Located in Anacortes, WA, Majestic Inn & Spa is a historic boutique hotel and wedding venue. It was originally a hardware store and office building that was built in the late 1890s. In 2013 the building was renovated into what is now a magnificent venue that seamlessly combines history with luxury. Majestic Inn & Spa has a selection of indoor and outdoor spaces that make for a wonderful backdrop for your big day. Outside there is the Garden Courtyard which is perfect for ceremonies and complete with a manicured lawn and beautiful grey pavers. For evening weddings The Courtyard can be heated and tented so your guests can stay warm and cozy while celebrating your love story. The Courtyard has a capacity of 200 people seated and 250 standing. The Ballroom is a fantastic reception space that boasts elegance and warmth. The Ballroom has a capacity of 120 seated and 200 standing. It is complete with 18-foot ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and doors that open out to the Courtyard making for a great ceremony-to-reception venue. For smaller weddings or elopements, The Rooftop Lounge overlooks the water and has a capacity of 100 guests seated. To relax after dancing the night away, Majestic Inn & Spa features 64 spacious guest rooms for your guests to enjoy. Wedding packages at Majestic Inn & Spa include onsite catering, a custom-made menu, gold padded chiavari chairs, tables, glassware, flatware, and a buffet carver. On the big day, the banquet staff and bartenders will take care of you and your guests and will set up, tear down, and clean up the venue spaces. Additional services include coordination assistance, sound systems, menu tasting, a champagne toast, and a dance floor. It is a beautiful venue to say “I do” surrounded by love and breathtaking views.

The Majestic Inn is the best hotel and one of the more \"manicured\" venues in the Skagit Valley. It has numerous rooms/areas to have an event based on your wants, needs, and guest count. It's classy, elegant, and timeless.My husband and I were left high and dry by another venue after COVID hit, and needed to find something within the Skagit Valley, as we were planning on getting married in a church in Mount Vernon. Majestic Inn is very well outfitted for events. They have decorations you can use, and a variety of chair, table, and linen options to dress the room or area for what you want your wedding day to look like. We ended up not being able to have a traditional wedding reception that we had originally planned for after restrictions were put in place in Washington State. We still got married at the church we had wanted to have our ceremony at in Mount Vernon, but since receptions were not advised, we had a seated dinner out in the courtyard through the Majestic Inn's 5th Avenue Bistro. We seated people according to household outside in tables of 5 or less. Cheyenne, the event manager, worked through everything with us to make sure we still had a special day, and helped us work in small details to make it our own. The dinner was great, and the ambiance of just having some where to go with our immediate family and closest friends was so nice after the ceremony was over. Our small event was safely, and tastefully done. It ended up being absolutely perfect.People in our wedding party stayed the entire weekend there, and I was there the night before the wedding. The bridesmaids and myself had breakfast ordered to be brought up to our room as we got our hair and make up done. We all stayed in their newer, more contemporary building. It's beautiful, clean, and welcoming! Thank you, Majestic Inn and Cheyenne for all of your hospitality and for helping us navigate trying to have a special day during these strange times! We appreciate you all more than you know! We look forward to returning to reminisce and celebrate our anniversaries in the years to come.

Our wedding was beautifully put together and the ease of having everything under one roof made for planning so easy! Lindsey was so wonderful and helpful when we were asking a million questions. The venue is beautiful and staff are very hard working. I loved that the staff at the Majestic were able to help set up my decorations and store them overnight for pick up so we could leave and not worry. We had the best day of our lives, I’m not giving 5 stars only because we had some minor issues; the rooms we booked the night before to get ready in the day of our wedding... my husband couldn't use the room due to broken AC and the room my bridal party was getting ready in was booked for early check in (we told them we needed the room until 3 when it was booked and at check in) and we had to pack up and move rooms less than an hour before the ceremony—these were resolved kind of annoying. I would definitely recommend a wedding here. The bridal suite was phenomenal and we plan to come back for our anniversary.

