A Spanish Inspired Luxury Event Venue
Madera Estates is a wedding venue located in Conroe, TX. Designed in a Spanish-Mexican style, this luxurious location offers both indoor and outdoor spaces to host your wedding celebration. The dedicated staff strives to provide excellent service to help you organize your unique event. Madera Estates can accommodate up to 330 guests in its main reception space, the Hacienda. Featuring an exclusive VIP lounge, sophisticated chandelier lighting, and an elegant cake room, this area is ideal for dining and entertaining. The in-house DJ can play your favorite tunes to keep you and your guests on the dance floor. Alternatively, the outdoor terrace is a stylish space for your cocktail party. You can choose to clink glasses with loved ones on the veranda while overlooking the pine-scented woodlands. Guests can also gather around the fire pit in the courtyard for a truly memorable experience. This cozy space is perfect for chatting and relaxing under the stars. A variety of customizable wedding packages is available at Madera Estates. The expert staff can offer event planning services, along with the set-up and clean-up of the event space. Lighting, sound equipment, and linens are provided, as well as furniture, get-ready rooms, and decor items. Guests can enjoy a selection of beverages from the bar, including champagne, house wine, and specialty beer. The in-house catering team can prepare flavorsome food for everyone to savor. This venue is stunning and the service provided by their wedding planners and staff is incredible. Iâll be honest⊠I didnât want to plan a wedding. It was all so overwhelming and I lacked inspiration. BUT, when my now husband and I toured Madera Estates we fell in love. We were sold on the breathtaking ceremony space, the unbelievable bridal and grooms suites, and above all, the wave of relief we felt after speaking to Ian and Paul. They cleared every concern and reassured us that planning our wedding with them would be easy and so much fun. They were right!!! Working with Kaylee, our wedding planner, was amazing. She helped walk us through every option and detail, making our day incredibly custom to us and our vision. Our guests still rave about how personal and well-done every aspect of our wedding was. We are SO thankful we found and had our wedding at Madera Estates!

Madera Estates is truly the most magical place to get married at, I cannot recommend it enough! We were initially sold at our tour by Ian and Paul's friendliness and professionalism. They answered any questions we had promptly and fully, and we felt very confident that we would be in good hands once we booked. Ian even reached out to churches for our ceremony for us to check that our dates were available prior to booking! I sent tons of questions over the year and a half between our booking and Ian responded quickly every time. We were assigned MaryGrace as our coordinator, and she is truly the best! She had tons of great ideas that we incorporated into the reception and I felt supported throughout the entire planning process. On our wedding day, I felt I could enjoy every moment knowing that she was taking care of everything, and I would not change a thing about our wonderful day. I truly cannot say enough good things about the folks that work at this venue, and I highly recommend it to every couple searching for a beautiful venue and stress-free planning process.

My dream had always been to have my wedding at an Hacienda! When we toured Madera for the first time we felt like we were in San Miguel de Allende at a Beautiful Hacienda, and it definitely stole our hearts! From that moment my husband and I knew we wanted to have our wedding there!! They made my dream wedding happen and it was perfect!!! Both ceremony and reception were GORGEOUS!! The person that made our dream come true was our amazing coordinator MaryGrace! It would not have happened without her. She is forever in our hearts and we are so grateful she was part of our wedding planning process! She was always super attentive with us! She answered all my questions in a timely manner, she communicated with all our vendors, she was very helpful in helping me find anything I needed or wanted for our special day!!! MaryGrace is super friendly and so nice, from the day we met her we liked her vibe and we knew instantly that we wanted her to be our coordinator!!! Anything we wanted, we got and it was all thanks to her! Our day was magical and it was everything we dreamed of and more!! If you are looking for a Beautiful Hacienda to have your wedding do not look any further Madera Estates is the place! My dream had always been to have my wedding at an Hacienda! When my fiance and I took a tour of the venue, we knew we instantly that we were going to get married there and no other venue could've been as prefect as Madera Estates. I had my wedding at Madera Estates in May of 2023 with ~200 guest count an it was such a magical experience for us and our guests. We were assigned Kaylee as our wedding coordinator and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her. Kaylee was so flexible with her time, very responsive, would always answer any question I had, overall the entire process was so stress free for us. We knew we were in good hands and did not need to worry about the the big day. The day of the wedding, Kaylee and the Madera team set up our entire wedding made the entire day so stress-free. She made sure all the vendors were on time, the entire wedding timeline to the minute was perfectly coordinated without a single flaw by Madera Estates and their team. I could not have had a more perfect wedding without their help, and I am so thankful to Kaylee, Paul, and Ian for giving us the most precious memories that we'll forever cherish!

