Located in Cranesville, PA, Madeline’s Dining & Events is a unique restaurant wedding venue. This spacious eatery combines contemporary convenience with rustic charm. The restaurant is set in a historic building with plenty of character. The team at the venue put lots of care into keeping its original charm. They will aim to give the details of your big day just as much attention. Opening its doors in 2019, this modern property boasts indoor and outdoor event spaces. Couples can reserve the whole venue for a celebration of up to 220 guests. There is room to set up a personalized ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. For smaller events, the restaurant contains a choice of cozy spaces. The semi-private Pond Bar accommodates up to 20 people. It is ideal for showers and intimate rehearsal dinners. An old-fashioned wooden-topped bar adds a dash of antique charm. This is complemented by tall bar stools and patterned flooring. A top-of-the-line smart TV gives the bar a contemporary edge. Soon-to-be-weds can show a lovely slideshow of their favorite moments together. This snug area can be combined with the Back Dining Room for events of 120. Wooden features give the space a rustic and inviting feel. From the floors to the furniture, this organic element keeps the building in touch with its historic character. Maddie’s Pub offers couples another option for intimate events. Ideal for pre-wedding parties, there is room for 60 guests. This successful restaurant boasts delicious menu options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The newlyweds can kick off their nuptials with a selection of tasty appetizers. The talented chefs at the venue accommodate vegan and gluten-free requirements. They can set up a mouth-watering buffet for casual events. Guests can wander from the bar to the food table with ease. Before dinner, the professional staff can mix up a batch of delicious cocktails. Afterwards, they will keep the drinks flowing from behind the bar. The team will ensure that everything is fully stocked. This includes craft beer, signature cocktails, and more. They work with each couple to design a menu with their favorite tipples. For a sophisticated celebration, the kitchen staff offers plated service. Furniture is included with the rental for a smooth flow of events.

First off my husband and I love going to Madeline's for lunch/dinner! So we when we were planing our wedding, it was not a hard choice to pick them! Jessica was wonderful to work with!! She listened to everything we wanted and more! She made it all go smooth!! She worked with us on the food and drinks to make it how we wanted it!! The staff Jessica gave us to work my wedding was amazing !! Everyone was so helpful! We got married outside, but then had to move it inside due to Weather and Jessica made sure I still got the wedding we wanted!! I couldn't be happier with having my Wedding at Madeline's. They also have a trailer you can rent for the weekend! Which is very nice in side! I had my whole family, plus my bridesmaids in there we all got ready together!

I cannot say enough good things about Madeline's - they were AMAZING! The owner, Jessica, was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of my (many) questions. They had so many options for making our wedding best fir our budget and vision which was so nice. Jessica and her staff members were also lifesavers on the day of our wedding, helping us respond to weather surprises and shifting from outdoors to indoors (both are gorgeous options at this venue!)The staff was SO friendly and proactive all night. They even had our signature drinks and some appetizers at our sweetheart table for us for when we returned from cocktail hour - so thoughtful! Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, & eager to make our day special!The food was so spectacular!! All of our guests were raving about it! And our guests with special diets (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and kids meals) were all accommodated and also had delicious dinners!Our day was absolutely perfect and we wholeheartedly recommend Madeline's!

We had our rehearsal dinner and reception at Madeline's and had the best time! We had about 80 guest attend. We chose the inside option although the outside was just as beautiful. Jessica was so accommodating and responsive to us. She was also very flexible with our plans. Being a very organized bride, she made it very easy to feel relaxed on the wedding day because I knew everything was taken care of. Everything on their end was organized and exactly how we wanted it! Everyone in attendance had so much fun!

The owners are wonderful! So incredibly accommodating. We had to move the wedding inside the day before the wedding (due to rain) and everything went off without a hitch. I cannot recommend them enough.