Oh my goodness!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Majestic Inn & Spa. My husband and I live in Minneapolis, MN and were recently married in Anacortes, WA. We love the Pacific Northwest, especially the San Juan Islands. We were engaged at Washington Park in Anacortes and having our wedding there was very special. We had our reception at the Majestic Inn & Spa and everything was absolutely perfect! Our wedding events coordinator, Abigail, was a dream to work with. We planned our entire wedding from Minnesota and Abigail was so incredibly helpful with so many details.. I never felt stressed! She truly went above and beyond for us. I would recommend paying for coordination services. So worth it! They took care of everything for us. The ballroom is gorgeous.. I could have lived in that room forever! The food was amazing, amazing, amazing! We really wanted to treat our guests well as everyone was traveling from out of state to be there. We ordered lots of appetizers for the cocktail hour and all my family and friends are still talking about how good they were! The dinner was fantastic! I recommend the rice pilaf and the citrus glazed salmon.. so yummy! At 10:00pm we did late night flatbreads. Such a good idea! All the staff were so kind, fun, wonderful and flexible. Of course we stayed at the Majestic as well as many of our family and friends. Because we had the entire second floor above the ballroom booked out, we were able to keep the party going until midnight! I recommend this as the night flew by! When my husband and I arrived back in our room that night, there were rose petals, chocolates, and champagne waiting for us.. we had no idea they were going to do that! Everyone at the Majestic treated us so well and made us feel so special. If you are thinking about choosing the Majestic Inn & Spa as your wedding venue, look no further! It's a beautiful, charming hotel and will always be a special place for us. We can't wait to visit again in the future!

The Majestic fulfilled ALL my daughter's (and my) expectations. It truly was 'the wedding of our dreams'. A small wedding by comparison to others, they created for her an intimate and truly elegant experience. We'd spent 3 full days searching for the right venue and knew shortly after we began the tour of the hotel that we'd found what she was looking for. Stina and her staff orchestrated the next 6 months and left us stress free. The Majestic was the perfect place for a couple who started out as best friends at 3 years old to begin their married life together. So lovely; I highly recommend them.Judy B.

My husband & I were married at The Majestic Inn & Spa on September 17, 2016. Our Day of Coordinator, Stina, and the entire Majestic staff made sure it was our dream come true. With only 6 months to plan they made me a priority from the beginning. They were friendly, thorough, helpful and professional. Stina was there for me through the entire process, was always ten steps ahead and prepared for all situations. She set up the ballroom with our decorations perfectly. I felt comfortable to let her take the reins so I could truly just relax and enjoy! The hotel did all the work. Stina worked with all my vendors to make sure our day went off without a hitch. The Pergola overlooking the entire city was the perfect place for us to get ready! When unexpected rainfall occurred on the day of our wedding Stina already had a backup plan to hold the ceremony in the ballroom. She had it beautifully decorated with her own items that matched my décor and colors. It was very intimate and so perfect. Stina even had me do breathing exercises with her right before walking down the aisle. The smile on her face and calmness in her demeanor was very comforting! She had everything under total control. I must have hugged her every time I passed her at the reception thanking her. The staff worked to re-room a guest already booked into the Majestic Suite the weekend of our wedding so that my husband and I could have it. They also decorated with rose petals and Champagne on the night of. The front office staff was amazing and went as far as making personal phones calls and delivering messages for me. The kitchen staff went out of their way to help me at the end of the evening by running around the building to unlock a door for me so I didn’t have to walk so far. The entire hotel staff made us feel as though we were their only guests that weekend. Everyone raved about the amazing food! The venue itself is so beautiful and full of character and elegance. It’s a magical place to have a dream wedding! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them! Thank you Stina & The Majestic! You are family!

Stina and Summer were absolutely WONDERFUL. I could not have asked for a better wedding. Anything I needed, they were there to provide. There was a dessert I wanted added to the buffet that wasn't offered and they made it happen for me! I paid for wedding coordination and it was worth every penny (even though it wasn't too expensive anyway)! They timed everything and made sure I didn't have to worry about anything. Our rehearsal went great. The day before the wedding, I got my nails done at their Apothecary Spa, and the woman who did my nails skipped her lunch to fit me in (I didn't know until after the fact) because she heard I was a bride! All in all, everything was perfect. Even the staff at the wedding did a perfect job - they were out of the way but easy to find. Also, their chef, George, was INCREDIBLE! Everyone raved about the food. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't do anything different! My husband and I are VERY happy with the service that we got from Stina and Summer and loved how approachable they were.