WHERE DO I BEGAN!! So when we initially looked for wedding venues, Madera Estates was our 7th/8th venue that we have looked at. Paul gave us our tour. The first thing Paul asked us was getting to know us, how we met, the engagement story, etc. NO OTHER VENUE had done this, getting to know the couple. Something as simple as that, it gave us a good vibe right from the start. Once we started walking around the venue, we were blown away. From the numerous locations to do the ceremony, to the groom suite that had so many amenities besides just a plain ole room, to the Hacienda.. everything was just stunning as is! And to top it off, they gave us MaryGrace as a wedding coordinator?!? đ€Żđ€Ż She know what sheâs doing, snaps to her! The whole team went above and beyond and I couldnât have dreamt of a better venue. Love, the Tran Hambricks

Madera Estates is the perfect wedding venue! We recently had our wedding reception here and it was a dream come true. We received so many compliments from our guest and the food was amazing! This could not have happened without our amazing wedding coordinator Kaylee! đ€ She was so helpful throughout our wedding planning and responded to every question we had. On the day of our wedding she made sure we were okay and everything went smoothly. At the end of the night she ensured all of our items were placed in our truck and gave us two plates to take home. Very grateful for Kaylee and the Madera team! I highly recommend this venue for anyone that is looking to get married!

We got married at Madera Estates on 11/20/2022 and it was a DREAM. My now husband and I were so tired of seeing barn and country club style weddings and were looking for more wow factor once we started planning our day. Madera certainly delivered. Our guests were so complimentary of the beauty, romance, and warmth of the space. It was also such a joy working with the staff at Madera. Everyone was kind and hardworking which made the process a breeze. We were fortunate enough to have MaryGrace as our coordinator and she was just phenomenal. From fixing my dress strap when it ripped during my father daughter dance to being our biggest cheerleader throughout our planning and on the day, she kept us calm and happy throughout our wedding. I have never met a coordinator with such organization, poise, and warmth. Future brides: You are in excellent hands when you book at Madera Estates. If you want a stress-free, unique, beautiful day, then look no further.

My husband and I had a last minute venue change and called Madera Estates after finding them online. They had an appointment cancel earlier, so they were able to fit us in that same day! The second we walked in, we knew it was going to be the place we said 'I do'. Not only was it beautiful and exactly what we were looking for, but Ian gave us an amazing tour and was so kind and welcoming. We signed the contract on the spot without any hesitation.Our wedding planner was Kaylee, and we absolutely LOVED her and had the best time working with her. She made sure everything went perfectly smooth on the day of, and we are seriously going to miss seeing her at our pre-wedding meetings. She is super responsive, on top of things, and knowledgable whenever I had questions which was super important to us. She took care of so much and made our lives easier - thank you, Kaylee!I also loved how everyone at Madera was so genuine. It is a family owned business, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into every wedding. I highly recommend this venue for any bride looking for that get away feel without having to leave the greater Houston area. Their packages are all inclusive making it ridiculously easy for couples to plan the big day. Made our experience so enjoyable! Their grounds and facilities are always well kept and absolutely beautiful year round. We got extremely lucky with the weather, but honestly, I wouldnât have cared if we got rained out because it wouldâve been gorgeous no matter what. All in all- loved the venue and our experience with all of the staff from beginning to end. And make sure to ask for MaryGrace as your planner! She knows how to make your vision a reality!

Couldnât have asked for a better venue, wedding coordinator, and overall wedding experience! The venue itself is unique and gorgeous. It has absolutely everything you need and the packages are second to none. Our coordinator, MaryGrace, is seriously a bada**, superwoman of a human! From the very first meeting up until the wedding night, she was so caring, supportive and graceful. Iâm an extremely type A person and of course wanted everything to be perfect. When the weather started having a mind of its own and my panic set in, she was quick to jump into action. Without missing a beat she was able to come up with the most beautiful plan B! Every time I come across this venue, it brings tears to my eyes. Happy tears of course! It was the happiest moment of my life marrying my bestfriend, having family there, and just having this venue help us make our dream a reality. MaryGrace, our wedding coordinator, was the most amazing and helpful person ever. Her personality was so welcoming and genuine that she felt like family helping us plan our special day. Everything flowed the way it should and I couldnât have asked for a better person to guide us along the way. I got married at Madera this year and it was absolutely amazing. Mary Grace and her team did an exceptional job ensuring every detail was the way I wanted it. Mary Grace also did a great job helping me with vendor selection and advising me on what would work best for what I was trying to accomplish. On wedding day I didnât have to stress about anything. The grounds are stunning and feels like a dream. I wish could relive that day over and over!

I had gone to 8 other venues before Madera, and after the tour I knew my daughter would fall in love with this place. She was not able to be with me for the tour because she lives out of town. She said she wanted something different, special. This is exactly what she was looking for. You feel as if you are are at a destination wedding. The decor and landscape are exquisite. Initially, Ian gave us the tour-so kind and personable. When we booked, Mary Grace was our coordinator, she didnât miss a beat. She has a gift for doing everything in such kind and confident manner. She definitely made us feel a ease. The night was TRULY AMAZING! Our guests went on and on about the venue, the food, fireworks, service etc. and how professional everything was.

I had gone to 8 other venues before Madera, and after the tour I knew my daughter would fall in love with this place. She was not able to be with me for the tour because she lives out of town. She said she wanted something different, special. This is exactly what she was looking for. You feel as if you are are at a destination wedding. The decor and landscape are exquisite. We just got married here in October and I canât recommend it enough! Madera Estates is an absolute dream! The entire team is amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. Mary Grace made the entire process fun and made it the most special day! Not only did Mary Grace impress us, but I canât tell you the number of guest that came up to us complementing everything that she was doing the entire night. We just got married here in October and I canât recommend it enough! Madera Estates is an absolute dream! The entire team is amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. Mary Grace made the entire process fun and made it the most special day! Not only did Mary Grace impress us, but I canât tell you the number of guest that came up to us complementing everything that she was doing the entire night. The venue is so beautiful, unique, breathtaking and so much more. We could not imagine getting married anywhere else! Thank you to the entire Madera Team for making this an unforgettable experience!