This place is AMAZING! First of all, the scenery is gorgeous. The arch in on the lawn out back overlooks a pond and will look beautiful in any season (my wedding was in autumn). There are both indoor and outdoor options for ceremonies and receptions, and the venue comes prepared for both options, including tents. Second of all, the venue is super customizable. I made my own decorations and we hung them up around the reception space the night before the wedding. The tables in the dining area can be pushed together or pulled apart so they can be as big or as little as you want. We had the exact number of chairs that we needed for guests outside during the ceremony. I made cupcakes for our wedding, and the staff set up our dessert table (we were allowed to leave the cupcakes there overnight so we had one less thing to worry about). The sound system was great, and we just hooked up a phone to play our music both inside for the reception and outside for the ceremony. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jessica. She is a lifesaver! The dessert is the only outside food you can bring in, but that was fine because the food was so delicious! The menu was customizable too (can be made gluten-free, vegetarian, etc.), and we chose the buffet-style option and picked 5 foods to be served. We also had an apple cider and hot chocolate bar, but they have more bar options available. The price for the venue is very affordable, but the main price point comes from the food (which is well worth it, in my opinion). There are several places for the wedding party to put their belongings and get ready, including a poker room. Overall it was a super wonderful experience and I'm so glad that our minimalist fantasy-inspired wedding was successful!

My husband and I had our wedding at Madeline's in June 2022. We 100% recommend this venue to anyone who is having a wedding! Pricing was very reasonable for what we wanted, which was amazing. Communication was always easy and fast. Jessica answered all of the questions that we had from when we signed the contract to the very day of the wedding. They were also so flexible! We changed our minds a couple of times on what we wanted, like renting the Airbnb last minute and they were SO accommodating! They made the process very stress free. The venue outside was absolutely beautiful in front of the large pond, willow trees, and gorgeous white tents. It was a great sunny day on June 4th and everything went so smoothly. And the FOOD!!! The lemon chicken was SO tender. They were cooking the food while the ceremony and festivities were going on so everything was SO fresh. The vegetables were amazing and so many of our guests told us how tasty the potatoes were. I cannot say enough great things about this place!! It was everything we wanted. A beautiful outdoor wedding of our dreams.

Our wedding was September 26, 2021. Jessica worked with us to move the reception to the pond seating area the week of the wedding. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. The day went off without any problems. Services from staff members was fantastic. The food and drinks were exactly what we had wanted. We would recommend this venue 100%.

My Daughters wedding was on Oct. 3rd, 2020 during covid and had to have it outside. Tents were provided along with heaters. It was a sunny but chilly day but the heaters provided enough heat to keep us warm. The food was fresh, hot and delicious! Madeline's is a great wedding venue! I would recommend having any event there!

My husband and I had our wedding at Madeline's and it was nothing short of a dream! Sean (restaurant manager) and Justin (restaurant owner) went above and beyond to plan and execute a memorable and personable night. The food was delicious, service was efficient, and the transition from inside the restaurant to outside (with an outside bar and pond seating) was seamless. This venue is not only affordable but it is classy, relaxed, AND everyone I spoke with was so flexible. Without hesitation, we recommend booking, or at the very least, dining at this restaurant.

Jessica was fantastic to deal with she helped with every crazy question I had! Changing venues in the middle of a pandemic was extremely overwhelming but she made this experience so much easier. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. We used their back dining room area.

I have no complaints and I only heard good things from those in attendance. They handled everything well including having to reschedule and having everyone dealing with the pandemic. This venue was used for the rehearsal in our case but it is beautiful enough for a wedding.

I was in the bridal party for a wedding held here. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and helpful, and it was absolutely stunning. They were accommodating to us for getting ready, set up, and any needs the bride and groom needed. I would definitely recommend!!!

We held a bridal shower at Madeline’s and are very happy with our experience. We had a brunch buffet and food was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful the day of and throughout the entire process. The venue is beautiful and the atmosphere was perfect for a shower. Having the shower at Madeline’s made it a stress free day where we could enjoy celebrating the bride to be!

Madeline's Dining & Events was established in 2019 and is family owned and operated.Madeline's is a brand new restaurant in an old building full of history, warmth and charm. As owners, we had the desire to preserve a lot of that history. We also modernized it, polished it up and brought it back to life! The wood, the ambiance of the lighting and the scenic views give it a rustic yet elegant feel. We have plenty of beautiful indoor and outdoor space, perfect for special events.