My fiance and I were very excited to host our wedding reception at the Majestic. We booked nearly two years in advance, as we planned a long engagement to help ease the planning & coordination, as well as giving family from the east coast a chance to attend. We had our pick of any venue we wanted since we were planning so early and were thrilled to have the opportunity to hold it somewhere that was all inclusive for setup, catering, etc. As well, we were booking in the 2012 rates, which nearly doubled after they completed renovations in 2013. \r\rAfter 14 months of our reservation, we received a phone call notifying us that the catering manager who booked us, had double-booked our wedding date. When we signed our contract and paid the entire site fee, not just a deposit, the manager had told us the only other weekend booked was the one prior to ours and that no one else had asked about our date. However, that apparently wasn't the case, as the other wedding party had booked a week prior to us (or so the hotel says). \r\rWe had also received an email at least 9 months prior to this phone call from the Director of Catering/Sales to notify us that the manager who had booked us was no longer with the company and that he wanted to check in and see if we had any questions. If that was the case, then they also had to send the same email to the other wedding party at that time, and therefore could have found the double-booking at that time. \r\rThey directed the mistake to their previous manager, and apologized for the error. They told us they wouldn't book additional dates until we figured out what date we wanted to reschedule to, but for us that wasn't an option. We had family with flights booked, additional post-wedding cruises booked, photographers, churches, DJ, etc. on top of already having sent out save-the-date cards. \r\rWe then went in person, the following weekend, to notify them that we had scrambled to find another location (from our now very limited options) and that we wanted our money back, which they willingly returned. We spoke with the Hotel Manager who mentioned their Owner/Director was away at a funeral, but that he would get back to us the following Monday regarding their thoughts on how to \"make up\" for breaking our legal contract. It has now been over a year and we still have heard absolutely nothing back from them. (They commented on other sites that they offered a cost-free rental at another date, but this was not the case.)\r\rEither they really screwed up and failed to catch it for 14 months, including when we made multiple visits, exchanged multiple emails and they had plenty of occasions for finding the error, or they booked someone over our date because they would make more money from the 2013/2014 rates and told us otherwise. Both of these make for a HORRIBLE business operation. They are lucky we are not litigious people, but unfortunately for them, all 230 people from the area that were invited are now completely aware of how poorly ran their business is. \r\rMistakes happen, but this was piss poor and no contact was made after.\r\rI highly recommend you don't trust them for any visits/events that you wish to hold in Anacortes.

We just had our wedding at the Majestic Inn and Spa and couldn't be happier with the way the day went! The hotel staff were so great in every way! We had a beautiful bridal suite complete with rose petals and champagne (and sparkling cider, as we are expecting). Stina worked with the bridal party and groom during the day to make sure everything was as planned and all overseen details were handled. I, the bride, never had to worry about a thing! The food was excellent. Our photographer was allowed to use any space she wanted for photos. The room was set perfectly to plan, without any day of help from me! The events planned during the reception went perfectly with help from Stina. Stina was so accessible and ready to help during the entire event! The bar staff were ready and happy to serve all of our guests during the after party. The hotel itself is beautiful. It's the perfect mix of modern, glamour and old character. We are very happy with our choice!

My Daughter who is paralyzed and in a wheelchair had her wedding here, I have to say that Stina was on top of everything to make this day amazing from scheduling to set up to the event it was perfect. The entire staff was wonderful, they made sure she had access to anywhere she wanted to go and could move about with ease. Compliments to the chef because the food and appetisers were fabulous also. Her day was perfect thanks to the all the employees at the Majestic that help make it that way. Thanks a very grateful mom Sinda LaFon

My Daughter who is paralyzed and in a wheelchair had her wedding here, I have to say that Stina was on top of everything to make this day amazing from scheduling to set up to the event it was perfect. The entire staff was wonderful, they made sure she had access to anywhere she wanted to go and could move about with ease. Compliments to the chef because the food and appetisers were fabulous also. Breelee, the wedding planner, and Eric, the chef were the best.\rOurs was a last minute wedding and in just 3 weeks Breelee got everything figured out. She always returned my emails promptly, was professional, kind and did a fabulous job with what we wanted.\rEric, the chef, did a custom menu for us. I haven't had wedding food this good before. The steak was perfect, the salmon was delicious, the salad, bread, appetizers, vegetables, and the presentation could not have been better.\rAnother great thing about the Majestic is the salon on the 2nd floor. I had my hair and makeup done there as well as the wedding ceremony and the reception.\rHave your wedding at the Majestic! You won't regret it.