We also highly recommend getting the venue enhancement package. The venue itself is already beautiful, but the additional candles, lanterns and decor really elevated it. We were initially in communication with Ian, who is such a joy. Leading up to the wedding, Madera held a couple of open nights where current couples get early access to enjoy the food and entertainment. Madera really makes you feel special when you become a part of the Madera Estates family! 6 months before the wedding, we were assigned to our wedding planner/day-of-coordinator, MaryGrace, who was absolutely amazing! She really helped our ideas come together and took a lot of things off our plates. She even made an idea that I brought up to her TWO days before the wedding come to life. On the day of the wedding, we felt so incredibly taken care of by MaryGrace and her team. She took all the stress out of our wedding day, and we were able to fully enjoy ourselves on the best day of our lives. I had my wedding at Madera Estates in April 2022 (~200 guest count). To summarize the experience in a couple of words: beautiful, romantic, and stress-free. Ian gave my parents, fiance and I the first venue tour, and then he sat down with us to explain the package options. By the end of the evening, we were completely sold. Ian remained in communication with us after, helping us understand the contract we were signing with the venue, and then guiding us through the initial wedding planning (i.e. working with the caterers, figuring out a day of timeline, understanding how to make venue payments.) Ian was always quick to respond, and he made the whole experience feel magical. Madera has certain vendors built in to their packages, and I highly recommend using those vendors as it streamlines your planning, you only send a check to Madera (vs 10 different vendors), and you know you will get high quality vendors. Madera also has a list of vendor recommendations, and they host \"Madera Nights\" in order for you to meet those vendors (that was an awesome in and of itself!). Once we got closer to the wedding date, Kaylee took over as our wedding coordinator. Kaylee was so flexible with her time, ensuring that I didn't have to take off from work for the venue meetings. During our first sit down, we walked through a 20 page document \"the wedding bible,\" where she took notes on all of our vendors, preferences, and the smallest details that you wouldn't even think of. From that point on, I knew we were in good hands and did not need to worry about the venue being organized and on top of things. We had two additional meetings to determine decorations/linens and finalize the details. Madera has their own rental company, so it is a breeze to rent any additional linens/decorations that are not in your original package. Kaylee was also very responsive via email, and she ensured all of my questions were answered before the event. Madera also had checklists available and sent reminder emails with various planning tips that I found very helpful! On the day of the wedding, Kaylee and the Madera team set up our entire wedding (including every little decoration I rented/brought), and made the entire day so stress-free! I've been to some weddings where the bridal party and family had to spend a lot of time in the morning setting up the venue (and then being exhausted for the festivities), but that was not the case at all with Madera. I know I didn't witness everything, but I could not believe the level of coordination from the Madera team. One example of this was after the ceremony, my dress needed to be bustled by a specific bridesmaid. Kaylee called in to her microphone headset to the other Madera coordinators and asked someone to get eyes on and escort the bridesmaid to the Bridal suite to bustle my dress. Within five minutes, the bridesmaid was there and ready to get me bustled. I was amazed! One other example of the great work by Kaylee and her team is that my cake had a slight accident after it was delivered. The baker had already left, but Kaylee was able to get a hold of her, and the baker was able to come back to fix the cake. Kaylee took care of things and never seemed to lose her cool! Beyond all of the amazing work by the Madera team, the venue is just beautiful and magical. I could not have had a more perfect wedding without their help, and I am so thankful to come across this venue!

Madera Estates was a DREAM COME TRUE! We just had our wedding reception on December 17, 2021 and it was magical. It was everything we dreamed of and more.. When we got engaged in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Mexico the December before, we immediately began our hunt for wedding venues. Stepping through the doors of the venue transported us to a different world, after being there for a while you forget you're still in Texas. Our first experience meeting the team was phenomenal. We had the pleasure of working with Ian and Kaylee. We were so impressed with the selection of decor from the Madera Luxe collection, as well as a sense of ease when we were provided with a list of preferred vendors to choose from. This made wedding planning SUCH a breeze. The customer service and response to our needs were exceeded from start to finish. If we could do it all over again, we would! Our experience from start to end with Madera was incredible. We had the pleasure to work with both Ian & Kaylee, both of which made our experience seamless and stress free. They answered every question possible in a timely manner and took the time to listen to our every thought and concern. The entire Madera team made us feel like family and not just another couple getting married there. On our wedding day, our coordinator had an emergency and was unable to run our wedding. Due to their organization and great team work, Ian was able to step right in and took over. He coordinated with our coordinator and brought our entire wedding to life. We are so lucky that we chose Madera Estates as our venue and would do it all over again if we could!

