Magnolia Fields is a magical wedding venue in Ruther Glen, VA. Owners Callie and Scot Sullivan purchased the property to renovate it to hold weddings and provide its couples with the perfect wedding day experience. We are conveniently located between Washington, DC, and Richmond, Virginia, only 5 minutes from the Interstate 95 corridor. Our venue is in rural Caroline County, Virginia. The venue is nestled on 17 acres of rolling farmland; on the property is a farmhouse built in the late 1800s and a rustic barn built in the early 1900s; both were renovated to include two on-site get-ready suites for newlyweds and their wedding parties. The house features a salon, guest suite, and luxury restroom, including a large walk-in shower and gorgeous soaking tub. The barn features indoor bathrooms, a reception area, and a covered patio. The property has multiple ceremony sites, arbors, and a 1953 Chevrolet pickup for those perfect pictures. Magnolia Fields is part of a working farm cut for hay, providing unique backdrops for additional photo opportunities. One of our most valued assets is the Magnolia Fields staff. All packages come with a day-of wedding coordinator and extra professionals to ensure your every need is handled on your special day. We can offer a preferred vendor list to cater to every need, from catering to wedding officiants. Our vendors will provide expert service and strive to deliver an unforgettable experience. We also feature an in-house DJ that can give you the best entertainment throughout the night. The venue has a wide assortment of décor available for its couples to choose from. We have multiple glass centerpieces, floral décor, and more. Several seating options are available, from white reception chairs to a more rustic look with wooden chairs. The barn features climate-controlled areas to keep you and your guests cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Magnolia Fields was he perfect venue for our wedding! Callie answered all of our questions from the start. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding vendors, who were all reasonably priced and provided excellent service from the caterer to the lady who did our flowers. Every detail was thoroughly covered. The grounds as well as the barn and the house were impeccable! So beautiful!! I cannot say enough about our wedding coordinator Kristen! She was so warm and friendly and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! We love Callie and Scott and have already recommended them to my niece who is getting married at Magnolia Fields next year. This venue is a hidden jewel in Caroline County! If I could replay my wedding day over, I would do it all again, exactly the same because it was the perfect day!!

I would 100% recommend Magnolia Fields! They helped make my special day everything I could’ve ever wanted! They were so helpful and they kept me updated on everything! Staff is amazing and the venue is gorgeous!

The Magnolia Fields team was excellent. They made the process very smooth for us, clearly communicated at every stage, and ultimately helped us execute the vision we had for our special day. The venue was beautiful yet affordable and flexible with vendor choices. Highly recommend!

From the moment I stepped out of the car at Magnolia Fields I knew this was going to be the wedding I always dreamed of as a little girl. From the location, barn, cost and amazing owners everything was Absolutely perfect. It wasn’t just a venue that I got married at. I have now become friends with the owners who almost feel like family when you’re there the day of your wedding they are right there with you guiding you through the way, calming you down and making sure everything is perfect before you walk down the aisle. This will forever be a memory that will never be forgotten Magnolia fields is THE VENUE!!

Our wedding at Magnolia Fields was perfect! The term perfect is over used but there is no other word to describe how beautifully our day went! This venue is the hidden rustic gem of the NOVA/RVA region, with an exceptional and accommodating team. Callie, Scott, Vicky, and Sara went above and beyond to make our day flawless! I cannot say enough incredible things about Magnolia Fields! The owners are awesome people who truly work hard to ensure each couple has the day of their dreams. They offer so much, and the venue itself is beautiful. If I could do our wedding day over again, I would still without a doubt choose Magnolia Fields!

We absolutely loved our wedding at Magnolia Fields! Callie & Scott were great to work with and checked in with us often leading up to our wedding, the day of, & even after. I am really glad we chose Magnolia Fields, not only is it a beautiful venue, but lifelong friends were made! The staff that worked our event were incredible and our wedding coordinator, Kristen, was the best! Anything you needed, she was ten steps ahead getting it done! We had a country rustic Christmas vision for our wedding, and this venue made it come to life! We recommend Magnolia Fields for your weddings and or special events! It was such a beautiful day all on its own, but the character of this venue shined and added that unique touch we were looking for! If you’re looking for a wedding venue that will exceed your expectations, Magnolia Fields is 100% it!

Magnolia Fields is amazing. My last venue was turned me down and I found this beautiful venue! I am so glad we did! The owner, staffs, and wedding coordinator are amazing job for our wedding on October 29, 2022. It was the best day of my life. It turned out so beautiful. The owner, Callie, she is so helpful and give us so much informations. It gave us so much less stress! The bridal suite is so beautiful! She helped me find some vendors and officiant. I'm telling you all that the owners and wedding coordinator are making your wedding come true! Everything about Magnolia Fields is beautiful for wedding!!! I recommend! Please go check it out!

I got married on 10/22/22 at Magnolia Fields. Everything was absolutely perfect! The owners go above and beyond to make sure your day is exactly how you want it. The staff were all super friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!!
