions. Thank you a million times for making my wedding day the best day ever! xoxoxo

The bridal suite was to die for, and it was so nice to be able to spend the day of the wedding getting ready on site. We loved this location because there are multiple indoor and outdoor options for ceremony and reception. We also loved that the majority of the vendors are included (food, beverage, linen, tables, chairs, etc.). That helped ease the planning process tremendously. The staff has been great, just a few communication errors when switching point of contacts, but everything was fixed went smoothly in the end. Overall, we had a great experience planning our wedding with Luxmore, and everyone there helped us create our fairytale wedding! I would highly recommend.

Love Love Love The Luxmore Grande Estate. I booked the venue sight unseen. The team at The Luxmore encouraged me to come and see the venue. The landscaping took my breathe away. I wanted a venue where I could have an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. When I walked into the venue I was stunned! You get more than your monies worth. The double grand stair case and chandeliers are breath taking! It's a gorgeous, quiet location, and I loved that we had the whole place to ourselves!The communication with the team was everything I needed as a bride. I am very impulsive (as you can see I booked sight unseen :-)) and I wanted to purchase everything I saw. Our planner Tamuel made sure we stayed within our budget! All of our communication with the venue was helpful and prompt; I feel the entire process went very smoothly. Everything went perfectly on the day. Oh and did I mention the Bridal Suite! OMG!! The pictures gives it no justice. The gold fixtures and the tub. I felt like royalty!!! I would recommend The Luxmore to everyone! You have to book early because the spots fill up quickly. 5+ stars!!!!!!!!!

We used the Luxmore for our company holiday party. While the venue was indeed pretty, there was a lot left to be desired.The location is odd. It is located off the main street and tucked away. When you look out you see a school, town homes, and warehouse buildings. This was no fault of the venue but worth noting. Because you can only use their caterer, expect to pay top dollar. We paid $74pp plus alcohol. The food was delicious except the steak. At the tasting it was perfectly prepared: medium rare. At the event, most pieces were extremely rare. We were the first corporate event and there wasnât an option for dessert. They seemed perplexed when we asked about it. They came up with an Italian dessert display. However at the event it was different than described in a good way. There were several options and many of our guests went back for seconds.We never heard from our contacts on the day of the event.In the beginning, we were told we could have the venue starting at 10am then it was a bigger ordeal than it should have been to let us in before 3pm. When we signed, we were told 10 days before for the final guest count and then it changed to a month. Expect to pay top dollar for the southern charm because this venue is not cheap; in our opinion, overpriced. The lighting packages they provide are not worth the money. I cannot count each time we mentioned we wanted a cozy intimate feel. What we got was daylight. If you know that it will be too bright and against your clients wishes, tell them. Please do not ask them to block an entrance to help the flow of the cocktail hour. They offer you a $200+ option which involves them putting a curtain over the entrance. I asked several times what the exterior lighting package was and never got a clear idea of what cost $350+. We didnât know what the lighting would look like until we got there and to say the least, it was bright and not what we were going for. The bartenders and wait staff were friendly and pleasant. However, the blonde woman who runs the show on the catering side was downright rude and disrespectful. From the moment she arrived, we were getting complaints about her attitude including from our guests. She made several snarky remarks throughout the evening. Early on, they made the call that to move the cocktail hour inside due to weather. About 30 min. before our guests were to arrive; a committee member asked if they could move it back outside because it was clearing up. Instead of professionally explaining that it was too late, she degraded our member for even asking. It was embarrassing to watch. We deal with people all day long and their questions in which we have answered for a hundred times. Regardless, we are always polite and professional when we have to explain to them no. Her behavior was unacceptable. The space is small. During the venue tour, we were told the venue could fit 160max; however with 17 tables, it was extremely crowded. With the tables bunched together meant that people stayed sitting at their tables rather than mingling. It is doubtful that they could accommodate more guests in that small of space.Overall, the venue is beautiful. However it is not worth the money and did not meet our expectations. We put on holiday parties annually in the Central Florida area. After comparing the costs of our previous parties, we paid more in every way i.e. food, rental fee, lighting.

A Florida wedding in July is not lovely when everyone is dying from the summer heat. Nick and I searched everywhere for a venue that had an indoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The Luxmore Grande Estate not only fit that bill but, exceeded our expectations in every other category. This venue is absolutely beautiful without any decorations, so anything you add just ups the class of your wedding. Courtney the Luxmore manager was a joy to work with and worked through every detail with myself and my event planner Erika Del Rio with Event District. The bridal suite is to die for and a dream to get ready in on your big day. I felt like the princess of the castle and all my girls loved having enough space to spread out. The ceremony room held our 70 guests perfectly and the reception area had lots of room for two dance floors and 10 tables. The plated dinner service was on point and the library was the perfect spot for the cocktail hour. If you are looking to have the wedding of your dreams like I did, I recommend you get a date asap at The Luxmore Grande Estate. Thanks Courtney for all that you did to make our day perfect!! Where do I begin? I can't thank RW Events and Luxmore enough for making our day PERFECT! They were there every step of the way to help guide me and make our dream wedding become a reality. From the late phone calls and texts, their planners were always there to answer questions and help in any way. Luxmore is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend them!! :)

Everything about our wedding was perfect all thanks to Luxmore! The staff was so helpful and accommodating and always one step ahead throughout the entire planning process. Each and every staff member that was involved on our wedding day went above and behind to make sure our day was one we would never forget. They all truly care about making the bride and groom feel special. Almost 1 week later and we are still receiving compliments from our guests about our venue choice! Highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone :) - The Palmers