Our experience from start to end with Madera was incredible. We had the pleasure to work with both Ian & Kaylee, both of which made our experience seamless and stress free. They answered every question possible in a timely manner and took the time to listen to our every thought and concern. The entire Madera team made us feel like family and not just another couple getting married there. On our wedding day, our coordinator had an emergency and was unable to run our wedding. Due to their organization and great team work, Ian was able to step right in and took over. He coordinated with our coordinator and brought our entire wedding to life. We are so lucky that we chose Madera Estates as our venue and would do it all over again if we could!

Let me start off by saying I JUST HAD MY DREAM WEDDING AT MADERA ESTATES in Conroe, Tx. The moment I walked into this place , I knew this was where I wanted to get married and make a memory that will last a lifetime . Madera is truly a one stop shop a hidden gem in Conroe . This place is magical, so beautiful and really transforms from day to night. Walking in I forgot I was in Conroe and felt like I was walking in a beautiful hacienda in Mexico. Ian Ramirez was my wedding planner and words cannot describe how blessed and grateful I was for him . Ian treated me like I was the only bride in the world. My wedding day could not have happened without him . Ian was so helpful and informative in helping me find anything and everything I dreamt up for my day and making sure it happened . Ian helped with every detail every step of the way and any issues he handled almost immediately. The punctuality the response time the communication I give Ian a 20 out of 10 . The customer service he provided and this place provides is out of this world. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue in the Houston area. If your looking for a beautiful venue who provides it all the vendors the wedding planning and has great customer service MADERA ESTATES is IT !!! My husband and I got married at this venue last fall and from the start we recieved outstanding treatment. We were assigned a new coordinator halfway through the planning process due to our other one getting a new job and although some might think that would be stressful it was absolutely not. Ian was great at communicating the situation and the transition couldn't have been smoother. We were blessed with the best coordinator I could've ever asked for, MaryGrace! The second you meet her you feel as if you've been best friends forever. She has the most beautiful, positive, uplifting attitude I've ever met and will be your own personal hype girl and emotional support person! She goes above and beyond in everything that she does. The week of my wedding the weather showed it was 100% chance of rain. I was absolutely devastated as I had fallen in love with the outside area and had the entire look planned out. MaryGrace called me and went over her plans with the florist and assured me everything would look absolutely beautiful on the inside. The day of my wedding I was still pretty down about it but when I walked into that hall after everything was done, I almost had no words. It completely took my breath away. They transformed the inside to look just how I would've had it outside and it just blew me away. I was so happy and I will never forget that for as long as I live. In addition, because it was raining the day of my wedding I didn't get to take any pictures with my husband outside like we had planned. My photographer offered to go back and take them after our honeymoon and MaryGrace was more than welcoming. She literally greeted us with glasses of champagne, escorted me to the bridal suite where I changed into my wedding dress again and surprised me with my wedding bouquet that she had SAVED from that night and put them in the freezer so that I could use them for the shoot! They looked just as stunning as the day we got married! Talk about going above and beyond! I literally felt like I was getting married all over again. Madera Estates is truly a dream venue and I would recommend them to anyone!

My husband and I got married at Madera on June 5, 2021 and it was so worth it. We toured and said yes to Madera before the pandemic hit, once the pandemic came around we were in constant communication with Ian to ensure we could still have our wedding. The communication and his ability to work with us was so helpful. It was also super helpful that Madera appoints a coordinator for your event, saves the hassle of going to find one yourself. We were assigned MaryGrace and let me tell you, it was the best thing ever. MaryGrace went above and beyond for us on the day of our wedding. The week of the wedding we talked almost everyday and to ensure I was not stressed, which I wasn't since I knew I could fully rely and trust MG. The day of the wedding came and the stress did not hit until the rain started to pour as I was about to walk down the aisle. MG made sure my picturesque wedding ceremony could still happen even inside the hacienda. Furthermore, she was very consoling when I heard my grandmother got into an accident and had to be hospitalized, just a few hours before I walked down the aisle. I was in tears, yet MG was the only person that could get me to calm down. She was a constant reminder about what this day meant to my husband and I.

Save your self the time and stress of piecing a wedding together yourself. Madera and our wedding coordinator, MaryGrace, made our big day so special. MaryGrace was so attentive to not only my husband and I, but to our bridal party and close family members. The venue came with the DJ, cake, coordinator, venue, food and decorations. I'm working a full time job, so to have a coordinator take me through the whole process during covid was worth every penny.

MaryGrace was our coordinator & she is AMAZING. I did not have a single worry (during planning or on the day-of) because Maderaâs wedding coordinator, MaryGrace, was so on top of everything while also being very kind & welcoming. Everything was so clean, organized, and fun! We loved that it was unique & different than the traditional farmhouse look. The space was plenty to hold our 150 guests & could hold so many more if needed. It is plenty close enough to various hotels & restaurants & easy to find. I was not disappointed in a single aspect of our wedding because of the beautiful venue & hard work of everyone at Madera. We are so thankful to everyone there, especially to MaryGrace!!

