Multiple ceremony areas provides an idyllic location for exchanging your vows. Afterward, enjoy a celebratory cocktail hour on grassy grounds, while guests enjoy the ranch's natural beauty and play yard games, such as corn hole or giant Jenga. You can then get the party started in the rustic event barn, a sweeping space with a chic and versatile aesthetic, perfect for decorating. It boasts a cathedral-style ceiling, exposed beams, and rustic chandeliers, resulting in a bohemian ambiance your guests will never forget. This venue can accommodate parties of up to 300 guests, allowing you to keep your guest list large. The team at Majestic Oak Ranch strives to provide everything needed to make your dream wedding a reality. They offer venue bookings on a 3-day basis, from Friday through Sunday. You can bring in your favorite vendors and decorations, allowing you to customize your event to your tastes and specifications. Venue rentals include rectangular tables, chairs, a dance floor, a choice of decorations, yard games, a mobile bar, beverage tubs, and plenty of parking. You can also opt to rent the big house, an on-site 4,600sqft lodge that provides overnight accommodation for up to 16 guests. The beautiful grounds also offers space to park overnight with campers, RV’s and fish houses, for an additional fee paid by guest.

Meet the Majestic Oak Ranch Team
Brody Heggerston (Owner) Majestic Oak Ranch was known previously as a working horse ranch, famous for Missouri Fox Trotters. Brody grew up here before enlisting in the military. He is a 12-year Military Veteran, Commercial Pilot and now Owner of Majestic Oak Ranch. The need for beautiful properties and space for rustic barn weddings is growing, and the property is too beautiful not to share. Brody and his girlfriend, Dayna run the venue together and love helping their clients create a magical day to last a lifetime.