We were in awe by the customer service just during our tour of the venue. This continued throughout the entire 16 months until we walked down the aisle. Our saving grace was non other than MaryGrace. Our first coordinator left a few months before our wedding. Ian was great at keeping us well informed and introducing us to MaryGrace. Let me tell you.. we received a new coordinator along with a new friend. MaryGrace wanted the absolute best for us and was fantastic at communicating with us, helping me make last minute decisions, and making sure our day was as perfect as it was. She remembered the smallest details and surprised my husband and I with them on the day of. For example, she set up the groomsmen gifts with my husband's favorite music artist in the background on the tv to hype them up as soon as they walked in. ALL HER. I mean.. come on. Everybody loved her. We miss her so much and just want to throw another event to work with her again! You will not be disappointed in this venue or their team. Go tour today and say YES to the venue.

The payment plan was extremely flexible and they provide you with every detail you can think of, from food, decorations, florists, late night snacks, etc. This once in a lifetime experience was truly amazing and we owe it all to Madera Estates being the most beautiful wedding venue and the staff going above and beyond. Ian Ramirez is one of a kind and we could not have imagined celebrating our day without him leading the way! Heads up, this will be a lengthy review. YALL, This is venue and their staff is PHENOMENAL!!!! First off let me say, I'm a Covid bride and my wedding was rescheduled from March 2020 to September 2020. The week the state shut down, I got the call from my INCREDIBLE wedding coordinator, Brittany, that we were only allowed a ceremony of 10 people or less or we have to reschedule. We chose to reschedule and Brittany and the venue director, Ian, contacted all my vendors and transferred everything to our new date. Such a seamless, smooth process for a couple who was just told they had to reschedule their date. I was also very concerned on how they would handle weddings during the pandemic and Ian and Brittany reassured me multiple times the measures they had in place. Fast forward to our wedding date, everything was PERFECT. This venue is breathtaking. My husband and I booked this venue the day we saw it, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. The architecture blew us away. We got so many compliments about this venue. From the details, the fireplace, the bar, the BARTENDERS, everything. It was the most perfect day and I can't thank Brittany and the rest of the staff enough.Brittany, my gosh. This girl is an ANGEL!!! She is fantastic at what she does and without her, there is no way our day would have been so perfect. When I had a freak out when our wedding had to be rescheduled, she remained so calm which really helped me at the time. She was always available to answer any questions, big or small, day or night. We could never thank her enough.Another little side note on how special this staff is. My brother tested positive for Covid a week before my wedding, therefore was unable to attend our wedding. So, Ian, being the incredible director that he is, FaceTimed my brother during the entire ceremony, which means more than he will ever understand. Thank you!!

We chose to reschedule and Brittany and the venue director, Ian, contacted all my vendors and transferred everything to our new date. Such a seamless, smooth process for a couple who was just told they had to reschedule their date. I was also very concerned on how they would handle weddings during the pandemic and Ian and Brittany reassured me multiple times the measures they had in place. Fast forward to our wedding date, everything was PERFECT. This venue is breathtaking. My husband and I booked this venue the day we saw it, we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. The architecture blew us away. We got so many compliments about this venue. From the details, the fireplace, the bar, the BARTENDERS, everything. It was the most perfect day and I can't thank Brittany and the rest of the staff enough.Brittany, my gosh. This girl is an ANGEL!!! She is fantastic at what she does and without her, there is no way our day would have been so perfect. When I had a freak out when our wedding had to be rescheduled, she remained so calm which really helped me at the time. She was always available to answer any questions, big or small, day or night. We could never thank her enough.Another little side note on how special this staff is. My brother tested positive for Covid a week before my wedding, therefore was unable to attend our wedding. So, Ian, being the incredible director that he is, FaceTimed my brother during the entire ceremony, which means more than he will ever understand. Thank you!!

The grounds are spacious and immaculate - absolutely gorgeous every time we came on sight. Ian and our wedding coordinator, Kourtney, were absolutely INCREDIBLE throughout the entire journey. Planning a wedding during a global pandemic is NOT an easy task and they were there every step of the way going above and beyond to address any and all concerns and truly making it such a memorable moment for us. This will forever be a moment in our lives that we will never forget! The hospitality is top-notch and I already miss the sweet and personable Madera family so much! If Kourtney is your coordinator ask for a new one!!! She was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful during the whole wedding experience. She had an attitude the whole wedding. I've talked to other brides who had her and said they experience the same negative attitude. A coordinator is supposed to make you feel less stressed which did not happen. She kept forgetting things and wanted to do everything her way. One of my major issues with her (besides being Disrespectful towards my husbands dad who has passed) she said I forgot to pay $2k NINE DAYS before the wedding. No I did not forget, you added things late AFTER I already paid the FINAL payment. I could go on but there would be no end. The venue itself is beautiful. It has a lot to offer which is why we went with Madera. We paid extra to have the all inclusive venue. Things that were told to us we were going to get or would be done, didn't happen. So if you decide to go with them, make sure you go over each package and ensure they put it all on your wedding. So you don't expect something then all of a sudden wedding day \"it's not in your package.\" I don't want everything to be negative. I honestly didn't think I would be writing such a negative review. Considering you get what you pay for. But we definitely didn't get what we paid for. If we got the correct Madera experience I would say it's worth it. Ian is the manager/director. He always was there to listen, no matter if it was good or bad. He was always super sweet to us. Brogan is Kourtney's assistant. She is wonderful. You could tell she was very calm. Which made me calm down. Very pleasant to talk to. I think she would be a better coordinator. Madera is a beautiful place if you don't want the whole Texas country barn. The open houses are great. Some of the vendors aren't as friendly, not sure if it was my age that they didn't care to talk to me. But I met my amazing photographer there. Also I was able to take my bridal and engagement photos there. I was at Madera multiple times which I feel like other venues it's just the tour then your wedding day.

Madera Estates was the first (and only) wedding venue that we toured. I am not a crier, however, when I walked in and looked aroundâŠtears started flowing. I knew it was the one. Everything was absolutely stunning from the landscaping to the light fixtures. So many of our guests said the only thing prettier than me that day was the venue. I highly recommend Madera Estates especially because they are all inclusive. I am not a creative person or DIY kind of girl which is why we were paired with the best wedding planner in the industry, Brittany Peters. We are forever in debt to her for making not only our wedding day absolutely perfect but the whole year leading up to it stress free. When people would ask me how wedding planning was going, I could honestly answer âgreat!â because Brittany was amazing. She handled all of the details, helped us customize our wedding, and was even a therapist at some points! She was always available via text which I loved. We became friends throughout the process, so I didnât feel like I was communicating with a stranger. We kept it real with each other and I think that is so important when planning the best day of your life. If you are looking for a venue around the Houston area, this is the one and Brittany is your girl. We loved every second from the time we booked to the time my whole wedding party hopped in the get away party bus!

Wow! I canât even begin to explain how wonderful our wedding day was at Madera Estates. The entire process from start to finish was made so much easier by the friendly staff. We did the all-inclusive package which took so much stress off of our shoulders. Kourtney was our day of coordinator and she was so on top of everything for us! The day went so smoothly with her help. I canât imagine a nicer venue. As my mom mentioned, multiple times, Madera is truly world class.

I was a bit nervous not having a wedding planner, but our day of coordinator Stacie was the absolute best! She was extremely professional and took care of things I didnât even think about. Also, we could not have asked for a better day-of coordinator, Kourtney Ruth! Working with Kourtney was such a breeze. In both our planning meetings, Kourtney came prepared to make sure everything would run smoothly for the day-of. She has friendly personality, is organized, and is very prompt in her email/phone communication. We received so compliments from our family and friends about our wedding, and felt that our experience was really seamless and beautiful! Both are very courteous and professional and will work with you to ensure you have a great evening. Our guests enjoyed the venue and we received many comments on the beautiful location. The day of the wedding we experienced the typical Texas downpour of rain. Luckily the skies parted by 3 PM and the Madera staff worked hard to make sure the outdoor venue was clean and ready by 5:30. Excellent venue and you wonât be disappointed. Make sure you order the Sangria for the wedding. Wonât regret it.

EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL about this venue; I can go on and on about it but it wouldnât do it justice until you see it for yourself. Having our wedding at Madera Estates was so easy and stress-free. From our first venue tour there to our wedding day, they entire staff was nothing but helpful and accommodating. We cannot say enough about the Ramirez family and their amazing business. I can honestly say no matter how many weddings they have there, on your day you will feel like youâre the one and only. Without a doubt, going with an all-inclusive venue is the best thing for a couple to do. So much was already taken care of or included with the venue, all we had to do was choose what we wanted to eat, what we wanted to drink and how we wanted our tables, just about everything was included. Who knew planning a wedding could go so smoothly? We were given freedom to bring in what we needed to bring our day extra special for us. Our wedding party and guest love our venue and couldnât say enough great things about it and the staff. (the open bar helped) Our wedding was on Cinco de Mayo and it was a perfect Houston hot day, and the venue was ready and prepared with fans and refreshments to keep our guest cool. The party was non stop with photo booth fun and delicious food. There was not one single complaint about that day, except I didnât have to do anything. Iâm already planning our 25th anniversary in my head and I canât see having it anywhere else but Madera Estates. My wife and I enjoy our day, a HUGE Thank you to the Madera Estates family for making it feel like it was our Madera Estates.

We had a fairy tale wedding at Madera Estates on their courtyard! I was first drawn to Madera estates because it felt like a hidden gem in a town full of barn venues (I love a gorgeous barn wedding as much as the next girl, but wanted something different for our big day) I was sold on Madera when I realized how much could be taken care of âin- houseâ â I didnât have to worry about finding and coordinating with vendors for alcohol, tables, chairs, linens, dĂ©cor, and the real icing on the cake - I had my own wedding planner/coordinator, Brittany!We switched it up a bit and held our ceremony in their âwoodsâ area (something I think the boho bride would appreciate) and had our reception outside in the grand fireplace area, where most couples have their ceremony. I had a vision for our wedding, but had no idea how to properly execute it â and Brittany went above and beyond my expectations. I had the most beautiful âforestâ ceremony that I had always drooled over on pinterest, and our reception looked straight out of a bridal magazine!! Many guests commented on how beautiful the venue was, and how they felt that they were at a destination wedding! Towards the tail-end of the reception it did start to rain a bit, but Madera had my back! The ballroom was already set up for guests and it felt as if I had two wedding receptions! We danced the rest of the night away - and thankfully, the rain cleared up with just enough time for us to have our sparkler exit! I couldnât be happier with how our wedding went (even with the rain) and I have Brittany, Sydney and the entire Madera staff to thank for all their hard work in helping my dream wedding come true!!

As a former Walt Disney World cast member, I am beyond impressed with the âDisney likeâ service we were provided when we first walked through their front doors. The Madera Estates staff gave me the confidence my big day will be top notch! Having an all inclusive venue is the way to go when we started the lengthy planning process. Well, I would give Madera Estates less than a one star if I could! While this is a beautiful venue, it has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth due to their âshadyâ business practices. This venue reused my daughterâs flowers without permission for a wedding ceremony held the next day! My daughter paid thousands of dollars for her flowers. Our custom has been to take the flowers from our family weddings and place them on the graves of our departed loved ones or to donate them to hospitals. I observed them carefully placing them in boxes which I assumed was for us to take back with us, however, that was not the case. They made it a point to give us our other belongings, however, NOT ONCE did they mention the flowers. They had an opportunity to ask us permission to use the flowers at that time and again the following morning when my daughter went by to pick up her cake top. My suspicion is that they already had made arrangements to reuse the flowers by making some shady deal with the couple who got married on April 7. Shame on you Madera Estates, Brittany, and the owner( who was extremely rude and hostile)!!! Totally unethical. In addition, we were rushed out. I am NOT joking when I say as soon as someone got up from the table, glasses were whisked away, tablecloths were removed, and chairs were placed on top of the tables before we were even able to say goodbye to our guests that came from great distances. I was rather embarrassed considering how much we all paid for the venue that we were rushed out. So, this all being said, brides BEWARE! Madera Estates can turn your SPECIAL day into something seedy.

Shame on you Madera Estates, Brittany, and the owner( who was extremely rude and hostile)!!! Totally unethical. In addition, we were rushed out. I am NOT joking when I say as soon as someone got up from the table, glasses were whisked away, tablecloths were removed, and chairs were placed on top of the tables before we were even able to say goodbye to our guests that came from great distances. I was rather embarrassed considering how much we all paid for the venue that we were rushed out. So, this all being said, brides BEWARE! Madera Estates can turn your SPECIAL day into something seedy.

Madera is a lovely venue, but is unethical and has no integrity. Madera Estates reused the flowers from our wedding for a wedding the next day without our permission. We paid over six thousand dollars for the flowers only to have them poached the next day for another wedding! When the bride asked about donating the flowers she was told it was too late. When she asked about taking them with her that night, her coordinator, Brittany told her, \"Wellllll, I guess you coulllld\" discouraging her instead of saying, sure you paid for them they are yours to do with as you wish. We were rushed out of the venue. They were already stripping tables and putting up chairs while our guests were still there. I wondered why they were carefully boxing up the floral arrangements. They had plans for them the next day. Imagine the bride's surprise when she saw all her beautiful arrangements at the tables of the wedding the next day. Even her big altar arrangements were used along with all the greenery. I half expected to see her cake leftovers being used. This was not an isolated incident. This venue has probably done this many times and has just never been caught. For all we know they charged this couple a discounted rate on our flowers. When the bride confronted the owner about her poached flowers, the owner became belligerent and yelled at her accusing her of lying. This was even as she had picture proof of her flowers on their tables as per their own instagram page. This incident and unprofessional response from the owner has ruined her memory of this day. The venue tried to say that they were being charitable because the wedding the next day didn't have flowers. Sorry, but if you can afford Madera Estates, you can afford flowers. In any event, they seemed more than happy to be charitable on someone else's dime and without their expressed permission. Again, unethical and unprofessional. The hostility of this owner and the distress this has caused the bride has encouraged me to write a review. In my opinion, this venue has done this before, but figured what the bride and groom don't know won't hurt them. They ruined what should have been this bride and grooms happiest day. So in closing, no I would not recommend this venue. It is unethical and unprofessional. There are many other lovely options in this area that deserve your patronage.

We simply cannot say enough about Madera Estates, Ian, Brittany, and the entire team behind them! The elegant beauty of Madera Estates made for such a magical venue for our big day! After seeing some photos of the luxurious grounds, we met with the General Manager, Ian, for a tour and were very impressed. Visions of our future wedding filled our minds as he showed us the Grand Fireplace and the Hacienda. We could see laughter with our loved ones in the Groom and Bridal Suites. We immediately knew this would be our wedding destination. Beyond the tour, Ian was very helpful and involved every step of the way to ensure our wedding vision became a reality. Our package also included a wedding coordinator, Brittany, who was a major asset. Her experience and attentiveness paid dividends, as she gave us a framework at the beginning, kept us on pace throughout, and helped us iron out all the details in the end game so that we weren't left with any loose ends. (She was also very patient with us as we got closer to the date and would text her in a panic for whatever reason. I have to think there is a special place in heaven for wedding coordinators!) And after all the planning, stressing, crying, laughing, etc the day was here! I have pretty high expectations, so I had mentally prepared myself not to freak out if something didnât go exactly as I had imagined. But the Madera team delivered on their promise and delivered a flawless execution! The evening was better than we could have ever imagined! I know it sounds cheesy, but I felt like a Princess living out my very own fairytale! l can only hope every bride feels the same way! We are so filled with gratitude for the wedding memories we will always cherish!

This was my dream venue & it certainly lived up to all my hopes & expectations! Itâs rustic Moroccan/Spanish vibe is so unique & the lush florals and greens made it to where we barely needed any extra decor because the natural beauty was so radiant already. Many of my guests told me they felt like they stepped into a mini oasis and forgot they were even in Conroe! My wedding photos turned out GORGEOUS - everywhere you turn is a perfect background for a photo with all the beautiful architecture & plants!My coordinator, Ashley Teague, was so easy to reach through the whole process, understanding of all my concerns, and was super quick on her feet to make last minute changes as out-of-control issues arose without me even noticing! Having her saved me so much energy & brain power that I was able to simply enjoy our big day. The whole process of planning a wedding here was seamless, the entire team are pros at what they do & genuinely care about you. I 100% recommend Madera Estates!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had with Heather Benge, who served as wedding coordinator for our daughterâs wedding at Madera Estates in Conroe Texas, September 2017. Once the venue was selected, Heather took immediate action, working with us on all the minute details that go into planning such an important and meaningful event in our daughterâs life. Complicating the matter was the fact that our daughter was living in another state finishing her graduate degree and starting a new job, all during the months preceding the wedding. Heather was flexible with any scheduling difficulties due to our situation and was able to coordinate almost all of the decisions with our daughter either via Skype, email or conference call. Any time any of us had questions or needed guidance with any decisions, she was always prompt and efficient in her responses. Throughout the entire process Heather always maintained a cheerful, professional and most of all, genuinely caring attitude. As the mother of the bride, I was able to focus entirely on my daughter on the day of the event, as Heather made sure that everything ran smoothly the entire day. If I could give her more than five stars, I would!

I wish I could relive our wedding day over and over again! Madera Estates has the most beautiful spaces for whatever your taste is. My husband and I LOVED the outdoor setting in front of the cross mantel for our ceremony, and the beautiful inside space for our reception. They have a cute little swing out in their woodsy area that made for some perfect picture settings. Maggie, our coordinator, took care of every little detail we needed before the day and on the day of from making sure every piece of decor was where we wanted it, to making sure every person was where they needed to be, to even making sure my husband and I got a glass of our signature drink in the midst of the crazy busy day. I think we'll renew our vows at some point just to come back to Madera :)

Ian and Kim are a pleasure to work with, they will treat you like family. I will never stop recommending Madera Estates for any special event. We fell in love with this venue and it was our dream wedding location! Pricing is very fair and the packages they offer are fabulous and we knew everything would be perfect here. Ian and Kim are a pleasure to work with, they will treat you like family. I will never stop recommending Madera Estates for any special event. So much love and thought has been put into everything about Madera Estates. It is literally like walking into a fairytale.

I am so happy with our decision to get married at Madera Estates. I had already fallen in love with it online and when I took my mother and future mother in law to tour the venue, we were all in love. Brittney was the most helpful coordinator throughout the entire process. The day of couldnât have gone better and all of that was because of Brittney and the Madera staff. My guests were blown away by the beautiful venue and I canât imagine our day taking place anywhere else.

My husband and I looked and looked at so many venues online, but as soon as we saw Madera in person, we knew that this was our fairy tale venue. I mean come on, it's gorgeous! Not to mention the fact that I had a very specific vision of what we were going for and am super OCD about the things I have envisioned. (Type A personality right here), and Brittany was absolutely wonderful through the entire process. When I needed help or suggestions, she was just an email away. There were a few times when I needed to call the venue for a couple of different questions, etc. and EVERYONE I spoke to was always beyond helpful and so so sweet! People are still commenting on how beautiful our venue was, and we are extremely happy with our decision. BEST experience!!!

What can I say? This was an absolutely phenomenal day for all our guests, our families, and the lovely bride and groom. Yes, this is a comment from the sponsor, better known as the FOB (yes I have been called worse). In my line of work, which was heavy in the area of project management, our most impactful successes only resulted from painstaking attention to detail and flawless execution. I must say Madera's staff clearly exercise these practices on a regular basis. It started with Stacie, a true professional, who got the ball rolling for us about a year ahead of the big day with our initial tour and meeting. She hung with us through Harvey and flipped responsibility to Brittany for detailed wedding planning, as my wife and I rebuilt our lives and house. In the planning stages I worked with the bride, Jennifer, to hire a few outside vendors and the rest was handled by the director herself, Brittany. Ian even made himself available if we were in a bind. Most importantly everyone understood their role on the big day as things unfolded, starting around 1 pm. The outdoor ceremony area was set, activity was underway in the Bridge and groom's quarters, and the entrance and reception area were decorated. All vendors arrived at their agreed time, and at 6pm, an extremely special evening began as I made that memorable walk down the center aisle with Jennifer's arm in mine. Throughout the day and night, everything rolled without a hitch. Brittany was available throughout the time for all requests, big and small. Having a venue, like Madera, for our wedding was fantastic. It is the most beautiful and unique outdoor (or indoor) venue in southeast Texas, and believe me I had a large venue spreadsheet- we toured many! Many thanks to Madera and all the staff who helped make this day such a wonderful memory for us!
